It was around four in the evening when Emily found herself relaxing on the leather couch in the living room of the Salvatore boarding house beside her twin sister. The Gilbert girls were watching an old episode of Grey's Anatomy.

Well, it was old for Emily but for Elena it was new since she was dead when it got released. The twin sisters were trying to get Elena caught up on all of the movies and tv shows that she had missed when Elena was stuck on the other side.

They just reached the scene where Amelia Shepherd arrived at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital looking for Derek when there was suddenly a knock at the front door.

"I'll get it," Emily muttered before her sister had the chance to get up. The Radkova witch removed the blanket that was covering her and Elena's lower bodies before she sluggishly got up from the leather couch.

"Do you want me to pause it?" The Gilbert girl asked with her brows furrowed as Elena held her point finger over the space button on Emily's laptop that was playing the medical series.

Emily quickly shook her head. "I already seen this," the Radkova witch reminded Elena. "You can keep watching," Emily told her twin before she promised, "I'll be fast."

The eldest Gilbert shot Elena a quick smile before she turned around and headed towards the foyer. Emily couldn't help but roll her green eyes when the person on the other side of the door kept on knocking and knocking without even a break in between.

"I'm coming. I'm coming," the Gilbert girl muttered under her breath as she unlocked the top and bottom lock before Emily finally opened the door.

Emily quickly furrowed her brows, though, when she saw that it was a girl with a FedEx black and purple uniform. The Radkova witch was slightly confused as she didn't recall ordering anything in awhile. Besides, she and Elena usually only did their shopping in person.

The FedEx employee, Brooklyn, glanced down to the 5x5x5 cardboard box between her palms to read the label. "Are you Emily Gilbert?" The blonde girl asked before she focused her gaze back across at the green eyed girl.

Emily slowly nodded her head before she murmured, "that would be me."

"Great!" Brooklyn exclaimed with a wide grin. "I just need you to sign your name and you'll be all set," the FedEx employee stated as she handed Emily a light blue clipboard and a simple black pen.

The Gilbert girl curiously looked over to the sender of the package before Emily's green eyes widened when she saw that the package was coming from Beacon Hills, California. Emily knew exactly what was inside of the box now.

The Gilbert girl was quite nervous but excited to open up the package. Emily had been waiting for this package all week. However, she was nervous if her and Deaton's plan was actually going to work. Emily needed it to work.

Emily accepted the clipboard and pen before she hurriedly signed her name down on the dotted line as Emily counted down the seconds until she could open up her package from the druid. The Gilbert girl was practically bouncing up and down as she hurriedly handed the clipboard back to the blonde girl.

"Thank you," Brooklyn murmured as she double checked the signature before the FedEx employee handed the brunette girl her package. "There you go," Brooklyn uttered once they completed the exchange before she happily exclaimed, "enjoy the rest of your day!"

"You too," the Gilbert girl absently murmured as she kept her green gaze locked onto the cardboard box between her fingers. Emily didn't even give the FedEx employee a second place before the Radkova witch quickly headed back into the Salvatore boarding house.

Emily closed the front door and leaned her back against it before the Gilbert girl hurriedly ripped into the package. The Radkova witch was about to pull out the contents that were inside before Elena suddenly appeared in the foyer.

Emily quickly pulled her hand out of the box before she looked up at her sister with an easy-going expression. "Hey," the Radkova witch greeted Elena before she asked, "what's up?"

Elena nodded her head towards the cardboard box. "What did you get?" The Gilbert girl curiously wondered as she tightened the fluffy blanket around her shoulders.

"It's just a SAT prep book I ordered a few weeks ago," Emily immediately lied as she lightly shrugged her right shoulder.

Emily hated how easy it was becoming to lie to her twin sister. Emily hated lying, especially to her loved ones. However, she knew it was for the best. The Radkova witch knew Elena wouldn't ask too many questions if she thought it was something to do with school work.

Elena playfully rolled her brown eyes at her twin sister. "You do know we still have a whole year before we need to start worrying about SATs an college, right?" The human girl teased.

"It doesn't hurt to get a head start," Emily told her twin sister with a grin.

The Gilbert sisters shared a small chuckle together before Emily was the one to sober up first. "Hey, listen," the Radkova witch began before she asked, "do you mind if I dip out on Grey's for like an hour?"

"I've been waiting on this book for weeks now," Emily stated and lied, " and I want to plan out a study plan for senior year."

Of course Emily was lying... once again. The Radkova witch actually wanted some alone time, so she could take her time opening Deaton's package.

"Yeah, of course," Elena quickly agreed as she lightly waved her hand at her twin sister. "I was planning on taking a nap, anyway," the Gilbert girl added with a soft chuckle.

The Radkova witch shot her twin a thankful smile before Emily promised, "I'll wake you up as soon as I'm finished and then we can find out why Amelia is in Seattle."

Elena grinned across at her twin as she nodded her head. "Sounds good," the human girl agreed. Elena headed towards the staircase before she looked back at Emily with a teasing smile. "Have fun with your studying stuff," Elena joked.

Emily softly chuckled before she watched her twin sister head upstairs for her nap. The Radkova witch waited until she couldn't hear Elena's footsteps any longer before Emily hurriedly rushed to the living room with her package.

Emily was practically shaking as she dropped down on the couch before she hurriedly began to open up the cardboard box from the druid.

The Gilbert girl looked down before she found two smaller boxes inside. Emily grabbed the smaller one before she opened it and found a prescription bottle.

"Thank God," the Gilbert girl muttered as she shook the bottle and heard the pills inside. Emily silently sent her praise to Deaton in Beacon Hills for getting his hands on some sleeping pills for her. The Radkova witch could only hope that they would be able to take her nightmares away.

Emily placed the bottle of pills back into the smaller box and then into the larger box before Emily grabbed the second smaller one. The Radkova witch, of course, knew what it was but Emily was still anxious to actually see it.

The Gilbert girl slowly opened the box and found a small velvet container. Emily pulled out the container before she pulled off the lid and found seven vials of red liquid.

Emily carefully picked up one of the glass vials from the container and held it out in front of her. The Gilbert girl felt her stomach turn as she knew it was filled with Scott's blood and whatever else Deaton had mixed in with it.

Emily knew she should have been used to blood by now. Emily was constantly surrounded by blood with her dating a vampire, her sister used to be one, and now her aunt was one. However, it was still such a strange concept. Emily wasn't sure she would ever get used to the sight of blood.

The Radkova witch gently unscrewed the lip to the vial before she curiously smelt the red liquid. It didn't have any sort of smell, Emily gathered. The Gilbert girl figured that was a good thing or consuming it would be that much more difficult.

Emily huffed out a heavy sigh as she slightly shook the vial and watched the contents swoosh around in the glass container. Emily knew she just needed to get this over with despite her nerves.

Emily knew she had to take it, so there was no point in putting it off - especially when she was supposed to drink once a day. The Gilbert girl reminded herself that this was to help with her episodes and that she needed to do this.

The Radkova witch had just about placed the vial to her lips when Emily's laptop began to ring to alert Emily to a Skype call. Emily placed the lid back onto the vial of true alpha blood before she moved closer to her laptop screen.

The Gilbert girl couldn't help but to be surprised when she saw that jeepowner69 was calling her. It was as if Stiles knew what she was about to do. Emily placed the vial onto the glass coffee table before she pressed the accept button to answer the video call.

"Finally you answer my calls!" The Stilinski teenager practically yelled as soon as the call was connected and Stiles saw the brunette girl.

Emily playfully rolled her green eyes at the expressive boy. "Sorry," the Gilbert girl apologized before she told Stiles, "I've been really busy."

"Oh, I've heard!" Stiles screeched as he moved his face closely to his webcam. "Why didn't you call me or Scott or even Allison about your episodes?" The Stilinski teenager interrogated with his brows pulled together in confusion.

"And why did I have to hear it from Deaton of all people?" Stiles swiftly questioned before the Radkova witch even had the chance to open her mouth. "I thought we were best friends!" the Stilinski teenager whined before a deep pout pulled onto his lips.

The Gilbert girl couldn't help but chuckle in amusement at Stiles' complaining. Emily knew it was coming, though. She expected it to happen after Emily hadn't answered the Stilinski boy's calls in the last three weeks.

"We're still friends, Stiles," the Radkova witch assured the human teenager. "I just didn't want to worry anyone," Emily explained as to why she didn't tell him about her episodes.

"We literally live in different states! It's a given that I'm going to worry," Stiles exclaimed before he pointed his finger at the Radkova witch through his computer screen and added, "especially when you don't know how to answer my calls!"

"I'm sorry," Emily apologized through a series of giggles. The Gilbert girl just always found it amusing when Stiles would go on these rants. It sort of reminded Emily of the Forbes vampire when Caroline would get too excited about something.

"Tell me everything!" The Stilinski teenager begged as he scooted his rolling chair closer to his desk.

However, before the Radkova witch could even begin to tell Stiles about her episodes, they were quickly interrupted by a voice from Stiles end of the call.

"Stiles, your dad is yelling about batteries and something about flashlights," the McCall werewolf muttered with a hint on confusion in his voice as Scott walked into his best friend's bedroom.

"I took them. I need the batteries for my flashlight," Stiles affirmed as he quickly stood up from his desk. "That's not what is important right now," the Stilinski teenager told Scott as he quickly closed his bedroom door.

Stiles pushed onto the McCall werewolf's shoulders as he led Scott over to his desk. "Look who decided to finally call back," the Stilinski teenager exclaimed as he pointed to his computer screen.

Scott furrowed his brows in confusion as he looked at the human teenager's computer before Scott's brown eyes widened in surprise. "Emily! Hey!" The true alpha greeted the Radkova witch a wide grin before he completely stole Stiles' seat as the werewolf got comfortable in the rolling chair.

"I guess I'll just stand, then," the Stilinski teenager muttered in annoyance as he tossed his hands up in the air before they landed roughly against his thighs.

"Hey, Scott," the Gilbert girl began to greet the werewolf with a smile before Emily suddenly felt this cold sensation on the claw mark on her shoulder.

Emily furrowed her brows as she gently placed her palm on top of the claw mark. The Radkova witch had never felt this feeling before. It didn't hurt like the other times. It almost felt good, like a feeling of relief.

"It's the claw mark, huh?" The McCall werewolf asked with a small, knowing smile on his face.

"How did you know?" Emily inquired in confusion as she looked back over to the true alpha through her laptop screen. The Radkova witch, of course, knew that Scott and Stiles knew about her episodes and other issues from Deaton but she didn't think she was making it that obvious.

"It seems like I have something similar," Scott muttered before he pushed his grey t-shirt to the side and slightly turned around to reveal a reddened pentagram on his left shoulder.

"Holy shit," the Radkova witch swore in surprise before she quickly moved closer to her laptop screen to get a better look at the marking on Scott's shoulder.

"If you would have answered my calls then you would have known about this weeks ago," the Stilinski teenager uttered in a singing tone as he shot Emily a smirk.

The Gilbert girl ignored Stiles' whining for the moment as she hurriedly interrogated the McCall werewolf, "when did it happen? What does it feel like? Does it hurt?"

Emily just had this feeling that her claw mark is somehow connected to Scott's pentagram mark. It had to be. There is no other reason why they would suddenly get these markings.

"I, uh, I think it happened three weeks ago," Scott uttered after he thought of when the mark had appeared. "I didn't even notice it at first," the McCall werewolf recalled, "I only knew about it when Stiles pointed it out during gym class."

"It's hard not to notice when it's like blood red!" Stiles loudly exclaimed as he pointed towards the pentagram on the werewolf's shoulder.

"Does it hurt?" The Radkova witch anxiously asked, "do you... do you feel it?" Emily could feel the guilt slowly building up in her body. The Gilbert girl would hate to be the reason why Scott would have to feel any sort of pain.

Scott nodded his head. "I have these moments where it feel like it's on fire," the McCall werewolf explained. Scott gently placed his palm over the pentagram on his shoulder as he stated, "it flares up when my anger sparks or if I'm put in a dangerous situation."

Emily nervous bit down on her bottom lip as she listened to the true alpha. "Does Deaton know what is causing this or if our marks are connected?" The Gilbert girl asked.

"Deaton does think our marks are connected," Scott affirmed the Radkova witch's thought process.

"This is the first time in centuries that a true alpha and a Radkova witch are alive at the same time, so there isn't any books or notes of this happening," the McCall werewolf informed Emily.

"But Deaton believes it might be our inner selves trying to reach out to each other," Scott stated before he explained, "my inner wolf is trying to send you a message and your inner witch is trying to keep me safe."

"This sounds like a horrible supernatural romance movie," Stiles muttered from behind the werewolf's shoulder.

"Well, welcome to my life, Stiles," the Radkova witch joked as she spread her arms out.

"I know it sounds farfetched, guys, but I believe Deaton's right," Scott uttered. The McCall werewolf placed his hand over his heart as he stated, "I would think it's crazy if it wasn't for the mark on my shoulder."

"You know, werewolves can't get a tattoo without it disappearing," Scott glanced over to his best friend as he reminded Stiles before he stated, "but for some reason this mark is still here."

"That's true," Stiles mumbled as he thought of the story when Derek told them about his triskelion tattoo on his back.

"Is there anyway to make it stop?" The Radkova witch asked the true alpha. Emily knew that Deaton didn't find anything the last time they spoke but she could only hope the druid found something, anything.

Scott shook his head as he released a heavy sigh. "I don't think so," the McCall werewolf mumbled. "Deaton seems to think it's because we are so far from each other that our inner selves are trying to come together," Scott recalled what the druid had told him.

"So as long as we aren't in the same place, we're going to keep feeling these flares," the Radkova witch concluded from what Scott was telling her.

"It seems so," the McCall werewolf murmured.

Emily rolled her green eyes before she sarcastically muttered, "that's just great."

"Is it hurting you?" Scott worriedly asked the Radkova witch, "does it bother you a lot?"

Scott knew his mark bothered him but he could take the pain as a werewolf. He would hate to know that Emily was in pain because of something his inner wolf was doing to her.

Emily lightly shrugged her shoulders. "It acts up when I'm in one of my episodes and I start hallucinating the beast," the Gilbert girl recalled.

Emily's green eyes slightly widened as she remembered what happened yesterday. "It also seems to happen around Tyler, my best friend," the Radkova witch informed the true alpha. "He's a werewolf, too, and when he gets too close, the mark seems to flare up," Emily explained.

"Ooh," the Stilinski teenager teasingly cooed. "Scotty must be jealous of other wolves around you," Stiles joked.

Scott rolled his brown eyes at his best friend. "It's not me," the McCall werewolf mumbled with a deep pout to his lips, "it's my inner wolf. I can't help it."

Emily softly chuckled as she watched the best friends jab and tease at one another. It reminded the Radkova witch of her friendship with Damon, very playful and teasing but filled with love for each other.

"It only hurts me when I'm in a middle of an episode," the Gilbert girl stated as she got back on track with their conversation after a few minutes of watching the human teenager and the true alpha go back and forth.

The McCall werewolf immediately frowned. That was not what he wanted to hear. Scott hated the idea of Emily being any type of pain - especially when his mark was the reason behind it. "I wish I could take your pain away," Scott mumbled.

Emily released a heavy sigh as she nodded her head in agreement. The Gilbert girl did wish someone who knew about her episodes could take the pain away. However, Emily would rather deal with the pain than for her loved ones to find out about what was happening to her.

The Radkova witch glanced down to the coffee table before she spotted something important. "I hope this helps me," Emily uttered as she picked up the blood of vial before she brought it up to her laptop camera for the human and werewolf duo to see.

Scott's brown eyes widened when he recognized what the Gilbert girl was holding. "Oh!" The McCall werewolf exclaimed, "so, you did get it!"

"It came in today," Emily stated as she twirled the vial of blood around in her palm. The Radkova witch released a light chuckle before she uttered, "I was fixing to drink it when you guys called."

"Is it safe?" The Stilinski teenager worriedly asked as he moved closer to his computer screen to get a closer look at the blood. "Is Deaton sure this will help you? What if it makes your episodes worse?" Stiles hurriedly fired off questions.

Stiles may act like he was always joking around but he was actually worried for the Gilbert girl. The Stilinski teenager knew these episodes couldn't be good for the Radkova witch. Stiles had seen Scott react to the marking on his shoulder and how sometimes it got bad. Stiles could only imagine what Emily was going through and he didn't want it to get worse if she were to drink Scott's blood.

"Deaton thinks it might help," Emily told the Stilinski teenager. "I will honestly try anything at this point," the Radkova witch muttered with a shrug of her shoulders.

"If it makes you worse, I'll come to Mystic Falls myself and help in any way I can," the McCall werewolf immediately promised to the Radkova witch. Scott would hate himself if something from him, his own blood, caused the Gilbert girl to get worse.

"Hopefully it won't come to that," Emily muttered. The Radkova witch couldn't even think like that. She had to believe that Scott's blood was going to be the answer to all of her episodes.

"I already promised Deaton that I would call him if anything goes wrong," Emily told the Beacon Hills teenagers, "so, I think we should be all good."

"You should call me! Us!" Stiles loudly exclaimed as he threw his arms in the air. "We want to know what's going on, too!" The Stilinski teenager practically screeched as he moved his face in front of his computer screen.

Emily released a light chuckle before she suddenly remembered what the druid told her during their last conversation. "Speaking of that," the Radkova witch began as she pointed her finger towards Stiles before she ordered, "you really need to stop bothering Deaton at work."

"I just wanna know what's happening with you," Stiles mumbled with a deep pout on his lips.

The McCall werewolf turned the rolling chair until he was sitting sideways to see both the human and the witch before Scott released an amused chuckle. "I tried to tell you," Scott told his best friend as he slapped his palm onto Stiles' shoulder.

Scott did try to warn the Stilinski teenager to leave his boss alone. The McCall werewolf knew Deaton was either going to ban Stiles from the animal clinic or tell Emily on him. Scott knew the druid was too nice, so he knew it was only a matter of time before the Radkova witch was called in to calm the hyper teenager.

"I will answer all of your calls if you promise to leave the man alone," Emily vowed as she held up her right palm in the air like she was being sworn into court.

"Fine," Stiles muttered in agreement. "The first time you don't answer my calls, though, I'm going back to bugging him!" The Stilinski teenager threatened as he pointed his finger at Emily through his webcam.

The Gilbert girl released an amused chuckle before she promised, "I won't let it come to that."

"You're so gonna regret that," Scott teasingly murmured as he shot the Radkova witch a wide grin.

Emily carelessly shrugged her shoulders before she stated, "I can deal with him." If Emily could deal and live Damon everyday, she was sure she could deal with Stiles' phone calls.

"Good luck," the McCall werewolf muttered before Scott joked, "I've been trying to handle him for years."

"Hey!" The Stilinski teenager gaped. "I'm right here!" Stiles exclaimed as he glared at the werewolf and the witch.

"We say it out of love," Emily quickly assured the human boy with a soft smile shining across her lips.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Stiles muttered as he lazily waved his hand at the girl through his computer screen. "We were talking about you, not me," the Stilinski teenager reminded Emily as he leaned his body against the arm over his leather rolling chair.

Emily silently nodded her head before she mumbled, "I guess it's time, then." The Radkova witch slowly unscrewed the lid to the vial of true alpha blood before Emily nervously brought it up to her lips.

"We're right here," Scott softly comforted the Radkova witch after he took notice how anxious Emily looked. "It's going to be okay," the McCall werewolf promised.

Emily shot the true alpha a thankful smile before she muttered, "bottoms up." The Gilbert girl took a deep breath before she swiftly downed the vial of blood.

The Radkova witch couldn't help but to scrunch up her face after she swallowed the red liquid. It definitely wasn't the best of tastes but Emily figured that was a given when it was blood she was drinking.

"That's just disgusting," Stiles muttered as he watched the Radkova witch.

"Shut up," Scott mumbled as he lightly slapped his best friend's chest. The McCall werewolf moved closer to the computer screen before he worriedly asked Emily, "how do you feel?"

"What?" Stiles exclaimed as he looked over to the McCall werewolf in confusion. "It's literally your blood," the Stilinski teenager muttered as if that would help explain his disgust.

The Radkova witch ignored Stiles' complaining as she lightly shrugged her shoulders to the werewolf's question. "I don't feel any different," Emily mumbled.

"At least you know Scott's blood didn't poison you," Stiles muttered.

"My episodes usually come out of nowhere, so I won't know if your blood works yet," the Radkova witch told the werewolf and human duo. "I'll give it a full day before I can give you guys a definitive answer," Emily stated.

The Stilinski teenager glanced over to the small alarm clock beside his bed before he read, "it's, uh, five fifteen." Stiles focused his gaze back onto the Radkova witch as he swore, "I'll calling you at exactly five fifteen tomorrow to check up on you."

The Gilbert girl released a light chuckle as she knew Stiles wasn't joking around and that he was being dead serious. "Alright," Emily uttered before she promised the human, "and I'll answer."

Stiles widely grinned before he exclaimed, "great!"

Scott shook his head in amusement at his best friend before he focused his gaze back onto the Radkova witch. "Just take it easy tomorrow," the McCall werewolf ordered, "don't stress yourself out too much." The last thing Scott wanted was for the brunette girl to panic so much that it makes her have an episode.

"I will," Emily vowed to the true alpha. "It's Sunday," the Gilbert girl stated before she added with a light chuckle, "I'll probably just laze around the house, anyway."

"That means we can talk all day tomorrow!" Stiles excitedly cheered.

"Please," Scott muttered with a chuckle before the McCall werewolf joked, "that will definitely stress her out."

The Gilbert girl couldn't help the wide grin on her face as she listened to the human and werewolf best friend bicker back and forth with each other. It was just too amusing to interrupt. However, Emily quickly lost her grin when she suddenly heard footsteps heading her way.

The Radkova witch hurriedly pushed the box of true alpha blood vials (plus the one she drank) back into the cardboard box before Emily quickly pushed it underneath the couch just as Elena walked into the living room.

Emily shot her twin sister an easy-going smile as if she didn't just panic for half a second. "Hey," the Radkova witch greeted the human girl before she stated, "you're up early." Emily still had at least another hour before she was supposed to wake up Elena from her nap.

"Who's there? Who are you talking to?" The Stilinski teenager snoopily questioned as he pushed Scott to the side to get a better look at his computer screen.

Emily patted the couch cushion beside her as she silently told her twin sister to join her before the Radkova witch told Stiles, "someone you haven't seen in a long time."

The Gilbert girl was confused as she slowly took a seat on the couch next to her twin. However, Elena's brown eyes quickly widened, though, when she zeroed on the boy with the buzzcut. "Is that... Is that Stiles?" The human girl cautiously asked.

"Yes!" The Stilinski teenager loudly exclaimed in excitement. "It's good to finally see your face again," Stiles uttered before he joked, "it feels like I've only been hearing about you from Em all these months."

Elena released a light chuckle as she nodded her head. "Yeah, things have been quite crazy on my end," the Gilbert girl stated.

"Obviously you know Stiles," the Radkova witch told Elena once a silence took over their conversation with the teenage boys in Beacon Hills. "The one beside goofball is Scott McCall," Emily informed her twin sister.

Elena's brown eyes quickly widened when she recognized the same. "Scott as in the true alpha?" The Gilbert girl asked to make sure she wasn't confusing him for someone else.

"That would be me," Scott shyly murmured as he lightly raised up his left hand.

"Wow," Elena murmured in astonishment. The Gilbert girl never thought she would be able to meet (or talk) to the sole person who helped save her twin sister. "Thank you so much for returning Emmie back to herself," Elena praised the true alpha as she tightly grasped Emily's hand.

Elena knew the whole story. The week after she returned to the side of the living, Elena was told everything that happened while she was dead. The human girl had felt so much gratitude towards the true alpha when Emily told her how Scott had helped her out of emotionless state.

The McCall werewolf shot a soft smile over to Emily before he focused onto her twin sister. "I was happy to help," Scott murmured before he added with a light chuckle, "I'm glad I did because it got me an amazing friendship with her."

"No!" The Stilinski teenager loudly whined as he threw his hands up in the air. "You are going to take my best friend away from me!" Stiles cried as he pointed his finger at the Radkova witch through his computer screen.

Elena giggled as she watched as her twin sister rolled her green eyes at the expressive teenager. It was just as Elena remembered Stiles when she and Emily met him during their cheerleading days when they would go to California for their competitions.

Elena decided to put the Stilinski teenager out of his misery after listening to him whine for a few minutes. "How about we be best friends, then?" the Gilbert girl suggested.

The human boy's brown eyes quickly widened at Elena's proposal. "Yes!" Stiles exclaimed as he pointed his finger towards the human of the Gilbert sisters before he bellowed, "you're my favorite twin!"

A deep pout quickly grew onto the Radkova witch's face at Stiles' statement. "That's just mean, Stilinski," Emily mumbled.

"The game's the game," Stiles muttered with a shrug of his shoulders. "You steal my best friend, I have a new favorite sister," the Stilinski teenager exclaimed with a cocky smirk on his face.

"How about we are all best friends?" The McCall werewolf suggested with a chuckle before Emily and Stiles could continue to go back and forth with each other. Scott knew if he didn't stop it now, they would go on for hours.

"Fine," the Stilinski teenager and the Radkova witch both muttered in unison as they rolled their brown and green eyes at the exact same time.

Elena released a small giggle as she glanced between her twin sister and the human teenager before she focused her gaze onto the true alpha. "Are they always like this?" The Gilbert girl asked Scott with amusement all throughout her voice.

"Oh, yeah," the McCall werewolf uttered with a light chuckle. "I'm so glad we don't live in the same city for this reason alone," Scott joked as his brown eyes crinkled from grinning so widely.

"Hey!" Emily and Stiles both exclaimed as the same time as they were offended from the McCall werewolf's words.

"See?" Scott told the Gilbert girl as he pointed his finger between the human beside him and the witch through the computer screen. "They either agree too much or they are against each other," the McCall werewolf informed Elena.

"We aren't that bad," the Stilinski teenager mumbled as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"This has been fun. You know, you guys talking about us like we aren't even here," the Radkova witch sarcastically exclaimed as Emily playfully glared over at her twin sister then over at the true alpha through her laptop screen before she informed the Beacon Hills teens, "but Lena and I need to get back to our Grey's marathon."

The Stilinski teenager released a loud scoff as he rolled his brown eyes. "Those doctors are so unrealistic," Stiles complained, "no one is that hot everyday!"

Emily couldn't help but giggle as she listened to the human teenager in Beacon Hills whine about the attractiveness of the fictional doctors. "Whatever you say, Stilinski," the Radkova witch mused with a smirk playing on her lips.

"Well, we'll let you guys get back to your show," the McCall werewolf quickly jumped in before Emily and Stiles could start going at it again. Scott focused his attention onto the human twin before he murmured with a soft smile, "it was nice to finally meet you, Elena."

"You too," Elena told the true alpha as she shot him a grin.

Elena was honestly really happy to have met her sister's savior. The Gilbert girl would forever be grateful for Scott McCall. If it wasn't for him, Emily wouldn't have been smiling and joking right now and she wouldn't be herself. Elena was happy to know her twin had someone like Scott willing to help her when Elena couldn't exactly do that with her being human.

The Gilbert girl moved her brown eyes from the true alpha and over to the human teenager. "It was good to see you again, Stiles," the brunette girl stated before she promised, "I'll get your number from Emmie, so we can keep in touch."

"At least one of you will pick up my calls," the Stilinski teenager mumbled as he glared over at Emily.

The Radkova witch ignored Stiles' glaring as she released a light chuckle. "Stop being a baby," Emily ordered the human teenager. "I already promised I would pick up," the Gilbert girl reminded Stiles.

"Ignore him," the McCall werewolf told Emily after he playfully rolled his brown eyes. "He just wants attention," Scott joked as he lightly pushed the human teenager's shoulder with a grin.

The two best friends in Beacon Hills jokingly play around as they push one another for about two minutes before Scott quickly serious when he turned back to face the webcam. Scott stared deeply into Emily's green eyes for a few seconds as he silently expressed his protectiveness and worries to her.

"Give me a call if you need anything, anything at all," the McCall werewolf softly told the Radkova witch.

Scott knew that the Radkova witch didn't want Elena to find out about what has been going on since she was brought to life and about the episodes. However, the McCall werewolf still wanted Emily to know that she could always come to him if something was bothering her with the claw mark or just for anything in general.

Emily knew what the true alpha meant and she was very grateful that Scott didn't say the actual words in front of Elena and for always be there for her. The Gilbert girl just knew she could count on her supernatural counterpart for anything and she would do the same for him.

"I will," the Radkova witch vowed to the true alpha as she shot Scott a thankful smile. Emily moved her green eyes over to the Stilinski teenager with a teasing smirk slowly pulling onto her lips. "I promise to call you, too," Emily added as she told the human boy.

"That's all I ask for," Stiles muttered as he raised up his hands in innocence.

Emily softly chuckled as she shook her head in amusement at the erratic teenager. The Radkova witch adored Stiles like another brother - despite their constant arguments. He may be on the crazy side but that is what makes him Stiles Stilinski and Emily wouldn't have it any other way.

"Talk soon," the Radkova witch promised to the Beacon Hills boys as she waved her hand at the duo before Emily pressed the red button to disconnect the Skype video call.

The living room in the Salvatore boarding house soon grew silent as Emily closed out of Skype and quietly worked on bringing Grey's Anatomy back on.

The silence was ended by the human of the twin sisters. "I can't believe Stiles still looks the same," Elena murmured with a soft giggle.

"He's just ten thousand more times hyper," the Radkova witch joked as she fixed her laptop on the middle of the glass coffee table before Emily relaxed back on the leather couch for their hot doctor marathon.

Elena released a light chuckle as she could definitely see that. The Gilbert girl remembered how loud and energetic Stiles was when she and Emily first met him years ago. Elena was glad to know the human teenager didn't let the supernatural world affect him that badly that he loses himself in it.

"I'm really glad you had Scott and Stiles during these last couple of months," Elena murmured as she turned her body on the couch until she was facing her twin sister. The human girl softly grasped Emily's hand before she continued, "I'm glad someone was there to bring you back when I couldn't."

Emily squeezed her twin sister's hand with a soft smile on her lips before she murmured, "me too."

Emily honestly owed Scott her life. It wasn't for him and him being a true alpha, Emily's family and friends might have put her down from hurting anyone else. Emily would be eternally grateful for everything that Scott has done for her.

The Gilbert girl was also very thankful for Stiles, Deaton, and Allison as well. Stiles and Allison were great friends that Emily knew she could always count on if she ever needed to talk or relax from their crazy supernatural lives.

Emily, of course, was grateful for Deaton because all of the help he has given her since her emotionless stage. If it wasn't for Deaton, Emily may have never gotten her twin sister back. If it wasn't for Deaton, Emily may never got the chance to be happy again.

Most importantly, Emily had Deaton to thank for the box of sleeping pills and elixir that was currently hidden underneath the couch.

The Radkova witch may have only known the bunch from Beacon Hills for a few months but she trusted them with her soul. For that reason alone, Emily had hope that the true alpha blood was going work and was going to help Emily with her episodes.

Emily could only pray that this elixir of Deaton's worked as quickly as possible. The Radkova witch hated hiding things and lying to her loved ones. Emily just hoped the blood was the answer to all of her problems and Emily could move on from this moment in her life and get back to finding her boyfriend.
