The Radkova witch was stuck in a vortex of enhanced speed for a couple of minutes before Klaus finally pulled them to stop. Emily went to take a step forward before Emily immediately rolled her green eyes when she still felt Klaus' tight hold on her upper arm.

Emily forced down the annoyance as she curiously looked around her surroundings to see where the original hybrid had taken her to. Emily quickly furrowed her brows in confusion, though, when she saw they were standing in front of the local hospital.

"What are we doing here?" Emily slowly asked in bewilderment.

Klaus looked down to the Gilbert girl with a wide smirk pulled onto his lips. "You'll see," Klaus murmured. The original hybrid moved his tight grasp down to Emily's wrist before he commanded, "now come on."

The Radkova witch rolled her green eyes at Klaus but she didn't bother arguing. Instead, Emily stood closely next to Klaus as she followed him into the hospital. Emily had no idea what the original hybrid was doing here but Emily knew she needed to get her guard up the whole time if she wanted to keep herself alive.

The Radkova witch kept glancing over to Klaus as they maneuvered their way through the hospital's hallways. However, the original hybrid was as calm as could be. Emily didn't like that. She just knew Klaus was up to something.

"Excuse me," Klaus politely called out to grab the attention of a blonde woman in a pair dark blue medical scrubs, who was leaning against the wall as she looked through a folder.

The Radkova witch couldn't help but roll her green eyes when she watched the blonde woman practically swoon at the sight of the original hybrid. If only she knew what type of monster Klaus actually was.

"Oh! Hi!" The blonde woman, Karina, murmured with a shy smile pulled onto her painted red lips. "Can I help you with something?" Karina asked.

"Maybe," Klaus uttered with his own grin. "Would you happen to be a phlebotomist by chance?" The original hybrid inquired as he slightly twitched his head to the side.

"I am," Katrina proudly proclaimed as she pushed off the wall and straightened up her body.

"Perfect," Klaus murmured. The original hybrid moved his grip from Emily's wrist up to her shoulder. "I need you to draw her blood for me, love," Klaus told the phlebotomist as he tightly squeezed Emily's shoulder.

Katrina's brown eyes quickly furrowed together at the man's request. "Do you have an appointment today?" The blonde woman asked. Karina shook her head before she stated, "we don't take walk-ins on the weekends."

Klaus shot the blonde woman an innocent smile as he slowly took a step closer towards her. The original hybrid stared into Karina's brown eyes before he compelled her, "you are going to take us to somewhere private and you are going to draw her blood."

The phlebotomist's wariness expression swiftly turned into a relaxed smile as she accepted the original hybrid's compulsion. "Of course!" Karina proclaimed before she stated as she waved her hand down the hallway, "if you would follow me, we can get started!"

Emily waited for the blonde woman to take her attention off of them as she turned around before Emily hurriedly began to try to pull herself out of Klaus' grasp.

It was quite obvious what they were doing at the hospital now. Klaus planned to take the Radkova witch's blood for his hybrids.

Emily's body was in so much pain but she ignored the feeling as she twisted around in the hold that the original hybrid had on her left shoulder until they were facing each other. Emily placed her palms onto Klaus' chest before she conjured the coldness to spread through her body to transfer onto Klaus' skin.

The original hybrid immediately took a step away from Emily before he looked across at her with a menacing glare. "Stop," Klaus commanded before he threatened the Radkova witch as he stated, "if you even think about screaming, I will every single person in this hospital."

Klaus twitched his head to the side with a wide smirk spread across his lips before he taunted the brunette girl, "do you really want to have all of these innocent humans' deaths on your conscience?"

Emily instantly let her icy powers dissolve before she looked at the original hybrid with a fierce glare. "Screw you," the Radkova witch snarled.

"Maybe later," Klaus teasingly murmured before he wrapped his hand around Emily's arm once more. "Now, if you follow the rules, I won't kill anymore people tonight," the original hybrid whispered into Emily's ear as he led her down to hallway to follow after the phlebotomist.

"That's so assuring," Emily sarcastically grumbled under her breath.

The original hybrid didn't bother responding to Emily's sarcasm. Instead, Klaus gave Emily's arm a tight and warning squeeze before they continued their way down in the hallway in a tense silence.

"Here we are!" Karina exclaimed after a few more minutes of walking through the large hospital. The phlebotomist pushed open the door before she flicked on the lights. "You can take a seat right over there, sweetie," Karina told the brunette teenager as she pointed her hand towards the large grey chair.

"Thanks," Emily mumbled as she looked over to the medical chair that was used for procedures like getting blood drawn. It looked like a comfy chair but Emily knew this wasn't going to be a fun experience for her. Stupid needles, Emily thought to herself.

Klaus leaned over the Radkova witch's shoulder before he whispered into Emily's ear, "remember, behave yourself."

"Fine," Emily muttered before she roughly pulled her arm out of the original hybrid's grasp. It was a painful move but it was worth it, in Emily's opinion, to be able to get away from Klaus.

The Radkova witch knew this was quite a bad situation she found herself in. Emily could either let Klaus take her blood and he creates this hybrid army or she could try to fight it and get every single innocent person in the hospital killed.

Emily absolutely hated the idea of helping the original hybrid but she knew she just had to bid her time. Ideally, Emily knew this wasn't the right time to fight the original hybrid, especially when there were so many lives at stake.

The original hybrid crossed the hospital room as he walked over to Karina, who was setting up her station to draw the Gilbert girl's blood. Klaus placed his hand onto the phlebotomist's shoulder to gain her attention.

The original hybrid waited for Karina to turn around before he compelled the blonde woman, "you will take two pints of blood. No more. No less."

The phlebotomist robotically nodded her head. "Two pints," Katrina slowly repeated the original hybrid's words.

Klaus looked at the compelled woman with a pleased grin. "Good," the original hybrid uttered before he commanded the phlebotomist, "now get to work."

The compulsion that Karina was under immediately took its affect as the blonde woman swiftly turned back around before she began to work even faster to prepare the needle and the blood bags for the procedure.

Emily could practically feel her heart pounding in her ears when the blonde woman turned to her and began to roll up the sleeve to her tan sweater. The Radkova witch may want to be a doctor but she despised this part. Emily wasn't exactly a huge fan of needles if she was being honest.

"Shit," Emily hissed when she felt the very large needle push through her skin and enter her vein. The Radkova witch closed her green eyes before she began to try to ignore the fact that she was getting her blood drained for the third time tonight.

Unfortunately, Emily didn't get the option to focus on keeping herself calm before the original hybrid opened his mouth. "How did you get your magic?" Klaus inquired.

The Radkova witch released a loud groan before she lolled her head around to find Klaus standing against the wall with his arms crossed over his chest while he looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

Emily rolled her green eyes at the sight of the original hybrid waiting for her to answer his question. Of course, Klaus wouldn't let her have any sort of peace, not even for a second.

"Maria," the Radkova witch deadpanned as she gave her answer.

The original hybrid followed Emily's action as he rolled his blue-green eyes at her response. "Try again," Klaus ordered.

The Radkova witch released a heavy sigh. Emily would rather not have to talk to the original hybrid but she knew if he was focused on her, then Klaus wouldn't be thinking about killing the innocent woman taking her blood.

While Klaus did promise to not kill anyone for the rest of the night as long as Emily didn't fight back, the Radkova witch didn't trust that at all. They weren't friends, so why wouldn't Klaus go back on his word just because he could?

Emily usually wouldn't go around telling people, who wanted to hurt her loved ones, about her witchy story but Emily knew it wouldn't matter what Klaus found out. Katherine would soon return back to Mystic Falls with Mikael before they could finally be done with the original hybrid for good.

"Maria had it all planned out," Emily began as she went into further detail to Klaus' question. "She didn't want her coven to end with her," Emily stated.

Emily briefly shot a glare at the original hybrid as she uttered, "Darina had some of the Radkova magic inside her system when you killed her." Emily lightly shrugged her shoulders as she stated, "Maria used that to her advantage."

"Darina's doppelganger, aka me, would have that essence of magic from our shared blood," Emily informed the original hybrid as she pointed her index finger to her chest. "Maria knew that, so she transferred her magic into a vial for the next doppelganger to drink and to take her powers."

"How did you find out about it?" Klaus curiously wondered.

The Radkova witch knew she needed to lie a little bit now. Emily absolutely refused to tell Klaus that it was because of his brother. Emily respected and liked Elijah, so she definitely wasn't going to tell the original hybrid that Elijah was the one who delivered Maria's magic to her.

The Radkova witch didn't want to get Elijah in trouble with the original hybrid. Emily knew how explosive Klaus could be, so Emily didn't want to be the reason why Elijah felt the original hybrid's wrath.

"Katherine," the Radkova witch simply stated.

While Emily didn't want to throw her doppelganger's sister under the bus, Emily also knew Katherine wouldn't feel Klaus' anger. Katherine was a Petrova, a fighter, and a survivor. Emily wasn't too worried about that.

Klaus immediately rolled his blue-green eyes. "Of course," the original hybrid grumbled under his breath. "How did she get her hands on it?" Klaus inquired as he focused back onto the main topic.

"It was during the time when Maria fell sick. Katherine heard about it, so she decided to go see Maria one last time before her death," Emily informed the original hybrid. "Maria ended up giving Katherine the vial to give to Darina's next doppelganger," Emily partly lied.

While this was similar to how Elijah got the vial from the Radkova witch, Emily just fibbed a little bit to make Katherine fit into the story. It wasn't that big of a change, thankfully, so Klaus wouldn't be able to tell that it wasn't the truth.

It didn't really matter, anyway. This was just a small story in Emily's witchy life. It wasn't like there was anything the original hybrid could do to change the fact that Emily's blood was surrounded by magic.

"Hmm..." Klaus hummed as he took in the Gilbert girl's story. "Do you have all the same abilities that Maria had?" The original hybrid inquired.

Emily lightly shrugged her shoulders. "I'm not sure. I guess," the Radkova witch vaguely stated. While Emily did know she could do everything Maria could do, it didn't mean she was going to let Klaus know that detail, though.

"I answered all of your questions," Emily stated as she shot a pointed glare at the original hybrid. "Now it's my turn," the Radkova witch proclaimed.

A lazy and amused smirk pulled onto the original hybrid's lips. "Go ahead," Klaus murmured as he waved his hand to silently tell the Radkova witch to ask her questions.

"You were surprised by what happened to Tyler," the Radkova witch mentioned before Emily asked, "your other hybrids never looked like that, did they?"

"Correct, sunflower," Klaus murmured as he slowly nodded his head. "It's your blood," Klaus stated. "Your magic is infused all in your blood," the original hybrid explained, "the Radkova coven is such a strong group of witches that your blood has the ability to transfer that power to others if it's used in the correct way."

"Well, that's just great," Emily sarcastically muttered as she rolled her green eyes. The last thing Emily wanted was for some bad supernatural beings to come after her and her blood to gain more power.

"Oh, it is," Klaus murmured as a wide smirk pulled onto his face. "Your blood will make me some powerful hybrids," Klaus excitedly proclaimed.

"You know," the original hybrid began as he pushed himself off of the wall and slowly headed towards the Radkova witch. "I was originally just going to drain you of your blood after creating my army," Klaus admitted before he murmured, "but I think it's a better idea to keep you alive."

Emily immediately directed a fierce glare over at the original hybrid. "I will never help you make an army of hybrids," the Radkova witch growled.

Klaus' smirk quickly reappeared back on his face as he crouched down until he was eye level with the Radkova witch. "You will, sunflower," the original hybrid stated before he asked, "you wanna know why?"

The Radkova witch didn't bother giving Klaus a response because there was no way she was going to agree to this. Instead, Emily only kept her glare locked onto the original hybrid.

Klaus took that as a sign to continue talking before the original hybrid reminded Emily, "you aren't the only doppelganger in town."

Emily's green eyes swiftly narrowed at the original hybrid. "Touch Elena and I will end you," the Radkova witch snarled before she stated, "I don't mind dying if it means I get to take you with me."

The original hybrid released an amused and boastful chuckle. "Now, now. Watch the threats, sunflower," Klaus warned the Radkova witch before he cockily exclaimed, "because we both know you can't stop me."

Emily let out a tiny giggle. "Yeah, we'll see about that," the Radkova witch muttered as she immediately thought about the secret weapon heading to Mystic Falls.

Klaus ignored what the Radkova witch had said as he placed both of his palms onto each of Emily's knees before he tightly squeezed them. "I'm going to take all the blood I want from you whenever I want," Klaus proclaimed.

"You wanna know what will happen if you withhold your blood from me?" The original hybrid asked before he immediately threatened the Radkova witch, "I will drain that sister of yours until the only thing left is a dry corpse. I will then take you away from all your family and friends before I will lock you away in a nice castle until you die of natural causes."

Emily couldn't help but slump back in the grey chair with a deep frown on her face after she listened to Klaus' words. Emily knew she was stuck. There was nothing she could do when Klaus was threatening her twin sister.

The Radkova witch absolutely refused to put Elena in any more danger with the original hybrid. Emily would gladly sacrifice herself and her freedom to Klaus if it meant she would be able to keep her twin sister safe.

The original hybrid condescendingly tapped Emily's cheek with a small smirk. "I'm glad you made the right decision, sunflower," Klaus murmured before he stood back up to his full height.

Klaus rubbed his palms against one another to wipe away the invisible dust from his hands before Klaus headed over to the door. "Enjoy yourself, sunflower," the original hybrid called out from over his shoulder in amusement.

"Screw you," Emily grumbled as she watched as the original hybrid cockily walked out of the hospital room.

The Radkova witch's shoulders immediately slumped after the door closed behind Klaus before she was left alone with the phlebotomist, who had already filled a pint sized bag with her blood.

Emily felt quite anxious as she watched as her dark red blood flowed through the thick tube to the clear bag. Emily always hated getting her blood drawn but the fact that Radkova magic was flowing through her blood made Emily uncomfortable.

It would still suck if Emily had normal blood but the addition that her blood would make Klaus' hybrids even stronger than they should be didn't exactly sit right with the Radkova witch.

The original hybrid was already powerful enough. This would cause the supernatural world to crumble if Klaus got his hands on an army of Radkova witch infused hybrids.

Emily had to force her body to take slow, deep breaths to calm her nerves as she was letting the stress get to her. The Radkova witch had to remind herself that Katherine had a strong plan to take down the original hybrid.

Emily's mind kept thinking too far in the future and what the world would look like if Klaus was successful and got his army of hybrids. However, the Radkova witch had to remember that Klaus wouldn't even get that far if Katherine did find the vampire who hunts vampires.

Rationally, Emily knew she just needed to hold out until Mikael arrived to Mystic Falls. Emily just had to keep Klaus happy and have Klaus truly believe that he was getting everything he wanted before they would make their attack.

Emily's blood would realistically be useless once they put an end to the original hybrid. The Radkova witch then could destroy any ounce of blood there was. That way, no one would be able to use her Radkova blood for evil.

The Gilbert girl wasn't sure how it happened but she ended up losing track of time. Emily figured it was from all the thoughts running through her mind plus from all of the blood loss that Emily had to go through tonight.

The Radkova witch had been zoning in and out of reality for some time before Emily suddenly felt the thick needle being pulled out of her arm.

Emily sighed in relief as she watched the phlebotomist throw the needle into the medical waste trash can. The Radkova witch was honestly just happy to done with needles for now.

"You did so well!" Karina cheerfully told the brunette teenager as she laid a cotton ball and a bright orange band-aid onto the inner side of Emily's elbow.

"Thanks," the Radkova witch absently muttered as she flexed her arm before Emily pulled her tan sweater sleeve back down her arm. Emily went to stand up from the grey chair but she immediately began to stumble over her feet.

The phlebotomist quickly grasped Emily's shoulders to stop her from toppling onto the ground. "Woah!" Karina exclaimed. "You need to take it easy," the blonde woman advised the teenager.

"I don't really have a choice," the Radkova witch mumbled under her breath as she carefully turned her body to the side before Emily placed her palms onto the arm of the chair.

Emily didn't realize until now how exhausted her body was. However, the Radkova witch knew she should have known, though. No one should have to go through all of the stress and trauma she had to deal with in the last couple of hours.

"Here," Karina murmured as she pulled out a granola bar from the front pocket of her blue scrubs. "This should give you a little bit of energy," the phlebotomist stated as she held out the snack to the brunette girl.

Emily turned to the side to face the blonde woman before she accepted the blue and silver package. "Thanks again," Emily mumbled as she carefully sat down on the edge of the chair before she swiftly tore into the granola bar.

The Radkova witch forced her body to take slow and deep breaths through each bite of the energy bar while Emily also tried not to puke everywhere.

It took a couple of minutes more before Emily took a second shot at standing up. This time, Emily wasn't as dizzy as she was before thanks to the granola bar. The Radkova witch took that as a good sign that she could finally leave this place.

Emily took slow and careful steps as she walked over to the metal trash can in the corner of the room before Emily threw away the granola bar wrapper. Emily straightened up her body as she took a deep breath before the Radkova witch began to head for the door.

However, Emily had barely opened the door before the phlebotomist swiftly called out, "wait!"

The Radkova witch was puzzled as she slowly turned around before Emily immediately rolled her green eyes when she saw that the blonde woman was holding up a plastic medical bag that was filled with her blood.

Emily found it quite annoying that she wasn't just a blood bank but also a delivery service as well for the original hybrid.

"Thanks," the Radkova witch muttered as she accepted the plastic bag. Emily double tied the bag before she looked over to the phlebotomist. "You should start consuming vervain," Emily told the blonde woman.

Karina looked across at the brunette teenager in confusion. "Vervain? What's that?" The phlebotomist inquired.

"It'll stop you from getting your mind messed with again," Emily explained to the blonde woman, "it's a herb. You put it in your morning coffee or water and drink it everyday."

"Okay..." Karina slowly trailed off.

Emily shot the blonde woman a tiny but comforting smile. "Good night," the Radkova witch murmured before Emily slowly made her way out of the room and down the long hallway.

While Emily doubted she would ever see the blonde woman again, Emily wanted to make sure the phlebotomist would be safe in their supernatural infested town. No one as innocent as someone just trying to do their job should have their minds being warped without their knowledge. At least the vervain would help protect the phlebotomist a little bit.

It took Emily a little bit longer than it should for her to move through the hospital. Emily had to take a few breaks to catch her breath before the Radkova witch finally made her way outside, where she found the original siblings.

Rebekah was the first one to notice the Gilbert girl before a wide grin pulled onto the original vampire's lips. "I'm glad to see you're still kicking," Rebekah teasingly murmured.

Emily rolled her green eyes as she slowly walked closer towards the original siblings. "Yeah, it's just great," the Radkova witch sarcastically muttered before she turned her gaze over to Klaus.

"Here," Emily mumbled before she tossed the plastic bag that held her blood to the original hybrid.

Klaus easily caught the bag with one hand before he widely grinned once he saw what the Radkova witch had thrown to him. "It was pleasure doing business with you, sunflower," the original hybrid murmured as he looked back over to the Gilbert girl.

"So, it's her blood, then?" Rebekah curiously asked as she focused her blue eyes onto her brother. "It's not because the doppelganger is alive," the original hybrid uttered as she tried to understand Klaus' hybrid issue.

Klaus slowly nodded his head as he murmured, "it would seem so."

Rebekah quickly furrowed her brows in confusion before she questioned, "but how did you know that?"

The original hybrid released a humorless chuckle. "Well, you know how much the original witch hated me," Klaus reminded his sister. "Do you honestly think I would do anything other than the opposite of what she says?" Klaus inquired with a raise of his right eyebrow.

Rebekah rolled her blue eyes before she muttered, "a thousand years in the grave and she's still screwing with you."

"Wait," Emily called out as she moved to stand in front of the original siblings. "How well do you guys know the original witch?" Emily curiously inquired.

Emily had only ever heard about this original witch over the last few days because of her supposedly-vervain-necklace-turned-witch's-talisman that had began acting up with magic. Emily only knew that the original witch was the first one, obviously.

It would make sense for how Klaus and Rebekah knew the original witch, Emily realized, since they were both the original vampire and hybrid. The Gilbert girl was just curious about how the siblings knew the original witch.

Klaus moved his blue-green eyes over to the Radkova witch with a wide smirk pulled onto his lips. "I can't tell you all of my secrets, sunflower," Klaus jested.

"Of course," Emily sarcastically muttered as she shot the original hybrid an even more sarcastic grin.

"Let's just say she was a spiteful bitch," Klaus told the Radkova witch. "She purposely said the doppelganger, you, would have to die in order for me to become a hybrid," Klaus further explained before he trailed off, "but if you had actually died..."

"No big bad hybrid," Emily concluded.

"Exactly, sunflower," Klaus murmured with a grin pulled brightly onto his face.

"You wouldn't have been able to sire yourself a new species either," Rebekah stated as she added onto her brother's hybrid story.

Klaus slowly nodded his head as a frown quickly replaced his grin. "It would leave me alone for all time," the original hybrid whispered.

"Is that what this is about?" Rebekah asked as she looked over to her brother with her right eyebrow raised in surprise. "Your obsession with hybrids is just because you don't want to be alone?" Rebekah inquired.

"It's good to know the big bad hybrid is afraid of something," Emily muttered as she crossed her arms over her chest with a lazy and amused grin playing on her lips.

Klaus ignored his sister's question as he shot the Radkova witch a warning glare. "Watch it," Klaus ordered as he pointed his index finger at the brunette girl before the original hybrid moved his blue-green gaze back to Rebekah.

Klaus pulled out a set of keys from the front pocket of his jeans. "Go get the truck, sister," the original hybrid commanded before he tossed his sister the keys.

Rebekah immediately rolled her blue eyes at her brother. "Fine," the original vampire muttered in annoyance before she moved her gaze over to the doppelganger. "We'll be seeing a whole lot of each other now," Rebekah stated with a wide grin, "I can't wait."

"I'm sure," Emily sarcastically muttered.

Emily wasn't exactly excited at the thought of Klaus' sister staying in Mystic Falls. Emily still felt on edge around the original vampire. While Elijah had always been so kind to her, Emily didn't know what to think about Rebekah just yet. The blonde vampire was definitely a wildcard in Emily's opinion.

The Radkova witch waited and watched Rebekah leave with her enhanced speed before Emily turned to face the original hybrid. "I guess I'll be going," Emily proclaimed as she took steps backwards to make her escape.

However, Emily only took a couple steps before the smirking original hybrid suddenly appeared in front of her. "First, we need to have a little conversation, sunflower," Klaus stated after he shook his head. "You probably heard the story from Katerina," the original hybrid began before he murmured, "but I hope you are smart enough not to try and run from me."

Emily rolled her green eyes at the original hybrid. "I'm not going anywhere," the Radkova witch stated. "You can have my blood as long as you don't hurt any of my family and friends," Emily vowed as she raised up her right palm.

The Radkova witch's promise was a complete and utter lie, though. Emily was just saying what she knew the original hybrid wanted to hear. Emily knew she just had to keep up this lie until their secret weapon arrived in town.

"Good girl," Klaus murmured with a grin as he gently patted the Radkova witch's cheek with his palm. "Make sure your people know that, sunflower," the original hybrid ordered before he promised, "if they try to stop me, I will kill them all."

The Radkova witch was about to make another promise to Klaus to keep him happy. However, before Emily could even utter a single word, she was suddenly swept up from her feet and moved to the whole other side of the hospital parking lot.

Emily opened her green eyes that she didn't even realize she had closed once she didn't feel the wind biting at her skin before Emily quickly gasped at who she saw in front of her.

"Damon," the Radkova witch whispered before she immediately threw her arms around the Salvatore vampire's neck. Emily was honestly so happy to see a friendly face again.

"Well, look who it is," Klaus slowly drawled out as he closed the distance between himself and the Salvatore vampire, who was holding onto his doppelganger.

"I would love to stay and chat," Damon sarcastically told the original hybrid with a fake smile stretched across his lips before he stated, "but I can't." The Salvatore vampire protectively wrapped his arm around Emily's shoulders as he murmured, "I just came to collect this one."

Klaus innocently raised his palms up in the air. "Very well," the original hybrid uttered before he told Damon, "but just know, you'll be seeing a lot of me." Klaus pointed his index finger over to the Radkova witch before he stated, "Emily's blood is mine."

Klaus shot the Salvatore vampire a glare before he warned Damon just like he had done to the Radkova witch, "you would be smart not to get in the middle of that."

Damon shot the original hybrid a wide and very fake smile before he muttered, "well, sorry, mate, but Emily is done making donations to your psychotic cause."

Klaus released a tsking sound at the Salvatore vampire's response. "You don't get to make that choice," the original hybrid stated as he shook his head.

The Salvatore vampire positioned himself to stand protectively in front of Emily before he gave Klaus his own glare. "Then you're going to have to go through me," Damon announced.

"Damon..." The Radkova witch warned as she tugged on the back of the aforementioned vampire's jacket. The last thing they needed to do right now was to threaten Klaus when they were so close to finally getting rid of the original hybrid for good.

Klaus only widely smirked at the Salvatore vampire's threat. "Oh, I would love to kill you," Klaus murmured before he shook his head and stated, "but I have a deal with Emily and I made a pledge to your brother."

The original hybrid's smirk became even bigger as he taunted the younger vampire, "although, you know what, thinking about it now, I'm betting Stefan wouldn't care that much anymore."

Damon angrily grinded his teeth together as he glared at the original hybrid. "Oh, I heard all about your little fun at the school," Damon snarled. "While my brother is going to be a pain in the ass to deal with later," Damon uttered before he stated, "I did something better."

"Oh, yeah?" The original hybrid inquired. Klaus let out a small chuckle before he asked, "what could you have possibly done to interest me?"

"Oh, you know," Damon lazily murmured as he carelessly shrugged his shoulders before he informed the original hybrid with a cockily smirk displayed across his lips, "I just found this cool guy named Mikael."

Klaus immediately grabbed the Salvatore vampire before he slammed Damon on top of a black SUV behind him. "What do you know about Mikael?" The original hybrid snarled as he tightly wrapped his fingers around Damon's throat.

"Damon!" The Radkova witch shouted in surprise once Emily's human eyes caught up to what was happening between the vampire and the original hybrid.

"Stay right there, princess!" Damon called out to the Radkova witch before he focused back up to the original hybrid with a wide smirk displayed across his face.

The Salvatore vampire lightly shrugged his shoulders at Klaus' question before Damon stated, "just that he knows you're here."

Emily really hated the idea of not helping the Salvatore vampire when he was going against Klaus but the Radkova witch figured it was probably for the best. Emily knew she was in no shape to use her magic right now after all the stress and blood loss she had to go through tonight.

"You're bluffing," Klaus growled as he tightened his grasp around the Salvatore vampire's throat.

"Katherine and I found him," Damon informed the original hybrid. "Consider it out leverage," the Salvatore vampire cockily murmured.

The original hybrid released an angry snarl before he threw Damon across the hospital parking lot, which caused the Salvatore vampire to land on another vehicle with a loud bang.

Emily stood frozen in her spot until Klaus sped away before she hurriedly ran over to the groaning Damon, who was laid out on top of a silver Camry. The Radkova witch was out of breath by the time she finally reached the Salvatore vampire across the large parking lot.

"Damon!" The Radkova witch gasped as she grabbed ahold of the aforementioned vampire's hands. "Are you okay?" Emily worriedly asked as she carefully began to help Damon down from the hood of the Camry.

"Just peachy," Damon grumbled as he straightened out his leather jacket before he focused his blue eyes onto the Radkova witch as his brows quickly furrowed together. "What about you?" Damon asked as he placed a gentle hand onto Emily's shoulder, "you doing okay?"

Emily let out a humorless chuckle. "Oh, you know, just busy being a human blood bag," the Radkova witch sarcastically muttered.

Damon released a heavy breath before he swiftly pulled his girlfriend's sister into his arms. "Well, you're safe now," Damon whispered as he tightly and protectively embraced the Radkova witch.

Emily couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief as she wrapped her arms around Damon's waist and laid her head onto the Salvatore vampire's chest. Emily felt like she could finally relax now that she wasn't constantly being hounded by the original siblings.

Emily and Damon embraced one another in the middle of the hospital's parking lot for a few more minutes before the Radkova witch slowly pulled away as a thought suddenly appeared in her mind. "How did you know where I was?" Emily curiously asked.

"Jeremy and I were on our way back from Charlotte when my phone finally picked up service. Elena called and she told me what was happening at the school," the Salvatore vampire recalled.

"When we arrived home, wolf boy was spouting on about something to do with your blood," Damon informed the Radkova witch. Damon shook his head before he stated, "we didn't understand what the hell he was talking about, so Bonnie did a quick locator spell and found you."

Emily silently nodded her head along as she listened to the Salvatore vampire's story before a small smile worked its way onto her face. "Thanks for coming for me," Emily murmured as she praised her sister's boyfriend.

A wide grin quickly appeared onto the Salvatore vampire's lips. "Hey," Damon cooed as he comfortingly rubbed the Radkova witch's upper arm. "I always got your back, princess," the Salvatore vampire vowed, "through thick and thin."

The Radkova witch let out a soft giggle. "I might despise you sometimes," Emily began before she jokingly corrected herself, "well most of time but I'm happy to know you have my back."

The Salvatore vampire playfully rolled his blue eyes as he released a light chuckle. "Trust me, you're stuck with me, princess," Damon exclaimed with a wide smirk stretched across his lips.

Emily rolled her green eyes right back at the Salvatore vampire before she suddenly remembered something that Damon had said earlier that she was curious about. "Oh, hey," the Radkova witch began before she asked, "did you guys really find Mikael?"

The Salvatore vampire nodded his head. "Yeah, Anna led us straight to him," Damon recalled. "I made sure I got Jeremy out of there before Katherine woke up," the Salvatore vampire swore before he stated, "but I saw Mikael myself."

A large grin quickly appeared onto the Radkova witch's face at that piece of information. At least something good came out of this night, Emily thought to herself.

The Gilbert girl had been a little bit worried that Anna was going to send the trio on a wild goose chase. Emily was really relieved to know that Katherine, Damon, and Jeremy located their secret weapon in defeating the original hybrid.

"Wait..." Emily suddenly called out as a thought appeared in her head. "Where's Katherine?" The Radkova witch asked her brows pulled together in puzzlement.

"She stayed in Charlotte to deal with Mikael," the Salvatore vampire explained before he quickly promised, "Katherine said she would call soon."

Damon, of course, wasn't a fan of the Petrova vampire but he had learned to understand the relationship Emily had with his ex-girlfriend. Damon didn't like it but he at least understood the sisterly love the two doppelgangers had for one another.

The Radkova witch released a small breath of relief at that. Emily wasn't even sure Katherine planned to stay in Mystic Falls while Mikael dealt with Klaus or if she was just delivering him to Klaus' location.

The Radkova witch would completely understand if Katherine didn't want to return back to Mystic Falls but Emily wanted to say her goodbye to the Petrova vampire. However, then again, Emily knew Katherine always makes sure to say goodbye to her whenever she would leave town.

The Salvatore vampire lazily tossed his arm over Emily's shoulder. "Now, come on, princess," Damon muttered before he told the Radkova witch, "there's people who have been dying to see you."

Emily softly chuckled as she wrapped her arm around the Salvatore vampire's waist before the duo slowly began to make their way out of the hospital parking lot.

Emily was, of course, very exhausted and mentally drained but she also wanted to see her loved ones as well. The Radkova witch needed to see Elena and Tyler with her own two eyes. It would be the only way for Emily to fully relax to have a much needed good night's rest after such a horrible night.
