The Hero

'Are you sure about this, Naruto?' a deep voice grumbled, practically reverberating around his very soul. As the large behemoth of a Kaijuu-class Tailed-beast resting within his mindscape, the Kyuubi no Yoko, the Nine-tailed demon fox that had terrorized his entire village the night of his birth. And also his best friend, and the person who had been with him since the very beginning, Kurama. Now, don't get him wrong, he wasn't always friends with the overgrown furball, but ever since the war, fighting with Madara, and protecting practically the entirety of the shinobi forces on the battlefield, he had found out just how to get along with the beast. So now they didn't have to fight for control of his body anymore, and the fox pretty much just lazed about within the pocket dimension. Only waking up anytime he needed to fight, or when he was too lazy to go to sleep, how that was possible he did not know, but that wasn't any of his business.

'Of course I am Kurama. This is just some standard search and destroy mission, shouldn't be too hard.' he said within his mind, but deep inside him he wasn't so sure.

Ever since the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War he had begun taking on a vast quantity of missions, many of them being solo missions, as the number of Konoha's shinobi had been killed, or at least injured within the battles, had been immense. And subsetting the missions to other countries only went so far, as they were likely within the same boat. Plus his country needed the money, so using the 'Hero of the War' was an easy decision to make. After all, he was the only S-rank shinobi within his village who wasn't in a wheelchair, busy becoming Hokage, or just plain traveling the world on some 'Quest for atonement.' Although Sakura was getting there, he did not doubt that within a few years, she would make it, even surpassing her teacher, Tsunade Senju herself, in the future.

And so, he was usually sent on missions like these, barely getting any sort of break, and sometimes he would even get sent on multiple at once. Honestly, he didn't mind this, helping out his home was no bother, especially given everyone else was working so hard. And he knew Kakashi had faith in him that he would be able to do all the ones he was given.

"Alright, this is as far as I'm willing to go" a stray voice reached his ears, the voice of the captain of the fishing boat they were currently riding on. The rushing waves crashed around them loudly against the hull like a bad omen, which gave him an intense feeling of foreboding as he journeyed on this mission.

Naruto smiled, still staring off into the distance, straight towards the lustrous and almost beautiful overgrowth of the island of his destination, said to hold the vicious monster at the very center. As he gave him a thumbs up "Thanks old man, but that's alright, this should be far enough," he told him, leaving the captain of the boat confused.

"Well alright, but I'm not sure why you would like to go here, and I'm–" he tried to say, but the sight of Naruto jumping impossibly high into the air caught his eye. Nearly stopping him in his feet, before he just shrugged the whole ordeal off, ninja stuff was always so complicated.

This wasn't his problem, the blonde had already paid him up front, and going so east of the elemental nations the fee was heavy. All he had to do was wait, and if three days passed he would be able to leave should Naruto not return.

So really all he needed to do was waste time, and so, pulling out his copy of icha-icha, he found a good way to do just that.

XXX

(The island of Sarpedon)

With Naruto

Traveling outside the Elemental Nations was weird, and he had never really spent the time doing so, nobody had. The shinobi world was always so engrossed within itself, leaving little to no room for exploring. But the vast seas in the east and west and the large rocky mountains in the North didn't help much either, but given the fact that the shinobi world was currently united and at peace that left much more room for exploring and diplomacy. One such country was Greece, which he didn't know much about. Peace negotiations only began recently, and so missions like these sanctioned by some of their nobles helped garner more goodwill between them.

But this mission seemed to be different than the rest, although it wasn't different at all. A simple 'Search and Destroy,' although it was in all actuality a mission to slay a monster.

At least that is what the client said, but in reality, there was more to it. A terrible beast, one who. had been attacking and terrorizing anybody who entered even remotely into the island inhabited.

In a way, this reminded him of his one mission with Isarabi, in which he was to locate a strange sea monster who had been attacking and robbing ships. But even then that monster was nothing more than one of Orochimaru's and his subordinates' twisted experiments.

The employers also spoke of the beast taking hold of three goddesses, women of immense beauty and perfection, and holding them within its cavern, never to see the light of day.

He didn't think anything of that piece of information, not believing for a second that there was anything of the sort, he wasn't the religious type. And sure, he had met a goddess, even fought her, but they weren't all that. Kaguya was one of a kind amongst many, coming from a place not even the sage of six paths knew of. But even then he didn't think there were any others like her, there couldn't be, he would be able to sense it. But if the monster was holding hostages, he would try to save them.

When they had received the mission request something else piqued his interest, and that was the fact that every single person sent on this mission. Killing and devouring every sailor and explorer that even stepped foot on the island. Or at least that's what the rumors said, nobody had even left the island, as all had disappeared without a trace. Even a few shinobi had been dispatched, some even jonin-level in rank from other villages, which meant this beast was strong. This would be an S-ranked mission, that's why Kurama had awoken from his usual resting place.

'Careful Naruto, I sense a vast amount of malevolence within that cave right in front of you,' his inner voice warned. Naruto just nodded his head, truthfully he had spent the past hour exploring the wilderness within the island; not finding much. Although the large number of dead bodies did prove unsettling, some of which belonged to shinobi if their headbands were anything to go by. And so, proceeding with caution, he pulled out a kunai knife from within his pouch, as he slowly walked towards the aforementioned cave in front of him.

Being ever so careful as to not alert anybody to his presence, he remained vigilant. The cave was wide, far wider than he had initially interpreted, dwarfing even that of the Hokage in size. With its large, jagged rocks that could skewer anybody given the chance. And he idly noted that this would be the perfect spot for some giant monster to take residence within.

But his musings were cut short as a large rumble alerted him of its presence. As many of the cave's stalactites above him collapsed, nearly piercing him right where he stood. And they would have, had he not dodged to the side, using chakra to stick himself to a wall of the cave. Using the opportunity to survey around him.

As a voice reached his ears, "It seems you were able to dodge my initial attack, I'll admit, you were quite fast. Perhaps you will be better than some of the others I have faced," it mused. The voice sounded particularly feminine, albeit with a grittiness and darkness that was almost seductive within its tone.

As he turned to face who was speaking his eyes widened, not expecting the sight he was beholden with. With her large, four golden wings along her back, and strange swirling purple hair that somehow transformed into serpents before his very eyes. And a tail so long it eclipsed her body in sheer length. Her figure was feminine, with her large breasts along her chest that left nothing to the imagination with the little amount of clothing she wore along them. Shoving off her pale navel, there seemed to be strange, golden scales that covered her shoulders and neck like armor. But the most surprising thing was her sheer size, being able to fill almost the entire cavern they inhabited as she easily dwarfed him in size. Reaching up as high as nearly Gamabunta and Shukakku herself in magnitude.

In a way, she was almost beautiful, with her delicate heart-shaped face, and parted hair to show her forehead. Even her eyes were exotic, then being blood red, and slitted like that of the snake she resembled to be.

Eyes filled with rage; rage and something else he couldn't quite place.

"Y-you— you're the monster I was sent to kill, the Gorgon?" Naruto shouted, remembering the name he had been given during the mission request, although it was more of a question than anything. He had been expecting something completely different, and not the form of a humanoid that she appeared to be. And the fact that she was capable of language, even the same language as him, was astounding, and something he did not expect possible.

His question only seemed to stir the woman-like monster on, as an amused chuckle escaped her soft plump lips. "Hahaha, indeed I am, and you're another one of the pitiful heroes that have been sent to kill me. Although I should mention that you will not turn out any differently than the last," she told him. And to emphasize this point she directed his attention to the massive piles of bodies strewn about against the wall. Being held up by a strange dark miasmic substance that seemed to be organic.

Naruto's eyes widened at the sheer number of them all."Y-you killed them all?" he questioned aloud, he had known there were a lot of people who had fallen to her. But by his count, the number was close to about a hundred or even more.

The woman didn't even seem to feel sorry about it, as a sly, snake-like smirk fluttered across her face. "Oh yes I did, I killed each and every one of them. devouring each of those pitiful heroes whole, just like I will do to you," she told him. He didn't know if he would call her arrogant either, as the sheer confidence within her voice was immense as if it were only a simple fact that she was stating. Like she was stating that the sky was blue, or that the ocean was wet; she truly believed that she would devour him. She was all-powerful, and he would fall by her hand.

"And the three goddesses you kidnapped?" Naruto questioned as well. He figured that this was a good opportunity to do so, this woman was talking to him, even giving him somewhat useful information. So had the chance he figured he should take it.

"The three goddesses?" she mused, repeating her question in her mouth. But he could see that the moment he had asked his question it seemed to take her aback for merely a second, the indiscernible emotion that had once flickered in her eyes becoming more profound. Before the rage seemed to return in full force, as she sent a vicious glare his way, her snake-like strands doing the same. As the vipers strictly pointed at him, their maws opened to strike, showing their fangs dripping with poison. "They are not of your concern, and I do not feel the need to tell a corpse what happened to them."

And something about her response didn't seem right, as if she were hiding something. Nevertheless, he didn't have time to dwell on that though as she sent her large tendrils of hair towards him. He resolved to question her later on the subject.

Naruto took this as a sign that their conversation had stopped, as he once again used his greater agility to jump out of the way of their strikes. Dodging their large jaws that were ready to devour him whole, and given their sheer size he didn't doubt that they would be able to do so. But, given their number, it seemed that no matter how long he dodged they would keep coming after him. Even as he used chakra to ride along and jump across some of the large snake's bodies he was being bombarded by.

And so, holding out his hand at his side, he stopped, waiting for one of the more exuberant reptiles to attack him. Sure enough one did, as it was ready to strike at speeds that would leave many surprised. But not him, as he saw exactly where it was going. As a blue swirling orb filled his palm, he shouted "Rasengan!" as he slammed the spinning ball right into the giant monster. A large explosion engulfed it as the snake was sent back into some of its parallels at its backside.

"Damn it!" The gorgon grits her teeth. Naruto noted that the woman felt a sense of pain with the creatures, almost as if their nervous systems were linked. Which was surprising given that he had first presumed that the snakes were nothing more than some sort of hair technique. But in all actuality, the snakes seemed almost too real to be anything like that, almost like they were extensions of her actual body. Nevertheless, the snake whose body he had been standing on struck as well, he dodged, causing it to bite its own body in the wake of his departure.

As he leaped onto the nearby wall, doing a familiar cross-hand sign as he did so, shouting, "Multi-shadow clone jutsu!" as tens of his copies poofed into smoke around him. Reasoning that if he was getting overwhelmed by numbers he should do the same as well. The monster seemed surprised by this development, as her serpents and his copies seemed to clash.

And to Gorgon's credit, she did the only reasonable thing she could do in this situation, as she gained her distance from him. Recalling some of her snakes as she did so, they opened their mouths towards him. Naruto realized what she was doing, as he expected her to perform some type of longer-range attack. True to his intuition, she did have something else within her sleeves, as large violet-colored beams of light show out of the maws of the vipers. Obliterating all within its paths as the beams struck all his copies and Naruto himself. Leaving nothing within its path, as the sheer destruction left upheaved dust within the entire area.

And indeed, Gorgan perceived she had got him with her divine blasts, and got ready to devour him like the many before him. Although this hero had shown himself to be particularly surprising. And with those strange techniques of his, perhaps he was some sort of Demi-god. Oh, how she would relish his flavor should he prove to be a child of Athena, that foul woman who cursed her for all of eternity. Sadly, this one didn't seem too smart or strategic, but the chance was still there.

Suddenly, a loud screech reached her ears, as she instantly turned towards the offending noise. Spotting the same hero she had just defeated, jumping towards her, high in the air, a large white orb within both of his palms. Four large spinning wind blades cut through the air around the ball. And even she could sense immense power in such a technique.

As his eyes widened, the boy seemingly did something impossible. He threw it, throwing the ball of such condensed power toward her. And with a shout of its name "Wind Style: Rasenshuriken!" It struck her completely, Gorgon didn't have the time nor the agility to dodge such an attack, not with her size and magnitude. And as such the explosion of hundreds of wind blades that attacked at the cellular level struck whe. Engulfing nearly half of her form in the blast.

But as the explosion dissipated Naruto was surprised, seeing that Gorgon hadn't even been damaged in the blast. She seemingly was able to use her hair and scales as some kind of defense. Her durability was immense, and the fact that she could tank one of his S-rank ninjutsu and stronger variants of his Rasengan was astounding.

"Damn, vermin!" She swore, not wasting the opportunity to take advantage of his surprise. He launched even more of her snakes towards him, and it was on instinct that he was able to dodge them. Jumping back, it seemed he made a fatal mistake, as he landed right on a pool of organic fluid within Gorgon's nest. Not being able to pay attention to his surprise.

The substance was sticky, like a syrup, and almost corrosive. He realized wouldn't be able to dodge, not unless he took the vicious liquid off of him. But as he got ready to slash at the substance with his kunai, he raised his hand high up in the air. Something else happened…

His whole body froze.

As if petrified like stone, he took the time to turn his eyes towards the monster he was facing. Her red eyes seemed entirely fixated on him, glowing a foul crimson as they flashed towards him. He instantly realized this was some sort of doujutsu, like Sasuke's Sharingan. But this seemed to be unlike any ocular genjutsu, he would know. And Kurama should be able to purge himself of any illusions.

Gorgon used the opportunity to attack with her snakes, who were instantly ready to gobble him up.

Naruto's cerulean eyes widened a fraction of a centimeter. And he was practically screaming within his mind, 'Kurama, a little help!' He asked.

And the fox was more than ready to lend a hand. 'Of course, Naruto, let's show this monster who's the real beast!' He responded.

Naruto's form instantly was engulfed in fire, as a large nine-tailed fox avatar sprouted around him.

XXX

(Outside of the mountain)

A large explosion engulfed the mountain, as two giant figures burst from the rocky structure destroying it completely.

Each of the two goliaths fought for dominance, Gorgan's snake-like tendrils swiped towards her opponent. But the giant golden fox remained vigilant as it used its nine tails to battle the giant woman. Naruto's form has been completely engulfed in the avatar of the Kyuubi no kitsune itself courtesy of his use of the nine-tail's chakra.

As Kurama swiped his massive claws towards the beast, the woman used her scaled forearms to try and defend herself. The fox roared a mighty roar as it protected itself from her onslaught.

"You pest!" She roared out, using her mystic eyes to petrify the fox's clawed fist that was about to be sent at her, sending even more of her tendrils that Naruto used his unfrozen tails to block against.

"Right back at you!" Naruto yelled, their attack upheaving numerous trees atop the forest they were in. Destroying the ground as they fought in such proximity. "Just tell me where those three women are!" He demanded. This woman was far more powerful than he had initially imagined, being able to match the kyuubi itself.

That only seemed to spur her anger on more, as she had become enraged with each word he spoke. "Those three women are dead, just like you will be!" Gorgon bellowed, not allowing Naruto to get the opportunity for a second as she continued her assault. She would kill this man, this insufferable blonde. She would murder him and devour him completely. Sure, he had proven himself to be persistent, and he would die for that.

And no matter how many times she tried to smash his face in he would always have something else up his sleeve. She would during his blood, savoring its taste completely. Yes, that would prove worthwhile, and she was sure that she would grow even more powerful, maybe even strong enough to take out that accursed woman.

But most the important thing would be finally getting this man to shut up about those three women. Why was he so fixated on the subject? Why did he care so much? And why did so many heroes come after her, what did she do? What had she done to elicit such a response? Sure she had killed a bunch of them and savored their blood but that was only after they came after her. They came after her and…

Her Ruby eyes widened as a stray tail was sent her way, one she had not anticipated and was not fast enough to dodge. As she was forced to petrify the tail within its place a claw was sent at her cheek, swooping at her and causing blood to deep down her face. Surprised, she didn't have long to dwell on the feeling as more tails were sent at her head.

Naruto used the opportunity to force their bodies even further together, pushing her onto the ground, her head hitting the floor, as he used the Kyuubi's tails to restrain her snakes in their place. Kurama roared, and instantly a large blue and red orb made of condensed chakra formed right in front of his maw.

And even the ferocious Gorgan could realize that should that attack hit her it would surely spell her end, sense the immense power within the massive ball.

But, as Kurama was about to fire his Bijuu bomb, a voice stopped him. "Wait Kurama!" He shouted to his inner demon, much to his frustration. He formed his cross sign once again as he summed a single clone to take his place within the center of Kurama's transparent chest. Jumping down to the ground, even the giant woman was surprised, as he eyed her face that was currently on the ground.

"Gorgon, last chance, I want you to tell me where the women you've been holding hostage are located!" Naruto demanded, knowing the beast was hiding something, orange markings covered his eyelids.

And Gorgon still glared towards him; "They're dead, I devoured them and took their power, just as I will devour you," she roared, still intent on even as her whole body was incapacitated.

Naruto didn't seem to buy it, as he questioned, "Then why do I only sense two different divine energies from you?" He questioned, that had been something he had first sensed when he entered his Kyuubi chakra mode. Using Senjutsu to confirm his suspicions he detected chakra not unlike that of the sage of them six paths down, and something else entirely.

Which led him to believe that the three 'goddesses' he had been informed of were similar to that of Hagaromo himself. Kurama only confirmed his suspicions, mentioning that his father talked of such beings, although they were few and far between. And he hadn't ever expected him to meet one within his lifetime.

But if this woman, Gorgan, indeed had the power to siphon six paths chakra that didn't explain why she only stopped at two of the three goddesses. Why hadn't she devoured the third? But now, getting as close to the woman as he was, he realized something. As corrupted and perverted as it was it was still there, a divine aura, not unlike the two within Gorgon's stomach.

Naruto's eyes widened in realization, 'Kurama, is it possible that this is one of the goddesses?' He questioned, although he didn't give time for the fox to elicit a response.

As he eyes Gorgon within her very eyes, remembering the names of the three women he had been informed of. "Stheno?" He questioned, and at that, the woman's eyes widened, but not in the way he wanted. As he continued, "Euryale?" He questioned again, but he didn't receive the response he wanted. That only meant…

"Medusa?" He questioned, as he felt waves of both guilt and madness emanate off the woman. As well as a burning rage the moment he said her name; Bingo. "You're Medusa aren't you, the youngest of the three sisters, and the one that protected her sisters from anything? You—"

"Silence!" She interrupted. "So what if I am, it makes no difference," Gorgon argued.

Naruto got to the crux of the matter, what had bothered him all this time, ever since he had stepped on this island. "Why did you kill your sisters?" He asked.

But Gorgon only scoffed, "Because they were weak because we weren't able to fend for ourselves on our own," she spat. "Why does it matter, Hero, have you not come to slay me like all the rest?" She inquired, seeing Naruto raise his blade.

But Naruto didn't feel the same, even if he had been asked to slay the Gorgon. "You don't believe that, do you?" He could tell.

"Enough!" She roared, going for one last assault as she burrowed her tail into the ground and used the opportunity to smash him into a paste. She didn't make it far; as Naruto merely raised his golden hand, forming an extended chakra arm within his Kyuubi chakra mode that easily caught the appendage.

Nevertheless Gorgon continued fighting, squirming within Kurama's grasp as she tried with all her might to escape. Shouting, "I will kill you! I will kill you! I will kill. I will kill you…" like a mantra, but it seemed all her efforts were in vain, as she was unable to break herself free.

Kurama blasted a lower-powered Bijuu bomb towards her face, sending her once again crashing down to the ground in a heap. This time she was unable to move, having exhausted herself in her last-ditch effort.

As such she was left heaving and panting for breath in a sweat. And then along came her voice, "So, hero, aren't you going to kill me, as that's all your kind have ever wanted for us?" She asked, her voice almost a whisper as she eyed him.

In her rage and madness, in her immense anger, and her even greater guilt he detected something else within those crimson mystic eyes…

Loneliness is an immense feeling of being alone. It had begun when he had mentioned her sisters, mentioned her true name. And even now he could feel the deep pit that had welled up inside of her, like a dark abyss. It was as if her eye sockets were empty, as she looked at him with nothing but a hollowness that radiated throughout her very soul. Eventually, her madness stopped, and what was left was something that she didn't even want to explore. "Well, go on then, kill me. Please, I've lived too long, I made too many mis… Mistakes, I failed..."

He looked at her with nothing but sympathy, something that shocked Gorgon–No, Medusa– to her core. Why would he look at her with such a look, didn't he know what kind of monster she was? Didn't he know what she had done? Of course he did, she had shown it to him personally. She had devoured her two beloved sisters like they were nothing, all to keep them safe. They were weak, with the constant attacks on her and her home she did not have the strength to fight them all. She hated them, and she soaked in their blood, reveled in it… eventually, she just didn't care anymore. She needed power.

But what had that power amounted to? Just what had her actions led to if not lying on the destroyed mountainside, ready to die, with nobody at her side?

Naruto spoke up, instantly knocking her out of her thoughts, "Medusa, you've fought for so long haven't you? You've been alone for too long," he asked. But the giant woman was silent, and accepting of her death, a death that would never come. "I won't kill you" he resolved.

As Medusa's giant eyes widened, "You must!" she shouted, she couldn't help herself. She wanted to kill and wanted to bathe in Naruto's blood. She didn't know how long she could last, as even now she could only control herself for so long.

"I won't!" Naruto's decision had already been made, and he cut off his use of Kurama's chakra. "My name is Naruto Uzumaki of Konohagakure no Sato, and the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox," he introduced. "And when I was younger I was despised, ignored, and belittled for it. I was treated like a monster like I did not deserve to be born, and in some ways, I wished the same," he told her, as Gorgon looked directly into his now Cerulean blue eyes.

She saw so much in those ocean-like gems of his, sadness, compassion, and… kindness. But most of all she saw the understanding. It wasn't a look of pity, but something else, he held the gaze that he could truly understand her pain. Once upon a time, she had not thought of the idea that someone else could understand her. But now? This boy– No, he had experienced too much to be called a boy, this man had a look like he could truly empathize with her thoughts, that he was just like her.

But there was also joy and happiness within his eyes, she idly wondered how he was able to gain such a gaze. What had he done to fill the deep loneliness within his heart? As if reading her mind he answered her. "I found people that helped me out of that loneliness, people that saw me as not what I was but who I could be."

He remembered the days when he had no one, it was hard, harder than anything he had ever felt, even losing Jiraiya hadn't felt the same. But people like Iruka, Hiruzen, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, Jiraiya, Shikamaru, and so many others helped him. And maybe he could help her. "Please, Medusa, let me help you," he pleaded. Perhaps he could help relieve her of her pain as so many others had done for him.

And the moment he had asked his question he could detect several emotions filling up Medusa's eyes. Surprise, pain, guilt, sorrow, and finally resolve, it seems she had made her decision. "You can't help me, not unless you can bring them back from a monster like myself," she told him, using the last bits of her life force to claw one of her snakes from its hold and strike at him.

Boom.

She didn't stand a chance, Kurama had been ready for any attack that might bombard him, and he had been expecting her to. He released a Tailed Beast bomb of even greater magnitude than he had before, lying still on the forest ground.

All the while Naruto still looked at her with nothing but sympathy, but he couldn't say that this outcome had surprised him. No, Medusa was too far gone within her madness, too far gone within her guilt to ever even consider taking him up on his offer.

But as he saw her, saw her eyes filled with nothing but regret as she took her last breaths a stray thought came into his mind.

Maybe it wasn't too late for her.

While it was true he couldn't bring back the dead maybe he could still save Medusa before she was truly gone, or maybe she had been gone for a while. Nevertheless, he would not give up on her, he knew she could be so much more than the monster she had turned out to be.

"Kurama, do you think if we use 'that' it will help her?" he asked his inner beast, and he knew exactly what he was referring to. To think Naruto would go so far for someone he hadn't even met? But in all reality, it wasn't too surprising, that was just how Naruto was.

Nodding, Naruto didn't waste any time, his blonde hair billowing in the wind as he clutched onto his bandaged arm, concentrating as he reached within himself. Walking closer towards Medusa's fleeting body, placing a single palm on top her her head, using the technique he had been preparing for time.

Instantly, an almost divine sun-like mark sprouted against his right palm, as his pupils began to form a familiar cross-like symbol.

Naruto knew exactly what to do, as he said a few words that reverberated around the very earth itself…

"Banbutsu Sōzō"

XXX

(Konoha)

Some time later.

"So that's what happened," Naruto concluded, staring straight toward his Hokage as he finished his report.

"I see," Kakashi said in thought, a few fingers to his chin. "So indeed this Gorgon was truly a monster that needed to be slain," he concluded, before he looked towards his former student, eying him knowingly. "Although… I do wonder what exactly happened to her remains?" the gray-haired man inquired.

"Er… Umm– well," Naruto tried to say, practically putting his foot in his mouth as he rubbed the back of his head.

Luckily, or rather unluckily, a knock came at the door to save him. Kakashi looked at it willfully, knowing what exactly lay on the other side. "Come in!" he spoke, as instantly the person on the other side entered the room.

Her beauty was unmatched, with her long purple hair, pale skin, voluptuous chest, and a strange snake-like marking on her forehead. Her attire didn't help at all within the matter, as it only revealed more of her body, being that of only a small black dress with purple linings that was low cut in nature. With Arm-warmers and stockings around her limbs of a similar design. But the most striking thing was her eyes, purple-slitted eyes stared out at them.

"Oh, you must be the woman I've heard so much about," Kakashi said, eye smiling.

The woman nodded, "Indeed I am, and I am grateful Naruto has taken it upon himself to give me aid."

That only caused Kakashi's smile to widen, "is that so?" he asked wistfully.

As the woman looks towards the blond as one would look at their prey. "Yes, he has, and I'll have to show him my gratitude for his efforts," she spoke with a snake-like smirk, eyeing him with nothing but a look that one would associate with a predator.

Instantly Naruto felt a shiver down his spine. Kakashi chuckled, it would seem that Hinata had some competition. Oh yes, she would repay Naruto tenfold, after all…

He was the hero that had saved her from her madness.

The End.

An: This is the end, maybe one day I'll do a sequel?

Like maybe a story with a more predatory Medusa coming onto Naruto for his affections within Konoha. I don't know. Could be kind of interesting, and I can only imagine people like Sakura's, Hinata's, and even Kiba's reactions to seeing her.

Plus if they had kids they would probably be stronger than any child in Boruto. The power of Asura and the Three Goddess, the Otsutsuki wouldn't stand a chance. And you can bet Gorgon/Medusa would let her husband get captured by them.

Please leave me lots and lots of NICE reviews.
