Let's go crazy! Let's get nuts! Look for the-

-two points you get if you get that reference!

So, this is the last chapter, and there is a LOT that I'm not going to write, instead doing some time skips! I'll show you the immediate aftermath and where the underage Sides ended up, then I'll show you a few years later!

Thank you for staying with me through this fanfic, and I can't wait to post the next one! I'll also be posting that one on AO3 and kinda shift to just posting over there, but I WILL eventually just post over there, although I will get around to making a rewrite of this, just only with canonically dead characters that I'll post here, too.

Izuku curled into Shoto's side as all of the (former…former) Sides-including Hex and Paz!-plus Nezu, Kacchan, Toshi, Dad, Aizawa-sensei, Yamada-sensei, and Detective Tsukauchi all crowded into a room…

Or, at least, it was just a room, but right now, it was all encased in black as Kesshuu and the Lead Reaper sat in front of them.

"It's nice to officially meet you, Izuku Midoriya," the Lead Reaper said, looking around the room. "As well as all your former spirits. I must say, you've definitely been an odd bunch since you came onto our radar. I never thought I would have to see more than one of you coming back to life, and even that was a strange surprise." He overlooked all of them. "I thank all of you for giving us a hand with this-we have already grabbed Junichiro Shigaraki, Kyudai Garaki, and Gigantomachia's ghosts and essentially exorcized them, so you won't have to worry about wraiths from them. We have also taken the liberty of taking Revival from Tenko Shimura in case he ever manages to escape confinement, although I have a feeling that he won't escape."

"No one has ever escaped Tartarus prison, and we don't intend on letting anyone be the first," Tsukauchi said.

"Good," the Lead Reaper said. "We will…of course, be putting aside the entire ghosts coming back to life ordeal-although, please stop bringing them back to life, it does make things complicated."

Izuku hummed a little, but he didn't look up from Shoto's side, just curling in a little more.

"Right," the Lead Reaper said. "I do suppose after the adrenaline wore off, you'd be completely drained."

Shoto hugged Izuku a little tighter as Izuku finally looked at the Lead Reaper and hummed slightly again.

"Right-I suppose it will take some time for everything to balance itself out again for you," the Lead Reaper said, then flicked his fingers, a medicine bottle appearing in his hand that he gently handed to Izuku. "Don't let anyone else have these, but as a token of my gratitude, here's this. Take one daily-you won't exactly return to just as you had been before, but all the aspects of yourself that you lost will be returned in about a month or so. It should also help strengthen the quirks still there to almost act as entities themselves to make all of them easier to manage the way you want."

"...thanks," Izuku muttered.

"That should be all for what I have to say," the Lead Reaper said. "If anything else comes up on our end, we'll appear again, but otherwise…I shall see you upon your death bed." With that, the Lead Reaper disappeared, but Kesshuu looked around the room.

"...don't get into any more trouble," Kesshuu said. "If you cause trouble for us, it won't be pretty." With that, she disappeared as well.

"Should we trust that?" Yamada-sensei asked. "We don't really know if they aren't happy about-"

Izuku popped the bottle open and downed one of the pills, then shut the bottle and shoved it onto the bedside table.

"The Lead Reaper guy wasn't lying," Detective Tsukauchi said.

"I had Emory's seeing emotions quirk on-no deceit there," Izuku said.

"Quite literally," Darnell said, then made a face. "I have been speaking exclusively in lies for the past seven years-this is weird."

"We can get used to it again together-just…I might clarify what you mean at times," Hisashi promised.

"You're really taking in all the kids?" Detective Tsukauchi asked.

Hisashi sighed. "I'm doing the best I can, but…that's Izuku, Hex, Paz, Odin, Yui, Darnell, Darlina, Hirah, Dot, Yuki, and Hinata." He looked at all the kids squished together. "I…I refuse to let any of you go somewhere I don't know where you're safe-"

"I can take in two or three," Yamada-sensei said quickly. "Shota already has Oboro and is mostly looking after Eri-chan, and I've been wanting to take in kids, too!" He looked over them, thinking for a second before pointing at Odin and Darlina. "Odin-wait, do you prefer living names or…"

"I prefer Odin," Odin said.

"Yui, although I…my parents are still alive, so that might be…" Yui trailed off.

"I'll beat the sh*t out of your parents with zero hesitation," Odin said immediately.

"...that won't be necessary," Nezu said. "Officially, you all did die, so if you have any living relatives that you don't want to contact, then it's easy enough to cut them out of your contacts as we recind the death certificates-or recreate a birth certificate in Odin's case."

"Good-I don't want to return," Yui said.

"I can help out with that when possible-Nezu-san, would you be able to reinstate my teaching degree?" Yumio asked.

"I will be able to," Nezu said.

"Then it may take a little while for me to save up money again to get back on my feet, but once I have, I may be able to take someone in-likely someone younger than you, Yui, since it may take years," Yumio said. "Although I suppose it's time for me to start going by Hajime Suzuki again."

"...can I?" Hinata asked quietly.

"Of course," Hajime said, patting the bed next to him. Hinata climbed up next to him, curling up in his lap.

"I will help you with this as much as I can-perhaps even giving you back the old contents of your bank account," Nezu said.

"That would be greatly appreciated," Hajime said.

"Any little ones that want to stay with us can," Eimi said. "Kota already adores Izuku, so I'm sure he'd adore the rest of you."

"We can double check with him first, of course-still need to figure out custody stuff again," Kai added.

"Splendid!" Nezu said. "I can call Mandalay and start getting the process set up after this."

"Thank you, Nezu-that's greatly appreciated," Kai said.

"Can…can I go by Hana again?" Darlina asked. "And…can I see my brother?"

"I want to see him, too," Odin said.

"Having Hana Shimura as your official name should make the process easier, and I'm sure I can pull some strings with higher-ups," Nezu said. "Assuming you want Shimura as your last name, Hana?"

Hana nodded. "I…I would like that."

"Alright, everyone else?" Nezu asked, looking around.

"...I want to keep going by Dasu," Dasu said. "I don't exactly want to be called Saburo Chisaki, not after everything. I think Dasu Midoriya will be a better idea, especially when trying to find another job."

"Would you like to be a hero?" Nezu asked. "I'm sure I could get you into a program for adults-"

"No," Dasu said, surprising everyone.

"...oh?" Nezu asked.

"I was a villain before-a low-key one, but in the grand scheme of things…I've always been fine being on the fighting team, but…I knew I wanted to be something else, but once you die, you never give the something else a second thought." He sighed. "I'm guessing we'll be in the hospital for a while like Oboro, Hex, and Paz were. I'll start thinking."

"I'll start thinking, too," Duke added. "Same…same with everything for me. Duke Midoriya sounds nice."

"Alright!" Nezu said, then looked at Emory and Kamari. "As for the two of you?"

"Peyton Fushiguro," Emory said. "I was a therapist, so if you don't mind helping me with my degree."

"Remy Kakashi," Kamari said. "I worked as a bartender-you can probably guess that it'll be easy enough for me to find a job. Haven't kept up with my old hangouts since I died, but still got it down."

"I would prefer Darnell," Darnell said. "...no lies."

"Cheran's nice-might use Hirah as a hero name or something," Hirah said.

"Dot's easier to go by," Dot yawned.

"Yuki Midoriya-I mean, it has part of my old name, anyway," Yuki laughed.

"...Hinata," Hinata said.

"Alright, I'll get everything started there-now, Yamada, you were saying?" Nezu said.

"Well, our quirks aren't exactly the same, but Odin, your voice quirk is similar enough to mine that it makes sense," Yamada-sensei said. "And Hana, you two aren't exactly sisters, but it's close enough, so…"

"Sounds good to me!" Odin said, then paused. "And…um…" She looked over at Nezu-

"There just happen to be a few open spots in Class 2-A," Nezu said with a smile. "And you have sat through all three years twice, going through your third run. I'm sure you can catch on quickly enough." He looked at Yui. "If that's what you want as well…Class 1-A can surely have 21 people."

"Yes-please!" Yui said excitedly.

"I'll start on your enrollment, then!" Nezu said, looking at the younger children. "All of you are very welcome to apply when the time comes-you'll find that some recommendations will be going through when the time comes. You're welcome to accept them, take the regular exam, or choose any other path you desire, but I hope you choose us for your high school at least."

"Yessir!" everyone said.

"Good!" Nezu said, getting up. "Now, there is much work to be done! Reports to fill out and death certificates to disprove!" With that, he left the room-

"I might be able to get some of the other teachers to help out with the other Sides-realistically, how many do you think you can look after?" Aizawa-sensei asked, looking at Hisashi.

Hisashi thought for a few seconds. "Well…between Izuku, Hex, and Paz already being there…maybe two or three others, maybe." He thought for a few seconds, then looked at all of the Sides. "Ok, so…I can't pick, please don't make me pick, you've all been my kids for over six years-"

"We can figure out more details-for now, focus on the hospital stay," Aizawa-sensei said. "I'll reach out to the teachers and see if anyone is willing to take in any of the kids."

"We can also take some kids in, just need to check in with Kota first," Eimi said.

"Good thinking-I can go ask Nemuri if she's willing," Yamada-sensei said, then left-

Oboro turned to Aizawa-sensei. "As for us?"

Aizawa-sensei sighed. "I already look after you, Eri, and all of Class 1-A-"

"Yeah, we can babysit," Hitoshi said.

"I do not trust you with that," Aizawa-sensei said.

"Izuku's part of our class," Hitoshi said, gesturing at Izuku.

Aizawa-sensei paused, then sighed, looking over at Yui. "...if you're getting put in Class 1-A, I'll be in charge of you anyway, so I guess you can stay with me."

'Yes!" Yui said.

"Good-don't make me regret that," Aizawa-sensei said.

Izuku sighed as he stood in the courtyard, tears streaming down his face as he looked around at the statues.

"I…I have to do this," Izuku whispered, reaching towards Kai's statue. He took a deep breath and gently touched the statue. It immediately disappeared, the rest of the rubbles moving around.

"I'm going to miss you, Kai-I promise I'll see you still-all of you-and…and Cheran, too-the adoption is going well." He wiped away a few tears, then moved over to Eimi's statue, repeating the process. "You're…you're going to be great parents to Cheran and Kota, I…I can't wait to see it, you know?" He moved over to the next…Hinata's statue. "It's…you were with me for so long…after Rand, you were the best Anxiety I could ask for-I didn't think that…that, when we first met, I didn't think you'd become my Anxiety…I am so happy that you did, though." He touched their statue, then moved to the next. "Yuki…Endless Energy has been so helpful, just like you…I don't know what I would've done without you on my side." He sighed softly, then tapped the statue, moving to Dot's. "Dot…it's…it's really fitting that Kayama-sensei decided to take in you and your sister, huh?" He wiped away a few tears. "It's…it's going to be hard without you-I've gotten so used to seeing you wandering around in your pajamas, you know?" He gave a small smile, then tapped the statue and moved to Cheran's. "You've gotten so mad at everything you felt was necessary…Kota was mad at the world, too, you know…maybe the two of you being siblings will be great for each other." He tapped her statue and moved to Hana's. "Hana…I'm so glad I've gotten to know you. It's been…it's been a great six years. I'm…I'm afraid of any kind of life without you…I know that you'll still be on campus and I can see you a lot, but…" He took a shaky breath and touched the statue gently, moving to Remy's. "That rainy day we first met…I'm glad to have met you." He snorted, rubbing at his eyes. "With Sanders Sides…people were calling the Sleep character Remy, remember? Then you go back to that name after…after everything." He tapped the statue, moving onto Peyton's. "I honestly don't know what I would've done without meeting you. You've…I had to find a different therapist to help me get through everything, but you've…you've done so much for me." He tapped Peyton's statue and moved on to… "You were the youngest for so long, Darnell…you called me Izudeku for the first few weeks, remember?" He wiped away a tear. "I'm…I'm going to miss having you around, even if…you were scared of Dad, Kacchan, and Shoto's quirks, of fire that I was always around…with Thirteen, you won't have to worry so much about that, but…I'm glad you're happy about it." He took a deep breath, tapping Darnell's statue and moving over to… "You were a villain in life, Duke, but…I honestly forgot. You and Dasu. I named you after Intrusive Thoughts, but…you were an amazing Side for me, becoming my Depression and doing your best…I don't know what I'll do without you here." He touched the statue and moved to Dasu's. "You've come up with so many creative solutions since I've known you…I know you don't want to be a hero, so…I'm excited to see where you go next." He touched the statue and moved over to Hajime's. "I'm probably not going to do as well in school without you, you know? I…I'll do my best, of course, and…I was really smart before I met you, it's just…getting back to that point." He touched the statue and moved over to Yui's. "I think I've used your quirk the most out of anyone's…you've been here with me since the first day of my quirk, and…I know that you'll be part of my class now-I'll see you every day! But it's…it's going to be so much different-" Izuku tapped her statue and carefully walked to…the last one. "Mom…I hope you don't mind if I keep calling you that. You…I thought I was quirkless before you told me otherwise. I don't even want to think about where I would have ended up if you weren't there that night, I…you are the best Side, best Mom I ever could have asked for." He carefully tapped her statue, then stood up, looking over at his own statue-

There was a large beeping sound as everything suddenly went black, and Izuku jumped as something swirled in front of him-

The darkness receded slightly, and before him there was…him.

"H-Hello?" Izuku asked.

"Hello," the copy said-

"You're…you're the voice," Izuku said.

"I am," the copy said, tilting their head to the side a little. "I must admit, this is a strange turn of events. However, it is imperative that you know that the Mind Palace only has you left with no traces left of the previous Sides besides their quirks. As a result of this, the Mind Palace has been closed off until further notice."

"You're…you're locking me out of it?" Izuku asked quietly. "Until…until I get more Sides?"

The copy shook their head. "This situation has the potential of repeating itself, and it would be detrimental to your health to place such a restriction. The Mind Palace will be closed off as it goes under reconstruction. There were important locations that were accessible through rooms that no longer exist, so that will be switched around in order to prevent loss of any important information."

"Oh," Izuku whispered. "Thank you."

"Of course-we shall meet again at a later date," the copy said. "Now, it is time for you to wake up."

"Ok-" Izuku said-

His eyes opened as he laid in his bed, not really feeling…as awake as he usually did right after waking up.

Izuku sat up, rubbing at his eyes and grabbing his phone to check the time-

"It's three in the freaking morning," Izuku groaned, still getting out of bed and leaving his dorm room-the students didn't have classes for the rest of the week, but many had decided to stay in the dorms anyway, resting away from overprotective families or just being in the company of their friends. After Winter Break, the dorms were going to be optional, but for now, while clean-up was still happening and the villains were being interviewed, the students would still be living on campus. The Sides were still at the hospital while everything was sorted-licenses were being reinstated and homes were being finalized for all of them.

Izuku went down to the kitchen and grabbed some water and a small snack-

"Can't sleep?"

Izuku immediately jumped and went to go for the punch-

-his fist stopped just short of hitting Shoto in the gut.

"Oh, hi, Shoto," Izuku said, immediately relaxing. "It's three in the morning-why are you awake?"

"...nightmares," Shoto whispered.

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that-here," Izuku said, handing over his water and grabbing another glass-

Shoto set the water down and just…hugged Izuku tightly.

"...Shoto?" Izuku asked.

"I didn't get to you in time-Gigantomachia killed you," Shoto whispered. "I…I stopped at your room, you weren't there, but the door was unlocked, so I figured-"

"Hey, hey, you're ok-we're both ok," Izuku said, setting the glass down and shuffling slightly to hug Shoto back just as tight. "We're both…we're both ok-all of our class is, too."

Shoto shook his head a little, resting his head on top of Izuku's-Izuku could feel some of Shoto's tears. "I almost lost you, Izuku. If…if Revival had been something else-you might not-"

"Don't think about the what-ifs, Shoto," Izuku said, deciding to pocket the snacks and leave the glasses as he gently guided Shoto over to the common room, nudging him to sit on one of the couches, still clinging to Izuku. "We walked out of there with more people than we walked in, remember? It's-"

"You don't get it-I almost lost you," Shoto said, pulling back slightly and looking Izuku dead in the eye, resting their foreheads together. "You were my first friend-you're my best friend. You're the first person to decide that I was worth being friends with-you got me away from my father, helped me use my fire, let me stay at your house whenever I needed to, saved my life more times than I want to even think about-I don't think I could live long if you had died-"

"Hey, please don't talk like that-" Izuku started as Shoto leaned in and kissed Izuku's cheek gently before resting his head on Izuku's shoulder-

Izuku sat there, shocked as he looked at Shoto.

"I love you," Shoto whispered. "I've had a crush on you for so long-I don't want to consider life without you right there-"

"Hey, hey-it's ok-just…just calm down, ok?" Izuku said, patting Shoto's back. "I'm…I love you, too-I…I love you, too."

Shoto hugged him a little tighter.

"...should we clean up the water glasses?" Izuku asked. "We can head to your room or my room and have a sleepover-hopefully chase away the nightmares for the rest of the night, you know?"

"I'd…I'd like that-please?" Shoto asked, pulling away a little.

"Ok," Izuku said, carefully getting up and holding a hand to Shoto, who took it, and the two walked into the kitchen, hand-in-hand.

.you saw that coming, don't lie, now take the last time skip scene!…..

Hinata hummed as they stood on the train, sending a text to Hana.

"Suzuki?"

Hinata hummed, looking at a different classmate-Hazuki Kobayashi, she could bend sun and moonlight to her will, but moonlight was much easier and less likely to burn her hands-who was looking around, a little nervously. Eri Aizawa was giving the girl a soft look.

"You…you know exactly where we're going, right?" Kobayashi asked.

"Of course-I've taken this route hundreds of times when Dad's busy," Hinata said.

"Y-You have?!" Kobayashi said.

"Well, yeah," Hinata said.

"Don't you live close to the school, though?" Kobayashi asked as the train started to slow.

"Yep-this is our stop," Hinata said, grabbing Kobayashi's hand, causing the girl to "eep!" as Hinata did a double-take on everything.

Backpack…costume…I packed everything-Dad double-checked-it's just the three of us, too, so I don't have to worry about that, either.

"You don't have to worry, Kobayashi," Eri added as the three stepped off the train. "We aren't going to get lost on the way."

"You promise?" Kobayashi asked.

"Of course-Hinata and I head this way all the time after school," Eri said.

"Really?" Kobayashi asked, tilting her head. "I…I still have a hard time believing that."

"You'd better start-things only get…a little more unbelievable from here," Eri said, turning her head and absolutely beaming. "It's Yuki!"

Sure enough, there was big sis Yuki, wearing her civilian clothes and waving enthusiastically at them.

"You call her by her first name-" Kobayashi started.

Yuki rushed over to the students and quickly gave Eri and Hinata big hugs.

"It's my two little freshmen!" Yuki said, pulling back and hopping in place with a hug smile on her face. "Oh, I am so glad that you two decided to intern with us-I know that it's a little bit of a distance, but we aren't even getting Hana, Darnell, or Dot for this internship-all three of them decided to branch out and try different places, which I get, really, I do, but even my little sister isn't going to be here for this!"

"It's a week long internship-they'll be here for work studies, I'm sure," Hinata said.

"You are, too, right?" Yuki asked.

"Eh…probably a good idea to get into different places-doing a work study with Creati sounds like a fun idea," Hinata said.

Eri giggled as Yuki gasped in mock offense.

"Betrayal!" Yuki said, leaning dramatically against Hinata before looking at Eri. "At least I can count on you, right?"

"Hmm…" Eri said.

Yuki groaned, falling back slightly before reaching forward and grabbing all three costume cases. "You little traitors-at least someone here appreciates me." She smiled at a very confused Kobayashi. "Hi, I'm Yuki Midoriya."

"Also known as the hero Industria," Kobayashi whispered, eyes wide.

"Got it in one!" Yuki said. "Off duty, though, feel free to use Yuki."

"F-First name?!" Kobayashi asked.

"Yeah…it gets a little confusing with how many of us there are!" Yuki said. "Most at the agency insist on first names-only using hero names feels too professional, and most of us are related to at least one other person, so we're less formal with that."

"O-Ok…" Kobayashi said. "And…Suzuki, Aizawa, you…you already knew?"

"Oh, Hinata's my youngest sibling-Eri's our cousin," Yuki said.

Kobayashi's eyes went wider as she looked at the two. "You didn't tell me that?!"

"Eh, you were going to figure it out eventually, so there was no point in telling you until we got here," Hinata shrugged.

"Logical ruse!" Eri said.

Hinata snorted. "You are so much like your dad."

"And you're just as logical as yours-I thought you were supposed to be a ball of anxiety," Eri said.

Yuki snickered. "They were when they were really young, then Hajime adopted them."

"And Nemuri adopted you," Hinata said. "Uncle Hisashi tried so hard to get Dot to not act inappropriate, yet she nearly got into a fight a few weeks ago over her flirting with someone that didn't realize it was a joke."

"Ah, I remember hearing about that from Mom," Yuki said. "So proud of her."

"...upperclassman Dot Midoriya, right?" Kobayashi asked.

"Yep," Hinata said as they stopped by a building.

"We're here!" Yuki said excitedly, opening the door with her card and ushering the three interns inside-

-where they immediately ran into someone very familiar.

"Odin!" Hinata said, lunging for the in-question woman, who caught them and wrapped their wings around the younger child.

"Hinata, it's been a while-Eri, bring it in," Odin said, reaching with her wings to grab the girl that got close, getting into the hug as well. Odin hugged both of them as she smiled at Kobayashi. "And you must be Kobayashi-hero name?"

"Ah, Starlight," Kobayashi said.

"It's nice to meet you-I'm Odin Midoriya, hero name is Raaya-feel free to call me Odin, though, makes it easier for everyone," Odin said. "You'll be patrolling with me two of the days you're here this week. But you're not exactly here for me, you're here for my son!"

"S-Son?!" Kobayashi asked as Hinata snorted.

"You're still calling him your son after all these years?" Hinata asked. "You're only a year older than him now."

"Hey, I'm much older than him-I'm ancient!" Odin said, lightly punching Hinata's shoulder. "He's going to be my son until the day that we all die…and pass to the next life, death can't let him escape me being his pseudo-mother."

"...aren't we talking about Flere?' Kobayashi asked.

"Yep!"

Kobayashi jumped and spun around to see-

"Yui, how's it been?" Eri asked with a big smile.

"It's been great-I'm so glad you're at the agency today!" Yui said, then leaned over and kissed Odin's cheek. "Hey, love-I'm heading upstairs to drop off some paperwork-Eri, Hinata, and Kobayashi, right? You're heading to the top floor, so let's get going-it's always fun to bug 'Zu while he's working."

"H-Hi," Kobayashi said, eyes wide.

Yui looked at her. "Hi! It's really nice to meet you, Kobayashi-I'm Yui Midoriya, feel free to call me Yui-you probably know me as Maadili, the Quirk-y hero." She smiled at that. "So? Odin, are you heading upstairs, too?"

"No, not right now-I'm heading on patrol right now-just wanted to wait long enough to see them arrive!" Odin said, giving Yui a quick kiss on the cheek, pulling Yuki, Hinata, and Eri into a quick hug, then patting Kobayashi on the shoulder. "I'll see you guys in a little while! You three are joining us for dinner tonight, so see you then!" With that, she walked away.

"Well, I'd better get going, too-I'm off and need to grab some groceries," Yuki said, giving Yui a quick hug and patting Hinata and Eri on the shoulders before running off.

"Well, the elevators are this way," Yui said, leading the three students over to the elevators, clicking on the top floor button as they stood inside.

Once the door was shut, Yui turned to Kobayashi. "So, I've been meaning to ask about your quirk-or, well, at least the effects on your body. You had some pretty nasty burns after the festival from the sunlight."

"Yeah…my hands are pretty much always burnt," Kobayashi said, showing Yui her hands.

Yui grabbed the student's hands and studied them for a second before frowning. "I'm…I'm not a fan of that-let me know if you burn them again on this internship, alright? Dasu's a great medic and wouldn't mind giving you some burn cream-what support gear do you have for that?"

"Uh…none?" Kobayashi said, earning a look from all three of them.

"None?" Hinata asked. "Really? I thought that you had some gloves."

"I did, but I wasn't bending light so easily, which kinda defeats the purpose," Kobayashi said.

"...who made your support gloves?" Yui said.

"Uh…Kallima Industries, I think," Kobayashi said.

"Well, there's your main problem-seriously, I thought UA was better about avoiding them," Yui said. "I remember them getting put on the banned list after they messed up Cheran's support gear so badly she got hurt-oh, I was p*ssed about that one-Izuku got involved-that company is lucky they didn't go under."

"Wait…really?" Kobayashi asked. "I didn't know that anyone went after them."

"It was kept on the down-low for a variety of reasons-I'm guessing you didn't get those gloves through the school?" Yui asked.

"No…I got them from my father-he was really proud and designed my costume himself and gave it to a friend at Kallima Industries to make," Kobayashi said sheepishly.

"Hmm," Yui said. "Well, then, I suggest that you tell your father you love the sentiment and such, but make an official request through UA-go for Hatsume Industries if possible! Duke Midoriya works under her, and all of our support gear here at Chessboard Agency go through them."

"All of you?" Kobayashi asked. "There's a lot of heroes here."

"Yep-Izuku-Flere, I mean-and I were in the same graduating class as Mei Hatsume-teamed up in our first Sports Festival, too-oh, those were some good times!" Yui said, although her eyes went a little dark and her smile was strained. "First year was…quite the ride, that's for sure." She shook herself out. "But you aren't here to hear about all that-you're here for your internships! I'm so excited for this."

"You seem almost more excited for this than we are," Eri giggled.

Yui immediately pulled her into a hug. "Of course I'm excited, little sis!"

"Little sis?" Kobayashi echoed.

"Eri's my little sister," Yui said. "Adopted, at least-ten billion percent better than my birth parents." (two points if you get the reference…if you're still counting at this point)

Hinata snorted. "I still wanna fight your birth parents."

"And I want to arrest yours," Yui said.

"Good luck with that-Odin already did that, remember?" Hinata said.

Yui groaned. "I know. It's totally fair, but still! At least they went to prison battered and bruised…and soaking wet."

"Yeah, Oboro got a stab at them, too," Hinata said.

"...I feel like I shouldn't be shocked that you're just dropping big names like this, but this is starting to get ridiculous," Kobayashi muttered. "I had no idea."

Eri gently pat her shoulder. "You get used to it-our friend group already is."

"Yeah…I get that," Kobayashi sighed. "Add on that you're the Recommendation students and…"

"It's a lot to get used to," Yui said. "Shoto-eh, Yukito-Dual! Dual would just casually mention some heroes, and the rest of the class would be surprised for a minute."

"You're on first-name basis with Dual?" Kobayashi said, gaping at her.

"I mean, he's our brother-in-law-I sure hope so," Hinata said.

"He's married!?" Kobayashi exclaimed.

"He will be," Hinata said.

"Dual and Flere have been dating for a long time now-we're all waiting for one of them to propose," Eri whispered to Kobayashi. "Just…don't bring it up."

The elevator dinged.

"We're here!" Yui said, ushering the three students out of the elevator and into a large room with a set of doors on the other side. "Hinata, Eri, I know that you two have already been in here, but Kobayashi, welcome to the game room!" She gestured at a table nearby. "If you ever want to play chess, feel free, but we do have more games here-on Saturdays, we move all the games downstairs to one of the big rooms down there and open it up to the public, as you might know, but otherwise, they're up here! As per tradition, Flere's office has to be up here since it's the top floor, but the game room is here to encourage more staff to be up here, too, so he doesn't get lonely up here."

"He's pretty much never alone, though," Hinata said. "If he's even in his office at all."

"So stuffy up here, don't'cha know!" Yui said, then giggled. "Let's go in!" She led the three up to the large doors. "By the way, don't mind the dramatics-it's mostly just because Flere finds it funny, not for intimidation or anything like that."

"...is that why the doors are so big?" Kobayashi asked, looking up.

"That's a short joke-he hasn't grown taller since he was sixteen," Hinata said.

Kobayashi squawked as Hinata placed a hand on the doors and put just enough energy into Occupy to force the doors to be thrown open.

The lights in the room were off as the doors opened, slowly starting to turn on, dim setting, before two spotlights turned on, showing a chair turned away.

The chair slowly began to turn around as Kobayashi tensed up, Hinata rolled their eyes, Yui giggled, and Eri clapped lightly.

The chair fully faced the four, and in it sat Izuku Midoriya, in his full costume, gently petting a cat snuggled in his arms.

"I've been expecting you," Izuku said, then grinned as the lights fully flickered on, the cat illusion disappeared, and he hopped over his desk and approached the four, holding out his hand.

"It's nice to meet you, Kobayashi!" Izuku said with a big smile. "I'm Flere, the Number One Hero, and I am so happy you decided to join us for your internship!"

So! There were a few things I never got around to explaining, so here they are!

First off! How could Izuku see Hagakure? Truth is, he never actually saw people's physical forms! He sees souls, which is how he sees ghosts and the Nomu's weird forms. 99% of the time, that doesn't change anything, since most souls are just exact replicas of the body, but in Hagakure's case, it was a little different, same with Toga when she was using her quirk!

Second off! Was there an in-universe explanation for why analysis wouldn't work? Truth be told, I didn't want Izuku to be too overpowered, so instead, I added a side effect that wasn't exactly something they could outright figure out. Some quirks mesh well with others, like the original Stockpile quirk and Yoichi's quirk, but other quirks, not so much! In this case, Analysis and One for All don't exactly get along since one is strength based and the other is intelligence based, and since Izuku had Odin first, One for All outmatched Analysis in terms of usability. I know that it's a weak excuse, but if I didn't add this rule, the fanfic would've been over much faster, and Izuku would've basically become God, and then I wouldn't have drama!

So, like said, I'm uploading the first chapter of my next fanfic right after this on this account and on AO3 under Lunar_Heartwood. Not Quite Twins, a fanfic where the Midoriyas adopt Hitoshi Shinsou, and Izuku gets a few fun tricks up his sleeve! Please check it out once I have it up!

I'll see you next time!
