"Careful, Bugaboo! The streets are still very icy," Cat said, grabbing her hand. Ladybug wobbled a moment, and steadied as she grasped Cat's hand. "Thanks, Kitty."

Cat smiled warmly. Oh, how beautiful his lady looked under the glow of lamplight, looking like an ice princess with her Ice Power-Up suit.

Despite how warm the suits kept them, Ladybug was beginning to feel her lips chaffing. She studied her surroundings, and remembered there was a cozy cafe right around the next block.

"M'lady?" Cat asked, a note of curiosity in his voice as she skated past the usual parting area, "where we headed?" Heat bit her cheeks for half a second before the cold settled back in. "Its cold out, and we could use a hot drink. Come on, we're here."

There were a few people in here who had braved the cold, and Cat instantly loved the coziness of the place. They had changed back into their regular suits before entering and Ladybug led Cat to a back corner booth.

As they sat down, Cat noticed they were still holding hands. Not that he was complaining. A waiter brought them a small menu and they looked together. "I don't you about you, but I would love some hot coca," Ladybug smiled. Cat grinned back. "With extra marshmallows?" she giggled.

When they ordered, they also ordered a piece of gingerbread to share. "Do you come here often?" Cat asked, once the waiter was gone. "I like the quiet," Ladybug mused, then snuggled into Cat's side. Cat's heart begin to pound, but he knew he had to play it cool. Slowly, he pulled her close.

They stayed like that until the food came and straightened up. Ladybug stared down into her sweet drink, giving a little laugh of delight. "Kitten, look!" Cat peered down into the cup, his eyes lighting up. "Its your paw print!" "So it is. Lucky you, I only got plain old marshmallows." he winked at her as he took a drink.

"Well, I am Lady Luck after all. And someone I know has a mustache," she sang. Cat gently batted at her hand as she tried to wipe off the foam. "Hey, love," she giggled as they wrestled. It was short lived, but they were both blushing.

"M'lady, I never thought you'd ask me one a date," he said. Ladybug nodded, here they were again, holding hands and she didn't want this moment to end. "Its just a drink, Cat! I don't want you to freeze into an ice sculpture on the way home."

"Yeah, that would be a bad idea, considering how I'm allergic to feathers." Ladybug nearly spat out her drink, as she snorted. "Cat!" she coughed. "Sorry." "No, I enjoyed your joke."

"Cat?" she looked up at him, feeling warm all over as her eyes met those green eyes. "Maybe it could be a date. A hot chocolate date. For there is no one I'd rather spend time with then you."

Lost in an ocean of bluebell blue and green, outside the window the snow swirled past, but inside was warm with love.
