To Protect My Beloved

"Ahhhh, all done~!" Sara gets finished with her photo shoot for the night. "I'm gonna text Kaede-chan to come pick me up! And while I wait...let's see...~"

She puts on her school uniform and heads outside. She smells the fresh air and exhales happily. The night is clear and crickets are chirping away. She whips out her phone and texts her beloved cousin that she will be at the convenience store to pick up a few things. Kaede answers right away, saying she will be there in a jiffy. The cute brunette giggles at the text and puts her phone away. She trots toward town and into the connivence store to buy some snacks for herself...and a bit for Kaede just in case she needs some more food for lunch tomorrow. So that both of them can share once Sara gets a chance to get a break.

"This isn't so bad~" Sara says as she picks up one bag of potato chips. "Alright, all good to go~! Time to pay for these~!"

She trots toward the register to pay for her items. But she is unaware that there are two people watching her from a distance outside of the store. Two hooded men. They seem to be eyeing Sara for a while since she entered the store. Once she is done paying for her items, she walks out of the store and starts to wait for her beloved cousin. She looks at her phone to read some reviews for the shoot. She then hears some footsteps coming toward her. She looks up and sees two men she doesn't know walk up to her.

"Um...can I help you?" Sara asks.

"We've been admiring you for a quite a while," a blonde man says.

"Yeah," a black haired man adds. "We just wanted to have a little talk with you, that's all. We are big fans of your modeling."

"Um, well...it's very nice of you to say," Sara feels very uncomfortable with these men coming close to her like this. "Um...I am waiting for someone, so I would appreciate it if you-"

"Your boyfriend can wait," the blonde man grabs Sara's wrist, pulling her close. "Let us real men have some fun with you~"

"N-no!" Sara tries to wiggle away, but the blonde man's grip is too strong. "Stop! Let me go!"

The black haired man grins. "What a cute little thing. Why should we leave you? You're too pretty and cute for your own good. Come with us. We won't bite~"

Sara is seriously scared right now. She has never encountered dangerous people in such a long time since she was a child. It's happening again. But...she knows that someone will come for her. She texted her cousin at the exact location. She will come for her.

"Kaede-chaaaaan!" Sara screams as she thrashes about. "Help me! Save me! Anybody!"

"Ohhh~" The black haired man puts his big hand on her humble breast. "You got a nice body, too. Say, let's go somewhere where no one will see us."

"Sure thing, brother," the blonde man says.

But before the guys turn and run while holding Sara by both arms, they are halted by a girl with light pink hair tied in a braid and wears glasses. She is wearing her usual casual outfit, a brown dress. She is quite terrified of these men that are towering Sara right now and their scary faces. But what she needs to focus on is rescuing her cousin.

"Take...your hands...off her," Kaede takes small steps toward the men.

"Who is that cutie?" the blonde says.

"I dunno, but she looks pretty plain," the black haired man says. "But, plain or not, look at those tits! Ohhh, they are so big!"

"Forget the brunette, let's take that pinkette instead~" the blonde man says.

"NO!" Sara cries. "Kaede-chan, run!"

"I'm not running..." Kaede has a cold expression on her face. "You were trying to touch Sara without her consent. That...I will NOT allow." She puts her hand on her braid and swiftly undoes it. Her long, wavy, BEAUTIFUL hair is let loose and it sways from the motion. She then takes off her glasses and tosses them aside.

The two guys' jaws drop at the drop dead GORGEOUS girl now standing before them.

"I don't know what kind of magic trick you are trying to pull," the blonde man says. "But you just got yourself into more trouble than you already are right now~"

"Let's have at it, brother!" the black haired man says.

They shove Sara aside, making her fall on the ground on her side. Kaede sees this and begins to see red. They hurt Sara, so they must pay the price. As they approach her with their hands up, Kaede ducks and kicks one guy from behind, making him stumble toward his buddy. The blonde man catches his buddy before he falls and they turn toward Kaede, who stares at them coldly.

"Playing hard to get, huh~?" the blonde man cracks his knuckles. "That's just fine by me. We like girls who are tough~"

"Kaede-chan!" Sara cries, still on the ground.

"I got this," Kaede says. "This won'be a problem."

The two guys charge head on at Kaede. The pinkette slides under the black haired man's legs and jumps up to kick him hard between the legs. She then shoulder tackles him and puts him face down on the ground. She stomps on his head a few times before kicking him hard in the stomach. He is unable to move due to the pain he is having.

Kaede gets caught by the blonde man grabbing her from behind. His arms wrap around her stomach to try and knock the air out of her by bear hugging her. Sara gasps in horror.

"Kaede-chan!" the brunette cries.

Kaede thrashes about, kicking her legs and grabbing his hands to try and loosen his grip, but he won't budge. When he lowers her so that her feet touch the ground, she uses this chance to head butt him from behind. He staggers back a little and she elbows him in the stomach for good measure. She then performs a roundhouse, knocking the blonde man down. Before he gets up, Kaede gets on top of him from behind, grabbing his arm with one hand, and then putting her other hand on his head. She bashes his face on the pavement once, then twice and then a third time, she makes sure she hits him HARD. Two of his teeth fall out, his mouth is bloody and so is his nose. She pulls his hair to make him look up at her. Kaede gives him a cold stare.

"Never...touch my girlfriend...again..." she says.

She bashes his face on the pavement one last time. And after she backs away a few steps, she hears some sirens. Police cars pull up and there are female police officers running toward the hooded men and hand cuffing them. Sara gets up and hugs Kaede tightly.

"We will take care of the rest, miss," one officer says. "Are you two alright?"

Kaede looks down at the shaking Sara and hugs her tightly. "We will be fine. She's just shaken, that's all."

"Luckily, the store employee saw everything," another female officer says to Kaede. "You are a real hero, miss."

"I am a hero...yes," Kaede says. "It's all to protect my cousin." She looks down at Sara.

"In you go, you two," the first female officer shoves the hooded men inside the car and shuts the door. "All good to go!"

"Right," the police woman turns to Kaede and Sara. "Take it easy, you two."

With that, the two police cars leave the area. Sara buries her head in Kaede's chest, hugging her tightly. The pinkette's expression softens.

"Kaede-chan...!" Sara sobs. "Kaede-chaaaaan...!"

"Shhh...it's okay..." Kaede soothes her. "They're gone now. They won't bother you ever again."

Sara nods, but still keeps on crying. "I...I was so scared...! I thought they were...going to take me away from you...!"

"Not anymore," Kaede says, stroking the brunette's beautiful hair. "I got here just in time...for you."

"Kaede-chan...!"

The two remain like this for as long as they want to. It's just like old times. Kaede has once again...become Sara's Prince.

A/N: I kinda figured Sara is a Must Protecc Waifu, so that's why I wrote this. Kaede isn't just a nerdy, shy girl. She can kick butt when she wants to. Hehe.
