Chapter 6
Paimon and Aether arrived at Furina's apartment. They knocked on the door.
"Just a minute!" the voice of Furina said from inside the apartment.
The door opened and Furina's eyes widened at the sight of Aether and Paimon.
"Traveler? Paimon? What are you two doing here?" Furina asked.
"Hi Furina! How are you doing?" Paimon asked.
"I'm doing alright. Just busy preparing for my next stage play." Furina said.
"We have something important to tell you." Aether said.
"Oh? What is it?" Furina asked.
"It's about Neuvillette." Aether said.
"Neuvillette? Is he okay?" Furina asked, concerned.
"Well... he is in a way, you see..." Paimon explained everything to Furina.
"What?!" Furina said, shocked. "Monsieur Neuvillette is the Hydro Dragon Sovereign?!"
"Yep. Navia had the same reaction too." Paimon said.
"So, is he doing okay in Poisson?" Furina asked.
"He is. Navia is keeping an eye on him. We're just trying to figure out how to help Neuvillette transform back into a human again." Paimon said.
"Transform back into a human?" Furina said, thinking. Then she thought of an idea. "Did you ask Neuvillette how he transformed into a dragon?"
"Actually, we haven't. Maybe we should have done that in the first place." Paimon said to Aether.
"That sounds like a good idea. Thank you Furina." Aether said.
"Oh. It was nothing. Just let me know how Neuvillette is doing. He's... the only one I would consider family." Furina said.
"We understand. We'll keep you updated." Aether said.
"Thank you, Traveler." Furina said.
As Aether and Paimon walked away from Furina's apartment, they didn't notice someone spying on them.
"Monsieur Neuvillette... is the Hydro Dragon Sovereign? I must tell "Father".
The one who was spying on Aether, Paimon, and Furina was Freminet.
