"Okay, Okay I can walk myself!"' I yelled as they carried and pushed me into a cold jail cell. I stumble forward and turn around quick to make sure they weren't about to harm

me. The two buff guards looked at me and smirked evilly as they slammed the cage shut and locking it and walking away. I ran to the gate, while clenching my hands on the cold

steel bars.

"Tell them whatever you want I won't back down, you hear me!" I yelled. They continued to walk away like they suddenly forgot English. I flip my silky pink hair back and looked

around for a way out of here. They are going to regret locking the princess of Asendel in here. I look down and place my hands on the cool stone in search of any kind of puddle

or even the bit of water. I crawl and feel along over all the jail cell floor.

Suddenly I feel something wet in the darkness.

"Ha... fucking idiots", I whisper and chuckle.

Does the fire kingdom really think letting a water princess into jail cell and make sure there isn't any water anywhere for us to protect ourselves? Amateurs. I don't see why they are 1st in the land for everything. Powerful my ass.

I shapeshift the water into a sharp tiny ice blade and get up slowly to make sure no one would suspect a thing of what I was planning.

Suddenly, I here many footsteps coming from where the guards left and heading here slowly. I slowly hide the ice blade in my shoe for no one to see and I calmly turned around to look what was coming for me.

"Head high and act powerful Amy"

My mother's words echo in my head as the guards in dark red lead the way for two other people dressed in dark red armor, black capes made in a weird fabric that looked like snakeskin. Their boots were shiny and also made in a weird material.

The guards spread apart revealing the two men in the middle.

The one with a gold pin on his chest leaned into the shorter one in the same outfit and whispered something without keeping his eyes off me. The shorter one just looked at me with no emotions and nodded his head slightly to the taller man's secrets.

"I hope those secrets are good secrets about me, if not that would be very rude to say to a princess", I barked at them, making them know that I am not scared of what is to come.

The shorter one with the blue hair smirked amusingly and parted his lips to speak but was cut off by the taller older one.

"Princess Amelia of Asendel, what a surprise…. We both were shocked when we heard you took out one of our commanders, and here I thought the water kingdom had a little more smarts than to mess with fire" said the older one.

"Haha, oh really? You really think the water kingdom would kill a innocent man and you also think we are afraid of some heat, the fire kingdom really is full of some hot heads", I spat back not taking my eye off of the older hedgehog.

The shorter one, who looks close to my age, took a step forward and grabbed the bar like he was about to rip in off in one sweep until the older one stopped him from doing so.

"That's right get mad so I can get out of here". I thought in my head as I didn't budge at all at the threat of opening the cage and harming me. Suddenly I felt a burst of heat causing me to blink couple of times. It suddenly got stronger and stronger causing me to take a step back from the heat.

"Hmmm… getting a little hot princess?", said the older one as he kept his hand on the shorter one's shoulder to stop him from probably putting me in flames. I could barely keep my eyes open because of the heat pushing me against the now warm jail cell wall. I felt the prickling of sweat hit my forehead as I was being pushed by the heat coming from god knows where.

"Is this coming from the one of them or what? Either way I need to remain calm and look for any openings of getting ou- "

My thoughts we suddenly shut off at the sound the cage doors closing, I squint my eyes open from the heat to see the shorter one staring at me.

The pressure from the heat suddenly went up causing me to sulk to the ground. I cover my face from the heat and cough because of how hot the oxygen is.

"He is baking me" I think as I sweat profusely.

Suddenly the heat stops, and I slowly put my hands down from heat that was just blasting me and push myself to the corner of the jail cell to look around of what is going on in the cell now that I cansee. I look to the front of me and see the shorter one in front me in the cell. I couldn't feel as much heat coming from him before, but I knew it was boiling inside of him. I look him up and down carefully watching and observing his moves, but I guess a fire solider doesn't need a lot to take protect themselves because they have fire abilities.

I quickly look at the entrance of the cold jail cell and see the taller one in the dark red uniform smiling huge at the shorter one.

The taller one looked at me and said

"Kill her and return to me" he said in a very serious tone

I looked at him in shock as he walked away, and the guards followed him.

I slowly turned my eyes to one ahead of me and his face was emotionless.

He almost didn't even blink.

It was just me and him staring at each other.

My deep blue eyes looking at him and his emerald ones looking at mine.

I took a breath of air and tried to speak but I couldn't…

My heart was racing...

Why was I scared

I have been trained my whole life for these situations…

But this man before me

Is a whole another entity

Every movement I made was careful not to startle him.

I feel like even if I blinked it would be too late to react and dodge him.

"What should I do…do I swing first...do I use my sweat as piercing sharp icicles and maybe stop him…he has fire so he probably could stop anything I throw at him... maybe I should just give up and fall to my knees…no I can't do that! I am the princess of Asendel and I can't look weak in front of anyone…even though this is the first time I have ever felt weak and hopeless. He has me cornered and I am not sure of what to do-

"Kneel"

I look back up to his eyes as he speaks for the first time.

"He wants me to kneel?" . I simply can't do that…I can't go down like this."

I still can't muster the words, so I shake my head slowly.

Suddenly the man towering me and staring me, mouth twitches slightly.

The heat appears once again but faster not giving me time to adjust, causing me to push back into the wall I was already all on.

"Kneel" he barks at me causing the bones in my body to shake.

"N-n-n-n- no" I say as the heat evaporates the sweat from my body.

"Fuck it's so hot, I'm melting"

I hear a slight chuckle and more steps heading towards me. I open my eyes immediately and look at him walk towards me.

"I am not going down easy, I don't care what he tries to throw at me",

He reaches his hand at me quick grabbing my arm and I stumble forward.

"Breathe Amy"

I finally move my arm and ball my fist up slamming it under his jaw.

"I AM NOT GIVING UP"
