Lloyd POV: After convincing Yuko we both headed to the top of the Tower, where the Bounty was. And I was surprised to see Kai walking with Nya on the deck. He did seem a little stiff, but he had a determined look on his face as he and Nya headed to the command room. You really can't stop him. We soon joined everyone, and found everyone pretty much surrounding Kai.

"Come on Kai, it would be better if you stay here." Cole said, patting his shoulder.

"You don't have to push yourself if you're not ready." Zane said, on his other side with Nya.

"We'll kick enough butt for you." Jay said with a smile. But he just sighed at that.

"I have to go. You guys are going to need all the help you can get." He answered, again looking determined. But the others didn't look too convinced.

I cleared my throat and everyone looked at us, and everyone was surprised after seeing who was with me.

"What's she doing here? Not that we have a problem with you. It's just I don't understand." Jay tried to ask, but was tripping over his words.

"I get it, don't worry." Yuko reassured, probably to get him to shut up.

"Anyway, she and Kai are going with us. It's the right thing to do." Nya said, backing up her brother. Who gave her a grateful look.

"But…" Cole tried to say, but I interrupted him.

"I agree. Besides, it's not like we can stop them." I said, earning a glare from them both.

Finally, they nodded in agreement. With the silent vow for all of us to keep an eye on them both. None of us had to say anything because this has happened before, and Yuko seems to be the way.

"With that, I believe that I have found where they are hiding." Zane stated, grabbing everyone's attention.

"Where?" Yuko immediately asked.

He walked over to the computer and pulled up a sky-view picture of a small base. It wasn't completely clear, but the people that were walking in the picture looked too much like those soldiers we faced before. And at the center was a guy who wore similar armor as them, but he didn't have a helmet and his messy blonde hair was as clear as day. He was smiling, but that smile was filled with as cruelty as his black eyes. He had mastered the evil warlord look.

"Malic." Yuko said, her voice was cold and her glare was strong. And when I glanced at Kai he had a similar look, but not as strong as hers.

"It's close to the closest town to Ninjago City. we can get there in an hour." he said.

"Alright. We need to go immediately. Since they're aren't as many as before we can take them, but we can't get separated. We stay together and face Malic at the end." I said, and they all nodded.

I sighed quietly to myself. Even with Yuko there's still a chance we could get really hurt. And I'm still not sure how she and Kai are going to be when we face him. I just hope we'll all be okay in the end.

Yuko POV: We were almost there and I leaned against the railing on the deck. It was a little weird to be on a flying ship, but I was getting used to it. What was really making me nervous was this fight we were going into. If we win then I'll finally be free from all of this, and I'm not sure how to feel about that. I've been fighting him since I was a kid. It's his fault I've never known anything about my family and I really want this to stop, but…

I just don't know how to do anything but that. Then someone tapped my shoulder, it was Kai.

"You okay?" he asked.

"I'm fine. I'm just preparing myself." I answered, looking away. These were my concerns.

"That's good." was all he said and he just stood next to me. I know that meant he saw right through me, or rather understood how I felt. I still remember how we first met. How I found him unconscious in that cell in chains. It took a lot to break them and get him out of there. It was the first time I had an ally, and friend.

I sighed and asked, "How are you feeling about this?"

"Not gonna lie, I'm nervous. But I'll be glad once this is really over." he answered, looking at me.

"I hear that. And I can't wait to wipe that grin on his face." I said, clutching my first.

"That's going to be satisfying, but what do you plan to do after?" he asked. I wish he didn't.

I just looked out and sighed before saying, "I have no idea. I'll figure it out later."

I was a little cold, but I really didn't want to talk about it yet. I know I'll get distracted if I keep thinking about this. I know I can't keep ignoring it, but I need to focus now.

He nodded and let it drop. Finally Nya and Lloyd walked over and said, "We're almost there. We need to get ready."

Time to end this nightmare once and for all.
