Taeko had returned to Portland, Yelenhelm as he did have work to do. Of course, after collecting the new wines, jellies, mayos, and cheeses to store away. Given the rain had stopped, he changed to a navy Spyde track top, blue track pants with white side-stripes, and blue hi-top converse shoes. He retained [Claude's Jacket], his jewelry, and his watch. Given the grimy air of Portland, he did not bother with shades in favor of a black bandana around his neck to put over his face if need be. A call to Laozu later, and Taeko was driving over to Pak's Sex Club 7. He could even hear the theme of it from the place as he walked around back to the backdoor and saw the mission marquee. He went right up to it, slipping on the Hylian ears.
[Portland Mission - Portland Payoff (Part 1)]
The door swung open as Taeko was introduced to Ha Joon Pak, basically Luigi Goterelli if he was Korean. Though instead of a blue suit, it was a green one.
"So you're the guy that Laozu's mentioned that's shulking…and new in town. Well, you ain't much, but I got work that you can't screw up. Go and pick up Misti. She's meeting a client in Harwood near the abandoned train rail…freaky types, I swear." Ha Joon said. "Don't screw this up, I got something important for you to do after. Keep your mitts on the wheel and go get her. But watch yourself…you'll have to pass through Diablo turf. After you bring her here, I'll have you take her home."
He went inside as Taeko got his first task, going to Harwood. He got his [Zentorno] and revved it up before his phone rang as he drove off.
"Yo." Taeko asked.
"It's Laozu. Don't worry, the line's secure." Laozu mused.
"Not worried, my end is too." Taeko mused.
"I just wanted to explain about Misti, she's not actually a working girl…it's her cover. She's my…main fixer and soon to be yours. She works best secretively…not even my top guys know her real job. When you get to her, tell her 'The Mob Rules'. She'll know what it means." Laozu said before hanging up.
Taeko arrived before getting out. Sensing others, he steeled himself before seeing a bloody scene. He noticed several Diablo goons on the ground before a bullet went through the last girl's head. Then he saw Misti. An elven dead ring for GTA III's Misty…though unlike the 'Misty' he met, this one looked akin to the artwork. The short brown hair in a bob, the mole, pink lipstick, and outfit. Then she drew a gun at him to which he drew his own pistol.
"Sorry to interrupt, but 'The Mob Rules'." Taeko said as she put the gun down.
"Some disguise…" Misti said. "I'm Misti."
"I don't know if people think you're a working girl considering you're a bit too cut to pass for one." Taeko said, noticing the faint traces of abs and muscle on her athletic frame.
"Simple. People think I'm for people of a certain fetish…but I'm not really doing much considering most of my 'clients' are women. I prefer cock." Misti said bluntly, snatching up the cash. "But we need to get out of here."
"Car's nearby." Taeko said as they went over to it.
Misti whistled in appreciation as they got in as the cops as Taeko off-roaded a bit to get back into the road as cops swarmed the area.
"Fuck! They're all over….got a place to hide?" Misti said as she got her phone. "I can text Luigi…because it's not too safe for me in my apartment. The moment they see it's dead Diablos, they'll be searching around."
He drove for the hideout, parking the car in the garage before the two went inside the hideout through the garage door.
"It's basic…but it's really just a hideout." Taeko said.
"I texted Luigi…he just told me to tell you to take me home after the heat dies down." Misti said. "Can't be seen by the cops…"
Taeko raised an eyebrow.
"Cops around here are dirty as well. It's ironic, all it looks for women to prove to be just as depraved as men was having fewer of them." Misti said as Taeko shuddered. "You'd be right…they're just another gang."
Taeko was not surprised Laozu wanted out.
"But let's not worry about that…I've got a cute guy to entertain." Misti said with a cheeky grin.
"Thirsty, much?" Taeko said as he was gently shoved into the mattress.
"Try living in a place where one gender outnumbers the other. A place where getting a relationship…much less laid is nearly impossible." Misty said, tossing her gun on the coffee table before taking off her jacket. "You know the last time I had any from an actual guy?"
"Aren't you sleeping with Laozu?" Taeko asked.
"Nope. He's head over heels for June as she is for him." Misty said as throwing off the sports bra to reveal a bit of Cs with pink nubs. "It's been a few years…"
She was already getting off her boots as she slipped off her compression shorts as she sauntered up letting Taeko get an eyeful of her body.
"Tell me…have you fucked an elf yet?" She asked.
"I have…" Taeko said with a smirk as she unzipped his pants to get the meat out.
"Well, you're full of surprises…" Misti said, giving it a few strokes. "This thing's gotta go in me…"
"Given you're soon going to be my fixer, this is going to be a one time thing." Taeko mused as she got on top of him.
"About that…I'm actually retiring right after Laozu does. With you grabbing the boats and air traffic active again…the moment you wrap things up for Laozu. I'm out." Misti said, guiding Taeko's member inside her. "Oooh…as tempting as it is…to consider working with you because of this thick member…I can't stay."
He held her hips thrusting inside her. Misti groaned as he kept going, making every few breaths from her lungs come out all at once. She would gasp and groan. Her eyes half lidded as she had a pleased look at her. In time, she could feel him getting close.
"Seeing I'm already naked…how about you cover my face with this stuff?" Misti offered as she got off him. "Come on, give it to me!"
He complied, practically spraying her with spunk with a guttural groan of relief.
"Not bad, not bad at all." Misti said. "I'll go clean up."
As she went into the bathroom, Taeko called Marcie for aid about the cops.
"Why? Because bodies haven't been reported…in fact they're going for a drug bust. Unless you're…" Marcie explained.
"No, never mind then." Taeko said before cutting contact. "Oi, Misti. We're good to go."
Misti came out, got dressed, and joined Taeko back in the car.
"Laozu texted. Wants you to see his son Juanjin and you to take me to him. He's in his garage in Trenton." Misti said as Taeko turned around on the street.
Getting there was no hassle and the two were entered to see the man himself along with a tied up wiseguy.
"Good, I need to you get rid of this pric-"
Taeko vaporized the wiseguy leaving nothing but ash as both Misti and Juanjin were slackjawed at the sight of that.
"I…you…well shit, I guess I just have to clean that up. Me and Misti were going to plan something out…come back later…" Juanjin said as Taeko left.
[Mission Complete! +5,000 Gold]
He returned back to Ha Joon's club seeing that he had another mission there on the map.
[Portland Mission - Drugs Be Bad]
Ha Joon came out furiously as Taeko had a question.
"Wait, if men are in the minority…how the hell does the Red Light District have so much traffic?" Taeko asked.
"Haven't you ever jacked it to internet porn? We produce that shit for overseas markets." Ha Joon said as Taeko shrugged. "But don't worry about that. Some wiseguy's been introducing some drugs from Burnside to my girls down by Portland Harbor. Go and introduce the lead to his face! Then take his car, respray it. I want compensation for this insult!"
"Got a place you want to drop the car off?" Taeko asked. "A lock-up or…"
"No, bring it here. I have to go out and I'm feeling petty." Ha Joon said before going back inside.
Taeko returned his car to his garage before hailing a cab…before being dropped off at Portland Harbor. His discounted status had made cab rides around Portland cost barely 10 Gold. The first thing he noticed was the drug dealer had guards, the Southside Hoods. They were selling drugs by the pill bottle…bottles that looked new. Listening in by sneaking around, it seems some of the women were selling for them under the table. Hearing this, Taeko simply opted to his [Rocket Launcher] blowing everyone up, sending bodies, drugs, and cars flying. To his relief, the targeted car was out of range of the explosion, only getting minor damage. He got in the [Cheetah Classic] and raced off to get it resprayed. Given it was right near the club, it was easy enough doing it and parking right in front of the club.
[Mission Complete! +3,000 Gold]
"Oi, the boss called. Said to meet him at the alley off Ammu-Nation." Ha Joon said before getting in the car and driving away.
Taeko simply jogged over there
"Laozu." Taeko greeted.
"Taeko, you've done good for Ha Joon and Misti was pleased with your skills getting out of trouble. I just need to do something of a personal favor for me. I'm meeting with Corellis, they're a small time 'rival family' that used to be big…until one of their relatives got her brains pasted all over Vice. They are a pathetic shadow of what they once were…but I make nice to keep the peace in Saint Mark's, but that piece of shit thinks she could pull wool over my eyes." Laozu mused.
"Want me to-"
"Don't worry, I got that. I just need you available for tonight. I'm holding a meeting with that tool. I need you to play chaperone for that tool's girl…Maria. Come up to my mansion at 7." Laozu explained. "And go see my son, Juanjin…he's ready for you."
Taeko nodded before leaving. Returning straight to the hideout to get his going straight to Juanjin's Garage back in Trenton to get his [Sanchez], he raced over to Juanjin's Garage.
[Portland Mission - Portland Payoff (Part 2)]
"So, what's the word?" Taeko asked.
"Aside from you banging my sister?" Juanjin snarked as Taeko raised an eyebrow. "Please, I'm not too worried about that. For all her complaining about being a fucking munchkin, she was fully willing to use it to her advantage to get her way."
"As for what we need of you, you'll be going to eliminate the leader of the Diablos…he and a posse of mooks are meeting with the scraps of what's left of a local triad in an apartment in the building I'm soon to move out of. You need to go over there and kill all of them as quickly as possible. Because they're having a shipment coming in at the Quays in about less than ten minutes. Kill them all…whatever they're shipping, you can have." Misti remarked as Taeko nodded. "Anything to add, Juanjin?"
"No, that's about it. Frankly, if I wasn't moving with my dad with Misti, I'd be kinda pissed how easy you got it." Juanjin said as Taeko asked if they were a thing. "Not really. She's not my type."
"He fucks goblin girls." Misti said as Taeko left.
[10:00]
The timer was over his head as he raced through the streets to get down to Hepburn Heights. Parking the bike back at the hideout, he slipped up the bandana over his mouth. Right in front of the building were two Diablo women, as he walked up.
"Private party, mate. Fuck off." One of them said before he shoved them both inside of the building before shooting them with his pistols.
He noticed the lobby was practically empty.
"These fucking idiots." Taeko said before taking their cash and a [Baseball Bats]. "Well that was a waste of bullets, I forgot these guys were poorly armed."
After getting rid of the bodies, he moved up the stairs.
[8:30]
He was just grateful for the perks enhancing his body allowing him to speed up them before getting to the floor in question. He snatched one of the Diablos walking the floor into the stairwell.
"The number of the apartment your boss is in, and maybe I don't make this floor a bloodbath." Taeko said darkly.
"Be cool. It's 626. Please, just don't…"
"I need your jacket and your burner phone. I know you're not stupid to have gang shit on your actual phone." Taeko said as the women handed it over. "Now I suggest you do the smart thing and get the heck out of Portland."
"Oh fuck, you hired by the Succios or Corellis? Either way, this is fucked. But can you slip me two grand?"
Taeko gave her the money he had snatched from the two mooks down below.
"Beat it." Taeko said as the woman bolted.
He slipped on the jacket and checked the burner phone for anything…but found nothing useful save for a group chat. He promptly texted them to check the front door as there was someone prowling around before destroying the phone.
[6:00]
The goons didn't even pay attention to Taeko as they took the elevator which allowed him to kick the door off its hinges. Before one of the girls gets his gun, he throws the Diablos jacket in her face before taking aim with an outstretched hand.
"Sorry, you've just exorcized." Taeko said before unleashing a full power blast.
Basically it completely thrashed the apartment making an explosion. He had not expected them to have explosives, but he did realize he probably also blew up the stove. Knowing that an emergency response would be on the way, Taeko slipped through the fire escape and took off his bandana as the firefighters were arriving.
[3:00]
Spotting a [Diablo Stallion], he slid into it and drove off with it. If he had to hedge a guess, it was likely one of the two dead Diablos. Not like it mattered as he drove for the Quays arriving at the dock with a minute to spare. The boat, a [Reefer] arrived and Taeko simply shot both the goons, letting their bodies all in the water. Finding a [Molotov Cocktail] in the boat, he hurled it into the car and got in the boat to follow the final instruction. Get out of the area.
[Mission Complete! +10,000 Gold]
Once he did, he smirked at a job well done. His phone rang to which he answered to hear Juanjin.
"Good work…and with that…we can deal with the table scraps of Diablos. And there's no more Triads either." Juanjin said before hanging up.
He looked to see what they were bringing in: 180 grand, a few [Carbine Rifles], [Rocket Launchers], and [MP5s] with extended clips.
"Why the fuck don't I have an machine gun?" Taeko asked himself before finding a [Capture Sphere]. "Score!"
He checked it to see what he could get…and found the sphere was limited to DC and Marvel characters. He debated with himself on it, but settled for Arkhamverse Killer Frost. To Taeko's relief, it accepted his request.
[You have Killer Frost captured. Would you like to pay for chip upgrades one time for half off?]
He accepted, mostly seeing the spheres being upgraded to be a decent reward. He arrived at his beach going up to the farm but not before planting the rest [Wheat Seeds]. While doing so, he remembered the dinner party Lorelaan had planned. He looked at the list, finding it in his home office. The list called for fifty bottles of [Ancient Fruit Wine] and one bottle of [Starfruit Wine].
"Ok, I have a bottle of starfruit, but I'm going to need to make more Azorium wine. Also need a +1…" Taeko mused to himself. "I doubt Tera wants to go."
He shrugged that off as he took the warp point back to Shadow Farm as he had work to. For one, he put [Ancient Fruits] in all 38 [Kegs]. He'd at least only need to take 12 out from the cellar. He took out the fresh [Truffle Oil].
"Well, may as well see the new capture." Taeko said before going to the warp point again.
Now at his club, he went down to the cells. Walking down, he stopped at Helen's door. He debated about it…but decided to check her later going straight down to the 12th door. He checked the file…and raised an eyebrow in interest before closing it out. She was snatched at a point where she was trying to leave the villain scene, finding a rich man to shack up with. As far as she knew, she agreed to be his. He went in.
~[Entering Killer Frost's Cell]~
She was shorter than he thought, only being about five foot three. Despite the short height, she had the classic 'hero build' with a pair of C-cups to offset her plush behind. She had long ice blue hair in relaxed curls, pale white skin, and blue eyes. She wore a blue leotard, that in the middle, had a blue diamond with medal around in the the shape of a compass and only went from neck to the beginning of her legs, with long fingerless winter gloves that went down to the hands, and high heeled boots.
"So this is how you welcome a girl, in a white room with a bed. I know what I signed up for when I meet you at the party."
"Louise, don't fret. I just wanted to get the room ready." Taeko said, snapping his fingers. "I had to take precautions. I know you agreed to be under me…but you know."
"You went out of your way to get out of that universe…I'm not going to screw that up. Especially with this setup." Louise said admiring her new setup. "Did you add a fucking beach?!"
She opened the sliding door to walk out into the sand. She admired the sounds of the ocean before Taeko slapping her behind got her attention.
"I figured you'd prefer it…but you won't be needing this leotard." Taeko said using his 'command console' to change her outfit to the [Blacked Underwear].
Louise looked down and snickered.
"You better have the dick to back this up…" Louise said.
"I do. But I think I'll leave you alone for a bit…" Taeko said leaving for the door. "I got work to do."
As he left, she wondered what to do first. Looking at the ocean, she threw off her underwear and went for a dip.

(A/N: Killer Frost's scenario is actually a reference to the plot thread that SR7 was doing for introducing her in Injustice Unlimited. That's why she 'folds' easily, the device (and Taeko) are just taking advantage of her desire to submit for the easy life that she doesn't really deserve at all. And the next chapter wraps up Thursday.)
