Jumping Through Time

Extra 1

If there was something that no one could understand it was the relationship between the Tenth and his lighting guardian. After all, almost since the beginning the Tenth was close to the child, attached even. The spoiled attitude, the bad manners and the gift to annoy everybody to the point of wanting to strangulate said kid was not something it could be ignored. It didn't help the threatening and possessive signs from the Tenth that only this kid could show indirectly everytime he used the bazooka. Nothing of this made sense. Or at least that was the case till the "Incident" happened. A revelation in its shadow that no one would say aloud.

-…bo! – A boy with brown chocolate hair stopped. Hands on his knees, painting harshly, sweat running down his forehead. - Lambo! - The boy called again, more worried than angry.

Most were angrier than more worried at this point. Following a kid that didn't listen and had the nerve to stick his tongue out to them and laugh. Didn't take seriously the warnings, the threats and anything else he was told. It was to blow up in fury. Lambo believed it was a game. Maybe the game of catch. Said kid carried, running around, the bazooka, which had a crack and was throwing sparks. The kid, probably, hasn't noticed that, playing all day. He surely thought they were lying to him to make him stop and lose whatever game they were playing.

It was highly probably that Lambo hasn't noticed, or was plainly ignoring it-

-... brat. - Finished the guy with silver hair in a murmur. Said guy had his face covered in mud thanks to tripping over who knows what that ended with him on the floor. - Stop laughing, you stupid idiot! - The guy blew up once again. This time to a boy that didn't see anything wrong with what was going on and just could laugh.

- Ma ma, you worry too much. Let's just wait till he gets tired. - Said the one that had the best physical condition and believed everything was a game.

- I wouldn't be worried if someone hadn't hit that bazooka with a ball into a puddle. - Yamamoto just continued to smile like nothing was wrong. The accusation and the fury in the other's eyes fell didn't deter Yamamoto. Inside, the baseball player grimaced and asked himself why, why out of all days Lambo had to choose today to follow them while hiding from their view.

Like a treacherous whisper, Yamamoto and Gokudera remembered why:

- Dad can't catch Lambo-sama! - It was a mockery as well as a fond call. It didn't help the kid's gestures to call the attention of Tsunayoshi.

Now that Lambo knew who "dad" was, Lambo followed him or looked for him everywhere. The kid did nothing but smile. A smile that said very well that his owner knew he would not be punished. A smile that was smug enough to make more than one person want to hit him in the head thanks to the jealousy said smile brought. A few cute words, that smile, and "dad" would do nothing more than scold him a bit and indulge a lot without knowing. "Dad" would carry the kid with him on his arms till they got home, ignoring or not noticing the smug look the kid would give everybody else, like saying: "he is mine and there is nothing you can do, losers".

The worst thing was that, sometimes, they could not avoid thinking that the kid was right. No matter how Tsuna tried to deny and correct Lambo that he wasn't "dad", no matter how nervous or embarrassed he got, the kid had him wrapped around his little finger.

- Get down from there! - Any "scolding" that Lambo would have gotten by what he called Tsuna was forgotten thanks to what the kid was doing. The kid was over a high railing that wasn't very stable. - When did he get there? - Whispered Tsunayoshi, panic starting to appear. It was no wonder why. - How did he even get there? - Some things were better unknown, but this time no one had any idea. - LAMBO!

Yamamoto and Gokudera shared a few seconds with a peculiar expression on their faces. It was one that didn't show any surprise and said "we are too old for this". They didn't panic, or tried to move to help the kid, who was going to fall at any moment. At least not immediately. That panic came late, to say it somehow. That kid got in so much trouble that no one was surprised anymore.

- He h-puff!

Pink smoke surrounded the place where Tsuna grabbed the kid before both fell down to the floor after losing equilibrium.

- At least adult Lambo is not so problematic. - Murmured Gokudera for himself, pinching the bridge of his nose.

A familiar call made itself known at that moment. Both boys looked at each other in horror, remembering that the bazooka was damaged and only God knew what it brought or if, fortunately, it did nothing. Moving fast, almost running, they finally got there only to find a kid wearing a cow costume crying and calling his dad. Said kid also was moving his arms up like he wanted to be carried.

The late discovery that the future Tsuna must be more lovely with the kid than the one in this time didn't help the situation. In fact, this information was at the bottom of the list if there was one, thanks to a little voice that sounded before the smoke cleared:

- Mommy? - The little voice wasn't… known, not like this. But it was frighteningly familiar.

Big chocolate eyes found them, paralyzing them in place and ending the crying from the other kid. Those eyes moved between all of them, very curious and very innocent. This new kid was younger than Lambo, but not by much. Big, round, pink cheeks. Wild, chocolate hair. He wore an orange shirt, cream shorts, and shoes. Little hands sunken into the artificial fur of a lion plush that was almost as big as him.

- Mommy? - The new kid called again, lowering his head and hiding part of his face in the plush, looking for his mother with his eyes.

If the guys thought that they were in trouble before, now they were sure they were. More than that. They looked at each other, without knowing what to do. More than just trouble because the kid, obviously their friend from the past, had the looks that he would cry rivers. None of them had any idea about what to do with children, less one as shy and fearful as Tsuna.

If, sometimes, they didn't even know what to do or say to their Tsuna, who was a teenager like them… they didn't want to know who it would be as a kid. It must be-

- Mommy? - Shining little eyes looking at them. Like they had all the answers of the world. Like they could get the sun and the moon down with their bare hands. That wasn't helping.

What any of them knew, what they didn't even dream, was what was hidden behind that plush. What the kid was hiding, purposefully, of them.

- Mommy… - What could they even tell him?

- She went to buy you a gift! - Yamamoto ignored the best he could, the incredulity from Gokudera at what he just said.

- For me too? - Lambo was not helping matters. At least he wasn't crying anymore. Maybe they could use that in their favor.

- For you too. - A white lie couldn't hurt, could it? It wasn't like they could tell Lambo the truth.

For a bit, the new kid only looked at them. He didn't say anything, which did not help their nerves. Fortunately, Lambo seemed to get this was a sensible situation and didn't open his mouth. In any case, Lambo couldn't stop looking at the other kid with something odd in his face, moving behind them like he wanted to shield himself.

- Ok. - That was the soft answer of the new kid, now looking at the floor and hugging even more the lion plush.

- She will come back soon, don't worry. - Inside their mind: "please don't cry, please don't cry…" - We will take you ho-

- Could Tsu-kun get ice cream? - The new kid raised his face enough to see part of his eyes, which had an unusual shine to them.

- Of course! - Whatever worked to not make the kid cry. Ice cream wasn't-

- Which flavor do you want? - For once in his life, Gokudera was very careful in how he addressed his boss.

The only problem was that as soon as the new kid said he wanted strawberry ice cream, Gokudera left flying to get said ice cream. This left only Yamamoto with two little kids looking at how Yamamoto was left alone in this situation. That, and Yamamoto's open mouth.

When Yamamoto recovered and looked at where kid Tsuna was…

- Oh f… - He stopped just in time to bite his tongue and not curse.

There was no one. No matter where he looked, kid Tsuna wasn't anywhere. And no matter how much he called, the kid didn't answer. Lambo was not very helpful, even though he was being unusually good given the circumstances. Lambo must have realized that they were in trouble. Or that his dad specifically was in trouble. Yamamoto was very sure that if the bazooka had hit someone else, Lambo wouldn't be this good.

It was at that moment that Yamamoto understood why Tsuna tried to never take his eyes from Lambo when he knew Lambo was there. He couldn't have given that kid his back more than a minute, and he wasn't anywhere now!

Behind the railing, walking silently to a tree, a kid finally lowered his plush, carrying it with only a hand. A mischievous and amused smile was shown thanks to this. That changed the unusual shine to those eyes: someone was free to do whatever he wanted.

- Tsu-kun must not talk with strangers… - The kid murmured to himself, almost signing. Vanishing into the shadows of the trees.

- HOW COULD YOU LOST HIM?! - That was the reaction from the storm guardian when he came back with the ice cream. Said ice cream didn't survive the explosion.

- You left in a flash! - The rain guardian recalled wanting nothing more than to strangle the other. - You left me alone with two brats. How could you? - They weren't good with kids. Tsuna was the exception, and they guessed that was because Tsuna lived with brats.

- It's the Tenth! - Gokudera countered, like the sole idea was enough defense.

- Tsuna as a kid isn't the same as a teenager. - Yamamoto recalled with a grimace.

- Tsk, whatever. - Gokudera kicked a rock, frowning. - Get that brat home. I will look for the Tenth in the meanwhile. - And finally: - Take the bazooka too. And we better tell Reborn what is going on… - Before something horrible happened a-

- I think that's your phone. - Who was calling just now?

- No, I don't think that… - Gokudera stopped, phone in hand and ringing. - Hello?

- I just got a call from the police. Something about a lost kid. - Gokudera put distance between himself and the phone slowly, looking at the screen with a mix of horror and surprise. - I thought it was Lambo, but the description doesn't fit-

- It is the Tenth. - The person on the other side of the phone, his sister, fell silent. - There was an accident with the bazooka, no even half an hour ago… - That was the surprise Gokudera had.

- Are you telling me that there is a little Tsuna running around and you lost him in minutes? - The incredulity and time of response was very short. Way too short to respond. - The police were not better. They lost him before they could get him in their car. With a package of donuts.

At this information, both boys could only look at the phone with raised eyebrows and pure disbelief on their faces.

In another place, below a tree's shadow, was a kid with a lion plush, a package of donuts and a big dog sitting obediently in front of him. The dog only had eyes for the donuts, giving the cutest eyes a dog could give for those donuts. Close by there could be heard the calling of "Fang" from some people.

- Do you like them so much? - Tsuna asked the big dog that has been following him since he entered the park. A dog that more than doubled Tsuna's height, and had a red collar in his neck with a tagname saying "Fang".

The black and white dog only whined in answer, giving all the tells he wanted the donuts. Tsuna was still eating the first one he took. Sticky hands thanks to the sugar and his face with spots from the same thing. In fact, his clothes weren't safe, sadly. It wasn't like Tsuna cared, to be honest.

Tsuna pushed the package of donuts to the dog, which didn't need to be told twice, moving his tail at fast speed. The policemen asked him to hold the package for a moment while they paid up and made a call. They never told him he had to stay there. He wasn't going to, not after feeling he must go if he didn't want to get home yet. He didn't want to get home yet.

- There aren't any more. - Tsuna told innocently to the animal that looked at him once he finished eating. The dog wanted more. Tsuna raised his hands to the dog to tell him that there was no more.

Giggles were heard when the dog pushed the kid down, licking said kid. The dog moved his tail even more if that was possible at the little hands that grabbed him. The fun ended when the kid felt he must move from that place, and to do so he had to pet the animal in his nose and pull the collar the animal had in his neck.

Few minutes later in the place Tsuna and the dog once were, two boys stopped at the view of a ruined package of donuts. The boys knew Tsuna's name, but not for that they stopped being strangers. Mommy was clear on that. Tsuna didn't know what these guys wanted, but that didn't matter. There were so many things to do!

Without being able to avoid it, a mischievous smile formed in the kid's face once again.

- We are still on this? Seriously? - A policeman whined, a headache forming. - For all we know his parents could have found him. - His partner gave him a look that said: "you are joking, aren't you?"

Behind the policeman was a group of people that had declared that they saw a little kid with brown hair and eyes going everywhere in the park with a big dog just behind him. That, or the kid mounting the dog like it was a horse. All joined with puppy eyes, asking for a candy or two, and vanishing right away, leaving or taking things with him. Or plainly moving said things to another place. Little pranks. A mischievous kid no matter how you looked at it.

More than one person had ended up sitting in whipped cream or something else. Or something fell on them. Or maybe they found childish drawings and words somewhere. There was a young man annoyed because someone had drawn in his face with a black marker. He was left with flowers and little cars on his face.

- It must be some other kid. - The policeman's partner didn't change her expression. - Come on, the one now has-

The policeman shut up, seeing the big black and white dog being petted by a little kid that smiled so big it must hurt. Dog and kid walking on the pavement like nothing was wrong in their lives. As if the kid felt the policeman's eyes on him, the kid turned to see him, smiling ever more before saying:

- You can't catch me! - The call was loud. And of course the kid went running at fast speed. Way too fast to be so little. The dog followed dutifully.

- I take it back. - Because no matter how much the policeman wanted to say no, that was the same voice of that sweet child that asked him where he could get ice cream.

The policeman's headache got worse, and it wasn't thanks to the couple that were coming to them with a frown. He didn't see anything out of place with them, but taking in count how many people have come to reclaim or just ask to get a hold of the kid's parents… They were right, not kid so little should be alone and the sole kid's behavior said the kid was too lonely and shouldn't have anyone to play with…

Both officers, and probably the other groups, feared that the child's services had already been called…

- Excuse me officers, but have you seen a little kid with-

- With chocolate eyes and hair? And an orange shirt? He went that way. - And before these people went away: - Family? - Because if they were the kid's family-

- Family friend, aunt to an extent. - The miss signed deeply, placing her hair behind her ear. - Bianchi. And this idiot here is Ryohei.

- EXTREMMEEEE!

Outside of the park, a kid laughed a lot. He never had so much fun!

- This way Oreo. - Because the dog made him think about those cookies. They were nice cookies and the doggie was nice too!

The kid's good mood vanished at the same time that Oreo started to growl. Without asking, the kid took Oreo's lash and pulled, moving towards his right. The kid didn't look in any other direction. Tsuna didn't know where he was going, but he had a path and the urgency to move faster. Oreo couldn't do or feel what they should do, but Tsuna was grateful that Oreo didn't doubt him either.

Asking was bad. It was time lost. And whatever he felt it never was wrong.

Hibari was walking the streets close to the school. He was doing his usual patrol, like always, when he noticed something running towards him close by. Naminori's demon raised an eyebrow when he saw the big dog, asking himself where its owners were… till he noticed what the animal had in its mouth. A new level of surprise/pride/terror/incomprension made itself known to him.

The brat, one that seemed very suspiciously similar to the Omnivore, pointed forward with his hand and seemed to be giving instructions to the dog out of all the things the brat could be doing. There was no fear at all. At least not from the animal. Hibari didn't move when the animal passed by his side, not even glancing at him.

The same could not be said from the group of suspicious people that appeared in a short time after. One of them had blue flames and binoculars. After this, the peace came back for a few minutes. Then, he started to see weird things like people complaining or searching for something, followed by the police and the herbivores…

Honestly Hibari shouldn't have been surprised to find his office a mess. People looking at each other, things out of place. And people with drawings on their faces and not wanting to touch coffee. Even less, he shouldn't have been surprised either to see the big dog sleeping close to his chair. Finding the brat sitting on his chair eating cookies he was sure were from his committee and not from said brat, shouldn't have been surprising at this point.

- Did we have to get him out? - That was the reply from one of his soldiers after demanding an answer of what happened.

It was only a kid. A kid that didn't fear him at all. Why does he mention this? The brat raised his arms to him and smiled. As if that wasn't enough, he has seen those big brown eyes with a bit of orange in them somewhere else.

- Hmmm… - Taking the kid in his arms, gaining a little giggle and a childish cheek rub from said kid, he understood why the herbivores were out and about. At least some of them.

Hibari didn't scold the kid when said kid gave puppy eyes to one of his soldiers, asking for a marker. In any case, he didn't move when the kid proceeded to draw his face while talking about little things, mostly in third person. Hibari didn't have any trouble in making the kid eat something, or to obey what he asked.

The orange tint in the kid's eyes gave away all he needed to know at the moment.

- What's wrong? - Hibari asked after a while, taking note of the sudden attention of the kid at the window. Said child had been giving everybody gray hair by playing, pranks and more.

The kid now was, unusually, quiet. Like a prey feeling a depredator close by. The orange tint was stronger, but more important than that was the unspoken intention of running away using the door.

- Tsu-kun doesn't want to go home yet… - It was the murmur Hibari barely managed to hear.

- I see. - Without thinking too much, Hibari patted his desk.

Eyes that were almost completely orange looked at him before following his hand, where Oreo was. Then, in a flash, the kid had hidden himself there. The kid hugged the animal with a feeling. It said that the kid knew that these actions, that hiding spot, would not be enough.

It wasn't surprising why, but Hibari would love to have such precision, such time of preparation. When Hibari felt the new company, the kid had three times to do so.

- Hibari. - The carnivore child greeted him from the window. The kid's eyes searched the place in seconds. - Nice art. - Commented the assassin like it was something normal, even casual. In short, he was saying he knew what was going on and wouldn't fall for any lie.

Ha. Like Hibari wanted to trick Reborn.

- Baby. - Hibari just limited himself to that, not giving it more attention.

- You should have said something - After a while, that was what came out. All because Hibari didn't plan on saying anything.

- I am not the one who lost him. - It was as simple as that for Hibari.

Once again silence surrounded the room for a bit. Reborn sighed deeply before calling:

- Come on, Dame-Tsuna. It is time to go home and get that dog back to his home too. - Hibari almost rolled his eyes. However:

- Tsu-kun. - Amended Hibari, almost neutral. He gave the Arcobaleno a curious look. - His flames are active, he knew you would come long before me. - And even if Hibari didn't believe that the kid could escape from Reborn: - Tsu-kun doesn't want to go home. - Hibari lowered a hand to mess up Tsuna's hair. Said kid was so tense that he jumped to the touch. - Tsu-kun wants to keep having fun. At home he has no one to prank or to play with. - Hibari didn't know Sawada Tsunayoshi very well to be sure, but he has heard things.

This little kid didn't fear him. A little mischievous kid. A playful little boy. Hibari's drawn face, as well as many others, the games and the childish laughs was like seeing the reflection of a mirror about what Hibari already knew. And the dog too. About Sawada Tsunayoshi it was always said that it was only him and his mother, and that he was clumsy…

Seeing this kid that, miraculously, hasn't tripped at all in all his time here… Hibari could believe without problem that something else happened, something traumatic, that left more than just a simple memory.

- Is that so…? - The assassin's hard eyes softened. However, it was not something anyone could actually notice.

- He came here on his own. - Hibari added, just to see what reaction he could get from Reborn.

The only thing Hibari got was that the Arcobaleno became so still like a statue for a fraction of second, and then that he lowered his hat to hide his frown from view. That and some change in the atmosphere that Hibari couldn't feel because the kid started to cry and tremble.

- They chose wrong. - Reborn whispered more to himself than Hibari. Seeing the reaction from Tsuna, Reborn tried all he could to rain his bloodlust. Tsuna, at this age, was sensitive. Unconsciously able to manipulate his heritage in such a way that would make anyone jealous. - Tsu-kun. May I call you that? - Soft, something soft, to start with.

A scoff told Reborn that maybe a less soft method would be better. The assassin raised an eyebrow at the smug smile from Hibari, who was playing with a marker deliberately, noting that Hibari had his own face with drawings of stupid things like birds and bunnies.

Minutes later, the giggles of a child joined with shining orange eyes told Reborn that, while Tusna was calm, he would have the kid's attention. For better or worse, because Tsuna's intuition was at home now.

- Let's go home. - Nope, Tsuna definitely didn't want to go home. - Haven't you made enough disaster for today? - Not even close, if those puffed cheeks had anything to say.

- Tsu-kun always plays alone! - Whatever fun at that pouting face ended at this. Childish or not, this explained all what happened today in all the city. And why child's services appeared at home too. - Mommy is busy all the time so she can't play with Tsu-kun. - Ah. - Mommy says that Tsu-kun can't have pets till Tsu-kun is older. - Did Tsuna want pets? Actually, whose kid didn't want a pet? - Tsu-kun is often alone…

At this age Nana wouldn't let him go anywhere on his own. And he shouldn't have started school yet. A single mother with a little kid. Probably they only went out when Nana needed to and not for recreation. Iemitsu was such an idiot…

- You won't be alone this time. - Those big eyes came back to Reborn with enough intensity to be uncomfortable to the receiving end. Reborn was being tested by a little kid. Nono would never believe him if Rebron told him that a kid was a lot better than Nono. - There are people at home, waiting for you. - Not to play exactly, though once the kid gave away he only wanted to play… Reborn didn't doubt the others would do anything the kid wanted. Especially if said kid keeps using his heritage in such a way. - Someone even got the ice cream that someone asked for. - Whatever the case: - Tomorrow they can take you to the park or anywhere else you want to play. It is late now, Tsuna. - The kid must go home, dinner time has long passed.

If it wasn't by the way the kid was, visibly, evaluating him, in the way the kid was taking each word and the sample that the kid's intuition was working overtime because said kid was afraid of him just not the expected fear to be grounded (any kid would have that fear from their caretakers for not obeying), Reborn would be rolling his eyes in his mind at how easy it was to trick a kid. Tsuna hasn't asked who he is, even his name. Tsuna didn't seem to care about the said information.

This child made life difficult for the police and his future guardians only for fun. And half of a park. And the owners of the dog. And some hotdogs sellers. And the Disciplinary Committee, for what he could see. The place needed a good cleaning…

- May come Mister Gummies? - Guessing that the kid meant the leon plush the kid hasn't released all day, Reborn nodded.

The eyes of the kid moved directly to Hibari, and as it wasn't enough on its own for the assessing and the prefect have a moment of horror/amusement, the kid raised the bet:

- Please Mister Gummies? - Hibari had won the nickname of "Mister Gummies". The kid only was saved because it was a little kid. - Mister Gummies will play with Tus-kun… - That, and what it meant, changed everything and the opinions of the given nickname.

The fact that there were people at home didn't mean that they would like to play with Tsuna. That was what the little kid meant. Reborn only knew that the kid should know that he would have to go home, no matter if he wanted to or not, and was trying to grab anything he could.

- The dog won't come. - The owners might understand. Still, this wasn't their dog.

- Oreo is a good boy! - Of course, Reborn could believe that without trouble. There was no way someone so short could kidnap a dog, which could carry said kid without trouble on its own.

Iemitsu was such a fool, Reborn couldn't stop himself from thinking this. What the assassin could not believe, seeing this, was that the Ninth had the magnificent idea to seal the flames of this little kid, his own successor. This child showed more ability, was more able, than the 14 years old boy he knew. It wasn't like the Tsuna of this era couldn't do it, no way. The fact was that it wasn't the same and never would be. Sealing part of someone changed them forever. Even without that, the Ninth had killed the natural development this kid could have had.

Anyone would kill to have a sky's flames user, especially with these capacities Tsuna was showing off now. Even if it was for safety, it was so foolish to seal, to stop this. No matter how much he trained, it would never be the same as a natural development, it wouldn't get so far as it would have on its own. After all, it wasn't the same to learn how to use a new hand than one you have always had. The second would always be natural, with little exceptions, and the first one would only be natural after a lot of time training, and it would be methodic.

The Tsuna from this time couldn't see Reborn eye to eye and looked through the assassin like this kid does, like he does with Hibari. And that was only one of the striking things of this meeting.

Being carried on Hibari's shoulders was almost a dessert for the kid. Besides talking sweet nothings and some movement to see something, the kid was peaceful. That changed when they finally got home, and eyes targeted the kid on Hibari's shoulders and Hibari.

- Dad! - Whatever good mood Lambo had vanished when he saw the other kid. Lambo's hope that everything was normal again blew out.

- Mister G-

- No. - Nope, Hibari wasn't going to let anyone hear that.

- Oh. – Losing interest in Lambo, Tsuna looked at everybody else. Shyly, he asked: - Anyone wants to play with Tsu-kun?

- Only if you don't go away again. - That was a night-

- Tsu-kun does not promise anything. - The kid crossed his arms, looked elsewhere, and pouted.

A few looked at Lambo and then at Tsuna a few times.

- I have to look for Oreo. Who will give him his donuts? - The kid defended himself when Reborn kept looking at him

- Donuts you stole. - And it wasn't the only thing the kid stole.

- Tsu-kun didn't steal anything. - Tsuna said in a voice tone that perfectly said on its own that Tsuna was right and everybody else was wrong. It didn't end there: - The misters asked Tsu-kun to grab the box, they never told Tsu-kun that Tsu-kun had to stay there. - The kid stuck his tongue out and everything.

- With that logic no one will win. - Gokudera commented to himself, trying to not laugh. The boy didn't know if it was the words or the fact he was half in hysterics.

- Tsu-kun is very smart! - And what killed the moment: - Mister Silver. - And like that on its own wasn't enough, the kid pointed at Gokudera with his little fingers and everything.

- It is Hayato, Gokudera-

- I said Mister Silver. - Obviously, at this point, Gokudera was doomed.

If at this point there were doubts about the almost reversed personality of the person they knew as a teenager, they didn't last much longer.

- How did you get there?! - There could be more than 5 people playing with the kid, including the other troublemaker like Lambo (who couldn't process what they were living), but that didn't change anything.

A cute face, sweet words, and a second or two without eyes on the kid and done.

- Tsu-kun is the best~ - Above the book's shelf. - No one can catch Tsu-kun~ - The kid was mocking them, he was mocking them. - Not even Mini-Horns can catch the great Tsu-kun~ - Giggles, giggles from a very delighted and happy kid. Even if that happiness was from their predicament.

- Lambo-sama is the best! - No matter what anyone said, Lambo had endured this situation a lot as it was.

- No! – And they were little kids. - Tsu-kun is the best! Mommy says so!

This was going to be a really looooonnnnnnngggggg night.

- Mini-Horns? - Murmured Yamamoto, escaping the disaster the kids were making just now. I-pin and Fuuta weren't enough for two little kids that wanted to be up, were stubborn, and one of them was dangerous in all senses of the word with a charming smile. - Who is Mini-Horns?

Tsuna has given them all stupid nicknames…

- Tsu-kun! – Now Yamamoto thought about it… - Who is Mini-Horns?

The fight stopped for enough time to hear something creak and not in the best ways, joined with:

- Duh. – That sounded suspiciously like: "idiot" - The one that is like Tsu-kun, but isn't like Tsu-kun. - Ah? - And wears black, but he doesn't have the big fork. Tsu-kun wonders if, maybe, he left it in the town from below by accident….

Reborn, who has been looking and enjoying the chaos created mostly by the reactions and the grave moment of having to process that the shyest, most cowardly and fearful boy of the group was the complete opposite as a child, turned his head to the kid that just spoke. The assassin debated if he should scare the kid or congratulate him.

The kid just called him the Devil, in short. Honestly, Reborn thought that the nickname was for Lambo, because of Lambo's horns.

- Oh my God…

- Ne, where do those nicknames come from? - Because Yamamo didn't believe that it was only coincidence-

In answer, the fight ended, leaving Lambo in a bad mood arguing alone. A kid took his forgotten plush and before knowing Yamamoto found himself taking said plush.

- Mister Smiles. - Orange eyes and a very serious expression found Yamamoto, and the child said again: - Mister Smiles.

If there was something odd that Reborn found when he checked this house when he came here, it was several plushies saved in a closet. Thanks to this, Reborn understood right away what was going on. The assassin vanished from view and when he came back he had a bag full of plushies. A bag that more than got the attention of a kid with orange eyes.

Silence and little movement in a short time, the fourth plush being given with a very particular name.

- Mini-Horns. - It was a plushie of a winged creature that had horns, a chimera's body and had a fork and a knife in its hands. The creature smiled. It was a somewhat weird plush, especially because it had an apron.

- Ok. - What else could be said?
