Naoki took Kotoko home...whilst on the way he couldn't figure out about the strange distaste in his mouth or maybe his mind.

Naoki pov - My Goodness, why did Kotoko have to get so drunk like this that too so that a stranger had to help her out. This little wife of mine...yeah she looks cute while sleeping...

Next Day...

Tonan hospital has a newcomer today, Dr Nohara Soma. Naoki was surprised when he saw the Stanger from yesterday now being a doctor at Tonan hospital.

. Indeed the new doctor was popular cause he was easy on eyes and he had good social skills. All the nurses were over him, admiring him. Naoki was kinda happy that it had taken some attention away from himself so he can be in peace for at least sometime.

Kotoko saw the new doctor and went to him.

Yesterday thanks for your help, I'm sorry I didn't even ask for your name yesterday, said Kotoko

Nohara Soma, that's my name young lady, said Soma smiling gently

Ah...Nohara Sensei I'm so sorry for bothering you yesterday,Kotoko went ahead and apologized

It's totally fine young lady or I may say Ms Kotoko, replied Soma.

And please call me Soma, Nohara sounds too formal, he said

Okay I'll do that Soma sensei, replied Kotoko

Please ignore whatever nonsense I uttered yesterday. And I'm truly sorry for making you take care of me after I was drunk. I shouldn't have drunk so much. I know I'm not good at taking alcohol and still..I did it , said Kotoko looking embarrassed

Kotoko San whatever you said wasn't nonsense. Everyone's allowed to be sad. It's fine I really don't mind anything that happened yesterday. You don't have to apologise so much. Infact I'd say I enjoyed drinking with you yesterday, so don't let it bother you, replied Soma while lightly patting Kotoko's head

Thank you very much Soma San, said Kotoko smiling ear to ear before going to the patients room.

Unbeknownst to everyone, Naoki had watched the exchange between his wife and the new popular Doctor.

Naoki pov-

well it's good Kotoko apologised for the trouble, but damn isn't this doctor too chummy for a person who he just met yesterday? Already on the first name basis with her?! And what's with Kotoko calling him by his first name. She doesn't even call me by my first name.

Well I don't have time for this trivial stuff. Why do I feel this distaste in my mouth again. Ugh whatever..

The day went by and Naoki and Kotoko were now sitting in their bedroom after dinner finally relaxing a bit.

Irie kun...today sure was exhausting...I had to attend to so many people..and the hangover from yesterday just added to the misery...complained Kotoko, as she reached out and hugged her husband.

Naoki gently held her, and asked

Why did you go out to drink alone yesterday?

Ah...um...I just didn't feel very nice yesterday and couldn't help but want to grab a drink, replied Kotoko hesitantly

Is that really it?, asked Naoki again

Um.yes..said Kotoko

Kotoko pov-

Phew that was close. It's so hard to lie to Irie kun. I don't wanna tell him that I was jealous of him and the new intern. It's a trivial topic anyways not worth telling him about it.

Well Nohara sensei was a savior yesterday I guess, said Naoki

Yeah that's true, Soma San truly was a savior yesterday, said Kotoko

Soma San..huh...you already call him that? Said Naoki

Huh? Kotoko looked at him confused

It's nothing, it's that you just met him yesterday and now you're suddenly on first name basis, Said Naoki

ah that..Soma San asked me to call him that cause he thinks Nohara is a bit too formal, replied Kotoko

I see..., said Naoki

Kotoko,said Naoki looking at Kotoko

Why don't you call me Naoki?, he asked

Huh?!, exclaimed Kotoko

Oh...its just a habit from so many years, I never grew out of it, said Kotoko

You should try to change it now. We're married after all, said Naoki

But...its difficult, said Kotoko

Kotoko if you can call a stranger by his first same why not try using my First name?, Said Naoki

I'll try..., said Kotoko

Irie leaned to Kotoko's ear and whispered, I really wanna hear you calling my name and with that he lightly bit her earlobe, making her blush.
