In this chapter we see Voldemorts reaction to the news Harry has been changed as well as the general wizarding worlds that includes the vampire courts. Yes for those of you wondering I Have kept Dracula alive even though by all rights he should be dead but he is essentially the Merlin of the vampire world. We'll also see Trocars first lesson . I'm also going to put Myrtle as a potential for the paring I think it could be cute .

Oh and one thing I should mention . Vampires are NOT immune to the killing curse. Upon reading over the spell further and what we see in deathly hallows specifically it seems to target the soul. However Harry still has his one free pass still thanks to the Horcrux . However Voldemort will still use other spells and not just the three unforgivable"s.

Chapter 2 Reactions

Riddle Manor Little Hangleton 4 days after awakening

The Dark Lord sat alone in the living room of Riddle manor thinking over his plan . So far everything was going to plan he had a rudimentary body again one of his most loyal was in Hogwarts and soon he would have Harry potter within his grasp a new body and his powers intact. His most cowardly servant Wormtail came scurrying into the room wide-eyed pail and shaking with a copy of The Daily Prophet in his hands . "My :l-lord you s-s-should see this". The dark lords eyes widened then narrowed as the rat like man held up the paper its headlines bold and clear for all to see.

Boy-Who lived is Now Boy Who Bites!

Rita Skeeter here dear readers and yes this headline is no prank! My sources inside the Ministry have confirmed That Harry Potter The –Boy-Who –Lived was the victim of a vampire attack and was turned during the quidditch World cup! While most wizards were fleeing the people wearing the Garb of Death Eaters our young hero was being turned by a blood drinking Creature! Vampires as most Witches and Wizards know are classed as living dead are mostly nocturnal drink blood and are classed as beings by the Ministry of magic. We don't actually know much about their society but what does this mean for Mr Potter ? He is no longer allowed a wand and will need to feed on blood .Witch brings up the question Are our children Safe? Are the attacks at the World cup linked ? This reporter aims to find out more and keep you updated with any new findings.

Voldemort was Furious all the planning to get the boy wasted . He wanted to kill the rat who had brought him the news but he forced himself into a cold calm to think as Wormtail read the other pages . He had never really studied Vampirism or recruited Vampires during his first rise Preferring to use the Brutality of the Werewolves.

He knew the boys blood would now be useless in the ritual , he also knew that the boy would slowly change which had possibilities . The boy would undoubtedly lean more and more into the darkness that lived in his veins . If he could recruit the boy and by extension the other vampires he'd be unstoppable. Yes the plan would have to be altered slightly and someone else's blood would be required but perhaps this could be more Beneficial than the original plan. "Wormtail !, Deliver instructions to Barty..and Serverus there has been a change of plans" . Voldemort smiled soon he would return

Transylvania Castle Bran

Count Radu strode through the halls of castle Dracula towards the throne room his red eyes blazing his mind racing . Ninety of their kin dead and the Famous boy who lived turned one brought anger to his mind while the other brought a smile to his lips . If nothing Else Trocar did the right thing The boy would be a great asset and the key to a stronger presence in Britain for the war to come. Radu was under no illusion that war would be avoided if they didn't strike first he had spent enough time infiltrating the British ministry to no eventually they would take the fatal step that would cause war and in there incompetence would not be ready . Pushing open the doors to the throne room past the guards. Radu bowed to the first and strongest of the Modern vampires Vlad Dracula Tepesh who black hair and beard partied his Noble Lineage but the eyes of red with black pupils showed the strength of the vampires power lurking within. .

"My lord Ninety of our kind have been killed in Brittan and the Ministry Refuses to do anything. , Also death eaters are on the move again and one of our own Trocar has turned Harry potter the boy who lived " . Radu said

Dracula paused considering everything he had heard before he spoke his words measured calculated . " We know Voldemort is still alive and with the potter boy now one of us we will inevitably be drawn into the conflict when he rises at some point, The Boy will be brought before the blood courts as our laws state after his school year is completed . The Ministry will be a different matter have the British clans move into the shadows of Society and observe and wait. The Potter boy being one of us will no doubt eventually be too much for them and will make a grave Error in Judgment then we will strike ".

Radu bowed his single lock swinging behind his shaved head . He wondered to himself as he left when Voldemort would rise again and how he had survived the killing curse.

Hogwarts September 1st

Harry sat alone in the great hall now staying in the castle . The other students expected any minute . He saw that Article in the Daily Prophet it had infuriated him. She had implied Harry would just go around attacking people! He would never with the possible acceptation of Malfoy A thought like that did bring a smile to his lips . The Image of Malfoy wetting himself running away screaming. The repercussions might be worth it !

Professor Trocar had Mentioned a few things over the week before term even though his full lesson weren't due to start until tomorrow.

Flashback

Harry and Trocar were strolling through the halls one night when Harry brought up the article and asked why . Trocar looked at him with a neutral expression as he spoke before it became Harsh . "You will come to find Harry that people fear what they do not understand, You will also come to find that The wizards in positions of power Especially in this country but in others think that they are the absolute masters of the world., They do not Learn from their Past Mistakes as you've seen from the many goblin Rebellions., They believe that Having a wand makes them innately superior to other magical beings".

One thing you will and must learn quickly is that You are Not Human . "You are a undead a creature and they are to some extent Just food". "Does this mean they are lesser to us and that we are Superior yes and no ". "They are other., muggles are a different story but that is for another time ". "The point I am making is they do not learn so you will learn to Harden your heart and accept our way of Unlife and be ready to strike back with Everything you are incase its necessary." "Of course there are exceptions to Every rule so you must also be prepared to let people in when they are genuine ". Harry just nodded as they continued along thinking.

Flashback end

Remembering that talk and his own convictions Harry forced himself to put the article out of his mind as the doors opened and the Hogwarts students streamed in . Some stopped and starred Probably not having read the Prophet yet, Some Pointed and whispered shooting him Disgusted looks Girls For the most part had a different Reaction Giggling and eyeing him from top to bottom whispering about his new look . That had been one thing Trocar had insisted on saying he would no longer dress in such rags as those found in his trunk. Instead buying him a whole new wardrobe consisting mainly of black shirts pants shoes and boots with red silver dark blue and purple linings and quite a few capes and robes . They had their own society which Harry was now apart of and so he would dress accordingly .

He had to admit even to himself with the pale skin messy Harry and new clothes for the first time ever He looked handsome. At that moment Ron and Hermione ran through the open Doors Not having seen him since the world cup and probably desperate for information .

Hermione was the first to reach him gripping him in a massive hug. "Oh Harry we were so worried when we got separated at the cup and the mark went up and we couldn't find you and no one heard from you for days and-."

"Hermione let Harry breathe well um I guess not breathe well." Ron said clapping him on the back then trailing off nervously when he Realized what he said .

"Is it true what the Prophet said are you really a-a a Vampire "? Ron whispered looking slightly apprehensive

Harry looked at both his friends though he looked at ron with just a split second of sadness before answering .

"It's true". Harry said his voice normal shocking to his two friends .

"I came to the realization im never going to be normal especially now and that no matter what people will talk and that I have to grow up now because Voldemort". Ron and Hermione flinched at the name . "Is still out their and will return sooner or later and I need to be ready and use whatever I can to finish him off". Both looked at him with admiration at that statement . "I'm still coming to terms with what I am and what that means . , I'll have special lessons with Professor Trocar now ., Its both exciting and terrifying im afraid slightly of what I'll be learning and no more snape or Trelawney '! He said finishing with a smile

All three sat down as Dumbledore walked up to the podium and gestured for silence

"Welcome welcome, to another year at Hogwarts and a special year at that, "this year regrettably quidditch will have to be canceled". Dumbledore had to raise his voice as every team had immediately began shouting in protest. "This is due to Hogwarts hosting a legendary event .. THE TRIWIZARD TOURNEMENT " ! Several students mainly purebloods began whispering excitedly . "For those of you not aware the Tournament is a contest between Europe's three magical schools Hogwarts Durmstrang and Beauxbatons., Our guest will arrive at the end of October and will remain with us through the year . , I hope you will all make them feel welcome! , He then explained the rest of the Tournament including the seventeen or older rule wich garnered many loud protest especially from the Weasley twins" .

Then Dumbledore's expression changes into one of suddenness yet with stern eyes as opposed to their usual twinkling manor . "On a much more serious note the news in the prophet is true , "However Mr Potter is NOT a danger to anyone here . " "I expect everyone here to treat Mr Potter as you always have . Due to this a new Professor has joined our ranks for the next few years please welcome Professor Trocar He will be the Professor for a brand new class Vampire studies and Society ". The man stood up and bowed his orange eyes sweeping over the hall . Excited and nervous murmurs both filled the hall . "our second new Professor is quite famous please let me welcome Professor Alastor Moody who has agreed to fill the Defense Agaisnt The Dark Arts position ".

There was far more enthusiastic clapping for this new Professor

. Harry though could smell something off about the man some strange smell he had come across before but he just couldn't remember what and where he had smelled it.

Headmasters office

Trocar paced around the headmasters office as Dumbledore sat behind his desk and the potions master Snape lurked in a corner. " They will all start tomorrow I know it., I'm warning you now Dumbledore if I see anyone Targeting Harry because of what he now is they will be punished . I received a letter from Dracula himself and he is not happy but is willing to adopt a wait and see approach". He then looked at Dumbledore almost pleadingly . "Albus we've been friends for a long time I helped against Grindelwald but you need to listen to me . The blood courts have had it with Brittan were sick and tired of Wizards and Witches thinking they can treat the magical creature community however they want , treating us like were lesser ".

Suddenly Snape spoke from the corner causing both men to turn their heads.

"Please". Snape said with a scowl and look of hatred "Potter is no more deserving of Special treatment now then he ever was he's still the same arrogant rule breaking self important student he's always been ".

Trocar moved faster than the human eye could see his hand around the potion masters throat his orange eyes glowing Dumbledore stood up in alarm wand raised "Trocar release him now". Trocar turned back to Dumbledore "let me deliver my warning and he'll be released unharmed I give my word ".

Dumbledore sat down wand still in hand as Trocar turned back to Snape "listen to me now death eater . Your unjust hatred of my ward stops now your snide comments dirty looks everything "! "Your still a sad little boy who's upset that his best friend chose his rival over him and now is helping the light because your former master killed the woman you loved".

Snape's eyes widened "h-how"? gasped out

Trocar smiled baring his fangs as his voice dropped "Its honestly not that hard if you use simple logic and ask a few people who knew you from your school days Snivilius " "This is your only warning death eater change your attitude because otherwise you'll be food . Voldemort is going to die by Harry potters hand and his death eaters will know the wrath and fear of the vampire clans and what were truly capable of so get in line mortal either get your temper tantrum under control or run".

Dropping the potions master where he stood Trocar bowed to Dumbledore before exiting the office . The slamming of the door echoing in the silence of the office .

"Headmaster you cant just sit there and-". Dumbledore looked at him gravely. "Unfortunately he is right Serverus things are changing your Hatred of Harry must stop now Harry has become a creature of blood and I will not be able to protect you if the vampires take offense ."

Snape stared at Dumbledore as Dumbledore stared back looking hiss full 100 plus years.

Snape then sneered his dark eyes full of anger loss and hatred all swirling looking for a way out . "Then my vow to you is void headmaster I will not protect a creature who has lost the last bit of what I loved I hope you enjoy when the dark lord returns with no spy because I am done!" his robes billowing the potions master left the office for perhaps the last time.

a/n 2 A shorter chapter than what I promised I know. But I have heart surgery coming up and I wanted to get something out before im gone for 3 weeks . Especially because I also couldn't write much during the holidays . Next chapter will be first lessons with Trocar and the arrival of the other two schools that will be posted mid or end of February hopefully . Also im making snape go back to being dark and evil for 2 reasons 1 because I never really see it in fan fiction and 2 I feel like with Harry as a creature any loyalty he'd have to lily's memory would be gone because Harry isn't human anymore.

Also ive got two more stories in the works 1 one is another pure Harry potter fic which the first chapter should hopefully be posted the same day this chapter is published . this one is about Harry taking up Grindelwalds ideology and how that will effect the story with Grindelwald also escaping . I think theirs a lot of potential with that premise.
