Last time on Poké Rangers Dino Charge…
Due to the powerful upgrades of Ferro Fett's clan, Jo decided to give Leona a new charger, called Tyrantrum Max. Leona, excited, decides to test it. However, the plan went completely wrong as Leona was now fused with Tyrantrum DNA. As she starts rampaging, the rangers face Demongun, who is one of Gircannon's top villains. Demongun takes a huge blow on the rangers and almost kills Joe. Now, trying to recover, a red ranger from Hoenn decides to help them out…
Dino Paradise…
Alex walked down the stairs as he turned toward the team, "Did you hear what I just said?"
Joe said nothing as he turned away. Jo turned around as she turned to Alex, who was looking directly at her. Before he could say anything, Jo went to speak, "We just got our butts kicked by our own villains. Surely you know what it feels to be defeated."
Alex said nothing as Jo turned around as she looked over toward them. Atticus nodded as he looked at Alex, "No offense, but -."
"But, nothing," said Alex, looking at Atticus. The blue ranger looked at him in response as Grayson walked toward him. Grayson withdrew his Fossil Saber, aiming at Alex's nose.
"As a guest here, you need to be respectful," said Grayson. Alex looked at the saber, laughing, he turned around as he reached for his left hand. Alex shook his head as he placed his hand on the jewel. A red aura surrounded it as red energy surrounded his body. Alex opened his mouth as fangs emerged. Grayson jumped out as the Fossil Saber flipped out of his hand. Alex stepped forward as he looked at him.
"Did I forget to mention that Alex can activate his Fossil Power to chew his opponents?" asked Jo.
"What?" asked the rangers.
Alex laughed as he looked at Jo, "Yeah, I can still do that… so don't mess with me. I am also a veteran ranger, so unless you want to challenge me, I advise against it. Right now, we need to find your friend."
Drake walked over as he stretched his hand out, "Very nice to meet you. My name is Drake, keeper of the Energy Crystals. I've heard so much about Pre-Earth and the technology used to create the Dino Fossils for your friends to fight."
"So… Dino Thunder," said Kyland, looking at Alex, "Who are they?"
Alex turned around as he turned to Jo. Jo nodded as she pressed a few buttons on the screen. Immediately, a picture appeared of Alex and his friends and the battle footage from their battles, "The Poké Rangers Dino Thunder team worked together to stop a whole entire fleet of Dinvoliens. Dinvoliens are creatures from Pre-Earth that wanted to make Hoenn a prehistoric playground. Myself, my three college friends, and two veteran rangers of Hoenn bonded with Dino Fossils from that era to become Poké Rangers."
"I do remember those groups. Dinvoliens were ruthless and tried to destroy Hoenn on multiple occasions," Roark mentioned.
Alex nodded as he turned around, "But, enough about the history. There was a report that Leona was around the Twinleaf Town, Jubilife City and Sandgem Town area."
"In that case," said Joe, grabbing a new black t-shirt, "Leona's probably starving. We should totally trap her…"
"How?" Lisa asked.
Route 203…
With the exception of Jo, the other rangers were hanging outside Jubilife City. The rangers were watching as Joe had something planned. He had a rope that was covered in the grass, not visible for Pokémon. He had a huge steak on a silver platter being cooked. There was also a jar of honey with one of Lisa's aromatherapy bottles. Lisa looked at Joe as he was cooking the steak with a fork, on a portable grill. Thomas turned to him as he looked around, "Joe, this is insane. Do you think she would come?"
"Well… Tyrantrums are carnivores right?" asked Joe, "Meat is everything."
"Oh… I'm sure meat is everything," said Atticus, looking at the steak, "And what if she prefers humans?"
Joe turned around as he looked at Atticus, "Well, you can't put her in a Poké Ball."
Atticus rolled his eyes as he looked at Joe. Joe turned around as he went to season it with garlic, salt and pepper. As he saw the steak finally getting a little brown, he knew that the fumes were only a matter of time. As he finished, Grayson was looking at the device that was on the picnic bench. The rangers were able to figure out the crystal location of Leona based on how erratic it was. Without a doubt, Grayson saw the red dot heading closer.
"Everyone, she's coming!"
Immediately, everyone started hiding in the bushes. Joe climbed up into a thicket of trees with Grayson on the other side hidden. Kyland and Atticus were laying on the ground, behind the bushes. Lisa and Mack were laying down along the bushes. Alex squatted as he turned to Thomas, who was looking with his binoculars. Thomas turned around as he noticed Leona crawling. Leona sniffed as she was heading closer toward the steak.
As Atticus watched, he felt something rub his chin. Wiping it, he placed his chin up. He looked down to notice that there was pepper that spilt into the bushes. Joe must've knocked it over and spilled behind the bush. As the pepper irritated his sinuses, Atticus went to sneeze. Kyland quickly grabbed him by the mouth and threw him down on the ground. However, not realizing they were exposed, the two of them started sneezing as they jumped over. As they sneezed, Kyland leg was caught in the rope. Kyland and Atticus yelled as they were caught in the trap. Leona roared as she went to strike. As Atticus went to strike her, Alex jumped up as he went to strike her down. Throwing her down, Leona turned around as Alex's jaws began to glow. Leona freaked out and started dashing. Alex turned around as Atticus turned to Kyland, "Sorry. It was the pepper."
"You fool!" shouted Joe, "We were SO close."
"Patience guys," Grayson said, turning to Joe, "Let's go back to the drawing board."
"I want steak first," said Mack, grabbing it, looking at everyone, "You bought a 2-pound steak. I'm not letting it go to waste."

Chapter 29: Roar of the Red Ranger Part 2
Route 207…
Shockhound was sitting down as he had his saber in hand. After hearing the victory of what happened, he wanted to try something new. He laughed as he looked at his new saber. It was ruby with golden edges and a black handle. It also had three orbs, a red, yellow and green orb. He pressed a green orb as green energy surrounded it, "Emerald Cutter!"
A green line went down the edge, heading straight toward the tree. The tree cut in half as explosions appeared. Shockhound laughed as he looked at it, "I have to admit these new weapons will make the rangers really beg for it."
"That's an awesome sword!"
Turning around, Shockhound noticed three beasts. One was familiar. Demongun walked over as he was walking with two other villains. One was a humanoid Galvantula-crossed with an Electabuzz. She had white and black spider designs all over her yellow body. Her eyes were red instead of blue. She had a yellow and black crossbow with purplish arrows. She turned around as she looked at her other ally. The other ally was dressed in all black and shaped like a Greninja. Except he had green eyes with a blue band on his head. He had two purple sabers with a hand blaster of some kind, in a neon-blue alloy.
"Shockhound… this is Huntvantula and Shadownobi," said Demongun, "The three of us are the assassin squad for Gircannon."
"Well… wait I thought you were senior officers too," said Shockhound, confused.
"Oh, just me. But, when you get orders to assassinate, I need my friends," said Demongun, "We need your help."
"Help?" asked Shockhound, laughing, "I think you guys are doing enough without me. Ferro Fett's crew is only useful for finding crystals. We don't want to be involved in this… thing."
"Well, get used to it, Shockhound," a voice said. Turning around, Shockhound noticed someone familiar walking toward him. It was none other than Lionel, who was sitting down and looking at the team, "Now that things have been going good, we need to follow through with Gircannon."
"What do you mean? What are their orders anyway?" asked Shockhound.
"We're on the hunt… Leona is obviously not stable. She's a Tyrantrum now… in human form. Now, we need to slay her. We can take her crystal and whatever charger she used," said Lionel.
"How do I know this is going to work? Or if you have a plan?"
Lionel grinned as he looked at the three of them, "Don't worry Shocky, I always follow through."
Back in Dino Paradise…
Alex sat down next to Jo as she was on her laptop. Drake turned around as he looked at him. Pulling up a chair, Alex turned around and then back at the laptop. Drake was looking over as Jo was looking at the figures. Alex turned to him, "So, how did you end up here?"
"Well, when you travel through dimensions of time to protect the crystals from a bounty hunter… you do crazy things," said Drake.
"Wait, time travel?" asked Alex, looking at Jo. Jo nodded as she turned to him, "Yeah. He was part of the Dinosaur Kingdom's Royal Guard many years ago."
"Dinosaur Kingdom, huh?" asked Alex, "What happened?"
"Ferro Fett… he and his villains stormed the kingdom. Killed the queen and king, so I took the princess with me in a different dimension of time and fused the crystals with Prehistoric Pokémon and then sent Ferro Fett away as I teleported to now."
"Princess?" asked Alex.
"Leona. She's Princess of the Dinosaur Kingdom," said Jo, typing away.
Alex said nothing as he stood in shock. The fact that Drake was able to protect their own red ranger before she was even a ranger from an evil force was powerful. There was something that Alex was curious about, but something turned to his attention as Joe arrived with four cups of coffee from the coffee shop.
"Coffee anybody?" asked Joe.
"I thought you never asked," said Jo, taking a cup from him as he placed it down. Drake decided to have a cup as the four were looking. The charger that they were analyzing had DNA infused from Tyrantrum. She turned around as she looked at Drake, "Hey Drake, when you infused the crystals with the Pokémon, most were fossilized after what happened years ago?"
"Yeah," said Drake, "Tyrantrum is one of them."
"And fossils are organic," said Joe, looking at Alex. Alex turned to Joe, "So when you summon your zords… are they actually mechanical?"
"Yes… but they come from our crystals and chargers. They repair on their own because its… biological," said Jo, slamming her fist to the ground, "Damn it!"
"What?" asked Drake.
Jo turned around as she looked at Alex, "Alex, wasn't your DNA fused with Tyrantrum DNA of Pre-Earth?"
"Yeah," said Alex.
"Well, I took a sample of the Jaw Fossil and yours… they were an identical match," the violet ranger said.
"What does that mean?" asked Alex, looking at Jo. He then looked at the screen, "Unless, the charger wasn't supposed to go into Leona's blaster, she has too much Tyrantrum energy."
"Right. Her suit can't take that much energy. The energy crystal is what supports that armor. Now, here's a scenario…," said Jo.
As she did some configurations, the four of them were looking at the screen. Immediately, it started making sense as they saw the design. She nodded as she turned to Alex, "That's the mistake we made."
"Wait, so the Tyrantrum Max Charger is for Tyrantrum?" asked Joe.
"Bingo," said Jo, "So, all we need to do is find Leona, take the charger out of the Fossil Blaster and just transfer it to her zord and then that's when the Battlizer power will work."
Alex grinned as he looked at her, "Glad I could be of service."
"I'm glad you were able to help," Joe said, turning to Drake. Drake nodded as he turned to the rangers, "Your next step is to find Leona. How are the rangers doing?"
"So far, they are all over the place…," said Joe, "But, I'm glad we are getting somewhere with this charger."
Back on Route 203…
With Kyland and Thomas searching the other half of Sinnoh, Atticus, Grayson, Lisa and Mack were meeting up together in a circle after hours of searching Northern and Western Sinnoh. So far, there was nothing that they could do or find. Atticus shook his head as he turned to look at the others.
"How did you do?" asked Atticus.
"Nothing," said Grayson.
"Yeah… it's like she's hidden," said Mack, turning to Lisa, "How did you do?"
"Same. Even the crystal reader doesn't work," said Lisa, shaking her head. Grayson turned around as he looked at her, "Unless she is smart enough to turn it off."
Atticus turned around as he looked around, "Well, let's head back to HQ and-."
BOOM! BOOM!
The four rangers yelled as they landed on the ground. Getting up from the ground slowly, Atticus looked up as Demongun arrived. As Demongun laughed, he saw Huntvantula and Shadownobi, who were sitting there with them. Atticus and the others turned to each other, wondering their next plan of attack.
"Who the heck are you?" asked Atticus.
"The Three Gircannon Assassins: Shadownobi, Havantula and Demongun… at his service," said Demongun, grinning, "And now, I am going to tear you apart."
Atticus turned to the others, "Let's Poké Battle! Fossil Chargers, Energize!"
Pressing the chargers, the rangers' energy crystals began to glow as energy transferred to the charger. The four rangers did a dance as they spun around, placing the chargers in the blasters and morpher.
Carracosta, Energize!
Kabutops, Energize!
Bastiodon, Energize!
Aerodactyl, Energize!
The rangers spun the morphers and placed them up in the air, "Unleash the Power!"
Pulling the trigger, nine beams of light surrounded the rangers as they transformed into their suits.
"Carracosta! Dino Charge Blue!"
"Kabutops! Dino Charge Green!"
"Bastiodon! Dino Charge Pink!"
"Aerodactyl! Dino Charge Gold!"
"Poké Rangers Dino Charge!"
The villains all scattered to fight the rangers. Grayson and Mack headed first to fight Shadownobi. Shadownobi struck with his two purple sabers. As he went to strike, Grayson blocked with his Fossil Saber as Mack grabbed him by the neck. Shadownobi began to glow in a black aura as he disappeared, causing the green and gold ranger to collapse into each other. Shadownobi stretched out his arm as three blue shurikens hit each ranger. Snapping his fingers, the shuriken pierced into their chest upon impact. As the rangers went to attack, Shadownobi snapped his finger again. Explosions surrounded their armor as the two rangers landed on the ground. Shadownobi then used his two purple blades. Blue aura surrounded them as he looked up.
"Shadow Sabers: Double Cross!"
Creating two crosses, he struck both rangers as the two rangers landed on the ground. Explosions appeared as the two of them smack landed on the ground.
Lisa and Atticus went to fight Huntvantula. Huntvantula laughed as she used her crossbow. Releasing a purple arrow, the arrow transformed into a green net. As the net began to envelop, Lisa immediately used her Fossil Blaster to drag her arm, creating the Bastiodon Drill. She dug into the ground, grabbing Atticus with her as she went underneath, she dug out of the ground as Atticus threw his shield. Huntvantula laughed as she dodged the attack in a flash of yellow. The rangers landed on the ground as Atticus grabbed the Carracosta Shield. Huntvantula laughed as she began to glow in a yellow aura. The two rangers were hit as they were stunned by her dash attack. She then used her crossbow and shot two arrows at both suits. She grabbed her black device attached to her crossbow and pressed the red button. Blue electric bolts surrounded them as the rangers landed on the ground.
"This is going to be fun….," said Lisa, getting up.
Demongun laughed as he looked at them, "As much as we want to toy with you… Mooks!"
Flashes of green light appeared as the Mooks arrived. The Mooks turned around as they started fighting the rangers. As the commotion escalated, Demongun waved his friends over, leaving the rangers to face the heavy crowd of Mooks.
Dino Paradise…
"What's going on?"
Joe turned around as flashes of aqua and grey arrived. Joe looked up at the screen, noticing the rangers being attacked. Kyland and Thomas nodded as they looked at the Mook battle. Joe turned to the next screen, seeing Demongun with his two cronies.
"Looks our enemy has friends," said Kyland, looking at Joe.
"Exactly," said Joe, turning to Kyland, "We'll go."
As Joe went to walk away, Jo turned around as she looked up, "I'll be there once I get a pinpoint of her location."
Alex turned around as he looked at Joe. Getting up, he walked with Joe, "Let's go."
"You're going…," said Joe.
Alex flicked his left wrist. A red aura surrounded his gem as it transformed into a Tyrantrum like morpher, "I think your cronies need to pick on someone their own size."
Joe grinned as he patted Alex on the shoulder. Thomas and Kyland followed Joe and Alex to the exit as Jo turned around to continue working on Leona's location. She turned around as she tried to begin looking for backdoors on how she can find her.
Meanwhile, Back on Route 203…
Leona was walking by as she noticed what was going on. The rangers were facing the Mooks on and off. As Leona roared, she shook her head as she went to turn around. As she turned around, she felt an electric green web come up and over her head. An electric static charge surrounded her as she was screaming. The Tyrantrum roared as she was gasping for help. Huntvantula laughed as she turned around, noticing what was going on. She turned around as Shadownobi and Demongun arrived. Demongun was happy… too happy as he aimed his gun at her, "Now, we get to-."
Suddenly, three beams hit Demongun. Demongun was startled as he looked up to see Joe, Kyland, Thomas and Alex on the other side.
"So… this is Demongun…," said Alex, looking at him, "I've faced worse."
"And to me you are just some ordinary human… out of my way…," said Demongun. As he went to strike, Alex flipped over as he headed in front of Leona. Alex's jaws began to glow as he went to strike. Demongun dodged Alex's teeth as he clenched. Demongun gulped as Shadownobi went to strike him down. As Shadownobi released a shuriken, Alex ate each one, breaking them with his fangs. Alex then reached for a blue blaster that was in his pocket, "Dino Blaster!"
Red beams pierced Shadownobi as he landed on the ground. Demongun turned around, "You must be of them…"
"From a different region," said Alex, turning to the others. Joe nodded slowly as Alex raised his Dino Morpher. Pressing either side of the morpher with his thumb and pointer, the morpher activated as he raised his left hand to his mouth with his right hand above it, shaping it into a claw.
"Dino Thunder, Power Up!"
Moving his left arm to the other side of his face, he stretched his right hand out and then pressed the red button next to his morpher. The morpher closed as a red surge of energy surrounded his morpher. Alex was covered in a red background. A white suit materialized on him. A golden dinosaur footprint emerged from the chest. Red lightning bolts emerged from the sky, hitting his suit. His legs and arms were red with white diamonds along the legs and the arms. His gloves were red with the morpher still intact. His boots were also red with gold rims. Alex also had a golden belt with a white circle buckle. A blue blaster was on the right side of his belt. His helmet materialized. A Red Tyrantrum like helmet emerged.
"Tyrantrum Power! Red Dino Ranger!"
"Whoa…," Kyland said in surprise.
"Now that is awesome," Thomas said, impressed.
"Another Dino Ranger?" asked Demongun, "Do something!"
As Huntvantula went to strike with her crossbow, Alex turned around as he pressed the belt buckle. A red aura surrounded his left hand as a red and white staff appeared. Attached was a Tyrantrum head.
"Jaw Staff!"
Spinning it around, he blocked all of the attacks. Huntvantula turned around to Shadownobi as Demongun looked over. Alex stepped forward as he aimed his gun, "Who would like to be first one?"
The battle started as Demongun, Huntavantula and Shadownobi wanted to strike the new ranger. As the red ranger continued to battle, Demongun went to stab him with his sword, only to block. Alex took his staff and spun around, slashing each of them. Turning around, Alex noticed Joe and Kyland cutting the net out. As Leona looked up, Joe stretched out his hand as he looked at her. Leona's fangs emerged as Joe backed away. As the rangers tried to hold Leona, Leona roared. Turning around, Shadownobi watched what was going on. He jumped out of Alex's way and then used blue shurikens. Thomas turned around as he stretched his arm. A blue pulse of energy hit Shadownobi. However, Shadownobi hid in the ground and then struck Thomas. As Thomas landed on the ground, Shadownobi grabbed his energy crystal. Thomas went to grab his Fossil Blaster, only for Shadownobi to release a blue shuriken. Snapping his finger, the shuriken hit the blaster. A gold aura surrounded it, fossilizing it.
"What the-?" asked Thomas.
Shadownobi laughed, "Do you think I am going to let you take her? She's ours."
Kyland and Joe went to use their Fossil Chargers, only for Shadownobi to disappear. The rangers turned around as Shadownobi jumped up grabbing their crystals and using shuriken on their Fossil Blasters. Within seconds, it happened to them too. Fossilized Fossil Blasters. Shadownobi laughed as he looked at them.
"Looks like I only need six more…," said Shadownobi, "Now, to kill you."
Alex turned around as he withdrew his Dino Blaster. Shadownobi blocked it with his saber as he turned round to strike. As Alex went to strike, Leona dashed forward, slashing Shadownobi as she dashed through the woods. Joe and the others nodded as they decided to dash toward Leona, following her. Alex, heading behind them, pulled the trigger on his Dino Blaster, creating cover fire. Joe was dashing forward, "Drake, Roark… we found her!"
As Joe dashed toward her, Leona turned around as she hissed. Joe stepped forward as he looked at her. Angrily, Leona turned around as she darted her helmet at him. Joe took a deep breath as he crouched. Moving in a circle, Leona hissed as she went in for the strike. Joe grabbed her by the neck as he fell on the ground. As the fangs emerged, Joe cringed as the fangs bit into his shoulder. Screaming, Joe reached for her Fossil Blaster. Leona raised her hand and slashed his left arm. His left arm was covered in blood as she tried to strike. Thomas turned around as he stretched out his right hand. A blue aura surrounded Leona as she screamed.
"Easy…. Easy…," said Thomas, lifting Leona off Joe. Kyland walked over as he went to help Joe. Joe gulped as he started shaking, "Just what I need… more blood loss."
Alex walked toward Leona as Thomas controlled her. As she screamed, she headed straight for Joe, already weakened. Alex stood in front as her jaws clenched in his stomach. Alex cringed as sparks flew. He reached for her Fossil Blaster and ripped it out, "Thomas!"
Alex threw the blaster as Thomas caught it. Thomas opened the blaster by pressing the button. He withdrew the white charger and Leona's Fossil Charger. A red aura surrounded Leona as a Tyrantrum appeared. As it disintegrated, a red aura surrounded her as she landed on the ground. Thomas turned around as he then went to grab a pink Fossil Charger, aiming for Joe, "Heal Pulse, Energize!"
A blast of pink energy surrounded the blaster as Joe was hit. The majority of his wounds began to heal, leaving only minor bruises and some blood cuts. Joe looked up as he carefully got up, Kyland looked at him as he had the other essentials ready, "Oh great… guess I need to wash my hands now."
Joe stumbled over as Leona looked down. As she knelt down, tears formed from her eyes as she looked at the others, "What happened? Joe…."
Joe knelt down as he looked at Leona. Leona noticed what happened. The claw marks some incisions from the blaster. She turned around as she noticed Alex and then the others. She pointed to Joe. Joe shook his head as he hugged her, "I'm just glad you're okay."
Leona turned around as she noticed the Fossil Blasters were fossilized. She stood up on her own two feet as she walked toward Alex.
"Alex?"
Alex stood in shock as he removed his helmet. He stood in shock as he looked at her, "Leona Sinclair?"
"You two know each other…," said Thomas.
Leona nodded, "Yeah. He worked for my dad as an intern years ago. He was getting his teaching license in Pokémon Biology to teach future trainers at the high school level, but college level too. I had no idea you were a ranger over in Hoenn."
"Well, your friends mentioned your name, it sounded familiar, but I needed to make sure," said Alex, "Either way…"
"Leona!"
Leona turned around as Jo was running toward her. She then turned around and looked at Joe's injuries that were now minor. Kyland and Thomas turned to her as she turned to Leona, "What happened?"
"We can piece it together later. Right now… Shadownobi just snagged our crystals and fossilized our morphers," said Joe.
"In that case…," said Jo, turning to Leona, "We're going to have to test that charger."
Leona shook her head as she raised her hands in front of her, "Nope. I should've listened to you earlier. Absolutely not."
"Well… what if I told you that charger wasn't for you but for Tyrantrum…," said Jo, looking at Leona. Leona was silent as she looked at her. Jo turned around as she showed the schematics, "The problem was too much Tyrantrum DNA… it can't be used on you but can be used on Tyrantrum."
"It's true… we ran the tests," said Alex, "I specifically traveled here because I never told her and we didn't analyze it. By the time I got here, it was too late. You were rampaging and destroying things, you nearly killed Joe."
Leona looked at Joe in surprise. Joe shrugged as he nodded, "But, I don't care right now. I'm just glad you're alive and we need to go destroy Demongun and two cronies."
"Two cronies?" asked Leona.
"I'll fill you in the way," Joe replied.
Meanwhile…
The rangers were finishing the Mooks, facing them in hand to hand combat. Things got way too intense as the rangers were facing each of them.
"This has gone way too far," said Atticus, kicking the last Mook. As the Mook landed on the ground, a green web appeared as Atticus was caught in it. Atticus yelled as an electric surge surrounded him. As Atticus landed on the ground, a black aura appeared as his Fossil Blaster began to fossilize. A blue aura surrounded him as he landed on the ground. Atticus noticed that his crystal was missing. Turning around, he watched as Grayson tried to strike Huntvantula down. As he tried to knock the crossbow, Shadownobi slashed Grayson ten times. Grayson yelled as his Fossil Blaster went flying. Using a blue shuriken, Shadownobi grabbed it and threw it at the Fossil Blaster. Fossilizing it, a green aura surrounded him. Huntvantula grinned as she ripped the crystal from his necklace, "I think this is ours."
Grayson groaned as he was kicked in the face. Landing on the ground, Atticus went over to help him up. Turning around, Demongun pulled the trigger, shooting down Lisa and Mack. As Mack turned around to strike, a black shadow emerged as he was cut. Three purple lines struck him. Huntvantula released yellow electric arrows as Lisa was electrocuted. Releasing a green net, the rangers were caught in it. An electric surge surrounded them as their suits disappeared.
"Protect your blasters!" shouted Atticus.
"Shut up!" shouted Demongun, pulling the trigger.
As he pulled the trigger, a red and orange bullet hit the ground. Atticus and Grayson fell as explosions appeared. Turning around, Lisa and Mack struggled to get up as the crystals and blasters were taken. Shadownobi grinned as he looked at the crystals. Seven crystals were gathered.
"Ah…. So that's how we will finish the mission. Now, just to kill Leona, and grab the other crystal. And Gircannon will be pleased… however, we have an executive order to kill all of you."
As he stepped forward to strike, red beams struck as Demongun was hit. Next, a violet energy blast emerged as Shadownobi and Huntvantula stumbled. As the crystals were released from their grasps, the crystals retracted back to their respectful owners. Demongun turned around as Leona stepped forward with her Fossil Blaster, "I think you've made a big mistake."
Leona stood in the middle as Kyland, Joe, and Thomas stood with Alex. Alex aimed his Dino Blaster, "I would walk away while you still can."
"Zip it, old man," said Huntvantula, "Once we kill these humans… I can't wait for Gircannon to take you into captivity."
"Ah, it's so nice to see that you are a human again. Too bad we must follow through on Gircannon's orders…" said Demongun, "Fossilize the weapons!"
Suddenly, there was a loud roar from a distance. The rangers turned around as Tyrantrum appeared. Landing on the ground, Tyrantrum roared as its tail smacked across. Jo turned around as she turned to Leona, "Now… Leona!"
Leona nodded as she stepped forward, "Tyrantrum Max Charger, Energize!"
A white aura surrounded the charger as she threw it across. Within seconds, Tyrantrum opened its mouth and absorbed it. Immediately, a red aura surrounds Tyrantrum as it shrunk into a miniature size. Landing on the ground, Leona turned to Jo as Tyrantrum was held in her hands. She turned to Jo, "You've gotta be kidding me."
"It gets better," said Jo, "Touch Tyrantrum's head."
"This is getting nowhere! However, I am amused…," said Demongun, laughing.
Doing what was told, Leona petted Tyrantrum's head. Tyrantrum jumped up as it transformed into a red pistol. As the blaster opened, she withdrew her Fossil Charger, "Fossil Charger, Energize!"
As she pressed the Tyrantrum charger, she placed it in the Tyrantrum Max Blaster. A red aura surrounded her as her ranger suit appeared. A golden aura surrounded her body as a Tyrantrum emerged from behind her. A red aura surrounded her armor as a Tyrantrum face was placed on her chest. It was gold with green eyes. She also had gold armor on her shoulders. Turning around, she also had gold spikes on her helmet as her visor had green and ruby lines.
"Tyrantrum Max! Dino Super Charge Red!"
Taking the original Fossil Blaster, she combined it with the Tyrantrum Max Blaster as explosions appeared. Demongun stood to fight, only for Shadownobi to stop him, "I will handle her. Time to fossilize!"
Throwing shuriken out, Leona disengaged the safety lock as she aimed for the shuriken. Multiple shots occurred as the shuriken exploded. Shadownobi took out two of his purple sabers, "Shadow Cross!"
Two purple lines went diagonal, heading toward Leona. Leona dodged them as they hit a tree. As the tree exploded, Shadownobi laughed as he split into multiple versions of himself. Leona turned around as Shadownobi released blue shuriken from all over. Leona dodged them all as she turned around, rolling on the ground as Shadownobi began to jump from the shadows.
"Shadow Ninja Strike!"
Leona looked up as the black shadow headed straight toward her. Tyrantrum lit up as his mouth opened from her chest. A red energy beam hit Shadownobi as he landed on the ground. Demongun and Huntvantula were shocked as Shadownobi cringed in pain. Next, Leona turned around as she spun the Tyrantrum Max Blaster. A red aura surrounded her as Tyrantrum energy surrounded the blaster.
"Tyrantrum Max Blaster… Tyrantrum Beam!"
A ruby and golden beam of energy was unleashed, heading straight for Shadownobi. Shadownobi turned around as he tried to use two sword strikes to block it. The energy beam pierced through as he screamed. Ruby energy surrounded Shadownobi as he fell to the ground, exploding into pieces. Seven golden lights emerged as the rangers turned to their fossilized blasters, which transformed back to normal. Leona took a deep breath as Tyrantrum detached from the Fossil Blaster, growing mega sized. Demongun turned to Huntvantula as Huntvantula reached for Shadownobi's black smart watch that fell. Pressing the red M on the screen, a green beam pierced through the sky, hitting Shadownobi's body as he grew mega sized.
"I will finish you!"
Leona, still in her battlized form, looked up as she turned to Tyrantrum, "Shall we finish this guy?"
Tyrantrum roared as it turned to her. Jo and Thomas walked over as they grabbed their Fossil Chargers.
"Rampardos…"
"Aurorus…"
"I Choose You!"
The grey and violet chargers flew across as their zords arrived. Shadownobi turned around as he went to strike them. As he did, Aurorus released blue and violet beams, striking the creature down. Rampardos turned around as he used his head to knock him down. Jo and Thomas stepped forward as they turned to Leona.
"Let's finish him," said Thomas, "Give these two something to think about."
"I agree," said Leona, "Jo?"
"Gladly," said Jo, turning to the zords, "Tri-Fossil Fusion!"
Immediately, Tyrantrum opened its mouth. Grey and violet energy surrounded the Aurorus and Rampardos as Tyrantrum ingested the energy. A red aura surrounded the Tyrantrum as the legs began to rise higher, seeing robotic feet. The Tyrantrum Zord roared as the upper body rotated, leaving the tail to be the left side and the head of the zord on the right. Rampardos folded its arms and legs. His body turned around as the tail was facing toward the back, but the head was the hand. The Aurorus shrunk its legs as it split apart. The Aurorus neck connected to the other side of the Megazord. The body of Aurorus connected to the back of the Megazord, creating two rocket engines. A human head popped out of the body. It was a silver head with a red helmet that looked like a Tyrantrum helmet. Green eyes glowed as it started jumping.
"Rocket Puncher Megazord, Battle Ready!"
Shadownobi floated as he withdrew his swords. Closing his eyes, he split his two sabers into four sabers. Spinning around, he threw all four toward him. The Rocket Puncher Megazord sustained damage as it kept stumbling. Shadownobi then released four blue shuriken at the chest.
"HAH!"
Snapping his fingers, explosions surrounded the armor as the rangers were hit. Down below, Alex turned around as he looked at Shadownobi. Shadownobi was a strong opponent, but he knew every single opponent has a weak spot. As Shadownobi went to multiply again, Alex scanned with his visor, able to identify the right one.
"Leona, to your right… quickly!" shouted Alex.
Leona, overhearing turned over as the Rocket Puncher Megazord went toward the Shadownobi clones.
"Spectral Punch!"
Using the Rampardos, a cosmic rainbow energy pulse surrounded it as Rampardos's body smacked into Shadownobi. Shadownobi was struggling as Thomas turned around, "Let's give him a piece of our mind:.. Spectral Beam!"
The Tyrantrum mouth opened as rainbow energy beams swirled around, piercing Shadownobi's body down. As his swords flew across, Jo turned around as she looked at Thomas. Thomas nodded as he grabbed his weapon. Leona nodded as her weapon withdrew. A screen appeared as two red crosshairs appeared. As they combined into one target, the three spun the blasters.
"Rocket Puncher Megazord, Meteor Finish!"
3… 2… 1… LIFT-OFF!
The engines ignited as a ruby aura surrounded the Rocket Puncher Megazord. Increasing speed, a streak of red went straight toward Shadownobi. Slowing down, the Aurorus part of the Megazord struck down as explosions appeared. Spinning around, the Rampardos head smashed Shadownobi across. As Shadownobi flew across, the Tyrantrum opened its mouth as rainbow meteors struck Shadownobi. Explosions appeared as the Rocket Puncher Megazord stood down, seeing the flames and meteors erupt in multiple spots.
"And now that is how we end things," said Leona.
Down below, Demongun and Huntvantula stood in awe as they turned to the other rangers, who were looking at them. Alex stepped forward as he had his Jaw Staff. Huntvantula looked at them in anger as she turned toward Demongun. Demongun raised his gun, "This isn't over, rangers."
Demongun turned toward Alex as he walked toward him, "If you ever come back again, I'll split your head open."
"I would like to see you try," said Alex, pushing Demongun back. Demongun landed on the ground as Huntvantula caught him. A red and yellow aura surrounded them as they disappeared. Alex reached for his morpher and pressed the button. A red aura surrounded him as his suit disappeared.
"Alex…"
Alex turned around as Leona walked forward with Thomas and Jo. Leona grinned as she shook hands with him. She then turned around to notice Joe, who was sitting there with his arms folded.
"Thanks for… saving me… and leading the team," said Leona.
Joe grinned as he looked at her, "It's all good."
Thomas turned around as he looked at them, "Well, let's go back to Dino Paradise. Alex, I would like to hear more about your adventures on the Dino Thunder team."
"Yeah, story time," said Joe.
Grayson chuckled, "I need to hear about how you were able to hold your own."
Alex turned around as he looked at both, "Believe me when I say, I've seen it all. So, fasten your seat belts."
Oreburgh Museum…
Alex was in shock as he was looking at the museum. All of the exhibits were definitely to his liking as he turned to the other rangers, "I have to admit, I think a field trip to Orebrugh would be fantastic for my students."
"That would be awesome!" said Roark, who was standing behind the rangers, turning to Alex, "We would be glad to host you. Actually, I wanted to know if I could know more about the Pre-Earth power."
Alex grinned, "What do you need to know?"
"Like is there really a Pre-Earth and how were you able to interact with them?" asked Roark.
Atticus turned around as he looked at Alex, "That actually would be a good research study."
Alex chuckled as he placed his hand behind his head, "Well… you would have to come to Slateport City. It's kind of hard to explain. Maybe once things calm down here you can all come to Dino Ops."
"That would be awesome," said Leona, grinning as she turned to Alex. Alex nodded slowly as he looked at her, "I hope you're going to be okay."
"I'm going to be fine," Leona replied, "As long as I don't turn into a Tyrantrum again… that would be great."
Atticus stared Alex down a little as Joe looked at him, "Calm down…"
"He's too old for her…," said Atticus, "He was in college when he was a ranger. When he was fighting Dinvoliens, I was beating gyms."
"Stop whining," said Lisa, looking at Atticus, "No one like jealous people."
"I am not jealous," Atticus darted to say. Grayson eyed Atticus and shook his head, "Your face says otherwise."
The blue ranger shook his head as he turned to look. Thomas laughed as he looked at Atticus, "Give it up, old chap. You can't hide your emotions?"
"Old chap? So now I'm old," said Atticus.
As Atticus and Thomas started arguing a little, Jo rolled her eyes as she turned to Roark. Alex and Leona chuckled as the arguing continued. Alex grinned as he turned to the other rangers, "Hey, can I give you some advice?"
Leona turned around, "Yeah?"
"Never break this team apart. Being a ranger, it's like family and you've cultivated something far more than just fighting goons," said Alex.
Leona grinned as she put her arm on his shoulder, "I'll keep that in mind."
Alex nodded as the rangers turned to watch the funny argument going on between Atticus and Thomas. Kyland and Grayson had to pull them apart. Joe and Jo turned to each other as Lisa and Mack shook their heads. Roark sighed as he looked at the rangers, "This is why we can't have nice things."
Ferro Fett's Ship…
The doors opened as Demongun and Huntvantula walk into the bridge. Maracturne, Cremelia and Turnchou turned to Shockhound as they turned to Lionel. Lionel grinned as he stretched his arms, "Well… that stinks for Shadownobi."
"Yes… he was a good officer. What do you want?" asked Demongun.
"Simple. We have a conference," said Lionel, "All pf us."
The crew walked toward the other room. As the door opened, they were in a conference room. As the crew sat down, Gircannon turned around, seeing them. Gircannon grinned as he turned around, "It's a shame that my top villain was destroyed."
"And we will have revenge, sir!" said Demongun, "All of us can take them on…"
"Well…," said Giracannon, "There's something we need to do FIRST."
"First…," said Maracturne, rubbing his chin, "Like blow them up?"
"Well… that's the long term goal," said Gircannon, pressing the button on the table. As the team looked up, Gircannon grinned as he turned around, "You see, Ferro Fett was so into getting the crystals, he wasn't thinking strategically."
"What do you mean?" asked Shockhound.
Immediately, the team looked up as they saw the ten energy crystals on the screen. With the exception of one, images of the rangers appeared as they appeared in a circle. Gircannon grinned as he turned toward them, "You see, team… when you bring the ten crystals together, someone will achieve great power. In this case…"
Pressing the button, a human appeared in the middle. Lionel laughed as he looked at the others, "Drake?"
"Yes… Drake," said Gircannon, "If we want the crystals, Drake is the source. I can tell you now, they get the silver crystal… Drake will have power beyond belief.

Just when things get a little better, it gets worse! Leona meets her adopted father, Damien. Leona learns that there is more to the pendant that she received. However, Drake knows that it is only a matter of time until the pieces of the pendants can be unlocked. What secret is her father hiding?
Poké Rangers Dino Charge Chapter 30: Forged Under Fire Part 1
A/N: Because of the 20TH Anniversary of Power Rangers Dino Thunder this year (and Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger's 20th anniversary film was last year), I thought it would be best to use Alex. Feel free to go back and read Alex's stories... granted it took forever to write Dino Thunder because it was a very long time ago... (and I mean a long time ago lol) And… yeah, Tyrantrum Max… it's pretty good stuff. Can't wait to experiment with it more. Alrighty, well… now we are in the 30s! So, let's see what happens next time.
Speaking of things being a long time ago, Poké Rangers is celebrating its 18th Anniversary. So, Thursday, January 11th was actually the 18th anniversary I started "Mighty Morphin' Poké Rangers". Can't believe its been that long. I am currently editing the fanfic because I wanted to fluff it and make it look awesome. It looks choppy because at the time, I was thinking quantity and not quality. So, I'm going back to make the first couple seasons with more quality! :)
Right now, I only have Chapters 31 (Itsy Bitsy Ariados) up to Chapter 36 done of that. I didn't do the beginning yet because I have to do some merging... some chapters could be one chapter entirely and there are some that needed more detail. You are more than welcome to read the seasons before I go and fluff it, but if you want to see a better version... you can start looking at Itsy Bitsy Ariados and the other five chapters, which have more flow.
So... Chapter 30 is next week. Can't believe it... also I hit a new record: 30 chapters within seven months. And don't mean to count down early, but only 18 chapters remain? (yeah... you read it correctly).
