After her healing he offered to train her when she tried to kill him, she had wondered if he was crazy and or insane, and given their occupation as force wielders that was more likely than people thought.

Darth Talon learned from him various skills and a new way to understand the force, she lost her yellow eyes seeing them return to red like the rest of her body as her new master told her that jedi never lived up to their full potential with the force pushing away emotion made them average and denied them many force abilities, the dark side took in too much of the force often pushing their bodies past their natural limits getting high off the feeling never realizing what was wrong with them, it was an insightful perspective having learned different ways to use the techniques she learned but with different emotions.

Talon was a bit excited about that as she had seen her master fight and he was an artist on the battlefield, she wanted to be like him, someone worthy of respect, a person who radiated strength.
