Chapter 1: The Delivery
Weasley's Wizard Wheezes...
Fred waved his wand, sending the rows of little chocolates neatly into over one-hundred small packages as George finished conjuring the replicas of the letter that would be attached to each. After the success of the Patented Daydream Charms, the Weasley twins had decided to try something a little bit different. They both knew that the whole world needed a bit of a pick-me-up and with these they felt they had the perfect idea. The fumes from their project clouded the room as the packages were sealed, and as the owls flew out the windows carrying the packages, both twins looked at each other with matching grins of satisfaction.
"Thank Merlin we're done!" exclaimed Fred, flopping down on the couch, opening a bottle of beer and levitating a glass over to his twin, "I can't believe we just put in all those hours just to give all those charms to the bastards for free!"
"Yeah, but the loss won't be too bad when you think about the fact that we didn't have to pay them to test it," George reasoned, taking a sip of his beer, "Plus, who are we if not loyal Hogwarts alumni?" They grinned again and clinked their glasses together, incredibly pleased with their work.
Hogwarts...
Harry sighed as he entered the common room, falling onto an armchair and pulling out his Transfiguration essay. It was only the end of the first week at Hogwarts and the work had hardly slowed down from their OWL year, and better yet, he still didn't have Ron and Hermione to keep him company most nights with them being on patrol duty more often than not. As he sat by the fire working on his essay, a graceful, gray owl was flying towards Gryffindor Tower with a package that had his name on it, accompanied by many similar owls carrying the same package, one addressed to every Hogwarts student in fourth year or above. Harry continued working on his transfiguration for a while longer before finally deciding he could just finish it the next morning and heading up to his dorm to the night.
When he reached his dorm, however, he noticed his roommates all huddled together around an open purple and gold package on Dean's bed, and he then noticed a similar package laying on each of the other beds in the dorm.
"Read this, mate," Ron tossed the letter in his hand to Harry. Harry looked down at the parchement and raised his eyeblows as he began to read aloud.
Dear Hogwarts Students,
We here at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes have been experimenting with a new variety of our patented daydream charms and we'd like you to test them for us. These chocolates, when consumed, will induce a daydream of a mature nature if you know what we mean, the theme of which depends on which chocolate you consume. The package also contains a guide to which chocolates cause which dreams for you to peruse. We hope you enjoy our newest products, and sweet dreams.
Fred and George Weasley
Harry looked up to see his dormmates all grinning excitedly. "Have you guys read the dream guides yet?" he asked.
"Nah, we figured we'd wait for you to get up here, plus the packages didn't get here that long ago anyway," replied Neville, moving over to his bed to take the second piece of paper from the package, "Let's have a look."
Harry sat down on his bed as well, pulling out the guide and beginning to read aloud once again.
"Each student has been given five varieties of chocolates, three chocolates per type. Below is a list of each type of chocolate and the type of daydream associated with it, keep in mind that the list is currently different for males and females.
Strawberry chocolate: This chocolate will place you in a daydream about the girl you have a crush on or are in a relationship with, by far the most typical variety.
Orange-flavored chocolate: This one will place you in a daydream where you have some fun with someone you wouldn't normally consider as a potential partner.
Blueberry chocolate: If you've ever wanted a girl to just throw herself at you, this daydream will give you a chance to experience some heavy flirtation and seduction from a girl who really wants you.
Raspberry chocolate: This is by far the most risque of our chocolates, as it will put you into a highly forbidden, lustful fling that you could never have in real life. We highly recommend trying at least one of each of the other chocolates before trying this one, as the results may be quite shocking.
Mint chocolate: Finally, the mint chocolate is more of a miscelleous daydream without any particular theme which will customize itself to your own desires, probably the second-most shocking of the bunch.
Also keep in mind that the daydreams will not necessarily have you at your current age, they may put you in a past situation in your life or move you forward to an older age, but by nature the charms should be designed in a way as not to cause confusion in these situations and should work seemlessly."
Harry looked up again, his face burning as he felt his erection against his trousers. By the looks on the faces of his dormmates, they were feeling much the same way.
"Damn, I wonder what the forbidden one'll be," mused Seamus, inspecting a raspberry chocolate, "Do you really reckon it'd be that bad to just try one right away?"
"Trust me," Ron said grimly, "If Fred and George give you a warning, it's probably best to listen." Seamus nodded absently and placed the chocolate back in the box.
"Do you reckon we try one?" Dean asked the group at large, "I figured we could just start with the strawberry ones just to see what it's like, nothing too bad."
"Yeah, sure, why not?" asked Ron with a grin, taking a strawberry chocolate from the box. The others did the same and soon they all held one of the small candies in their hands.
"Well, see you all on the other side," said Neville. The others nodded and popped the chocolates into their mouthes.
