(Bellwood)
A moving van was parked in front of a house. Many boxes were being moved in, but the mood of those moving was as sad as sad can be. Not for the usual reason of not wanting to be here, but the reason for their move. This family had moved to Bellwood because the mother's friends had recently lost their son and the world, nay the whole universe lost a hero. This family had moved in to be closer and help the friends through their grief.
Who was this family who moved her and the family they wanted to help? None other than the Louds. Originally from Royal Woods, the Loud Family moved down to Bellwood to after hearing that none other than the greatest hero in the universe, and child of Rita's friend, Ben Tennyson had died in the battle with the rooters, a rouge group of alien cops.
Ben's mother, Sandra was heartbroken as was his father, Carl. If things couldn't be worse Kevin also broke up with Gwen and fled, now no one had seen him since.The Louds weren't doing any better and it wasn't just because Ben was gone. Lori was crushed as well but couldn't come because of her studies and now she was living even further away from her family. Leni had to leave her job and say goodbye to her friends and leave her boyfriend Gavin as well. Luna had to say goodbye to her girlfriend and her band. Luan had to say goodbye to Benny and to start her business from scratch. Lynn, Lana, Lola and Lisa had to say goodbye to so many of their friends and Rita and Lynn Sr. had to find a new preschool for Lily.
Though the one most hurt was Lincoln and Lucy. They had to say goodbye to their hero, their friends and their home. Ben was the hardest though, Lincoln always looked up to Ben and wished to be a hero like him. Lucy loved Ben monster aliens and he even, alongside her brother, accepted Lucy for who she was.
The rest of the Louds had gotten settled in, but the mood was somber. Some of the Louds went over to the Tennyson house to comfort Sarah and Carl, while some stayed home and continued to unpack in their rooms. Lincoln and Lucy though, after they were done, decided to go for a walk and see if Bellwood had changed at all and because they had something they wanted to do.
"I still can't believe he's gone," said Lincoln sadly.
"Ben was a great hero and good friend," said Lucy as tears rolled down her cheek.
"Yeah," said Lincoln as he hugged Lucy, "Which is why we have to do this."
"Are you sure we shouldn't tell our family?" asked Lucy.
"Yes, they would have stopped us otherwise," said Lincoln.
"I guess you're right," said Lucy sighing.
"Plus, how else are we going to honor Ben?" asked Lincoln.
"I know, I just wish there was a way for him to be here with us," said Lucy sadly.
"So do I," said Lincoln, "But we know that's-"
Lincoln suddenly paused and looked in a window of an antique shop and saw what looked like the Omnitrix and he got an idea. He turned to Lucy and pointed to what he was seeing which caused Lucy to smile.

"Excuse me, sir," said Lincoln as he and Lucy approached the guy behind the desk.
"Yeah, what do you need kid?" asked the clerk, "Buying or selling?"
"Well, that depends," said Lincoln pointing to an Omnitrix in the window, "How much for that pretend Omnitrix in the windowsill? And do you have one in size for my little sister here?"
"Sorry kid," said the clerk, "I only have the one, but you can have it for 30 dollars."
"You okay with this Lucy?" asked Lincoln.
"I'm fine with it," said Lucy, "Maybe only one of us wearing it will make us feel like Ben is here."
"Who's my favorite little sister?" asked Lincoln with a smile.
"Me," said Lucy smiling.
"Sir, you have a deal," said Lincoln.
Lincoln and Lucy paid the man and soon the man opened the case and gave it to Lincoln. Lincoln and Lucy looked at it in awe, this fake Omnitrix looked so authentic. Lucy then nodded at Lincoln, who returned the nod and strapped it to his arm.
"How does it feel?" asked Lucy.
"Like I'm Ben 10," said Lincoln, "But we know that will never happen."
"But it feels like he's here," said Lucy.
"Yeah, it does," said Lincoln before turning to the clerk, "Thank you sir."
"You're welcome," said the clerk.
Lincoln and Lucy then left the store and after they did the clerk looked around before walking into the back room. He went inside and in there was an old grey-haired man wearing a white lab coat and carrying a brown cane.
"It is done," said the clerk.
"Very good sir," said the old man before pulling out a lottery ticket and giving it to the clerk, "And here is my end of deal."
"While I don't mind winning the lottery tis way Mr. Paradox, you really sure that kid is supposed to succeed Ben 10?" asked the clerk as he took the ticket.
"Without a doubt," said Paradox with a smile.

"So, this is the place?" asked Lucy.
"Yep," said Lincoln, "Let's go."
The two of them entered the store and searched for the restroom. When they entered they looked grossed out at the sight before them, they felt Lana might like it but not so much.
"So, how will this take us to the base?" asked Lucy.
"Well, we pull this lever and-" said Lincoln as he pulled the handle a hole opened in the floor beneath them and they screamed, though gave a more soft scream as they slid down the chute.
After they landed and groaned as they got up Lincoln turned and asked, "Lucy are you ok?"
"Yeah, I'm fine," said Lucy.
"Well, I guess that is one way to make an entrance," said a voice.
They turned and saw a very familiar red-haired girl and they both cried in joy, "GWEN!"
They ran up and hugged her, which she returned and said, "It's nice to see you two again."
They broke the hug and Gwen continued, "I'm glad you guys passed your entrance exams."
"So, are we," said Lincoln.
"But are you sure it's wise to not tell your parents and other sisters?" asked Gwen.
"Given they already lost Ben and we feel this is the best way to honor him, yes it was best not to tell," said Lincoln sadly.
"I can somewhat see that," said Gwen.
"And I'm sorry about Kevin," said Lucy.
"Yeah," said Gwen sadly, "This is just how he is."
Lincoln was about to pat Gwen on the shoulder when he felt something rub against him. He looked down and saw a dark blue creature with red eyes, blue-gray spike-like hair that run from its head to its tail and even some black lines on its neck and legs.
"Wow, Zed really likes you," said Gwen, "She usually doesn't take so well to strangers."
"Zed?" asked Lincoln as Lucy started to pet the now named Zed.
"Kevin's pet Anubian Baskurr," said Gwen, "He left her behind as well."
"Oh, poor girl," said Lincoln now petting Zed as Lucy hugged her.
Gwen smiled at the scene until she noticed something on Lincoln's arm and asked, "Lincoln, what is that?"
Lincoln looked where Gwen was pointing smiled and said, "Oh, that's a toy Omnitrix, I bought it on the way here. So it would feel like Ben was here."
"Toy?" Gwen asked confused.
"Yeah," said Lincoln before he realized, "Oh, I never tested if it had the voice cry when you slam it down."
"Uh, Lincoln?" asked Gwen as Lincoln activated it.
"Oh, I know I'll call out along with the speaker," said Lincoln as he turned the symbols around until he saw the Jetray shape, "Perfect!"
"Lincoln! Wait!" cried Gwen as Lincoln slammed the 'toy' Omnitrix down and bright green glow engulfed everyone.
When the light died Gwen Lucy and Zeb saw Jetray standing before them and cried out, "Jetray!"
All was quiet for a while and Jetray then said, "Aw don't tell me the speaker was broken."
"Uh, Lincoln," said Lucy.
"What?" asked Lincoln before he noticed the shocked looks on Lucy and Gwen's faces, "What's wrong?"
"Lincoln, look at your arm," said Gwen.
"What, what about my-" Lincoln looked down and not only noticed the toy Omnitrix was gone and his arm was now different.
"What the-" said Lincoln before Gwen held up a mirror and Lincoln saw he now had Jetray's face.
"I'm Jetray!" cried Lincoln in shock.
"Yep," Lucy said, "And since this means you have the real Omnitrix I think that this calls for the Loud Family catchphrase."
Lincoln was quiet for a while then nodded and said, "Dang it!"
