Shakespeare Village, England

Inside the village church is Father William, a priest, praying at the altar at the front of the sanctuary. A knight enters the church, holding an infant boy. He makes his way to the front of the church, and hands the boy over to the priest.
Knight: Father William, I deliver thee, this very child…
William: From whence have you found this dear boy?
Knight: He was the child of the witchdoctor Hector, and his wife Andromache… the witch…
William: The ones we burned at the stake…
Knight: We found this child in their home as we seized.
William: … I shall baptize this child in the church, I shall raise him as if he were my own son…
Knight: What shall his name be?
William:… Consort… For I shall make him King of England…
Knight: King of England? Pardon me, Father William, but would not King Edward…
William: The Papacy will depose King Edward…
Knight: Sir, is this not treason you speak of?
William: My allegiance is first and foremost to God, and second to the Pope. It is the church that crowns the king, not the king that crowns the church.
Knight: Father William, I depart thee in peace. May this child be blessed, and may the church raise him well.
The knight faces the altar, prays, and makes the sign of the cross, then exits the church.

Consort, now 9-years old, is standing tearfully at the deathbed of Father William. A messenger then enters the room.
Messenger: King Edward has died.
William: Oh… Who shall replace him?
Messenger: His son, Edward II.
William: Nearing half-score years ago, I foretold the papacy would depose King Edward…
William makes a beckoning gesture to Consort.
William: Consort… My intentions, for you to be crowned King of England…
Consort: Father William, do you still intend it?
William: With all my heart… But I can no longer lead you the way…
Consort: What shall happen to me, Father William?
William: I have requested a merchant ship to pick you up in London on route to Toulouse.
Consort: Toulouse, in the Kingdom of France?
William: The voyage should last you the rest of the summer. Once there, you will be taken in by Valentine of Montepulciano, a deacon led in charge of a caravan. You will wait out the winter in Toulouse, before making the journey to Avignon.
Consort: Will he make me king?
William: Avignon is where the Pope intends on moving the Papacy to from Rome. Through Valentine and his caravan to Avignon, you shall meet the Pope, and gain favor with him.
Consort: Father William, I shall fulfill your wish.
William: Fulfill it well, my son… God be with you…
Father William dies. Consort begins sobbing profoundly.

A ship arrives at the port. Consort, being accompanied by the merchants, exits the ship and heads out on the dock. There, they are greeted by a deacon, Valentine of Montepulciano.
Valentine: This child be Consort of Shakespeare?
Merchant: With certainty, Deacon Valentine. Father William is at rest with God.
Deacon Valentine prays, then looks over at Consort.
Valentine: Father William intends for this child to become King of England…
Merchant: May the church raise him well.
The merchant then departs. Deacon Valentine waves goodbye, then makes the sign of the cross.

A horse and wagon arrive just outside of Avignon Cathedral. Deacon Valentine and Consort exit the wagon. There, they are greeted by Valentine's wife Silvia, and their 14-year-old son Patrizio.
Silvia: This be the child fostered by Father William?
Valentine: He is, Consort of Shakespeare, the wish of Father William is that King Edward II by deposed, and this child takes his place as King of England.
Patrizio: King of England? But isn't he the son of a witch?
Valentine: Judge not, Patrizio. For we ourselves descended from Roman pagans, yet God's grace through Jesus Christ was offered to all of humanity.
Patrizio: So we are… So we are…

Deacon Valentine is praying inside the sanctuary of Avignon Cathedral. A messenger then enters the church and makes his way to the front to greet him.
Messenger: The Pope… Clement V… He's dead…
Valentine: … Where does his body lay?
Messenger: His body lays in state in Roquemaure.
Valentine: I must head there as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, underneath a tree out by the Rhone River, Consort, now 16-years of age, is sitting romantically with a girl named Isabella, who is of the same age as him.
Isabella: I must get going
Consort: Alright then. Fare thee well.
Isabella stands up, then heads off. Consort stands up, then heads off into town, outside of the Avignon Cathedral, where he spots Valentine getting a wagon prepared.
Consort: What in heavens name is going on?
Valentine: The Pope has died. We must head up to Roquemaure to pray for him.
Consort: Should I go home and go get Silvia and Patrizio?
Valentine: That you must.
Consort runs over to the housing complex he lives in with Valentine's family. There, he sees Silvia in the kitchen.
Consort: The Pope is dead. We must head to Roquemaure to pray for him.
Silvia: Is Valentine outside with the wagon?
Consort: He is. Meet him outside. I'll go tell Patrizio.
Silvia heads out. Consort heads over to the living room area, where he spots Patrizio engaging in sexual intercourse with Isabella… The same Isabella that Consort was sitting romantically with near the Rhone earlier.
Consort: Isabella?!
Isabella: Consort?!
Patrizio: What's going on here?!
Consort: Isabella… You whore!
Patrizio: Whore?!
Patrizio gets up, shoves Isabella to the side, gets into a brutal fight with Consort. Suddenly, Valentine enters the room.
Valentine: What be that's taking you guys so long—Oh, heavens, no…
Consort: Isabella… The one who I thought was the one… A whore, all along…
Valentine: … We will talk about this occurrence later. For now, both of you, meet me out by the wagon.
Patrizio: For what occasion?
Valentine: The Pope has died. We're heading up to Roquemaure to pray for him.

The wagon arrives outside of the church where the body of Pope Clement V lies in state. Valentine, Silvia, Patrizio, and Consort all exit the wagon, then see that the church is on fire.
Silvia: What happened?!
Valentine ignores the fire and heads into the church.
Silvia: Valentine, what are you doing?!
Valentine: I came here to pray for our Pope. I will not succumb to cowardice in the face of fire.
Silvia cries out and tries to go after him, but Patrizio and Consort hold her back, both looking angrily at one another. Suddenly, the church collapses.
Silvia: Valentine!
Silvia and Consort break down crying. Patrizio lifts his mother up.
Patrizio: Come on, mother, let's go home.
Patrizio helps his mother into the wagon. Consort follows, but then Patrizio shoves him down.
Patrizio: Where do you think you're going?!
Consort: Home…
Patrizio: I don't think so… I'm the man of the house now… And I declare that you are no longer a part of our family…
Patrizio enters the wagon, and it leaves, leaving Consort behind as he weeps in the dirt.

Patrizio is sitting outside by the Rhone River. Isabella then walks up to him.
Patrizio: Begone from me, you witch.
Isabella: Patrizio… I'm pregnant…
Patrizio: What?!
Isabella: I'm pregnant… You're going to be a father…
Patrizio: Pregnant… I'm going to have to raise the daughter or son of a whore… Forgive me, father, for this is not the man I wished to become…

Consort, now a vagabond, exits a bar while drunk. He heads underneath a tree and starts vomiting profoundly, then he starts crying. A horse, with a cloaked myserious woman riding on top of it, approaches him.
Woman: Another broken heart… Another broken soul…
Consort looks up. The woman gets off the horse and lends her his hand.
Consort: Who… Who are… you?
Woman: My name is Contessa… Contessa of Capulette…
Consort: Contessa? Of Capulette?
Contessa: My own village out in the Alps.
Consort: The Alps?
Contessa: Take my hand and come with me. I will give you shelter and will comfort you of your broken heart.
Consort takes Contessa's hand and stands up. He finds that despite looking like any ordinary attractive woman, she is very strong, as she pulls him up off the floor. She helps him up on horseback, then gets on herself, sitting in front of him, as she saddles the horse and rides off into the Alps.

December 21, 1314
The horse arrives outside a log cabin in the shape of a castle. Contessa and Consort get off the horse, and walk towards the cabin. Contessa looks over at Consort, who is shivering profoundly.
Contessa: You cold, sweetheart?
Consort: … How are you not shivering?!
Contessa: … Take off your cloak…
Consort: What?!
Contessa: Take off your cloak.
Contessa pulls Consort's cloak off. He faints from the cold. Contessa smiles, revealing two sharp end teeth. She then leans down near Consort's neck, and bites it with her sharp teeth, sucking up all the blood coming from it. Contessa stands up. Consort suddenly stops shivering, then stands up.
Consort: What just happened?!
Contessa: You're one of my kind now…
Consort: What? One of… What do you mean?!
Contessa: A vampire…
Contessa reveals her teeth to Consort.
Consort: What?!
Contessa: You need not worry anymore about salvation, for as long as you avoid daylight and holy water, and remain nourished by blood, either of mankind or beast, you will live forever…
Consort: Vampire… But I can't become a vampire… I'm the next King of England!
Contessa: Forget England… We can have the entire world!
Consort tries to pray it away, but its no use.
Contessa: I'm waiting for someone to bare me a child… Come with me…
Contessa drags Consort into the cabin.

Patrizio and Isabella, now grandparents, are standing outside of Avignon Cathedral, watching over their 2-year-old grandson Mercutio and 1-year old grandson Romeo. They are greeted by their 22-year old twin sons, Claudio (the father of Mercutio and Romeo) and Antonio.
Claudio: Father, mother, you must depart from France. Take Mercutio and Romeo with you, and take Olivia with you.
Antonio: Take Hero too, she's currently pregnant.
Patrizio: What's going on?
Claudio: England and France are at war.
Patrizio: Where do you want us to depart to?
Antonio: Head to Verona. Hero has family that lives out there.
Claudio: Stop at Genoa to wait out the winter, then finish the journey.
Patrizio: Stay safe, my sons. May the lord protect you.
Claudio: Worry not about us, father. For the lord is on our side.
Genoa, Republic of Genoa (Italy)
October 20, 1337
Having stopped in Genoa to wait out the winter, Patrizio, wandering alone, heads over and enters Genoa Cathedral. There, he spots a nude man, with skin as white as snow, spinning a rosary necklace in a circle in front of his body. Patrizio walks up to the strange man.
Patrizio: Who are you, and what in heaven's name are you doing?
Man: My name… Of which I shall bare no more… It is Caliban…
Patrizio: Caliban… What are you doing?!
Caliban: That woman… That enchantress… Cordelia of Capulette…
Patrizio: Cordelia?! Capulette?!
Caliban: Capulette… It's a vampire town in the Alps…
Patrizio: Vampires…
A bat flies into the church, the bat then turns into a woman.
Patrizio: Vampires!
Caliban: It's Cordelia!
Cordelia, the woman that flew in as a bat, gets smacked by Caliban with a crucifix. Caliban grabs a glass, fills it with holy water, then pours it on Cordelia. Cordelia is absorbed by the holy water and dies. Caliban breaks down crying. Patrizio walks up and comforts him.
Patrizio: It's okay… The vampires gone…
Caliban: You don't understand… I had children with her!
Patrizio: Children?!
Caliban: A son and two daughters… The youngest, Hermia, is only a newborn… Juliette is only a year old, and Tybalt is only 3-years old…
Caliban takes the glass, and gathers more holy water, then faces Patrizio.
Caliban: God be with you, kind sir.
Patrizio: What's going on?
Caliban pours the holy water on himself, it burns and absorbs him, he dies.
Patrizio: … She turned him into a vampire… I thought they were legend, fables…

A now 17-year-old Mercutio and 16-year-old Romeo, along with their grandmother Isabella, stand near the death bed of their grandfather Patrizio, who is dying of bubonic plague. 12-year old twins Benedick and Beatrice, cousins or Mercutio and Romeo, enter the room, with tears in their eyes.
Isabella: Where is your father?
Benedick: He's dead… The plague got him, too…
Patrizio: Grandchildren, you will not be safe from this plague if you should stay here… Leave Verona… All four of you, my grandchildren…
Mercutio: What about grandmother?
Isabella: I will stay behind. Fear not for me, for I am with God.
Mercutio: But grandmother…
Patrizio: Leave her be, you must save yourselves.
Romeo: Where do you want us to go?
Patrizio hands to Mercutio a map of Southern France and Northern Italy, with a spot marked on it in the French Alps.
Mercutio: Grandfather, where might this place be?
Patrizio: I am told this is the location of Capulette… The town of vampires…
Romeo: Vampires?!
Patrizio: I saw them with my own eyes… Back in Genoa, I saw a man and a woman have their entire flesh dissolved by holy water. After witnessing this such phenomenon, I went out to seek more answers, and discovered more information… I also learned that a certain old friend of mine is among one of them…
Patrizio gives a dirty look to Isabella, Isabella is puzzled. Patrizio then looks back over at his grandchildren.
Patrizio: Slay them all… And make your glory known…. The church will reward you…
Patrizio smiles, then dies.
Romeo: Grandfather…
Isabella: No time for you to weep… You all must get going… God be with you.

Mercutio, Romeo, Benedick, and Beatrice are camping out underneath the stars. Suddenly, they all spot glittery bubbles floating in the sky.
Mercutio: What's going on?
They all stand up, and look around, then spot a teenage boy with elf ears blowing glitter bubbles into the sky. He stops and looks over and smiles at them. Beatrice blushes a bit.
Boy: Why hello there!
Mercutio: Who might you be?
Boy: The name's Summerdream. Puck Summerdream.
Mercutio: Oh… Hello, my name is… Monty… Mercutio Monty… That's my brother Romeo, and my cousins Benedick and Beatrice.
Puck waves at them, Beatrice blushes again at him.
Puck: So what brings you fine fellows all the way out here?
Mercutio: We're on a quest to a town called Capulette…
Romeo: To hunt vampires…
Puck: Vampires? You mean…
A womans voice is suddenly heard.
Woman: They're after Contessa and her family.
Mercutio, Romeo, Benedick, and Beatrice look over and see the woman.
Puck: This is my mother, Titania.
Romeo: Titania…
Titania: Worry not, for I am not a vampire, like she is… But Contessa is my sister…
Mercutio: Huh?!
Titania: Have you ever learned in the history books about Cleopatra and Julius Caesar, who lived just before the time of Jesus Christ?
Romeo: I learned about it briefly.
Mercutio: I was never taught about it at all.
Titania: They had a son together, his name Caesarion… He was executed only at 17, which also marked the end of the Ptolemaic Dynasty in Egypt. The country fell to the Romans, to Octavian Augustus, who ruled until after the birth of Christ. But what the history books will not tell you, was the last-ditch effort to save Egypt from the Romans…
Romeo: And that was…
Titania: Inside one of the tombs, the Egyptians hid a potion… One that was the work of many years of witchcraft within the country…
Puck: Basically, it turns you into a vampire.
Mercutio: Oh…
Titania: Before the Romans captured him, Caesarion drank the potion. But before he could learn to turn into a bat, it was too late. But before he died… He had a fling with a prostitute… That prostitute was my own mother…
Romeo: Oh, wow…
Titania: … To her, was born triplets… To her was born the three of us – myself, Contessa, as well as my other sister, Carmilla.
Mercutio: What happened, amongst the three of you? Why didn't you become a vampire?
Titania: I took most of my genes from my mother, who remained human. But both of my sisters took more genes from their father, and thereby became vampire. The magic derived from the potion though is contagious, and can turn any human into a vampire at will. Contessa has now started a family by turning her lover into a vampire, and turning her children's lovers into vampires, and plans to turn her grandchildren's lovers into vampires.
Romeo: What happened to Carmilla, the other sister?
Titania: She lives out in Styria, in the eastern Alps. Contessa took refuge in the western Alps. I haven't seen either of them in over a millennium, yet someway, somehow, I know all about how both of my sisters are living now…
Romeo: Would you hold any objection to us slaying your sister?
Titania: … It would be heartbreaking, to say the least… But the world would be a better place without her… But I do ask, you spare her grandchildren…
Romeo: Grandchildren?
Mercutio: How old are they?
Titania: They are about your guys' age. There's Tybalt, Juliette, Hermia, Miranda, Hal, Desdemona, and Ariel. I promise I will take care of them all and will do what I can to purge them of their evil.
Mercutio: Understood…
Titania: Puck and I are coming with you guys… You won't need the horse and wagon…
Romeo: What else are we supposed to…
Puck blows a glitter bubble, it absorbs himself, as well as Titania, Mercutio, Romeo, Benedick, and Beatrice. They look down, and see they are all floating inside the bubble.
Romeo: Woah, what's going on?!
Titania: A glitter bubble, with it we can fly, like birds…
The bubble floats westward at a fast rate. Suddenly, they look down, and see a log cabin in the shape of a castle.
Titania: We are here. Capulette.
The bubble lowers, then pops on the ground. Mercutio and Romeo raise their swords and keep their guard up. They all look around looking for someone… then they see two young vampire girls laughing and having a snowball fight.
Titania: Don't hurt them, it's Hermia and Miranda.
Hermia knocks into Puck and they both fall. Mercutio drops his sword, before he is bumped into by Miranda, as Puck quickly blows glitter bubbles quickly to blow the sword away so neither of them would hit it as they fell. Puck and Hermia then get back up, both looking into each other's eyes.
Hermia: Hello…
Puck: My name is Summerdream… Puck Summerdream…
Hermia: I'm… Hermia…
Hermia starts blushing at Puck. Beatrice looks angrily at her in jealousy. Then Beatrice is bumped into by a young boy about her age.
Boy: Sorry, my bad.
Beatrice: Oh hey, my name is Beatrice…
Boy: Nice! My name is Hal…
Beatrice smiles at Hal but doesn't blush. Mercutio and Miranda get back up, starring into each other's eyes.
Mercutio: The name's Monty… Mercutio Monty…
Miranda: Pleased to meet you. You may call me Miranda Capp.
Mercutio and Miranda smile at each other, Miranda begins blushing. Suddenly, Benedick is bumped into by a young girl, who's about just a bit younger than he is.
Girl: Oh sorry. Nice to meet you, I'm Desdemona!
Benedick: Oh hey, I'm Benedick…
They smile at each other; Desdemona blushes a bit. Suddenly, they all hear a voice of a teenaged girl in the near distance.
Voice: Who are these people?
Out of the cabin comes Juliette, the oldest granddaughter and second-oldest grandchild of Contessa and Consort. Romeo is the first to look over at her, and instantly falls in love with her after seeing her. Juliette notices Romeo, and blushes at him. Suddenly though, another voice is heard, this one of a teenaged boy.
Voice: Yeah, who are these people?!
Out of the cabin comes the oldest grandchild, Tybalt, being followed by his grandparents Contessa and Consort, alongside his Aunt Goneril and Uncle Albany, whom are the parents of Miranda, Hal, Desdemona, as well as baby Ariel, whom Goneril is holding in her arms. Contessa then looks and immediately recognizes Titania, her sister.
Contessa: Titania?!
Titania: Hello dear sister…
Contessa: But, but… What are you doing here? And who are these guests you brought with you?
Titania: Don't mind them.
Consort takes a closer look at the facial features of Romeo and Mercutio.
Consort: Those two… Their face reeks of a dirty son of a bitch I should have murdered years ago… His name was…
Romeo: Patrizio Monty?
Consort: Son of a bitch…
Romeo: Worry not, old man. You see, our grandfather is already dead.
Mercutio and Romeo lift up their swords and point them at Consort.
Mercutio: Just as you are about to be…
Contessa rushes in to protect Consort, but then Puck grabs out a rosary necklace from his shoe, blows a glitter bubble and places the necklace inside of it, then shoots it over at Contessa, who is hit by hit, and then dissolves and dies. The Capps look in horror, but especially Consort, who starts weeping.
Consort: Contessa! My wife-
Mercutio's sword stabs into Consort's heart, killing him. Tybalt goes into a full rage, but first, he looks back over at Albany and Goneril
Tybalt: Get inside, keep Ariel safe. I'll deal with them.
Albany and Goneril listen and get back inside with Ariel. Tybalt, facing Mercutio and Romeo in a full rage, smacks the swords out from their hands, knocks both down, and starts kicking both of them, until he then feels a sharp pain. He looks, and notices Titania, who has picked up one of the swords, and stabbed him in the buttocks.
Tybalt: You…
Titania: Don't worry, I wouldn't kill my own grandnephew…
Tybalt: You… You killed your own sister… How could you…
Titania: The world is a better place without her…
Titania looks back over at Juliette and the others, who are in shock to say anything.
Titania: I will spare all the rest of you. But you must understand… As much of a shame as it was that she was one… Your grandmother, and subsequently your grandfather and parents… They were vampires… And vampires are a dangerous species… The potion that the Egyptians created was meant to help the Pharaoh live forever, but with disastrous consequences on the world… I will spare all of you, and take you all into my custody… But vampirism must not be allowed to spread… I will do all that I can to develop an antidote, to cure the effects of the potion within you, and you will be human.
Tybalt: Why in hell would I want to become human?! Humans shit and die. Vampires don't have to do any of that.
Juliette: Yeah, I don't want to become human…
Romeo is saddened upon hearing this. Titania takes the other sword, enters the cabin, then slays both Albany and Goneril, and lights the cabin on fire. But she spares Ariel and is holding her in her arms as she exits the burning cabin.
Titania: You have nowhere else to go now. Come with me, or you will perish by daylight.
Tybalt: … Can you hand me Ariel? My baby cousin?
Titania relents and hands Ariel over to Tybalt, who takes her in his arms. But then, Tybalt turns into a large bat, holding Ariel safely in his claws, and flies away with her. Juliette, Hermia, and Miranda turn themselves into bats, and follow him. Hal and Desdemona try to but can't as they don't know how to yet. Hal is then tackled down by Beatrice, and Desdemona by Benedick. Puck blows a glitter bubble that absorbs the four of them, along with himself, as well as Titania, Mercutio, and Romeo. Chasing the bats down, they catch one of them inside the bubble, then they catch another, and then another. Finally, they see the one that is Tybalt up ahead, with Ariel in his claws. They draw closer and nearer to him… Until suddenly, flying at the speed of light is a larger bat, swooping in, grabbing Tybalt and Ariel in its own claws, and bursting the bubble. Juliette, Hermia, and Miranda turn human again, and fall with the others into the snow, which breaks the fall as everyone survives. Romeo gets up, and rushes over to Juliette.
Romeo: You alright?
Juliette looks up, then backs away from him. Suddenly, though, she stops and looks ahead… The sun is coming up…
Romeo: Oh no…
The sun hits Juliette, she combusts into flames. Romeo panics, tries to drowse the fire with snow, but its no use, and Juliette dies. Romeo is saddened, but then gets up to look around, until he finds Miranda, also combusted into flames, with Mercutio trying to drowse her with the snow.
Mercutio: No, please, please, please survive, please don't die…
Miranda suddenly dies, and Mercutio is saddened. Both Mercutio and Romeo look around, then see Beatrice and Hal, underneath the shade, holding hands and walking together. The shade is keeping Hal safe. But they are about to walk into the sun.
Mercutio & Romeo: No Beatrice, don't!
Beatrice and Hal walk into the sun, Hal combusts into flames. Beatrice is too shocked and stunned to do anything. Mercutio and Romeo act quickly to try to drowse Hal with the snow, but he then dies. Beatrice is saddened. They then look over, see Hermia combusted into flames, but it's too late to do anything and she dies.
Mercutio: Puck didn't see that, did he?
Romeo: We'll have to tell him eventually…
Puck: Tell me about what?
Titania and Puck meet up with them. Beatrice runs over to Puck and hugs him, sobbingly. Puck hugs back awkwardly, but then looks up at Romeo.
Romeo: Hermia's gone…
Puck: What?
Romeo: Sunlight is lethal to vampires… she was hit… Her, Hal, Miranda, Juliette…
Mercutio: Wasn't there another one?
Romeo: I think there was… Speaking of, where's Benedick?
Titania: Let's go look for him.
Titania, Mercutio, Romeo, Puck, and Beatrice all set out to look for Benedick. They then find someone wearing Benedick's cloak, but with a shirt wrapped around their head and most of their face, showing only their eyes. Titania takes a closer look and notices its… Desdemona.
Beatrice: Is that not Benedick?
Titania: It's… Desdemona… She's alive!
Romeo: But where's Benedick?
They look over, and see Benedick without a shirt, shivering.
Mercutio: What the hell are you doing?!
Benedick: I gave Desdemona my coat and shirt, to protect her from the sun…
Mercutio: You're going to freeze to death!
Mercutio removes his cloak and puts it on Benedick, then looks over and notices a pack of wolves approaching. He then pushes Benedick over to Titania, then looks over at Puck.
Mercutio: Get the glitter bubble ready. Don't worry about me.
Puck quickly starts blowing a glitter bubble as Mercutio tries to fend off the wolves. But he is then mauled by them. Romeo rushes in to try to save him but gets himself mauled as well. With no time to save them, Puck continues expanding the glitter bubble, allowing it to absorb himself as well as Titania, Benedick, Beatrice, and Desdemona. They watch in horror as Mercutio and Romeo are killed by the wolves.
Beatrice: Romeo… Mercutio… No…
Desdemona: Juliette… Hermia… Miranda, my own sister… Hal, my own brother… All gone…
Desdemona looks angrily at Titania.
Desdemona: You destroyed my family!
Titania: I tried to save them…
Desdemona: If you had never shown up, they'd all still be alive! As would my parents, and grandparents!
Titania: I'm your grandmother's sister… I know what she was like…
Desdemona: And I know what you are like…
Titania: … Look, Desdemona, I'm sorry… I promise I will make it up to you…
Desdemona: Do you even have blood at your house?
Titania: You can go hunting with Puck. We'll eat the flesh; you can have the blood.
The bubble passes over a cave. Inside the cave is Tybalt, holding Ariel in his arms, as well as the bat that saved them. The bat suddenly turns into a mysterious woman.
Tybalt: Who… Who are… you?
Woman: You met with one of your grandaunts, Titania, haven't you?
Tybalt: Why, yes…
Woman: My name is Carmilla. I'm your other grandaunt.
Tybalt gasps.
Carmilla: Titania, Contessa, and I, we were triplets. The granddaughters of Caesar and Cleopatra. Their son drank a witchcraft potion that was intended for Pharaohs to live forever, it turned him into a vampire. It didn't save him from being slain by the Romans, but he did tickle the fancy of a certain prostitute before he was slain… And that's how we were born.
Tybalt: You're a vampire, just like grandmother was… But Titania…
Carmilla: Titania inherited enough from Caesarion so that she could live forever if she's not slain, but she isn't harmed by sun or holy water, she can't become a bat, and she doesn't survive off blood…
Tybalt: I understand why grandmother never told us of Titania… But why has she never told us of you?
Carmilla: Me and her, and even Titania to a lesser extent, we've always preferred secrecy…
Tybalt: I understand…
Carmilla: I however was smart enough to not build myself a structure that could be discovered by humans. I've always hid out in caves. Contessa wanted a castle, and that was her downfall.
Tybalt: You said you primarily stay in caves? So you don't have a home?
Carmilla: I do have a home, but it's one humans cannot access, all the way in Styria. At nightfall, I will take you and Ariel to live with me there. If you want me to.
Tybalt: I would much appreciate that. By nightfall, let's head out, for Styria.
Meanwhile, the glitter bubble lands outside of a beautiful colorful small castle. The bubble lands and bursts. Titania and Puck walk up to it as Benedick, Beatrice, and Desdemona stare at it in awe.
Benedick: What is this place?
Titania: This is my home… It is now your home… Come inside…

November 20, 1359
Seven years have passed. Beatrice, now grown, heads downstairs into the cold cellar room with Puck. Beatrice shivers just a bit, Puck removes his cloak and shirt, Beatrice blushing and giggling as he does so. He hands them to her, she puts them on. She then cuffs him to the ceiling, then grabs a whip off the floor, and starts whipping his chest and back, giggling in delight with each flog. Puck moans in pain, but is aroused with a full boner. He is whipped until he bleeds. Beatrice sets the whip down, then walks over to him.
Beatrice: So brave and chivalrous of you…
She kisses him on the lips, then kisses down his bloodied body and then back up.
Beatrice: I wish I were a vampire… Then I can stay young forever, with you…
Puck: I wish that, too…
Beatrice: How much vampire genes did you inherit?
Puck: I'm not a vampire at all… I can't even live forever, like my mother can…
Beatrice: We should ask Desdemona to turn us into ones.
Beatrice uncuffs Puck. The two of them head upstairs to the attic, up to Desdemona's room. There they spot a bat, flying around.
Beatrice: Desdemona?
Desdemona turns back into a human. She then looks over and blushes at Puck's bloodied body.
Desdemona: Yes, dear?
Beatrice: First, what are you doing?
Desdemona: Learning how to fly… So, I can make my escape…
Beatrice: Escape?
Desdemona: I'm tired of living under the roof of the woman that killed my own family…
Beatrice: But… but… You won't have Benedick!
Desdemona: Oh, I can take him with me…
Beatrice: Where would you even go?
Desdemona: I'll try to find Tybalt and Ariel… Or burn in the sun and be reunited with the others that were taken away from me.
Beatrice: … Before you do that… I have one favor to ask of you…
Desdemona: Yes, what is it?
Puck: Could you turn Beatrice and I into vampires? So, we can stay young forever?
Desdemona: Turn you into vampires… That could be arranged… But on a certain condition…
Beatrice: Yes?
Desdemona: I need you and Puck to get to baby making…
Beatrice: What?!
Desdemona: My old vampire family was taken away from me… Now I want to create a mew one…
Puck: Couldn't you just have one yourself, with Benedick?
Desdemona: Oh, he's already gotten me pregnant…
Puck and Beatrice gasp.
Desdemona: Don't look so surprised, you should have figured something like this was coming… But I alone can't produce a large enough family…
Beatrice: How many kids are you wanting from me?
Desdemona: At least three will do, and I will try to produce at least three myself. Also, I ask for another favor…
Beatrice: I'm listening.
Desdemona: We get Titania and Benedick drunk… and get Benedick to get her pregnant.
Puck: Woah, woah, what?! You're not getting my mother drunk!
Desdemona: If you don't, I won't make you into a vampire. You'll just grow old and gross, you won't have a sexy body that Beatrice will want to whip anymore.
Puck: But… my mother…
Desdemona: She'll be fine. It's not like we're going to give her alcohol poisoning or anything, just drunk enough to where she'll want to sleep with Benedick.
Puck: … You promise she'll be fine?
Desdemona: Without question.

Titania and Benedick are drinking tea together in the dining room.
Titania: Where is everyone else?
Benedick: That's what I'm wondering. Normally, they would be here by now.
Titania: Is there alcohol in this tea? My mind feels funny…
Benedick: Same with mine…
A bat flies silently in, making sure neither of them notice. It flies over to the back of Titania's chair, carefully uses its claw to rip her dress, making sure not to poke her. The bat then silently flies out of the room. Titania stands up, and her dress falls off, revealing her naked body. Benedick instantly is aroused.
Titania: Ooh, that's a little embarrassing…
The bat flies back in silently, this time to the back of Benedick's chair, carefully ripping his shirt without poking his skin or him noticing, then flying back out. Benedick stands up, and his shirt falls off. Titania immediately starts blushing at the sight of Benedick's body.
Benedick: Oh, the same thing happened to me…
Benedick notices Titania blushing, his erection gets longer. Titania stares at it. Benedick pulls his pants down, revealing his nude body. They both walk closer together, start hugging together, kissing together, then they get down and begin having sex.

Puck and Benedick watch as Titania, Beatrice, and Desdemona are coincidentally going into labor at the same exact time. Both are in awe as all three of them give birth to triplets. Desdemona's face immediately ceases from that of labor pains. She looks over at the three children she has given birth to, two boys and one girl.
Desdemona: My boys shall be named Poe and Stoker. My girl shall be named Shelley.
Benedick: Poe, Stoker, Shelley… What wonderful names…
Desdemona: I also request to name the others as well…
Titania: You wish to name my kids?
Desdemona: I just wish to save you the trouble of having to think up a name for them.
Titania: … Alright.
Desdemona: Beatrice, what sex are your kids?
Beatrice: Three boys.
Desdemona: Their names shall be Charles, Twain, and Stevenson.
Beatrice: Charles, Twain, and Stevenson… I like those names.
Desdemona: What about you, Titania?
Puck: She's given birth to three girls.
Desdemona: Three girls… Jules, Hugo, and Carroll.
Benedick: Jules, Hugo, and Carroll… Those are nice names!

Desdemona is sitting in her rocking chair. Puck and Beatrice come inside.
Beatrice: We did what you asked. You told us you would make us into vampires.
Desdemona: You're right, I did say that… Alright, come closer…
Beatrice comes closer to Desdemona. Desdemona bites into her neck, sucking up her blood. Beatrice's skin turns white, her rear teeth curl and sharpen, her eyes turn red. She has successfully been turned into a vampire. Puck watches in awe.
Desdemona: Now it's your turn, Pucky boy…
Puck comes closer to Desdemona; Desdemona does the same to him as he did to Beatrice. Puck turns into a vampire; Beatrice is also in awe as she watches his transformation.
Desdemona: Your transformation is complete; I have kept my word. Now get out of this place, leave me alone.
Puck and Beatrice leave the room and go downstairs. Titania notices in shock that they have both been turned into vampires.
Titania: Puck, my boy! And Beatrice! What has happened to you?
Puck: We… may have asked Desdemona to turn us into vampires?
Titania: What?!
Titania gives a stern disappointed look to both.
Titania: How could you? I told you; vampirism is no good! I told you; I've been working on an antidote to try to cure Desdemona!
Beatrice: I'm sorry… We wanted to stay young forever… I didn't want Puck's nice… cute… sexy body…
Titania: We get the point. That's my own son you're talking about.
Beatrice: Sorry… Point is… I didn't want that body to grow old and gross.
Titania: … You wanted to live forever, right? Or stay young forever, right?
Beatrice: Stay young forever, precisely…
Titania: … I will try to make some adjustments to the antidote. If you two want to be young and attractive forever, that is fine, but you cannot remain full vampires. You can instead be like me. I'm forever young, but I can still enjoy the sunshine, I can't turn into a bat, and I do not need to drink blood to survive.
Puck: I would like that… I wish I got more of my genes from you than from Oberon.
Titania: It is what it is. Besides, it was from him you got the glitter bubble ability.
Puck: That is true…
Puck tries to blow a glitter bubble but finds he can't.
Puck: Uh-oh…
Titania: Vampires can't blow glitter bubbles…
Puck: … This could be a problem…
Titania: I'll see what I can do with the antidote to give you that power back.

The triplets of Titania, Beatrice, and Desdemona are now 18-years of age. The girls, Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll, are all standing outside at night with Desdemona, watching from the outskirts as the boys, Poe, Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson, all practice ax throwing, the girls all both admiring and envying the boys strength and power. The boys then end their practice and leave the ax throwing grounds.
Shelley: The male body… Such impressive strength and power…
Hugo: Such a beautiful sight to witness… Yet at the same time, I wish I was as strong as they are…
Desdemona: You don't think a lady could be as strong as a man could be?
Hugo: How could that be?
Desdemona: Well, I'm a lady… Just sit back, and watch the show…
Desdemona walks over to the training grounds and grabs one of the axes. She throws it at the target with immense power and strength, the axe hits the target with immense force, and the target breaks in half. The girls watching are left shocked and stunned.
Desdemona: Did any of those boys do what I just did?
Jules: No, certainly not…
Carroll: You made them look like pipsqueaks in comparison…
Desdemona: Do you think any of those boys can do what I just did?
Shelley: No.
Hugo: Certainly not at all.
Desdemona: Correct. Would you like to know the secret of my power?
Shelley: Certainly!
Carroll: We would love to!
Desdemona: Well, as all of you know, I am a vampire…
Jules: Yes…
Hugo: What about it?
Desdemona: My vampirism is the cause of my strength. For humans, physical strength is generally reflected in muscles. But for vampires, muscles are merely cosmetic. Those boys, your brothers, and cousins… Their bodies may have more defined muscle mass than mine, but I can overpower all five of them combined.
Hugo: That's amazing…
Desdemona: Would you ladies like to enjoy the same strengths that I enjoy?
The girls all nodded yes.
Desdemona: Here's the good news. Vampirism is contagious. I can turn you ladies into vampires at will.
The girls all get excited.
Hugo: How so?
Desdemona: Well, come closer, and you'll find out…
Hugo comes closer to Desdemona. Desdemona leans into Hugo's neck, then bites it, sucking the blood out from it. The other three girls watch in horror as this happens. Desdemona then releases her teeth and leans out. Hugo's flesh turns white and her teeth curl, she has been successfully turned into a vampire.
Desdemona: Well, my dear Hugo, how do you feel right now?
Hugo: I… I… I don't know…
Desdemona: Try what I just did, and throw an axe at one of the targets…
Hugo nods at Desdemona, then heads to the training grounds, grabs an axe, and throws it at one of the targets with all her force. The axe hits its target with immense force, and the target breaks in half. The other three girls are all amazed. Hugo walks back over to join them. Jules walks over to Desdemona.
Jules: May you…
Desdemona nods, and bites into Jules's neck, then releases. Jules transforms into a vampire the same way. Next, Carroll walks up to Desdemona.
Carroll: I'm ready…
Desdemona does the same to Carroll, and Carroll turns into a vampire. Desdemona then looks over at Shelley.
Desdemona: Shelley… My own daughter…
Shelley walks over to Desdemona.
Shelley: I am ready, mother.
Desdemona bites into Shelley's neck, then releases. Shelley is turned into a vampire.
Desdemona: My vampire family… I always said I would get a new one…
Jules and Carroll start walking over to the training ground, Desdemona calls out to them.
Desdemona: Where are you two going?
Carroll: Oh, we're just going to test our strength…
Desdemona: You two already know that you can smash a target with an axe. Let me show you ladies something you don't know how to do.
Jules and Carroll walk back over to Desdemona.
Jules: What is it we don't know that you would like to show us?
Desdemona: How to turn into a bat…
Desdemona displays to them the process of turning from a human to bat, then back to a human. The girls are all in shock and awe.
Desdemona: Seen how it was done? Now you ladies try it out…
The girls all try, through trial and error, to turn into bats, but eventually, they all turn into bats successfully.
Desdemona: Now let me show you how to fly…
Desdemona turns herself into a bat, displays flying skill to the bat girls. She then flies back to the ground and turns herself human again.
Desdemona: Saw how it was done? Now you girls try it out…
The girls all try to fly. They can get off the ground but have trouble staying suspended in the air for too long. They then fall to the ground, and then turn into humans again.
Desdemona: You girls need practice. No worries, you girls have plenty of time to practice…
Nearby as they don't notice, Beatrice is taking a walk outside. Beatrice sees them all as they are listening to Desdemona. Beatrice hides behind a tree, making sure she isn't noticed by any of them, and listens in on what Desdemona is telling them.
Desdemona: But not too much time… Ladies, do you enjoy the strength and power that being a vampire has given you?
Shelley: Yes.
Jules: Indeed.
Hugo: Definitely.
Carroll: Without question.
Desdemona: Surely, you ladies would never want to give up these powers… I certainly don't want you to. But you know who does?
Hugo: Who?
Desdemona: Titania.
Shelley: What?!
Carroll: But why? She's a woman, like we are!
Jules: Does she prefer male domination or something?
Desdemona: Highly unlikely, given she hasn't been with a lover since that Oberon guy she talked about, the father of Puck, passed away many years ago…
Hugo: Then what's her problem?
Desdemona: Oh, she thinks vampirism is bad for some reason, is her problem. She thinks being human is superior to being a vampire…
Hugo: What?! That's ridiculous!
Desdemona: Indeed. What her reasons are, I won't say. All that I will tell you all, is that we all need to stop her.
Jules: What is she planning on doing?
Desdemona: She's working on what she calls an "antidote", what she says is meant to "cure" us of our vampirism. But really, we all know that she's trying to poison us by making us into filthy humans.
Jules: That's terrible!
Desdemona: It is, I know.
Carroll: We need to stop her!
Desdemona: We must… And we will… But I will need the participation of all of you…
Shelley: What is it you need of us, mother?
Desdemona: I told you girls, you have plenty of time to learn how to fly… But not too much time… By that, I mean we only have tonight. You girls wish to stay vampires forever, right?
Shelley: Yes.
Jules: Indeed.
Hugo: Definitely.
Carroll: Without question.
Desdemona: Then your minds should certainly be fully disciplined in listening to what I am going to teach you… Now let's get to work…
Beatrice, having overheard everything, sneaks away from the tree, making sure not to be seen.
Summerdream Castle, West Italian Alps
October 31, 1378
Titania is sitting inside the castle laboratory, working on the antidote. As she doesn't notice, five bats fly into the room. One of them is carrying rope, another is carrying a box of nails, another is carrying a hammer, another is carrying a crucifix, while the other one is empty handed. The empty handed one lunges in and tackles Titania, the antidote slips from her hands and the glass container rolls off the table and onto the floor, shattering. The bat turns into a human, it is Desdemona, holding Titania down. Titania looks over at her in horror and starts screaming, but then Desdemona leans over to her neck and bites it, sucking the blood out of her, then releasing. Titania's body transforms, she becomes a vampire. She then looks over at Desdemona, giving her the look of shock, disappointment, and anger.
Titania: You…
Desdemona: Sorry, no time to talk.
The bat carrying the crucifix flies in and smacks Titania in the head with the crucifix, knocking her down. The bat sets the crucifix down, then turns into a human, is it Hugo. Desdemona and Hugo drag Titania's body onto the crucifix. The bat carrying the rope flies down, turns into a human, it is Shelley. Shelley uses the rope to tie Titania to the crucifix. The bat carrying the hammer flies down, turns human, it is Jules. The bat carrying the box of nails flies down, turns human, it is Carroll. Carroll hands Jules the nails, Jules nails Titania's hands to the crucifix.
Titania: What are you doing to me?!
Desdemona: I turned you into a vampire… And come daybreak, you will be sacrificed to the heat of the sun.
Titania: Why are you doing this?! I took you in, raised you as if you were my own daughter!
Desdemona: You were the one that made me an orphan in the first place! You were the one that took my family away from me!
Titania: I tried to save your siblings and cousins!
Desdemona: They weren't in danger, until you came along. If it wasn't for you, they would certainly still be alive by now.
Titania: Look, I'm sorry…
Desdemona: If you're truly sorry, you will accept what is coming to you.
Hearing the commotion, Puck enters the room, followed by Poe, Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson. They look in shock, seeing what Desdemona and the girls have done to Titania.
Puck: Desdemona… You traitorous witch…
Desdemona: Oh, don't look so surprised, Pucky boy! I said many times before I wanted my vampire family back, now I finally have it. And now, I'm going to take vengeance on the woman that took it away from me in the first place!
Puck: … You won't get away with this… Boys, get 'em!
The boys do as Puck says and charge after Desdemona and the girls, but Desdemona and the girls all the turn into bats and fly to the ceiling, the boys crash into the table and fall over. One by one, Carroll tackles down Poe, Jules tackles down Stoker, Hugo tackles down Charles, Shelley tackles down Twain, and Desdemona tackles down Stevenson. Desdemona and the girls all kick the boys in the testicles, leaving them in immense pain.
Hugo: Should we just squeeze them off?
Desdemona: No, don't do that. We're going to need the testosterone they produce for my master plan. Leave them on, just make sure for the time being they're in too much pain to get up.
Hugo: Understood.
Desdemona: And Hugo, I'm going to need you to get the other crucifix.
Hugo: I'm on it.
Hugo turns into a bat and flies out of the room. Puck turns into a bat and tries to chase her, but Desdemona, Shelley, Jules, and Carroll then all turn into bats and tackle him down. Puck remains in bat form but is being held down. Hugo flies back with the other crucifix. Desdemona and the girls all carry Puck, still in bat form, onto the crucifix. Desdemona and Hugo hold Puck down while Shelley grabs more rope, Jules grabs the hammer, and Carroll grabs the box of nails. Still in bat form, Puck is tied down to the crucifix, with his wings nailed to it. Desdemona and the girls turn back into human form.
Desdemona: Pucky boy… Your mother made me an orphan… I wish not to do the same to you… So I'll let you and her burn together…
Hugo sniffs, smells something bad.
Hugo: What's that smell?
Desdemona and the girls all look over and see Beatrice, damped in oil.
Desdemona: Beatrice! … What did you do to yourself?
Beatrice: Took an oil bath…
Desdemona: But why…
Beatrice: No special reason… I'm here to be united with my lover, Puck.
Desdemona: United with… Oh, of course! You see… How should I put it…
Beatrice: You turned Titania into a vampire, have nailed both her and Puck to crucifixes, and are going to put them outside so the sun burns them come daybreak.
Desdemona: Yes…
Beatrice: Well… Nail me to the same cross…
Beatrice puts her hand into one of her pockets, grabs out some rope. She throws the rope over to Shelley. Beatrice then transforms into a bat. Desdemona and the girls grab the bat, the bat is all wet and oily and doesn't fight back at all. Shelley ties the bat to the lower end of the same crucifix they have nailed Puck to, and Jules nails the bat down.
Desdemona: Three sacrifices… Three times a charm!
Carroll: What about Benedick? Should we also burn him, too?
Desdemona: … Good point… Search all around the castle for him.
Desdemona and the girls fly all around the castle, and all around the outside of the castle, looking for Benedick, but not being able to find him.
Summerdream Castle, West Italian Alps
November 1, 1378
Having exhausted nearly the entire night looking for Benedick, but not being able to find him, Desdemona and the girls meet back over to the crucifixes, where Titania and the bats are still nailed down, and turn back into human form.
Hugo: Where could he have gone?!
Shelley: He must have ran off.
Desdemona: Forget it… He's only a mere human, nothing but a weak little human. There's nothing he can do. If he wants to run off and get eaten by wolves, that's his prerogative.
Hugo: Are you sure?
Desdemona: I've known Benedick for a quarter of a century. He's a cutie, but he's also a little bitch… Still though, if it wasn't for his chivalry, all those years back in the snow, I wouldn't be here today…
Carroll: Huh?
Desdemona: … No time to talk. Let's get these crucifixes outside, before the sun rises.
Desdemona and the girls turn into bats, and drag both crucifixes outside, placing them on unshaded ground. They head back inside, and from the ceiling and from a distance, watch the crucifixes, being careful not to look directly into the sun. The sun rises, Titania and Puck immediately combust into flames, screaming in pain, but the bat believed to be Beatrice doesn't combust immediately until one of the embers from Puck hits it. The bat then combusts but doesn't scream in pain. Suddenly, all three of them are turned into ash.
Desdemona: It's over. The opposition has been put down. I now rule the roost.
Carroll: Something didn't seem right about Beatrice though. You all notice how she didn't combust immediately, and how she didn't scream?
Desdemona: … Strange… Whatever the case, no time to ponder.
Desdemona flies over to the curtains and shuts the window, keeping the sunlight out. She then flies to the ground and turns human; the girls also fly down and turn human as well. They look over at the boys; Poe, Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson, who are still incapacitated.
Jules: You said these boys still need their testosterone. What for?
Desdemona: Because they're going to be sold as slaves.
Carroll: Ooh, who are we going to be selling them to?
Desdemona: We're going to be selling them to the Sultan.
The girls are all left bepuzzled.
Hugo: To Sultan?
Shelley: Who?
Desdemona: Sultan Murad, of the Ottoman Empire.
Hugo: The Ottoman Empire?
Desdemona: Think about it like this. Besides the sun, what is the second biggest threat to vampires?
Carroll: Holy water?
Desdemona: Holy water, correct! Holy water is a product of Christian nations, of which there are many surrounding us. But the Ottoman Empire is Muslim. There will be no holy water.
Shelley: Ooh, nice thinking!
Hugo: But why will we be selling the boys as slaves?
Desdemona: To gain the favors of the Sultan. That being said, it may not be enough…
Hugo: What else would we need to do?
Desdemona: We may also need to give Sultan a harem.
Hugo: What?!
Desdemona: Don't worry, I won't sacrifice you fine ladies to be part of it, nor myself.
Shelley: Phew.
Hugo: But who would we get for it?
Desdemona: I don't know. Also, I'm sure Sultan would only take deals from other rulers if those rulers are men. Sure, I could persuade him with my strength, but I don't want to expose myself as a vampire to him.
Hugo: So what should we do?
Desdemona: I don't know. We can think about it on the way. There's no time to waste though. Let's chain these boys down in the cellar, drink some blood, then sleep the day away. Come nightfall, we will have to get moving, on the long journey to Edirne, the capital of the Ottoman Empire.
Jules: Certainly though, we won't make it there in one night…
Desdemona: We'll stop in caves along the way, to rest out during the daytime. It's nearing the winter solstice, so the days are a lot shorter now. We'll have plenty of nighttime to make the journey as quick as we can.
Inside a cave, Austrian Alps
November 2, 1378
Desdemona and the girls, all in bat form with each one carrying one of the boys in their talons, fly into the cave. They set the boys down into the cave, then set themselves down and turn back human. Suddenly a pack of wolves enters the cave.
Desdemona: Girls, protect the boys. I'll fight off the wolves myself.
The girls all guard the boys. Desdemona approaches the wolves, ready to fight them. The wolves all charge at her, but suddenly, from the distance, three bats fly into the cave at supersonic speed and slaughter the wolves with their talons. The bats set themselves down and turn human. Desdemona couldn't believe her eyes – One of them she recognizes – It's Tybalt! Her oldest cousin! She looks over at another one of them, takes a moment, but then recognizes – It's Ariel, her baby sister, now all grown up!
Desdemona: Tybalt? Ariel?
Tybalt: Yeah?
Desdemona: It's me, Desdemona.
Tybalt: Desdemona…
Ariel: My sister?
Tybalt becomes ecstatic.
Tybalt: My cousin!
Ariel becomes ecstatic. Tybalt and Ariel rush in and hug Desdemona in a tearful reunion.
Tybalt: Desdemona, my cousin! I thought I lost you forever!
Desdemona: Words cannot describe how happy I am to see you, cousin!
Tybalt and Ariel let go.
Tybalt: So what happened to Titania?
Desdemona: I slayed that bitch.
Ariel: Our hero!
Desdemona: You got that right!
Desdemona looks at the other person but doesn't recognize her.
Desdemona: Who is she?
Tybalt: She is Carmilla. The other sister of Titania and Grandma Contessa.
Desdemona is ecstatic and surprised.
Desdemona: No way…
Carmilla: I'm sure my rotten sister Titania has told you much about me, hasn't you?
Desdemona: Yes, she has…
Carmilla: Your grandmother, Contessa, she operated in the Western Alps. I operated in the Eastern Alps. Our plan was to take over all of Europe from two fronts. When Europe was pagan, it seemed like an easy task. But we were too late to stop a certain rising threat… The rise of Christianity, and the rise of holy water…
Desdemona: I see…
Carmilla looks over at Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll, as well as over to Poe, Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson, whom the girls have pinned down.
Carmilla: Who are they?
Desdemona: The girls? Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll. The boys? Slaves we're selling to Sultan.
Carmilla: Sultan?
Desdemona: Sultan Murad, of the Ottoman Empire.
Carmilla: Oh. How come?
Desdemona: The second biggest threat to our kind, besides sunlight, is holy water. The Ottoman Empire is Muslim, there will be no holy water.
Carmilla: Ooh, nice thinking! But why are you selling the boys as slaves?
Desdemona: To gain favor with the Sultan. Only problem is, it may not be enough.
Carmilla: You're right, it won't be.
Desdemona: I need also to give the Sultan a harem, but I'm not giving those girls, or myself, or you, or Ariel, to be part of it. Also, I know for a fact Sultan would rather negotiate with a man than with a woman…
Tybalt walks up.
Tybalt: Then he can negotiate with me.
Desdemona: You will make the negotiation with the Sultan?
Tybalt: Absolutely.
Desdemona: Bless your clipped toenails, Tybalt!
Tybalt: Bless my clipped toenails?
Desdemona: Don't want to accidentally bless the sweat on your face and have it become holy water, so I'll bless a part of you that isn't attached to your body anymore.
Tybalt: Ah, I see.
Desdemona: So, Tybalt will be the negotiator. But we still need a harem…
Carmilla: I have human slaves at my lair in Styria, both men and women. None of them have I turned into vampires.
Desdemona: Very good, very good. We will need some of those women for the Sultan's harem. Maybe even some of the men for extra slaves to sweeten the deal for Sultan.
Carmilla: Sounds like a plan. Tomorrow night, I will take you to my lair in Styria, and we will get everything prepared. However, the sun is set to rise before we can make it there. So, let's take shelter for the coming daylight, and wait until the following night.
Edirne, Ottoman Empire (Turkey)
November 9, 1378
Inside his palace, looking out the window, is Sultan Murad I, looking at all the stars. Suddenly, a messenger approaches him.
Messenger: Sultan, my liege.
Sultan looks over at him.
Messenger: There is a king from a country called Styria, up in the Alpine Mountains. He says he wishes to speak with you.
Sultan: Tell the guards to bring him to me. You are excused.
Messenger: Yes, my liege.
The messenger walks away. Suddenly, two guards walk in, each holding Tybalt by one of his arms. They set him down before Sultan, Sultan grabs out a sword and points it near Tybalt's neck.
Sultan: Name?
Tybalt: King Tybalt.
Sultan: Country?
Tybalt: Styria.
Sultan: Never heard of it… You are here for…
Tybalt: I am here to make a negotiation. To negotiate and alliance.
Sultan: An alliance… You are from Europe, aren't you?
Tybalt: Yes, my liege.
Sultan: Then I should suspect you lord over a Christian nation, am I wrong?
Tybalt: Europe is primarily Christian, yes. But I am not one, sir.
Sultan: You're not?
Tybalt: No sir. I am looking to convert my people to Islam.
Sultan: … Convert your people to Islam… Would they not rise against you?
Tybalt: I will slay the clergy in my country while nobody notices and will teach my subjects the Holy Quran under the guise of it being the Bible. They will be taught of and will accept the one true God, told of by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
Sultan: Interesting…
Tybalt: I will establish a Caliphate in the Alps. We will use the mountains to our advantage to fight off the Christian armies, then the Caliphate will advance southward into Italy and France, taking Rome, and sacking the Papacy in Avignon. From then on, we will take back Spain, fighting on a northern front from France and a southern front from Morocco.
Sultan: This sounds like a cunning plan…
Tybalt: With our alliance, the people of Europe will come to know the one true God, told of by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
Sultan: This all sounds well and good. But why should I trust you?
Tybalt: To negotiate our alliance, I would like to sell to you, Sultan Murad, and to the Ottoman Empire…
Sultan: Sell to me what, King Tybalt?
Tybalt: Slaves…
Sultan: Slaves? You mean, people, from your country, right?
Tybalt: That is correct.
Sultan: … Are your people not going through a certain thing called bubonic plague, at this time? Is this not all part of a scheme to get my own people sick from said plague?
Tybalt: Test them out in one of your prisons with the other inmates, I will help escort them myself. If any of those prisoners gets sick of bubonic plague from these slaves, you shall have me stoned to death.
The Sultan pulls back his sword.
Sultan: Very well, then. Escort them to the prison. I will meet you again in two weeks.
Edirne, Ottoman Empire (Turkey)
November 23, 1378
Nightfall. Sultan Murad I is waiting in his palace. Tybalt is escorted to his chamber by the guards to meet with him.
Sultan: King Tybalt…
Tybalt: Sultan, my liege…
Sultan: It has been two weeks… From what I have been told, none of the other prisoners have gotten sick… You have earned my trust.
Tybalt: Much appreciated, Sultan, my liege.
Sultan: You may bring the slaves in.
Chained together are Poe, Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson, as well as a few other men, all being directed by guards into Sultan's chamber.
Sultan: Much impressed, King Tybalt. These are mighty looking men.
Tybalt: They will serve the Empire well. But these are not all the slaves.
Sultan: Not all the slaves, you say…
A dozen women, chained together, all wearing midriff-bearing attire, are also directed by guards into Sultan's chamber. The Sultan gets an erection upon seeing them but maintains his composure while speaking to Tybalt.
Sultan: These women…
Tybalt: Sultan, my liege, these women I give to you as a harem.
Sultan: Harem?
Tybalt: They are to serve you as you wish them to, Sultan, my liege.
Sultan: … The alliance is finalized.
The Sultan reaches out his hand. Tybalt shakes it.

Sultan Murad I is sitting in his bedroom. He calls out to the guards.
Sultan: Guards! Bring me those women…
The guards nod. They gather the chained women and bring them into the Sultan's bedroom.
Sultan: Guards, be excused. If any of these women are to leave my compound, you are to slay them at will.
The guards nod and leave Sultan's bedroom. A bat flies into the room, without Sultan, the girls, or the guards noticing. The women, shaking and trembling in fear, walk closer to the Sultan. But then, the bat flies down, and turns into human form – It is Desdemona, wearing the same midriff-revealing outfit as the women are. She walks over to the Sultan from behind.
Desdemona: Certainly, Sultan, my liege…
Sultan looks back over at Desdemona, spooked by her.
Sultan: Who?
Desdemona lunges in and bites into the Sultan's neck, sucking out his blood, then releasing. The Sultan's skin turns white, his teeth curl – He's become a vampire. He is shocked and terrified, seeing what has happened to him.
Sultan: What's going on… What have you done…
Desdemona: You've just become one of my kind…
Sultan: … GUARDS!
The guards come in. However, Desdemona turns back into a bat and flies into them, slaying each one of them. She then flies back into Sultan's bedroom, turns back into human form, walking up to Sultan.
Sultan: … Do what you must. I will be united with God.
Desdemona: I am not going to kill you. I'm here to take control of your empire.
Sultan: My empire? No, but the Ottoman Empire is God's kingdom!
Desdemona: Maybe it was once. But not anymore…
Another bat flies into the room and turns into human form. It is Tybalt. The Sultan looks at him angrily.
Sultan: You…
Tybalt: Surprised?
Sultan: YOU! You set me up!
Desdemona: We – We set you up.
Six more bats fly into the room and turn into human form, revealing to be Carmilla, Ariel, Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll.
Carmilla: Good work. But we can't trust that Sultan would rather work for us than die and be united with his God.
Desdemona: You might be right… In that case though, what should we do?
Carmilla: Throughout my many years living in the Alps, with nothing better to do when I'm not hunting for blood… I have been practicing magic and spells.
Desdemona: Magic and spells?
Carmilla: Yes. And I'm going to put said practices to use.
Tybalt: How so?
Carmilla: I am going to do a soul-switch.
Desdemona: A soul-switch?
Carmilla: I need a volunteer to step up for it. I will be switching their soul into Sultan's body and switching Sultan's soul into theirs.
The room suddenly goes silent. Desdemona raises her hand.
Desdemona: Let it be me. But Carmilla?
Carmilla: Yes?
Desdemona: Take care of the girls for me.
Carmilla: I will… Now, I need someone to lay Sultan down before me…
Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll all grab and pull the Sultan towards Carmilla, the Sultan trembling in fear, not knowing what to do. Desdemona sits beside him. Carmilla speaks out the spell – Like magic, the bodies of Desdemona and the Sultan become suddenly lifeless – Then they become animated again.
Sultan: Did the spell work?
Desdemona looks over in fear and shock. Only, it's not Desdemona… The whole room realizes what has just happened. The Sultan's soul is now in Desdemona's body, and Desdemona's soul is now in the Sultan's body.
Desdemona-Sultan: So, this is what a penis feels like…
Carmilla: Success. The Ottoman Empire is now ours.

Outside working as slaves are Poe, Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson, helping to construct a battering ram for the empire, being watched over by the guards. Overhead, two robes with talons sticking out of them fly above. Without anyone noticing, one of them picks up Poe and the other one picks up Stevenson. Not noticing what has just happened; Stoker, Charles, and Twain look around, but cannot find Poe and Stevenson. The guards are puzzled too but maintain their post and give them no time to go look for them.
An hour passes. The two robes with talons fly back over, this time picking up Stoker and Twain. Not noticing, Charles is feeling unease, as are the guards, but the guards maintain their post and give Charles no leeway to go look for the other boys.
Another hour passes, this time only one of the robes with talons flies back, this time it picks up Charles. The guards are in shock, try to look over to find the boys, but cannot find them.
The robe with talons flies Charles over to a cave a way away. There, he sees Poe, Stoker, Twain, and Stevenson, being happy to see them. The other robe with talons is also there, both remove their robes, revealing themselves to be bats. They turn into human form, revealing themselves to be – Benedick and Beatrice.
Stoker: Benedick? Beatrice?
Charles: Mother?
Beatrice: Hello boys.
Benedick: I'm so happy you're all alright.
Poe: Benedick! Beatrice!
The boys all reunite with Benedick and Beatrice with a large embrace, before letting go.
Poe: I thought Desdemona had you burn with the sun!
Beatrice: Did she tell you I was smelling like oil?
Stoker: Maybe…
Beatrice: The bat that burned… Was a decoy… I soaked it in oil so Puck's embers would fall on it and it would burn. Then I turned Benedick into a vampire and escaped with him.
Twain: Did Puck die in the fires?
Beatrice gets teary eyed.
Beatrice: I tried talking him out of it… But he said the plan would not work otherwise… He also didn't want to be separated from his mother… He didn't want to become an orphan…
Twain: I'm so sorry…
Beatrice regains her composure.
Stevenson: Desdemona has successfully taken over the Ottoman Empire.
Beatrice: So, I've been told…
Poe: So, what are we to do?
Beatrice: We need to leave the empire… And take refuge in Egypt.
Charles: Egypt?
Beatrice: We'll be out of the Ottoman Empire, but in a different Muslim country, so no holy water to worry about. Furthermore, Egypt is where the potion that created vampirism initially came from. There, we can study it more…
Stoker: How will we get there?
Benedick: Beatrice and I, we used these robes to protect us from the sun. But using them at all is a risk.
Beatrice: We will fly two of you over to the land of Syria, which is under the Mamluk Sultanate, where you will be safely out of Ottoman territory, then we will come back to this cave and fly another two of you to Syria, then fly back and…
Poe: Don't fly back… Take the other boys to Syria, as you must… But I will stay behind…
Benedick: Poe, my own son… You'll be putting your life in danger!
Poe: I know. But please know – Desdemona is my own mother. She's a terrible mother, certainly, but she's still my own mother. I know her like the back of my hand. Have faith, and don't worry about me. I promise, I'll be okay.
Benedick: You promise?
Poe: Don't worry about me, Benedick. Save the others, you and Beatrice must.
Benedick nods tearfully.

Inside the palace, inside Sultan's room, Poe is getting whipped by Carmilla, the whipping being watched over by Desdemona, who's soul is still in Sultan Murad I's body.
Desdemona-Sultan: Where are the other boys?
Poe: I know not. They ran off.
Desdemona-Sultan: Is that so?
Poe: With absolute certainty. I don't know where they ran off to.
Desdemona-Sultan: Carmilla, you may put down your whip.
Carmilla puts down her whip.
Carmilla: Let them go. Let them die of thirst out in the desert.
Desdemona-Sultan: You don't think we should chase after them?
Carmilla: Not at all. I say we focus our time and energy on the real prize – Capturing Constantinople.
Desdemona-Sultan: Constantinople… The New Rome…
Carmilla: After we take Constantinople, we will then take Crimea, and control the Black Sea. From there, we will cut off all trade routes to the Far East.
Desdemona-Sultan: Cutting off the Silk Road…
Carmilla: Much of Europe has already been weakened by bubonic plague, and England and France are in a never-ending war. Europe is weak right now. Cut off the Silk Road, and it will be even weaker.
Desdemona-Sultan: Sounds like a plan…
Carmilla: Through controlling these trade routes, we will also take advantage of one certain commodity that will really come in handy…
Desdemona-Sultan: And that is…
Carmilla: Gunpowder… The age of swords and shields is ending. England and France are already using cannons in their never-ending war. If we use enough of this gunpowder for ourselves, and deprive the Europeans of it…
Desdemona-Sultan: Europe will be ours for the taking…
Carmilla: Most certainly…

Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson are walking through the town. Stoker and Stevenson are carrying boxes – Benedick is laying inside the box Stoker is carrying, while Beatrice is laying inside the box Stevenson is carrying – Both of them in bat form. The four boys walk up to a camel merchant.
Stoker: We would like to buy some of these camels. Four of them for each of us.
Merchant: Four camels… How much money are you to give me for them?
Stoker reaches into pocket, grabs out a bag of many coins, gives it to the merchant. The merchant looks into the bag.
Merchant: Where did you get all this money, sir?
Stoker: Our camels, please…
Merchant: … Oh, yes, certainly, right away…
The merchant gathers four camels, gives one each to one of the four boys.
Beersheba, Mamluk Sultanate (Israel)
December 11, 1378
Charles, Twain, and Stevenson are camping out on the outskirts of the city, watching as the sun goes down, the four camels sleeping around the campsite. Stoker is at first not with them, but then rejoins with them, bringing a live goat into the camp. Stoker looks down at the two boxes, which are laid down at the edge of where his feet are.
Stoker: Night has fallen. You may come out now.
Two bats, one each flies out of each of the boxes. The bats land on the ground and turn into human form, revealing themselves to be Benedick and Beatrice. Stoker grabs out a butchering knife from his pocket, slices off the goat's head, but then turning it upright, so that the blood doesn't spill out of it. He hands the goat over to Beatrice.
Stoker: You may drink.
Beatrice drinks half of the blood, then hands the goat over to Benedick, who drinks the other half of the blood. They then hand the goat back over to Stoker. Stoker places the goats body over the fire spit, letting it cook over the fire pit.
Benedick: We are in Beersheba, right?
Stoker: That is correct.
Benedick: Beersheba… I was taught about this place in my youth.
Beatrice: It was in the Holy Bible, wasn't it?
Benedick: I think so, in Genesis I believe. There was a well there if I remember.
Beatrice: … Did the Bible also mention the Sinai Peninsula?
Benedick: Mount Sinai… That's where the Israelites were given the Ten Commandments in the Book of Exodus.
Beatrice: But the Israelites didn't settle in Sinai, did they?
Benedick: Not from what I remember, they traveled nomadically.
Beatrice: So we won't find any settlements there, correct? We would just have to camp out in the desert.
Benedick: Yeah.
Beatrice: I can't imagine there would be an abundance of animals there, either.
Benedick: From what I remember, the Israelites fed off of a substance called manna.
Beatrice: Manna… It's not an animal though, right? So, no blood?
Benedick: That is correct…
Stoker: Me and the boys will gather some blood for you both. We will make sure you remain nourished on the journey.
Benedick: If you'd be so kind to, place the jars of blood in the boxes with us, so we can drink the blood at will on the journey.
Beatrice: You boys will also need to gather up some dry meat and water for the journey as well.
Cairo, Mamluk Sultanate (Egypt)
December 26, 1378
Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson arrive in the city, each with their camels, having brought the boxes as well as a bag full of dry jerky meat and a lidded jar full of fresh water. They watch as the sun goes down, then walk out to an area where no one else will see them and open the boxes. Benedick and Beatrice fly out of them and then turn back to human form.
Stoker: We have made it. Egypt.
Benedick: We've made it at last…
Beatrice: The journey has been completed, but our work is only getting started.
Benedick: Oh, that is correct…
Beatrice: Egypt is where the potion Cleopatra gave to her son originated from. The source of the potion has to be located here somewhere.
Charles: The source would have had to have originated from witchcraft or another such pagan source. Egypt is Muslim now, the pagans shouldn't be here anymore.
Beatrice: Europe is Christian, but there are still numerous Europeans that still practice their pagan worship in secrecy. Surely, the same must be true here in Egypt.
Twain: So what are you suggesting we do?
Beatrice: We keep a lookout for any witch within the city.
Stevenson: Surely, though, if there is a witch here, she isn't going to announce it.
Beatrice: You might be right… Benedick, lets fly back into our boxes. Boys, ride us out to the middle of the desert, just away where no one will hear us.
Beatrice turns into a bat and flies back into her box. Benedick is weirded out at first but does the same. The boys gather the boxes, get back on the camels, and ride out to the desert. After about an hour, they get out to barren space where no one will hear them. They get off the camels and take the boxes down. Benedick and Beatrice exit the boxes and turn back into human form.
Charles: So what did you bring us all the way out here for?
Beatrice: We're going to turn you boys into vampires.
Benedick and the boys are shocked upon hearing this.
Beatrice: In a city like Cairo, all of us will need to be proactive in seeking out a witch. But if you boys go seeking one on foot, it would certainly look suspicious, and you will be brought forth before Sultan.
Stevenson: But certainly, any known vampires the Sultanate would have slaughtered.
Beatrice: I will teach you boys how to become bats, as well as how to fly.
Benedick: It's a lot easier than it seems, do not worry.
Stoker: … It may take a vampire to understand a witch… Let's do it.
Stoker walks up to Beatrice. Beatrice bites into his neck, turning him into a vampire.
One by one, then Charles, Twain, and Stevenson line up to be turned into vampires by Beatrice, and she does so.
Beatrice: It's done. Now, let's head back into the city.
Edirne, Ottoman Empire (Turkey)
February 1, 1379
Poe, the only of the boys that stayed behind, finishes up the battering ram alongside the other slaves. One of the guards walks up to him to ask him some questions.
Guard: You're sure you have no idea where your brothers ran off to?
Poe: I am certain, I have not seen them.
Guard: … My apologies…
Poe: But may I ask you something?
Guard: What is it you wish to ask me?
Poe: … The Sultan… Is he still asleep?
Guard: He is…
Poe: Does he seem to be sleeping more often than he used to?
Guard: … Now that you mention it… Yes, he does…
Poe: … His son, Bayezid, he's on his way to Edirne, is that correct?
Guard: Bayezid should arrive in the city in about a week or two.
Poe: … Maybe it's best you let him know of the Sultan's… sleeping habits…
Guard: … I think I will…
Poe: Thank you very much. What is your name?
Guard: You may call me Isaac Lea.
Poe: Thank you, Isaac Lea.
Edirne, Ottoman Empire (Turkey)
February 11, 1379
A man on a horse arrives at the palace. The man gets off the horse. It is Bayezid, the son of Sultan Murad I. He walks up to the palace grounds, and then is greeted by one of the guards – The guard greeting him is Isaac Lea.
Isaac Lea: Welcome home, my liege.
Bayezid: Much appreciated. Is my father currently at home?
Isaac Lea: He is my liege. However, he is resting now. It is best you don't disturb him.
Bayezid: Understood.
Isaac Lea: Is there anything I should give to you, my liege?
Bayezid: I don't think so…
Isaac Lea: How about a female servant?
Bayezid: … You said a female servant?
Isaac Lea: Yes, my liege…
Bayezid: … I think I would like that…
Isaac Lea: I will bring her out right away, my liege.
Isaac Lea walks off. Bayezid walks through the palace to his room. He notices all the curtains in his room have been taken down, and there's an abundance of sunlight permeating inside. He lays in his bed, waiting for the female servant. The servant comes in, cloaked from head to toe. She steps out of the sunlight and reveals herself. It is Desdemona's body… But inside her body is the soul of Sultan Murad I… Bayezid's own father. Bayezid is aroused… until…
Sultan-Desdemona: We meet again, my son.
Bayezid: Son? Are you roleplaying as my mommy?
Sultan-Desdemona: I am not your mommy… I am your father.
Bayezid's boner dies.
Bayezid: What?
Sultan-Desdemona: It's me, your father, Sultan Murad.
Bayezid: My father?!
Bayezid is angered.
Bayezid: How dare you speak such blasphemy. Guards!
Isaac Lea enters the room.
Bayezid: This whore is telling me she is the Sultan. That she's my own father.
Isaac Lea: My liege…
Sultan-Desdemona: If you don't believe me, so be it… Who you think is your father… He's in his room right now… But I must tell you one thing…
Bayezid: What is this one thing you wish to tell me?!
Sultan-Desdemona: If his body is to touch sunlight… This is to happen to him…
Sultan, in Desdemona's body, walks into the sunlight, and immediately combusts into fire, and then turns into ash. Bayezid is in shock, stunned at what has just happened.
Bayezid: What just happened?!
Isaac Lea: My liege, I will tell you all. But you must know, you are not safe here.
Bayezid: Not safe? In my own palace?
Isaac Lea: Follow me, my liege.
Bayezid hesitates but follows Isaac Lea out of the palace. He gets back on his horse, as Isaac Lea gets on another horse and leads the way. He is led to a hideout a way away from town. After getting there, both get off their horses and enter the hideout. Poe is there.
Poe: Greetings, my liege.
Bayezid: Greetings… And who might you be?
Poe: I am Poe. I am a fugitive in this country, hailing from the Alps in Europe.
Bayezid: A fugitive…
Poe: My liege… At your palace… Did you see a woman combust into flames?
Bayezid: … Yes… That is exactly what I saw…
Poe: That woman, at least her body… She was my own mother…
Bayezid: Oh…
Poe: Yet my mother is still alive… Her soul is, at least…
Bayezid: Hm?
Poe: Did she tell you she was your father? That she was Sultan Murad?
Bayezid: How did… Yes… Yes she did…
Poe: She was not lying. You see… It was the work of the dark arts.
Bayezid: … The dark arts…
Poe: My mother herself is a vampire, the result of a potion created by Egyptian witches. But with her was a woman named Carmilla, who is a dark arts specialist.
Bayezid: Dark arts specialist…
Poe: She did a soul transfer, between your father and my mother.
Bayezid: Soul transfer… You mean… You're saying that woman was Sultan Murad? That she was my father?
Poe: Precisely
Bayezid begins to weep.
Poe: I am so sorry, sir…
Bayezid: In my father's bed is my father's body… But it's not my father… It is a whore, a Trojan horse… The Sultanate has been attacked from the inside…
Poe: I must tell you more…
Bayezid: … Please tell me…
Poe: My mother… Acting as the Sultan… She plans on taking control of Constantinople.
Bayezid: Constantinople… That has been a goal of many Ottoman Sultans before…
Poe: Afterwards, she plans on taking over Crimea, cutting off the Silk Road and taking in the gunpowder supply from Asia while depriving Europe of it. From there, she plans on conquering the entire continent…
Bayezid: … We must stop her at any costs…
Isaac Lea puts his hand up.
Isaac Lea: I may have a plan.
Bayezid: What is this plan you speak of?
Isaac Lea: We provoke war with the Serbs… So that the acting Sultan cannot focus on Constantinople for the time being…

Desdemona, in Sultan Murad I's body, is sleeping in her robe during the heat of the day. A messenger enters the room.
Messenger: Sultan, my liege.
Desdemona-Sultan wakes up, paying attention to the messenger.
Desdemona-Sultan: Yes?
Messenger: Your son, Bayezid… He's been captured by the Serbs…
Desdemona-Sultan: Huh? Oh…
Messenger: We must declare war on the Serbs…
Desdemona-Sultan: Huh? Oh yes… Yes, we must…
Edirne, Ottoman Empire (Turkey)
August 12, 1379
It's the pre-sunrise hours of the morning. Desdemona-Sultan is meeting in her room with Carmilla, Tybalt, Ariel, Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll.
Desdemona-Sultan: War, with the Serbs. All because the Sultan's son got kidnapped.
Carroll: But we can't focus on the Serbs just now! We still have Constantinople to worry about!
Desdemona-Sultan: Yes, yes, exactly!
Carmilla: Have any of you seen Poe recently?
Hugo: No, we haven't seen him in months.
Shelley: He must have ran off.
Carmilla: Or maybe… He had a role in this… Somehow, someway…
Desdemona-Sultan: You really think so?
Carmilla: I also still wonder about the others… Stoker, Charles, Twain, and Stevenson… Benedick too… I also still find it strange the way Beatrice burned back in the Alps…
Desdemona-Sultan: What are you suggesting?
Carmilla: … So, the Ottomans want a war with the Serbs? I say we let them have it their way… But we cannot take our hold on the Sultanate for granted anymore…
Desdemona-Sultan: So what should we do?
Carmilla: You must maintain your post as Sultan. Also, Tybalt?
Tybalt: Yes?
Carmilla: I will need you to stay behind and watch over her.
Tybalt: I will. What will the rest of you do?
Carmilla: Me, Ariel, and the girls… We're going to conquer Crimea… By ourselves…
Hugo: We're going to Crimea?
Carmilla: That is correct…
Ariel: Sounds like fun…
Tybalt: I will protect the Sultan with my life.
Carmilla: … Very good…
Chersonesus, Crimea
August 26, 1379
Nightfall. Three warships are headed towards the city. A group of soldiers stand their ground, with swords and cannons, awaiting the attack. The ships stop right at the shore – And five bats fly out of them. Cannons are fired, but they miss their target. The bats then land on the solid ground – Carmilla, Ariel, Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll. They all lunge at the soldiers, slaughtering them all with ease, ripping their heads off and devouring their blood.
Carmilla: Success, ladies! Crimea is ours!
Giza, Mamluk Sultanate (Egypt)
October 10, 1379
Inside her home, a strange woman is practicing spells. Inside her home, that she doesn't realize are there, are two bats. There's a hole in her roof, the bats fly out of the hole, to the middle of town. There, they turn human – It's Charles and Stevenson. There, they meet with Benedick, Beatrice, Stoker, and Twain.
Charles: That one woman you've said you've just started spying on…
Beatrice: You guys went and saw her?
Stevenson: Oh yeah… She's a witch alright.
Beatrice: So, our verdict is unanimous.
Stoker: How should we approach her?
Benedick: I don't think knocking on her door would be the best option. She would probably think we were sent by the Sultanate.
Beatrice: I say we fly in and greet her?
Stevenson: Wouldn't that spook her?
Beatrice: She's a witch, she understands vampirism.
Twain: I just hope she doesn't lose her composure and accidentally scream.
Beatrice: She'll likely just gasp, delighted to see the result of witchcraft be realized.
Benedick: So that settled it then.
Beatrice: There's no time to waste. Let's go.
The six of them all turn into bats, fly back over to the woman's house, flying into the hole, then onto the ground, all turning human before her eyes – As Beatrice predicted, the woman gasps.
Woman: You… You are…
Beatrice: Vampires?
Woman: Vampires… No, it couldn't be… One of the ultimate goals of witchcraft… Realized…
Beatrice: It was realized here in Egypt. Must have been the works of Pharaohs.
Woman: Was it a potion?
Beatrice: It was. Cleopatra gave it to her son, Caesarion… To make a long story short, vampires can turn anyone else into vampires at will, and we got it through Caesarion's descendants.
Woman: … I cannot believe this…
Beatrice: However, it has also been through Caesarion's descendants that the power of vampirism has been corrupted… And to make a long story short, they've used their strength and immortality alongside knowledge of other powers of the dark arts to get inside the soul of the Ottoman Sultan. They've taken control of the Ottoman Empire, and plan on conquering the entire world.
Woman: Oh, I see…
Benedick: What is your name, ma'am?
Woman: Crumplebottom… Madame Crumplebottom…
Benedick: Crumplebottom… That's not an Egyptian name…
Crumplebottom: Most certainly is not. I came all the way from England.
Benedick: England…
Beatrice: Were you escaping the persecution of the church?
Crumplebottom: I was raised in the church… But, my problem is… I've always wanted children…
Beatrice: Children…
Crumplebottom: Most certainly, I've always wanted a son or a daughter of my own. But alas, I am barren. I cannot conceive…
Beatrice: A son or daughter to call your own…
Crumplebottom: I've prayed time and time again, but my prayers never came. So I got desperate, and turned to the dark arts. The reason I fled to Egypt was less about escaping the church back in England, and more about studying the crypts…
Beatrice: The crypts…
Crumplebottom: Let me show you…
Crumplebottom walks over to her bookcase, turns over a book, it is revealed to be a switch, turning the bookcase to the side and revealing a secret door.
Stevenson: Woah!
Stoker: I couldn't believe it…
Crumplebottom: This door leads into the crypts. Follow me, and I will show you…
The six of them all follow Madame Crumplebottom. The door leads into a hallway, filled with Egyptian hieroglyphs. At the end of the hallway, they reach a room with a pillar table in the middle. On the table are seven round tablets, with six on the outside and one on the inside. On the six outer tablets are symbols – One for earth, one for water, one for fire, one for air, one for wood, and one for lightning. On the one middle tablet is a handprint.
Beatrice: These symbols… What do they mean?
Crumplebottom: The seven elements… Earth, water, fire, air, wood, lightning, and spirit.
Beatrice: Spirit…
Crumplebottom: The handprint is spirit. You interact with your own hand, interact with the table with your own soul…
Beatrice places her hand in the handprint… Immediately feels a strong spiritual sensation… She then takes her hand off.
Benedick: What, what, what is it?!
Beatrice: … This is how the Pharaohs contacted the spirits… Being able to cross the dimensions… The vampire potion would not have been possible without this…
Crumplebottom: The only problem is, you also need to speak their language… I've tried for so many years to converse with them, to understand what they have been saying… But they still do not understand me…
Beatrice looks over at Madame Crumplebottom.
Beatrice: Did you find this crypt by total accident?
Crumplebottom: As a matter of fact… I did… My gut instinct told me to build my house here… But to my surprise, the crypt was right here… The secret door though was my creation…
Beatrice: If the Sultanate discovers this, it could be trouble…
Crumplebottom: Oh, you could be right…
Beatrice: Even worse, if the Ottoman Sultanate, under the rule of Carmilla and Desdemona discovers this… Madame Crumplebottom, I should turn you into a vampire.
Crumplebottom: Hm?
Beatrice: I should turn you into a vampire… And you should take the tablets, and run off with them.
Crumplebottom: Take the tablets?
Beatrice: Take them and leave Egypt. Leave civilization if you can.
Crumplebottom: Leave civilization…
Beatrice: But first, I must make you into a vampire. I need to make sure you will live as long as possible to hold onto these tablets.
Crumplebottom: … I accept.
Beatrice walks up to Madame Crumplebottom, leans into her neck, bites into it, sucking the blood out, then releasing. Madame Crumplebottom is then turned into a vampire.
Crumplebottom: A vampire… I've become a vampire…
Beatrice: No time to enjoy your new body. Take the tablets and go, and remember one thing…
Crumplebottom: One thing? What is that?
Beatrice: Avoid sunlight at all costs… That and holy water… Also, no more dry meat. From here on out, you must feed on blood.
Crumplebottom takes the tablets, places all seven of them in her pockets.
Beatrice: Also, Madame Crumplebottom?
Crumplebottom: Yes, what is it?
Beatrice: I think one of us should go with you, to keep watch over you…
Twain raises his hand.
Twain: I'll go.
Beatrice: Twain…
Twain: No time for explanations. For now, this is goodbye…
Beatrice: Be safe…
Beatrice hugs Twain goodbye. Twain waves the others goodbye, then sets off with Madame Crumplebottom.
Stoker: What are the rest of us to do?
Beatrice: For the time being, we will lay low here in this crypt. But one of us must go back to the Ottoman Empire, to check up on Poe, as well as check up on what Carmilla and Desdemona have been scheming…
Benedick puts his hand up.
Benedick: I don't want these boys to return to the land they were enslaved to. I will go.
Beatrice: Benedick… My brother…
Benedick: Don't worry about me, my sister. Take care of the boys.
Beatrice: Benedick… I will…
Beatrice hugs Benedick goodbye. Benedick waves the others goodbye, then sets off.

Just before sunrise, a bat flies into the city, carrying a cloak in its talons. The bat lands on the ground and turns into human form – It is Benedick. He then puts the cloak on, then turns back into a bat, using the cloak to protect himself from the rising sun. He flies over to the palace, entering it, then flying into the Sultan's room. He sees the Sultan, Desdemona in Sultan Murad I's body, sleeping on the bed. He grabs a sword and approaches her, but is then attacked from above by Tybalt. Tybalt grabs a sword of his own. Benedick gets back up and rushes over to the curtain. Tybalt chases him, Benedick slices the curtain.
Desdemona-Sultan: No Tybalt, don't!
The curtain is sliced, letting sunlight in. Benedick quickly gets out of the way as the sunlight hits Tybalt, combusting him into flames.
Desdemona-Sultan: Tybalt, no!
Tybalt is turned into ash. Desdemona-Sultan begins to weep. Benedick grabs the other sword. Holding two swords in his hand, he approaches Desdemona-Sultan. But then Desdemona-Sultan barks at him, the vibration of the bark pushing the swords into the sunlight.
Desdemona-Sultan: Pick them up, if you dare…
Benedick: Where is Poe?
Desdemona-Sultan: That I don't know…
Benedick: What?!
Desdemona-Sultan: But I may have a clue…
Benedick: A clue?
Desdemona-Sultan: I have been told that my, "son", by that I mean the son of the Sultan himself, has been imprisoned by the Serbs. However, from what I sense, Poe must have set this all up, to get this empire into war with the Serbs, to distract from Constantinople.
Benedick: Do you think Poe is with him?
Desdemona-Sultan: The timing of Poe's absence and the news of the Sultan's son's capture seem to add up too much to be a coincidence…
Benedick: So Serbia is where I should find Poe?
Desdemona-Sultan: More or less…
Benedick puts his cloak back on, then flies out of the palace.

It's nighttime. A bat flies into the city, carrying a cloak in its talons. The bat flies into a prison, finding Poe, alongside Isaac Lea and Bayezid, behind one of the bars. The bat flies into the cell, and lands on the ground and turns to human form – It is Benedick.
Poe: Benedick?
Benedick: Poe…
Poe becomes exuberated.
Poe: Benedick!
Benedick and Poe reunite with a hug, then let go.
Benedick: No time for sentimentality. We need to get back to Edirne. We need to get back there… and slay Desdemona…
Bayezid: In other words, … We must slay my father…
Benedick: Are you the son of Sultan?
Bayezid: I am the one who is next in line in the Ottoman Empire, yes…
Benedick: Surely you know though, your real father is already deceased…
Bayezid: … The one who wears my father's flesh, I will certainly help you slay… But now, I do not feel ready to become Sultan…
Bayezid looks over at Isaac Lea.
Bayezid: You there, Isaac Lea…
Isaac Lea: Yes, my liege?
Bayezid: After my father's flesh is slayed… You must take his place…
Isaac Lea: I… You are crowning me to be the Sultan?
Bayezid: Aye. But not to be crowned Sultan Isaac Lea. We must not have our people know that the Ottoman Sultanate has ever been defiled by black magic beast…
Bayezid looks over to Benedick awkwardly.
Benedick: I take no offense…
Bayezid looks back over at Isaac Lea.
Bayezid: You and I are to have the Ottoman people believe that you are the Sultan Murad I.
Isaac Lea: But would they believe us?
Bayezid: I am the Sultan's own son. I will have my people believe you are my own father.
Isaac Lea: … I understand…
Benedick looks over at Isaac Lea and Bayezid.
Benedick: You two wish not to be turned into vampires, right?
Bayezid: Do not turn me or who I'm to tell the Ottomans is my father into creatures of black magic. I do not wish for the Ottoman Sultanate to be defiled any more…
Benedick: In that case, we will carry you by talon.
Poe: We?
Benedick: Poe, my son… I must turn you into a vampire, and teach you how to fly as a bat…
Poe: … Do as you must, my father…
Benedick walks up to Poe, lunges at his neck, and bites into it, sucking the blood out, then releasing. Poe turned into a vampire.
Poe: So, father… When do I begin my flying lesson?
Benedick: You begin it… Right about now.

As the sun goes down, two cloaked bats, with talons reaching out their cloaks, are flying through the sky, one of them carrying Isaac Lea in their talons and the other carrying Bayezid. They fly into the palace, into the Sultan's bedroom, putting Isaac Lea and Bayezid down, and turning to human form – It is Benedick and Poe. Desdemona-Sultan is awoken, in shock, but then turns to anger.
Poe: We meet again, mother…
Desdemona-Sultan: Poe…
Poe pulls out his sword. Benedick grabs out another one.
Benedick: The time of the Rogue Sultanate has come to an end…
Desdemona-Sultan: You wish to fight… Very well then… But just know, it is now nighttime, and sunrise will not come for about another twelve to fourteen hours… What you have done to Tybalt, you will not be able to do to me…
Poe: Very well, then… Bring it on!
Benedick and Poe get in a massive swordfight with Desdemona-Sultan. The sword is knocked out of Desdemona-Sultan's hand. Benedick and Poe approach her with the swords, ready to slaughter, but then Desdemona-Sultan barks, the vibration pushing down Benedick and Poe,the swords falling out of their hands. Desdemona-Sultan picks the sword back up, and walks up to Benedick and Poe, ready to slaughter them both. However, water is then dumped on her. She looks back and sees that Isaac Lea has dumped a bucket of water on her – And in the water bucket is a crucifix. It's holy water! Desdemona-Sultan starts to vaporize, but in a last-ditch effort, noticing the bucket still has water in it, she grabs the bucket to pour the water onto Poe. Benedick then pushes Poe out of the way, and the water falls upon him instead. Poe watches in horror as both of his own parents – Benedick and Desdemona, Desdemona's soul in Sultan Murad I's body, and knowing what happened to Desdemona's own body while Sultan Murad I's own soul was in it – Both his parents were now gone. Poe begins to weep. Isaac Lea and Bayezid walk up to him to comfort him.
Poe: Both of my parents… No more… Sure, Desdemona was a horrendous mother, but…
Isaac Lea: It's alright to grieve…
Bayezid: I feel your pain… For I have also just lost my own father… First in spirit… Now in flesh… And I had to help to finish him off…
Poe gets back up, looking over at Isaac Lea and Bayezid.
Poe: So… Isaac Lea… You are to become Sultan…
Isaac Lea: I believe so…
Bayezid nods.
Poe: But Bayezid… He is to use your fathers name…
Bayezid nods.
Poe: Isaac Lea… That name is to be taken away from you… But I will remember that name…
Isaac Lea nods.
Poe: Thank you… Thank you both…
Bayezid: Where will you go?
Poe: I'm going to Egypt… To find Beatrice, and my brethren.
Bayezid: I wish you a safe journey.
Isaac Lea: Be well, my friend. I shall never forget you.
Poe: … Nor shall I forget you…

Carmilla, Ariel, Shelley, Jules, Hugo, and Carroll are all sitting outside and enjoying themselves, all delighting and giggling as they watch a bunch of nude men, cold and shivering, are building a castle for them.
Shelley: The male body… Such impressive strength and power… Watching these men labor as their bodies are battered by the cold… Their suffering turns me on…
Hugo: Surely though, they're going to die of frostbite.
Ariel: In that case, we'll just get reinforcements, and use their frozen bodies for blood storage…
Carroll: I wonder how frozen blood tastes like… Especially frozen male blood…
Carmilla suddenly gets a saddened expression on her face.
Carmilla: Desdemona is dead.
The other girls' expressions turn sad.
Ariel: Her body, or her soul?
Carmilla: Both. Same with the Sultan… The Ottoman Empire is lost…
Ariel: … We still have Styria and Crimea. Let's make sure the castle gets built, then work out a plan from there.
Carmilla: Are you not going to weep for your own sister?
Ariel gets teary eyed.
Carmilla: Oh…
One of the men faints from the cold.
Ariel: Can I whip him to blow off steam?
Carmilla nods. Ariel stands up, grabs her whip, starts flogging the man's flesh off, giggling with delight as she does.

Beatrice, Stoker, Charles, and Stevenson are watching from the rooftops as soldiers of the Sultanate intrude into the house that belonged to Madame Crumplebottom.
Beatrice: The Sultanate has found the crypt…
Stevenson: Good thing Madame Crumplebottom got out with the tablets when she did…
A bat flies up to the rooftop where they are and turns human. It is Poe.
Stoker: Poe?
Charles: In vampire form…
Poe: It is me…
Beatrice: Poe!
Beatrice hugs Poe and share a tearful reunion, then let go.
Poe: Desdemona has been defeated… So has Tybalt… But Ariel and the girls have escaped, and have taken over Crimea…
Beatrice: Oh…
Poe: Also… Benedick didn't make it…
Beatrice: … Is he…
Poe nods tearfully.
Poe: He's gone…
Beatrice begins to weep; Poe hugs her and weeps with her.
