The next day after summer school I go to court in what is basically a repeat of yesterday.
Judge Williams: So Dr Castro, you were resuming your examination of Officer Sampson.
Dr Castro : Yes I was your honor. Now officer Sampson, after Evans was arrested did you find anything relevant pertaining to the matter at hand his predatory Behavior?
Officer Sampson: Yes I was informed by Dr Suarez of some graffiti in a girls lavatory pertaining to evans. Apparently Melinda Sordino had written his name in a stall in marker in a list she made of guys to stay away from. We took pictures of the graffiti in question.
Dr Castro goes to his desk and pulls up a board with pictures of the graffiti I wrote in the bathroom.
Dr Castro: are these the pictures of the graffiti in question?
Officer Sampson: Yes
Dr Castro: Did you get any further detailed information on this?
Officer Sampson: yes we (meaning myself and officer bell )actually spoke to some of the girls who wrote here and they all had been sexually assaulted by mr Evans at one point. These girls who he had dated were either forcibly penetrated by him or have had to have fought him off when he had touched them in an unwanted sexual manner.
Dr Castro: what else did you uncover when investigating his predatory behavior?
Officer Sampson : a day after his arrest I wrote a search warrant for his car which had been parked in front of the school and I found these sexual restraints toys in his trunk. These restraints are used to restrain a partner while getting sexual activity from them.
Dr Castro pulls out these things that seem to be used on animals. They should be used on him minus the sex part of course.
Dr Castro: Are these the restraints sir?
Officer Sampson: yes they are.
Dr Castro: did he mean Mr Evans say what these restraints were for?
Officer: yes he said he was planning on using them for his prom date a girl named Rachel for the night of the prom. He said that and I quote " I was planning on using them to have some fun with Rachel on prom night, she was cute but all she was to me was sex."
I see the Jury giving the beast nasty looks and I feel like my head exploded. I knew he was a beast but to the point where willing to make Rachel his sex slave?
Dr Castro: thank you sir, cross examine counselor.
The beast's lawyer looks like he's just ready to call it a day.
The beasts lawyer: no questions
Judge Williams: Court is adjourned until Next Thursday.
That weekend I spend the day playing Tennis with dad in the morning and hanging out with David in the afternoon. All my summer school homework is getting done on time of course.
