AMY POV
The shaky breath I took once I saw Sonic's beat up face from afar made me stop looking. I faced away as the sounds of the ocean crashed loudly. I grab my chest and I look ahead in the bush I was in for answers of why Sonic was there.
"He… they beat him. How did…"
My mind tried to form a question after looking at Sonic being held hostage and then I hear noises in front of me. I come back to life and I create a ice dagger just in case if it was another one of these weapon wielders and I couch down low.
I peak out and I see Tails, Cream, Rouge, and Silver walking quietly and looking around. I wanted to open my mouth to speak but then I remember Sonic was right behind.
Hurting.
Beaten.
He was gone for the whole night so knows long he had been like that. I try to stand up to my feet but my legs shook in shock after seeing Sonic like that. I crawl out of the bush instead and I watch Silver walk around a tree.
"Silver." I whisper and he hears me and turns around quick and so does everyone.
They don't speak as they look at my face but they do approach me. Rouge touches my face and my mind goes blank.
"You… you looked terrified. Amy. Just tell us what happenend and what you saw." She says and Silver comes in.
"There was a wolf guy in the forest earlier and he made us spilt up as another girl came and attacked us. We lost Axel and Knuckles so since you are here and Shadow isn't that means… he fighting someone too?" Silver asks and I nod my head.
Silver looks worried and was about to stand up until I grabbed his shirt. Silver looks at me concerned and I pull him into the bush.
"Princess? What are you-"
"Shh. No one talk. Don't make a sound." I say to everyone and I motion them into the bush. They follow me and we crawl until we get a view of the ocean.
I see the guy guarding Sonic was saying something to him and Sonic head fell limp making my ears ring. I just watch him sit and he doesn't move.
Silver breath kicks up and I look everyone to see they are just as worried as I am. Silver turns away and looks at me.
"There is… there is no way that's-"
"It's him." Tails says with tears in his eyes and everyone fear kicks up. "It's Sonic. But… I'm confused. How did this all happen and why to him."
Tails question makes me look back and the guard was back on the sand making me watch him like prey. The fox walks around and stretches his arms like he was waiting for someone to show up. Silver scoots closer and eyes the guard down but I look at Silver quick.
"Wait." I whisper and Silver looks at me.
"No. I can scoop Sonic up and bring him back here for safety. It seems like they are holding him hostage for something so they must want something in return. We can't fall into their palm." Silver says and that makes me think quickly.
"Want what? Want what?.. what would Sonic have that they would want… "
I try to think and then I freeze.
"They want me." I say and they all look at me. "They want me… I saw another wolf in the forest. He asked for me because prior I was yelling in the forest trying to find you all. Only to find out that… he was looking for me. Him and his friends apparently."
"You?" Cream asks and she looks out the ocean. "But why?"
"Do you know them or remember them from anywhere?" Rouge asks.
"No… I don't." I whisper back and we all go silent.
I look back at Sonic just sitting and not moving and that makes me almost stand up.
"We have to get him back. Now. It's four against one. I'm guessing he is a water bender because of the ice but lets keep our guard up for anything." I say and they all nod their head.
"I can grab him, while you guys distract him." Silver says and we all agree.
"I'll go out first… maybe we can get some entail if I come out first but if anything gets bad, that's when Rouge, Tails, and Cream come for back up." I say.
"Okay… just be safe. This guys energy seems off." Rouge says and I take that into consideration since he was holding Sonic hostage.
"Alright."
My legs stopped shaking as I walked out into the sun and the warm sand. My feet sink every time I take a step and the fox that was walking around head turns to me quickly. He pauses and tilts his head as I approach him and then he grabs his sword tighter and that makes me stop.
I carefully turn my head to see Sonic and he still wasn't moving.
"Wow. Just like that." He says and I look back to him to see him walking towards me now. "I knew you were fearless but you walking up to me without a weapon and just that water bending ability is dangerous." He says and his way to have a conversation with me made me feel unsettled.
He stops six feet away from me and his eyes look around my body. I stare at him and try not to look towards the not moving prince an at the guy in front of me.
"Have you heard of anyone trying to kidnap you?" he asks.
"Why?"
The fox looks at me simply and then he sits in the sand drops his sword.
"Because that's supposed to be happening. My friends were supposed to find you and bring you back here but you just came right out." He says.
"What's your name and what do you want?" I ask firmly.
"…Cass…" he says and I nod my head and I wait for my next amswer."Also… I don't want anything. Someone else does from you. That's why I am here."
"Who is someone?" I ask and Cass grins.
"A person." He jokes and he stands up quickly and walks up to me without his sword.
I take a step back and I watch his weird behavior and he stops as he saw me step away.
"You aren't here to save him?" he points out and I keep my eyes on the tall fox ahead of me.
"Yes I am. Did you do that too him?" I ask and Cass blushes.
"Yeah! It was so much fun because he is such a tough guy but now he resting because I think I over did the torture this time." He says and looks over at him.
"Torture? Why were they doing that?"
"He is asleep now though. I don't know if its from pain, an concussion, or just because he hasn't slept in the past…24 hours. Who knows! But thanks for noticing my work! The prince is very stubborn so me even getting him to look like was hard." He says.
I stare at him because of the evil words coming out of his mouth and I try not to just straight up attack this creep so I can understand what else is going on.
"Why… why did you torture him?"
Cass looks at Sonic and then he rubs his arm as he thinks.
"Well, he wasn't taking orders and didn't do simply things he I asked him to do so he had to get tortured. I even cut a finger off. Good times." Cass says and he laughs.
"… a finger?" I say softly and he notices my change of tone and walks closer to me.
"Yeah, you know one of these." He wiggles his pinkie finger at me. "It's back though so don't worry. We just healed it back and then boom."
"We?" I question and Cass freezes and looks at me again.
His eyes wonder over all my face and my body and he looks back at my face.
"Yeah, we." He says.
"Okay, so there is a wolf, a female hedgehog, him and another. Maybe even more-"
"You are very pretty in person. Like besides seeing you in school books and stuff." He says randomly and I nod my head.
"Thanks. But Cass. You seem like a nice, reasonable person. Can you just let him go? Whatever he did to you in the past or something was caused by his mother. You don't have to get revenge on him." I say nicely and Cass brings up his eyebrow and turns around.
"My past? The prince has done no such thing to me." He says and then he picks up his sword and turns back to me.
"Then why are you doing this?"
When I ask the scary fox questions of the sort he seems to be thinking it about a lot. Probably the entire situation but after a moment or two he starts to smile again and looks at me with those deep red eyes.
"Let's talk about me and you. Not the prince for a moment, because I think the best way to get to know someone is through friendship!" Cass says.
"This guy is crazy." I think but I go along with it.
"Okay… we are friends-"
Cass runs up to me quickly and I was about to move until he grabbed my hand and shook it rapidly.
"Great! Now, here are somethings you need to know about me." He says and I look at his strong muscles and the sword he wielding in his free hand.
"My name is Cass. I'm allergic to peanut butter. I'm about six foot five and lastly, I'm very much a Scorpio. Oh! I also have killed more people than I have met." He says and then stops shaking his hand and I look at him carefully.
"Your turn, new friend." He says and I don't speak at first until I gain a confidence.
"I'm Princess Amelia… I'm a water bender and a Libra…" I stop talking because of his friendly smile and I notice a splash of blood on his neck that was probably from Sonic. " I… I… I'm not allergic to much-"
"GREAT! WE ARE FRIENDS NOW!" he says and drops my hand.
He stares at me once more and starts to laugh.
"So, if we are friends then you won't lie to me right?" he says.
"No… I wouldn't have a reason too unless-"
"Hey, friends don't lie to each other and if you lie then how are we supposed to be friends." He says.
"I wont lie then. Since we are friends-"
"GREAT!" Cass jumps in the air happily. "I'm so glad we are friends. Finally. Sonic didn't want to be my friend but you are super sweet. Just like the textbooks."
"Thank you…" I say softly and Cass laughs and then it stops quick but that smile still stays on his face.
"Are you alone?" he asks and I blink carefully as he looks into both of my eyes, expecting me to say a lie.
"Yeah… I was looking for Sonic so I went this way." I say and Cass nods his head and leans closer to my face.
"No one is here with you?" he asks.
"No…we are friends, right?" I say trying to hop in on his crazy talk. "Why would I lie to you?"
"I don't know." Cass says laughing and he leans up and looks away from me.
Looking straight behind me where my friends were hiding in the bushes. I turn around as well and he sighs making me look at him and he looked disappointed as he clutches his sharp sword in his hands.
"Lying is so cruel, Princess." He says and looks at me. "I really thought you wanted to be my friend."
"…We are friends? What lie have I told." I say.
"The one about your friends in the bushes." He says and my eyes focus fully on him now.
I tried to figure out how he would know that but by the emptiness that leaked into his red eyes, I knew that I had broken this crazy man's trust and I had no idea what he was going to do next, but I knew I needed to save Sonic.
Cass groans loudly and turns around from me and run his fingers through his curly hair while letting his sword drag across the sand. I secretly water bender another ice dagger and I eye his back as he walks away from me.
"Princess. You lying to me is going to cause a great distance in our friendship-"
While he was talking I ran up to him and push the dagger into his back but the dagger snaps in half. I look at the ice drop on the floor and the handle in my hand.
"It broke… how did it-"
Cass turns around slowly and he looks at me and then looks to the ground to see the rest of the dagger. He picks it up and looks at it and his eyes go to sad.
"You were trying to kill me? I was thinking about forgiving you about lying to me but now you have gone too far." Cass says and he steps closer to me making me take a step back.
"You want to stab me? Should I do the same to you? And then we can be even and maybe I'll think about being your friend after… only if you let me do the same to you-"
"No." I strongly and I point at Sonic. "You let him go now and you and your chaotic friends need to leave-"
"Hey, at least my friends don't try to stab me in back! I haven't done a single thing to you for to betray me like this!" Cass yells at me.
"You tortured Sonic!" I yell and he blushes at my tone.
"W-Well. I was ordered too." He says softly and I frown.
"By who!" I ask and he grabs his sword and points it at me.
"I-It doesn't matter! You have to come with us. You either willing come with us or I do as I am ordered and I force you too come! But… " Cass says and start getting angrier. "Since you are so pretty… maybe we can talk things out over food. Oh! Or maybe a nice campfire in these woods!"
Cass mood swings and changes throws me off and I start walking towards Sonic.
"Hey-Hey!" Cass says but I keep going and I move even faster. "Princess! Please cooperate. I wouldn't want to have to force you!"
I start to jog since I was getting far away from him and I start to ice bend to Sonic. I get closer and I notice that he had purple bruises on his face, cracking my heart instantly.
"HEY!" I hear above me and Cass jumps in front my ice and grabs me by the throat.
I cough and I water bend a ice block at his head hard and he only blinks from the impact. His strength increases and I fall to my knees and the ice I had on the water melt from my lack of concentration.
"Is he a airbender? He jumped over my head so maybe he flew but he has still yet to show me us ability-"
I cough out as he raises me and I swing my foot hard at his chest and that sends pain to my foot from hitting what felt like a brick wall. My eyes shut from the forceful choking and then stops and drops me into the water. I cough out and he raises his arm up and I watch it too see something happen.
He swings his arm down and I guard myself with a ice dome but wind appears infront of both of us. Silver jumps in between us and shoots wind that makes his hand go back up in the air to stop whatever he was about to do and sends Cass flying across the ocean. Silver then turns to me and brings me out of the ocean and then places me on it as I start to water bend with my feet.
"Are you okay?" he asks and I nod my head.
"Y-yeah. Thank you-" I hear Cass yell and he is charging at us with water behind him.
"Another water bender." I think and he holds his sword in his mouth as he comes at us angry.
I swing my arm back and I send a full wave of water at with him but he still breaks through it and uses the water I threw for extra speed.
Suddenly I see a bright light appear from his hand and he points it us.
"… What-"
I notice the move and I grab Silver and take us both underwater. I shoot as far and the lightning sends into the forest and I create a it bubble for us as I watch it explode.
"What was that?" Silver asks.
"He used lightning… but how. I thought I saw him water bend-"
My bubble I was holding Silver and me in opens with the sky present. This fox only had opened the entire ocean and Silver starts to fly to keep us from falling. He flies out of it and huge sharp ice starts sticking out of it , freezing reaching out for us as we soar out of it. One gets to close and I stop it but also another sharp object flies to us and I see that its his sword. His sword swings at our heads and I block it with one of the ice he created. The sword gets stuck in there and I grab the sword and take it out. Silver flies to the beach and we land on the sand and angry Cass comes later, staring at me only.
"Stop! You are outnumbered!" I yell and Cass growls and walks closer to me. "Cass! I don't want to hurt you. We need to stop fighting each other."
"But I want to hurt you! Just like how you hurt me! And you airbending friend!" Cass says and he starts smiling . "I'm going to cut all of you up!"
Cass runs at us and I hold his sword and I run at him as well. Silver flies over me and shoots air at him to distract him but Cass grins wildly and points at him lightning comes out super fast and Silver dodges barely and I take the time to swing at his chest. I hit his chest and the sword blade breaks. I watch it in shock fall apart and then I notice I am super close to him.
Cass swings his fist to my stomach and I block it but he still punches my arms hard making me winces. Silver comes in lifts him up and throws him into the forest. I stand up carefully and I watch Cass hit a tree but the same smile was on his face.
"It's like nothing hurts him." I think as I look at the broken sword. "Who is this guy."
"Amy!" Rouge yells joining us and Tails and Cream come out as well.
"Why is he water bending and using lightning?" Cream asks and they come beside.
"I don't know but he is very dangerous so don't drop your guard." I say and we look back to Cass.
Cass water benders a ice blade from the tree he hit and then walks out of the forest and back onto the sand.
"More friends." He says and he just looks at me.
"We don't have to fight each other, Cass. You know we don't. Just let us get Sonic and that's it. No one has to die here." I say and Cass chuckles and looks at the sword.
"That would be boring if no one did." Cass says and he looks around at us.
"Bring me the princess and you all can keep a foot." He says and that makes us bring our hands up.
"We aren't doing shit you say, you crazy fuck."Silver says and Cass laughs again.
"Fine."
Cass zooms at us quickly barely enough time to dodge him coming at us and as I blink he swings his sword at Rouge and she dodges by jumping since he was aiming for our feet.
We all attack him at once with our water abilities as he used none but the sword in his hand. Tails shot lighting at him once he did and it created a loud noise that Cass took advantage over and water bended water from the sword and blasted Tails off into the forest.
"Tails!" I yell and I watch Cass do the same with Rouge and Cream and then it was just Silver and I again.
"That was so quick. I didn't even get to cut a leg." Cass says and we breathe heavily after trying to knock him down even once but it was like fighting a mountain.
Cass runs at us again and we fight him fist to fist. Cass was dodging and throwing punches back with ease and even trips me as I don't look. I slide my foot under his legs he jumps easily while hitting Silver in the stomach… making him lean over. He then water benders silver into the water and he keeps going and going. I watch him as he moves his lower and lower into the water and then he stops and looks at me.
"This guy is unbeatable. I can't even get a scratch on him."
I stand up and I shoot ice shards at him at him and they scratch him and even one goes into his arm but that doesn't stop him from approaching me.
"Your water bending moves are even cute. Wow." Cass says and he blushes madly as he looks down to my legs.
"I couldn't even hit a girl so pretty as you if I wanted but if I have to get forceful then I will. So, one more time. I'll ask you to come with me and then that's it." He says and I scoff.
"No."
Cass sighs and starts to laugh and runs at me. He throws two punches my way but then send his knee quickly my stomach causing me to lean over and then he grabs my shirt and throws me across the beach. I plop on the ground and I look up at him. He starts to run and I try to get up quickly but was moving much quicker.
"Shit." I say and I stand up again to prepare to fight him.
Silver comes out the water and sends a huge blast his way and then he runs over to me to get back beside me.
"He sent me all the way to the bottom of the ocean. How is that even possible?" he says takes a piece of seaweed from his face.
"I don't know… he isn't normal. I can't stop him." I say and Silver sighs.
"We have to think of something before he comes back." Silver says.
"Nothing has worked though. I used everything I could think of to take him down but-"
"Fire…" I say .
"No. Princess they don't even know you have that ability, We should keep it hidden like Shadow said." Silver says and I shake my head.
"He won't even see it. If we combine it and maybe blow him up then we can possibly take him down." I say and Silver thinks about then agrees.
"Okay. But when-"
Cass appears back on the beach with a branch going through his shirt and starts coming at us.
"NOW!" I yell and Silver shoots air at him and I try to shoot fire back but I felt nothing warm surge in me.
"Princess! He is coming!" Silver says and I hold my hand out waiting for the flame to appear.
"Okay. Okay." I close my eyes and breathe" "Just breathe. Control and send it out." I say and I still feel nothing but I try to focus on my chi.
"Come on. Come on."
"Princess…" Silver says in a warning tone and I breathe out deeply and I aim with his air.
Smoke starts to come out of my hand and I look at it and then focus more. Cass approaches fast and then creates another sword, coming right at us. He jumps and dodges a bigger air blow and he laughs hysterically as he comes closer. I look away from and close my eyes since his face was terrifying and my arm start to shake.
"PRINCESS!" Silver yells and shoots a big blast of air that moves us back but Cass jumps in the air dodging it and he comes right at us.
"I CAN'T DO IT!" I yell and a bright light comes from me.
"BOOM!"

My hand touches something wet as I open my eyes and I see the ocean. I blink softly and I notice that the ice path was ahead of me and I see Sonic still sitting on there.
"Sonic-" I cough. And smoke leaves my mouth.
I turn my head to look around and I see Silver uncoiousus and then Cass no where to be seen. I turn back to Sonic and I push myself up. I wobble and I feel something slide down my head and I touch it.
"Blood. Shit." I say as I realize I blew myself up.
I shakily take a step on the ice and I keep going as the wind pushed my hair. I fall on my knees and I touch the cold surface of the ice as I breathe quickly.
The sun shines on it and I look up to see Sonic a feet away from me so I place my hand on my knee and push myself up.
I felt so dazed after what happened so walking felt like forever. Trying to get to the prince. I get closer and I start seeing what I saw earlier. The brusies and ripped clothing from probably being hurt. He had no shirt on as well as he sat there motionless.
That makes me jog to him and as I get closer I start freaking out. He looked so bad.
I finally make it too him and the middle of the ocean and I fall onto my knees. He still didn't react to me falling on the ice and I touch his face with dried blood on it and I lift it up. His mouth was also covered by metal that wrapped around his head. His eyes were closed and the other was swollen. I pat his face gently and he doesn't even awake.
"Sonic…" I say and I pat his face some more and he slowly starts to move his eyelids.
He moves his neck on his own and grunts in pain while he opens his eyes.
Sonic eyes spinned and he dropped his head again making me lift it back up.
"He is completely out of it and still in pain."
My eyes move to his chest and I can see whip marks, punches, and maybe bruises that would occur with other objects and he has cuts too. His ribs were also an unusual color since they were light red.
"What did they do to you?" I whisper and that makes him move his head again.
He blinks a couple of times trying to see who was in front of him but the way his eyes widened made me scared. He starts breathing heavy and I shush him.
"It's okay. It's just me-"
"MMMM" Sonic yells and shrugs his head out of my palms.
"S-Sonic. Calm down." It's okay." I say and I grab his head again and he tries to push himself up and he looks behind him to see why he couldn't move.
"They have you handcuffed but its okay. I can get you out of here." I say and I move to his hands but Sonic pushes me back with his shoulder.
"MMM!MMM!" he says and he looks around.
"Just let me-"
Sonic shakes his head and starts to thrash. His behavior scared me because he was panicking and I just move back to his face.
"Relax." I say and Sonic looks at me with his one good eye and moves his head to my shoulder and then pushes me away from him again.
"MMM! MMMM!"
"What? Sonic, you do know its me right?" I say and he coughs and winces in pain. "Do your ribs hurt- You look very beaten and…" I stop talking as I remember about his fingers and I move around to check if he had them all and he did.
Sonic pushed me again and he breathes heavily and looks me in the eye.
"Sonic, I-"
Sonic eyes widen and he looks behind me. I turn around and I see Cass staring at me, holding his side and blood was coming out of his eye and mouth. He stares at me darkly and I carefully turn my back from Sonic and stand up, protecting him.
"You don't have to hurt him." I say strongly and Sonic head touches the back of my leg.
"MMM!" Sonic yells and he shrugs at the chains he was tied too.
Cass still stares at me coldly and then he looks at Sonic and I move in the way of his eyes. "No-"
Cass takes out the last chunk of sword that I broke on his body and I look at it. I look back at Cass and I back up even more, still protecting Sonic. Sonic mumbles and yells for some reason as I watch Cass.
"Move." He says and I shake my head.
"No-"
"I'll kill both of you. Right here." He says and Cass wasn't kidding or trying to give us another chance."But first. I'm killing Sonic first so you can watch him die."
Cass moves quickly and I guard Sonic with my life.
"I'll come with you!" I say and Cass eyes widen.
My eyes were widening too since he was trying to kill Sonic and I touch Sonic hair with the hand behind my back. I had no energy left and protecting Sonic was starting to become way bigger than my life itself at the moment.
Since I am the reason he got like this in the first place.
"I'll do it… I promise. I'll come with you. You need me right?" I ask and Cass looks over me curiously."I'll do it. Just… leave him alone. He can't fight or defend himself. So just leave him alone and I'll come. I promise."
"You promise?" Cass asks and I nod my head.
"Y-Yeah. As long as you promise not to hurt him-"
"MMM!" Sonic slams his head on the back of my leg and I turn back to see him angry. He shakes his head rapidly side to side and I look away from him.
"I'll do it. Just leave him alone and my friends." I say softly and Cass looks at me, like if he was trying to see if I was lying so I get on one knee and then the other slowly.
"I surrender." I say and I hold my hands up.
Cass eyes blushed watched me get on my knees and I prayed that it would change his mind.
"Okay!" he says and his entire mood changes and he turns around. I watch him as he lifts his hand in the air, dropping the sword in the ocean and shoots lightning in the sky.
I watch it sore and then he turns around happily.
"I'm glad you finally reconsidered! We are going to have a great time! Just ask Sonic!" Cass says and I don't speak nor move after his comment. "My friends are coming shortly and then we can leave!" he says and I nod my head.
I slowly turn around to Sonic who was looking at me in disbelief.
"I… I didn't know what else to do." I whisper and Sonic looks off sadly.
"I didn't. They were going to kill him and me probably. I didn't know what else to do but surrender."
Sonic still pushes me away with his head and but not as forceful this time and I watch him. I touch his head and I feel tears come to eyes since I didn't know what to expect after this.
"He wants me to run but… I can't leave him. He wouldn't even last.
"Are you hurting?" I ask and he lifts his head and shakes his head "no." but I am sure he wants me to keep my energy and not waste it on him.
"It's okay. Let me just heal your eye atleast." I say and I water bend some water to his face.
I reach for his face but big hands grab my arms and pulls them from behind me. Sonic starts mumbling loudly and pulls at his handcuffs. I shrug at their grip and then Cass laughs.
"Don't worry. We just have to put you in handcuffs before we go because we cant have you trying to run away, trick us, or lie." Cass says and I feel hand cuffs go around my arms and my powers leave me just as fast since they are the special ones. He pushes me on the ground and fall on my chest and I turn around sit on my butt. Cass was watching me struggling and I look at him angrily for pushing me.
"Oh, change that face sweetheart before I change the prince's" he says and walks up to Sonic, but I move in front of him quickly.
Sonic mumbles even more and I ignore as I protect him the most I can. Cass bends down and he grabs my face and looks at it and his even turns my head to side and looks at my neck.
"Such a pretty woman. The anger in your eyes is doing something to me now." Cass says and I let him hold my face and not provoke him anymore since I thought he would take it out on Sonic.
Sonic pushes on my back and Cass looks over at him for being angry and looks at me.
"I won't touch him now but this deal of ours of not harming him might not last very long." He says and stands.
"We- WE MADE A DEAL! You have no other reason to touch him when he can't do anything for himself! Also, you have what you wanted so just let him go."
Sonic disagrees with that by moving even more making Cass laugh.
"We need you both."
"Both of us?"
Soon his other friends appear and they walk up to us and look directly at me. The girl with the blond hair looks like nothing happened to her but for her to stop fighting Shadow and come back unharmed me nervous. Even the wolf guy but his pants was ripped slightly but he still looked fine.
"Hey guys! Look I did it!" he says and the blonde hedgehog scoffs and turns away.
"It's not rocket science. Anyone could have gotten the princess." The wolf says and he still looks at me.
"No, look at my eye and my arm!" Cass says and the wolf gets annoyed. "She cut me!" Cass says.
"I cut him… So that's what he thinks what happened. At least he didn't see me fire bend."
"I don't know why Sally put you on guard duty." The wolf says and turns away from me.
"Because I found the Prince! Why are you guys so mean to me." Cass says and the blonde hedgehog sighs.
"Can we just go. That stupid airbender broke my nail." She says looking at her hands.
"Yeah. Yeah."
Cass puts us in a ice dome and then lowers us slowly. We are covered around the water and we shoot down quickly going deep underwater. Cass then turns around and watches us and then the smiles.
"Enjoying the ride? He asks and I look off.
"You were supposed blind them" The blonde hedgehog says and then our ride stops.
"OH! YOU ARE RIGHT! Can you do that for me-"
"I got it." The wolf says and grabs potato sacked bags and walks to us.
He approaches Sonic first and Sonic is staring at him angrily and moves his head as he tries to avoid being covered. The wolf notices this and grabs his hair forcefully and shoves his head in.
"You can be stubborn all you want with, Cass but not me." He says and then smacks Sonic on the head making me stand move in front of him.
"Stop it!" I yell and the wolf stares at me and his eyes make me nervous since I was vulnerable.
He places the bag over my head as well and pushes me and I trip and land on the floor. I lean up but I feel a foot go onto my chest.
"You have no princess-authority down here." He says and he moves and then I hear something move quick.
"MMM!" Sonic groans in pain and I leans up but I get pushed back down.
Sonic complains in pain again and I try to move the best I could but I was being held down.
"STOP IT! CASS! WE PROMISED THAT IF I WOULD COME THEN YOU WOULDN'T-"
"Well, I lied. So, now we are even and can be friends again." Cass says and I growl angrily.
I get raised up and a finger goes to my head.
"The more you act up the more I kick the shit out of him. So do what we say and shut it." Says the wolf and I squeeze my fists angrily.
I do as I am told and I hear Sonic cough in pain making me move closer to him. My arm touches his and he moves it and mumbles something I couldn't understand but I hoped that it wasn't nothing about him being in dire pain.
We soon stop after the quiet ride and they both lift us to our feet. We start to walk on the ground of something heading somewhere dark. Light soon shows as we get pushed through a door and we make multiple turns and walk upstairs. I try to contain my cool but being held captive and not knowing what they needed me for sure, scared me.
We stop and they open a door and then we get pushed inside somewhere that felt like a room. They sit me down on the ground and I hear Sonic possibly get set beside me. They raise my arms, and something connects to the hand cuffs and then the bag comes off my face. The bright lights take time to adjust to but I notice we are in a small ice room with a door and some chains connected to the chain of the hand cuffs. I turn my head to watch Cass take off Sonic's bag too and Sonic looks around instantly and sees me beside him.
"Alright!" Cass says happily. "I'm so proud of you guys finally surrendering. Now we can finally get started and become closer as friends- "
The door opens and a brown squirrel appears and smiles as she sees me. She then looks at Sonic and then back to me closes the door behind her.
"Great job, Cassie!" she says patting his head. "You got the princess. Wow. It's nice to meet you." She says and I stare at her.
"Who are you?" I ask and she smiles since I ignored her greeting.
"Sally." She says and I look over her clothes and she grabs my face.
She looks over it carefully and laughs.
"Wow, you got her." Sally says and stands up and looks at Sonic. "She is here Sonic! Maybe now this will give you some inspiration to take that test?"
Sonic looks at her angrily and mumbles something.
"Oof, we can't even understand what you are saying." Sally says and looks at Cass.
"Grab him."
Her orders make me nervous and I lean up quickly.
"Wait! Cass you said you wouldn't hurt him. We are even!" I yell and Sally looks at me from my sudden outburst. "Please… I'm begging you not too…. Don't hurt him or kill him. I'm here. You got what you wanted.
"Promised you what?" Sally asks.
"Cass promised me that he wouldn't hurt him if I came. So, please. He is defenseless and-"
"Oh… you are really scared that we might hurt him." Sally says and smiles at me."You do know that he and his kingdom has killed multiple innocent lives, right? Like his mom practically salutered families and children. Living people to burn in their homes because they were so afraid to leave them because she was talking over their villages. To protect a kingdom that was way to powerful before."
"Yes, but Sonic… he was a victim as well and he is trying to change. There is no need to hurt him. You have me. Just say what you want from me and leave him alone."
They say nothing as they watch me look at them in fear and Sally looks at Cass.
"Grab him. And kill him. Bring his body back in here and let her weep."

"Sure can do!" Cass says and I look at Sonic.
Sonic is looking at me and once Cass grabs him Sonic pushes him off of him making Cass use more muscle and pick him up. Sonic shakes his head "no" as Cass gets him to his feet. Cass chuckles at Sonic refusing to walk so he pushes him to the ground and grabs his feet and starts to slide him on the floor.
Sonic mumbles loudly and looks at me as he is pulled away. I watch him look at me sadly and a tear streams down my cheek. More tears do as I watch him leave my eyes and then I blink in shock as he is gone out of the room. My body trembles in fear and Sally moves and pats my head and squats in front of me.
"Don't cry. People die." Sally says but I couldn't help but to cry.
They were going to kill him.
The thought of Sonic dying made me look at her and bow my head.
"I'm begging. Please… I'll do anything. You want land… power? I can do it. Money… A kingdom? I'll do it…. Just… Not Sonic please…" I say softly with tears hanging on my lips and Sally rubs my hair and I blink softly letting more fall.
"Please."
"Please what-"
"DON'T KILL HIM!" I yell and she watches me with no expression. "YOU… YOU HAVE ME? WHY DO YOU NEED TO GO TO SUCH MARICLOUS ACTIONS-"?
Sally covers my mouth and I stare crying even more since there was no way I could save him or even get free. She wipes my tears and moves her hand from my mouth, and I drop my head feeling defeated.
"Chaos… why Sonic."
I cry more and time passes over and Sally just sits with me until I hear the door unlock. The door opens and I was afraid to look up as Cass dropped something in front of me and I start backing away and turning my head.
"I can't look. I can't. I don't want to see…" I think as I sniff my nose and cry even more.
"Open your eyes." She says and I refuse to do so.
I start crying again and she grabs my face and I start fighting back and I feel my head lose control over the actions I tell it. My eyelids start to open too and I notice that blood bending is being used on me. My eyes start to come forward and I fight it so hard until I actually look ahead of me.
