As I'm chasing the elf, I notice that she is gracefully dodging everything in her way like she was performing in some sort of dance and the people around her had rehearsed for days on end, to make sure that the scene in front of me plays out perfectly.

Watching the jaw-dropping abilities of the elf, I finally realize why her Agi and dex stats are so damn high. Each and every single part of her run had a purpose, she was constantly changing how her feet landed, her center of gravity, and flawlessly using the momentum from each of her twirls and spins.

Sadari didn't waste even a bit of energy, I had also noticed that she was keeping herself at a certain amount of distance from me, just far enough that we could easily see each other, but every so often she disappeared in the crowd.

Sadly she just simply wasn't fast enough to dodge the lygerfang or else the still smiling elf would have danced circles around it, giggling the whole time.

But I notice between me and the bubbly elf quickly shorten, I look up and immediately realize why

"We're home!" the fairy next to me chirps. And just as she said, we had indeed arrived at our Familia mansion.

The "Home of Peace" also known as the Freyr Familia's base of operation. The most simple way to describe the Familia home would be "Radiant". The "Home of Peace" is a 3 well technically 4 story building, if you count the basement. Most of the Mansion is made of semi reflective material that makes the sun shine off of it but not in a blinding way. It's built in a way that no matter where you are, as long as you see the mansion you can feel a little of the sun's warmth.

The Freyr Familia used to be a larger Familia and at one point there were five level 3s and one level 4, so using the funds they had gotten from the dungeon, the "Home of Peace" was built. But only 4 years after it's construction there are only 4, well 3 now, occupants, with 1 of them being the Familia's god

We see Freyr standing outside. If one were to take only a quick glance one might mistake Freyr for a female with his sandy blonde shoulder length hair that is more wavy than the ocean in a storm. And his soft feminine features, whether it be the lean and not very muscular build that is about half a head shorter than me , or the always gentle look in the god's sky blue eyes, it is easy to tell that fighting would always be a last resort for this peace loving deity.

"What happened to Jack?" Our God asked as normally as he could but even a deaf man could hear the tremble in his voice. Being Jack's deity he knew as soon as Jack died as he had felt the imaginary string connecting Jack's falna to him snap.

At this question, both of our good moods plummet back down. I open my mouth to speak but nothing comes out. I look at Freyr to see him patiently waiting for an answer but even a kind god like Freyr has his limits.

But before he could ask again, I started talking first this time after I managed to calm myself down.

The more I explain the more Freyr hears the more his expression scrunches up.

" As we were coming back up we came across a Jackbird getting chased by what I believe were 4 level 3 adventurers." Freyr's brow raised in surprise before going back to normal. " And when we got to the surface, we agreed to meet back at babel after an hour."

Freyr takes a look at the horizon when a barely visible portion of the sunset is still haining in the air then breathes out a long and tired sigh as he walks towards us. Sadari and I both freeze up a bit, we both know that Freyr is an incredibly nice god, but a god is still a god. All gods naturally have an aura of divinity around that is stifling to any and all mortals regardless of age, sex, race or level.

But Freyr simply raised his arms up and pulled both of us into a hug. Even with Sadari's elven nature of not liking people touching them, she didn't regret the hug one bit. "I'm glad you two came back to me" He tiredly whispers out. After about a minute, he let go of us and pulled back and gave the best smile he could and said,"you go get cleaned up and go meet up with your teammates. When you get back I will have dinner ready to celebrate your return and honor Jack's life." finishing up Freyr walked back into the house.

Sadari and I follow behind, but we break off as we have to go towards our own rooms.

" I never understood why you picked the room right next to mine" I look at the room one door to the left to see a green haired elf with an innocent smile on her face.

"Because I like being next to you. You got a problem with that you-you-you" she looks me up and down for a second before snapping at me "Beanpole!" she sticks out her tongue with a red face then storms into her room slamming the door behind her.

"So cute" I mutter to myself as I also walk into my room.

After a bit I come out of my room feeling brand new after a nice ice cold shower and a fresh pair of clothes. I had tried to take a warm shower once before and *shiver* never again. I hear the door next to me creak open as Sadari poked her head out.

"Sorry" she says while turning away with a guilty expression

I'm confused about what she's apologizing about,"For what?" I asked her 'is she blaming herself for Jack's death? For me getting seriously injured? Neither of those were her fault, in fact she was the main contributor to the reason the rest of us could make it out alive?'

"For calling you a name." she whispers and my mind goes blank, before.

"HAHAHA" I burst out laughing so hard that it aggravated my still recovering wounds.

"W-Why are you laughing?!" she demanded with her face and ears flushed red.

"HAHAHAHA" which of course made me laugh even harder than before. At this point the pain had gotten so bad that my eyes had started to water due to a combination of pain and lack of oxygen.

"I said stop!" She yells angrily with a stomp of her right foot against the floor and her hands balled at her sides.

I hold up a hand to calm her down as I start to calm myself down.

After about 15 seconds of calming down I looked at her to respond, and had to snort back a laugh before I started laughing uncontrollably again.

"Sadari" I look her in the eyes before continuing, " Never try to insult someone again." I tell her as nicely as possible while choking back a laugh.

"I'm sorry that I like you too much to see any faults in you!" I choke on air as I look at my elven companion incredulously.

"Yeah I like you, no I love you and I have for years, I have been waiting years for you to confess to me but I'm done waiting!" I see her take a deep breath before shouting toward the sky, as if to announce it to the whole world,"I, Sadari Ljos Alf, LOVE Kanin Yuki.!"

Her head snaps back down and stares at me with righteous fury in her eyes. " I realized something today down in the dungeon, you know? When I saw what I thought to be your dead body take a shallow breath, something snapped in me. I swore to myself that I would never lose you, that I would never let someone else take you and that I would love your idiotic ass until the end of time!" At this point she was panting hard trying to regain her breath, but of course that didn't stop the fuming elf from continuing

"And it's not like this is a one sided love, I know DAMN well you feel the same about me, literally EVERYONE knows! So I refuse to wait any longer. And I refuse to take no for an answer!"

As I'm completely frozen in place, I see Sadari reach towards my face and quickly pull her face towards mine and smashes her lips into mine. At that point the only thought in my mind was 'tastes like cherry?'

Without either of us realizing it dozens of golden strings had come out of my body with time once more slowing golden threads then started to weave between me and the one I was sharing this connection with. Any god or high level spirit could easily recognize this as what happens when a spirit bonded with a mortal to lend their powers. But that same confidence would shatter as they notice that this one was unlike a normal spirit contract, in which a piece of the spirit's soul is sewed onto the mortal's soul in order for them to be able to use the abilities. But this contract was different, it was not just parts of Kanin's soul being fused onto Sadari's soul but the strings also took a piece of Sadari's soul that had been untouched by the previous process and began to fuse it into an untouched piece of Kanin's soul. And with this one of a kind bond now complete, it became the only time in history where both the bonder and the bonded both benefited. But of course no one knew about this, not even the both of them as it all happened in the blink of an eye in real time.

I only came back to my senses when I felt the soft feeling of Sadari's lips leaving mine. I see a beet red elf staring back at me with a smug grin on her face.

I try to open my mouth but Sadari beats me to it," now pick your slacked jaw off the ground and hurry up, we're going to be late h-honey." and as if she had exhausted all the confidence she had built up for the past 5 years we've known each other, she starts sprinting down the hall.

"Wow I'm an asshole for making her do that huh?" I mumble to myself, as I bring my right hand up and touch my lips with it. Then I pause again, ' did she say her full name was Sadari Ljos Alf?!' I start sweating. 'What the hell have I just got myself into'. Any elf with the name Ljos Alf is in some way related with the royal family. It doesn't have to be the princes or princesses but anyone with that name holds immense influence.

I walk into the entrance area still in a bit of a daze. Sitting there with a sly grin was my deity Freyr

"Damn she got you good huh?" he says with a laugh.

I feel my face heat up a bit and reply with as straight a face as I could muster."Y-Yeah you could say that."

His smile slowly turned into that of a doting parent and says softly," make sure to treat her kindly, you hear me"

Hearing that I smile, and with a nod I replied,"I promise to protect her smile with my life."

Not sensing a lie Freyr shoos me out of the mansion.

When I get outside I see Sadari waiting not to far from door, Sadari is wearing casual civilian clothes consisting of white running shoes, black leggings and a pink long-sleeved shirt that said "Tree hugger" in black letter on both the front and back, I chuckle silently as I walk up behind her. I can tell she hears me, because of her ears twitching every time I take a step.

Sadari jumps as I drape a furry navy blue coat, I brought with me over her slender shoulders. Although I like the cold, Sadari has a habit of under-dressing in colder temperatures so I've gotten used to bringing a coat whenever we go out, even if I never use it.

I was wearing a black t-shirt and a pair of white shorts that had three black stripes down each side. I was also wearing running shoes but mine were black to contrast her white.

I thought of a way to get back at her for what she did early so I put on an evil smirk and leaned in next to her ear and whispered," that coat has a price little princess."

She started to tremble as she quickly turned around but before she could ask, I quickly cupped her chin and gently kissed her tender lips.

I have no idea what I'm doing, as Sadari had taken my first kiss just a few minutes prior so I just slowly pulled away not wanting to do something that she wouldn't be comfortable with.

I look at the adorable elf and notice she still had her eyes closed and her lips puckered.

I take a second to savor the flavor still on my lips, then leaning down to the still girl, I start to whisper in her ear again," They say revenge was sweet, but I just found out that it's actually cherry flavored."

My words have the intended effect as her eyes snap open and give me a little glare, and when I smile widely at her cute expression, she starts to lightly punch me.

"Ow, Ow, Ow ok ok I yelled please stop". I plead for her to stop her light punches that don't do much more than remind me that my body isn't fully healed.

She finally stops and pushes her head into my chest and mumbles into it,"Not in the open you dummy"

I smile down at her and ask, "so I can kiss you as much as I want in private then?"

After another round of punches and me begging for her to stop, we decide to head off.

As we begin walking I feel her hand snake into mine and she squeezes it strongly, I look at her questioningly,"I'm just making sure you can't get away from me. After all, you're all mine now." as she was talking, she leaned her head into my shoulder.

The simple and firm answer makes my cheeks gain a light dusting of pink. I then kissed the top of her head on her green hair, which caused her ear to twitch and tickle my neck a little. But sadly she took her head off my shoulder, though I couldn't blame her as it seemed very uncomfortable. Then I realized that I had kissed her hair and not her hood.

Bringing it to conversation I ask, " why aren't you wearing your hood anymore?"

She turns her head and smiles up at me and says maybe a little too loudly for my liking, "It's because I found my life long partner."

I tripped a little at her bold proclamation, and looked judgingly at her. I understood that we both loved each other, but feelings sometimes change.

"Ack!" As soon as I think that, I feel a splitting headache and my body locks up, and I hear one phrase being repeated in my head. "but know that a spirit never breaks their promises, no matter what." but it's strange, it's only like half of my body is being affected.

'I get it. I get it now make it fucking stop!' I shout in my head. And as if it was never there the headache just disappears and I gain full control of my body again.

"Kanin, are you alright? Why did you freeze there? Did I say something wrong?" Sadari is looking at me with a bit of unease and what seems to be a bit of fear?

"Yeah I'm alright, just got a random headache for a sec. I'll be all good, might be from a side effect from the Lygerfang fiasco and healing so fast.

She looked at me for a second before the little bit of fear in her expression disappeared and she closed her eyes and visibly deflated in relaxation " thank the gods. I thought that you weren't ok with what I said." she added with a wry smile

I ruffle her hair a bit, making her ears start flipping all about at my touch, a smile comes to my face."Come on ya worry-wat let's not make them wait."

Once we got back to moving down the road again, we started to continue the previous conversion and I had asked her how she knew her feelings weren't going to ever change.

"We elves mate for life, the first one we fall in love with is the only one we will ever truly love." and there goes that idea.

"What about if the elf's partner dies?" I ask, a little baffled by the revelation. And try to imagine myself spending hundreds of years without someone to come home to, or someone I can confide in, someone to be my other half.

"Well the elf might find someone else but the rest would never truly be able to win their heart." She ponders for a bit," If they found another partner it would normally only be to produce offspring."

"Yeesh, that's rough." I think out loud.

I see Sadari looking at me with thoughtfulness, then with uncertainty she asks," Hey Kanin, what race are you? you look human but there are multiple things pointing otherwise." Which makes me look at her like she's stupid.

"As you can clearly see, I point to myself, I am human," I say with a bit of sadness because although it would be a while, it means that Sadari will outlive me and be unable to love anymore, and that would be breaking my oath.

I see Sadari frown and frimley shake her head, making her bright green hair swirl and dance in the air as if alive."No,no that can't be right, you don't feel like a human. Whether it be your extreme bias for the cold or your insane amount of recovery.

A normal blessed human with your stats would have undoubtedly died from that Lygerfang's blown. If they hadn't died from the charge then for sure they wouldn't have been able to move around about 2 and half hours later, unless they used something like an elixir."

I only think about it for a bit before I make sure to talk to Freyr about whatever the hell had happened to me. I softly bonked the elf on the head, her being far too deep in thought to notice.

"Ouch" she whines as she rubs the top of her head." What was that for you big meany?"

"Enough about me, how about you Ms. Alf surely nothing bad would happen to me because you are some sort of secret princess right." I joke light-heartedly. But I start to sweat profusely as I see her turning away and refusing to meet my gaze.

"Oy oy oy this is a prank right?!" I half shout in desperation.

"On the bright side not many people know what I look like, they only know That another child was born after Riveria left" she said in console. With a half-hearted smile on her face

I think for a bit on where I heard the name and then my mind blanks

"R-Riveria? As in the daughter of the king of the Alfs" I ask weaky

"Yup big sis left the day I was conceived." she giggles,"It's actually why papa was so late in going after her. Though I didn't see papa much, he was always too busy, mama always came and told me all about big sis Riveria! I actually came to Orario because I wanted to meet big sis" she started to pout, when talking about her father but then brightened up when talking about her mother and sister. But of course I couldn't focus on that at all.

"WAIT YOUR ACTUALLY-" I forcefully stop myself because although there may not be that many people around, if I shout it to the world then someone would notice. And I'm not sure how people would react if they learned if I was dating an elven princess.

*Fuwwwwww* After a long breath in and out I look at Sadari again and in a much quieter tone this time ask"Are you actually elven royalty?"

She pursed her lips and slowly responded," well yes and no." She hesitates for a bit before continuing." My papa and mama are the rulers of the Alf forest but I was never recognized as royalty because my hair is lively green and my eyes are purple instead of jade green for both, like every other royal has ." with each word her ears drop lower and lower.

I gently squeeze her hand to remind her of my presence. Before I try to change the subject,"We're almost at the guild, let's look for Jess and Magnus."

I see her look at me with her ears raising back up a bit at the mention of our friends. She happily starts to scan the surroundings like she hasn't seen them in years and not an hour.

And not even 3 seconds later "Hehe found youuuuu!" and without a second thought she starts to speed walk with a hop in her step towards our party members.

Looking towards where she was going I saw a blond haired man, roughly the same height as me talking with a young carmel haired woman that was about 30 whole cm shorter than him, and suddenly interrupting their conversation was the bubbly elf that was just next to me.

I shake my head slightly with a goofy grin as I quietly whisper to myself."I really love that goofball."

Making my way over I'm greeted warmly by the two who's conversation was interrupted by the elf with too much energy.

"HAHA" Magnus is laughing his ass off while we enter the guild, "You got outplayed by the elf HAHA!" he slowly wipes the tear forming in his eye away." I can't believe you made her be the one to actually tie the knot."

With my expression rapidly twisting between annoyance and experiment, I try my best to ignore Magnus. Looking around the guild I notice that it is sparsely populated. Most adventurers leave the dungeon well before the sun sets, so they can spend some time in the sun and not live everyday in darkness.

Out of the corner of my eye I see Sadari staring off to the right with unease etched into her face but knowing her for long enough I can also see the excitement burning in her eyes. As I also look to the right I understand why.

At first I see a red haired wolf-kin woman in a booth wearing the guild uniform, of a white long sleeved shirt with a black vest overtop of it. Along with pure black suit pants and black shoes. And oh boy did she look pissed. Like someone just told her they were about to send a kid into the dungeon and there's nothing she'd could do to stop them.

And sitting across from the infuriated wolf kin was an elf draped in long tan robes with small green and gold trims in it. She has perpetually narrowed jade eyes and long and smooth jade hair, the characteristics of high elves from the Alf forest. Her long hair was held together with a golden band, leaving two streaks in front, framing her beautiful face. And next to the high elf was a bundle of golden hair. Ah nope that's wrong, there seems to be a little girl in that bundle of golden hair. With a face that was devoid of emotion, almost like a doll.

"Hey guys can you go sell the stuff and do the report? I'll make it up to you."

"Huh, I mean sure but your buying me a drink then" came Magnus' reply while he scratched his head

" yea sure but make it two drinks then" came the answer from the not so secret booze lover.

I give them a smile and a little nod as they walk away to go do what I had asked of them.

Slipping my hand into Sadari's I give her a reassuring squeeze, to remind her of my presence. And it seems to work, as Sadari looks at me with a nervous expression.

"Do you want to go and say hello? Early you said you wanted to meet Riveria " I ask, making sure to keep holding her hand to try to give her something to rely on.

"I-I don't know, how would she even know I'm telling the truth, she's never even seen her before. And I've only seen her in paintings and the like! She might just think tha-".

"Hey!" I snap my fingers in her face, and it gets her to stop rambling and look at me in confusion.

"Take a breath and calm down, first I doubt any elf would be dumb enough to pretend to be royalty in front of actual royalty. Second, if she doesn't believe you, ask her to get a god to confirm it. And third I think she'll be a lot nicer than you think, she's been known to heal any injured adventures the loki famila comes across."

Although Sadari doesn't seem to be fully convinced she does as I say and takes a few breaths to calm herself down. As she's doing that, I see the red haired guild employee (who's name was Rose if I remember correctly) stand up in a huff place down a piece of paper and walk away. Riveria immediately begins to fill out the form, leaving her and the doll-like girl alone in the booth.

Seeing them alone now, and telling the finally calm Sadari," come on let's go over, I'll come with you, so you aren't alone." Although I act calm and collected on the surface I'm very nervous at meeting one of the three executives of the Loki Famila. Seeing a small nod out of Sadari I start walking over to the still scribbling high elf with Sadari tailing directly behind me, still being too nervous to meet her sister.

The first one to notice me is the little ball of golden hair, she looks at me and tilts her little hair in an adorable way that makes me want to pinch her cheeks. As we are about halfway there the little girl tugs on the high elf's robes making her look at the girl in curiosity. The little girl then points at the two of us approaching them. Which in turn also makes Riveria turn to look at us. Seeing me approaching with what looked like an elf behind me, and that got an eyebrow slightly raised at me.

Finally reaching the unamused high elf I slightly cleared my throat to get rid of the knot that had formed from nervousness."*Ahem* Hello Miss. Alf I have someone behind me that would like to talk to you." I move slightly to the side to reveal my incredibly nervous partner behind me, with her ears down and trembling slightly and the slight blush on her face Sadari was super precious in this moment

When Riveria saw Sadari her eyes shot wide open in surprise. *Fwoosh* Suddenly I didn't see Riveria sitting down anymore and a strong wind pressure sent the paper on the table flying and the hair of the little girl went fluttering behind her.

Snapping my head to Sadari I see her wrapped in a hug by the older elf. In complete disbelief of the speed I had just seen, I shiver slightly when thinking,'if a lvl 6 attacks me then I wouldn't even be able to react, just death, no fighting back, just squashed like a bug.

—P.O.V: Sadari

I had my eyes screwed shut out of anxiety. Although Kanin said that it would be alright, I can't help but to worry, what if she doesn't see me as her sister, what if she shuns and scorns me for looking different.

"*Ahem* Hello Miss. Alf I have someone behind me that would like to talk to you."

And with those words Kanin starts to move out from in front of me, making me more nervous then I already was, I mean come on you can't blame me I'm about to talk to my big sister that I've been told all about. I was told by momma that she was great at everything. She was the perfect lady, graceful and elegant and beautiful to boot. I was about to meet that person, the textbook definition of the perfect woman.

*Fwoosh* and all of the sudden I feel a pair of slender arms wrap me in an embrace. My eyes flutter open to see a couple jade green locks fluttering about, as they slowly fall down on top of the head to which they belong. While I'm still in a daze I feel the hug lighten and the arms pull away. I instinctively wanted to pull them back and stay in the hug, but I managed to restrain myself.

Looking at the face that's about half a dozen centimeters shorter than me, I realized it was Riveria, my sister hugging me. "Your Sadari aren't you?"

I don't question how she knew who I was. All I do is nod," y-yes b-big sis" At my response I see her wide smile turn into a slightly embarrassed one.

"I-I never had anyone call me big sis before" I hear mutter under her breath while advertising her eyes. Taking the initiative this time I'm the one to pull her into a hug. In the hug I feel her arms slowly wrap around me, as I melt into the warmth and comfort she provides.

"I'm so happy I met you big sis" I mumble with my head next to her ear.

" I'm glad that your safe l-little s-sis" I hear her mumble back as I see her pointy ear turn slightly red at the tip, which causes me to start giggling, making her red ears even redder." yeah-yeah laugh it up it'll only happen once."

— P.O.V back to Kanin

Giving the sisters some space I walk over and pick up the piece of paper that was flung by Riveria's mad dash and put it down on the table face down without looking at it. After all, no matter how small it is, no one wants others mettling in Familia affairs.

I give a look at the still hugging elves, then I sit down in the former seat of the guild worker and look across the table and see two big pools of gold staring right back at me.

"So what is a cute little thing like you doing in the guild?" I ask but in return I only see the large golden eyes blink at me. I sit there for a few seconds and right before I open my mouth to speak again I hear something that makes me think my ears aren't working.

"I want to go into the dungeon." but unlike before when I look into her eyes that are normally so lustrous, I see a small black fire burning in the back of her eyes. The flame is swirling and lashing out like it is trying to consume all, but it seems like it's too small gain any real traction

"Hmm why would you wanna do that?" I question in genuine curiosity avoiding her age as this kid seems to have some sort of past that I don't know of.

"I have to get stronger" again a response can after a bit of a pause.

" hmm I can respect that…but are you ready to die?" I ask the girl that seems to only have a one track mind and doesn't seem to know how horrible the dungeon really is

"I can't die, I haven't got my mom back yet." she states with resolve.

I nod a little and then continue our little discussion."then make sure that you always come back alright? I've seen too many people go down that pit and never come back up."

"Yes, I will save my mother at any cost." again her face shows no emotion as she talks.

" Tell me, If you were banned from going to the dungeon, would you go anyway? And don't worry this will stay between us." I ask her something that's been bothering me since I saw that black flame in her eye, that raw desire and single minded pursuit that I've seen many fall victim to.

" I see her take a quick peek at the two elves, more exactly at Riveria, like she was afraid of getting in trouble. Seeing that they were still talking she quickly turned back to me and nodded with determination.

I run a hand over my face in exasperation. And look at the future trouble maker and say something that I will definitely come to regret later," If you sneak out and want to go to the dungeon come to the freyr familia home and ask for Kanin, if I'm there I will go to the dungeon with you. But in turn you must never and I mean never go into the dungeon by yourself until you're older, understand?" I say with finality accepting no "buts".

She looks down and scrunches her little face up in contemplation. She looks back up and nods.I smile and hold out my pinky to the little girl. She tilts her head in confusion, so I explain, "It's a pinky promise,we shake our pinkies together and If you ever break a pinky promise you'll be cursed with bad luck for 5 years." I add a little scare in my words in hopes of her taking me more seriously.

With a sharp nod and an ok from her she took my pinky in hers. And with that our little secret was confirmed. But little did we both know, that a lvl 6's hearing wasn't just for show, 'I'll have to thank that boy for stopping Ais from recklessly throwing herself into the dungeon by herself.' She thought to herself.

After a few more pleasantries between Sadari and Riveria, we were told that we could come find her at the Twilight manor if we needed something. After that we met up with Magnus and Jessica. We gain our share of the profits coming to 9,775 each which is huge considering our normal sum was around 7500 and then that was split 5 ways. With Jack not making it this time and the huge value of the Lygerfang's fang each of our cuts went up a lot.

Thinking back to Jack, he never had any family or a decent chunk of this money would have gone to his family. He always was just part of the Familia and not being strong enough to go on the expedition that had wiped out the family he was one of those who were spared. Rest in peace Jack, you were kinda an ass but you were a good man I could trust my back to.

Me and Sadari played our usual game of chase when we were heading home. I lost, horribly. Arriving at home we ate dinner with Freyr and retired for the day. I had asked Freyr if we could have a talk tomorrow which he agreed to with easy

*Knock* *Knock* I hear two soft knocks on my door as I get ready to fall asleep, I groan and get up to answer the door. Thinking it's Freyr as Sadari is always asleep by now, I open the door with no shirt and only boxers, as I hate getting warm in my sleep.

I swing the door open and ask "what is it Fre-, you're not Freyr.'' In my doorway, was my elven partner with a bright red face that only grows even more bright red as she notices I'm only in my has a thick purple night gown on that covers most of her body I look down and shrug as she's already seen it and I don't feel like putting on clothes." What's up?" I ask the practically steaming elf

"i-I-I-I www-wanted to s-s-sleep t-togeth-her." she manages to stammer out. I looked at her with surprise for a bit before realizing she meant literally just to sleep next to me. I again shrug and grab the blushing elf's hand and drag she into my room and toss her onto my bed "Eppppp" she squeaks when she lands. I quickly climb into bed and wrap my arm around the elf making her the small spoon. Burying my head into her neck I smell her forestry scent and pass out immediately.
