Just after Beel left, a voice hissed from the shadows, "...psst… hey!" Startled, Stella tried turning to face the voice but ending up tripping over her own feet, leading her to fall backward onto the floor. Levi came out of his hiding spot, "Sorry for startling you, but I still can't be seen with you…"

Stella breathed a sigh of relief, "It's alright, Levi." She got up and dusted herself off. 'So...what are we doing here?'"

Levi responded knowingly, "If Lucifer used the word frozen, then the card must be hidden here."

Stella looked at him funnily. "The freezer? That's a funny place to hide something…" But he didn't hear her comments as he was rummaging through the freezer already.

"Ice…the ice cream Satan hid from Beel a century ago, which he will find in about 2,000 years…-" He paused. "Wait a second. There's something else behind the ice." Levi reached far into the freezer and, to Stella's surprise, pulled out Mammon's credit card.

Stella laughed and said, "So when Lucifer said it was frozen, he meant literally… I didn't know Lucifer liked jokes…"

Levi grunted as he grabbed the giant block of ice. "It's super heavy! And big too… I'll put it in the microwave to thaw, about two minutes on auto should do the trick…" Stella nodded and helped him put the block of ice in a glass bowl, guaranteeing the microwave wouldn't get ruined from the melting ice.

The microwave had just started when an annoyed Mammon came in. "What's with all the racket, you two?" Stella, once again startled, yelped and turned around in surprise and slight fear. Mammon looked at the microwave suspiciously. "HEY, wait a minute! There in the microwave…" An ecstatic smile appeared on his face. "That looks like Goldie, my credit card! My baby! The one thing more important to me than life itself…!"

Stella raised an eyebrow. 'Geez, this guy really likes his credit card…' she thought to herself. Mammon ordered Levi to take 'Goldie' out of the microwave before it demagnetized, and Levi was about to when a sly smile appeared on his face.

"Hmm, are you SURE you should be talking to me like that, Mammon? After all, I'm the one who found the card Lucifer took from you." Mammon looked stunned, while Levi continued haughtily, "So, do you want me to give you your card back?"

Mammon pitifully got onto his knees and begged, "Yes, please. Please give it back, Leviathan, sir…!"

Levi shook his head at Mammon, then made him an offer: "Okay then, if you want your card back, you've got to give me the Seraphina figurine you won at the convenience store!"

Mammon looked confused and said, "I don't remember winnin' anything…"

Stella winced and thought to herself, 'Levi isn't going to like that…' Sure enough, Levi was furious, "I don't believe this! You forgot that you even have her! How could you?!"

Mammon rolled his eyes and begged desperately, "Ugh, c'mon, enough! Whatever you want, I'll give it to ya! Just give me back my credit card!"

Levi smugly smiled. "All right, but there's one more condition: I want you to make a pact with Stella."

Stella silently braced for Mammon's reaction, hiding behind her hands. She knew that he wasn't going to be happy to hear that he needed to be in a pact with her, so when he agreed she peeked through her fingers surprised.

"Right, a pact, fine. I'm more than happy to do whatever you…" Then the words finally got to him. He sprung up fast and pointed an accusatory finger at the wilting Stella. "WHAT?! Why d'ya want ME to make a PACT with HER?!"

Levi put a reassuring hand on Stella's shoulder as he confidently answered Mammon, "Think about it: If you make the pact with Stella, you'll have to do whatever you're told, right?" Mammon could only nod while Levi continued. "Then Stella'll order you to give me my money back immediately. And since you can't refuse a direct order from your master, you'll do exactly that. Game over, I win!"

Mammon scoffed. "I don't believe this. It's just money, Levi! I can't believe you'd go through all this trouble!"

Levi folded his arms and gave him a withering stare. "Excuse me? Remind me again which one of us tossed aside what little pride he had left, all to get his hands on a credit card?"

This only seemed to anger Mammon as he started speaking louder. "Hey, you shut up!" He then turned to Stella frustrated and annoyed. "And you, human! What're ya thinking lettin' Levi use you like this? Are you stupid? Go on, say somethin'!"

At this moment, Stella had never felt so insulted. Reduced to being called by just the name of her species! Being called stupid! Normally she would be able to handle this in a calm manner, but she was done being 'Miss Nice Human Girl'. Stella put on a stern face and looked Mammon straight into his eyes. "Make a pact with me, Mammon."

Mammon took a step back, surprised at her sudden change of tone, but he was firm. "UH-UH, NO WAY! NOT INTERESTED! I am the Great Mammon, Avatar of Greed, one of the seven rulers of the Devildom! Fool… do you actually think I'd let some human be the boss of me?"

Levi cupped his hand around his mouth to make a mini megaphone, "Oh Luuucifeeer! Mammon's here unfreezing his credit caaaard!" Stella could barely contain her giggles.

Mammon froze and quickly changed his attitude, replacing his scowl with a smile. "I mean, of course I'll make a pact with you, human! I'd be thrilled to!"

Stella rolled her eyes and muttered "My name is not 'human…'" quietly to herself, but with Levi's help managed to make the deal with Mammon. It was official. She was now in a pact with Mammon, Avatar of Greed.
