AN: Professor Donger: Did someone say New Chapter four Days after the last one? We hope you enjoy the start of the Sports Festival!

Damian: Wait, it's only been four days?... Holy shit!

Nezu cackled as Hizashi walked into the Midoriya family's booth and immediately approached the bar.

He filled himself a finger of whiskey and downed it before plopping down next to where Aizawa was sleeping, a chair already placed for him.

Aizawa peeked out of his sleeping bag to look at the radio host. "What are you doing here?"

"My show's been hijacked!" He cried, wiping his eyes through his sunglasses.

"By whom? Midoriya? I thought you two were co-hosting."

"Mount Lady. I guess she was friends with Midoriya in school or something. She barged in and the two started hugging and awkwardly crying, it was embarrassing so I made a tactical retreat."

Aizawa groaned as he once again retreated into his sleeping bag. "Of course they're friends."

Inko peaked around Melissa with a raised eyebrow. "Wait, Izumi's friends with Mount Lady?" She knew vaguely who Mount Lady was, it was hard not to see the up-and-coming beauty of Mustafu, but she never really delved into heroes' secret identities (for those who had them), and she had lost track of Izumi's friends after she had moved to America.

Nezu helpfully chimed in "Does the name Yu Takeyama ring any bells, Missus Midoriya?"

Melissa's eyes widened, recognizing the name immediately, having heard it a few weeks ago from her girlfriend, and from the ear-piercing squeal next to her Inko recognized her too.

"Little Yu? She's a pro hero now?!"

"Not so little anymore…" Hizashi mumbled as he pouted.

Nezu chuckled "Don't be such a baby, Hizashi. You're still getting paid for the work Miss Takeyama is doing, so just relax and play security guard here for now."

"Oh, is that what's happening here?" Hizashi asked as he glanced over to the blonde skeleton that had remained quiet up until this point. "I was wondering why Aaaaaaaalllll…" He dragged out the word as Aizawa and Toshinori both made subtle motions for him to shut the fuck up. "...llllllll these heroes are here!" He chuckled nervously.

Himiko, from where she was sitting next to Melissa and Eri, raised an eyebrow. "Are you okay?"

"I'm totally good, don't worry about it!" Hizashi gave a guilty smile.

Himiko wasn't buying it. "Really? Because that smile is obviously fake, you're sweating like crazy, and Mister Hobo and Mister Yagi were giving you subtle 'shut up and stop talking' looks a second ago."

"..."

Nezu chuckled as he leaned over to Aizawa. "Oh, she is good at reading people."

"Oh, and not to mention," Himiko turned and looked over her seat, staring Hizashi right in his eyes as she started to speak in a slow and quiet voice, "I can hear your blood rushing through your veins, your heart beating faster and faster as if you're scared for your life."

Hizashi scooted away from her while Jin lightly smacked her on the back of the head, earning himself a hiss. "Stop scaring the man. Keep doing it, it's hilarious."

"Sunflower, I think you should have one of your drinks, you're doing that cat thing again." Hisashi kindly said as he handed her a juice box.

"'Kaay!" Himiko sipped it with contempt while Hizashi gaped at her.

"Cat thing?" he asked.

Toshinori chuckled, "Staring at you like you're a mouse and she's a cat ready to pounce, it's something she does, don't worry about it."

Himiko took a pause in her drinking to yell, "I'm not a cat!"

"You don't help your case by hissing, sweetie," Inko said.

Aizawa sighed from his sleeping bag, shifting to look at Nezu. "Permission to leave now that Present Mic is here?"

Nezu's smile was enough of a fuck you, Aizawa figured. "Denied."

The perpetually tired man groaned quietly. "Mic, please at least tell me the two you left to do announcements know what they're doing."

Hizashi plopped down onto the seat next to his friend and laughed. "Don't worry, I left notes, and they've got the student files on hand at Midoriya's request. They'll do fine."

He looked off to the side and muttered, "Hopefully."

"This ought to be a very interesting Festival," Nezu chuckled.

Everyone shivered.

"So uh," Mina spoke up as the class was lounging in their waiting room, getting ready, "what was up with the announcers just now?"

"Sounded like someone barged into the room," Ejirou replied. "You don't think something is wrong, do you?"

Before anyone could respond, the speakers crackled and they heard the voice of Flintlock filter through.

"Ladies and gentlemen, apologies for the interruption, we've had a few developments behind the scenes, but rest assured the Sports Festival will continue. Please give us a moment to get situated. Thank you."

"Well, at least now we know that everything's okay," Ochako said. "Was worried for a second there." She laughed. "If the Sports Festival had to get canceled because some fucker decided to ruin it, I would have lost my mind!" She kept her smile the whole time, and her classmates around her slowly inched away, Pony being the only one not to.

Katsuki meanwhile wasn't listening, he was standing in one corner of the room, glaring daggers at a certain head of red and white hair. A bump to his shoulder snapped him out of it, and he looked over to see Kyouka raising an eyebrow at him.

"Hey man, you good?" She asked.

Katsuki let out a low growl as his gaze turned back to Shouto. "Yeah… I'm good." He said before walking over to his target.

"Oh no," Kyouka whispered, "he's doing a thing."

Momo looked over from her conversation with Tenya. "What kind of thing?"

"A Bakugou thing."

"That's not a good thing," Momo hissed. "Stop him!"

"Too late."

"Oi," Katsuki grunted as he came to a stop next to Shouto, who turned to look up at him from his seat.

"Hello, Bakugou," Shouto greeted in his normal monotone. "Do you need something?"

"Yeah… I hope you realize that I'm gonna be gunning for you." Katsuki slammed his hand onto the table, drawing everyone's attention as he leaned down to be in Shouto's face. "So if you even think about getting to the finals, then you better bring everything. No more of this half-assed shit you've been pulling, because it's really starting to piss me the fuck off."

Shouto didn't even flinch or move to back away, holding his ground. "Really? Would have thought you'd like the advantage of me not fighting with my full strength."

"Yeah, well you thought wrong buddy. I expect an actual challenge today, and I'll tell you now that if you keep this shit up, this holding back, I'm going to murder you out there."

Shouto just stared at him, tilting his head. "Murder is illegal, you know."

"I meant figuratively, you jackass!" Katsuki shouted as he looked like he was about to lunge at Shouto, but Momo and Kyouka grabbed onto him and pulled him back.

Pulling him back far enough, Momo moved to stand between them, holding her arms out to keep them apart. "That's enough! If you two fight now you could be disqualified! Save whatever this is for the Festival!"

Katsuki gritted his teeth as he tried to glare a hole into Shouto's face, but Momo stepped in front of him to block his view, looking him dead in the eye and mouthing "Don't".

Katsuki growled before relenting, stomping off, and sitting down, keeping his back to Shouto, grumbling all the while.

Momo sighed and turned around to look at Shouto. "He's right though. It's rather insulting that you seem to hold yourself back while the rest of us give it our all. You may be amongst the strongest in our class, but that just makes it more insulting."

Shouto said nothing, instead just turning to the entrance, once more waiting to be called out onto the field with the rest of 1-A.

"Alright everyone!" The speakers once more crackled to life, this time a female voice that wasn'tFlintlock speaking. "We've got everything set up! Just so you guys know, I'm Yu "Mount Lady" Takeyama! Replacing Present Mic as co-host! I hope you all will take good care of me." The crowd went wild, their cheers being heard all the way from the waiting rooms, and Momo could practically feel the wink the pro-hero put into her voice.

She also heard Katsuki stand up and shout, "FUCKING INCHES!?"

"Who?" Kyouka asked.

"Some girl Deku always hung out with when we were kids."

"And you called her… Inches?"

"HER FUCKING QUIRK ONLY LET HER GROW LIKE SIX INCHES!" Katsuki threw his hands up. "Now she's somehow some fucking giantess and up-and-coming pro? What the fuck!?"

"And just like that, Bakugou learns that people have lives outside of him." Denki laughed, only to scream and fall over as a harmless but sudden explosion went off in front of him.

"Can it, Pikachu! I already knew that! You'd be surprised too if things change as much as they have."

Denki held up a finger from his spot on the ground. "That… is fair."

"Alright! Let's get this show on the road!" Flintlock said through the speakers. "Can we have all participating first-year classes make their way to the field?"

With that Class 1-A all nodded and made their way out to the field. Ready to begin the first major step in their young hero careers.

Up in the commentator booth, Izumi and Yu waited for the classes to assemble in the field of the stadium, taking a moment to mute their mics and talk to each other.

"I can't believe it! You became a hero too!" Izumi smiled wide. "I mean, I know that was the whole reason you were training your quirk so much, but holy shit! You said you actually managed to push it to as tall as a building?"

"Yeah, it's pretty awesome." Yu shifted nervously and brushed a hair out of her face "I mean…You leaving kinda inspired me to work past my limits, Izu…" She gestured to Izumi. "But look at you! You go halfway across the ocean and BAM you're some pro-hero I've never even heard of!"

"But then again, how many heroes in the States do you actually bother to even learn about?" Izumi asked.

"Good point. I never really cared." Yu grinned and Izumi playfully flipped her off with her prosthetic. Yu took notice of the metal arm and was about to comment on it, but it was their cue to announce the participating classes.

Izumi leaned into her microphone to speak. "Introducing our competing classes this year! Coming through the central gate we have Hero Classes 1-A and 1-B!" The crowd, predictably, went wild as the students walked out, some like Katsuki basking in the crowd's attention while others like Pony nervously waved. "Now, I know a lot of you are looking forward to seeing the class that fought off a villain attack in action but don't discount their sister class. I've been training them all these past few weeks, and I won't lie, both classes have some insane potential."

"I can't wait to see it!" Yu jumped in. "And now, following them are the few participants from the General Education and Support courses, out here to prove themselves and show off! Give 'em a round of applause!"

The cheers were much more muted this time, though Izumi let out a whoop for them through the microphone as well, Yu joining in, before humming. "I thought there'd be more students from the other courses."

"Well you see, due to the nature of the Sports Festival, it seemed a bit unnecessary to force all those students to compete, so participation outside of the Hero course was made optional this year. The non-hero students you see down there, Yu, are the ones determined enough to go up against the odds in hopes of maybe securing an offer to transfer to the hero course."

"And the Support Course students?"

"They decided to compete to show off the sweet gadgets they've made in their support courses. We have a lot of support companies watching this event, including big names such as Shieldline and Green Valley!"

Izumi grinned as Midnight radioed that she was good to start. So she proceeded with the rest of the introduction. "Now we go to Midnight down on the field, who will be refereeing the festival," Midnight struck a pose, wearing a referee outfit that she had no problems wearing instead of her usual dominatrix hero costume. That was probably due to it looking like a more sexy version of the normal ref uniform (mainly just hugging her form very well), but hey it was still more appropriate than her hero outfit, so they allowed it.

"Thank you, Midoriya! Now, I'd like to introduce the highest-scoring student from this year's entrance exam, Katsuki Bakugou, to give the opening speech."

Not realizing her microphone wasn't muted, Yu gasped, "Is that little Kacchan?!"

Izumi and Yu both flinch back as Katsuki shouted up at the announcer's booth, "SCREW YOU INCHES!" He was conscious of Eri watching, Izumi had shot him a text about watching his language during the festival while he was on the mic.

"It is Kacchan!"

"Stop bothering the students Mount Lady." Midnight said into her earpiece, her voice echoing throughout the stadium through the speakers.

"Make me, Hag!" Yu shouted, again not realizing her microphone was still on.

A certain blond bomber in the crowd of students yelled, "Ha! Nice!"

Izumi tried to interfere but was once again cut off by Midnight.

"You wanna go?! Come down here and fight me, bitch!"

"I could snap you like a twig, slut!" Yu looked like she was about to jump down through the glass, and the crowd started cheering "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!" as if they were watching a high school fight.

Izumi had had enough the moment the language started flying on hot microphones. Izumi put her bionic hand on Yu's shoulder and squeezed, causing her to wince and look at Izumi, who was smiling very coldly at her.

"Yu, sit down." She turned back to the window. "Kayama, do your job. If I hear another swear from either of you the crowd will get to watch me thrash you about before the main event even starts, got it?"

Midnight grumbled but complied, not in the mood to be on the receiving end of what Izumi thought of as "sparring."

Yu sat down with a huff, rolling her shoulder and pouting.

"So sorry about that folks," Izumi apologized with a sweet tone. "Let's just move on with the opening speech, yeah?"

Katsuki could barely contain his laughter from seeing all the shit Deku had to deal with.

"Well, that was… something," Kyouka commented, her own laughter at the absurdity of the situation barely contained. She elbowed Katsuki. "So, you've got other women in your life who call you 'Kacchan'? Anyone else I should know about?"

"Fuck off." He said, but he still smiled.

From up on the stage, Midnight cleared her throat. "Katsuki Bakugou, please come up to give your opening speech."

Momo quickly stopped him as he passed by her. "You remember your speech, right? You rehearsed it?"

Katsuki stared at her before saying a simple, "No."

"Katsuki! I thought you said you had a speech ready!"

"I lied." He gave his signature feral grin. "Like a liar." He gave a rather ominous laugh as he turned and headed for the stage.

Momo buried her face in her hands and groaned. "This is gonna be a disaster."

Denki turned to her from nearby. "What's the issue."

"It's Katsuki Bakugou," was Momo's answer.

"Ah, I see." Denki nodded. "Yeah, that seems like a problem."

Ochako chuckled nervously "Maybe it won't be so bad?" Pony nodded in agreement.

Katsuki climbed the stage, and Midnight guided him toward the mic stand in the middle. He stood there, the crowd going silent to listen to his speech.

He just stood there for a moment, tapping the mic to make sure it was working. Then, he just said, "I just wanna say…" He paused, then turned and faced the crowd of students and continued, "You all better do your best. That's the only way you're going to have a chance at beating me today because I'm going to give it my all, and if you can't feel bothered to do the same, then get out of my way or get trampled!"

Silence followed for a couple of seconds, until someone in the stands started cheering, followed by more cheers until the entire stadium was drowned with excitement.

"That… actually wasn't that bad." Kyouka nodded in approval, Momo sagging in relief beside her. "I'm actually feeling a little pumped.

"And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how you deliver a fiery speech!" Flintlock said. "Now the question is, will the other participants rise to the challenge that Bakugou just issued, or have they simply brushed it off as the ego of a young man?" Flintlock said

"I suppose we'll just have to wait and see," Mount Lady said. "And the wait won't be long. It's time for the first event!"

The first event, it turned out, was a "simple" foot race around the stadium. Get from Point A to B, unfortunately, the foot race was designed by Nezu and Power Loader. The entire thing had obstacles that no normal race would or should have. Robots from the entrance exam, including the titanic Zero-Pointers, were the first obstacles after the tunnel.

The faces of the students were still just as priceless as they were when Izumi first watched the entrance exam. Yu herself absolutely loved it, watching the Gen Ed students panic to try and find a way past the giants while avoiding the smaller robots.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, a good portion of the Zero-Pointers were taken out of commission by Shouto Todoroki, who launched a giant glacier to freeze them in place, giving him a window to run past them. He also strategically froze them while they were in a position that would make them fall, eliminating the threat of the Zero-Pointers attacking him, but leaving behind obstacles in the form of their wreckage.

Meanwhile, the other hero students quickly found their own ways past the robots, whether it be blitzing past them with superior speed, cutting them down as they ran through the horde, or using their diverse maneuverability options to slip past.

Then they came upon the second obstacle, which was a giant pit. Scattered throughout it were pillars with thick metal cables acting as bridges between them. It was practically a cakewalk to get past it for those with the right quirks. Shouto made a bridge of ice to each pillar using the cables, Katsuki used his explosions to assist his jumps and propelled himself across the gap, and there were others like Hanta, who used his tape to swing across using the pillars.

There was also some teamwork involved between some competitors, such as Ochako and Pony, the latter using her horns to fly the two across and clear the entire chasm easily. Needless to say that some students who saw the two weren't thrilled.

"What the- they can fly now!"

"They fly now?!"

"They fly now." Izumi clarified over the loudspeakers, trying not to laugh openly.

She tried to keep the crowd up to speed with what was going on, and she liked to think she did a good job at it, despite all the chaos happening. Yu was having a little more trouble commentating, as she wasn't used to seeing the students in action like Izumi was, but luckily was able to bounce off her childhood best friend well enough to keep the commentary colorful and entertaining.

Soon, many had reached the final obstacle: the minefield. Non-lethal mines scattered about a wide open field, with the only hint of their placements being a subtle dirt mound over them. The most harm they'd do is blast the students away, hindering their progress through the field. They would have to be careful when traversing to the other side. However, there was one small oversight when designing this obstacle (or perhaps it was intentional, but it was hard to tell with Nezu). See, the mines were only on the ground and only blew up if they were stepped on.

Which meant Pony and Ochako did a good ol' "fuck you" combo and just flew over the minefield together, Katsuki shouting up at them all the while still being sure not to curse due to a certain horned child watching the event. It was the most PG he would ever be.

"And just like that, Tsunotori and Uraraka clear both the chasm and the minefield with absolutely zero trouble, and are both in first place." The two aforementioned students heard Flintlock announce as they flew towards the tunnel that led to the finish line.

"Holy crap! Pony, we're gonna win!" Ochako happily cheered as she hung on to the horn Pony was using to help her fly. She looked at her best friend, and her smile faltered when she saw Pony looking at her with a guilty expression. "Uhm, Pony?"

She heard a whine escape from Pony's throat, before she cried out, "I'M A LOT SORRY!"

Before Ochako could question her, her horn taxi took a nosedive into the ground, dragging her with it. She hit the ground and rolled in the dirt, coming to a stop and laying there stunned before the situation quickly caught up with her. She immediately got to her feet and ran as she yelled out in a rage, "PONY, YOU BITCH!"

"And the betrayal!" Mount Lady said. "Though the two worked together to clear the chasm and the minefield, Tsunotori leaves Uraraka behind as she rockets towards the finish! The unfortunate truth of this event: there can only be one first-place winner!"

"And also, Uraraka! Language! There are children watching!" Flintlock scolded only to gasp as the gravity girl flipped the camera off. "I don't know if I should be proud or angry…"

"Maybe a little of both?"

Ochako ran as fast as she could. She knew she couldn't get first place anymore, but she might as well gun for second. Easier said than done, she realized as she heard the crackle of ice and the blasts of explosions behind her quickly getting louder.

"Oh hell no," she grunted as she quickly tapped herself on the chest, negating her gravity and kicking forward. Her stomach did not agree with this action, but her stomach could go fuck itself for all she cared.

"And right when Bakugou and Todoroki were right on her tail, Uraraka quickly uses her quirk on herself and launches forward! Damn, she's going fast!" Flintlock said.

"Tell me about it. Is she catching up?!"

It was true, Ochako was going a lot faster than she had expected, flying into the tunnel and closing in on Pony. She might actually do this!

Pony glanced back and her eyes widened at seeing Ochako flying towards her, and she faced forward and tried her hardest to go faster, but her horns were flying as fast as they could go.

"It's gonna be close!"

In an act of desperation, Pony angled the horns she was standing on forward and jumped right as Ochako caught up to her. Both young women had their hands held out to try and reach across the finish line before the other, and-

"Too close to call!" Midnight announced over the loudspeakers.

Pony grunted as she rolled across the ground. She groaned as she pushed herself up onto her hands and knees and shook her head.

Ochako nearby had returned her gravity to herself, falling onto the grass and staring up at the sky, panting heavily as she tried to fight through her stomach acting up.

"Everyone stay patient while we review the footage and determine the winner!" Flintlock announced cheerily.

Meanwhile, other students began to cross the finish line, Shouto coming in third followed by Katsuki, who was looking furious, but didn't do much else besides yelling in rage.

Shortly after, more students began to trickle back into the stadium, and once the 42nd student crossed the finish line, Midnight raised her hand and blew her whistle.

"And that's that, folks! The forty-second student has crossed the finish line! The race is over!"

The crowd cheered for all those who managed to make it to the 2nd event, and over the cheering Mount Lady began to commentate again.

"What a race! The action! The strategy! The betrayals!" Pony flinched at being reminded of what she had done to her best friend. "And speaking of, the crowd still doesn't know who actually won!"

"Well, Yu, they're about to find out! We've looked over the footage as the rest of the competitors finished the race, and we have determined a winner! Are you ready?!" Flintlock asked, only to be answered by the crowd roaring in excitement. "I take it that's a yes. Midnight, if you would?"

"With pleasure.~" Midnight dramatically turned and gestured to the jumbotron, and Pony and Ochako looked up from their spots on the grass to watch. A slow motion replay of both girls jumping to the finish line began to play.

"And the first place winner is…"

The crowd went silent as they watched as one hand was shown crossing the finish line just a bit quicker than the other one.

"Pony Tsunotori!" Midnight yelled, and the crowd went wild.

Pony gasped as her eyes went wide, and a smile grew impossibly wide on her face as she jumped up to her feet and cheered, hopping up and down as she basically did a little dance, her classmates smiling and laughing at her antics.

"Pony…"

Pony froze in her dance as she felt an intense aura radiating from behind her. She slowly turned and whimpered at the sight of Ochako Uraraka glaring daggers at her. Her friend looked livid as she slowly started to walk forward and holy shit were her eyes glowing red?!

Pony shivered as she closed her eyes and cowered before Ochako, ready to be laid into for her betrayal.

Instead, she was pulled into a hug, causing her to open her eyes and give a confused "Huh?"

"I'm so happy for you!" Ochako happily said. "You got first place!"

Pony slowly hugged back. "Y-You not mad?"

"Of course not!" Ochako pulled back and looked at Pony, keeping her hands on her friend's shoulders, being sure not to accidentally use her quirk. "That was awesome! And yeah I would have liked to win, but second place ain't bad for the first event."

Pony sighed as she felt the fear leave her body. She was so glad she hadn't lost Ochako as a friend.

"But just to be clear…"

Pony hummed as Ochako slowly raised her hand up, and up…

Pony let out an eep as one of her horns was suddenly grabbed and she was forced forward. Ochako leaned in and began to whisper into her ear slowly.

"If you ever pull a stunt like that on me again, I. Will. Fuck. You. Got it?"

Pony was frozen in place, all she could was nod in agreement.

"Cool!" Ochako let go and stepped back with a cheery smile, before walking off. "Congrats again!"

Pony stayed standing there with a heavy blush on her face, her brain unsure of what to do next.

Luckily, Tsuyu was nearby to tell her. "I think you should go to the restroom. Kero."

Pony just nodded again as she slowly walked off to go use the facilities.

Tsuyu put her finger to her chin as she tilted her head in thought. "Sometimes I wonder if Ochako realizes what she's doing to that girl."

Izumi smiled as she spoke, "Alright everyone, we'll be having a twenty-minute intermission to get the next event set up, so stretch those legs, get some snacks and we'll see you on the flip side."

Muting her mic, she turned to look at Yu, seeing the blonde on her phone looking up something online.

"Flintlock, huh?" Yu's eyes then went wide. "Damn, Number Ten in the country?!"

"Your girl's been busy."

"Clearly," Yu kept reading, "Number Two in the state of Texas, so that's where you went."

"Yeah," Izumi leaned back in her chair and put her feet up on the table. "My dad was there, so that's where I went."

"And how did that whole transition go?" Yu asked. "Must have been weird leaving Japan."

"It was… definitely a change. The US is pretty different. But hey, I was able to become a hero over there! I had access to a power I didn't have here!"

"And that is?" Yu asked.

Izumi's answer was to pull a submachine gun out of nowhere and hold it up with a large smile on her face. "The Second Amendment!"

"Where did you get that?!"

"Remember when I used to just pull my notebooks out of nowhere?"

"Yeah?"

Izumi shrugged. "Same thing applies here."

"But you never told me how you even do that!" Yu yelled.

Izumi blinked then scratched her head, still holding the gun in her other hand. "Really? Huh." Before grinning "It's the Force."

"No it fucking isn't!"

"Of course it is!"

"The Force never allowed people to pull things out of their ass, and don't you dare bring up The Rise of Skywalker, we agreed to pretend the sequels didn't exist!"

The two giggled together for a moment before they calmed down.

"Seriously though Izu, I'm happy for you! Look at you! You're a pro-hero now." She gestured to her arm. "You're missing a few more parts than I remember, and you are going to tell me how that happened over a beer after today's over but still!"

"Uh, yeah, about that…" Izumi chuckled nervously.

"Don't tell me you don't drink, we agreed to share a beer when we became heroes remember!?"

"Did we? I honestly don't remember." Izumi shrugged. "Anyway, it's not that I don't want to, more like I'm not allowed to get drunk in any way."

Yu blinked in confusion, "What, why?"

"Well…"

"Alright Izumi, maybe you should have some water?" Cathleen tried to ease the beer out of her friend's hand only to frown as the much shorter woman pulled it away.

"F-fuck you Star, I can do what I want! I'm a big girl!" With that Izumi immediately started downing the beer much to Cathleen's exacerbation.

"Izumi, I really think you've had enough." Cathleen tried once more to get the beer out of her friend's hand but the gunslinger resisted.

"Naw bish, I'm just getting started!"

"Yeah, exactly, you're only on your second beer and you're this drunk. That's enough."

"I said no!" Izumi threw the beer across the hall, hitting a giant alligator man in the back of the head as she pulled out her trusty rocket launcher.

"Izumi! Put Gjallarhorn away!"

"Make me!"

"And then I got tackled by Florida Man. It was a pretty wild party, and because of that, Drunk Izumi needs at least four pro-hero friends with her if she ever comes around." Izumi finished with a shrug as she pulled out her phone, continuing as if what she said was no big deal. "Do you want anything by the way? I'm asking someone to bring us snacks."

"I feel gypped that I didn't get to see this." Yu laughed. "Oh, we are definitely going for a drink together now, I have to see you drunk!"

Izumi groaned dramatically. "Ffffine! I just need to let my girl know to lock me out of my armory for the night."

Yu suddenly squealed, "You have a girl!?" She scooted her chair closer and grabbed Izumi by the shoulders. "You finally realized what everyone else knew?!"

"The Bakugou's said the same damn thing! I could have been Bi!"

"Yeah, and I'm the Empress of Japan! You completely ignored male heroes outside of how cool they were or how interesting their quirks were! You kept staring at female heroes in the most inappropria –" She was cut off as someone knocked on the booth door.

Izumi checked her phone and grinned. "That would be room service."

The door opened and a masked man walked in, pushing a tray of food, a little girl walking next to him. Both of them were in chef outfits, hats, and everything. Eri looked so cutely determined that Izumi had to resist squealing.

"We are here! With food! You don't get any!" Jin said grinning, though Yu couldn't tell.

She looked at him with confusion. "Uh… what?"

"Don't mind Jin," Izumi told her. "He's got a verbal tic, you get used to it." Izumi got up and walked over to the two "How much do I owe you? And don't say nothing."

Jin signed, "...sis"

"Sis?" Yu asked, confused but was ignored as Izumi put her foot down.

"You're working hard, you should get paid for it, so gimme." Izumi snatched the bill from him before he could shred it and nodded before pulling out the money for it. "Here you go."

"You are such a pain in the butt…" Jin pocketed the money and pointed to Eri. "She wanted to come hang out with you by the way, so I brought some extra for her."

Izumi smiled down at Eri, "Hey there bug, I like your little chef outfit." She complimented, causing Eri to smile up at her, one of her new favorite things to do now that she knew how. "C'mere."

She lifted Eri up and into her lap once she sat down as Jin started setting the food up. Yu meanwhile was cooing over the little girl.

"Aww, and who's this little cutie?" Yu leaned forward to get a better look at Eri.

Izumi put on a smirk that Yu immediately recognized as the one Izumi got when she was about to do something entertaining at the expense of someone else.

"Oh, she's my daughter," Izumi said.

"..."Yu stared between the two for a moment before just shrugging "How?! You're only 23!."

"Osmosis is a powerful ability that some would consider to be unnatural."

Yu stared at Izumi with the most deadpan look she could. "...You saved her and then adopted her, didn't you?"

"..." Izumi remained silent as Jin silently finished up and left. "...Oh look, the food!"

"Oh no! You're not avoiding this!" Yu told her. "This is literally like that dog you had me take home 'cus your mom wouldn't let you keep her."

"Small Might was great and you know it!"

"Yes she was, but that doesn't invalidate my point!" She picked up a slice of pizza. "I bet you saved the guy who was just here too!"

Eri, not having been in the Midoriya family for long, and thus not knowing the main rule of "don't snitch on your family", nodded as Izumi handed her some sliced apples.

"Mama saved Uncle Jin and Aunty Himiko too! They told me about it!" Izumi groaned. Trust Eri to come out of her shell to talk about her beloved Uncle and Aunty.

"Did she now?" Yu looked like the cat that caught the canary.

"Now listen here Inches!" Izumi started only to sigh. "Whatever, let's just eat, we've got around ten minutes before we have to call the next event."

As they began to eat, Izumi chuckled as she turned to Yu. "Oh hey, just to let you know, we just got filled in on what the next event is gonna be." She slid over a couple of notes for Yu to look at. "I think you'll like it."

Yu ate her pizza as she read the notes, a smile growing on her face the more she read.

"Oh… oh this is gonna be awesome."

"Seriously, how the hell do you eat so much so quickly?" Kyouka asked Momo as the two of them made their way back to the field. During their intermission, the two had gone off to raid every vending machine they could find, and Kyouka got to witness Momo as she absolutely devoured everything.

"Lots of practice eating quickly," Momo said as she ripped into another chocolate bar. "And yes, I have found it odd how I can eat so much and stay healthy. I think it may just be my quirk adapting my body to eating large amounts of food in such a short time."

"So, what? The fat all just goes to," Kyouka glanced down at Momo's chest before looking back up, "...other places?"

"I suppose so, yes."

"Must be nice," Kyouka muttered as she twirled one of her jacks, trying not to be self-conscious.

As they approached the exit of the tunnel into the field, they saw Katsuki tapping his foot in frustration or anticipation, Kyouka couldn't tell. Momo threw one of her chocolate bars at him and he caught it without even looking, grunting in thanks as he unwrapped it and began eating.

"Done with your vending machine crusade?" He asked.

"Yeah," Kyouka walked up and sat down against the wall across from him. "Where'd you go?"

"Anywhere there wasn't anyone to annoy the shit out of me."

"That tracks."

Momo stood between them as she began to speak. "So, while Kyouka and I were on our 'crusade', as you called it, we were talking-"

Katsuki huffed a laugh. "Hard to believe you managed that with your mouth stuffed with food."

Momo pouted. "Don't interrupt me. And I'll have you know I swallowed what was in my mouth before speaking."

"There's an innuendo to be made there, but I'm not gonna say it." Katsuki gestured for her to continue as he kept eating.

"Anyway, I told Kyouka about how every previous UA Sports Festival had a team-based challenge for its second event. If that's the case this year, we were wondering if you'd be willing to-"

"Sure." Katsuki interrupted her again.

"You didn't let her finish," Kyouka said, "again."

"You're about to ask if I want to team with you two. No need, you guys are probably the only ones in this class I respect enough to willingly team up with." He explained, he paused in thought. "There's an even number of contestants left so it'll probably be teams of four like usual. Got anyone else in mind?"

"We were thinking of waiting to see what the event was going to be first," Momo shrugged.

Just as Katsuki was about to respond, Flintlock's voice sounded through the stadium once again. "Welcome back everyone! It's time to get started on the second event!'

Katsuki sighed as he cracked his neck. "Alright, let's do this."

The trio walked out onto the field with the rest of the remaining 42 contestants. They all quickly realized that the field wasn't as empty as it had once been, with there now being a giant building in the center of it.

"Oh, looks like everyone seemed to notice the new addition to the field," Flintlock cheerily said. "Obviously it's a part of the second event, but just what exactly is the game y'all will be playing? Well, for that we go to the lovely Miss Midnight. Take it away!"

"Thank you, Flintlock!" Midnight giggled. "This next event just has me quivering with excitement.~"

"Is she allowed to say that?" Kyouka asked with a concerned frown.

"I think she's allowed one innuendo, that or Deku was messing with me when she told me that," Katsuki said as he continued tapping his foot.

"So, for this event," Midnight continued, "You'll be grouping up into teams of two minimum, with a maximum number of four. You'll be given time to do this after I'm done, so don't you worry. Now here's what's gonna happen. This building is filled with robots that are worth points, much like the UA Entrance Exam. However, these aren't the same type of robots. You'll find these bad boys aren't as… friendly."

Flintlock chimed in excitement. "Look at the screens boys and girls! These are the baddies that you're going to be dealing with!"

"I'll forgive you Flintlock for interrupting my explanation because of your excitement! Doing it again though makes you a naughty girl who will need to be punished!"

"You're not the one who'll be doing the punishing!" Flintlock defiantly proclaimed.

"Moving on!" Midnight gestured to the screens to get everyone back on track. The screens came to life and displayed four groups of words. "You're going to be dealing with four types of combat robots: Soldiers, Commanders, Hunters, and a single Boss robot." Beneath the categories, various point totals appeared.

The two groups of outlines labeled "Soldier" and "Commander" enlarged while the other two categories disappeared.

"The Soldiers are your simple rank and file enemies, worth the least amount of points at one hundred each, but are tough to deal with in large groups, and they'll be led by Commanders, worth two hundred points if your team manages to take them out. They'll increase in difficulty as you work your way up the building. They are all armed with weapons that will stun you if you're hit enough, so keep that in mind, if everyone on your team is incapacitated by these bots then that's it, your team is eliminated."

The two groups on the screen disappeared, replaced by a new one, this one reading "Hunter".

"Now the Hunters are no joke. These guys are tough to take down. As the name suggests, they'll be specifically hunting down the contestants, but here's the fun part: any hit taken from them will deduct points from your team's total, so watch out for them. And if that wasn't enough motivation for you, their hits hurt. They aren't impossible to defeat, and doing so will net your team three hundred points."

Once more the group of silhouettes disappeared, this time replaced by one silhouette instead of a group of them, this one labeled "Boss".

"And now we get to the Boss, and it is worth a whopping one million points!" The crowd broke out in excited chatter at hearing such a high point value to one robot. "There is only one, and it is located on the very top floor of the building. It will remain idle until a team has reached the top floor and engages it, upon which it will activate and become hostile, and will begin to roam the building afterward. Defeating it will result in automatic victory for the team that defeats it regardless of their point total, defeating it is also the only way for the match to end, besides every team's elimination. Think of it as a 'golden snitch' gimmick." The crowd of students broke out into whispers at Midnight's explanation of the Boss.

"An automatic win? That will be the main target then."

"Whoever gets to it first is sure to win."

"Oh, this'll be easy!"

An ominous giggle from Midnight had the students pause in their whispering to loom at her, only to collectively flinch as they saw her giving them a smile that was either sadistic or hungry. With her, it was probably both.

"Oh, you poor poor things.~" She sighed. "Didn't you hear me before? These aren't your normal exam bots. They're nothing like those. And the Boss? Oh, he won't go down easily. Flintlock, be a dear and tell them why, would you?"

"With pleasure," Flintlock giggled with excitement. "See, the robots were all designed by the lovely and intelligent Melissa Shield herself, who is also in attendance here today. Which means if you underestimate these things and you're gonna have a bad time."

Momo gasped. "Melissa Shield designed the robots?!"

Katsuki clicked his teeth. "Great, Deku's girlfriend made these things."

Momo's head spun around to look at Katsuki so fast he swore he heard it crack. "Flintlock-Sensei is dating Melissa Shield?!" She screamed.

Mina nearby gasped excitedly at the news. "Ooh! Gossip!" She leaned in to be in Katsuki's personal space, causing him to growl at her. "Spill man! I need details!"

"Hey!" Midnight yelled to get the students' attention. "I love some hot gossip myself, but not when it's interrupting the show! Shut your yaps!"

Most of the students immediately stood at attention, saying "Yes, Midnight!"

She stood up straight and took a calming breath. "Alright, as I was saying, while the Boss is an automatic win, it isn't easy to defeat. Also, if the Boss eliminates the majority of a team through incapacitation, then that team is eliminated. So really think about whether going after it is worth the risk." Midnight gave the students a moment to soak the information in before continuing. "But that's not all, it's much like a Hunter in that it's ruthless, and it will single out and target the team of the first-place winner of the first event! Which means that Pony Tsunotori and her team will be its main target, all other teams being its secondary targets."

"Uhhh, what?" Pony tilted her head, having gotten lost in trying to translate Midnight's explanation but did recognize her own name being brought up. Minoru patted her on the leg and motioned for her to bend down so he could whisper in her ear, and after he did so Pony stood back up and nodded before she realized what she heard. Her eyes went wide and her face turned pale.

"...WHAT?!"

"Anyway, I've talked all your pretty little ears off long enough," Midnight said. "You will have ten minutes to form your teams and talk strategy. Oh, and one more thing, attacking other teams is grounds for disqualification! Alright, start forming teams and I'll see you real soon.~"

After being given the go-ahead to start teaming up, some contestants immediately grouped up with pre-made teams, such as Katsuki, Momo, and Kyouka, while others scrambled to try and pitch to others why they should team up.

Pony saw as everyone immediately moved away from her, not wanting to be the team to attract the most heat. For a moment she thought she was screwed, until she felt a hand on her shoulder and looked back to Ochako giving her the smile of an angel. Pony immediately cried as she hugged her friend and lifted her up in the air, Ochako laughing all the while.

Minoru was nervously looking for a team to join when he felt something wrap around his waist, he yelped as he was pulled backward, only to come face to face with the smiling form of Tsuyu, though from his perspective upside down it looked more like a frown.

"You're with me, Kero."

"Do I get a say in this?"

"No. Kero."

"Yes ma'am." He sighed as she let him down.

"Good boy. Maybe I'll reward you for that later," she ribbited at him and he blushed "Let's go join Pony and Ochako, they look like they could use some friends, kero." She pointed ahead and Minoru nodded, watching as the two girls tried, and failed to get anyone to join their team, probably because of the looming threat of this mysterious boss robot.

While that was going on Denki flinched as Kyouka dragged him over to Katsuki and Momo by the ear.

"Alright, got our fourth," she said as she let go of her captive.

"Ow! Hey, don't just drag me like that?!" Denki protested but didn't run away.

"Usually I'd say fuck no, but I'll allow it." Katsuki crossed his arms. "Alright Sparky, here's the plan-"

Momo quickly cut him off. "Katsuki for the last time, we aren't going to just blitz the boss!"

"Why the fuck not!?" Katsuki pouted, pouted! "No fuckin big boss bot is tough enough to take me on, let alone all three of us, and Sparky."

"Why am I left out of the number?!" Denki's question would go unanswered.

"It's not a smart strategy to provoke it so early," Momo said. "Let's focus on clearing the floors as we make our way up, and we can deal with the Boss when we get to it, but we should at least secure our spot in the final event."

"We'll secure our spot by killing that fucking boss!" Katsuki pushed.

"I said, no!" Momo crossed her arms as well and stared Katsuki down, the two having a silent battle as they burned holes into each other.

Katsuki bared his teeth and growled, but Momo didn't even flinch, instead raising her eyebrow, daring him to continue arguing with her.

"...Fucking fine!" Katsuki threw up his arms. "Whatever!" He grumbled.

"Good," Momo smiled.

"Bro she has you whipped." Denki snickered.

"One more word and I swear I'll-"

"Focus," Momo said. "Okay, so I can make anything we need, but only so much, I'll need to have lipids available for when we get inside." She unzipped her gym shirt and opened it to expose her stomach, the light of her quirk beginning to shine. "I did a bit of research on the designs of a few items that should help us."

As she said this, a pair of gloves fell to the ground, gloves Kyouka immediately recognized.

"Are those the gloves from my costume?" She asked as she picked them up.

"Indeed. They weren't costly for me to make, and should let you attack with your quirk, but try not to bring the house down on top of us."

"You sure do know how to flatter a girl, Yaomomo." Kyouka grinned as she pulled the gloves on "Assuming I could bring the building down, hell, even using music terminology when talking about it, it's almost enough to make me swoon."

Momo smiled before focusing on her next creation. "And for Kaminari…"

Denki grinned as he rubbed his hands together. "Alright, let's see what I get for Christmas."

She gave him some gloves as well and he grinned. "These aren't as potent as the ones for your hero uniform, but they should at least help you regulate yourself to not fry your brain to badly, though try not to go over a couple thousand volts."

"Got it," He said as he fitted them on his hands, letting a bit of electricity flow into them to test them out.

Katsuki knew he was next, and was looking forward to getting his gauntlets.

"And here, for you, Katsuki." Momo held out… a pair of sleeves.

Katsuki stared down at them. "...What kind of bullshit is this?"

Momo raised an eyebrow at him. "Did you honestly think I would give you your grenade gauntlets? No, you don't need that much firepower."

"The fuck, Momo?!" Katsuki yelled. "You can never have too much firepower!"

"Yes, you can when you don't want to collapse a building." She shoved the sleeves into his chest. "You have enough firepower on your own to manage just fine. Besides, these sleeves should help you with the recoil so you don't strain yourself so quickly."

Katsuki looked down at the sleeves in his hands, before sighing and slipping them on, grumbling something about stupid property damage.

"And I'll make things for myself as we go, but we should find out what exactly we're up against first. So let's talk about basic strategies." She said, before beginning to brainstorm with her team.

Meanwhile, other teams were coming up with their own strategies.

"So we go straight for the Boss, right?" Ochako said. "With Mineta's quirk, we can trap it quickly and then just lay into it. Tsu's fast enough in close quarters to hop around and take out any bots close to us, and I can watch the rear, and Pony has range. I think we're pretty solid."

Pony nodded, letting Ochako take the lead. Minoru shuffled nervously while Tsuyu shrugged, not really caring either way.

Across the way, Mina, Hanta, Ejirou, and Koji were planning pretty much the same thing.

"We'll go in, bust up that big bad boss, and win before anyone else gets the chance!" Mina waved her arms excitedly.

Ejirou grinned and gave his childhood friend a thumbs up, Hanta nodded. Koji had a bad feeling about the entire thing.

Across from them, Tenya pushed his glasses up. "I understand that you two may have your differences, but put them aside for the sake of the coming battle. We need to focus on gathering as many points as possible, understand?"

Toru frowned, though no one could see it, instead crossing her sleeves over her chest. "Whatever."

Shouto ignored them, instead keeping his eyes on the building, waiting to start.

Fumikage sighed through his beak, surprisingly Dark Shadow voicing his thoughts.

"What a mad banquet of darkness, right Fumi?"

"Indeed."

By the cluster of 1-B students, Neito was dragged over to Shinso and Ibara by Itsuka.

"No, we won't go for the damn boss, Monoma. If it comes to us? Fine, but for now we're just going to try and rack up as many points as possible," She glared at the other two, daring them to contradict her, "understood?"

Shinso shrugged, not really caring while Ibara just nodded.

Then the speakers across the stadium crackled back to life as Midnight's voice announced the start of the second event.

"Alright! It's time to begin!" She said, much to the excitement of the crowd. "All teams, get ready. You can enter the building however you like. Remember, the event only ends when the boss is slain, eliminated teams keep their points but will no longer be able to raise their own score."

Midnight raised her hand into the air.

"On your mark…"

Everyone got into positions, ready to enact their breaching strategies.

"Get set…"

All contestants looked at their opposing teams as sweat began to gather on their brows.

"...GO! GO! GO!" Midnight yelled as she threw her hand down, and all the teams were off.

And naturally, in true Katsuki Bakugou fashion, he yelled "DIE!" as he launched himself at a wall and blew a hole into it.

"Oh for fucks sake! Katsuki get back here!" Momo chased after him "At least use the door!"

"The door?! Like a peasant?!" He yelled back as he kept charging.

Kyouka laughed as she followed while Denki sighed, before doing the same.

As their team made their way into the building, they quickly noticed it sort of resembled an enclosed parking garage, except a lot of objects were strewn about the place, mostly metal containers big enough to be used as cover.

The one thing they all noticed was how futuristic the seemingly simple concrete building looked.

"Alright," Katsuki stalked forward. "Where are these shitty bots?" He paused for a brief second. "Wait, I'm allowed to curse now, right?"

Momo looked around just as confused as Katsuki, not about the cursing but the lack of combatants.

"I have a bad feeling about this…"

"See! I've got you watching Star Wars once and then –" Everyone paused as the sound of something powering up reached their ears. They all turned to see white-clad troops pointing rifles toward them.

"Rebel scum! Blast them!" One trooper with an orange shoulder guard ordered before they all started opening fire.

"Are those stormtroopers?!" Kyouka shouted as she dove for cover, Momo crouched behind a shield she had made.

The loudspeakers crackled to life, and over the sounds of blaster fire they heard Flintlock's voice say, "As I'm sure you've all noticed by now, these guys are part of Disney's robot actor program. They're doing a big reshoot of A New Hope and wanted to use robot actors instead of stunt doubles, so we're, well you are stress testing the bots for Disney! Have fun!"

Momo peaked over her cover, only to duck again as a blaster bolt went right where her head would have been. "Katsuki, I thought you said they sucked at aiming!"

"In the lore they're amazing shots!"

"Lore?!" Kyouka asked incredulously "What kind of fucking nerd shit are you two talking about?! We need a plan!"

"I've got a plan!" Denki shouted

"And I'm the fucking Emperor," Katsuki snarled from his cover behind Momo.

"No really!" Denki looked at Katsuki. "Throw me!"

"Is that how all your plans start?!" Katsuki picked him up without complaint.

"I mean, yeah?"

"Well, Godspeed to you, Sparky!" With that, he threw Denki across the hall.

"Electromagnetism, don't fail me now!" Denki yelled as he started charging energy inside himself, after a second he started glowing before he spread his arms out and let it all out in one electromagnetic burst.

His attack immediately took effect, the blasters in the stormtroopers' hands being jammed and they all stopped firing.

"Oh shit!" Kyouka smiled as she witnessed the human EMP go off. "That was metal as fuck!"

"I guess their armor protected the robots' circuitry." Momo guessed as she peaked over the cover.

Katsuki hopped up onto the container and flexed his hands as explosions began to crackle in them.

"Let's see how well that armor holds up against some real firepower." He grew a manic grin as he chuckled. "This is where the fun begins."

And with that, he launched himself forward.

While many teams entered through the first floor, some teams with the right quirks opted to go straight for the top, most notably Team Tsunotori and Team Ashido.

Team Ashido had used Hanta's tape to help them get to the top floor easily from the outside of the building.

Meanwhile, Team Tsunotori was lagging a bit behind, their main issue being that Ochako couldn't float everyone, so Pony opted to carry her on her back as she used her horns to fly them up, letting Minoru hitch a ride on his own horn since he was small enough, and Tsuyu scaled the side of the building, sticking to the wall.

"Sorry, I'm slowing us down. Kero." The frog girl apologized.

"It's fine, Tsu." Ochako smiled. "I should be sorry, I'm still kind of recovering from The race."

"We don't need you throwing up on us," Minoru told her as he sat on one of Pony's horns.

"Throw up on bad guys!" Pony added helpfully with a nod, as she kept focusing.

Ochako nodded her head. "Yeah, y'all are right. I doubt Team Ashido will beat the Boss before we get there. We'll be fine!"

As if the universe took offense to what Ochako had just said, everything was immediately not fine.

As Tsuyu was passing one of the windows, an arm clad in black armor punched through it and grabbed her leg. Tsuyu croaked in distress as she was pulled through into the building on the third floor.

"TSU!" Her team yelled out for her before adjusting themselves to try and get inside to help.

Tusyu was tossed across the hallway, her back hitting a wall and daring her. She shook her head and looked up at her attacker, and saw what could only be one of the robots, this one clad in black armor with a red visor, wielding a staff of some kind.

"Jedi," it said with venom in its tone, as it twirled its staff and approached her slowly, dragging the staff along the ground as electricity sparked from its ends. "I've been training my whole life for this moment."

"...What?" Tsuyu deadpanned as she dodged a strike from the staff.

The robot dodged to the left as one of Minoru's orbs flew past it from behind, it turned to glare in the direction the orb had come from, causing her team to flinch.

"What the hell is that thing!?" Minoru shouted as he pulled off two more orbs from his head.

The loudspeakers came to life as Mount Lady shouted out excitedly, "Oh look, Izu! A team has already encountered a hunter!"

Flintlock's whistle of appreciation caused a few of the more hearing-sensitive students to flinch. "Is that a Purge Trooper?"

"What the hell's a Purge Trooper!?" Ochako shouted in confusion while Pony just readied some more horns, wishing she had Sweet Business.

"I don't fucking know, and I don't care, just kill it!" Minoru shouted in fear as he started throwing orbs at the rapidly approaching trooper.

The Purge Trooper expertly dodged each and every orb with terrifying ease as it closed the distance. Once it was close enough it jumped into the air and brought its staff down onto its targets, forcing them to dodge or get hit and lose points.

They all managed to get out of the way just in time, Minoru had no room to breathe as the Purge Trooper was on him again.

"Die Jedi!" It yelled as it attacked once more, raising its staff to strike.

"Help!" Minoru shouted, and his call was answered immediately as Tsuyu tackled him out of the way of an attack, and back toward their teammates.

As the team regrouped, the loudspeakers came alive once again. "And the Boss has been activated by Team Ashido's presence on the top floor!"

A loud crash and roar enunciated that sentence.

"Fuck, we gotta get up there!" Ochako shouted as she ran toward the Purge Trooper, "Pony, back me up!"

Pony nodded wordlessly as she charged forward, the Trooper was too distracted by Minoru and Tsuyu to notice their approach, though it still reacted quickly, turning to backhand Ochako only to miss as its arm was pinned down by Ochako tackling it to the ground.

The Purge Trooper was stunned momentarily before it dropped its staff, bringing its other fist to bear against Ochako's cheek, causing the gravity girl to fly off of it.

Ochako grinned even though her cheek burned as she brought up her hand and grabbed the opposing arm. "Gotcha," she smugly said before shouting, "Pony!" She quickly threw the Trooper into the air, causing it to hit the ceiling with a thud, and stay there thanks to its gravity being disabled.

The American girl took aim with her horns and just started firing upon the Trooper with everything she could muster, making her horns go far faster and harder than she ever had before, rapidly impaling the Trooper to the ceiling from its arms and legs before finally hitting it in the chest a few times for good measure.

Ochako squinted at it to make sure it wasn't moving before she released her quirk.

The crashing and roaring upstairs hadn't stopped…

"Are…we sure we want to go up there?" She asked her team as she rubbed her cheek.

Tsuyu nodded, not deterred by this sudden detour in the slightest, while Pony gave her a thumbs up. Minoru was hesitant but ultimately sighed when he realized he was outnumbered.

The fighting upstairs had stopped by the time they made their way up the stairs to the fourth and final floor of the building.

Unlike the previous floor, which had been lit by flood lights, this one was dimly lit, with plenty of shadows for something or someone to hide in, especially further in where it was basically pitch black.

The sound of screaming reached the team's ears and they all got into position to fight once again, only to flinch as Mina came skipping across the floor like a rock cast across a lake.

She landed at Ochako's feet and upon recovering she looked up at her with a bit of blood on her face and teary eyes.

"Oh thank god! Help! You've got to – Eeep!" That's as far as she got as she was dragged by an invisible force back into the darkness.

"What the fuck just happened?" Minoru asked in concern.

"Team Ashido has been eliminated!" Midnight's voice announced.

"...Okay," Tsuyu nodded. "I think this is the part where we nope the fuck out. Agreed?"

Everyone else was about to agree when the heavy sound of footsteps could be heard in the darkness. They all tensed and got into battle stances, ready for whatever may come for them.

And then… they heard breathing.

Rhythmic breathing that sounded close to an inhaler sounded out from the dark, growing closer and closer with each footfall.

"Guys… I think we should nope out, like right the fuck now!" Minoru started backing out toward the way they came.

Pony nodded though her hooves were rooted to the floor in terror.

"Come on guys, we at least have to make sure Ashido's team is okay."

"You are as brave as you are foolish." A deep baritone voice echoed throughout the halls as the robot they'd be fighting came into view.

"No fucking way, is that…?" The crowd outside could be heard whispering.

In the darkness of the room in front of them, they could barely make out the silhouette of something tall, but couldn't yet discern any more features than that.

"Well," Flintlock said over the speakers, "seeing as two teams have now encountered the Boss, I feel now I can finally introduce him. What do you think, Yu?"

"Oh, please do."

"Very well. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Cultured people of all ages…"

The footsteps grew closer, the breathing grew louder.

"It is my honor, my privilege, to introduce the master of evil, the dark lord of the Sith himself…"

Then, there was a light, as a blade of some kind lit up and cast the Boss in an unholy red glow.

Towering seven feet tall, clad in black armor with a mask that struck fear into Team Tsunotori.

"...Yeah, we're running!" Ochako turned and they all nopped the fuck out.

They didn't notice that the Boss had started following them at a slow, almost leisurely pace.

"I am honored to present to you… Darth Vader!"
