Spider-Man: LOUD Season 2 Chapter 2

"Mixed Feelings"

Stella stood in her garage, hands on her knees, panting with sweat dripping down her face and body. She wore a black sports bra, fingerless kickboxing gloves, and black sweatpants. Her long black hair was down, reaching her mid back. A dummy was in front of her.

She stands up straight, looking up for a moment, eyes closed, finally catching her breath, "Finally finished…" She breathes out.

"Now I don't have to practice anymore until next week's classes."

She walks out of the garage, turning the light off and shutting the door behind her. She takes off the gloves and cracks her knuckles. She walks across the living room and to a small linen closet to the left of the bathroom door. She opens it and grabs a small towel before closing the door.

She walks into her bedroom which is adorned with red paint on the walls and small glow in the dark stars on her ceiling from when she was in elementary school. She patted herself down with the towel, the sweat leaving her face and body.

She looked at herself in her mirror, her body was becoming more fit, it still had the obviously thicker areas such as the thighs, breasts, hips, and rear, but those were more so genetics she'd gotten from her mother and less so her workouts not working. Her abs were becoming more defined, her arms were getting more muscular, not buff, but there was definition. And her waist was becoming slimmer. She was very quickly achieving the body that most women dreamed of, and most men for that matter.

She thought back to that week, that week Lana had been kidnapped. "What if it had been me?" She thought constantly. "Sure Spider-Man may have saved me…but then I'd owe him more than I already do."

She puts her towel down on her dresser and opens it up. She grabs a loose white t-shirt, some black short shorts and a pair of plain black panties. She walks out of her bedroom and to her right, walking into the bathroom she places her clothes down on the white laminate sink basin. She opens up the navy blue shower curtain and turns on the shower to warm. She strips off her sweatpants to reveal a small pair black athletic briefs. She crosses her arms, pushing her larger than average breasts up slightly.

She once again looked at herself in the mirror.

SPIDER-MAN: LOUD SEASON 2

Lincoln's alarm clock beeps at him. He quickly wakes up and turns over, smashing it underneath his hand, upon hearing the damage he looks over, "Again?"

He gets out of bed and starts getting dressed, putting on a pair of blue jeans, white crew socks, white and red shoes, and an orange long sleeve shirt, with his Spider-Man suit underneath.

He walked to his bedroom door.

Upon opening his door he's greeted by his goth little sister.

"HI Lincoln." She greets, her hands behind her back.

She wore a purple shirt that had no shoulders, black straps run from underneath and over her shoulders, a black pleated skirt, and black tights.

"Oh, h-hi Lucy…how's it going?" He asked nervously.

"Not bad, not bad." She said with a grin.

"So…Lola told me you wanted to talk to me yesterday?" He asked. Backing away slightly.

"Don't ask what I think you're gonna ask…" He thinks.

"Yeah, I did." She says innocently.

A nervous bead of sweat travels down his forehead.

"The meeting of the morticians club is in two days…I hope you're still planning on going." She says, her face still painted with a grin.

"O-oh, that! Yeah, I'm still planning on going…" He says, less nervous.

"Good, the offer for the handcuffs still stands." She says, tilting her head.

"No! I'll be fine without them." He says quickly.

"Good, remember, it's at 7 PM. Don't forget!" She exclaims.

She turns around and walks away, "Heh, how could I?" He mumbles to himself.

Herman walked through the streets wearing a black hoodie and jeans, it had started to lightly sprinkle rain. He stopped at the town center. A water fountain sat in the exact center, a sidewalk surrounding it in a ring with crosswalks from the disconnected sidewalks bridging the two. Buildings surrounded the area, the once small town of Royal Woods had now become a bustling city in the past few years. More people moving in from Flint caused a need for expansion. Rinse and repeat, and now we have a large city.

"I wish I could cause you the pain that you've caused me…" Herman says aloud to himself.

"To break your mind and spirit, like you've done to me…" He mumbles to himself, voice slightly shaking.

"And now…I'll return a fraction of my pain." He takes off his hoodie to reveal a yellow cross stitched suit, giant metal gauntlets adorned his forearms.

"EAT SHIT ROYAL WOODS!" He shouts into the air as he points his hands at the fountain.

The sides of his gauntlets start to light up a neon yellow, before an ear piercing screech and giant soundwaves shoot out, blowing up the fountain.

People began screaming and running. A cop pulls up and exits his car, pointing his gun at Herman.

"FREEZE ASSHOLE!" The cop shouts.

Herman turns around and fires another blast at the cop car, it explodes, killing the cop instantly.

"COME STOP ME SPIDER-MAN! I KNOW YOU WANT TO!" The man shouts into the sky.

Lincoln stood in the kitchen, crafting his younger sister Lisa a PB&J sandwich. He spreads the peanut butter on a slice of white bread, accidentally spreading a little on his thumb, setting the butter knife down he pops his thumb into his mouth and quickly licks the peanut butter off.

He flips the bread with the peanut butter onto a piece of bread with grape jelly on it.

"Here you go Lis." He hands the sandwich to his sister.

"Thank you male sibling." The girl walks off into the living and up the stairs.

"Should check the news, see if anything is happening in the city…" He thinks.

Upon opening his news app he's bombarded with headlines stating that a maniac is blowing things up with soundwaves in the central city.

"Oh shit…" The teen whispers to himself.

"Shit." A voice says to the right of him.

Turning to his right he spots his youngest sibling Lily sitting on the floor, having just mimicked what he said.

He puts a finger to his mouth, "Shh!" He removes his finger, "Do NOT repeat that in front of anybody! Or just say it!" He says in a hushed whisper.

The young girl nods and puts a finger to her mouth in a similar shushing gesture.

He runs to the front door and swings it open, "Be back soon running some errands, love you bye!" He yells quickly as he runs out the door and slams it behind him.

Lola and Lana sit on the couch, bewildered by their brother's sudden rush out the door.

"Looks like it's somebody's time of the month." Lana says.

"Wha- EW!" The other twin says, appalled at her sister's joke.

Lincoln runs down the street before taking a sharp turn down a dark alleyway, he strips off his clothes piece by piece, revealing his Spider-Man costume underneath. Once all of his clothes are taken off, he puts on his mask and gloves, leaps into the air and starts swinging towards the central city.

A black car pulls into a house's driveway. A red haired man steps out of the driver side door and shuts it, before inhaling the fresh spring air.

"Ah, Royal Woods, how I've missed you dearly." The man says with optimism.

A woman with red hair steps out of the passenger side door, "It may not be the house we lived in originally, but it's still home as long as it's Royal Woods."

"You've got that right Charlotte." The man says.

"Cristina, come on out, the breeze feels great!" The woman says.

The back driver side door opens, a short teen girl wearing black mary jane shoes, white knee socks, jean short shorts, and a t-shirt that was tied off at the back to become a tight crop top, she had short red curly hair that reached the bottom of her neck.

"Sorry mom, was texting some old friends that I'm back in town." The young girl says with a sheepish grin.

"That's nice dear, we've got a lot of unpacking to do, so we better hurry, we want most things unpacked by sundown." The older woman explains.

"Yes mother." Cristina says.

She walks to the cars trunk and opens it, she grabs a singular box, which is proving to be too much.

"H-heavy!" She grunts as she walks to the front door with it.

She carries it into the kitchen and places it down, a nice kitchen with white countertops and black cupboards. Wooden tile flooring and an island in the center. The girl rests her upper body on the island with her elbows and pulls out her phone.

"Can't wait to see his reaction when I come back to school." She looks at a photo of a certain white haired teenager on the popular Swifty Pics app.

Herman continues to wreak havoc in central Royal Woods, destroying buildings, cars, roads, and other parts of the area.

"COME ON SPIDER-MAN! I KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE!" he shouts.

Suddenly a piece of rubble hits him in his back, causing him to stumble forward.

"Say my name and I appear!" Spider-Man lands on a broken lamppost.

"You…" Herman turns around and stares at the wallcrawler.

"Me…" Spider-Man says in a tone mimicking Herman's voice.

"You took everything from me…" Herman laments.

"I…I sure did?" Spider-Man says, questioning himself.

"Oh…you don't remember me?" Herman asks, "Let's see if this jogs your memory…" He says, taking off his mask, showing his face to the masked vigilante.

Spider-Man's eyes widened, "Herman?" He exclaims, "I thought you were in prison!"

"Got let out a few days ago…parole really helps a guy out." Herman says.

"What, so you get out of prison on parole and your first instinct is to blow up the city?!" Spider-Man shouts.

"Oh no no no no…this isn't about blowing up the city." Herman replies, "This is about getting revenge!"

Herman points his arms at the masked hero and starts charging them up, Spider-Man flips out of the way just before the soundwaves could hit him.

Landing on a wrecked car he leaps once more to avoid another soundwave, "Stay still dammit!" Herman shouts.

"Yeah and get hit? Uh, no thanks!" Spider-Man shouts back.

The red and blue clad hero leapt from car to car, avoiding soundwave blasts, before webbing a large piece of rubble on the ground and throwing it to the villain.

It slammed into his chest, sending him flying into a car behind him.

"Ugh…" He grunted.

He looked up to see Spider-Man leaping toward him, he shifted his body out of the way to avoid the hero's fist. Spider-Man's fist slams into the car, denting it slightly. Herman grabs Spider-Man's wrist and throws him into an adjacent car. Lifting his arms his gauntlets fired a soundwave, shooting directly into the young hero.

Having so much force it pushes him over the car and through a lamppost behind the car.

"Had enough?" Herman asks, taking exhausted breaths in between his words.

Spider-Man flips back onto his feet, "I'm never done…not as long as people like you still exist…"

"Is that so?" Herman chuckles and raises his arm to fire another blast, "Then give me your best shot webhead."

Spider-Man leaps over the initial shot of Herman's sound waves and dives into him, pinning him to the ground; he punches him several times in the chest, causing him to grunt in pain.

Spider-Man rips off one of the gauntlets before Herman uses his other one to blast the masked teen off of him.

He lands across the street behind some rubble, standing up quickly, "Alright Herman enough playing around, I'm-" He leaps onto the pile of rubble to see no one around, Herman gone, "All alone…"

He glances around before hearing sirens approaching.

Lincoln walks down the sidewalk to his neighborhood.

"Herman…back at it again…" He laments.

"Why can't people just accept their fate?" He continues.

He chuckles slightly, "Heh, now I just sound like Lucy."

He reaches his house and stands outside it, looking up at the house he's lived in his whole life. The orange sunset's light casting upon it. Admiring it from afar.

He'd never really gotten the chance to look at it in such close and quiet detail before. The Loud House was so…well…loud that he'd never gotten the change to admire the said Loud House. But now that half of the people living in it had moved out…it had gotten a lot quieter in the neighborhood.

After a few moments of staring he walked up the steps and opened the front door.

Once opening the door he finds Lucy sitting on the couch reading a book titled "The Portrait of Markov."

Looking up from her book she folds the upper corner of the page and closes it. "Welcome home, dinner is in the fridge." She says.

He nods and walks slowly over to the kitchen, tired from his battle with Herman.

"You look tired." Lucy said as she caught up with him, now walking alongside him.

He looks to the left of him and sees her, "Hm? Oh yeah…just tired from errands I had to run today."

"What kind of errands?" She asked, a quizzical look appearing on her face.

"Um…like, mothers day stuff. You know, it's coming up." He quickly lied.

"That's true. Did you find anything?" She asks.

Entering the kitchen he opens the fridge, grabbing a tupperware container with dinner in it.

"No, not yet. I'll keep you posted though." He replied.

Lucy looked down, "You know…you seem…distant lately…"

Lincoln looks at her, a concerned look on his face, "Distant? Distant, how?"

"It's just…" She starts twiddling her thumbs, "Lola and Lana told me you ran out in a hurry today when going to run errands…you barely even said goodbye…"

He felt a tinge of pain in his heart after hearing her say that.

"And…you even abandoned me when you promised you'd be there for me…" She continued, "It's just…I know you're growing up and that things change over time but…it hurts…" Tears start to well up in her eyes.

He looks down, ashamed.

"We used to be so close…you were my best friend…" The tears have started streaming down her face.

"You…you…" She gets interrupted by Lincoln hugging her.

"I'm sorry…I…I didn't know that's how you felt…" He hugs her tighter.

"I…I…" She hugs him back, her tears staining his shirt, "I thought maybe you didn't need me anymore…"

Their shadows casted on the ground, the orange light of the evening gleaming through the window above the sink.

"Lucy…" He strokes her dark black hair, "There'll never be a moment where I don't need you…"

She sobs into his shirt for a few more minutes, words no longer being exchanged. The two went to bed shortly after.

Lincoln walked through the school hall.

"I need to find Herman. Who knows what he's up to right now?" He ponders.

"Did you hear who's back in town?" Says a boy to his friend.

"She's really back?" A girl says to her friend.

"Who are they talking about?" Lincoln questions to himself.

Lincoln closes his eyes and continues to ponder, turning the corner he hears a familiar feminine voice, "Hey Lincy, been a while, huh?"

He stops and opens his eyes, looking down he sees the person the familiar voice belongs to.

"Cristina?!"
