Like Sirius and Amelia when they had moved into Abbott Manor, Remus felt his heart warm when he observed up close just how strong the bond of the Yellow Quartet really was. Heather had told him about it but observing it up close was necessary to put it in perspective.

The next morning, on Tuesday, February 4th, 1992, Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah all came down to breakfast the exact same way; all four of them were wearing bright vivid yellow dresses.

'THE YELLOW QAURTET!" yelled Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah joyfully as they took their seats at the breakfast table.

As Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah joined Sirius, Remus, Heather, and Amelia at the breakfast table, the adults just beamed at the kids for a few minutes until Topsy brought out their breakfast.

As they happily munched away on French toast, sausage links, and sipped on Michelob to wash it down with, Heather said clearly, "I'm going to post an ad in the Daily Prophet for the yet unfilled positions at Skyward School of Practical Sorcery. I will be conducting interviews for these positions next week at the Ministry of Magic. Amelia will be taking me along to work next week and Sirius and Remus will be in charge of you kids on those days. But, after breakfast today, I want to do a Care of Magical Creatures lesson. "

"Okay, " chorused Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah.

Once breakfast had ended, Heather went up to her room and returned with a cage,

The cage was clearly full of insects. These insects were about half an inch long and a vivid sapphire blue in color. The insects' wings were attached to the top of their heads and rotated very fast, so they spun as they flew. The insects also had thin stings at the bottom of their bodies.

"Can any of you tell me what these insects are?" Heather asked Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah.

"Billywigs!" replied Hannah eagerly.

"Correct," said Heather matter of factly, "And can any of you tell me where they are from?"

"They are native to Australia, " answered Susan.

"That's right, " said Heather briskly, "Now, do any of you know what the effects of being stung by a billywig are?"

"Giddiness followed by levitation, " said Amy confidently, "Young Austrian witches and wizards love to provoke billywigs into stinging them to enjoy these effects."

"However, " added Harry clearly, "Too many stings can cause uncontrollable hovering for days on end and even permanent floating in some severe cases. It's just like with candy. It's good, but moderation is necessary."

"It's good to see you've been reading your Fantastic Beasts books, " said Heather happily.

Heather walked up to the cage and opened it.

The billywigs flew out and Harry, Amy, Susan, Hannah, Sirius, Remus, Heather, and Amelia started chasing the billywigs.

All eight of them were thoroughly enjoying themselves as they ran around trying to get the billywigs to sting them.

Eventually, Harry, Amy, Susan, Hannah, Sirius, Remus, Heather, and Amelia all did get stung and enjoyed a bit of giddiness before floating away towards the ceiling.

Fortunately, the levitation stopped before any of them could hit their heads and they were quickly all back to being themselves.

To ensure things didn't get carried away, Heather took her wand out of her right hand pocket with her right hand and stunned the billywigs.

"THAT WAS FUN!" said Sirius and Amy together as they grinned at each other.

"That is indisputable, " admitted Remus, "But let's not make a habit of this. Remember what can happen if you are stung too many times."

"You were always the more cautious and mature one, Remus, " said Sirius wryly.

"We shouldn't do it again right away, " said Harry matter of factly, "But once in a while won't hurt us. Floating without the aid of a broomstick was super cool though!"

"I knew this was a lesson the kids would enjoy, " grinned Heather.

"Especially since billywigs aren't common in Britain, " added Amelia.

"It was s blast, " beamed Susan, "We really did reach for the sky without hitting it. "

"You mean the ceiling, " Hannah corrected her, "But, yeah, it was bliss!"

Sirius and Amy were enjoying messing with each other by throwing the stunned billywigs at each other.

"Sirius and Amy have clearly taken to each other, " said Remus observantly.

"I love Sirius's and Amy's relationship, " said Harry glowingly, "It's almost a niece and cool uncle kind of relationship."

"Bingo!" agreed Sirius and Amy.

"I just love how close the Yellow Quartet are as well," beamed Remus.

"The thing about that, " said Harry clearly, "Is that it happened organically, "There's nothing forced or contrived about the Yellow Quartet!"

"You know, " said Amy gratefully, "Heather didn't have to bring me here. Heather and Amelia had wanted their daughter and niece out of Hogwarts and Harry needed to be removed from Dumbledore's company, but there was no reason I had to be brought here. But Heather included me because she legitimately cared about keeping the Yellow Quartet together."

"I was not going to allow an eleven year old to be left behind friendless in a boarding school, " said Heather firmly.

"And that sealed what we are, " called out Harry.

"THE YELLOW QUARTET!" cried out Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah.

Harry, Amy, Susan, Hannah, Sirius, Remus, Heather, and Amelia then all got in on the fun of throwing the stunned billywigs at each other. It eventually evolved into a contest of kids versus adults and when that happened, Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah clearly got the better of Sirius, Remus, Heather, and Amelia.

The adults didn't mind though. It was good for the kids to actually be kids and have some fun. Seeing the smiles on the faces of Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah was priceless.

Sirius, Remus, Heather, and Amelia had always agreed that the bond between Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah was the most beauftul thing in the world. The four adults looked on at Harry, Amy, Susan, and Hannah in their identical yellow dresses and felt their own insides glow.

The Yellow Quartet wasn't just a slogan. it was a genuine bond.

Heather proceeded to return the Billywigs to their cage and unstun them before returning the cage to her room while still feeling joyful at thought of the bond between the Yellow Quartet.
