DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN HARRY POTTER.
"AIEEEEEE," Harry cried out as Sirius chased him from Amelia's bedroom, which had become Sirius' and Amelia's bedroom after their wedding.
"Here I come little Prongslet," Sirius cried out excitedly as he chased Harry, "Daddy's coming to get you! I think it's time for a tickle attack!"
Harry tried to run into the playroom, but he changed directions at the last minute and started towards the stairs, and then, he turned to look back and the next moment, he was down on the floor, being tickled 'viciously' by his Daddy.
"You can't escape from my tickle attacks little squirt!" Sirius who was kneeling down cried out as he tickled Harry.
Suddenly, there was a cute cry, "I'm going to get you Daddy!"
And the next moment, Susan who was behind Sirius jumped on to his back.
Sirius turned around and cried out, even as Susan laughed, "Who's on my back? Show yourself! Oh no! I can't tickle one of my puppies because the other puppy is on my back! Boo hoo!"
Susan jumped back on the ground, giggling even as Harry got up and ran towards the playroom.
Sirius smilingly hugged Susan and pressed a kiss to her cheek before going to the playroom with Susan holding his pink finger with her own pink finger.
Sirius said, "Well Harry, are your toys all in their places? Did you put them away?"
Harry immediately put a toy truck and plane on the ground in their right places, on a toy shelf.
Sirius checked the clock in the playroom hanging just above the door and said, "It's almost 11. Harry, Susie, time to go to the Weasleys for Ginny's birthday party."
"YES!" Harry and Susan cried out.
Susan said, "Today, Ginny is three years old."
Sirius replied, "Yes, indeed. Now, how am I going to get two children through the floo?"
Unfortunately, Amelia was not with them at that moment, but was at work attending a very important meeting.
As Sirius was pondering as to how to bring two children through the floo at the same time and make sure they were safe and sound, he suddenly heard the doorbell ringing.
He opened the door and saw Emily and Hannah standing together.
"Hello Emily." Sirius greeted her, "Glad you're coming. I was just wondering…"
"Who's going to watch one child while you take the other through the floo?" Emily finished smilingly, "I guessed it. The first time we took the children to see the Weasleys, Remus had to make two trips for both Harry and Susan. Luckily, I was there to make sure things were alright. Hannah was there at that time."
"Oh yes," Sirius replied, "How could I have not remembered you'd be here?! How silly and forgetful I am!"
Emily laughed and said, "Anyway, let's get those little ones to their friends. It's already 11 o' clock."
Sirius turned to Harry and Susan who had just said hi to Hannah and said, "So, which one of you wants to go first?"
Immediately, both Harry and Susan cried out, "ME, ME!"
Hannah raised her right hand.
Sirius laughed and said, "Well, since last time, Harry went first, it's only fair that Susan goes first this time."
Harry looked down but then he smiled and said, "Okay Daddy."
Susan beamed even as her Daddy picked her up in his arms and carried her over to the fireplace before dropping floo powder, calling out, "The Burrow," and disappearing in a burst of green flames.
Susan cried out and laughed in excitement as she and Sirius spun around in green flames.
And then, Sirius stepped out of the fireplace to be greeted by Molly who was holding Ginny.
Molly greeted him saying, "Good morning Sirius. So glad you could make it."
Sirius replied, "Good morning Molly. I'll just go get Harry. And by the way, Happy Birthday Ginny!"
Ginny beamed at Sirius and blew him a kiss.
Sirius then stepped back into the fireplace to go back and get Harry, and soon, he arrived with Harry in his arms, after which, Emily and Hannah arrived.
"Happy Birthday Ginny!" Harry and Susan cried out as they ran towards Aunt Molly who had just set Ginny down.
Ginny hugged Harry and Susan and cried out, "Come pway!"
With that, she dragged him to the living room where Ron was sitting with some toys that had been spread out.
Fred and George where there as well, and Percy was reading a book.
Harry and Susan said, "Hello Ronnie, Percy, Fred and George."
Ronnie cried out, "Harry, Susie!" and rushed forward to hug them.
After a tight hug, Ron, Harry, Susan and Ginny all sat down to play a game with toy cars.
A little while later, they switched to chutes and ladders, and this time, Ron won.
Ron was jumping up and down, having just won, when suddenly, Ginny starting running. She ran out of the room, with Harry, Ron and Susan following her, and soon, they were right outside the Burrow, where two big tables had been set up, joined to each other.
Harry saw Bill and Charlie nearby, helping Sirius and Molly with something.
Ginny ran up to her mother who was standing right by one of the tables and cried out, "Pond! Let's go to the pond!"
Molly turned to Ginny and said, "Ginny sweetheart, just wait for a little while, and then I'll take you all to the pond, okay?"
"Want to go now!" Ginny cried out.
Sirius piped up, "Molly, I can watch the kids at the pond. Emily and I brought the kids' swim wear, just in case."
Molly said, "Alright. Just be careful with them. Children, Uncle Sirius will take you to the pond for a swim, and in a few minutes, I'll come over and sit with you all, okay?"
"Okay," the children all chorused.
A few minutes later, Harry, Ron, Susan, Hannah, the twins, Bill and Charlie were all in their swim wear running towards a pond near the house, being followed by Sirius.
As they neared the pond, Bill, Charlie and Sirius all held the small kids' hands and Sirius said to them, "Don't run children. You could slip and fall."
They got the edge and Harry and Ginny, their hands being held by Bill, stepped in to the pond. Charlie held Susan's and Hannah's hands, and Percy came over and went in with the twins.
The small children screamed in excitement as they proceeded to splash each other, much to Percy's annoyance as Fred and George kept on targeting him.
"Come on," Percy cried out, "Stop it! Harry, Susan, can you splash Fred and George for me?"
Harry and Susan proceeded to splash the twins, and Ginny and Ron joined them.
Fred and George cried out, "Hey, no fair!"
"You are four and we are two!"
"Get Percy instead!"
"Help us!"
Charlie jumped into the water with a great splash, drenching everyone's hair before proceeding to splash Harry and crying out, "Ginny, come on, let's splash Harry and Ron!"
Ginny giggled and loudly declared, "No! Harry my friend!"
Susan cried out, "I'm going to get you brother!"
With that, she began to splash Harry.
Just then, everyone heard Molly calling out, "Oh my goodness, there seems to be splash war going on. Are you all enjoying yourselves loves?"
Bill said, "We're in the middle of a splashing spree, and I think Charlie is the best one at drenching everyone's hair."
Sirius who was sitting nearby and watching the children said, "I quite agree. My hair is all wet."
Molly came closer and said, "Oh Sirius, you'd better dry that hair of yours. Charlie, don't splash so vigorously."
Sirius laughed and said, "Oh come on Molly, James and I were much worse. The only ones we suffered from when it came to splashing were Lily, after she married James, and of course, Amelia."
Molly laughed and said, "Husbands, beware."
Sirius laughed loudly at that.
Sometime later, Sirius, Molly and Emily pulled the children out of the pond and wrapped towels around them before quickly pulling them inside the house to get the children properly dried up and dressed.
Soon, everyone was back in their normal clothes, sitting around the table, with Ginny on one side, Harry and Ron on either side of her and Susan on Harry's right side.
Lunch was served and Harry and Susan were very excited to behold watermelon slices and Aunt Molly's cheese casserole plus lettuce which they liked very much.
First, the adults including Arthur who had arrived a little while ago from work used cleaning spells on the children's hands. Then, everyone ate their party lunch happily.
After lunch, Molly and Sirius brought out a big cat-shaped cake with a no. 3 shaped candle and placed it carefully in front of Ginny. As Ginny looked at the cake with wide eyes, everyone else sang, "Happy Birthday to you…"
When the song finished, Molly cut off a piece and fed Ginny, who smiled and kissed her mother on the cheek.
Molly then proceeded to cut the cake into smaller pieces before distributing it to everyone.
Harry and Susan then presented Ginny with their gift for her, a stuffed pink kitty, and Ginny squealed and hugged them tightly.
Sometime later, Amelia arrived at the Burrow. After greeting Molly and Arthur, she straight away went to talk with Sirius who was watching the children play a board game on a picnic mat in front of the house.
After they had greeted each other, Amelia whispered, "Sirius, I hope you haven't forgotten that tonight is a full moon night."
Sirius asked, "Where is Remus transforming?"
Amelia replied, "Alastor has arranged for it to be in his cellar. He feels its best. Also, since you're going to be helping Remus out, Alastor wants you to go to his place at 6:30."
Sirius checked his watch and said, "Well, it's almost 3 now. Should we get the kids home before 6?"
Amelia said, "Sirius, what about the sleepover that Molly asked us about yesterday?"
The previous day, Molly had come to visit Sirius and Amelia with Ginny and Ron in tow for a play date. She had asked the parents whether or not it would be okay to invite Harry and Susan for a sleepover. Sirius and Amelia had agreed, feeling that it would be good for the children.
Sirius, having been reminded of this, replied, "Oh yeah, that's right. I hope Harry and Susan don't have any nightmares though."
Amelia said, "Me too."
Later on, at 5:45 pm, by which time, Hannah and her mother had left, Sirius and Amelia went to talk to Harry and Susan who were standing with Ron, Ginny, Arthur and Molly in front of the house.
Harry looked up a little sadly at his parents and asked, "Mummy, Daddy, is it time to go home?"
Sirius replied, "Actually, Harry and Susan, Uncle Arthur and Aunt Molly have invited you over to stay over for tonight."
Susan cried out, "Ooh yes, a sleepover! Is Hannah going to be sleeping with us?"
Amelia replied, "Well, Aunt Molly asked Hannah and she said she wants to go home."
"Aww," Susan exclaimed in disappointment, "But it is fun! I slept with Hannah!"
Amelia replied, "Yes, you have had sleepovers with Hannah, but this time, it will be with Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, Percy, Bill and Charlie. Also, Harry has not had a sleepover before."
Susan said, "But Ron and Ginny slept with us during Harry's birthday!"
Sirius explained, "Yes, but that sleepover was for them with you at home. Now, you and Harry are having a sleepover with Ron and Ginny at their house, and Harry has not slept at a friend's house before."
Harry cried out excitedly, "Can I sleep with Ronnie?"
Amelia said, "Of course you can. What about you Susan?"
Susan cried out excitedly, "Yes!"
Amelia laughed and said, "Well then, so you and Harry want to sleep with your friends tonight. It's going to be fun. Anyway, I'll send your pajamas, other clothes and brushes when we get home."
Harry suddenly looked at Sirius and Amelia and asked, "Are you going?"
Sirius said, "Grown-ups don't have sleepovers like kids do."
Harry suddenly rushed towards them and cried out, "Don't leave me and go!"
With that, he burst into tears.
Amelia knelt down and hugged Harry crying out, "Oh my baby, my baby, my baby, I will never leave you and go away like that! I'm not abandoning you. I won't ever abandon you my baby."
Sirius knelt down and he and Susan both rubbed Harry's back even as Molly and Arthur came over and placed comforting hands on Harry.
A minute later, Harry was just sniffing.
He said, "Can I go home? Kiss me goodnight."
Sirius suggested, "Harry, don't you want to play with Ronnie? It'll be so much fun."
Susan said, "I sleep with Hannah sometimes and it's so much fun."
Ronnie came over holding Ginny's hand and cried out, "Yeah, stay with me please! I want to play with you!"
Ginny cried out, "Hawwy," before hugging him.
Amelia said, "Baby, don't worry, I'll kiss you an early goodnight. So you will still get kisses and hugs from me."
Harry looked around, confused.
Uncle Arthur suggested cunningly, "How about this Harry? We'll give it a try, and by bedtime, if you want to go home to your Mummy and Daddy, I'll take you home with me, okay?"
Harry looked at Uncle Arthur and said, "Okay."
Amelia said, "Then I'll kiss you an early goodnight. Come here my cutest baby boy."
With that, she pulled him into her lap and kissed him all over his face, causing him to smile widely. She then pulled him into a tight hug and kissed him.
Harry wrapped his arms around his Mummy's neck during the hug as she kissed him.
Amelia slowly ended the kiss and loosened her hold on Harry so as to not suffocate him. As she smiled at her son lovingly, Susan came up to her and asked, "What about me?"
Amelia turned to her and said, "Come here my cutest little baby girl. Come for a kiss and a hug from your Mummy."
With that, she placed Harry down, and Sirius picked up Harry and hugged him tightly even as Amelia peppered kisses all over Susan's face and then pulled her in for a hug and kissed her the same way as she had done for Harry.
Sirius whispered, "Be a good boy Prongslet. I love you puppy."
"I love you Daddy," Harry whispered.
After Amelia had ended the kiss, Sirius kissed Harry's cheek, placed him down and said, "Susan, come to Daddy."
Susan giggled and moved towards her Daddy to be picked up and twirled around.
Harry then hugged his Mummy and said, "I love you Mummy."
Amelia said smilingly, "Mummy loves her baby."
After Sirius had finished hugging Susan, the small girl said, "I love you Daddy, I love you Mummy, I love you Harry."
Sirius and Amelia hugged Susan and Amelia said, "We love you too baby."
Harry hugged Susan saying, "I love my sissy."
Afterwards, Sirius and Amelia bade the children goodnight and then walked towards a road near the Burrow, not wanting to have the children seeing them apparate.
Harry and Susan looked at them until Ronnie tugged their sleeves crying out, "Harry, Susie, come! Daddy wants to teach us how to play chess!"
Uncle Arthur led the children in to the house and began to teach Harry and Susan how to play chess. He had already taught Ron before, and Ron had learnt the game very quickly, much to the father's delight and amazement.
Harry and Susan learnt fairly fast, but Harry seemed to understand more from Ron than from Uncle Arthur.
A little while later, Aunt Molly came in with two bags, one red and one yellow and called out, "Percy, Aunt Amelia just sent Harry's and Susan's things. Can you put Harry's in Ron's room and Susan's in Ginny's room?"
Percy came over and took the bags and said, "Sure Mum."
Aunt Molly said, "The yellow one is Susan's and the red one is Harry's."
Percy nodded and took the bags to the designated rooms.
Molly made potato and onion soup and freshly baked bread from the oven for dinner. Harry and Susan enjoyed it immensely. Molly could tell from the looks they sported on their cute faces.
When it was time for bed, Harry did not show any sign of wanting to go home.
After a bedtime story, Molly led Harry and Ron into Ron's room while Arthur led Susan and Ginny into Ginny's room.
When Aunt Molly blew out the candle, Harry who was next to Ron on the latter's bed whispered, "Good night Aunty."
Aunt Molly affectionately placed a kiss on Harry's forehead and whispered, "Goodnight Harry dear."
Of course, she did the same for Ron.
As Harry and Ron closed their eyes and fell asleep, Aunt Molly sat by the bed and watched them.
Soon after the first play date that Harry and Susan had with Ron and his siblings, Molly had grown to love Harry and Susan like her own children.
She couldn't help feeling sad for Harry on and off, knowing how his own Aunt by blood had cruelly treated him.
She whispered, "Harry, I will always love you like my own son. You and Susan are already like my own babies. Sleep peacefully dear."
