"DIE YOU, FILTHY HUMANS! DIE!" Sirin screamed as she slaughtered another soldier. She would not lose this time. This time she would be victorious and defeat her foe. Nothing was going to stop her.

"Sirin, calm down girl, it's just a game." Himeko tried to calm down her very angry friend. Seriously did this girl even know the meaning of chill?

"I won't give up till I crush them. No one beats my high score and get away with it." Sirin grumbled as she narrowed her eyes at the game. She was practically crushing the joystick in her grip but she wasn't going to let herself suffer another defeat. She took a deep breath, trying to keep herself focused and not overdo it.

Himeko sighed as she watched the purple-haired girl get fully immersed in the game. Of course, this would happen, she should have known Sirin would become so invested in this game. She got invested in any game that got her attention. Seriously how did this girl even pass her exams? Sirin was always online most nights and didn't even seem worse for wear in the mornings. If Himeko didn't know any better she swore the girl never slept at all.

"How long has she been playing?" Bella questioned as she offered Himeko another Soda.

"Since we arrived," Himeko answered as she took a sip.

Himeko had been rather surprised when she met Sirin's whole family. For starters, Sirin was apparently adopted, which already made Himeko feel sorry for her. Of course, she'd never tell the purple-headed girl that to her face. However, what was more surprising was just who her adopted family were.

Sirin was now a daughter of House Kaslana, one of the three houses that were the foundation of Schiskal. Her mother was Mrs. Cecilia, the Principal of St Freya, with her Aunts Theresa and Kallen also being a part of their faculty. One of her older sisters was also their homeroom teacher, Makoto Ei; Himeko had learned that on the first day.

As it turns out Sirin also had three other sisters, one of Kiana Kaslana, the only biological daughter of Mrs. Cecilia, and her husband Mr. Siegfied, she was an adorable kid, but definitely a bit of a trouble-maker, despite being so small. Then there was Bella Benares who honestly looked a lot like the Kaslana's despite not being actually related to them, she was a bit quirky, never talking much or always acting shy around others, which was a startling contrast to Sirin herself. Finally, there was Sirin's last sister, Himeko didn't know her real name, she was never one to share it, instead opting to let Himeko call her by a nickname, Void.

Void shared her eye color with Sirin but looked a lot like the rest of the family, the resemblance was so uncanny that Himeko wondered if the rumors Ms. Teri has spoken were true. Was Mr. Siegfied really a womanizer who had children in a previous relationship hence why Void resembled both Sirin and Kiana? Himeko wouldn't bother asking, that was not a hornet nest you would want to poke.

"So how close is she to beating the score?" Bella questioned as she took a sip of her own Soda.

"I'd give her a few minutes if she doesn't make any noob mistakes." Himeko chuckled.

"My Qu-my sister doesn't make noob mistakes." Bella defended. She had gotten used to this human rather easily, no doubt thanks to Void's gems and cores, but that didn't mean she wouldn't be mindful of her. One does not simply speak of her Queen like if she's an amateur.

"You lose." The game machined hummed.

"Oh come on, I hit him first. I hit him first." Sirin argued as she took another quarter to continue playing. Okay, maybe Bella's Queen could be an amateur at times. That didn't mean you spoke and implied it aloud.

"So….do we tell her…." Himeko nudged Bella. The dragon stiffened almost immediately at her words. Himeko seemed to get the idea. No, they definitely shouldn't. Bella was not sure how well Sirin would react if she found out it was Bella who had beaten her high score.

"Not if you want to live to see retirement," Bella told Himeko.

"Oh please, I'm definitely going to make it to retirement," Himeko argued.

"Let's hope we all do."

Elsewhere….

"How is it?" Theresa questioned as she bit into her pizza. The number one cutie savored it as she pulled and stretched the stringy cheese. Opposite to her was her was Kallen who was trying the same dish for the first time.

"It's delicious," Kallen noted as she took a small bite. It was a little more oily than she expected but it definitely tasted rather good.

"I was talking about the future," Teri added. If there was one thing manga taught her, it was that jumping through time can leave people feeling out of sorts. Especially when it was beyond their control.

"Oh, well it's different than what I expected. So much changed from what I knew, and there is many new and interesting things." Kallen pondered. "I still can't believe Otto would have gone to such trouble to save me." She wondered. Her eyes glanced around the restaurant. "Or that he would do things like that." She motioned. Theresa followed her gaze Sirin and her friends were playing nearby.

"The experiments." Teri wondered.

"Well yes, but also that." She gestured to the name of the game.

The game in particular that they played for the famous Kallen Fantasy. Theresa internally cringes for her grandfather. Of all the immoral and inhumane things he did, this while harmless was just plain weird and creepy.

"Yeah, I don't know what to say that. At the very least it's a fun series with a huge fanbase and if I recall correctly, he always donates a large su, of the earnings to charity. That being said, that also makes like a third of our source of income." Teri tried to defend.

"I know, but it still feels awkward seeing my face plastered on several billboards and commercials," Kallen admitted.

"It can't be that bad. I mean you're technically famous without being a celebrity." Teri tried to console.

"Theresea I've had people come up to me numerous times and mention how my 'cosplay' is terrible because 'Kallen' would never wear that," Kallen argued making air quotes with her fingers.

"I'm sure you're just exaggerating."

"Wanna bet?" Kallen challenge. She then called over a waiter. "Excuse me, can we get another pepperoni please." She ordered.

"Sure, thing madam." The waiter a young man in his teens said as he wrote it down. He didn't say a word before leaving.

"See," Teri smirked. Kallen merely held up her finger as the boy returned with their food.

"Here you are, one pepperoni pizza." He told them as he place the dish down on the table.

"Thank you," Kallen smiled as she handed him a small tip for his troubles. The pizza boy was about to leave before he stopped.

"Can I just say something?" He asked.

"Sure."

"Your Kallen Fantasy cosplay looks really good but maybe you could try a different outfit." He suggested. "Maybe something a little more source material inspired." He noted.

"I'll keep that in mind," Kallen told him as he left for good. Once she was sure he was out of earshot she flashed Theresea a look as if to say told you so. "See."

"Maybe he was just saying you needed to stop being so out of style." Theresea chuckled as she reached for another slice.

"If you intend to be cheeky young lady, then I'll be taking this," Kallen said as she swiped the pizza from Teri's little hands.

"Oh, no fair, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Theresa apologized. Kallen relented and listen to her daughter's pleas, handing over the pizza. It still surprised her that despite Teri's small frame she could still wolf down a lot of food, of course, granted all Kaslana's had an appetite like that, and Teri being her clone was no different.

"It seems like Sirin's having a good time with her friends," Cecilia noted as they watched from afar. She, Seigfied and Kiana were busy playing in the ball pit, well they were watching Kiana play in the ball pit, while the others did what they wanted.

"That's good, I was worried for a second that we'd have trouble." Siegfied chuckled as cast a side glance to them. Sure, enough there was no sign of blood yet.

"Now Siggy, don't be like that, Sirin and Bella have been getting better at interacting with others." Cecilia scolded as she lightly punched his shoulder.

"I wasn't referring to that, babe. I was talking about all the boys that annoyed them."

"Boys?" Cecilia questioned. "What boys?"

"Look closer." Siggy pointed out.

Cecilia looked on at the group in confusion, wondering what he meant. She saw the three girls just simply chatting while they played the game. It seemed normal to her. Then a group of boys moved to the machine next to them.

She couldn't hear what anyone of them was saying but she saw Sirin laughing, in a rather smug way. If she had to guess maybe they were challenging her to the game or something, considering that they both turned to the machines right after.

Besides them, she noticed that Himeko was trying to….was it flirt maybe with the others boys but neither seemed to be giving her any attention. It seemed both of them had been more inclined to flirt with Bella of all people. It was rather amusing watching how the dragoness seemed to stutter and panic at them.

"She can slaughter an army but the moment you both her in some teenage setting, she breaks down." Siggy joked as he nudged her.

"Has this happened before?" Cecilia asked.

"Last time I took them to the arcade, some boys tried to hit on Bella and Sirin. Bella was unsure what to do, but Sirin knew, she of course hit on them as well, hit them in the family jewels that is."

"No lances?" Cecilia questioned.

"She considered it, but I threatened to cancel her membership for one of those MMORPGs she plays. That was enough to let her choose regular violence." Siggy explained.

"I'd rather she chose no violence," Cecilia admitted.

"So does this mean I can thrash them instead?" Siegfied asked gleefully.

"No, you can't beat up boys just because they flirt with our daughters."

"What if they date our daughters?"

"You can't beat them up either."

"What if they break our daughters' hearts?"

"If such things do happen then the first blow is mine." Cecilia chirped.

"Fine, but I'm using Shamash for any follow-up," Siegfied noted.

"Fine."

The two looked on. As predicted, Sirin seemed to best the leader in the game. Suffice to say he was not happy with it. They heard Sirin start to raise her voice but before any altercation could happen, an older gentleman and another girl seemed to step in, much to the Kaslana couple's surprise.

"Is that Kurikara and Ryouma?" Siggy wondered.

"It looks like it," Cecilia noted.

"Momma, Papa, look, I made a new friend." A soft little voice called. Cecilia and Siggy turned to the source, their darling little Kiana, and accompanying her was a little girl with dark purple hair and an older woman, assumingly the girl's mother. "This is Mei." Kiana smiled as she introduced the timid new girl. "And this Mei's mom."

"Ah, its good to see you again Cecilia and Siegfied." The woman greeted. "I was wondering who this little girl reminded me of."

"Kuni, nice to see you again." Cecilia greeted calmly. She could see where Thunder got her looks from. Speaking of which, where was Thunder? She knew the Herrscher hadn't yet confronted her family, so she wondered if she was going to do so today.

Unfortunately, Thunder had a lot of other things preoccupying her mind as did her rival/sister.

"What do we do with her?" Void questioned as she looked at her fellow Herrscher. The two were currently getting ready to play a game of air hockey when the white-haired Herrscher decided to talk.

"Why are you asking me?" Thunder wondered as she gently struck the puck. She watched as it bounced on the outer edges of the arena before Void stopped it.

"I figured I'd let you decide first before I make a move," Void noted as she sent the puck back to Thunder in a more direct strike. The Herrscher of Thunder blocked the shot, forcing the puck to bounce back to Void who struck it at an angle. "She does seem to be like the Kianas you know," Void explained. Her puck landed in Thunder's goal, granting her a point. 1- 0

"The last time I involved myself with a Kiana, she hated me for everything I did." Thunder answered as she smacked the puck back, scoring a goal immediately against Void. 1 - 1

"To be fair we weren't exactly behaving our best back then," Void admitted as she bounced the puck back to Thunder. To her surprise the Thunder Herrscher immediately smacked it into the goal, giving herself another point. 1 – 2

"Do you think anything's different now?" Thunder questioned. Void sent the puck to her, but the Herrscher of Thunder deflected it with ease. "How much do we really change anymore? We've visited so many worlds and traveled for so long."

"I'd like to assume with each adventure, we change little by little," Void admitted. This time they bounced the puck between them a few more times, countering each other. "I know for a fact that you changed a lot from when I first met you," Void admitted. The Thunder Herrscher missed her defense, allowing the Void Herrscher to score another point. 2 – 2

"I could say the same for you." Thunder admitted as she placed the puck down. The duo resumed bouncing it back and forth some more as they played. "Regardless, her presence is warranted for concern. While Flamescion herself might not be a danger, I'm wondering if there are chances that others might come as well. Imagine if we had to deal with a fully powered genocidal Herrscher of the Void." Void blinked at the words and Thunder scored. "That would be quite problematic would it not." 2 - 3

"No kidding," Void admitted as her mind wandered. She recalled the blood lust and the hatred that use to float around in her mind and soul prior. When the Honkai had its grip on her psyche, she remember no end to the hatred and rage she felt for the world around her. Her hatred and fear of Siegfied, of Cecilia, of everything. It was not something she'd want the others to see, especially Sirin and Kiana.

"Focus." Thunder cut her thoughts. Void blinked just as the puck entered her side once more. It was now 2 – 4, with Thunder in the lead. "I think that's match point. One more and I win." Thunder gloated.

"In your dreams." Void retorted. She placed the puck back on the field and took a strike at it.

"Hey, I'm just saying, if a full-powered evil you show up, it's going to be messy." Thunder admitted.

"What if it's your dark counterpart then?" Void questioned. Thunder seemed to slip as the puck just barely managed to land inside. She had been quick to nearly counter it, but not quick enough. 3 – 4

"How different would I be, when compared to an evil Thunder?" Thunder questioned as she bounced the puck back once more. "I mean, I've done quite a lot of awful things, haven't I?"

"You've also done quite a lot of good." Void admitted with a scowl. "Look don't let what happened in those other timelines get you. You're still a better person than some of the Mei's we found."

"That's not a high bar. We have the yandere stalker and the insane Otto-esque versions of me." Thunder admitted. "Other than them I don't think I'm exactly a good Mei."

"You're a good teacher and a good mentor," Void admitted. It seemed like she was about to win when Thunder's reflexes kicked in and deflected the puck.

"We both know that's a lie because you never saw me teach." Thunder shot down.

"Well, then you're a good caretaker for Kurikara and our younger sisters." Void countered. This time when she struck, she managed to score. 4 – 4

"They all adore you just as much as they adore me," Void admitted.

"It's normal for younger siblings to idolize older ones." Thunder admitted as they resumed their game. "It's normal for every young child to idolize their family."

"I don't think Sirin and Bella qualify as your typical young children," Void admitted as she took another shot.

"We're still their seniors in a sense."

"True."

"So, they do have their own biases. If I recall Bella still tries and pleases both you and Sirin, and recently she's been trying the same with Kiana." Thunder noted.

"You say that as if Kurikara doesn't bend over backward for Raiden Mei."

"She's a good dragon."

"I know."

"Oh, right."

"She's also here, right now," Void added.

"Wait….WHAT?" Thunder looked up and Void scored the last goal.

5-4

"I win."

"Forgot that, what did you mean by she's here?"

"Kurikara's behind you, along with your dad," Void noted. "Before you say anything I only just noticed as well." She explained.

"Can this get any worse?"

"I think Kiana's bringing your younger self over here."

"Well…F-"

"Don't you dare swear, when the children are so close."

"Shut up Void."
