I've recently signed up for swim therapy classes and I'm doing better in my physical therapy, so it shouldn't be too much longer before my knee is completely recovered.
Meeting Emrys
After changing back to her Isle clothes, Hava gave back the cheerleading outfit exactly the way it was and stated that she would never ever be doing anything like this. She then met Mal and Evie at the lockers.
"This place stinks!" Hava complained. She wasn't going to hide the fact that she hated being here and wished she was home with her father in their dark castle.
"Well until we get the wand we're going to have to put up being here," Mal told her.
Hava frowns, "I know I promised my father, but I just still miss him."
Evie gave her a sympathetic look and wrapped an arm around the demon princess in comfort. Despite the fact that Hava's friends don't have a close relationship with their own parents they were happy that at least Hava did.
Their thoughts were interrupted by a loud laugh, and they notice Ben, Audrey, Talia and a blond boy walking out of a classroom. They all stopped when they saw Mal, Evie and Hava
The blond boy nudged Ben and pointed to the three VK girls, "Those kids are trouble."
Evie decides now was a good time to head to her next class, "Bye Mal. Bye Hava."
"Bye," Mal said.
"See you later," Hava said.
"Come on Chad. Give them a chance," Ben insists.
Audrey gave a fake smile as she puts her sunglasses up and takes Ben's hands, "Oh. No offense, Benny Bear. You're just too trusting," Audrey said holding Ben's hands. "Look I know your mom fell in love with a big nasty beast who turned out to be a prince, but with my mom, the evil fairy was just the evil fairy. That purple-haired girl's mother" Audrey whispered the last part referring to Mal.
"Not to mention that girl with the horns," Talia sneers, "Her father is an ugly monster."
Hava's eyes widen and started glowing again. She doesn't care too much if people insult her, but when they insult her father, The Horned King, they've crossed the line.
"That is the last straw," Hava mutters angrily.
Hava then waves a hand and a shadow demon appears, but she made sure it was only visible to herself, Mal and to Talia she then set it after Talia. When Talia saw the shadow demon, she turned pale and screamed at it. Since her friends couldn't see the shadow they were extremely confused and concern as to why Talia was screaming, but before anyone could say anything Talia tore out of the hallway screaming her head off. Hava smirked in satisfaction, she wouldn't let the shadow hurt Talia, just have it chase her around for a short time before it disappeared.
Mal, who saw the whole thing, smiled in amusement. Ben, Audrey and Chad were completely confused as to what happen but then they shrugged it off.
Ben then said to his friends, "I think you're wrong about them. See you later!"
Audrey just sighs before putting back her sunglasses on and heads in the opposite direction. Chad is confused for a moment but then decides to follow after Audrey.
Ben walks over to where Mal and Hava are. When the girls close their lockers they notice Ben next to them. "Hey," the prince smiles at the girls.
"Hey," Mal says softly.
"Hello," Hava says in a dry tone.
"How was your first day?" Ben asks them.
"Super," Mal answers sarcastically.
"A pain in the butt and so is Fairy Godmother," Hava answers straightforward. "Well I'll see you two lovebirds later."
Then Hava left to go to her next class, knowing that they'll get lovey-dovey with each other, and she sighs to herself. As she was walking to class she realized that someone was following her.
Hava turns around and says in a demanding voice, "Whoever it is show yourself!"
"Quite demanding, aren't you Princess," a male British voice answers in a teasing tone.
A handsome boy with light brown hair and blue eyes steps out from behind a wall and had a boyish smile.
"No, I just don't like it when someone thinks they can be sneaky and follow me," Hava replies then asks, "Who are you?"
"Oh, did I forget to introduce myself?" the boy asks, "I'm Emrys, grandson of Merlin." The
"Really? The Great Sorcerer Merlin?" Hava confirms.
"Is there any other?" the boy asks with a smirk, "Actually it's Merlin II, but I prefer to go by Emrys, my middle name. I must say your work on the Tourney field and the shadow you summoned was quite entertaining." He then took Hava's hand and kissed her knuckles.
"You saw that?" Hava asks surprised.
"Yes, you may have made that shadow invisible to those mortals, but I'm no mortal," Emrys said.
"So are you going to tell on me?" Hava asks.
"Why would I do that? This school is full of prats, and even though I do consider Ben to be one too sometimes, he is at least more tolerable than the other ones who are. Though I must say, his proclamation to bring you and your friends over from the Isle of the Lost was quite possibly the smartest thing he's ever done," Emrys says.
Hava smiles amused, "So you also hate this place too?"
"Quite a lot actually," Emrys answers, "But I actually go to school in Camelot and I'll only be here until after the Coronation. Although it's kind of a shame really, I would've liked to see more of you."
"Are you flirting with me?" Hava asks with an amused look.
"Perhaps," Emrys grins boyishly.
"Well know this, my name is Hava and I'm The Horned King's daughter and he told me no dating," Hava replies touching his cheek with one hand, "So unless my father approves of it then no dating for me. But I'll probably see you around!"
Hava then left with Emrys standing there with a mischievous look on his face. This was going to be fun. Let's play Hava.
I've recently started watching the 2008 TV series, Merlin, and I was inspired by the character Merlin for Emrys. I just love how Merlin is so sassy, but he is also adorable.
