Next Event of Team Picking Cavalry Battle
"Fuck… Fucking great, I was hoping that kid would die in one of those obstacle courses." Black Hole-Heart angered as he is the UA Sports Festival through a TV in a dark room.
"Now, now, old friend. You shouldn't get so worked up, it's not good for your health." A man said calmly yet feels evil from the voice.
"Ha! Takes one to know one!" Black Hole-Heart laughed.
"But damn, that kid really gets me worked up just by looking at him. He ruined my killing moment." Black Hole-Heart said angry again.
"Yes, you mentioned about four girls from that other world you were at for the past 62 years, that Remnant world as you called it." The man said.
"Yeah, and I would have been an old man by now if you hadn't given me that age-slowing Quirk." Black Hole-Heart mentioned.
"Damn, I just want to go with into that stadium and kill those fucking kids for ruining my fun!" Black Hole-Heart clutched his fist and his body glows of his Quirk.
"And you will have your revenge in time, old friend. But for now, we shall wait for the coming day to strike at the heroes with Tomura in the lead." The man suggested.
"Man, I never expected to come back finding you like this. That All Might guy really did a number on you." Black Hole-Heart commented.
"Yes, All Might had almost killed me, but I survived and biding my time to get my revenge while also preparing my successor to carry on my work." The man smirked.
"After hearing what the guy went through, I'll be happy to help him destroy the heroes as a big favor for you." Black Hole-Heart smirked.
"Glad to hear it, though be ready for another trip to Remnant just in case those four girls become too much of a problem for Tomura." The man said.
"Sure, I know some people who'd be willing to lend us a hand or two. All for One." Black Hole-Heart smiled evilly.
(UA Sports Festival Stadium)
Toshinori sighs in relief that Izuku won the obstacle race and proud to see that he has improved greatly controlling One for All seeing how he ran so fast, he was worried that Izuku's selfness to help other people would get in the way during the race, but it wasn't like that at all.
"(You did well, Young Midoriya and it looks like Ruby did great as well.)" Toshinori thought looked at Ruby who is lying on the ground close to Izuku and came in second place too.
"(I was a really surprise that you managed to get in second place consider you were behind the others, but you pushed pass your limit to get this far. Way to go Plus Ultra.)" Toshinori thought smiled.
"This is very interesting." One male student said.
"I think it's obvious Midoriya's stock is about to go up." The second male student believed.
"True that the stunt he pulled in the minefield was unexpected and see that his Quirk might be speed related, I believe Midoriya be almost like a wild card." Third male student commented.
"I think the say could be said about that new transfer student Ruby Rose, she's definitely like a wild rose like her surname and could be good market for flower product too." The first male student said.
Toshinori looks down seeing those students talking about business and stuff while having a lot of free time as they aren't taking part of the Sports Festival.
"(Business Course students, somethings never change.)" Toshinori thought chuckled.
"Deku… No way. Not again, and what's worst…" Katsuki turned to see Ruby being helped up by Izuku.
"I also lost to that damn red flower girl." Katsuki glared at her.
"Wow Ruby, I didn't see you coming from behind me. I thought you were still struggling with the minefield." Izuku said.
"Yeah, guess you could say I had you to thank for that." Ruby chuckled.
(Flashback)
"THAT WAS THE COOLEST THING EVER!" Ruby cheered upon seeing Izuku fly in the air after the big pink explosion.
Ruby soon calms herself down and look around seeing everyone being distracted by the display.
"I used the little distraction you made to catch up to the other three." Ruby said.
Ruby runs again using her Semblance to get past the other students and lands on the ice path Shoto created, then when Izuku used the metal piece to create an explosion to get Shoto, Katsuki, and Weiss out of the way. Ruby used her Semblance to jump high and using the shockwave of the explosion to make her fly forward a little before running on foot again, then she saw Izuku using Full Cowling to finish the race.
Ruby smile seeing that he has come great since team RWBY helped him train for that and used her Petal Burst at the max getting to the finish line a few seconds after Izuku.
(Flashback End)
"I have to say, I did expect to go all-out like that. This school is crazy but great the same time." Ruby commented.
"Yeah, I'm starting to see that too." Izuku smiled.
"The contestants are pouring in one after the other! Let's hear some applause for all our competitors as prepare for the results." Present Mic said.
Shoto pants while using the little of his fire Quirk to warm up his body after using his ice Quirk during the struggle in the last stretch of the race, he looks to Izuku still talking with Ruby for a moment before he walks away.
"I have to say, the way you pulled off that plan with the bombs was a big gamble. You should be considered yourself lucky that it worked out in your favor this time." Weiss stated.
"I know, the next even will test out my ability to the fullest." Izuku said with a slight seriousness in his eyes.
"Deku! That was amazing!" Ochaco complimented while exhausted from the race as she approaches Izuku and Ruby.
"Oh, thank you." Izuku thanked.
"I can't believe you got firs place, I'm jealous." Ochaco said making Izuku chuckles nervously and covering his face with his arms.
"It was nothing." Izuku said.
"Damn, you really step up the plate since our training. You so 'bombed' that minefield and 'Deku' your way to the finish line!" Yang complimented, hugging Izuku's head.
"Hehe, yeah, sure feels great!" Izuku blushed hard as his head is close to Yang's breasts.
"Well, that sure was a good way to run a marathon." Blake commented as she put her finger on her check for pulse checking.
"Yes, and I would like to thank you for saving me from Mineta earlier when he tried to latch onto me." Momo thanked.
"You're welcome, I guess. But to be honest, that was just an accident to dodge an explode from one of the bombs." Blake explained.
"Nevertheless, you saved me from that disgusting pervert." Momo smiled with a thumb up.
"Whatever you say." Blake shrugged.
"By the way, I like your cat ears." Momo pointed at Blake's head.
"What?!" Blake placed her hands on her head now realizing her black bow is gone.
"(Damn it, it was probably from that giant explosion Izuku made.)" Blake thought figured, wondering if it's too late to go back for it.
Everyone waited for a few minutes for all the students to cross the finish line thus officially ending the obstacle race and the first event of the UA Sports Festival.
"The first game for the first years is finally over, and what a game it was!" Midnight announced as she smiles proudly.
"Now, let's take a quick look at the standings, shall we?" Midnight winked.
The list started with Izuku in first place, Ruby in second, Shoto in third, Weiss in Fourth, Katsuki in fifth (he is very angry about that), Ibara Shiozaki from Class 1-B in sixth place, Juzo Honeunki from Class 1-B in seventh, Tenya Iida in eighth, Fumikage in nineth, Yang in twelfth place, Blake in fourteenth, Momo in fifteen, Mei being in 29th place, all the way to Yuga who is dead in last place with an upset tummy.
"Only the top 42 will advance to the next round, but don't be too let down if you didn't make the cut! We've prepared other opportunities for you to shine." Midnight assured as she licks her lips.
"Oh yeah, I am so pump! Bring on the next event!" Yang shouted of excitement.
"Now the real fun is about to begin. The chance to fully move yourselves into the limelight! Give it your best!" Midnight said as the hologram board starts spinning for the random selection of the next event.
"I hope it doesn't involve more running…" Minoru paled as he completely missed his chance to feel a sexy girl's body during the obstacle course race.
"Let see what we have in store for you next. Will your wildest fantasies come to life? What could it be? The waiting is torture!" Midnight smiled sexually.
"That woman need to learn some restrains." Weiss exclaimed.
"She's known as the Rated-R Hero, it's kinda what she choice to be." Blake pointed out.
Everyone waited some more for the next event to be reveal and ready themselves for whatever it might be.
"Prepare yourselves… for this!" Midnight shouted and moved her body causing her breasts to bounce.
The second event of the Sports Festival is going to be a Cavalry Battle.
"Cavalry Battle? I'm terrible at those." Denki groaned.
"Huh, so it's not an individual event. I wonder how they'll split us up?" Tsuyu asked as Minoru becomes excited for this event.
"Hey Ruby, didn't we used to do a game like that back home during summer vacation?" Yang asked.
"Yeah, we went to the beach and had a blast there." Ruby answered smiling, then went looking sad when she starts to remember her dad and friends back on Remnant which didn't go unnoticed by Yang.
Yang pulls her in for a comfort hug to assure everything is going to be alright and Ruby smiles knowing what her big sister is thinking.
"(It looks like Ruby is missing her home world a bit.)" Izuku thought also noticed this.
"Allow me to explain. The participants will form teams of two-to-four people as they see fit. In theory, it's basically the same as a regular playground game but there is one difference. Each player has been assigned a point value based on the results from the obstacle course." Midnight explained.
"Hmm, so this battle is also gonna be about points." Weiss said.
"And I can guess that the student in last place will have the lowest points while the others all the way up to first will have the highest points." Blake stated as well and Momo nods.
"Maybe you should shut up and let me explain things to you!" Midnight shouted and lashed out her whip scaring the students a little.
"Sheesh, way to 'whip' your attention on us." Yang punned which Izuku laughs a little.
"Now then, the point assignments go up by increments of five, starting from the bottom. For example, 42nd place is worth 5 points, and 41st is worth ten, and so on." Midnight explained as the hologram board shows the students with their point value.
"So, Izuku got in first place then that would mean he got…" Ruby tried counting the number with her head though math has been a little struggling subject for her.
"I believe Izuku should have about 210 points." Momo guessed correctly on the math.
"I don't know, I think they're making an exception to the first place." Blake said.
"And the point value assigned to the first-place contestant is… ten million!" Midnight revealed.
"T-Ten millin?!" Izuku quivered in fear.
"(Really?)" Hitoshi thought smirked turning his head to Izuku.
"(In other words, if you take down his team…)" Mei thought looked towards Izuku.
"(You'll win the Cavalry Game and take the lead yourself.)" All the students even team RWBY have set their sights on Izuku.
This causes Izuku to shake extremely of nervous and fear that he is being signaled out by everyone as this event is going to be more intense than he thought.
"That's right, it's survival of the fittest, with a chance for those at the bottom to overthrow the top!" Midnight declared excitingly.
Izuku's heart beats faster feeling every inch of his body like he's now frozen in fear and remembering how he was always picked on back in middle school and how others would always make fun of him back when he was Quirkless.
"(Things have changed so much back in junior high, but I'm still a target. I'm only in first place right now because of some good luck, not that it matters, I guess.)" Izuku thought looked up at the board.
"(Now you know the burden of being the best.)" Toshinori thought as he had gone through this when it comes to villains trying to take him down.
"(What they say is true. It's hard being at the top, right, All Might?)" Izuku thought clutches his hands knowing this is going to be harder to get through.
"(Oh boy, I bet Izuku is going to have a hard time with this.)" Ruby thought worried for Izuku.
"First years! These are the rules that you'll abide by!" Midnight started explaining the rule of the Cavalry Battle.
"The game itself will last 15 minutes. Individual point values will be added together to reach you team total. Everyone will know how much you're worth thanks to your headbands. Swipe as many as headbands as you can to raise your team's score. Stolen headbands must be worn from the neck up, so the more you steal, the harder it'll be to manage them."
"That's certainly gonna be hard to breathe." Yang commented.
"And another thing, even if your headband gets stolen or your team falls down, you can keep playing until time's up!" Midnight mentioned.
"It's anyone's game then." Momo said.
"And since there's 42 contestants, they'll be ten or 12 teams fighting on the field the entire time." Rikido stated.
"And it's also going to be tough since some will be expecting to team up with those, we don't know in order to pass this game." Blake added.
"This is going to be rough; you may use your Quirks as much as you like, but there are still rules! Make a team fall on purpose and I'll slap you with a red card, you'll be disqualified!" Midnight explained the rules and the screen change to a timer of 15 minutes.
"Now, you've got 15 minutes to build your team. I recommend you get started." Midnight said.
Izuku walks around a little to do some thinking on who he wants on his team and to think of other people in case the ones who wants won't join or are already on a team.
"(It doesn't matter how many points my teammates have since I got so many. I just need to make sure I pick the right people. Okay, I know who I want!)" Izuku thought decided.
Then he looks over to see Rub, Weiss, Blake, and Yang have come together for a group huddle for a private conversation.
"Okay, this is it. A team battle which we are SO going to dominate!" Ruby grinned.
"Oh yeah, nobody is going to stand a chance against team RWBY's Awesomeness!" Yang excited.
"As much as I want to be excited for us being in a team like before, need I remind you that we still have to keep our origin of being from another world a secret." Weiss said.
"She's right. Yang, you were using your aura to withstand those explosions back at the minefield, you could have exposed yourself with millions of eyes watching." Blake pointed out scolding.
"Hey, I was just trying to do what I know how. Being awesome!" Yang smirked.
"But your aura is flashing when you took the explosion head on." Blake recalled.
"It was only for a second and nobody saw, plus the pink smoke from the bombs covered my aura glowing, so it's all good." Yang stated.
"Yeah, that's a good thing though I have to agree with Blake and Weiss that we really got to be careful with using our Semblance." Ruby said.
"Whatever, they're gonna be in for a big surprise of what we have in store." Yang smirked.
"Though I hope Izuku will be okay getting a teammate." Yang concerned.
"I'm sure she'll be fine, let's focus on coming up with a strategy to get us through this event so we can advance." Blake said.
"Okay, let see if I can find the people I need!" Izuku hoped he can for this Cavalry Battle.

Now we have come to the Cavalry Battle as the students will be teaming up with each other along with the point values they earned, Izuku may have a hard time finding some teammates willing to go with the guy who has ten million points as team RWBY will are ready to kick some butt!
