The scene opened up at the Rambeau household then cut straight to the outdoor garage containing an old plane where Maria was working.

Monica tensed up. This was the moment they reunited.

The Avengers watched the scene in anticipation. Hopefully it would finally give them some answers.

Vers revealed herself and said she was looking for Maria. A young Monica instantly recognized her and addressed her as "Auntie Carol".

"Isn't that the girl from her flashback?" Peter asked.

"Yeah," Wanda agreed. "She's older but it's definitely her."

"She also recognized Vers instantly. She knows her," Vision stated.

"She called her Carol, not Vers," T-Challa pointed out. "Is that her name?"

"Most likely. Vers may have been the name the Kree gave her," Thor suggested.

She ran out of the plane to hug her while stating that everyone said she had died but Monica knew otherwise. Vers, however, was taken back by the girl's familiarity and tensed up. She knew her instantly, yet she couldn't remember her at all.

Monica said nothing. She hadn't known back then; she had no way of knowing. Even so, it hurt to watch her aunt not recognize her at all.

Steve genuinely sympathised with her. Vers, or Carol, was a lot like Bucky when it came to memories, especially when it came to getting them back.

The smile from Monica's face faded as she realized something was off. Maria approached as Vers explained she wasn't who she thought.

"I'm pretty sure you are, just missing your memories," Scott joked trying to alleviate the tension. It didn't work.

Inside the house after giving them a summarized version of the recent events, both Maria and Monica were understandably in denial. Fury supported their reactions while subtly (bar the tone) pointing out to Vers that aliens were information they should keep to themselves.

"Fury, I know you're a stickler for rules and protocol, but really?!" Tony deadpanned. "The current circumstances won't allow it. What if the Skrulls show up without warning? What then?"

"I'm not trying to pick sides, but he's got a point," Monica admitted. 'And a weird way of foreshadowing.'

Fury huffed in annoyance. "Maybe."

Of course, Vers disregarded this by heating the kettle with her hand, both surprising and convincing the pair. Fury said she could do a lot more, causing an ecstatic Monica to for a demonstration to which Vers promised later.

Monica let out a smile. Even without her memory, she was still the same kind-hearted fun person she grew up with.

Monica suddenly remembered that she kept all of Vers/Carols stuff and left to get it. Vers asked Fury to help Monica, leaving her all alone with Maria.

The Avengers tensed. It was the moment of truth.

Monica and Fury were also curious since they hadn't been present for this scene.

Sitting down across from her Maria asked if Vers truly didn't remember anything. Vers admitted she had minor flashbacks but couldn't make sense of any of them. She asked Maria to walk her through the events of the day she, Carol, disappeared so that it might all come back to her.

Steve shuffled uncomfortably in his seat. Not that he was disregarding her effort, but if her situation was anything like Bucky's it would take a lot more than talking.

"Hey Wanda, would you be able to restore her memories?" Sam asked. "With your powers I mean."

"I'm not sure," Wanda admitted. "I've never done it before. Not to mention it's been a while since I used my telepathy." She briefly paused. "I suppose it is possible, but again, I've never done it before, so I don't know."

Maria revealed that she woke her up her (like she always did) because the air force wasn't letting women fly combat. Testing Mar-Vell's plane was the only chance they had to do something meaningful.

"What does she mean by that?" Thor asked confused.

"Women weren't exactly treated as equals to men back then Thor. They weren't originally allowed to join the army," Steve explained. "There were exceptions and loopholes and gaps to fill because we needed all the help we could get. In general, they weren't allowed." His thoughts drifted to Peggy. She hadn't exactly gone in depth about her struggles, but he'd gotten the message. "I mean we've gotten better, but still. Things were done very differently back then."

Monica bit her lip. She knew things had been difficult for her mother and aunt at the start with their male counterparts but got along and earned their respect.

Thor narrowed his eyes. He understood. Sif had undergone something similar when she wanted to become a knight of Asgard. "I see."

They exchanged a bit of banter about racing to base in the morning with Vers cheating, causing them to laugh.

The interaction caused all of them (Monica especially) to smile. Even with missing memories and years of being apart they were still able to have exchanges like this.

When they arrived at the hangar Mar-Vell was angry because she couldn't get the plane to fly properly, admitting she had lives to save. A statement Maria had not understood at the time. According to her, Vers promised if lives were in danger, she would be the one to fly the plane, with Vers in the present finishing off the sentence before Maria could. Maria described it as a big hero moment.

"I can imagine," Rhodey admitted. "Flying something like that for the first time would be a big achievement for anyone."

"I was the same when I first used the suit," Tony added.

"Lives?" Thor repeated. "Who was she trying to save? Another Kree? Or a human she was working with?"

Fury remained silent.

Maria also admitted that she always like Mar-Vell because she was different than the others. However, she was somewhat flabbergasted to find out she was an alien (something she still couldn't quite believe).

"A very normal reaction in fairness," Scott stated.

There were a few murmurs of agreement.

Vers assumed these revelations were very hard for Maria, to which she denied. Maria explained that Vers and Mar-Vell's disappearance, their mission covered up, and Vers reappearance as a completely different person after six years was what was hard.

Monica and Steve both empathised with Maria.

For Monica it was because she felt the exact same twenty years ago when Carol came back. She couldn't stand the idea that her aunt forgot who they were and returned a completely different person from what they remembered.

For Steve, it was the exact same situation he had found himself in with Bucky, albeit more peaceful and in the reverse order. Still, when he discovered he was alive and became the Winter Soldier (against his will) he couldn't believe it.

For each sentence, Vers could only look on in sorrow. When asked if Vers was truly who she was now, she quietly admitted she didn't know. Vers was who she was on Hala, but for the rest of her life before, she hadn't a single clue.

Everyone stared sadly at the screen. They (sans Steve) couldn't imagine being in her situation, whether it was them who forgot or a someone they were close to.

Monica called Vers in to share with her various photos, objects, and memories they had over the years together. Events ranging from Halloween, Christmas, Vers childhood and graduation, friends and work, and a picture of her father. Monica clarified that she didn't get along with her family, so she and Maria became her family instead.

"Isn't that the guy from her flashbacks?" Peter asked. "The one from the go-karting incident?"

"It would seem so," Vision agreed. "If he's her father it makes a little more sense."

"What about that other guy in her flashback?" Rhodey reminded them. "He seemed pretty supportive of her."

"That would be her brother Steve," Fury clarified. "From what I heard; they were quite close growing up."

"What changed?" Rodey asked.

"Nothing," Fury admitted. "Steve passed away."

Monica internally winced. She hadn't known as a child, but her mother told her that Steve died while serving in the army in Vietnam. She didn't describe how, but the way she phrased it was a clear indicator.

Monica then ran off to get her jacket.

"Probably the standard grade Airforce jacket they give to all soldiers," Sam remarked.

Vers stared longingly at the photos. While she did have her ups and downs, she could tell had a wonderful life here on C-53. She wanted to remember. She badly did.

Steve recalled Bucky saying he visited a museum after Project INSIGHT to learn more about his past. He didn't have any personal photos, just ones from the war along with archived footage. What went through his head when he watched those images of him, the Commandos, Peggy, of his friends? A desire to remember or painful confusion?

She came across a burned military tag that said "Carol Dan". Maria explained it was (allegedly) the only thing that survived the crash.

"Wouldn't there have been corpses?" Peter pointed out. "Even if their bodies were wrecked and unrecognizable, there would still be something, right?"

"It's possible they thought their bodies were cremated," Rhodey suggested. "Though that really depends on how long they were out and if anybody knew where exactly they were."

"Wouldn't Maria have known?" Peter reminded them. "Even if she didn't have their exact location, she would have known they were out."

"That's… a good point," Rhodey realized. "I'm not sure."

The atmosphere was ruined by a knock at the door.

Everyone went tense.

Maria believed it was her neighbour, but Vers was (understandably) sceptical.

"She isn't going to start lighting up her fists, is she?" Scott asked. "Not without confirming first, right? Cuz on the off chance it is an innocent bystander, then."

"Don't worry, she doesn't," Fury assured them.

It was her neighbour Tom who asked about seeing the plane along with his friends, only to be swiftly shut down by Vers who believed him to be Talos. Maria apologized and sent Tom away.

"You can't really blame her for being paranoid," T'Challa defended.

"I don't think anyone is," Wanda supported.

However, the real Talos came from behind to chastise Vers while drinking from a fast-food cup.

Everyone gasped.

"Fuck!" Tony exclaimed. "When did he get there?"

"How did he even know where they were?" Clint questioned. "Did they track the jet or something?"

"All possible outcomes," Vision admitted. "However, I find it odd that he had time to stop for lunch at a restaurant."

All three of them were on guard with Vers having her fists lit, Fury holding up a gun, and Maria standing behind shocked at the sight of Talos. Considering it was the first alien she had encountered it was to be expected.

Monica watched the scene with curiosity. She had been outside when all of this was happening.

Thor wondered if all mortals reacted this way to aliens these days. He knew the last time Asgard had properly interacted with them was over a thousand years ago, but for them to not have any contact with other races for this long. Granted they did live very short lives, so it made sense for them to fall into myth.

Talos politely requested that they calm down before a fight broke out and complimented Maria's home.

"Does he really think that kissing up to her is going to do him any favours?" Tony said dumfounded.

"It could be he's trying to avoid a fight," T'Challa suggested. "Considering how their previous encounters have gone."

Maria glanced outside and saw another her interacting with Monica who glanced back. However, Talos assured her no harm would come to Monica.

Clint and Scott both went pale at screen. As parents themselves, they could only imagine what Maria was thinking right now.

"If he wants to keep his life, he will," Natasha growled.

He requested that they hear him out first and that they not kill him. Fury was still angry at Talos and threatened to shoot him to which the latter apologised but said he was now standing in front of them as the real him.

"I can't see how that would help," Peter admitted.

"He is trying to show he is not a threat," T'Challa explained. "A clever move to open for a peaceful negotiation, or at least one where they won't attack him."

"Taking the kid hostage isn't going to make him seem peaceful," Rhodey pointed out. "More than likely, it'll be the opposite."

Vers reminded him about the guy outside which Talos acknowledged. However, he pointed out that Vers tore through twenty of his best men with her hands cuffed and he was merely being cautious.

"Okay, I'm not trying to defend him here, but that's actually a fair point," Sam said. "Every time they've fought, she won."

No one replied, though they did acknowledge the point. Some of them had taken measures to prevent certain fights breaking out before, so who were they to judge.

He tells Vers he just wants to talk, only for her to remind him about the last time. Talos explained it was before he knew who she was and what made her different from the other Kree warriors. He then informed her of a recording from the crash six years ago.

The Avengers all leaned forward with interest. They were so close to the truth.

Monica herself was intrigued as she had been listening to music (under her mother's orders) while all the drama was going on inside. She had been present for the aftermath though.

Monica was surprised since it was supposed to be destroyed, but Talos informed her that he has a special talent for getting in places no one else wants. He made the mistake of addressing her as young lady, causing her to become angry and threaten to kick him in a place she shouldn't. Confused (because he wasn't from Earth), he asked where causing them all to answer at the same time.

Despite the seriousness of the situation, everyone broke out laughing.

"He didn't know where it was!" Tony howled.

"In fairness, he's an alien," Vision pointed out. "It's unlikely he would have understood since he's not from Earth."

"Neither did I," Thor snorted. "Darcy made sure to rectify that."

Talos understood everyone was nervous and promised them this was important. Although she had not agreed, Vers was curious since she wasn't getting any more answers. She first requested Talos call his man back inside.

Monica couldn't remember much about the conversation she'd had with the Skrull outside. Actually, she couldn't remember anything about it. They had only exchanged a few words before heading inside.

Goose brushed by Talos' leg, causing him to freak out much to the others amusement.

Immediately the tension dropped and everyone started laughing.

"Seriously!" Scott exclaimed. "Out of everything, a cat is what frightens him. That's so stupid."

"Yeah," Peter supported. "How can he be scared of a cute little cat like Goose? Cats are harmless, well, unless you provoke them."

"I don't care!" Thor chuckled. "That will make a good intimidation tactic if I ever meet a Skrull again."

Fury and Monica were the only ones who didn't laugh. They were only ones who currently knew how dangerous Goose truly was.

Goose in question purred. She didn't understand the severity of the situation. It's not like anyone died… yet.

When asked why he was afraid of a cat, Talos said it wasn't a cat, but a Flerken.

And the laughter turned to confusion.

"A what?" Steve asked.

"That can't be right. Flerkens are beasts capable of swallowing whole ships and armies," Thor reasoned. "That creature is far too small to be one."

Granted he had never seen one but the point still stood.

Goose glared at Thor, offended by the remark.

Out in the shed everyone sans Monica (who now knew) sat in to listen to the recording. Carol was perturbed by the screen to which Fury explained it was loading.

Everyone tensed once more. The moment of truth had finally arrived.

Natasha, Clint, and Peter's eyes widened. Maria just called that girl Monica. Did that mean? No. This next scene was too important to focus on anything else. They would ask afterwards.

As the recording played Mar-Vell's voice could be heard as she referenced the coordinates. Carol asked where they were going to which she explained her laboratory.

"Where she was probably working on the lightspeed technology," Tony realized.

"Wouldn't SHIELD have found her lab?" Natasha questioned. "I can understand if you weren't as resourceful as you are now it would be harder."

"We found it," Fury admitted softly. "Just not the way you expect."

Suddenly, the dialogue became darker as Carol noticed something that wasn't showing up on the radar. Mar-Vell urgently told Carol to fly.

"Ladies and gentlemen! This is where everything goes to shit!" Rhodey announced to the not so surprised audience. The reason being this tended to happen to them all the time.

The scene changed to Carol and Mar-Vell flying the plane in space as another ship came after them.

Despite the severity of the situation, the heroes couldn't help but marvel at the sight of her flying through space. Monica, Rhodey, and Sam were especially ecstatic.

Fury was concerned. He had been there when Carol finally remembered who she was, however, he hadn't seen her memories to know how it all happened. She only explained enough to discern the bad guys.

Mar-Vell explained they were the bad guys and explained why they were after her as Carol skilfully flew through the sky and evaded enemy fire.

"Damn! That woman can fly!" Rhodey complimented.

"That she can," T'Challa supported. 'I wonder how well she would fly Wakanda's planes. Ross was able to manage, but perhaps she would do better.'

"She is a trained pilot, so it shouldn't come as a surprise," Vision said.

Monica was in awe. She'd never gotten to see her aunt fly (in a plane) before.

Carol managed to get behind them and fire off a few shots of her own only for the enemy ship to fire from its back and hit the ship. Carol tried to eject them both but only the windows came off. Like the flashback, they crashed through several trees and over the lake to avoid dying, though they were still pretty banged up in the process.

Just like that, the mood of the theatre plummeted once more.

"Shit!" Monica swore at the scene in horror.

"Stupid seats!" Rhodey lamented. "Of all the times for them to… ugh."

Carol tried to call for help, to no avail. She got out and checked Mar-Vell who she noticed was bleeding blue blood.

"The jig is up," Wanda decided.

"She needs to get out of there now," Clint said warningly. "It's very likely whoever fired at her will try to finish the job."

After helping her out the plane, Mar-Vell reminded Carol of their work and revealed that the wars were much bigger than her original explanation.

"Believe me, we're aware," Fury lamented.

"As am I," Thor added with a sombre tone.

"Funny how a simple sentence can hold so much weight," Vision proposed.

Mar-Vell explained her origins, to which Carol casually accepted while citing the recent reasons.

"Under normal circumstances, I would question it, but those are extremely good reasons," Peter said.

"I think that's the typical response at this point," Steve added. "Seeing is believing after all."

Mar-Vell urged her to run and remember the coordinates in order to save people. Carol was confused as to who she was saving.

The Avengers were confused as well.

'Talos and his family,' Monica thought. 'The Skrulls in general. People the Kree are trying to wipe out.'

Part of her wondered how her mother felt about all of this when she found out. She never thought to ask.

Mar-Vell attempted to destroy the engine, but she was shot down before she could.

Fury and Monica's eyes widened. They'd known Mar-Vell had died, but seeing it happen before their eyes was something else.

"Told you so," Clint muttered in a bitter tone.

Terrified, Carol grabbed Mar-Vells gun and aimed it in the direction of the shooter who was revealed to be Yon-Rogg.

For a few seconds, there was a stunned silence.

"I knew it!" Natasha growled as all of the suspicions she'd harboured towards Yon-Rogg were finally confirmed.

And then there wasn't.

"Motherfucker!" Fury, Rhodey, Tony, and Scott yelled.

"That lying son of a bitch!" Steve added.

"The whole fucking time he knew!" Monica seethed.

Of course, she and Fury already knew this but it still pissed them off to no end.

"He basically kidnapped her!" Peter snapped.

"Nothing basic kid!" Sam argued furiously.

T'Challa and Wanda both swore in their native languages with no one but Vision being able to understand them. Even then, he couldn't argue with them.

"I don't even know why I'm surprised!" Thor admitted. "With the way he's been acting this whole time it makes sense."

Yon-Rogg explained they had no interest in harming her only for Carol to scoff at his claims. The recent attempts on her life was making it a little hard to believe.

"Um, yeah, doing that after trying to kill her isn't going to do you any favours," Wanda deadpanned.

"Killing her mentor right in front of her probably didn't help either," Thor supported.

"Let's not assume for a second that means he would let her live," Clint argued. "While it might be true the Kree doesn't have any quarrel with humanity, that doesn't mean they won't kill her. After all, she's a loose end."

Yon-Rogg, unfazed by her demeanour, enquired about the energy core. Carol told him the authorities were on the way, causing him to bring out his own blaster to finish her.

"Called it," Clint spat.

If Fury had seen anything else to their relationship, it ended there. It was quite clear from the viewing that Carol meant nothing to Yon-Rogg, at least until she'd gotten her powers.

Trying to stall for time, Carol pointed towards the plane. Yon-Rogg was briefly distracted, allowing her to fire at the engine and destroy it which triggered a massive explosion that sent Yon-Rogg flying. However, the energy from the core shot straight into Carol and surged through her body.

Monica and fury watched the scene in shock. So this was the moment she gained her powers.

For those who acquired powers themselves, they could relate to this scene and what Carol was going through a lot. It even looked just as painful as what they went through.

Minn-Erva arrived and requested to kill Carol, only for Yon-Rogg to stop her. He noticed the other half of the military tag which just said "vers" leading him to assume that as her name.

"Wait, that's where her name came from?!" Fury exclaimed. "Vers isn't a Kree name?"

"Possibly. Kree names are generally one or two syllables with the last one being a surname," Thor explained. "Take Yon-Rogg for example. Yon would be his first name and Rogg would be his surname. Kree warriors or citizens with one syllable as their name are generally those with no known family or lineage. However, like Midgard it's possible for a spouse to take on their partner's surname."

Fury was still flummoxed, but also a little intrigued, as were the others. It seems the Kree did have one thing in common with Earth.

Seeing that the energy had been absorbed by the human, Yon-Rogg decided to take her back to Hala.

"You were right," Peter informed Sam. "Nothing basic about it!"

"Bastard!" Wanda growled.

Monica tightened her fists. It was because of Yon-Rogg this all happened. It was because of Yon-Rogg her aunt disappeared and was presumed dead. It was because of Yon-Rogg her mother spent a long time grieving her best friend who supported her for most of her life. She supposed the SI held some blame, but she hated him a lot more.

"This is no different than what Hydra did to Bucky," Steve added.

"I'd say it's a more humane version," T'Challa pointed out. "Less pain, no mind control, but still manipulated, that way the victim gives it their all when serving them. A disturbingly effective method."

Back in the present, a furious Vers marches out, utterly enraged at Yon-Rogg's lies and deception.

"Well she's pissed," Tony saw fit to point out the obvious.

"Can you blame her?" Vision asked. "She just discovered everything she was taught was a lie and the people she trusted have been using her the whole time."

Talos reasoned that she now knew what Mar-Vell did, that Vers was on the side of an unfair and unjust war.

"Unfair? Unjust?" Thor repeated slowly. "What?"

"I don't think the Skrulls started this one," Steve said anxiously.

"They didn't," Fury muttered under his breath.

Vers didn't believe him and pointed out that he and the Skrulls were terrorists, even citing the runes on Torfa. However, Talos explained the Accusers were responsible and that his people lived as refugees. Talos went further to say the Kree destroyed his homeworld and people simply because they resisted Kree rule. And unless Vers helped them, they would all be gunned down to the last Skrull.

There was complete utter silence. Everyone present, even the most battle hardened, stared at the screen in shock.

"What?" Thor breathed.

"All of them," Vision started.

"Slaughtered," Wanda finished.

"Okay, I know they invaded and all in the past, but I don't think that warrants genocide of their entire species," Peter said all in one go, still shocked by the revelation.

"No, it does not," Thor agreed. He may not have a good history with the Skrulls but he didn't want to exterminate them. "I don't understand though. Skrullos is gone? Why didn't Heimdall say anything?"

"Maybe he told your father but decided it was out of his jurisdiction, or rather, Asgard's," Steve suggested.

Thor didn't say anything. It was entirely possible that did happen, but even so, if the Kree were the invaders, then why did his father not take steps to stop them? Had someone or something else stopped them?

"Thor, I know you're conflicted but I need to ask. Would the Kree do something like this?" Natasha asked.

"Going by our shared history, yes," Thor said softly. "I wouldn't put it past them."

The Kree were not a pleasant species. He knew that from personal experience. If they were the ones who started this war, then how many Skrulls had perished because of it? Were they still species or were they extinct? That raised another uncomfortable question: If the Skrulls were destroyed for not submitting to Kree rule, then what of other planets and species? How many had been targeted?

Talos explained that Mar-Vell developed a lightspeed engine that could take them to safety well away from the Kree. This caused Maria to remember what Mar-Vell taught them. Talos stated that Mar-Vell wanted Vers to end what she began.

"So, Mar-Vell helping Talos and his people to escape the Kree," Sam realized.

"That was the plan," Fury added.

Vers reminded him that the core was gone, only for Talos to reveal it wasn't the main one, something smaller.

"Huh, pretty clever," Peter said. "She must have used a similar power source for the jet as a test run. By seeing how well it could do on earth she would be able to create an even bigger version for a spaceship. A jet using that tech would take them to a country in a matter of seconds, but a spaceship like the Kree's would take them to a different galaxy."

"Good hypothesis kid!" Tony congratulated causing Peter to blush.

The other heroes were impressed with him as well. Fury was wondering who this kid was and they had not recruited him to a SHIELD a long time ago. Granted, the recent events made it better for him not be associated at all what with Hydra and Project Insight.

Vers believed that they wanted to use it to destroy them, however, Talos simply explained that they wanted a home and nothing more.

"Is that all?" Thor asked.

Despite everything he had witnessed, his past experiences kept playing through his head.

"Thor, I understand how you feel about them, I do, but Talos isn't lying this time. That's all they want," Fury explained. "That history of yours, that secret invasion, he told me all about it. He didn't have to. He could've kept me in the dark since gave me trust issues, but he chose to be honest instead. For me that was sign he was being genuine. You don't have to believe me, but they are not the monsters you remember."

Thor respond. He didn't know how.

He tried to reason that the two of them were similar due to what they lost to the Kree. Vers was furious and told him that he knew nothing about her before screaming that she knew nothing about herself. Over the past day, she had accumulated a lot of stress and frustration over the multiple revelations. In one day, everything she thought she ever knew had turned out to be a lie. And that dam was about to burst.

Monica was on the verge of tears, which made no sense since she didn't cry when she was a kid. Maybe growing up gave her a better understanding of people's pain.

The Avengers gazed at Carol with sympathy. Sam was especially empathetic since he had helped treat others with PTSD and other issues. Steve was also empathetic because of the similarities between her and Bucky.

Fury had chosen to keep quiet that day knowing there was nothing he could do to alleviate the situation. Maria was the hero of that moment.

Maria, understanding of her friend's pain, stepped forward and told her she was Carol Danvers.

"Her true full name," Clint murmured.

She risked her life on that plane for Mar-Vell and everyone she didn't know.

"She did her duty," Rhodey added. "Like any Airforce pilot!"

She was her best friend, who supported her as a pilot and a mother when no one else did.

Several people frowned at that. Did her parents not support her? What about Monica's father? For the first time they questioned where he was during all this?

She listed off her further positive qualities, one of which was being a "pain in the ass" for some reason.

That got several of them to laugh.

"Sounds like a few people I know," Fury quipped.

She was the most powerful person she ever knew, superpowers not included.

"Sam here," Monica whispered.

Overwhelmed, Carol finally broke down and hugged her best friend. Her memory finally restored.

The Avengers smiled as some of them burst into tears.

Monica was especially emotional.

The scene was just too moving for them.

The being that called them here saw fir to summon tissues for them.

Goose, while not completely understanding what was happening, let out a mournful meow.

This scene was over, the truth now revealed, but the battle was far from over. It wouldn't be easy, but Yon-Rogg and the Kree would be dealt with, no matter the cost.

Hi there! Been a while since I updated. I am trying though.

This chapter took a while since there was a lot of time to cover. The next one might be shorter, emphasis on might, as it covers the mission.

You are probably wondering why I didn't tell them who Monica was. I didn't think it would it with the mood of this chapter.

I hope you enjoyed reading! Please review!
