Esdeath moves to sit on her officer chair with the two Obergruppenführers taking a seat in front of Esdeath's desk.
"Normally, you two would salute me right back and also hail the Führer's name. From there we would begin to discuss matters that have to be discussed." Esdeath tells the two Obergruppenführers.

"With no disrespect to our beloved Führer, it's at times like these where we have to omit the salutes and greetings and immediately get into the subject matter. For now, we'll forego with formalities." Müller tells Esdeath. He then presents Esdeath with a detailed report of the German Waffen-SS Divison commanders meeting, placing the manilla envelope on Esdeath's desk, with his hand still on it. "There was an emergency conference yesterday held at sixteen hundred hours, one that all German Waffen SS Division commanders had to attend in Wannsee, hosted by Herr Steiner, Herr Kaltenbrunner, and I. All were present except for you," Müller continued, presenting the material to Esdeath. "Please read through it. But," Müller tells Esdeath. "You are to explain yourself, SS-Gruppenführerin." Esdeath thinks a moment before speaking, seeing how the two men are the pinnacle of the German Allgemeine-SS and the SD. Esdeath looks up to the SS Obergruppenführers. She leans back and glances at Müller.

"I was resting you see. I spent nearly a month in the United States fighting aimless battles with my best troops and talents being wasted. Even those useful idiots of the American Nazi party who defected to our side were of limited help. In short, the offensive was a failure and I will not take the blame for following orders." Esdeath begins to speak. Kaltenbrunner interjects.

"Heh, the modern American could only pervert and dilute what they see, more so are those self-proclaimed American nazis of the American South. KKK I think they call themselves? If this war had gone any differently then they would be a valuable resource for a time before their eventual extinction. No matter how much they plead to join or be spared just because they're of the White race," Kaltenbrunner interjects with his own opinion of the American nazi. A sentiment the two agree on. A short-term asset to establish control and its quick eradication like the SA. "They're nothing like their forefathers who built the nation of America. But I couldn't care less for those useful fools. We are in the early stages of the war against the Americans but made little progress on stopping or destroying them. In fact, we may have to draw them out on European land and fall into a war of attrition." Kaltenbrunner continued but Müller cuts Kaltenbrunner off in order to return to the main subject.

"Let me rephrase my question. Where were you yesterday on the 2nd of May 1963? You were sent messages from the Reich Main Security Office on the 1st and on the early morning of May 2nd." Müller interrogates. Esdeath in a manner of how one begins to interrogate a prisoner, speaking in a calm manner at the beginning to lull the interrogated into a sense of ease. Catching onto his scheme, Esdeath adapts her answers to be more direct instead of leading or attempting to get the heads of the SD and internal security off of her back.

"To simply put, mein Herr, I was indisposed. I spent a lovely day in Burgundy. Being called up directly by the Reichsführer-SS himself to come to visit him," Esdeath tells the truth to the two men, being taken back by the revelation of Esdeath leaving the Reich to stroll through Burgundy. "I'd assume these two would've known that Himmler called me the day prior to yesterday, but judging from their reactions it seems they haven't received any news of my departure." Esdeath continues to observe the two's reactions. Hearing her reasoning, Müller takes a seat thinking of what reason Himmler had called Esdeath to the SS State of Burgundy. Next, Kaltenbrunner turns to Esdeath.

"I find it hard to believe that you were called by the Reichsführer-SS to visit the Ordenstaat, SS-Gruppenführerin," Kaltenbrunner contends Esdeath's assertion. "So, what was the reason that you decided to visit the Ordenstaat without explicit permission from either of us of the German SS? What have you done there? Why haven't you reported to any of us?" Kaltenbrunner continues to interrogate Esdeath. Hearing Kaltenbrunner's line of questioning Esdeath simply smirks and brushes off Kaltenbrunner's question. Seeing her audacity Kaltenbrunner slams both of his hands on her desk. "Don't act so coy with us, Frau Partas! Remember that your position here, in the SS and the Reich. We have collected files on you. You are trekking on a dangerous path Frau Partas. So I recommend that whatever your answer will have to be within reason. Lest that your desires to fight in the frontlines will be cut short." Kaltenbrunner further persists with his line of questioning, threatening to put Esdeath in the reserves for the way and keep her from fighting, keeping her in Germania.

"It was at the personal request of the of the Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler. He gave me a direct invitation to enter the Ordenstaat, which by your own opinions superseded your authority," Esdeath begins to respond. "By default, the position of Reichsführer-SS supersedes all except for our Führer Adolf Hitler. You may protest, but if you want to learn why then why don't either of you two give Burgundy a call," Esdeath continued. "But since you two are my superiors, I will give you a piece of this confidential information until my report is made. Which will only be seen by you two, Herr Steiner of the Waffen SS, and the Führer himself," Esdeath explained further, beginning to disclose the information to her superiors. A knock then is made at her office door. "Oh, must be him," Esdeath exclaimed. She stands up. "Herr Müller, Herr Kaltenbrunner, I initially wanted to present all nine of them to you so that you can have a proper look for yourselves this weekend. Once you see them, you will certainly love their uses. Since four utilize Imperial Arms, another four can manipulate their bodies, and one is an expert swordsman." Esdeath walks over to the door of her office, ready to open the door. Before even having the door opened, Kaltenbrunner walks over and pushes the door close preventing Esdeath from opening any further. "May I ask what you are doing, Obergruppenführer?"

"Sit, back, down Partas. That is an order. We will not see any sort of lunacy until further confirmation is made," Kaltenbrunner changes the inflections in his tone of speech, becoming fed up with Esdeath going over the heads of the SS in the past few days and her going onto whatever whim she desires. "We are not done, so sit down and we'll finish this." Kaltenbrunner orders Esdeath. She gives off a soft sigh and follows his order with no question sitting back down in her office chair. Esdeath then begins to hear the exclaims of Obergruppenführer Kaltenbrunner.

Moments prior, Run leads Seryu and Koro to the infirmary. As Run continues to help she turns to Run. "You can let go of me now. I can walk just fine." Seryu asks. Hearing her requests, Run stops along with her.

"Are you sure? It's not that far. You look like you were in pain and could barely walk. Are you sure?" Run asked concringly. Seryu simply nodded with a soft smile.

"I'm feeling better. It was kind of my fault. I wasn't careful and Koro ran from me. He only did what he did because of my incompetence," Seryu covers up for the suffering laid onto her. Hearing her, Koro looks up and gives off a sigh. "I'm sorry, I meant Fenrir. I keep forgetting that you much prefer your new name than your old one." Seryu pats Koro's head, calling him by his codename and his preferred name. Seryu looks back at Run. "You should go back and see the commander. She did mention that she would be seeing him again, perhaps even giving him a piece of her mind for what he did to me." Seryu continues. "Maybe even I'll let Koro have Herr Kaltenbrunner as a snack." Seryu chuckles, intending to do harm against the leaders of the SS. Run then puts his hand on her shoulder.

"That's good and all, but just know that it will cause more trouble than it's worth," Run mitigates Seryu's murderous tendency. "For now, you should go back to your room until... where are you four going?" As Run speaks with Seryu he spots four people walking right past him. He immediately recognizes them coming from Esdeath's dining hall. Hearing his command, the four turned to him.

"What, we're done with breakfast and just walking around," The designated commander of the four, Raven, talks back to Run. "It's not like anything is stopping us from walking around. Hell, even Agrboda ran out and none of Esdeath's elite SS guards stopped her. Why, do you have a problem with that?" Valkyrie, raising her arms and placing them behind her head, explains to Run. Run sighs at such a disappointing excuse for an answer.

"No, but you should still have to follow her orders. Just because we're no longer in Burgundy that doesn't mean you get to wander off and do whatever you want, Suzuka," Run calls Valkyrie by her real name, Suzuka: dressed in a nun-styled black and white uniform, without a headdress. "The same goes for you three as well. If it weren't for Esdeath's insistence then you all would've been eliminated in Burgundy. So you ought to heed her commands. Now, you four go back to the dining room like she said." Run continues.

"Tch, and what are you going to do about it?" Suzuka dismisses Run. "Plus we're the servants have already taken our plates by now. So we're just going to wander around. Heck, maybe find who of soldiers can beat us in a fight." Suzuka continues. Before an altercation breaks out, Seryu steps in holding Koro still in her arms.

"Valkyrie, Raven, Draugr, and Sigurd. Do as Run says and go back to the dining room until further ordered by Esdeath." Seryu intervened, calling each one by their name. She bows holding Fenrir in hand. Looking at her gesture, Suzuka dismisses the two's advice to return back to the dining room.

"If we did go back, all the others would've been gone by now. That includes you two. So you shouldn't be espousing what we can and can't do if you are also not going to follow orders that Esdeath had said. So if you don't mind, we're leaving." Suzuka turns around.

"And to where would that be exactly?" Run asks, taking a step passed Seryu.

"None of your concern. If anything, we'll just pin the blame on her guards or servants or something," The four continue to walk, but as they continue Suzuka turns her head back. "And we all know that you can't use your Imperial Arms here without causing extensive damage that would elicit a response from the Gestapo, or worse yet. Then just as what these people say here, Auf Wiedersehen... till we meet again." Suzuka and the other three continue to walk. Looking back at Seryu, Run sees her talking to herself.

"I don't get how those four decide to disrespect Esdeath's orders like that. Just because we're not in Burgundy doesn't mean we can do whatever we like here. If anything, they should've been executed by the Burgundian SS when they had the chance." Seryu commented.

"Before, Seryu was happy to serve with anyone who desired to protect and distribute the Empire's justice. But now, after that confrontation, and with Esdeath being at the helm, with no Empire to lead. I can see now that if there is justice to be distributed, then it might be as well be Esdeath's," Run places his hand on Seryu's shoulder. "Let's go Seryu, we shouldn't keep Esdeath waiting in her office any further. Perhaps she's stalling those men for the time being until we arrive there." Run directs Seryu to follow him. The two turned the opposite way and retraced their steps to find Esdeath's office, all in order to make for a proper introduction to the leaders of the German SS. The two stand outside of Esdeath's office, Run is about to knock on the door when he hears Kaltenbrunner raising his voice at Esdeath.

"!Don't act so coy with us, Frau Partas!" Run and Seryu hears Kaltenbrunner's raised voice, though muffled his voice rings out of the oak solid door.

"Was that one of the Obergruppenführers? Pretty cocky to raise his voice against Esdeath, but I'm pretty sure in a few seconds he would regret raising his voice against her." Run thinks highly of Esdeath's knowing little of Esdeath's predicament in the German SS. Seryu tugs on Run's black tunic, catching his attention.

"I wish the commander could do something about this man. Unlike Budo and Honest, these men sound like they don't have any Imperial Arms to counter her," Seryu comments. "She should be able to freeze them here and come up with something later?"

"It won't be that easy, Seryu. Because if she were to hurt them in any way then all of us would be in greater trouble than what she is facing currently," Run retorts. "I'm sure that we would be called in soon and for them to be convinced we can simply showcase our Imperial Arms and abilities."

"If anything, we should not leave her alone while they continue to bark at her. Us just standing and showing our Imperial Arms is ought to be enough." Run proposes an idea. He knocks on the door three times, hearing the footsteps of Esdeath and her muffled voice through the door. The two ready themselves as they ready to present themselves and possibly even scare the Obergruppenführers. Esdeath opened the door but it was slammed shut once more, not even presenting a peek of her office.

"Sit, back, down Partas. That is an order. We will not see any sort of lunacy until further confirmation is made. We are not done, so sit down and we'll finish this." The two hear Kaltenbrunner's voice once more through the oak door. The two take a step back from the door, waiting for Esdeth to open the door so that they may enter. But instead of her opening the door they hear footsteps that walk away from the door. Curiosity and concern got the better of the two as they began to lay their ears on her office door, trying to hear the conversation of the three.

Esdeath sits on her office chair as Kaltenbrunner continues to raise his voice against her with Müller not saying a word allowing Kaltenbrunner to continue to admonish and reprimand Esdeath. She blocks out his voice as she continues to act like she is listening to his rantings. "I am SS-Gruppenführerin und Generalleutnantin der Waffen-SS Esdeath Partas of the 9th SS Panzergrenadier Eis Division of the Greater Germanic Reich. Right now, I'm sitting here with these fools yelling at me. I know I can easily freeze and kill them, but where is the fun in that?" Esdeath thinks to herself. As she continues to drone out the noise Kaltenbrunner brings his fist down in front of Esdeath, slamming her desk.

"Are you listening, SS-Gruppenführerin?!" Kaltenbrunner interrogates Esdeath. "Because what good is your role in the German SS? The failure against the United States is one thing, but to be despondent of your duties is another," Kaltenbrunner continued. "Not to mention these unknown folks you've been recruiting. Not a care in the world of who you recruit into your division. You are one exception, but you brought these people who are not of Aryan blood into the SS? We can forgive your departure to Burgundy if it was an order from the Reichsführer-SS, but to bring these things here? Destroying the purity of our organization?" Kalltenbrunner continued. "It doesn't matter if they're part of the SS or have powerful weapons. In fact, what use are they if they do not follow the conventions of the SS? It's like that incident in Smolensk of 1944, with that Jew of yours!" Kaltenbrunner continued. His comment catches Esdeath's attention. An event Esdeath is all too familiar with. Hearing what Kaltenbrunner had said Esdeath glanced up at him.

"Of course, I've been listening, Herr Kaltenbrunner," Esdeath softly squints at Kaltenbrunner. "I do not respect the raised tone of voice that you have used in the past minute in my own estate, and I ask that refrain from speaking ill of him. Jew or not, he was a good soldier who followed orders. Ambitious to lead assaults against the enemies of the Reich and aggressive enough to strike fear against our enemies," Esdeath continued. Hearing what Esdeath said, Kaltenbrunner scoffs at Esdeath and her defense of one man whose people were all but eliminated in the areas they have control and influence over. Kaltenbrunner continues to confront Esdeath but he is stopped by Müller before he continues.

"Are you saying that you admired this dead Jew? Remember SS-Gruppenführerin, you followed orders and gave him up to the proper authority of the Allgemeine SS," Müller speaks to Esdeath. "Do not forget that in the facade of the Jew, they will undermine our work. Even if they renounce their faith, follow orders to the letter, and die on the field. They will never amount to anything. Their involvement in German and European affairs is the reason why we had them exterminated. Along with those who came to accept their ideas like communism, capitalism, and extreme forms of liberalism. We addressed what to do with the mischlinge of the first and second degrees back in 1942 in Wannsee. Per the rest, they were exterminated. And now with these people that you've brought from seemingly nowhere, all of whom do not meet the SS criteria. I hold doubts about their use for us. If you wish to speak then do so with careful discretion as your duties as an SS-Gruppenführerin may be limited." Müller warns Esdeath. Esdeath gives off a sigh of disappointment, she knows their minds are made up. The minds of the SS have already been made up.

"You may be right, Herr Müller. I know there is not much to convince you two. From my experience as a division leader, I only allowed soldiers of strong warrior capabilities to join my unit. German or not," Esdeath exclaimed. She directs her attention to Müller. "As per the nine that I've mentioned. Though they may not be of the Aryan race that you desired, their uses far outweigh the racial criteria of the SS. Similarly can be said with the Divisions of the SS in Burgundy, Ostland, Russland, Kaukasian, and Ukraine. All of whom still have active Division of the SS units, made up by natives of those regions." Esdeath tells Müller and Klatenbrunner. "If you wish, you may see them as such. But I propose this. This weekend, I will show my new members of the SS. If they do not convince you, then you may see fit of what to do with my position as SS-Gruppenführerin. I recommend that you maintain an open mind." Esdeath tells the two men. Hearing her offer, Müller stands up from his chair.

"We'll take up on your offer, SS-Gruppenführerin. If we are not satisfied by the results, what may become of you is a demotion in or a dismissal from the Waffen SS," Müller tells Esdeath. "We will also get SS-Obergruppenführer Steiner involved. If possible, we may even get the Führer. This Sunday, you only have one chance, SS-Gruppenführerin. One chance," Müller ends his conversation with Esdeath. "Now, that we are done here, we will take our leave. Anything you want to add, Obergruppenführer Kaltenbrunner?"

"There is one. But I will overlook it," Kaltenbrunner stands up. "One may say that proper discipline was administered. One in which greater authority and jurisdiction supersedes of that below one's rank." Kaltenbrunner tells Esdeath. He also stands up from his chair. "Now then, we will take our leave. Do not disapppoint us, SS-Gruppenführerin." Müller and Kaltenbrunner proceed to leave Esdeath's office, grabbing hold of their officer's cap and placing them on their heads. The two open the doors of Esdeath's office, Run and Seryu quickly disperse before they open the doors. The men continue on their walk, leaving Esdeath's home and stepping outside from her main entrance.
As the two Obergruppenführers leave, Esdeath lays back on her chair and turns it to face the window. She barely maintained in keeping her position but now has left herself in a predicament. If her unit does not live up to the expectations set by the Obregruppenführers then her career in the SS may come to an end and with that, all hopes to find Tatsumi would dwindle. Esdeath had told only a few people about her relationship with Tatsumi, something Esdeath had never told to the Obergruppenführers of the German SS. Yet, knowing that they're heads of the SD brings a pang of worry as any evidence they can find against her would spell an end to her fun. Despite having powerful Imperial Arms that could end the lives of all of the Reich's leaders, she knows that it would backfire on her and she would be destroyed by something simple such as a nuclear weapon.
"What to do now?" Esdeath asks herself. "You conceal well, especially against the two leaders of the German SS. Yet, only I can sense your aura. You may enter and close the door behind you." Esdeath tells Run and Seryu. Esdeath turns her chair to face her two subordinates and sits back up, placing her elbows on her desk and leaning forward. "Tell me... how much did you two hear?"

"When you tried to open the door until now, commander," Seryu responded. Esdeath nodded at Seryu's answer.

"I see. You are to not discuss this with anyone else, not with the rest of the Einsatzgruppen Eis, not with the servants, not with my soldiers. None. I will be the one who will distribute any and all relevant information that they need to know. Do you two understand?" Esdeath asked the two, both Run and Seryu nodded. "Good, you two are dismissed," Esdeath tells the two. Seryu and Run both salute to Esdeath before having to depart. But as Seryu turns to walk out she sees Run standing at attention in front of Esdeath.

"Run are you coming?" Seryu asks.

"I wish to stay and ask the SS-Gruppenführerin a few inquiries," Run responded to Seryu. Seryu looks back at Esdeath who simply gestures for her to leave. She turns and closes the door to Esdeath's office. Esdeath glances back at Run.

"So, what is it that you like to know? Perhaps of what was discussed, Herr Run?" Esdeath asked. "Sigh, round up the others and have them convene in my presentation room in thirty minutes. I have to give them an announcement," Esdeath tells Run. "I'm sure that you and Seryu already have an idea of it. But the others must learn as it will impact their involvement. Anything else is nothing you should concern yourself about. However, if you desire so much, then I would professionally invite you "

"Was it the demonstration that you've mentioned?" Run asked.

"Of course, now go and round up the others and set them up in the dining room within the hour," Esdeath responded giving Run his new orders. Yet instead of moving Run still stood at attention. "I said go, Herr Run." Esdeath repeated herself once more.

"Commander... no, SS-Gruppenführerin. I wish to learn more about the contents mentioned from when the door slammed shut to now. They mentioned us by our characteristics, did they not? Addressing how were not compatible with the SS organization, and something about a Jew as well?" Run asked. Hearing his request, Esdeath gave off a tired sigh. "I don't get why they're attempting to antagonize you, seeing how you are the most powerful in this world." Run continued.

"I hate how you two eavesdropped in the conversation, despite not being permitted entry," Esdeath glances directly at Run. "If you so desired then report to my office at nineteen hundred hours. There I will give you an explanation as to why I maintain a good but almost unstable professional work relationship with the leadership of the SS. Now go round up the others as I have to address them of what is to become." Esdeath gives her reply. Hearing her response, Run salutes Esdeath before leaving her office and closing both doors behind him. Now alone, Esdeath pushes her chair back to open up a drawer of hers in her desk. She pulls out a pair of collar and shoulder patches of the SS-Scharführer rank, all four have been ripped out of a uniform and weathered almost nineteen years in Esdeath's possession. She glances at it for a moment, reconnecting it to her glorious past of fighting for the Reich on both western and eastern fronts twenty years ago. "I never thought they would ever bring this up." Esdeath clutches the old collar and shoulder ranks further, contemplating what has been told to her by Obergruppenführer Müller and Obergruppenführer Kaltenbrunner, contemplating how to have her unit be accepted into the German SS without a repeat.

As Esdeath was being lectured by her superiors, and running into Run and Seru, four of her subordinates leave the dining room to venture more of her grand home. Suzuka peers around and sees Esdeath's bedroom unguarded. Normally Esdeath has round-the-clock protection from the guards of her 9th SS Panzergrenadier Eis Division but has made today an exception as her Einsatzgruppen Eis are more than capable of taking out any enemies that dare to break in and possibly assassinate Esdeath.

"The coast is clear," Suzuka mentions to the other three following her.

"Just what are we doing again?" Draugr asks Suzuka.

"I agree, any reason why?" Siegurd concurs with Draugr's point.

"Well Ibara, Sten. I thought it might be nice to explore the building a bit. Not to mention, to take a look at Esdeath's bedroom before anything. See if she has any secrets." Suzuka responded to her colleagues, Ibara, and Sten. Then known by their codenames while on the field: Draugr and Siegurd respectively. Seeing that the coast is clear Suzuka and the other three move to Esdeath's bedroom door.

"Are you sure this is her door, what if it's one of those officers' rooms that her officers and guards use?" Raven, who also wears a asks Suzuka.

"Well, Mez, we will simply try again. Plus, Esdeath's guards and servants are set in a different building from ours," Suzuka responded to Mez, forgoing her field name: Raven. She morphs her hand into thin strands that easily slip into the keyhole. They fidget around and are able to open Esdeath's door with ease. "And sesame opens itself." Suzuka pulls her hand out, pushes the handle down, and opens the door. The four quickly enter, Suzuka and Mez dying to know as Ibara and Sten keeping guard. As Suzuka, Mez, and Ibara look around Esdeath's bedroom. The three look around Esdeath's room through her photos and memorabilia.

"Oh my God, what is this? Why would she even have this?! She looks so beautiful and tempting in her one-piece swimsuit!" Suzuka obsesses over a photo of Esdeath in her black and white striped swimsuit from her trip to Heligoland in 1959. She obsesses over the voluptuous nature of Esdeath's body, the same body that Suzuka sees today but only she ever sees Esdeath in her Waffen-SS uniform or her casual clothes, something that she rarely wears in front of others. As Suzuka obsesses over a single image of Esdeath, Mez takes a glance at and grabs hold of another image. A picture of Esdeath and almost two hundred soldiers behind her all with uniforms and gear from 1940.

"The Ice Jaeger Squadron of the 3rd SS Panzer Divison Totenkopf of the SS-Panzergrenadierregiment 5 "Thule". 4th of April 1940." Mez reads the title on the picture. She looks at the picture closely. "Wow, how many here must be alive... or dead?" Mez asks herself. She places the picture frame back down on the same spot but is angled differently. She also grabs another foto with the unit name of the 9th SS Panzergrenadier Eis Division but in a different setting. Of the two hundred men she saw in the previous photo, she sees nine excluding Esdeath. "1944. Damn, what kind of battle were they fighting?" Mez asks herself, surprised by the casualty rate of serving under Esdeath.
Ibara looks around and sees some memorabilia of the National Socialist German Workers Party. He moves around and opens up Esdeath's wardrobe. One section has all of her military uniforms from the most formal of her mess dress uniform to her summer white uniforms, to her Dienstrock uniforms, and her Feldbluse uniforms. Another section shows a collection of medals and ribbons she has earned throughout her service. He opens up the second of her wardrobes and sees several dresses for the spring and summer seasons. Varying in quality and style from across the Reich and its observant states and allies.

"What you got there, Ibara?" Suzuka moves forward, standing close to Ibara and looking at her open wardrobes. Still clutching onto Esdeath in her swimsuit, Suzuka grabs an elegant dress from Esdeath's wardrobe. She admires the fine craftsmanship and beauty of it.

"I can't believe Esdeath wore something like this!" Suzuka smells it. "It still smells like her too!" As Suzuka continues to obsess over Esdeath's dress she peers over and spots Esdeath's old general uniform from the Empire framed in a glass panel, nailed to a wall beside Esdeath's bed. She puts the dress back in the wardrobe. Suzuka walks over and stumbles to her knees upon seeing the framed uniform. "Her uniform. How long ago do you think she wore this?" Suzuka asks. "What would I have to do to see her wear that again?" Suzuka asks as she stares vividly at the old damaged and worn uniform. As the others continue to admire, Sten turns to the others.

"Guys, I hear her coming!" Sten warns the three. Suzuka, Ibara, and Mez both try to put away what they've picked up and return to the right spot, covering up their tracks. Sten locks the door as the quadruple tries to find a way to leave. "How do we leave?" Sten asks.

"Huh?" Suzuka, Mez, and Ibara find themselves dumbfounded. Suzuka, who was the most excited to explore Esdeath's bedroom, had not come up with an idea to escape when Esdeath came by. "I thought her meeting would last longer." Suzuka panics. Mez attempts to open Esdeath's window but to no avail as the outside of the windows has stylized metal guards. "Quick, everyone pick a hiding spot! Once she leaves that is when the coast is clear to escape." Suzuka advises the three. They each pick a hiding spot. Suzuka inside Esdeath's military uniform wardrobe, Mez clings onto the topmost interior part of Esdeath's canopy bed, Ibara hides under Esdeath's bed, and Sten hides behind Esdeath's curtains. The door handle jingles for a moment. Esdeath's muffled voices can be heard from the outside. Esdeath opens the door and stands at the entrance. She walks over to her mirror desk, she places her military cap on her desk. She looks at the pictures she had set up beforehand and notices that they're not in the correct order she placed them, even her swimsuit photo from Heligoland is missing.

"Great disappointment I might add," Esdeath comments. She turns around and raises her right hand. "One, two, three, four," Esdeath lowers her hand. "You four have until the count of three to leave at once. One." Esdeath raises her voice and counts to one. The four leap from the hiding places and make it for Esdeath's door, "Two," The four try to reach her door. "Three." Esdeath counts to three. In her third count, she forms a solid ice barrier blocking her door. Suzuka and Mez's lower halves are trapped behind Esdeath's door as Ibara and Sten are still behind. Suzuka and Mez look up and see twelve of Esdeath's guards in full uniform, each wearing their gas masks and helmets, aiming their SS-FALs at the two, with the SS-Hauptsturmführer aiming his MP-40A3. Suzkua and Mez's arms are frozen in the ice as they attempt to give up and surrender. "Such a disappointment," Esdeath comments, looking at the trapped four. "So disappointing. Every single four of you. I knew the very second when I grabbed my door handle that you four were in here. Suzuka: Valkyrie, Mez: Raven, Ibara: Draugr, and Sten: Siegurd. The strict and spartan Burgundian SS training should've made you second-think about coming in here. Each and every one of you should've followed commands to the very letter, without question or distraction. That is the soul of the German soldier. The soul of the SS" Esdeath talks as she walks over to the trapped four. "Now, what should I do with you four?" Esdeath snaps her fingers. "Ah, I know!" Esdeath smile turns sinister, after coming up with a fitting punishment for the four who trespassed in her room.
