Welcome to the next chapter of RWBY: Team DUSK, before starting the story. Let's answer some reviews:

altajir95: No doubt about that, he showed no issue with treating his own younger sister like dirt. But, he'd ended up being put in his place by Daniel. I'll make sure this one is awesome too.

The Heiress' Dilemma

In Team RWBY's bedroom, the four-women team found themselves preparing for the morning, each of them had started performing their regular morning rituals. Ruby, who'd won the first go-ahead for their team's shared bathroom was given free rein. Weiss found herself sitting down on her bed near the window, brushing her long white hair with care and grace. Blake as usual found herself resting against the wall her bed was placed against, having her 'morning read'. And Yang, same as Weiss, found herself tending to her beautiful and long blonde, almost golden hair, with the gentlest possible care.

"Another morning, I wonder what's going to happen today?"

Yang asked, with the faintest yawn escaping from her mouth.

"Who knows, as long as it isn't an incident like what happened with Alyssa's brother."

Blake replied, not taking her attention from her book.

"Yes, I can't believe that someone like that was Alyssa's older brother," Weiss pointed out, almost feeling exasperated thinking about it. "Both of them couldn't even be different."

"Well, we can at least be glad that Team MAJY left out on another mission over the weekend. I don't know if they'll be back after a couple of days. I'm looking forward to when it's going to be our time. Being out on missions as much as we want without needing to have boring classes."

Yang replied, thinking about the time when it'll be their turn to go out into the world and perform missions.

"Can't believe it that someone like that could be on the same team as such well-mannered people," Weiss stated as she continued tending to her hair. "Their team leader, Merlin, as well as Lancelot and Jennifer seemed to be a good pairing with one another. It must've been terrible being around a teammate that's hard to be around."

"…."

Blake seemed to flinch at that comment, almost as if she'd been holding back laughter, as she buried her face far deeper into her book. Yang, on the other hand, didn't do that.

"Yeah, that sounds terrible. Just imagine being on the same team as someone who was let's see," Yang happily replied while brushing her hair. "I don't know, how about, unfriendly, uncooperative, rude, and let's say a little bit of a brat sometimes."

"I've been around Daniel enough to understand sarcasm, Yang."

Weiss pointed out, staring straight at Yang with an irritated look, while her teammate giggled.

"Hehehe, sometimes I forget that you and Dani have a long history," Yang said with some hint of sarcasm. "Well, I would if you don't look all lovingly at him sometimes."

"I-I do not look lovingly at Daniel."

Despite not knowing whether or not that was the case, Weiss felt too embarrassed to admit her feelings right in front of others. Not surprising, as it wasn't something that she'd done much in childhood, being an almost foreign topic for her in most situations.

"Oh, just admit it Ice Queen. Me, Blake, and several others among our friend group have seen the lovey-dovey feelings between you two," Yang pointed out, wearing a coy smile. "I already said it before, but Dani is the kind of guy any girl could fall for. You should've seen the looks that humans and even Faunus girls give him sometimes. And don't get me started on…."

"Aaand the amazing leader of Team RWBY is prepared for the morning!"

Ruby energetically announced opening the bathroom door and showing herself dressed in her school uniform with an energetic face that matched her tone. To most, it looked as if she put a little bit more attention to her appearance, though she might not have been aware of that fact.

"And here's one of them," Yang pointed out, standing up as she stood behind her now confused younger sister, her hands positioned on her shoulder. "My adorable little sister has gotten him as her first crush."

"Wah?! Y-Yang, what're you talking about?"

Ruby looked flushed about that her older sister mentioned such a thing.

"Aw, come on baby sister, I know that you gained a crush on our silver-eyed boy. Ah, that'd be such an adorable pairing, two eccentric silver-eyed teens with an obsession for weapons."

"Eh, who're you calling eccentric?"

"Ruby, do you know what eccentric means?"

Blake asked, closing her book for a moment as Ruby paused for a second, almost appearing both confused and anxious in that instance.

"Uh, it's a bad thing, right?"

"Well, it depends on how you look at it. It could be good or bad."

Blake replied, causing Ruby to wonder what that could mean in this instance.

"Still doesn't change the fact that my baby sister has gotten her first crush, and her older sister couldn't help but be proud of her. I just hope that Dani doesn't break and end up making the wrong kind of move."

Yang despite her playfulness about Ruby's newfound crush on Daniel, still felt protective of her younger sister.

"I'm sure that Daniel wouldn't do something like that."

Blake uttered to herself as she kept reading her book.

"Well, you don't have to be worried about that. Since I have something planned between me and Daniel."

Weiss said, showing a good amount of pride behind that declaration, something that sparked immediate interest from Yang and Blake; though the latter wasn't as visual about it.

"Oh, is that so," Yang ended up right beside Weiss' bedside, with sparkling eyes displaying the blonde's investment in the potential conversation. "What do you plan on doing with Dani?! What do you plan on doing?! Do you plan on confession?! Come on, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me!"

Weiss was almost pressured by the constant persistence from Yang, who seemed invested in the conversation as a social butterfly and someone who loves things like this. It was almost about the same as what she'd seen in Ruby, who'd talked about weapons or whatever she liked.

"That's going to be something between Daniel and me. It has nothing to do with you."

Weiss stated, wanting to keep what she planned for herself and Daniel a secret from everyone else, aside from those involved; i.e. Daniel and herself.

"Eh, so that means Weiss and I can like Daniel too?"

Ruby innocently asked, causing Weiss, Blake, and Yang to stare straight at the younger Huntress-in-Training for different reasons. Weiss and Blake looked stunned about the situation, Yang, on the other hand, looked as if she found a brand new outlet for herself.

"Wh-What do you mean about that?! Y-You dolt?!"

Flustered and stunned, Weiss exploded, immediately bonking Ruby on top of her head, causing the team leader to wince and wine at the impact.

"Ouch! Why did you hit me?! Is there something wrong with me and Weiss liking the same guy?"

Ruby asked, tearing up at the pain.

"Of course, there's something wrong with that?! Do you have any idea how weird that sounds?! You and I can't like or date Daniel at the same time?!"

"Why? The same thing happened in Blake's book."

Thud!

At that comment, Blake immediately dropped the book she was reading at the immediate surprise that happened, wearing a stunned expression. Hearing that, Yang's eyes sparkled more and more about the drama bursting out around her.

"Oh god, I love today."

Yang thought as she continued giggling to herself.

She and the others became well aware of Blake's particular taste in books, which bordered on more 'mature' content, having found one of them on

"W-What b-book exactly?"

"Oh, um, I think that it was titled," Ruby tried thinking about the title, but then recalled it. "Oh, it was called, 'The Tale of the Future Hero King'. It sounded awesome, so I started reading it, and I was right because there were a lot of awesome fights. It then started going into the protagonist meeting two friends, who seemed to start liking him too. And then the two agreed to date him at the same time."

"U-Uh, how f-far did you get….?"

"Uh, that's about it?"

"T-That's good. I'm going to get dressed."

In a rushed manner, Blake headed straight into the bathroom to get dressed, attempting to not let her friends see the deep redness and embarrassment on her face.

"Ah, it's always the quiet ones with the perverse fetish."

Yang said, still finding herself in the best mood this morning.

"I mean, come on, is it that bad that we both like Daniel? I don't get the reason why we can't date him?"

"We just can't date Daniel at the same time? It's just weird!"

"Is there a law against it?"

Ruby asked, and caused Weiss to pause for a moment.

"I…," Weiss thought about it for a second, something that caused Yang to think too. "Well, even if there isn't a law against it. It's still weird for two girls to date one guy."

"I say go for it. You only live once," Yang called out, waving her hand at the two while enjoying the situation with an amused look. "Just don't go too far, I don't think that dad would like if it something particular happens."

"You're just saying that because it sounds amusing to you."

Weiss pointed out, staring straight at Yang, who smiled.

"And you're right about that," Yang replied, giving her teammate a thumbs up and sticking her tongue out. "Hehehe, if this is what happens, then Dani is going to have his hands full."

"Achoo!"

Daniel found himself sneezing, as he and Hunter were on their dorm room floor in the middle of doing push-ups, the latter was struggling. A good amount of sweat could be seen pooling off Hunter's forehead as he found that it was difficult to continue doing this.

"What was that? Perhaps, someone is thinking about Daniel."

Alyssa joked.

"Well, either way, that's gross, cover your mouth or something. Well, because of this situation, I'd say hold it in."

Sandra stated, finding it gross that Daniel sneezed like that.

As Sandra mentioned she and Alyssa were sitting down on Daniel's and Hunter's backs respectively, while the two started doing push-ups. All of them could see that Hunter was struggling to finish this up, but this was something that he wanted himself too.

"I'm not in a position to do that either. And besides, that can cause complications too."

Daniel stated, as he continued doing push-ups, while Sandra sat down on his back, and read whatever was in her hands. Alyssa was doing the same thing but was going through the social media on her Scroll. However, she tried not to make unneeded moves to not put more pressure on Hunter.

"Hunter, you don't need to force yourself. I don't think that anyone aside from Daniel could do something like this, let alone agree to this."

Alyssa said, worried as she noticed that Hunter's arms were shaking from the strain being put on them. But, she could see he was trying his hardest to finish the push-ups he had intended on doing. After one minute, Hunter finished his seat, and Alyssa got off of his back before he fell on the ground breathing heavier. At that moment, he looked to find Daniel sitting beside him holding an open drink and smiling.

"Good set for your first day."

"…."

Hunter gave a faint smile, then took the drink off Daniel's hands, and started gulping it down.

"Man, Daniel, no matter how many times I say it. But, you're a beast sometimes when it comes to working out," an amused tone came from Alyssa's mouth as she sat beside Daniel and Hunter. "I don't think that I could see one of our upperclassmen training for as long as you do."

"Not that impressive, my family can take the phrase, no pain, no gain a bit literally. If you saw me complaining from childhood sometimes, then you would've laughed your ass off."

"Yeah, that's something that I would've wanted to see," Sandra joked as she sat beside Hunter, wearing more of a casual air around her. "Hah, just think that it's been just a day since we last saw your asshole older brother."

"Well, let's hope that he'd gone until next year. Knowing their schedule compared to ours, I doubt that we'd even see them in a long time. At least, his teammates weren't bad people to match."

"Now, that would've made it worse. It might've turned into a fight between Team DUSK and MAJY," Daniel stated, laughing at the thought of that. "But, your brother aside, it would've been troublesome fighting against Merlin and Lancelot. That's just the kind of vibe that I got from the both of them, their leader, in particular."

Daniel pointed out, something that caught their attention, because their leader no matter how casual he was from time to time, didn't mince words about things about this.

"Yeah, Merlin was a good adviser too. I ended up running into him once around the word, and he ended up giving me some good advice about school and combat," Alyssa pointed out, showing a good response from receiving a decent amount of advice from Merlin. "Daniel is right about him being a serious threat too. My brother is prideful to an irritating extent, but he was docile whenever Merlin was around. And Lancelot managed to hit him without his semblance activating once."

Neither of them could help thinking about those two incidents with Merlin and Lancelot, who carried themselves as true upperclassmen.

"Yeah, and there was Lancelot's girlfriend, Jennifer. She seemed almost too intuitive about the feelings of others," a suspicious tone could be heard from Sandra. "I didn't say anything to her, but then she started consoling me on being a 'recovering loner'."

"Well, she can either read minds or emotions, likely both. Or she can be that good of a counselor."

"I'm on the fence about her being a mind reader because I'm sure she would've been more emotional around me if she find out about my past," Sandra pointed out. "And I'm sure that whatever she felt from you would've made her cry. Because whatever insane we go through that's almost a normal thing to you."

"That's so true that it hurts."

Daniel didn't deny that Sandra was right about that, causing the small team to share a small laugh between them before realizing the time.

"Alright, let's get dressed for the first week of school."

Daniel announced with some renewed vigor, something that couldn't help causing the three around them to feel a bit of gratitude about it to some extent. Standing up, the four teens started getting dressed for their usual classes, but before that came breakfast.

Having gotten dressed, the usual group, consisting of Teams RWBY, DUSK, and JNPR headed over toward the cafeteria. Each of them maintained their respective conversations with the other members, showcasing the familiarity the group carried with one another.

"Sooo, Weiss would you be interested in heading to this new show that I managed to get tickets to? So, would you be interested in going with…?"

"No."

Weiss denied Jaune's offer as blunt as usual, something that she had done so often that it was almost a routine. As usual, Jaune fell into a faint depression as Daniel and Pyrrha stood right beside the two wearing wry smiles, both of them felt complicated.

""I should feel more irritated about this. But, come on, I can't be mad at Jaune.""

Both of them thought at the same time, but then Daniel walked beside the dejected Jaune as Pyrrha moved over to Weiss, well, more like the heiress moved next to the redheaded champion.

"What am I doing wrong?"

"Are you sure you want me to answer that question, because I do have a list," Daniel replied, as Jaune looked at him with a pitiable look. "Alright, there's no need to look at me like that, you're making me feel bad. Jaune, have you considered that Weiss might not like you that way? I mean, isn't this because of that one time she made that comment the first time you met?"

"I mean, since you put it like that," Jaune started uttering under his breath, while dropping his shoulders, as both headed in the direction of the. "Does that mean I should give up?"

"Jaune, we're friends, right?"

"Yeah, aren't we? I mean, we've hung out and you've even helped me out in situations."

"Well, then as your friend, Jaune. If Weiss doesn't have feelings, just don't forget that there are other women out there who would be interested in you," Daniel pointed out as he wrapped his arm around Jaune's shoulder while stepping closer. "Let's say for example there was a quirky girl right in your life that happens to have been trying to catch your attention. Her feelings were genuine, but you couldn't notice it because you were focusing on another person that gave you their response."

"Yeah, but what am I going to do with the second ticket?"

"How about inviting Pyrrha," Daniel replied, causing the said redhead to turn her attention over toward them with a surprised and flustered look. "I mean, she has been the closest person around you and she has been helping your training. So, think of this as a well-deserved private outing together and have some fun alone. And think of what I told you right here."

"You're right. Pyrrha has been beyond awesome in helping my training despite the jerk that I was the first time," Jaune said, smiling at the idea of spending some time with Pyrrha. "Thanks, Daniel, you're a real pal."

"No problem."

Daniel replied, smiling as Jaune started pacing straight toward Pyrrha, as Weiss returned to his head. Amid that, the redhead turned a faint glance over towards Daniel, who gave an over-the-top smirk and thumbs-up, causing a faint smile to appear on Pyrrha's face. She felt appreciative of the intention set up by Daniel and thought of spending some time with Jaune.

"I don't know whether to be glad that Jaune is beginning to give up asking me out. Or confused about the reason that Pyrrha is this interested in him."

"Come on, Weiss. People are attracted to what appeals to them most. Jaune is the kind of person Pyrrha needs in her life," Daniel replied as he and Weiss walked beside one another, while all of them headed over toward the cafeteria. "Pyrrha is a big shot champion and this idol that everyone believes should be admired and not touched or approached, which can make someone feel lonely. Jaune didn't even know Pyrrha was well the Pyrrha Nikos, Mistral's Champion, and Pumpkin Pete's Marshmallow Flakes' mascot. She wasn't kidding about that cereal not being good for you. But, the Mistral kids I met loved eating it."

"I guess. Though, are you sure that this is going to work? I mean, Jaune can't catch onto Pyrrha's advancements, no matter how subtle or personal."

"Of course, I have planned out this personal plan of getting the two of them together, because this just seems like the perfect pair. For that reason, I have plans: a, b, and c. Plan c would be the most straightforward of the three, but where's the fun in that."

"Well, I see that you can plan out someone else's relationship, at least."

Weiss said, almost jokingly and snidely.

"It benefits you too. If Jaune and Pyrrha get together, that means that he won't attempt to flirt with you and invite you out anymore."

"I'll help in any way I can."

Weiss immediately replied at the thought of not awkwardly being asked out and rejecting Jaune daily; an immediate response that caused Daniel to chuckle a bit.

"Come on, give me some credit. It's not just their relationship that I think about."

Daniel commented as Weiss heard that comment, becoming almost flustered at the thought of that.

"Hey, Daniel, I was wondering if I could ask you something?"

Ruby asked, appearing right beside Daniel, as Weiss was still thinking about the last words that she'd heard from him. Turning over to the younger silver-eyed girl, Daniel looked curious about what she was preparing to ask.

"Sure thing. So, what question can Atlas' number one snarker answer?"

Daniel asked back, catching onto Ruby's question for him, Weiss having some suspicion.

"Is it wrong for two girls to like the same guy?"

Ruby asked, tilting her head to the side.

"…?!"

Weiss felt her face scrunch out from surprise that she asked that question, then turned to find that most of their friends didn't catch most of that. Daniel's face didn't change much, but he looked somewhat confused about that question being brought up.

"You read one of Blake's books, didn't you?"

Throw!

"Ouch!"

As Daniel asked that question a book was tossed straight at him, striking him at the back of his head. There was a good deal of force behind that throw, something that caused Daniel to stumble forward. It'd, of course, caught their friends' attention, noticing an object was thrown at him. He caught the book in his hands as it was preparing to fall to the ground. He then turned around as Blake stared straight at him, crossing her arms, showing more of an emotional reaction about that.

"Alright, I had that one coming too," Daniel said, rubbing the back of his head as he walked forward to hand the book back to blame. "But, damn, Blake that was some throwing arm. I guess that's what I'd expect from someone who swings around their weapon like a pro."

"…."

Blake didn't respond and instead took her book off his hands.

"Alright, silent treatment. I guess that is an appropriate enough response."

Daniel immediately understood that Blake was giving him the silent treatment, because of that comment he made about her 'reading material'. He started walking back from Blake, as Yang, Alyssa, and Sandra found themselves most amused about what just happened.

"And to answer your oddly specific question," Daniel stated, returning in-between Ruby and Weiss, but found the white-haired young lady was pinching her team leader's cheeks. "I mean, that's whether or not Weiss intends on not giving out punishment."

"I'll stop when my idiot leader learns to not ask ridiculous questions and not act childish in public."

"Alright, so it'll continue well into adulthood. I'm sure that this is going to be a fun bit."

"Wey, what's wnot punny, Dwaniel."

Ruby appeared to complain as she frantically waved her arms around, while Daniel shrugged his shoulders and stuck out his tongue. Weiss released her, leaving behind a reddened section then turned in another direction with a 'humph'. At that, the youngest Huntress-in-Training started rubbing those reddened parts, in an attempt to even alleviate the pain caused.

"As for the whole two girls liking the same guy. I think that's fine, as long as it doesn't ruin the relationship that the people involved previously held."

"Yeah, I feel the same way. I mean, I think that there wouldn't be anything wrong with two friends like the same guy as long as it doesn't change their relationship. Don't you think?"

"You know that look you're giving me is making me feel as if I'm being quizzed."

"Just ignore her Daniel."

Weiss stated, not looking at her teammate/leader.

"That's kinda hard because she's still waiting for an answer," Daniel replied, noticing that he was still being looked at by silver eyes. "And she's still looking at me, which is almost cutely creepy. But, I can agree with her on that, as long as it doesn't affect their relationship, it's fine."

"And you wouldn't care what…," Weiss found herself stopping before that sentence. "Right, sorry. I almost forgot who I was talking to. You once called an important woman from Atlas irritating in front of an entire party."

"I mean, I wasn't wrong. She just wouldn't stop talking about rich this and poor this," Daniel pointed out as their entire group neared the cafeteria entrance. "If you going to run your mouth, then the least you could do is make it either important or entertaining. Or, that could just be me."

Just as the group entered the cafeteria, there was a notable gathering around a specific wall, almost as if there was something posted on it. All three teams looked confused about the sudden interest from the students, as neither heard anything happened. However, some confusion started coming about as the group started noticing several students turning in their direction.

"Sooo, does anyone else feel awkward right now?"

Alyssa asked, noting the glances being directed at them.

"Daniel, did you do something?"

Sandra asked, turning to Daniel.

"Nothing lately. Yang?"

Daniel replied, turning over to Yang.

"Nope. Nora?"

Yang replied, turning to Nora, but found out that she wasn't near Ren. It didn't take them long to realize that the orange-haired girl was well ahead of them. Noticing this, her stoic best friend and teammate shook his head, as a curious look appeared on his face too. Soon enough, a familiar second-year appeared in front of them, holding a paper in her hand. It was revealed to be Velvet, who was looking more nervous than usual, but that was during the incidents with Team CRDL.

'Morning, Velvet. Did something happen?'

Hunter signed as Velvet seemed complicated about what she should say.

"Y-Yeah, but well," Velvet looked as if she couldn't get the right words out, then turned her attention over towards Weiss. "After we got here this morning, this was posted on the cafeteria walls."

"What's this?"

Weiss asked, taking the poster from Velvet, then started reading the contents as Daniel and her teammates started leaning in. However, taking the slightest glance at it, the heiress knew that it wasn't anything at all positive and soon began shaking from the emotions building up. On the poster, there was a crude, not-to-positive drawing of Weiss with an ice-cold look and a legion of what looked like androids behind her.

"A-Are we meant to believe that the heiress of one of the most powerful and prosperous companies on Remnant, would leave her luxurious home to become a Huntress for the greater good? It's clear that she's here for another reason. But, what could that reason be? Could it be to further extend the Schnee Dust Company's influence out into the other kingdoms? Our small group plans on unveiling the heiress' lie in the future."

As Weiss finished reading the crude poster, her hands trembled and shook from the emotions, most notably the anger building up within her chest. To her friends and the people around her, it looked as if Weiss was about to immediately explode.

"What kind of false accusation is this?!"

Weiss couldn't stop herself from shouting that out loud as she tore apart the poster and then tossed it straight into the nearest trash. No one among their group could blame Weiss for that reaction, because someone there in Beacon was questioning her entire reason for being there. Of course, as Weiss didn't share much of anything about her life at Atlas, none of her friends knew the purpose. However, through Weiss' actions alone, no one needed to ask or question their friend's purpose there; which wasn't as shallow as the accusation.

"Some peon here dares think that he knows anything about me?! I'm going to tear down all those posters, then I'm going to find whoever made them!"

Weiss said, fuming from the anger that built up within her chest.

Before Weiss could move another inch, she felt herself being stopped as someone held onto her wrist with just enough force to do just that. She turned around, looking as if she were preparing to snap at whoever dared to hold her back during this situation. But, that didn't come out, noticing that it was Daniel holding her back from heading over to tear off the posters.

"Daniel, what are you stopping me for," Weiss asked, not letting the anger and other emotions built up within her, as a result of the sudden incident. "I'm not letting someone make these baseless assumptions about me! Nor am I letting those horrendous posters remain up around me!"

"I'm not telling you to do that. But, whoever put up those posters wanted to get this kind of reaction from you. I'm not going to tell you to not be mad about this, but never let whoever did it take away whatever rational sense and humility you have left," Daniel spoke in a calm, reassuring manner, something that caused Weiss to almost begin to calm down. "We're going to find whoever put up those posters. But, right now let's go and take them all down together. Right, guys?"

"Right, no one talks bad about Weiss!"

"That's right, we're the only ones who get to tease our Ice Queen!"

Ruby and Yang announced out loud, but Blake didn't utter a single word in response to Daniel's comment while agreeing with them.

"Ah, right. She's seriously giving me the silent treatment."

Daniel thought, while their friends could agree with the fact that these posters of blatant mistreatment should be removed from the cafeteria walls. Hearing them uttering such things caused Weiss to feel much better about the situation at hand. From there, together, their entire group started removing the posters from the cafeteria's walls. No matter the situation and not caring about the looks of the other students, the three teams joined by a helpful, Velvet took off the posters plastered around the cafeteria.

Disposing of them, the group went on to retrieve their morning breakfast, then sat down to finish eating before classes started. However, during that, Weiss couldn't seem to focus because of what happened, while robotically eating her breakfast. No one at their joined table could blame her considering her entire purpose of becoming to Beacon Academy was being put into question. Having finished the simple breakfast Weiss got from the lunch line and stood up from her seat.

"…."

Ruby seemed prepared to say something to Weiss but stopped herself having noticed the expression on Weiss' face, and Daniel shook his head. They were well aware of the kind of relationship that Daniel and Weiss had for a long time. Both of them were well aware of the others' particular quirks and emotions, so when one of them said to give the other some space that spoke volumes.

Standing up, she didn't utter a single word to the people sitting at the table, and instead headed straight toward the cafeteria's entrance.

"Dani, are you sure that you shouldn't go and talk to her?"

Yang worriedly asked once Weiss left the cafeteria.

"I don't think that this is the right time for one of my positive speeches," Daniel replied, drinking from the coffee in his hands. "Weiss' particular situation in regards to wanting to become a Huntress at Beacon, instead of Atlas is a bit complicated and personal. So, just give her some time alone to think about it herself. If the same people end up being the ones who help you at the wrong times, then it'll make you feel powerless."

Hearing Daniel's reasonable response, Ruby, Blake, and Yang found themselves glancing at one another, before looking forward and continuing to finish theirs.

Outside, Weiss found herself sitting outside at a bench near the cafeteria alone, as the students and staff could be seen walking by. It could've been because of the incident just moments ago, but deep down, she felt a little bit self-conscious. Almost as it felt as if people were staring at her, and not in the manner, in which she was used to as an heiress and a songstress.

"Someone here dared to question my reasons for being here, instead of Atlas Academy. As if anyone here could even comprehend what my life was like as a Schnee, aside from what's seen on the surface. Based on what was said on the poster, then it was probably some Faunus," Weiss started, but then started feeling complex in many different ways. "I wouldn't have had much of an opinion about Faunus if I hadn't met Daniel. I didn't know what to think when he said his father and half-brother were Faunus. I met and even hung around Hunter and Velvet, and neither of them has treated me any differently because I'm a Schnee. But…."

Weiss' feelings about interacting with Faunus have been complicated for as long as she could remember, a trait that occurred, because of the White Fang. A peace-keeping group turned to terrorism, their main target, the Schnee Dust Company. From childhood, she couldn't count the times that she heard of their cargo being stolen, and employees and family friends being murdered. All of that made her already unstable family situation, all the more unstable and dysfunctional. And the source of that came from her father, who'd married into their Schnee Family, turning into the company that it is now.

"…."

Weiss didn't show it much, but it did have a serious emotional impact on her, almost as if it were a figurative scar from childhood. As Daniel mentioned, Weiss often couldn't help flinching whenever hearing someone raising their voice, even if it didn't involve her. Throughout her life, she didn't have anyone to support her except, Winter, Klein, and Daniel. Weiss didn't interact much with her younger brother. Her attentive mother couldn't handle her father anymore and handled it by diving into alcohol.

She almost lost Daniel, during that time, when she'd planned on confessing, and couldn't speak to him, because he left for three years. Amid thinking about the entire situation, Weiss found herself reaching into her pockets, then retrieving her Scroll. Opening it up, she went straight to her contacts, there were two people that she could talk to aside from Daniel. Both of them were titled: Big Sister [Winter Schnee] and Klein.

"…?"

As she found herself almost wanting to talk to her older sister, there was something that stopped her from doing just that.

'I am not always going to be around to save you, Weiss.'

Winter's words echoed in her head, which were the words from her older sister amid training to be strong enough to leave Atlas and come to Beacon. But, calling her older sister over such a thing didn't seem like the right kind of thing now. Sighing to herself a bit, Weiss returned her Scroll to her pockets, then found herself placing her hands on her lap without guessing.

"It's odd seeing that expression on your face, Miss Schnee."

Weiss looked up to find, Glynda, with Ozpin at a fair distance from his most trusted colleague, almost as if he had wanted to give them space.

"Oh, Miss Goodwitch. N-No, there nothing…," Weiss was preparing to start, but then found herself stopping as a reassuring look appeared on Glynda's face. "I mean, there is something, but I don't know how to handle it."

"I see. Well, there are going to be such situations, where you find things to be complicated or hateful. That's one of the many things about becoming an adult. More than anyone, young women tend to persevere much more than men. But, there, of course, are going to be times where you might find things difficult to endure or talk about, but that's the reason that you have people in life that you can depend on."

Glynda started speaking in a calm and reassuring tone that seemed to speak from experience and knowledge, a fact that Weiss couldn't argue against. She then felt a comforting hand being placed on top of her head, to find a kind smile on her combat instructor's face.

"I can tell that despite the differences between you, you have some good friends and teammates around you that you can depend on. If you find yourself in a situation that you can't endure alone, there's nothing ever wrong with leaning on them," Glynda advised with the kind of advice a teacher should. "And if there's something private that you want to talk about, but not with them. My door is always open, and I'm experienced at listening to the trouble of my students."

"Thank you, Professor Goodwitch," Weiss said, standing up from off of the bench, looking reinvigorated. "I feel far better than I was before. I'll brave through this simple situation first, and then I'll do what I had planned on doing in the first place."

"I wonder what the latter would be."

Glynda thought as she waved her hand Weiss did the same before returning to her team and friends.

"Well, I was surprised to see Miss Schnee looking depressed. But, it seems as if you were able to handle things quickly, as expected from the students' honorary guidance counselor."

Opzin stated, drinking from the contents of his coffee cup.

"Well, students shouldn't be held back by the harsh actions of others, whether from students or their parents," a knowing tone could be heard from Glynda as she watched Weiss enter the cafeteria with more of her usual poise. "I didn't know what to expect from Miss Schnee after hearing that she would be attending Beacon, instead of Atlas Academy. I can see that she shares her older sister's determination to make her path, but there are a lot of differences between them. At least, I'm glad that neither of them took after their father at all."

Glynda spoke, knowing the kind of business and rumors that the Schnee's patriarch has done, causing situations that brought pain to others.

"Children should have to pay for the crimes their parents comment, but it's a shame that ends up being the case from time to time. A parent might cause trouble in the present, but it's up to the children to build their future," Ozpin spoke some thoughtful words, having stood beside Glynda. "As teachers, it's one of our responsibilities to ensure the students have the right tools and lessons to aid them."

"Well, I'm sure that their team and friends are going to have some interesting moments here. I just hope that their group doesn't take things too far."

"Considering who Miss Rose's and Xiao Long's relatives are, then adding in a Norden on top of it," Opzin stated, causing Glynda to recall that team, one, in particular, whom their group is more aligned with. Despite both their impressive records and Altas' troublemaker. "I'm almost interested in seeing what happens."

"I feel as if I'm going to have to repair some things about here."

Glynda said, sighing at that thought.

Ozpin felt amused by the comment made by his trusted colleague, feeling interested in seeing how their first-year teams are going to be going in the future. There was so much about the students entering this year that he'd shown so much interest in.

From there, breakfast ended, with the students going about their regular classes, though Weiss wasn't focused on some of them. There were certain times when the students, who were in the cafeteria, started turning their looks in the heiress' direction. But, throughout that entire time, it made it difficult for them to wonder who posted those posters in the cafeteria, to begin with. Surprisingly enough, some posters seemed to have been positioned inside the hallways. It looked as if the teachers or other administrators took them down, but there were clear signs that something was there.

Once school let out, there was a small meeting being held in the bedroom of Team RWBY, a poster that no one knew where came from. Posted on it was one of the surviving posters made about Weiss, despite her distaste for them, it was essential. The teams consisted of the room's occupants and Team DUSK, Team JNPR noted the group would be asking around the school about the posters' locations.

Holding an extendable pointer in her hands, Weiss touched the poster on the wall, then started speaking almost as if she were a military leader.

"Alright, so, first things first, we need to ensure that we all understand what we'll be doing here," Weiss said, then slammed the pointer on her opened palm. "First, what do we know."

""She's getting too into this.""

Sandra and Alyssa thought, staring as the heiress looked as if she were an actual military leader; though, the two were amused about the entire thing.

"Well, the first time that we know is that someone posted those posters around the cafeteria."

Ruby stated, holding her hand up and feeling excited about it.

"And that whoever put up those posters has some vendetta against our Ice Queen."

Yang added, sharing the same feeling as her younger sister. Though, Weiss didn't like the fact that she'd become dubbed the 'Ice Queen', she didn't want to waste time commenting. There were more pressing matters that their group needed to deal with, which was whoever posted the posters.

"But, the main point is that we might not know who's putting up the posters," Blake pointed out herself, gaining all her teammates' and friends' attention. "However, it might be possible to determine where the posters might end up being posted up."

Once Blake made that rational point, the group thought that was a good idea since that would mean their group can catch the culprits red-handed.

"But, that would mean that we might have to sneak out late at night, though," Alyssa stated, bringing up another good point. "Of course, we plan on helping Weiss sort this problem out, our curfew might not be that strict. But, I can see that students used the chance to have some 'late night fun', so, teachers might be patrolling out at night."

"Well, since we're first-year students and teenagers, so let's go out and explore Beacon Academy at night," Daniel declared, as he continued going on with his statement. "So, let's go out and hunt down those dastardly posters."

Daniel's energetic comment, that lightened the mood a bit around the room, something that most of them were able to appreciate. Soon enough, a sound came from Yang's Scroll, causing her to open it and read the message that she received.

"Alright, guys, this came in from Team JNPR. It seems as if their group managed to find out where most of those posters were placed," Yang announced, as that caught her teammates' attention; causing the invested Ruby and Weiss to lean in, while Blake leaned in with an interested look. "Based on what Pyrrha sent, it sounded as if there were some posters up in the place where our classes aren't in Beacon. So, the other upperclassmen noticed had started talking about them. So, that means that we've got possible locations to check."

"Good. So," as if through some magic, Weiss pulled out a couple of notepads, then wrote down the places on the pads before putting them on the board. "Now, we have the locations, where the posters were placed, which were removed by the administration. Going off that, it should be logical to assume that whoever posted them would be attempting to put them back up. If we're going out tonight, then we'll need to decide who would be going where. So, are there any suggestions?"

"Uh, Commander Schnee, I have a suggestion."

"Daniel, I'm not in the mood."

"Ah, no fun. You up and on this commander attitude," Daniel gave a faux pout, then got serious as Weiss wanted right at this moment. "Well, either way, in thinking about the people here. I have a good lineup that'll be suitable for this situation, which could bring out the best results"

"Alright, what's that?"

"It'll be Weiss and Ruby. Blake and Hunter. Alyssa and Sandra. And then that'll leave me and Yang."

Daniel replied, although most were surprised about the abrupt lineup that he had come up with the people who were involved.

"Aw, Dani wants some alone time with me tonight~"

Yang teasingly said, leaning much closer to Daniel much to the annoyance of Weiss and 'jealousy' of Ruby.

"Well, I'm curious, what's the reason?"

Sandra asked.

"Based on the situation, if caught, it wouldn't be surprising to find Weiss taking the initiative in fighting out who'd put up those posters. Knowing Ruby, it wouldn't be odd if she takes the initiative in helping her. Also, if someone does come close to finding them, then Ruby can use her semblance to get them out of there."

Daniel replied as Weiss and Ruby could understand that response.

"I can see that. But, can your semblance even work with more than one person?"

Weiss asked.

"Yeah, it should. I'd tried it with Yang once, when we were at Signal together," Ruby replied. "So, it should be fine if it's just Weiss."

"For Blake and Hunter. Well, aside from the fact that Blake is giving me the silent treatment. She is a good student in our stealth class, being as elusive as a cat," a faint glance at Blake, she crossed her arms and rolled her eyes. "And Hunter, as a Faunus can see in the dark. So, the two of them would make a good pair."

"…."

Blake nodded her head in agreement, with Hunter nodding his head too.

"See, she refuses to even reply to that indirect comments I make," Daniel stated, holding his hand towards Blake. "Well, my hurt feelings aside. For Alyssa and Sandra, it wouldn't be weird seeing two partners exploring Beacon at night as an excuse. And with Sandra's semblance, both of them could escape to and from anywhere inside the school."

"Hmm, that is a good idea."

"And here, I thought that it was just because Sandra and I have such good chemistry."

"That's debatable."

Sandra replied, almost jokingly, with Alyssa catching onto that.

"Ah, don't tell me that you're partnered with me by process of elimination."

Yang whined as she leaned towards Daniel with a faux sad look.

"No no no, I wouldn't do something that rude to a young lady," Daniel replied, much to the faux happiness of the beautiful blonde, causing the others to marvel at their dynamic. "Well, it would be the same thing for Weiss and Ruby. I, wanting to find who posted those posters went out late at night to find them, and Yang wanted to help me do it. And plan B, is it being a dare between Yang and me to go out and explore Beacon at night."

[I can imagine that.]

Everyone, even Yang replied at the idea of her and Daniel being partnered together for this operation.

"Alright, now that we've talked about what we'll doing for the late-night operation and know what we'll be doing," a calm tone could be heard from Weiss, who listened to all the things said right then and there. "The night thing will be deciding what we're going to be wearing."

"Well, of course, you're going to have to find some normal shoes. Because I think that heels are going to be the right thing for this 'covert op'."

Alyssa emphasized 'covert op' when talking about it, causing Weiss to cover her arms, not wanting to admit that she was right about that.

"Well, why not keep our uniforms on? It seems to be enough to remain hidden at night compared to the flashiest clothing that we have."

Sandra suggested, causing them to agree their school uniforms would be the simplest and easiest thing for them.

"Alright, now that we've come to an understanding. Let's discuss how we're going to be proceeding tonight since there is a lot that we need to do."

At Weiss' comment, the group continued discussing their operation for the night, amid receiving whatever info the members of Team JNPR and even CFVY. She couldn't feel happier that she was receiving so much aid from the friends she made here, all of whom didn't even expect anything in return. She came to Beacon because she wanted to be freed from her father's control. But, Weiss started feeling that she was finding more than she could have wanted. As if a childhood dream was becoming realized more and more.

Later that night, Daniel and Yang found themselves sneaking through the halls of Beacon Academy, as planned dressed in their school uniforms. As one would expect, the school was scarcely lit, aside from the light originating from the moon. Despite that, the two managed to navigate through the halls with close to no issues, more so since one of them was used to navigating in the dark.

"You know, discounting what we're doing, this can almost be fun," Yang pointed out, as she and Daniel stood beside one another. "And it would be almost romantic with the right conditions. A guy and a girl alone in the night doing a late-night exploration."

"Oh, I don't know about romantic. But, this is exciting to do at night."

"Mu, you don't have to shoot down all my attempts at flirting, you know. I know that you're all gung-ho over Weiss and everything, but you could at least humor me."

"Oh, I'm sorry for that my blonde-haired friend. But, you're right this is quite the romantic scene."

Daniel and Yang, even in this situation continued joking with one another, as the two continued walking and talking through the hallways.

"You know, you're semblance is handy, Dani," Yang stated, looking at the runes drawn around her wrist. "I didn't think that it could be used to hide our aura or presence too."

"It all depends on how you use them, though. It's painful and complicated to learn them since it takes long practice using them fast enough in a real fight. But, once I get the hang of it, then I was surprised about the number of things that I can use them. I can even make a room almost soundproof. Our teachers are experienced Huntsmen, so sensing things that shouldn't be there should be easier for them," Daniel pointed out, then pointed at Yang. "Though, yours is interested too. I noticed that each time I hit you in a fight, you kept on getting stronger and could hit twice as hard as usual."

"Hehehe, I see that Dani paid a good amount of time looking at me," Yang said while posing almost playfully and seductively. "That's my semblance, Burn, for ya."

"Yeah, it can be a real pain to fight against someone who has a semblance like that. More so, as you improve as a fighter and it evolves too," Daniel pointed out. "But, my dad's is almost broken if you compared it with yours."

"Oh, why's that?"

"He can eat energy."

"Eh?"

At that, Yang tilted her head to the side, as Daniel said.

"I'm not kidding about that. He once gnawed on a Dust crystal, in front of me and my brother, then absorbed the energy contained in it. It was so awesome, he even breathed out the element too."

"Oh, my god. That is awesome!"

Sharing his enthusiasm, but wanting to keep quiet, Yang kept her voice down as much as possible.

"It was because of him, that I started exploring a different way to use my Runes. He could use it in different ways, as long as he could make contact with the energy. My brother has a subtler version of his, though."

"Ah, that makes me interested in working on mine too. Well, I have time to explore it here in Beacon," Yang said, then found herself stopping in realizing something. "Oh, I think that we're close to the place where the first posters were put up."

Yang pointed out, as she'd recalled the photo that she received from Team CFVY, resembling the wall standing in front of them.

"You're right."

"So, what are we going to do now?"

"Well, if we're right, then someone is going to come here and…."

Step! Step! Step!

In that instance, Daniel and then Yang caught the sound of footsteps approaching their location, causing a faint panic between them. Both of them didn't know who was coming, but the faintest light from a flashlight could be seen too.

"Oh, someone is coming. Where are we going to hide?"

As Yang said, there wasn't a single pillar or corner that the two of them could hide from whoever was coming around the corner.

"I have an idea. So, don't react too much."

Daniel said as Yang turned toward him surprised and curious about that.

At that moment, he wrapped his arm around Yang's waist as runes appeared around them, which propelled them up into the air. Yang kept a squeal from coming from her mouth, as a result of the surprise. Just as the two came close to the ceiling, Daniel held up his hand, forming a rune on the ceiling and his hand. After coming in contact with it, he was stuck right on the ceiling.

"Dani, this is awesome."

"I know, right."

Both of them were still having a faint and small conversation, but she was holding onto him tighter to ensure that she wouldn't lose her grip. And Daniel did to same to ensure the two wouldn't get caught. As the footsteps started getting closer, they could see that it was one of the upperclassmen's teachers. Just as the professor walked right down the hall, he stopped around the same spot as them.

Based on appearance alone, it looked as if he'd examined the surrounding area, almost as if he were looking for anything weird. Almost a second later, the professor started walking off in another direction, his footsteps and the light from his flashlight fading in another direction. Seeing that the coast was clear, Daniel released the runes he used to attach himself to the ceiling.

A rune manifested underneath his feet, as he landed on the ground with Yang in his arms, without a single sound being made.

"Well, it looks like the coast is clear. Let's check on the scene here."

"Hmm, just give me a couple of more seconds. You making me feel all like a princess."

Yang joked as she remained in Daniel's arms, teasingly wrapping her arms around his neck, to keep him from even attempting to remove her. Daniel didn't mind humoring the blonde-haired girl in his arms but was still surprised to see how girly she could be.

"I once again get to witness another cute side of Yang Xiao Long. Is there anything else that the Dragon Princess would like to do?"

"Hmm, how about answering a question?"

"Well, I'm surprised. I almost thought you were going to ask for a forehead or cheek kiss."

"I wouldn't mind that either."

"Alright, what was that question?"

"Do you like Ruby?"

Yang asked, that question in a more surprising tone.

"I'm guessing that you don't mean as a friend."

"You know, this is another reason that I love talking to you. You're not clueless about things like most guys, who'd need each signal possible to get it."

"Well, I received 'certain' advice from a let's say experienced woman in Mistral," Daniel replied, almost flinching at the recollection of that memory. "But, I'm well aware that she might have a crush on me. I'm not going to lie, I do think that she's cute and has several appealing traits. More than that, Ruby has that optimism that could make you believe that anything is possible, even if you don't believe it. Although…."

"Although."

"You said that she doesn't have that much knowledge about what romance is. I heard that the people you've got crushes on can sometimes change as often as you meet newer people. So, I think it would be better if she learns more about the feelings that you may or may not have for me."

Daniel rationally replied, as Yang made a surprised face, then smiled. Taking her arms from around his neck, Yang leaped out of his arms and landed on the ground.

"You know, if you keep talking like that, then you'll end up attracting more girls than intended, Dani."

"Eh, I hear that from so many people that it…," Daniel replied, waving his hand around, then stopped as he felt a pressure on his cheek. It was revealed to be Yang landing a kiss on his now blushing cheek. "Eh, I thought that a kiss on the cheek was something you wanted."

"I do like surprises, giving and receiving them. Besides, that's your reward for giving a good answer," Yang said, a smile could be seen on her face. "You often say and do some mature things sometimes."

"Well, I kinda had to mature faster than most."

"Huh," Yang replied, almost in her usual tone, then felt some connection to that phrase, having also experienced the same thing herself. "Same here. I guess that is the reason that I like talking to you too."

Not wanting to waste any more time, the two started to examine the scene around them. Daniel seemed to stand in front of the place where the poster was for some time in deep thought. Yang didn't know much about what he'd been trying to do. But, to her, it almost looked as if he were attempting to think about the scene.

"The poster wasn't drawn out and instead worked on and edited from a computer. So, it's pointless to attempt to figure out handwriting samples," Daniel mumbled to himself, as he continued thinking. "But, the words themselves could give a clue to their intents. It's obvious enough that there's a vendetta against Weiss since the first posters were all found in the first place she'd go. But, I doubt that it's a Faunus."

"Huh, why? I thought that the Schnee and Faunus were more or less like water and oil."

"I'm not making a comparison, but I'd say more fire and oil, considering the person at the root of it. But, the thing is that because of the situations concerning the Faunus and their suffering. If it was one, then the posters would have been detailed and thoughtful. Most Faunus keeps their true feelings deep down about the discrimination, often due to the fear of further suffering. If given the chance to strike at the Schnee's heiress like this, then the poster ought to have been showier. Instead, it sounded as if it was making speculations about Weiss instead of the Schnee Dust Company."

"Ah, you're right. It's about the same as how simple rumors, start almost harmless and spread outwards into one big unreasonable mess. So, you're saying that someone wanted to make Weiss a pariah among all the other students," Yang said, showing more knowledge about rumors being spread out, then realized something. "I think that it's weird that no Faunus said anything or gave Weiss weird glancing since she was here."

"I think that… Huh, you're right. I thought that at least some people would have at least mentioned it more," after hearing Yang's comment, he thought that it was weird too. He then started returning to the situation at hand. "It's so weird. "Yeah, but we might want to settle this fast and soon. Because, if a Faunus isn't the person involved in this. On that fact, though, all the questions and speculations about Weiss' purpose here down the road might stir up some Faunus."

Daniel reasoned something that Yang could agree to.

"Alright, since we're done here. Let's head out to another spot."

"Lead the way, Dragon Princess."

"Hehehe, I like that nickname."

Yang agreed as the two started walking side-by-side in the direction of another location, where some posters had been posted.

As the two kept transferring the halls in the night, avoiding getting caught by the professors who happened to be scouting the area. Neither of them wanted to admit it, but it was a good experience in learning the teacher's patrol so that the two could get away with some times. Soon enough, Daniel and Yang found themselves outside of the school, where students would often gather. Just as the two were heading there, there was a notable difference in comparison to before.

Passing one of the pillars, the two noticed some footsteps heading in the direction of the exact spot the two were headed. It looked to be a group of three people, dressed in hooded clothes that kept themselves hidden from sight. Each of them gathered around the same spot, where the previous posters were posted, proving one of their theories.

"It seems as if the group is replacing the old posters with newer ones. To me, it doesn't seem as if this group is the most logical or strategic bunch."

Daniel whispered as he stood beside Yang, both of whom pocked their heads from behind the pillar.

"Yeah, no kidding. So, are we going to capture them?"

"No, I think that it would be better to find where they're held up. I'm sure that making these posters isn't a simple task that can be performed in a dorm room. I doubt that an entire team would be involved in the incident, so that means there's some room where all of them are working and planning."

Daniel replied with something that Yang was interested in.

As the two kept looking at the group there, posting up the posters produced, more of them spitting slander aimed squarely at Weiss. Instead of anything new, it looked to be the same thing that was posted on the first day.

"Wow, nothing new this time. I'm starting to wonder what the entire point of this is."

"I want to see if the three of them escape to wherever their group is being held up."

"What if we spook them?"

"And how are we going to do that?"

Daniel curiously asked something that made him almost worried as Yang seemed to be giving him her common mischievous smile.

"Alright, that should be the last one."

One of the hooded figures said.

"Good, this is sure going to get everyone revved up this time."

Another one added, sneering at the thought.

"No doubt, this is going to spark a reaction from that…."

The middle one said but was stopped from speaking as a laugh caught their attention.

"Hey, are you sure that none of the professors are going to find us, bae?"

"For the last time, I'm sure. I scouted the professor's schedules and route, so I'm sure no one comes out here."

Yang and Daniel were speaking as if the two were girlfriend and boyfriend, masking their actual voice. Both tried not to laugh about what the two were doing in this instance. It seemed to work as the group of three students had a worried look about the situation.

"Alright, I just don't want to get caught."

"I know, I know, just relax. I'll make this worth it."

"Okay~"

As the two continued speaking, it progressed with the two mimicking sounds, making it sound as if the two were kissing. Hearing such a sound happening near them, caused the three mysterious groups to start to feel complicated, most notably irritated about the situation.

"S-St…."

"Shhh, don't attract attention. Let's just get out of here."

"We hope you two break up."

Agreeing with his friend, the three started rushing off in another direction. Seeing them heading off elsewhere, as a result of the couple.

"Aw, did you hear that?"

"Yeah, do you think that we're going to break up?"

"Of course not, we're the perfect pair."

"That's right, 'bae'."

Daniel and Yang continued joking around with one another while butting fists.

"So, should we follow them?"

"It would be odd if two of us follow behind them, and then get caught by them. I'll head out alone, then meet you in the third spot."

"Alright, Dani."

Yang agreed as Daniel left to follow behind the three hooded students, who had gotten scared off by the 'couple' kissing each other.

He was surprised that the three could maneuver through the school's hallways without much difficulty at all, something that made him think they were upperclassmen. Daniel followed behind, his footsteps not making a single sound during the pursuit. In Mistral, he'd gotten used to tailing people without letting them know that he was there behind them. He can read their body language to tell which one of them would start to become suspicious or even scared a professor was behind them.

One of them, the middle one did just that, before that, Daniel leaped straight into the air, then created another rune that kept him stuck to the ceiling. Seeing that no one was behind them, the three continued forward toward their hideout, or wherever. Despite being upside down on the ceiling, he kept pursuing the three hooded figures, none of them were aware of that.

Soon enough, he stopped moving as the three stopped in front of a room that didn't seem to have any indication it was being used as a classroom. It seemed as if one of them held a key to the room in their hand, then entered the classroom. Seeing no one was there, Daniel got off the ceiling, then landed down in front of the door without making a single sound.

"Ah, this is where the group is stationed? It doesn't seem as if anyone is using this classroom at all," Daniel said in a whisper. "It didn't sound as if there was anyone else there, because I didn't hear anyone calling out to those who entered the room."

Daniel pointed his finger at the doorknob, as runes manifested around the doorknob before vanishing from sight.

"Well, let's see how many people are a part of this group by the morning."

Daniel asked himself, as he walked off in another direction and texted Yang about the situation.

Afterward, the group ceased their midnight activities, seeing as each of them managed to get more than enough about the group as planned. Daniel and Yang were the ones who found those responsible for the posters, a fact that the blonde bragged about. Before heading out to bed, the group poured together the clues and evidence enough to complete the entire case in one night. And that was something that Weiss felt the utmost gratitude for, feeling she wouldn't have to go through this.

The next morning, Team RWBY's morning continued as usual, in the cafeteria, as expected, the old posters were replaced. It was surprising as the group entered the cafeteria, but Weiss didn't react to the posters at all, instead sat down with her teammates. Surprisingly enough, Team DUSK wasn't sitting beside them this time the individual members looked spread out. Not just them, it looked as if the members of Team JNPR were the same as well.

"Yo, aren't you an upperclassman?"

At one of the tables, a familiar blonde-haired older student, looked on surprised as Daniel sat down right in front of him. It was a surprising thing as he wasn't expecting Daniel to be right in front of him like this, acting casually as usual. Despite the situation, he's not near Weiss and comforting her, as the blonde-haired student would have thought.

"You're Daniel, right?"

"Kinda sounds as if you're pretending that you don't know me. It's kinda rude if you think about it."

"What're you talking about?"

The blonde-haired student asked.

Amid that question, Daniel looked to the side as there seemed to be female students sitting at a distance on their right side. Not being rude, Daniel waved his hand back as each of them giggled among themselves much to the sheer irritation of the blonde-haired teen.

"So, where were we," Daniel replied to the older student's question. "Ah, right. It's kinda weird you're pretending not to know the close friend of the person that you're harassing."

"W-What?"

The blonde student looked surprised about that sudden accusation.

But, Daniel noted that it wasn't in the manner that one would expect for someone accused of something that they didn't do; instead, it was a reaction to being found out.

"Ah, come on. If you're going to do something, then you're going to have a do a better job at hiding it."

Daniel pointed out, leaning his head against his opened palm.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about."

"Hmm, you're doing it again. Come on, shall we talk about the late-night activities that you and your group have all been doing? Dressed in hoods, making posters all in that unused room."

"W-We didn't do anything."

"If you didn't do anything, then why didn't you attempt to deny the fact that you were alone?"

"Ugh."

As if being hit for the third strike, something that Daniel didn't let slide.

"And that'd be three of a kind," Daniel said, staring straight at the older student, who was surprised that he'd just been caught red-handed by a first-year. "I do think that you should've tried practicing not acting suspicious if you end up getting caught. So, how about trying for a four-of-a-kind?"

"A-And what's that?"

"You know I left a special rune on the doorknob that marks whoever touches it. And I'm thinking that since you're an upperclassman, you're often given some freedom and exemption from classes, because of missions. That it's easy for you and your friends to come and go from that classroom at night. So, let's see how many are a part of this little group of pranksters."

At the snap of his finger, in the room, at least ten guys' hands began shining, as a rune could be seen manifesting on their hands. It sparked enough of a surprise to cause them to stand up from their tables, most of the tables being the same ones that the other members of Team DUSK and JNPR sat on.

"A-Ah…."

"You're gonna run, right?"

At that moment, the blonde-haired older student did just that, as well as his friends, who'd run straight out of the cafeteria, much to the students' surprise. Seeing that, the members of Team RWBY and DUSK started moving as well, with Team JNPR remaining behind to let them handle the rest.

"Huff, huff, huff, we ended up getting caught too soon!"

"How did we get caught by first-years?!"

"Let's get rid of the evidence!"

"We can't get punished for something that was a simple prank!"

In a panic, the lead student tried opening the door, but managed to do just that and opened the door. As soon as the student managed that, he closed and locked the door, looking ghostly white as he leaned against the door.

"Why did you do that?!"

His friend asked, panicking himself.

"T-Th-The…."

"Aaaaaaah!"

One of them squealed, almost like a girl. As a familiar hand passed through the door, and as such, through their friend's abdomen. Soon enough, Sandra phased through the door and the older student at the same time, which caused his legs to wobble. He then fell to the ground, as what looked to be his ghost left him through his mouth, obviously frightened.

"So, you guys have too much time on your hands to do such like that."

Sandra said, pointing at the door that led into the unused room.

"How did you get into the classroom?"

"Uh, weren't you watching me pass through your door and friend," Sandra asked, crossing her arms as she made her entire hand pass through someone's chest, causing him to feel creeped out. "I can take shortcuts through the classrooms and buildings. I don't know the reason you're freaking out, to begin with, it's not like I could mess with someone's internal organs."

Sandra removed her hand from the person's chest, though deep down, she knew that having someone's hand in their chest would make anyone creeped out. But, being around Alyssa and Daniel so much might've caused her to gain some bad habits.

"Just to let you know, you're not going to escape."

Daniel, who was joined by the others walked up, with Weiss beside him arms crossed as she stared straight at those who'd tried ruining her reputation. Noticing Weiss, the ten older students' expressions changed, making an all-new expression of distaste.

"So, this is the group that tried spreading those rumors about me and questioned my purpose at Beacon," Weiss was holding herself back from saying what she wanted and remained calm. "I was expecting several things, but I wasn't expecting it to be upperclassmen. So, what's your reason? Is there some issue that you have with me? Or the Schnee Dust Company?"

"You seriously don't remember?"

Not just the blonde, but the others looked on surprised and almost insulted themselves about the fact that Weiss didn't remember them.

"We've never met before."

Weiss answered, sure that she hasn't met either of them before this situation, a fact that caused each of them to face fault. In this situation, it looked as if she became more confused about the situation as she tilted her head to the side in an attempt to recall them. It was then that Blake looked at one of them, the blonde then found herself coming up with an answer.

"Uh, Weiss."

"Huh?"

Weiss turned her attention to Blake, as she pointed to the blonde.

"I think that's the guy who tried flirting with you before."

Blake replied, causing Weiss to think about that, and turned her attention to them.

[….]

"…," Weiss turned back to the ten older students, wearing an inquisitive expression on her face. "Are you sure? I don't remember either of them."

[Ugh!]

At that, all of them face fault for the second time, feeling as if their pride was being hurt again, but that sudden hint of realization sparked irritation within the heiress.

"What a second! Is that the reason that you did all this?! You attempted to slander me in front of the students and teachers using those stupid posters! You threatened to spread fake rumors about the reasons that I came here in the first place! All because I didn't want to date either of you! Are you kidding me?!"

Weiss' anger at them spiked, something she could release considering no one was there aside from Daniel, her friends, and her teammates. Not that either of them was able to blame her considering the ten students threatened to 'expose' the heiress' 'secrets' in front of the entire school. And all because she rejected them in their attempts at flirting or asking her out on a date.

"You didn't just reject us, you did it in the harshest manner possible."

"You practically emasculated us!"

All ten of them kept defending themselves from the onslaught of comments aimed at them by Weiss.

"Uh, what are we watching now?"

Sandra asks, looking on at the supposed upperclassmen in front of them.

"I don't even know. At this point, it's kinda hard to watch."

Alyssa replied as Weiss' fists were clenched and shook before calming down.

"Don't blame me, because none of you have anything that remotely resembles a backbone," Weiss openly called out, a shocked look could be seen on their face. "You think that one simple rejection is enough for you to act as if that's the end of it, then none of you have the right to become Huntsman. I'll have you know, I've rejected Jaune every single time since the first time we met. Despite that, he's continued asking me out, even if I hated that, he'd just trying without ending up like either of you!"

"Aw, I think that's the nicest thing that she's ever said about Jaune."

Yang said, in a hushed tone, something that her friends could all agree with.

"Shame that it's about the numerous times that he's been rejected."

Alyssa pointed out.

"No matter what, this isn't the end of it. The Schnee Family has indeed done some terrible stuff!"

"You might be able to stop us from posting the posters, but you can't stop us from taking it online!"

"We have the freedom to say whatever we want there!"

Instead of being overpowered, the ten older students' willpower to do whatever they want, something causing the members of Team RWBY and DUSK to feel annoyed. It was most notable in Weiss as she began looking irritated at their reactions.

"Alright, alright, this is us getting nowhere," Daniel said, stepping forward as he stood in front of the ten students, he was finding himself irritated nonetheless, but he didn't visibly show it. "Alright, there's one solution I can come up with for this situation. But, if you guys don't mind, could we talk about it for a minute in the classroom?"

"What, why?"

"Come on, because of this whole situation, none of us could finish breakfast. And besides, we still have classes to get through," Daniel replied, noting that the ten students looked suspicious about Daniel, knowing more or less about his relationship with Weiss. "Come on, it's just a simple conversation. I'm not going to do anything violent."

[Fine.]

Agreeing to the terms, one of the opened the door leading into the unused classroom, then each of them entered the classroom. Daniel followed right behind them, but before entering the room, he turned over toward his team and friends with a wave.

"I'll be done in a minute."

"Uh, Daniel, what are you going to do?"

Blake asked, speaking to Daniel for the first time in a day.

"I thought you were giving me the silent treatment, Blake?"

"I never said that," Blake sarcastically replied, causing Daniel to smile wryly. "But, what're you going to do?"

"I'm just gonna talk to them. I'm an expert in situations like this."

Daniel replied, giving one more wave before entering and closing the classroom room.

"So, is anyone interested?"

Yang asked.

"I am, but if Daniel says that, then I almost don't want to listen in."

Alyssa replied.

"So, what about you, sis?"

"Yeah."

Both sisters moved forward, leaning their ears against the door to hear inside, but neither of them could hear what was being talked about inside.

"Huh, we can't listen in."

"Ah, Dani mentioned something about being able to use his runes to make a room soundproof."

"Ow, that's not fair."

Yang and Ruby talked, unable to hear what was going on inside of the room, then turned their attention over to a person who would enter the room.

"I'm not doing that."

"Why not?"

"If Daniel led them into a room, instead of talking to them out here, then I'm not too keen on knowing what he's in the middle of telling them."

Sandra replied, showing no interest in knowing what was going on there. Pouting, Ruby had no other choice, but to wait for the minute.

A minute passed, and the door opened with the ten students being the first to leave the classroom, none of them looked all that different. But, Daniel walked outside as casually as before, whistling. After standing in front of Weiss in two rows with one another silent. Surprisingly enough, the two appeared as if each of them returned from Atlas' harsh military training. More surprisingly, each of them linked their hands behind their back, then leaned their heads against the floor, while pushing themselves up.

[We're so sorry, Weiss! We'll remove all the posters from inside the cafeteria and the other places too! And never again will we ever bother or harass you again! And we'll never question your reason for wanting to become a Huntress or leave Atlas! Please accept our apology!]

Each of them replied in unison, surprising enough because a minute wouldn't have been enough time to practice that apology together.

"Uh, thank you. Please never let that happen again."

Weiss, unable to comprehend what happened was just happy that things ended here.

"Alright, guys, so go and keep your promise!"

Daniel energetically replied, thrusting his fist into the air.

[Yes, sir!]

All ten of them replied, marching off in another direction without breaking rhythm.

Both the members of Team DUSK and RWBY turned their attention over toward the energetic-looking Daniel, a teen without a care in the world.

"Uh, Daniel, what did you do to them?"

Ruby asked.

"I said that I wasn't going to do anything to them. I simply read them the Norden Riot Act."

Daniel replied.

"Uh, the Norden Riot Act? You were in there for a minute, but their entire moods changed afterward. And what on earth is this riot act?"

Sandra asked and stated, with Daniel looking on casually.

"Well, we finished things up faster than intended, so let's finish our breakfast."

Daniel started proceeding forward, almost ignoring Sandra's question with a victorious smile.

"Uh, there is so much that we don't know about him, but that causal smile and nonchalant demeanor make that hard to notice sometimes."

Alyssa pointed out.

'Well, that's Daniel in a nutshell.'

Hunter signed out while smiling to himself about the antics of his older brother.

"Yeah, that's just the kind of person Daniel has always been."

Weiss stated, smiling to herself, something none of them would often see.

"But, that's one of his attractive traits."

Yang added, speaking under her breath.

"Yeah, he just gives you that feeling of being trustful."

Blake stated.

"See, I was right when I said that Daniel was cool the first time we met."

Ruby finished, as the group continued proceeding to their breakfast, knowing that this situation was solved with a reasonable ending.

From there, their breakfast continued, returning to their usual peaceful morning, with the ones responsible for the incident taking the posters down. Each of the students not involved knew somewhat about what happened, it, however, made them surprised about the lengths their team and friend went to for another one. After things settled, Weiss found herself smiling and feeling relaxed compared to before.

Continuing with their morning, Weiss focused more on the lessons and training before her, however, she did it with greater vigor. She just felt happier that the incident was settled and glad that the people who were there had supported her throughout it. Because of the incident, Weiss found herself becoming more reassured about the thing that she wanted to do.

Two days later, after the incident, at night, Daniel was leading Weiss through Beacon Academy, but he didn't tell her what he planned. All Daniel did was text her to get dressed in whatever she was comfortable in because he wanted to show her something. Of course, Weiss went along with it, considering that she was interested in what Daniel planned on doing. Without asking questions about where the two were going, the heiress recognized the direction, because of the incident two days prior.

"And here we are."

Daniel said, holding his hand out, as expected towards the door leading into the unused classroom that was used by the ten students.

"And why are we here again?"

Weiss curiously asked.

"Well, after talking to them, our reformed upperclassmen decided to hand us the keys to this classroom without a single complaint. One of their professors handed them the key, under the excuse of being used to working on a little 'project' together. So, the teacher agreed, because the room wasn't being used as much as before," an informative tone came from Daniel, who continued speaking. "And so, after cleaning up the room a bit, because it looked as if the group didn't mind literal dust in there. I finished a little project of mine."

Daniel announced as Weiss looked more interested in what this 'little project' of Daniel's was, considering that he wasn't the kind of person to work on something without a reason or purpose. Using the key, he opened the door, and Weiss was allowed to peek inside.

"…oh my god."

Weiss couldn't help hiding her surprise about the 'little project' that Daniel worked on in the room, something that caused an all-new feeling to well up within her chest. It was a warm feeling that brought about nothing but greater affection for the silver-eyed young man standing beside her.

In the classroom, where it was the same as most, there was a table and chairs, that seemed to resemble a dinner table. Aside from that, the room lights were dimmed and additional lights added a much greater ambiance; with their meal prepared, but covered, with glasses and a bottle in the middle.

"Well, I didn't go as far as getting wine or anything. It's sparkling water," Daniel stated, feeling almost proud about the entire thing. "I know that it might not be up to your standards, but…."

"No, this is wonderful, Daniel," Weiss replied, unable to hide the smile on her face. "Daniel, I can't believe you did all this for me."

"W-Well, you were going through some stuff with all this mess. So, I wanted to do something for you," Daniel had replied, feeling flushed after seeing Weiss' bright smile. He soon recovered, then held out his hand as if to invite Weiss inside the private dinner between them. "Now, Milady, would you please allow me to escort you inside."

"You may."

Weiss played around with Daniel's routine, holding her hand out, which the young men gently took and started to lead her inside. No matter how different it was from what Weiss was used to, the fact that Daniel prepared all this for her made anything she experienced before in Atlas a thousand times better. So, Weiss was led over towards her seat, which Daniel pulled back and pushed in. Before sitting down, he played music on his Scroll, which was his favorite genre, and took off the cover of her food.

"I have prepared both your meal and dessert, which will be brought out later. I, of course, prepared your favorite."

"Thank you, this all looks wonderful, Daniel."

Weiss said, loving more and more the fact that all this was prepared as a big surprise.

Daniel took a seat, taking off the cover for his meal, and the two then started eating their meal together, with Weiss relishing in the wonderful taste. Leaving the music and meal aside, Weiss simply loved the fact that she could be around Daniel like this. No matter, it was all the same as what she imagined after Yang first gave her the idea of a potential next date with Daniel.

"So, is there anything that you would like to talk about?"

Daniel asked, sending a smile at Weiss.

"Well, I would like to talk about the past together," Weiss said, finding herself unable to forget about the first time the two met and then became friends. "I still can't stop thinking about the first time we met at that party, then later we started becoming friends. I mean, there was that one time that you snuck into my room to surprise me."

"Ah, I couldn't stop doing that. Of course, I always got a heads-up from Klein about when it was alright to do that. I was surprised that a butler helped me with that."

Daniel stated.

"Yeah, Klein would do something like that. He's always been there when I needed someone to depend on when my sister, father, and mother weren't there. I was surprised the first time his eyes started changing color and then his voice changed. He never failed to make me feel better when I was sad."

"Well, his grumpy personality is a favorite of mine," Daniel said, before clearing his throat a bit. "Now, listen here children, you best be careful around the manor, there be a ghost running about at night."

"…," Weiss couldn't stop herself from almost cracking out laughing about that impersonation of Grumpy Klein. "I remember that, that was when we had that sleepover, the time that my father was on a business trip. You had the bright idea of exploring our entire mansion in the middle of the night."

"Yeah, and one of us did start getting scared since there were several Grimm statues that gave off a scary feeling at around that time."

"Yes, I remember that too. I remember that you held my hand throughout the entire night as we walked around that time alone. It was the first time that I did something like that a night, but you didn't leave me the entire time. I didn't think that there would be someone my age who could do that."

"Yeah, well, it takes a lot to frighten me."

"Of course, well, aside from clowns."

At the mention of that, Daniel flinched and shuttered a little bit at the mention of 'those people'.

"H-Hahaha, you just had to mention that too."

"Well, we're talking about our past. So, I couldn't stop thinking about the fact that someone once freaked out after seeing a performing clown get too close to him."

Weiss leaned forward, finding herself smirking about the fact that Daniel, despite his many courageous acts had a notable fear of clowns. Daniel couldn't find himself not feeling embarrassed about the fact that was mentioned right then and there.

"It's not a fear, more like sheer distaste for clowns."

"Hehehe, I never thought that the great Daniel Norden wouldn't like clowns."

"What's to like about clowns? It's some person with white makeup, a red nose, and weird clothing," Daniel started listening about the things about clowns, something that caused Weiss' face to curl more and more into a smile. "I can see that ever-growing smile on your face, Weiss."

"Well, I thought that it was supposed to be my special moment. I thought that it would be appropriate enough for me to smile and laugh with my…friend."

Weiss found herself stopping before saying something that she wasn't prepared for.

"Alright, then I guess that you're free to smile and laugh. Even if it does hurt my feelings."

"Okay, then I guess that I'll continue doing just that."

Weiss found herself, smiling beautifully, leaning her head against her hand. It was obvious enough that Daniel in all aspects didn't mind seeing her laugh and smile, something that he couldn't get enough of. Sometimes, it was as if she tried turning her heart to stone to endure the harsh situations and even things she couldn't understand. Seeing the moments where Weiss could be herself and smile as brightly as possible, was as beautiful as untainted and fresh snow. It was then that Daniel found himself beginning to reveal something himself.

"Hey, Weiss, there was something that I have been meaning to say, but never got the chance to."

"Huh?"

"There was so much going on at Atlas, that it never seemed to be the right moment. It first started with my uncle, then my mom, my brother leaving, what happened to me, and then the thing that happened with my dad. All that never seemed to be the right moment to mention anything to me," Daniel kept speaking as those moments in life all seemed to return to their memories, with Weiss being there the entire time. "And then I left Atlas, then went to Mistral, where for the next three years, nothing but insanity ensued. I've been through so much there I could write a book about it all. I wonder if Blake would be interested in that. And throughout that time, I thought about something, in particular."

"What was that?"

Weiss asked, feeling invested in hearing about what Daniel wanted to share with her.

"I found myself missing being in Mantle and even Atlas, if not for the fact that my aunts, cousins, and my best memories are all there. And throughout that I missed you."

At Daniel's flushed reveal, Weiss found herself dropping the utensil in her hands, as her emotions started welling up in her chest. She couldn't stop herself from clasping her hands together, with tears beginning to appear at the corners of her eyes. More and more, the words that she wanted to hear started coming up, something that Weiss wanted to hear in a long time.

"Whether it was training, fighting, whether it was up against a Grimm, Bandit, Criminal, and sometimes tracking a person down. I couldn't stop thinking about you the entire time. But, before telling you that, there was something else that I wanted to tell you. And that was…."

"I don't care," Weiss found herself getting up, then wrapped her arms around Daniel's neck with years that could be seen. "I know there are things that you can't tell me yet, and things that you want to tell me. But, Daniel all that I ever wanted to hear was that you felt the same way about me, that I feel about you. I never need to be anyone except for myself when I'm around you. I didn't need to pretend to be anyone else, and I could talk about things I couldn't before. For the longest time, since we were children to right here and now. I love you, Daniel."

Weiss found herself uttering the words that she wanted to tell Daniel for a long time, which was more important to him. Those were words that didn't have the slightest falsehood behind them and held just the purest emotions behind them.

"Yeah, I love you too, Weiss."

Hearing those words, Weiss couldn't stop the tears as Daniel's hand brushed her cheek, where the scar that she got from training. In a single moment, she leaned forward and kissed Daniel, a pure show of affection that'd been building up between them. It was as if the two could express whatever feelings they held, Daniel didn't stop himself from placing his hands on her waist as the two pulled closer.

A minute later, Daniel and Weiss separated from one another, a breath escaped from their mouths afterward as there was a moment of pause.

"Daniel, I…."

Open.

As soon as the door opened, Daniel and Weiss flinched, then immediately moved from one another. Standing at the entrance was Glynda, who looked in peering at the two teenagers.

"I didn't expect to find you two here, especially Miss Schnee."

"Ah, P-Professor G-Goodwitch, this isn't what it looks like…."

"It looks as if you and Daniel here are having dinner in an unused classroom, something that I heard that a teacher lent to some students for a project. If, of course, is reckless for a teacher to let students use a room without even consulting us professors. So, if you two would mind explaining."

Glynda asked as she stared at the two students here.

"Well, I'm sure that the teachers heard about the incidents involving those posters and everything. So, I thought it would be a nice idea to turn a terrible moment into something that could be a positive moment for Weiss. So, can you please overlook this one thing? If it helps, I wouldn't mind parting with my portion of a sponge cake."

Daniel jokingly and seriously replied as he held up another covered plate in his hands.

"Daniel, I understand the situation, but I would hope that you wouldn't attempt to bribe a…," as shameful as she felt in herself, Glynda stared at the perfect-looking sponge cake on the plate in his hands. But, she then made an instant recovery, as she fixed her glasses. "Well, I didn't plan on punishing you. Beacon Academy isn't a prison if anything students are free to explore possibilities for themselves and their teammates. But, the one thing that we might not care for is students having explicit relationships that could lead to 'unwanted situations', which might be a hindrance to their future."

Knowing full well, what Glynda was referring to, caused Daniel and Weiss to have a faint blush on their cheeks; a situation that would be caused by that situation that would.

"That would mean a b-baby, mine and Daniel's baby. M-M-My-My-My-My…adorable white-hair, silver-eyed baby."

Weiss' face was turning bright red at the thought of having a child of her own, something that Daniel noticed, but he was unaware of what was going through her mind.

"Well, I'll believe that this was done with the best intentions of making Weiss feel better. So, I'll leave you two for the moment. But, please be prudent about the situation in front of you."

Glynda said, giving her the final words before walking outside of the classroom.

"Thanks, Professor Goodwitch. I'll be sure to make a special sponge cake for you."

Daniel announced, before their professor left the classroom, as a feeling of anticipation almost manifested within the teacher.

"That was so embarrassing. We almost got caught kissing in front of Professor Goodwitch."

Weiss said, covering her reddened face using her hands.

"Well, it looks as if we ended up having some 'late night fun' for ourselves," Daniel stated, laughing to himself as a pout could be seen on Weiss' face. "Come on, don't look like that. At least, we managed to get one thing off our shoulders after all this time."

"Yeah, I guess. But, it kinda ruined the mood a little."

"No doubt, well, let's continue with the meal and I'm sure that you're going to love the sponge cake."

"Okay," Weiss said, recovering from the sudden embarrassment felt, because the two were almost caught kissing by a teacher. "But, Daniel, whatever you want to tell me, I'll accept it. Same as you did for me."

"Alright, so would milady like for me to assist her to her seat again."

"She would."

Weiss said, attempting to return to the previous mood as Daniel returned the heiress to her seat.

He returned to his seat, and the two proceeded to finish up the personal dinner between them, as the two felt a decent amount of satisfaction in revealing their feelings for one another.

A/N: Well, this is the end of the next chapter of RWBY – Team DUSK, well it has been a long time since I'd updating this one. But, this is the first of my stories to start the New Year. I thought that it would be right to settle Daniel and Weiss' relationship. I felt as though it was weird there were never complications of Weiss' status as Schnee Heiress being brought up in Beacon Academy. So, those two things caused me to write up this chapter. Here, she underwent some issues with some students exposing her 'true intentions' of being in Beacon Academy and Vale, instead of Atlas. But, due to the teamwork of Team RWBY, DUSK, JNPR, and CFVY, it was settled in fast.

Before all that, Ruby started knowing more and more of her feelings for Daniel too, even questing that it wouldn't be weird for her and Weiss to date him. Well, that's going to be interesting to explore.
