Hello my friends! hopfully there are a lot of you at my point of writing this only one person has reviewed :( maybe you can be the second! Anyway I hope you've enjoyed the story so far but really please tell me what I can do better I thinks thats it for now!
I woke opened my eyes sttaring up at the roof I heard Star, Mountain and Rain talking I was to groggy to understand much of what they were saying I could only really make out them laughing and Rain and Star talking in a defensive and embarrased tone I wondered what type of talk they were having for them to be like that. I rubbed my eyes for a second the others must have noticed the movment from my ledge.
"Uh Coyote?" Mountain asked I still had my eyes closed from when I rubbed them.
"Yea?" I mumbled for some reason I was a lot more tired then normal.
"Oh so you are awake?" Rain asked.
"Yep" I said rolling over onto my side. "Wait what time is it?" I asked groggily I waited a second for their anwser with no veiw of the sun from here we had to use our internal clocks so it was a estimate on the time.
"About 4:00?" Star replied, well that was the reason I was so tired. Wait why are these guys up I thought wrapping my scarf over my head I tried to rest not fall asleep but rest I didn't want to over sleep which in situations like this happens a lot at least to me. The others must of thought I was asleep since they started talking I ignored them catching some words but blocking out most of their conversation I didn't like spying that was an invasion of privacy and I think privacy is pretty important. It was amazing how they could just talk for so long non stop. I just layed there waiting for the approach of class I completly zoned out after a few minutes I had been thinking about the dragons I had met I had met more dragons in just a few days then my whole life I found that crazy I never thought something like this would happen to me. I after a bit Seaweed said something I didn't quite catch.
"Huh?" I replied my head still under my scarf.
"Wait your awake?" Mountain asked shocked I wasn't to surprised I had been pretty convincing I didn't try to look asleep I was just pretty tired I felt better now though.
"Oh yeah" I mumbled twisting around so they knew, I couldn't see anyone since my eyes were covered. The three sounded a little embarrased with quiet mumbles and nervous laughter I ignored it not caring. "So is class starting soon?" I asked lifting the scarf to be around my neck while I tried to sit up I felt a lot better now.
"Oh yeah we got about an hour by now?" Seaweed replied I scanned the room Iceberg was still asleep Star had her face in a scroll Rain and Mountain were giving a look to each other I didn't reconize the chess board was still in the middle of the room in the same postion we left it in. Everyone kinnda just chilled for a while untill the gong rang.
"Better get going" I said standing up brushing off some dust.
"We'll be right behind you" Mountain said I shrugged walking out of the room Seaweed scrambled after me.
"So what do you think we're doing in history?" Seaweed said from beside me.
"I don't know" I replied shrugging we chatted for a little bit longer before we got to the history room. Webs was by the board writing something.
"Oh hello students, the rest are coming soon?" Webs said turning around.
"Yeah they're coming" I replied taking a seat a few moments later the rest of the Silver winglet arrived barging in.
"Hey!" Mountain said while taking her seat next to Star and Rain it seemed they had a friendship triangle or square if Iceberg was apart of their group Iceberg wasn't the most social more of a fighting first questions later type of dragon.
"So everyones here?" Webs said we all nodded everyone was here except Alligator I still wondered why he couldn't come. "Anyway we're gonna start a unit on the different kingdoms everyday" Webs added I was quite excited I didn't know much about some kingdoms so I was excited to learn I knew most about the SkyWing kingdom, RainWing kingdom and the SandWing kingdom I did live there after all. "So we will be reserching the SandWing kingdom today" Webs said writing it on the board. I was dissapointed I already knew almost everything about it. And as I thought Webs pretty much recapped everything I already knew, the class went by very quick. The gong rang and we gathered up our things and left I met up with Seaweed and we went on our way to the fighting room I forgot what it was really called Seaweed went on about how he learned so much. We arrived and saw Tsunami talking to Iceberg this was the class she was best at new dummies were in a line just like last time I was preparing myself for the workout. Me and Seaweed took our postions ready for when the others got here and we would start attacking the dummies we stood there for a few more minutes waiting for the others soon enough Iceberg came barging in clearly excited I suspected she would be. The other 3 came in right behind her we all took the places we were in last time soon Tsunami gave us the signle to start I remembered the moves that Tsunami showed us the other day I unleashed everything I had against this fake dragon I hadn't realized how angry I was mainly at the dream dragon that kept intruding my dreams turning them into nightmares I had to figure out what was going on and why I was having those dreams in just a few swipes I knockef the head off of the dummie sending it into the wall I was breathing heavily I took a second and then started looking around everyone was quite surprised and I wasn't surprised I didn't look the the strongest and everyone probably thought Iceberg was the one who was supposed do what I did. I brushed it off continuing to attack the dummie I kept attacking it untill i was practicly gone by the time the gong rang signalling the beginning of lunch I stopped, catching my breath I stood there for a few seconds before turning around to see Seaweed standing behind me.
"Woah dude, I didn't know you could do that!" he yelled.
"I didn't either" I said shrugging I had to be honest I didn't think I had something like that in me.
"Cmon lets get to the Prey Center!" I yelled starting to pick up the pace. Seaweed started to bound after me I wasn't too hungry as I'm a SandWing I didn't that much food but a quick snack would be pretty good I had seen the fruit last time we were in here I had fruit only one time and that was when some RainWings came by we were happy to let them have some water but they insisted on giving us fruit I loved it but we couldn't get any more. I wanted to try it again so I knew where I was going when I got to the Prey Center me and Seaweed continued walking untill we arrived at the prey center.
"Hey I'm gonna get some fruits" I said pointing to a pile of fruit near a group of RainWings.
"Really?" he replied looking confused. I guess not many dragons would perfer fruit over all the meat around here though I'm pretty sure SandWings are alright with eating them.
"Be right back!" I said running over to the pile I got there within seconds I scanned all the different fruits blueberries, bannanas, strawberries and various others I picked out a few bannanas and strawberries I had only read about them the fruit the RainWings gave us were mainly dragon fruits. I turned scanning for Seaweed he was talking to 2 other SeaWings I decided not to bother them looking for anyone else I knew I saw Iceberg eating something in the corner probably best to not approach her Mountain was eating with Rain I didn't know them well enough to just go up and eat with them, I didn't really want to either. I looked around some more to see Star, LightFang and Amber eating together I decided to ask if I could eat with them.
"Hey guys" I said walking up to them.
"Oh hey Coyote" Amber said turning to look at me.
"Hey" LightFang said sounding annoyed.
"You wanna eat with us?" Star asked motioning to the space in their circle they were sitting in well more of a triangle at the moment.
"Oh sure" I replied taking a seat in between LightFang and Amber.
"So you have fruit?" LightFang asked.
"Yep" I replied holding up a bannana. He nodded I started peeling the bannana as the others ate around me I didn't care enough to figure out what they were eating even though it probably wouldn't take long. I bit into the fruit I can't lie that it was pretty good same with the strawberries they were about B tier with all the foods I've tried before.
"So what have you all been up to?" LightFang asked.
"Oh um last cool thing I did was paint Seaweed" I said shrugging.
"Yeah I remember" Amber cut in.
"Wait really?" Star asked clearly confused.
"Yep yesterday" I replied.
"But how would Amber know?" Star added.
"Oh she walked in while I was painting she also drew something to" I shrugged. Star nodded soon the gong rang meaning we had music now. "See ya" I said walking out the Prey Center the others waved while Star tried to catch up to me we were going the same place so it would make sense for us to walk together. We walked in relitave silence untill we reached the music room, Sunny was there again the others were already there they must have came early since we weren't late. The class went on normally we just needed to practice our insruments some more so pretty boring overall we headed to art after. While we took our spots at different canavasas.
"So we will be drawing or painting someone in this room, so yeah that means you can pick what art supplies you use" FateSpeaker said. "You can begin whenever your ready" she added. I thought this was hilarious since I had already did that so as everyone had started trying to figure out who they were drawing I headed to the drying rack instead. Some of the others noticed and were confused I pulled the finished painting off the rack slowly walking back to an eisle putting it down everyone was surprised I would be too.
"Where did you get this!?" Seaweed asked. "It looks like a mirror!" Seaweed yelled.
"I painted it yesterday" I shrugged.
"Oh yeah you did come here yesterday" he said.
"You guys should get back to painting" I said shrugging.
"Well I'm gonna draw you, probably won't be great though under water we don't draw much" Seaweed said.
"I'm sure it will be great" I replied. Seaweed and the others went back to painting Mountain and Rain seemed to be painting each other Seaweed was starting his drawing of me Iceberg was painting Star and Star was also painting me. I chilled for the time being class went by very fast everyone was done by the time the gong rang. I looked at the art of me I had to say both of them did great we all congraulated each others work as we headed back to our room I was super tired so I wasted no time passing out on my mat black surrounding me. I stood in the middle of a sand dune I looked up at the sky there was somehing wrong about it I couldn't quite place it there were also no dragons around.
"Well well well I didn't think you would sleep again!" a dragon yelled from the bottom of the sand dune it was the mystery dragon they were holding some sort of crystal I didn't reconize it.
"What do you mean?" I asked still standing up on the sand dune. "Who are you?" I yelled I had this feeling of fear when I looked at this dragon I didn't know what was going on.
"Well I didn't think you would be brave enough to face me again, and second... I'm your worst nightmare!" they yelled staring up at me, I had to escape this dragon I knew that for sure. The dragon blew fire right at me I rolled out of the way the fire just barley tinging my scarf it got blew out quick though as I looked up we were in the art cave I was confused. Now me and the dragon were at equal ground now I no longer had an advantage they came charging at me I side stepped just avoiding a swipe of their claws. As soon as I did that we were on the ledge just outside the great hall I went in for a punch the dragon looked up quickly as I was about to connect to their face they caught my fist I was shocked this drago was incredibly strong. They swiped my face sending me to the ground my face stung but it wasn't the worst pain I've felt I got up quickly but to no shock we were in the Prey Center now. I backed up regaining my thoughts the dragon also just stood there probably waiting for me to make a move.
I breathed fire at them, they jumped out of the way with ease I still couldn't believe the strength of this dragon it was incredible they returned my blast spraying me with the hottest flames I've ever felt I narrowly jumped out of the way as soon as my claws touched the ground we ended up at the river I met Seaweed at. I jumped at the dragon before they could act pinning them to the ground holding my tail up to their face.
"Cmon stab me!" they said mockingly.
"What?" I asked I was surprised at this dragons reaction.
"You won't do it!" they yelled, I faltured the dragon saw this and took their chance they unleased their fire directly at me face engulfing my vision I let out a screech.
"Dude you good?" Seaweed said from below me.
"Huh?" I replied I was confused what just happend? Who was that dragon?
"Well this is a free day so we don't got no classes!" Seaweed cut in, I guess he didn't care that much since he brushed it off so easily at that I tried to rest I was tired I didn't sleep just rest.
