-Planet: Dreamworld -Year: ? -Location: ?, ? Sector -POV: The little girl

The air was so thick it clogged your throat, the sounds of cars both flying and wheeled filled her ears, the sky so polluted that the dark cloud blocked out the sun, the stars that once filled the night sky in the ages past were no longer a thing as generations after generations of drones worked in an eternal night, cursed to never see the jewels of the universe.

The pale-skinned people of this proud world once dominated the galaxy with the promises of hope and progress, but now they are nothing but cogs in the everlasting machine of mankind, a machine adapting to survive and survive alone.

The young girl of our story looked down at the people beneath, the common folk who were born to fulfill the task of endless backbreaking labor, but not her, she was born into a lord of a tower that pierced the sky, going beyond the dark cloud that plague the vision of the lowborn. Hers was the life of pleasure built upon the blood and sweat of people beneath, never in her life has she done so much as to lift a pebble, never in her life was she forced to breathe the poisonous air, never was she forced to spend the night with an empty stomach. Hers was the life of nobility, a life of comfort without worry, truly, she was blessed by her god, but was she truly?

"Disgusting, awful, horrendous, how dare you bring such filth here?" the little girl complained, her beautiful blue dress was tainted with the red sauce of the food "Now look at what you have done! my priceless dress is ruined because of you" she yelled at the chef standing before her, the chef's face was that of fear, his hands were shaking for being accused of a crime he had not committed

"B-but my lady" the man gulped, his head beginning to sweat as he looked at his young mistress "I wasn't present during the incident, surely there is a mistake in play here" the family chef tried to argue

The young mistress frowned "Now you dare speak against me are you?" she growled "Guards! throw this trash out of the tower" her orders caused a sense of horror in the accused man

"Please mistress! reconsider, Forgive me, plea-" His voice was cut short as the guards dragged him out the room though his pleas were still audible

"Hmph! this is what you deserve for bringing such filth in my present" she huffed and looked down at the silk cloth that was her dress, the red sauce dripping "Maids" she called out, before her three women in work uniforms appeared in front of her "Ready my dress, this one is tainted with filth" she ordered, her voice was filled with arrogance worthy of a noble of her rank

The masked man watched from the corner of the room as the events started to unfold before him, no one seem to notice him as he observed the situation, he was in a memory after all. No one can see him even though he can see them.

"The poor chef, even though he committed no crime" Anon shook his head "The nobles of this imperium have rotten so far as they cannot even see reason" he groaned, it was all so stupid, that if he hadn't seen it with his own eyes, he wouldn't have believed it, the noble girl in front of him had dirtied her own dress yet somehow found the fault in the cook "Ludicrous, utterly absurd!" he muttered to himself

The only thing that overshadowed the stupidity of the event was the fact that the one who did it was Celliphus, Anon's student. At first, even he could not believe the sight, how can someone as kind as Celliphus do such a thing? but even he could not deny it, this is not a false memory that has been weaved to deceive him, he would have known it if that was the case.

"I can't bear to watch this anymore" Anon said as he moved forward through the memories, he made sure not to see anything unnecessary to his task, he didn't like the idea of peeking into people's private lives after all "Let's see" Anon hummed as he searched for the memory that has been causing the problem. This task proved difficult to him however, it seems like Celliphus regretted and hated her past memories, which made it harder for Anon to find the problematic one.

He searched memory after memory, only inspecting the emotions emanating from them rather than looking at them, and after what felt like hours, he found what he thought was the thing he was looking for.

The memory brought the world back to life, the structures around him suddenly raised themselves from the ground, the furniture appeared out of thin air and there he saw the little girl with black hair, the same noble girl he saw before. The young girl was standing before her father who looked at her with disgust, the young girl was shackled and on her knees, two guards were holding her down.

The young Celliphus looked at her father with a face filled with fear "It wasn't me, it was the servants I swear!".

The lord of the tower put his palm in his head and covered his eyes in shame "Do you take me for a fool? are you think of me as an idiot, girl?" he sighed, he looked as if he was thinking about something for a moment, but that moment was short-lived as he resumed "Perhaps this is for the best, considering how much of an idiot you are, the family will benefit from your death" he said in a tone devoid of emotion, his cold eyes pierced Celliphus's soul "But nooo, your mother doesn't want you to die, "How can you kill your own daughter" she said "She is our daughter!" she said, as if I will sire a mutant filth, a mutant psyker no less" the word caught the ears of the young girl

"You must be mistaken! I'm not a psyker I swear, Father I-" Celliphus cried but her cries were not heard as her father interrupted her

The father looked at her as if looking at an insect, as if she was nothing but a vermin "Your powers are evident, you have manifested them during your sleep, but worry not I will not kill you" the man smiled, hearing this Celliphus felt a glitter of hope "The law commands that I should send you to Astra telepathica but doing so will inform the other houses of the event, I cannot afford to let them think my family bloodline is impure to breed a mutant" he said as he played with a letter in his hands "And since you mother opposes to the idea of killing you, I decided to banish you".

"W-what?" the small amount of hope she felt earlier suddenly disappeared completely.

"It is as I said, your existence will be erased from family's history, you will be forgotten" he signed his guards to take the girl out "Take her with a shuttle and throw her to somewhere on the other side of the planet, hopefully, she will die of starvation in the lower parts before anything else" he waved his hands, Celliphus wanted to beg but a hand closed her mouth as she was dragged out of the room.

The memory stopped, Anon processed the information as he felt anger brewing up inside him, 'How can a father throw away his children so easily?' he questioned even though he already knew the answer, as much as he hated to admit it, this kind of things happened throughout humanity's history, between those who seek power over anything else.

Anon shook his head to clear his mind "I can show my anger later, I need to help Celliphus's situation first" another memory gathered his attention, this one was a little further into the future "Ah, another dark memory, here we go again" he grumbled as he opened the long-sealed memory

This time, the scenery was not that an expansive room decorated with expensive furniture, it was an image of a filthy city filled with people that Celliphus once considered nothing more than animals.

The young girl was not the regal noble girl she was before, she was malnourished and dirty, she wore rags that made her look like a sack of potatoes, she had a ration bar in her hand which looked more like solid human waste instead of something you should eat. The girl heeds no mind to it as she took a bite out of the ration bar. The memory reconstructed every detail, even the taste of the terrible ration bar was felt in Anon's tongue, though unfortunately, it was not only the taste.

The sudden surge of smells filled his nose, it smelled like rotten flesh on the battlefield "Damn it, she is sick! the smell, what in humanity's name is this smell?" he asked out loud "She looks more like a monster from a horror movie than Celliphus I knew" Anon observed, the same feeling of anger brew inside him as he looked at the poor girl's state, but he managed to calm himself as he was reminded of his purpose here.

Anon looked around where Celliphus was living, the small makeshift room that she called home "So this is how it feels to live in a hive" the state of people living here brought a feeling of sadness to his heart, Anon approached the young girl eating the ration bar like a rat, he knelt next to the girl and tried to pat her head but the girl felt nothing as Anon brushed his hand against her black hair "Looks like your father has underestimated how strong you are Celliphus" a sad smile touched his lips as the words flew out of his mouth.

A few minutes later a sound came from the dark corridors, Celliphus twitched as she heard the sound of a footstep, Anon looked towards the source of the sound, he saw a woman in ridiculous attire come out from the dark, she reminded Anon of the raiders from fallout series with her sense of clothing and weapons, her hair was dyed pink and her face was covered in dirt and oil, she smiled as she saw the little girl in rags.

"OI little rat, come out here, time to earn your keep" she called her out, Celliphus quickly finished her "food" before slowly approaching the cyberpunk woman, the smile on the women's face vanished as Celliphus got close "There you are, have you finished the last bar I gave you already? that was meant for three days you, I told you that you little shit" she said as she brought her hand on Celliphus's hair and forcefully dragged her face to the ground by the root of her hair "You want to bankrupt me you little mother fucker?" she asked her hand pressed the little girl's head to the ground, Celliphus made a small whining sound as she felt the pain

"I- I'm sorry mistress" Celliphus muttered in a low murmur

"Did you say something? huh? you want me to throw you to the dogs?" the woman increased the pressure on her head

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I was hungry" Celliphus begin to cry "I won't do it again, please don't" she begged

"Oi Oi, you make me sound like the bad guy. Now that's ungrateful isn't it?" she said as she throw the little girl to the wall, she made a pained sound as she hit the wall, the ganger women looked at her with a smile "You should thank me for looking after you, you don't even have a decent body, no man willing to fuck you with that skinny ass. I took you out from the streets, fed you, gave you a place to live when others wanted to eat you" she knelt beside the little girl "Now thank me" she looked at the girl in the eye

Celliphus's eyes were wet with tears "T-thank you, mistress, p-please don't leave me" she begged in a pained tone

Anon looked at the exchange, he couldn't hold back his rage, he wanted to rip the woman apart, he wanted to throw her into the warp, for the first time in his life, he wanted to hurt someone, he wanted to torture someone, he wanted nothing but to see that women suffer, he knew that things like this happened both in his previous life and in his current one but to see it happen to someone close to him filled him with rage.

"What is her name, WHAT IS IT?!" he shouted, he searched through Celliphus's memories until he found what he searched for "Suri, Suri... Suri" the name rolled in his tongue "I will remember this Suri Shian, I don't know why, but despite all the cruelties I have witnessed, yours have pissed me off the most" Anon looked at the ganger's face and made sure to carve it in his memory.

"Ah, alright, stop with the whining already, emperor's arse, I just gave you a little lesson" she said, standing up "I got another job for you, we'll be having some fun with the Telavisa gang, yer going to be useful this time yeah?" she looked at the little girl who was patting her head where it hurt the most.

The little girl nodded slowly while standing up "Y-yes...mistress" she held her little hands together.

"Make sure you will, otherwise I might sell you to the odd fellows" she said with a grin, hearing her possible fate Celliphus twitched slightly in fear.

The ganger then left the little girl alone, Celliphus went towards her little room, Anon followed her, though she could not see him. Celliphus's room was small and shaped like a small tent made from scrap metal and cloth, the ramshackle state of the tent made it evident that she had built it on her own, the height of the thing was so low that Anon had to kneel to see the inside, a little dirty cloth carpet, which was also Celliphus's bed decorated the inside, there was nothing else inside the "room" except a metal box.

The bruised little girl sat on the carpet and opened the box to reveal a dress inside, it was a rather expensive-looking dress at that, perhaps it was the dress she wore before she was banished from her household? Celliphus took out the dress from the box and smelled, Anon also felt the smell since he was the one observing the memory. Anon could sadness coming from the little girl as she experienced the smell again, a cold and terrible feeling Anon was all too familiar with.

"I see, you miss your home, you regret your past" he said to the little girl even though she could not hear it "Although I think it's a good thing to regret your past decisions and learn from them, but not at your age, you were but a child, you should be allowed to make mistakes" his tone became that of an old sad man "This universe is a cruel master" Anon sighed "Alas, I can do nothing but strive to improve it, for humanity's sake and for yours"

The world around Anon begin to crumble as he stopped the memory, he had seen all he needed to know from this memory, it was time to move to the next. He continued in his quest to find the source of Celliphus's problem, he saw how the ganger woman used her psychic powers against the rival gangs and profited from it, all the while keeping Celliphus's mental state in a situation where she had no one to depend but her, she was turning her into a mindless slave, forced to kill others for a scrap of comfort and food.

The memories dissipate and give way to darkness only for them to be replaced with another memory, all the dark memories were coming to an end as Anon saw only a few left that caused Celliphus to feel pain and fear.

The dark space around Anon gave way to an empty hive corridor with the little girl walking, she seemed a little bit taller than before, she had gotten rid of her rags, now she wore simple cotton clothing, it looked cheap and dirty but it was better than before, unfortunately, she still was in a state of malnourishment, Anon was shocked that she had grown taller at all with her state.

He observe the little girl as she searched through the junks to find something useful, after a few minutes of searching, Anon felt a little bit of joy, Celliphus had found something, he moved closer to inspect what she had found, that was when he saw it, she was holding a mutated dead rat with six legs and she was hungry.

"Please tell me your not going to eat that" Anon said with a worried tone, he could see her mouth was watering "Oh no, I hate this shit hole of a galaxy humans live in" he place both of his hands on his head and sighed "Besides wha-" Anon stopped at his traces as a feeling start to brew inside of him, it was coming from Celliphus's memory.

An absolute feeling of terror pierced his soul, he felt pain, more than any physical damage he had taken in his entire life, he felt weak and robbed of his powers, he felt hate, disgust, a feeling of wrongness, he wanted to gouge his eyes out in the sheer madness of the pain he was feeling, if it wasn't for his disciplined mind, he would have already done so.

The little girl shivered in fear as she felt the presence in her back, she slowly turned back to see what it was, she saw an armored man with a woman who was clad in gold, NO! it was a demon! a creature that had come from her darkest nightmares, from her greatest fears.

The golden demon looked at her with eyes that pierced her very being, Celliphus froze in her place as she could not move anymore. The demon talked to the man next to her in a language the little girl could not understand but Anon could, she was using sign language but in high gothic.

"Is this the witch? are you sure of it?" the golden demon asked, her mouth was silent but her hands move in a gesture unfamiliar to the little girl

"The appearance matched the description, let me ask the ganger again" the arbite said as he turned back "Is this the girl you were talking about?" he asked, this time in low gothic

Celliphus's face filled with shock as she saw the figure coming out of the darkness, the ganger woman's hands were restricted with an electric shackle, Suri came out to meet the arbite who had the control for the shackles, her face was that of discomfort for being around a blank, the arbite felt the same way but he didn't show it on his face.

"YES! she is the one, she is the witch! now let me go" she brought her hands up and showed him the shackles

"I will but not before your judgment" the man said as he activated his shock mace

"Wait, what? that wasn't our deal!" the women protested

"By the words written within the lex imperialis, emperor's words and his law, you are judged for using a mutant in a manner unworthy of an imperial citizen" he brought up his mace, the mace came down on the shackles with the full might of the arbite, it shattered the shackle along with ganger's hands, the ganger cried out in pain as her hands were crushed under the force.

"FUUUUUCK! WHAT THE FUUUCK?!" the woman shouted in pain and anger but her anger soon turned to fear as the arbite glared her down, she slowly backed away.

"Begone filth, let this be a lesson, you are lucky I don't execute you where you stand" the arbite said as he turned to face the little girl "Take her" he said in high gothic, the women in gold simply moved to apprehend the little girl

The little girl tried to back away, she wanted to run, she wanted to escape, but as much as she wished she could, it was impossible, her legs froze in fear, the demon got closer to her with every second but she couldn't do anything, her eyes started to dark out as she fell to her knees, her legs were covered in urine as she wet herself, the pariah gene of the demon was too powerful for her tiny mind to resist, in that moment of utter fear, the voices within her head begin to scream.

'Why did father leave me? WHY?!' the question rang in her mind, her mental state was a mess 'She told me she wouldn't leave me if I'm useful, I was useful, wasn't I? I did what she told me, I did what she told me and became better, I did better! so why? why do you leave me?! did I do something wrong? did I fail?' the volume of the questions increased, her mind could not process all the questions, not at this state!

"Damn it, you can't comprehend all these things at once, not at this state!" Anon snapped, his word did nothing as the questions continued

'PLEASE! come back, don't leave me, please! I will do better, I swear I will do better, I won't fail you so please come back!' she begged in her mind as her mouth was shut even though she wished to scream, as the demon approached closer, the air around became thick, it escaped her lungs as she could barely breath 'I DON't WANT TO DIE! PLEASE COME BACK! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEpleasepleaseplease! come back!' the thoughts in her mind stopped as the demon hit her in the head, Celliphus's vision darkened as she fell unconscious.

Anon breathed as the air came back to his lungs, in this dream world, Anon felt the same way his host felt in her memories, he clutched his chest and fell to his knees, for the first time in his life, he felt the power of a pariah and it felt horrid, it felt as if he was on a powerful drug his entire life only for it to withdraw from his body immediately.

"What the hell was that? was that... no it was a blank!" he gasped "I thought the novels were exaggerating the effects on psykers, somehow it was even worse than the lore" he said "Being thrown out her noble life, being abused by her new guardian and being sold by her, not only that but being arrested by a powerful pariah in such a young age! no wonder her current mental state is a mess" Anon observed, the situation was worse than he thought "The memories were sealed all this time but the demon broke that seal, thus her mental break down" he brought his hand on his chin as he took a thoughtful look "I need to see the last traumatic memory, otherwise I can't help her, I have to somehow strengthen her resolve to face her memories otherwise she would break down again, I can't seal them again that would just be throwing the problem later down the road" he nodded to himself, his decision became clear as he looked towards the final memory.

All around him, gothic structures started to shape, building with the sign of Aquila above them, inside this building was the little girl being guided through the halls by an old man in blindfolds, the man in the robes guided the group of children and a few adults towards a room that emanated great amounts of psychic energy, Anon couldn't see it but he could sense it through Celliphus's senses.

The halls were decorated with expansive furniture, even more luxurious than Celliphus's father's room, all around her were things made from gold, rums, picture frames, statues, Anon wasn't an art person but even he could appreciate the beauty of such things, he couldn't deny the amounts of effort put into decorating these halls, but why would someone do this? is this place so important? where is the place? the questions rang in his mind, only for it to be answered a few minutes later.

Anon looked in shock before the image in front of him "You must be joking right?" he questioned "Is that a custodian?!" the answer became apparent as he saw the golden giant with a sword and a shield standing guard before a door, he was talking to some mortal guards clad in black armor "This is the damn palace!" he said out loud, he was sure no one could hear him since he was in memory, suddenly the custodian jerked his head and looked at him, dead in the eye, Anon stepped back as he witnessed the glare of the custodian "WTF?!" the crude words came out his mouth, he was shocked 'Did he just hear me? how? I'm in a memory!' he questioned.

Anon was creeped out, he felt fear before the burning gaze of the custodian 'It is impossible for him to see right? yes, it is impossible! this must be a coincidence, YES! a coincidence!' Anon convinced himself and started walking past the custodian, the custodian watched the location Anon shouted a few seconds ago, he continued to observe the location event though Anon wasn't there anymore, he then turn back his head after seeing no one "Well that was a heart attack and a half" Anon said in a lower volume "I was worried for a second" Anon said as he followed the group as they entered the room.

Anon wished he had never entered that damn room, he saw the untrained psykers scream in pain as they all went through the soul binding ritual, the kids screamed in agony as part of their soul burned against the glowing star that was the emperor's essence(This is not the throne room), a few of the kids tried to run away from the room but they were stopped by guard in black armor and what Anon assumed to be a primaris psykers.

Some of the untrained witches died during the process but most survived though many turned into half-crazed psykers, the worst part of the process was to see Celliphus as she forcefully went through it, her eyes glowed in a golden light, her black hair began to turn white from the root, her black eyes started to lose their colors as her vision became a blur.

Anon stopped at this moment, the memory began to fade away as he didn't wish to continue, not because he didn't wish to finish his task but because he feared the pain, the pain was too much even for him to handle without preparation, the worst part was the fact that she went through it while being nothing more than a scared child.

A few seconds later Anon opened his eyes to find himself sitting beside the white-haired woman, he looked at his hands and his surroundings to make sure they were real, he could touch them and he could feel them 'Good' he thought, the feeling is not constructed by another person, it came directly from Anon's nerves.

The masked man looked at the sleeping Celliphus beside him, she still had an expression of pain 'Now what?' he asked himself, he had seen the cause of her breakdown but he hadn't fixed it 'She will breakdown again once she wakes up, how should I help? can I even help?' he asked again.

He thought long and hard for hours to find an answer but the time was running out, he remembered every lesson he had learned about psychology in school and college, or at least as much as he could, he remembered as much as he could, and after hours of thinking he found the answer, though the answer did not come from the lesson he had taken, it came from an unexpected source which caused him to cringe a bit.

The answer to his question came from a show he remembered in his previous life, yes it was a stupid idea to use movie logic in real life, the movies were usually idiotic but not all of them were stupid, yes most of them were trash but there were a few exceptions here and there, a few shining gems in a mountain of waste.

"Well, it's not like Warhammer universe is any more logical than a movie, or was it an animation? the only thing I remember was that I enjoyed watching it" he said with uncertainty, the memories of his previous life were slowly fading away which concerned him, though he made sure to remember every piece of lore he knew "There goes my mind going off the track, time to focus on the matter at hand" he looks at the girl slowly waking up from her sleep 'You can do it Anon, you are a grown man with centuries worth of experience, fixing a traumatic experience shouldn't be as hard as fighting Eldar, daemons, and Astartes, right?' Anon quired

Celliphus slowly woke up from her forced sleep, her mind was woozy, slowly, he regained her full consciousness and registered her surroundings, she started to panic as soon as she remembered what had happened, she suddenly tried to get off the bed in an uneasy state, her feet could not find a footing and she almost fell when her teacher caught her midway.

"Easy Celliphus, easy, I'm here don't worry" he tried to reassure her but it wasn't enough as she begin to panic again

"No No no nonononononononononononono" the room's tempeture began to drop as she began to manifest her powers again

Seeing this Anon spoke again "Shhh, it's ok Celliphus, I'm not going to leave you, no one is going to leave you" Anon's hands embraced the girl in an awkward hug, never in his life have he hugged anyone nor have been hugged by someone so he didn't know if he was doing it right or not

"Y-your going to leave me too! you are lying, everyone is lying, everyone will leave me" she protested against the embrace and tried to break free from it, Anon strengthen his grip on her

"I will not leave you, I will not let anyone harm you Celliphus, you are safe with me" he said in a low tone 'Please work, I have no idea what I'm doing, I trust you movie logic!' Anon prayed that this would work

"You lie, my father lied, Suri lied and you will leave me too!" the temperature dropped significantly as she said that, Anon could feel his back freezing in the cold air "Even though I trained hard! even though I became better! even though I did what you ask of me! why do you leave me? I don't want to be alone, don't want to" Celliphus sobbed "You bastard, you piece of shit, liar, liar liar liar"

"I'M NOT LYING, SHUT UP AND HEAR ME!" Anon shouted, he didn't intend to shout but the sudden freezing pain in his back caused him to shout in pain, the sudden loud sound caused Celliphus to stop struggling, she stopped completely as she stared upwards, seeing her calming down Anon released her and pushed her back, she landed on her bed in a sitting position, she stared at Anon who sighed before speaking again "You are an idiot Celliphus an absolute idiot who has a snotling for a brain" Anon scolded her "Why in the emperor's name would I leave a student I have raised so carefully for almost a decade? huh?" he asked

"N-no, your lying, you will lea-" Celliphus tried to argue but her mentor interrupted

"NO! I will not leave you, moreover, you will not leave me" Anon informed her

"Y-you will not?" Celliphus spoke quietly

"No"

"Swear it!"

"What?"

"Swear it in the name of the emperor!" Celliphus demanded with a serious expression

"I, Interrogator Jermai, swear it in the name of the master of mankind, that I will not abandon this stupid girl" Anon put his hand on her head, he then removed it after patting her head, he then knelt on his knee and looked at her in the eye "Is that what you wanted? do want anything else?" Anon asked

Celliphus stood silent for a bit as she processed the new situation, it seemed the threat of her breaking down again was almost gone 'Good' Anon thought. Hearing Anon's question, Celliphus gave an awkward nod before looking down "What? just that?" Anon asked, Celliphus looked confused and tilted her head "I have promised not to leave you, aren't you going to do the same?"

"W-what?" Celliphus stuttered, her face became red, she was confused, it looked as if she had already forgotten the things that just transpired

"When I become an inquisitor, will you follow me? or will you choose to stay with William?" he questioned

"O-oh...that" she said, it almost as if she was disappointed at the concept

"What? am I not someone worthy of following? was I that bad of a teacher?" Anon chuckled

"N-no, not...not that" she said "It just...you know" she muttered

"Just?" Anon tilted his head

"You know what? nothing" she sighed "You will make a fine inquisitor master, I, Celliphus, student of Jermai the clueless, swear upon Emperor's name to follow you till my death" she swore with a grace greater than Anon's

Anon nodded after hearing the oath, satisfied, he sat on the chair.

"Are you feeling better now?" he asked with a smile though nothing passed through his mask

"I am... sorta" she answered "I don't know what would've happened if you weren't here to help me, for that, I thank you master" Celliphus smiled, Anon felt something, something he haven't felt in his entire life, the feeling was weird but not unpleasant so he ignored it

"Remember my dear pupil, I will always watch over you until you are strong enough to stand on your own" Anon reassured her "Now" Anon stood up "You should rest, you have exhausted yourself, I will have this room quiet for you and make sure no one bothers you"

As Anon tried to move towards the door, two hands caught him in the back, forming an embrace, Anon looked behind him to see Celliphus up from her bed 'Was she feeling bad? she needs medical attention?' Anon questioned

"You require something Celliphus?" the masked man asked, confused

Celliphus didn't say anything, she just stood there, embracing him even tighter 'Is she scared? that's unbecoming of an Inquisitorial agent' he thought to himself 'Is this normal within inquisition? oh well, she has been through a lot, might as well give her what she wants' Anon concluded.

So there he was, being embraced from behind by an unstable psyker for almost 10 minutes, 10 minutes of awkward silence, I mean what could he have said? he had no experience when it come to curing trama, what he did there was a miracle on its own, should he say something?

"Um..." Anon tried to say something but couldn't come up with anything

"Say a bit..." Anon heard a low murmur, he couldn't properly hear what she said

"What?"

"Say a bit mo..." she repeated again

"A bit louder if you please"

"Stay a bit more" Celliphus's voice had a hint of embarrassment "Please"

The masked man sighed as he removed the hands from his chest and turned to face his student, he patted her on the shoulder and sat on the chair again, Celliphus's face lit up with a smile.

"So" Anon spoke "When you made your oath, you called me clueless" he paused a few seconds "What did you mean by it?" he asked in a curious tone

Celliphus sat on her bed "That is why you are clueless, master" she answered which only added to Anon's curiosity and confusion

"What is that suppose to mean?" he questioned

"You will know it one day, master, I hope" Celliphus smiled

End of the chapter

Auther here:

To those who want a faster update rate! My job is a bitch.

and now I will share some information about the characters because why not.

Anon is around 180 to 185cm(around 6ft for American friends, please change your system to metric, I can't use feet as a measurement system), he is quite an athlete but nothing compared to warriors of 40k, though he is unaugmented and uses biomancy to enhance himself to move with inhuman speed.

Celliphus is around 180 to 182cm(a tiny bit shorter than Anon).

Idk why but a close friend of mine wanted to know these in specific, so yeah here you go, whatever you want to do with this information.

As for the answer to the reviews:

44: I said Anon is Asexual because I wanted you to consider him Asexual for the time being, I don't know what to do with his relationship situation, on one hand, he could get traumatized by losing a lover because of age or other factors. On the other hand, a romantic relationship could ease him up.

romantic relationships are not rare in 40k and I'm not afraid to put it in the story(No Xenos waifu get out) but I'm still thinking if I should put it in my story or not.

A guest wanted to know about the state of Anon's planet: I must say that I'm sorry but that feudal world was destroyed during the 'pale wasting', as for how they were destroyed or what did such a thing, no comment, just know that the entire planet is just a barren rock with no atmosphere.

Aivanjeric: I think, maybe, MAYBE!, he will meet with Guilliman in M41, I say maybe because Anon is conflicted on if he should be saving Cadia or not, if he lets the Cadia die, the events will occur and he will be revived and the emperor will wake up.

If he doesn't, the galaxy will not be ripped in half but Guillimen will stay dormant while the Emperor will continue his nap. His choice will depend on whether he could find a way to close the rift or not.

I cannot give any more information than that, just know that you are in for surprise.

The Lord Bread: Sorry to hear it man, if you don't like a certain part of the story, please elaborate, perhaps there is something I can do about it.

Another guest wants to see mechanicus interaction: you will have your interaction, I can't say it will be soon but it will definitely happen.

Antonidas: did you find your asnwer?

Hunter19941: He will interact with a greater daemon but C'tan is a bit... well, they are a bit overpowered for Anon.

Alright these are all the things now, EVEN THOUGH, I replied to most of these questions, none of you seem to read your inbox :) (Please read them, I really like interacting with the readers)

Also, I will change the story from T to M, I can't justify bullying a child to be T.
