Hey everyone, thanks for making it past the prologue, I want to thank you all for reading this fanfiction. Now, in case your wondering, "The Imitator's" looks like the cover picture if you are wondering because it's kind of hard for me to describe how his true form looks, so I made the cover art quite literally his true form as to help out. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy, and I am open to all and any advice and feedback!

"Alright, Vegeta!!! It's time to finish this!!" Goku said as he powered up, a white aura of energy forming and enveloping his body as Vegeta gave a smile, replying as he too became enveloped in a powerful burst of white aura, "You'd better not hold back, Kakarot!!!"

"HURRAAGGH!!!" the two screamed as their voices echoes through Beerus's planet.

However, whether they knew or not, Whis and Beerus sat in lawn chairs, snoring sound asleep as Broly had fallen asleep in the grass beside them, Lemo and Cheelai sleeping beside him as empty ice cream buckets laid strewn all around them.

Goku and Vegeta went like that for what many would feel like was an entire hour as the two Saiyan's fought to their hearts content. Sadly, apparently, it was a little too long for those witnessing this event.

However, after a hour of the two battling fiercely, Goku laid in the bottom of a crater as Vegeta stood above them, both battered, dirty, and bruised as Vegeta said with a triumphant swing of his arms, holding them above his head, "Yes!!! Yes, I've done it!! I've finally done it!! I finally beated you, Kakarot!!"

And it was rather true. Goku had fought his hardest, giving a effort to win the fight like he had never before. But today's victory belonged to Vegeta.

Goku had a tired and exhausted smile as he looked up tiredly, giving a thumbs up as he admitted, "Heh, I-I've got to a-admit Vegeta, you got me."

Whis, who was snoring as a bubble had formed from his nose, suddenly snapped awake as the bubble popped, and the angel looked around as he said disoriented, "Oh, uhh, yes, ahem, it seems that Vegeta has won the match. A stunning record breaker of 1 win out of the 8 sparring matches you and Son Goku have had as of late."

Vegeta smiled as he looked down at Goku, before he suddenly held open his hand, extending it to Goku to help him up.

Goku smiled as his hand weakly reached forward, grabbing onto his hand as Vegeta pulled him up, saying, "You drive a hard battle, Kakarot. But you have better train harder, because I'll make sure that you never again surpass me."

"Hehe, well, now I'll just be training even harder to catch up with ya, Vegeta," Goku said as Vegeta gave a friendly scoff, "Hmph, you can try, but I am the number one Saiyan."

"Oh dear, can you brutish Saiyan's think about anything other then fighting!?" Beerus said grumpily as he woke up, stretching his limbs as he sat up from his lawn chair, "If anything, we're going to be needing more food!!"

By now, Broly, Cheelai, and Lemo had started to slowly wake up as Whis walked forward to the battered and exhausted Goku and Vegeta.

Whis waved his staff as his healing magic began to heal them as Whis said, "My, you both have come leaps and bounds from before. However, you both still have other things to perfect other then beating one another senseless."

"Hehe, uh, right," Goku said with a embarrassed smile, rubbing the back of his head as now any trace of injury disappeared from him and Vegeta as Whis looked to Goku, saying, "Now, Goku, you will need to learn how to properly summon your Ultra Instinct form at will, seeing as how previous attempts didn't exactly come out favorably."

Goku chuckles as he said in his usual carefree tone, "Heh, I'm definitely gonna still be working on that, Whis. Ultra Instinct is pretty awesome, but it's kind of a mood killer when I can't go at will."

"It most certainly is," Whis said as he turned his attention to Vegeta, "Now, Vegeta, although you have worked on your technique and skill, it is important that you work with Lord Beerus to perfect that technique that he taught you. With that power, it would surely even the playing fields if Goku were to master and call upon Ultra Instinct at will."

Vegeta crossed his arms as his earlier smile was replaced by his stoic and standoffish expression as he replied, "Hmph, I of course am not going to reject not perfecting that power."

Whis smiled as Broly had finally sat up, rubbing his eyes as he said in a slightly disoriented voice, "Hmm? What happened?"

"Well, at least they're done banging their heads," Cheelai commented as Lemo agreed, "These fights can get pretty crazy, but after so many they start to become tiring."

"You can say that again," Cheelai replied

However, suddenly, Beerus's expression became serious, as suddenly he called out, "Whis."

"Hmm?" Whis said as he turned to Beerus, asking, "What is it, Lord Beerus?"

Beerus looked up at Whis, his serious expression seeming to tell a story as he asked, "Do you feel that?"

Whis blinked before he began to focus, before his face seemed to have recognized something as the angel attendant nodded, "Yes, it appears someone has summoned him, my Lord."

"Huh? Who? Summoned? Whose been summoned!?" Goku said in confusion as Vegeta seemed to be just as curious as his counterpart, asking, "What exactly is the meaning of this?"

"Oh, well-"

"It does not concern you," Beerus interrupted Whis as the cat stood up, saying, "You Saiyan's keep one another company. Whis, we should take this matter to a more secretive spot."

"Why of course, Lord Beerus. We can perhaps go for a walk. You have been sleeping and eating so much lately, it isn't good for your health!" Whis prided as Beerus grumpily shook his head, saying, "Whis, don't lecture me about my fitness right now."

The Angel held his hand to his mouth to stifle a silent laugh as the angel replied, "Of course, Lord Beerus. I am simply watching out for your health."

Beerus sighed as he simply began to walk away, saying, "Let's just go already. We're wasting daylight."

"Ohoho, of course!!" Whis said as the angel walked after the purple feline God of Destruction.

As the two deities began to walk through the forests of Beerus's planet, the cat looked around, as if making sure that no one was listening or hiding around as Beerus said, "So, he's really been awakened, hmm?"

"You mean Omega the Imitator? Why of course!! But I must ask you, Lord Beerus, why did you want us to take this talk of this sort of matter into a private area?" Whis asked as his expression seemed to be filled with question and slight curiosity

Beerus turned to his angelic attendant as he stopped walking, saying, "Well, if Goku ever got wind of our old acquaintance, he would most likely try and find his way to him. And we all know what happened the last time he saw an opportunity to fight new opponents."

Whis chuckled as he replied, "Oh, yes, most certainly Lord Beerus. You REALLY were worried during the Tournament of Power, weren't you?"

Beerus chuckles as he nodded, "I must admit, Whis, Son Goku really did surprise me with his sudden appearance of using the Ultra Instinct form."

Whis smiled as he replied, "It most certainly was, Lord Beerus."

The cat smiled slightly as he turned his back on his angel attendant as he said, "Whis, so, who summoned The Imitator this time?"

"Oh, allow me to see, Lord Beerus," Whis said as he looked at the orb on his staff, but when the hologram came through, it showed a streak of blue light careening through the black cosmic void of space as Whis observed, "Hmm, well, it seems whoever summoned him isn't with our friend at the moment. Rather he seems to be taking his assignment rather rushed this t-"

Suddenly, Whis cut himself off as he stopped talking, looking up as he said, "Lord Beerus. I believe he is heading this way."

The cat God turned to Whis as the feline said, "Coming here? Exactly what could he want with us?"

"I do not know, Lord Beerus. However, based on his trajectory, he is most certainly coming towards our location at a mighty fast pace."

Beerus put a clawed finger to his chin as he said to himself in deep thought, "Hmm, exactly why would he be in such a hurry to come this way?"

Beerus sighed as he simply shrugged it off, replying, "Oh well, I guess we should probably prepare the Saiyan's for his arrival. It would be rather rude for them to suddenly challenge an old friend to a fight. You go on ahead, Whis. I'm going to meet you back there. Besides, it's been long overdue for my….respects."

"Of course, my Lord. I was wondering when you would do your traditions again. Well, happy trails!!" Whis said in his usual cheery mood as he suddenly disappeared in a instant, leaving the God of Destruction by himself

Beerus sighed as he turned back and walked down the trail that he and Whis were walking through, saying to himself as he walked down, "Hmm, so much for keeping him a secret."

As Beerus walked through the forest, he soon came upon what seemed to be a small, white, marble statue of an Egyptian like cat as Beerus suddenly sat down cross legged, putting his hands together as he closed his eyes, saying in a solemn tone, "Hello, father. I hope all is well. I certainly have much to share."

"Soooo sweeeeet," Broly said as Cheelai chuckled, watching the giant Saiyan cut another piece off the slice of cake on the plate in front of them both, as the green girl said, "Heh, slow down big guy, or you'll get a sugar rush."

Lemo sat beside Broly with a smile on his face as he watched Broly and Cheelai eating their cake, as opposed to Goku and Vegeta who were both currently chowing down ravenously on some food.

"Oh man, this stuff is so good!!" Goku said as he looked at the food in his hand, which was actually a microwavable burrito as Goku looked at Vegeta, asking, "This was with one of the food shipments that Bulma sent, right? What is this exactly, I've never tasted it before!!"

"I don't know. If I recall correctly, she called it a burrito. But to think that this thing could be so conveniently cooked like ramen in a cup!!! This is so heavenly, I could keep eating this!!" Vegeta said in a surprisingly happy voice. Guess even rivalries die in the comfort of food.

Suddenly, Whis appeared out of thin air as the angel looked around him at the scene, holding a hand to his mouth as he chuckled and said cheerily, "Oh my, well you all seem to be in a rather good mood. I have come to prepare you all."

"Prepare us?" Goku asked in a muffled tone as he looked up at Whis, his mouth full and stuffed with food, "Prepare us for what?"

"Please, Goku, don't speak with a full mouth," Whis chided him as he continued, "A very esteemed old guest of Lord Beerus's is heading this way. I would like you all to treat him accordingly."

Whis then turned to Goku, who seemed to be getting ideas, as he added, "And no fighting."

"Aww man!!" Goku said as he threw his hands up in despair, "This friend of Beerus sounds strong!!"

Broly looked up from the plate of cake he was eating at Whis as Lemo suddenly asked in a curious tone, "What is his name? If he is a friend of Lord Beerus's, then he certainly must be strong."

"Ohoho, he certainly is strong!! He even tangled with Beerus once, and left a lasting impression!!" Whis said, seeming to have forgotten Goku's tendencies as the Saiyan seemed to be literally shaking from pure excitement

Vegeta, on the other hand, had a more controlled expression as he suddenly said, "Well, this friend of yours is certainly interesting. What is his name?"

Whis sighed as he waved his hand dismissively, saying, "Oh, he goes by many names. Best not to list them all."

"What do you mean, he has many names? Surely he can make up his mind and get a name," Cheelai pointed out as Whis sighed, replying, "Well, if I recall correctly, his name was what his master wanted his name to be."

"Master!!?" Goku said, "If this guy tangled with Beerus and impressed him and has a master, then that could mean that his master is super strong too!!"

Whis sighed as he said to himself quietly, "Oh dear. You really do think of nothing but fighting, don't you Goku?"

"What!!?? I can't help it!!" Goku said as suddenly Broly asked Whis, "Uh…angel man? This friend fought Beerus and lived. Does this mean he is a deity like you?"

Broly had been working on his English lately, and Whis had been telling him more about the presence of deities in the Universe.

Whis smiled as he looked at Broly, nodding as he replied, "Yes, he is a deity."

Suddenly, the two Saiyan's, Goku and Vegeta, suddenly tensed up as they all felt a massive energy as Goku said, "W-whoa!! This energy is really big!!! I guess you weren't kidding when you said he was strong!!"

"Tch, why is it that I have never felt a energy like this before?" Vegeta said as Broly, Lemo, and Cheelai looked at them confused. Broly couldn't exactly sense God ki, but Cheelai and Lemo, predictably, couldn't sense ki at all.

Suddenly, a bright blue light lit up the sky as suddenly Whis looked up, smiling as he said, "Well, he is here."

Suddenly, a marvelous and dazzling streak of blue light shot down to the ground a good 50 yards away from the group as a magnificent pillar of light glowed brightly for a hot moment before it dissipated.

"Huh, pretty dramatic flair, eh?" Lemo said as Broly looked up, standing up as he rose to his full lumbering height.

As the smoke that had billowed up from the landing began to settle, suddenly, faster then a blink of a eye, two blasts of ki came flying out of the smoke cloud, shooting at the two Saiyan's as Goku yelped, ducking as the ball of blue energy flew over his head.

"Tch!!" Vegeta said as he jumped to the side, avoiding the ball of energy as it shot past him, and Broly's eyes widened as the two balls of energy went flying at him as the big Saiyan suddenly lifted up both arms, holding them up in a X formation as he blocked the ki balls which exploded as they hit him, sending the giant flying back and falling onto his back with a pained grunt as Cheelai and Lemo both shouted Broly's name in panic and ran to his side

Whis blinked in surprise at the action as he said to himself, "Hmm, well, it seems as if he was aiming for you two, Goku and Vegeta. But why did he do that?"

Goku blinked aa he rubbed the back of his head confused, saying, "I don't know!!"

"Shut up, Kakarot!! Keep your eyes forward!!" Vegeta said as the Saiyan suddenly went into his fighting stance

"Right!!" Goku said as the Saiyan crouched into his own fighting stance

Meanwhile, steps could be heard from the cloud of smoke as suddenly a figure stepped out from the cloud, as a shirtless, muscular figure with dark blue skin and a long, blue tail walked out of the smoke cloud.

However, strangely, the energy emanating from the figure seemed to have shrunken greatly from before as now it seemed to be a lot lower to where it was comparable to Goku and Vegeta's

"Hmph, hiding your energy isn't going to do you any good!!" Vegeta shouted at the figure that walked slowly towards them. The stranger, however, had a emotionless expression, seeming to ignore the prince as he kept walking forward

Broly had gotten back up onto his feet, seeming to be alright as Cheelai and Lemo looked at him, Cheelai asking, "Hey, big guy, are you alright?"

Broly, however, looked up, fury in his eyes as he gritted his teeth, growling in a low tone as Lemo stood beside him, the orange alien saying in an attempt to calm Broly down, "Broly, calm down. Take deep breaths and count to 10, alright?"

As the Saiyan looked down at Lemo and began to follow his instructions, Whis suddenly said to the stranger, "Imitator, why are you doing this? Is this your assignment?"

At this question, the figure suddenly stopped, looking at Whis as he suddenly said, "I cannot lie, Whis. Yes, my assignment was to eliminate these two."

It was then that he gestured to Goku and Vegeta who both looked at each other a bit concerned, and Whis commented, "My, so brutally honest as always."

"Truth is something that a tool is always required to have," the blue stranger said, "Otherwise it is nothing but a weakened and inefficient prop."

Goku suddenly piped up, "Hey, what's your deal? Who put ya up to this?"

The Imitator turned his head, his blue pupils focusing on the Saiyan, as he replied, "I was told to tell you specifically, Son Goku, that if I was asked that question by you, I was simply to tell you one thing. 'I'll enjoy the thought of you rotting in hell, Monkey."

Goku blinked as he scratched his head, saying to himself, "Huh, who would want to say that?"

Vegeta suddenly shouted as he powered up, becoming enveloped in a intense white aura as he shouted, "Kakarot, stay out of this!! This round is mine!!!"

Vegeta gave a shout that echoes through the sky as he charged at The Imitator, and Goku suddenly whined loudly as Vegeta charged off, "Hey!!! I wanted to fight him!!!"

Vegeta charged at The Imitator as he cocked his fist back, shouting, "Let's see if you can kill me, Imitator!!"

It was then that Vegeta became enveloped in a blue aura as suddenly a electric blue energy surrounded intensely around his body, his hair changing to a cyan color as a smile was on his face

"Take this!!" Vegeta said as he cocked his fist back, and The Imitator simply stood there emotionless as he watched Vegeta charge at him at a torrendous speed. Once Vegeta came within arms reach, the Saiyan Prince brought his fist forward, swinging it as he aimed at The Imitator's chest area with monstrous force.

Vegeta's fist not only struck The Imitator, but it suddenly plowed right into his chest, Vegeta's hand stabbing out of his back as the Saiyan looked at The Imitator, a frown on his face as he simply asked, "Hmph, was I so fast that you couldn't react? Worthless trash."

Vegeta began to pull his arm to separate it from The Imitator's chest, but for some reason, it wouldn't let loose

"What the hell!!??" Vegeta said as he began to pull again, but his arm didn't move at all. However, the prince, upon closer inspection, suddenly saw that it looked as it the area of The Imitator's body that was around Vegeta's arm had hardened, clinging onto the Saiyan's arm as Vegeta looked up at The Imitator, saying, "Tch, just what is the meaning of this!!??"

The Imitator was silent as it slowly lifted up his head, before looking at Vegeta, shocking the prince as the stranger didn't even wince, almost as if he wasn't fazed at all despite the arm that was protruding out his back

"Just know," The Imitator said as he lifted up one arm slightly to where it was leveled with Vegeta's chest, "That this isn't personal."

"What the hell are you-" Vegeta began to say when The Imitator suddenly thrust a flat palm forward, spearing the hand towards Vegeta's face

"Tch!!?" Was the only thing Vegeta was able to say as he suddenly bent his head back, as the flat palm suddenly sliced through his cheek, blood spilling out from the gash as Vegeta held up his other hand, holding it to The Imitator's face as he shouted, "Damn you!! Go to hell!!"

Suddenly, Vegeta fired a blast of powerful yellow energy that engulfed his assailants entire head, causing the Imitator to jump back, dislodging Vegeta's arm from his chest as The Imitator had managed to bend backward and avoid the blast by a mere inch, flipping back and rolling in midair as he landed on his feet, standing up as his face emotionless.

However, when Vegeta saw the hole in his chest, his eyes widened as he saw no blood, nothing but pure, white light on the inside.

Suddenly, the wound began to etch itself closed as Vegeta clenched his fists, saying, "Just what kind of thing are you!?"

The Imitator looked at Vegeta emotionlessly, seeming to ignore the Saiyan's question. But suddenly, the blue stranger answered, "I am a tool, meant to carry out every mission given to me by my master, the one who has summoned me."

Vegeta gritted his teeth as he suddenly replied, "A tool, huh? Well I'm going to snap you in half, tool!!!"

Vegeta's cyan aura suddenly blazed intensely as Vegeta charged up, lunging at The Imitator as Vegeta flew through the air, before the Saiyan suddenly cartwheeled in midair while skillfully bringing his foot down onto The Imitators head

However, the blue stranger sidestepped the downward foot that meant to smash his head as Vegeta's foot swung down past him, before Vegeta spun around, swinging his other foot at his opponent.

The Imitator lifted up his arm, catching Vegeta's ankle cleanly with his hand, before he suddenly pulled Vegeta forward

The Imitator lifted up one fist, and due to the momentum that he had pulled Vegeta back with, Vegeta's chin suddenly ran into The Imitators fist, and the blue man suddenly swung his fist forward at a downward angle, smashing Vegeta into the ground so hard that the Saiyan bounced off the ground, and The Imitator suddenly swung his knee forward, smashing his knee into Vegeta's stomach

The Saiyan's breath was knocked out of him, as he couldn't even scream out on pain as he went flying through the air from the strength of The Imitator's knee, and Vegeta skidded across the ground before sliding to Goku's feet

"Vegeta!! No!! Are you alright!!?" Goku said as he bent down and looked at Vegeta, pushing him onto his back

Vegeta had reverted back to his base form, as the cyan hue of his Super Saiyan Blue form had disappeared, and Vegeta's eyes had closed

Goku put his ear to Vegeta's chest, as a faint but audible heartbeat could be heard as Goku breathed in relief when suddenly The Imitator commented, "Still alive? I thought I hit him with enough force to collapse his ribcage and crush his heart. He must be a rather powerful fighter. Unfortunately, I am not here to enjoy a fight."

Goku looked up at The Imitator, his expression suddenly serious as Goku finally realized how grave the situation really was. This guy really WAS going to kill them. And he was going to do it the very first chance he had.

Goku stood up as he suddenly said, "Whis, can you take care of Vegeta?"

As to answer Goku's question, Whis suddenly appeared beside Vegeta momentarily, before the two disappeared further away

Goku looked at The Imitator as he suddenly said, "Hmph, so, you really mean to kill us."

The Imitator was silent as he stared emotionlessly at Goku, before saying, "Not that I particularly enjoy it."

Goku frowned as he suddenly powered up into the familiar blue energy of Super Saiyan Blue and said, "I won't let you hurt anybody!!! Never!!"

"...I can't allow that,"

Beerus flew through the air in a streak of deep purple light as the cat God felt the clashing energies of Goku and Omega

"Damn it Whis!!" Beerus cursed to himself as he shot through the sky, "I thought I told you to not let them attack him!!"

Beerus suddenly stopped as he saw a trail of blue light go shooting from where the group had been, as the blue light went shooting through the air, before smashing into the ground a few miles away in a giant explosion of smoke as Beerus sighed, knowing that color all too well as he flew to where he saw Goku crash.

Beerus decided that he would give Goku more then just a tongue-lashing this time

Goku winced as he slowly dislodged himself from the ground, flipping onto his feet as he jumped out of the crater that had formed around him, shooting out towards the sky at the rapidly approaching Imitator, leaving behind a trail of blue light behind him as Goku said to himself, "This guy isn't a joke!! I underestimated him, he's a lot better than when he fought Vegeta!!"

As Goku soared towards The Imitator, the Saiyan let out a powerful scream that echoed through the sky as the two combatants met in the air, and the two both greeted one another with a powerful fist, which smashed together as a shockwave of force shot out from them, violently shaking the forest around them

"Take this!!" Goku shouted as he suddenly bent his arm, sliding closer to The Imitator as he swung his elbow aiming for his chin, as The Imitator leaned his head back, thrusting his knee out and hitting Goku's side and knocking the Saiyan back

Goku gritted his teeth as he momentarily powered up, his blue aura surging around him as he charged back at The Imitator, a ball of blue energy forming in his hand

Goku thrusted that sphere of blue energy at The Imitator's chest, but the blue stranger held up a arm as he blocked that sphere of energy, holding Goku back

"Argh!! Kaioken!!" Goku shouted as a red aura surrounded him, and suddenly the blue sphere suddenly spun around, rotating rapidly in Goku's palm as it's power suddenly skyrocketed, it's size increasing

The Imitator, having not expected this, was caught off guard by this sudden surge of power as his face looked at Goku in surprise

"Take this!!" Goku shouted as suddenly the sphere of energy drilled right through The Imitator's forearm, hitting him square in his chest, rotating rapidly as it drilled into his chest, before suddenly exploding and sending him flying backwards

The Imitator stopped himself as he looked at his arm that Goku had basically pulverized off as half of his forearm was gone, and a small hole had started to form in The Imitator's chest, white light showing underneath instead of bone and blood

"Hmm, impressive technique. Your sudden power surge is indeed interesting," The Imitator said as his arm suddenly began to grow back as tendrils made of blue goo-lioe substance shot out of his arm before wrapping around one another until it formed a new arm, before they melded together to where his arm looked good as new.

The crater in his chest also regenerated as it stitched itself back together, closing as The Imitator suddenly said, "But not nearly enough."

Suddenly, The Imitator disappeared, before reappearing in front of Goku, taking the Saiyan off guard

"Whoa!! He moved so fast that I couldn't-" however, Goku couldn't finish his thoughts as suddenly The Imitator has formed a ball of deep blue ki in his hand, about the size of a basketball as suddenly The Imitator shoved the ball of energy into Goku's stomach

"GWUAAGGH!!!" Goku screamed in pain as the ball of energy drilled into his stomach, before suddenly exploding and sending Goku flying backwards and soaring through the air

The Imitator sighed as he slowly lowered his arm, watching as Goku crashed into the ground far off, and The Imitator then began to charge after him

Meanwhile, Goku clutched his stomach as he slowly forced himself onto his feet, standing up as he looked up, barely able to stand, "Damn!! Did he just copy my own attack!!?? Guess that's why Whis called him 'The Imitator' earlier. This guy is unpredictable!!"

Goku watched as The Imitator touched down on the ground in front of him as The Imitator suddenly said, "Hmm, still alive. You Saiyan's are rather tenacious, aren't you?"

"Heh, yeah, we can be pretty stubborn," Goku said, as he slowly went back into his fighting stance as he said, "Ya see, we don't go down in a life or death fight without giving our all. We don't go down easily."

The Imitator was silent as he went back into his fighting stance, before suddenly asking, "Just know that I am sorry for this."

"Huh? About wh-" Goku said when suddenly The Imitator suddenly threw his fist forward, when suddenly several blue, thick tendrils shot out of the Imitator's body, taking Goku off guard as they suddenly wrapped around his arms, legs, body, and neck as the tendrils pinned his arms to his sides, and wrapped his legs together as The Imitator began to press down on him, intending to crush Goku who gave screams of pain

"Gafh- D-damn it!! C-can't b-b-bre-breath!!" Goku struggled to say as he squirmed, but was helpless in The Imitator's grip

"You fought well, Son Goku. But this is the end," The Imitator said as the expression on his face showed that he clearly thought that Goku was finished.

So imagine his surprise when Goku suddenly shouted, "Kaioken times TWENTY!!!!"

Suddenly, Goku's flaring red energy suddenly exploded around him, bursting as the tendrils suddenly shot off him as the tendrils began to snake back to The Imitator, merging into his body as Goku fell to his knees on the ground, holding his neck as he breathed rasply

The Imitator was silent, seeming to analyze Goku.

After finally catching his breath, Goku rose to his feet, his orange gi top having been torn slightly now as Goku said, "Y….you really…..a….are strong, ain't ya?"

"I am not so prideful as to boast that I am strong," The Imitator replied, "But I am telling the truth that I would be considered strong by your world's standards."

Goku smiled as he panted tiredly, before standing up as he went back into his fighting stance, saying, "Alright then, let's keep going!!"

The Imitator blinked, confused, as he looked at Goku and asked, "Aren't you going to run? It's obvious that you're outmatched, and yet you still fight??"

Goku smiled as he replied, "Heh, well, I don't know why, but I want to keep fighting you."

The Imitator blinked, showing emotion for the first time as curiosity showed in his face, before suddenly saying, "Tell me, Saiyan, why do you fight?"

"Heh, I don't know, I just love fighting new, strong people!!" Goku answered, glee in his voice despite how bad his situation actually was right now

The Imitator blinked, before a small smile crept on his face as he said, "So, you are a warrior. I guess I can hold back a little more to at least let you enjoy a little more time doing what you love before you die. So fight well, Son Goku."

Goku smiled turned to a frown, as he said, "Hold back? No, I don't want you to hold back at all!! It just wouldn't sit right with me if you held back!!"

The Imitator blinked as he looked at Goku, before he suddenly said, "Alright then."

Suddenly, he became enveloped in deep blue energy as suddenly his power skyrocted, as he emanated a powerful pressure and energy that had never been seen before, as Goku noted hos his ki energy wasn't God ki, nor was it Divine Ki like Whis's. His was almost unique, and Goku couldn't describe it

Goku's body began to shake with excitement as Goku asked, "Hey, what is your actual name?"

The stranger looked up at Goku, before replying, "I have many. Omega. Alpha. The One. God. Savior. Massacre. But I prefer the name The Imitator."

The tides have turned drastic with the appearance of this new foe, but who exactly is this mysterious warrior? Who is The Imitator? And how will our hero Son Goku fare against him? And what is Beerus's connection to this new threat? Find out in the next chapter of Dragon Ball Imitation!!!
