Luz Noceda is a weird girl in a normal world, Luz was obsessed with anything that relates to magic. Many people think she is weird and doesn't like her, though she wouldn't know at the time, Luz's life was about to change. Luz stumbles upon a portal that goes to a mysterious world, then she accidentally goes through the portal and ends up in a mysterious place called the Boiling Isles. The place is filled with creatures of all sorts, Luz then encounters a witch by the name of Eda. Eda then gives luz a home for her to live in. What follows next is a long adventure that Changes Luz's life forever. During this long and difficult journey, luz makes some friends and enemies and even gets a wonderful lover in Amity Blight. She also manages to make make memories that will stick with Luz for the rest of her life. Luz and her friends have encountered some enemies that have been tough, but no one was more tougher than Belos. After a rough final battle, Belos was defeated and killed by luz. After the battle, Luz and her friends decided to help clean up the Boiling isles. And here to see all of this is Luz's mother Camila, who had previously met and taken care of her friends. Luz decides to spend her 15th birthday working on fixing the boiling Isles, and 1 year later she is planning to do the same. It's the morning of Luz's 16th birthday and the birthday girl is sound asleep with Her lover, the moon was still out. The time was 4:30 AM, and Luz had to go to the bathroom. After using the bathroom, she looks into a mirror and sees that a part of her face is gone. But she thinks nothing of it at first and goes back to bed, but on her way there she starts to feel weird. Luz decides to wake up Amity and tell her that she feels weird. Amity yawns, it's probably nothing but I'll check it Out said amity. Amity decides to turn on lights to see what Luz meant, She was horrified. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?! Yelled amity. I DONT KNOW! Said Luz. Amity and Luz starting to panic, and then amity realizes that she was disappearing along with Luz! She screamed in pure fear and terror, the screams of amity and Luz wake up Camila and she goes to investigate the sounds. Why are you guys up and screaming? Camila said as she was wiping her eyes. Once she was done with it and started to see clearly, Camila saw what was going on and she stood there in terror. No, don't go! Camila yelled in a sad tone. Help us! Luz and Amity said. But it was too late, a few seconds later. Amity and Luz both disappeared. NOOOOO! Camila cried out. Camila is distraught with the fact that her daughter, along with her girlfriend had disappeared mysteriously. Camila cried as she realizes that her daughter had disappeared and she couldn't do anything to stop it...
