Author's Note: Yeah I'm just trying this story out with a few ideas in mind. Comment any suggestions.

Another Neutral Run. Another Timeline in where Frisk and Chara goes through the Underground. There are differences among them, human could talk to one more than usual, or flat out kill the other. There were infinite possibilities to play with, and somehow more times to explore each one. Regardless, the ability is not extreme as some would suggest. Each time they reset, they would move onto different timeline, but the old timeline still keeps going. The old timeline would continue, trudging along to deal with the positive and negative effects of Frisk's actions.

In this timeline, Frisk and Chara took an interesting route. In the ruins, only two vegetoids and one froggit were killed. In Snowdin there were a few more casualties: Lesser Dog, Doggo, Chilldrake, and a Jerry were killed. In the Waterfall a Woshua was killed. Undyne, who had almost won in killing Frisk and Chara, lost consciousness when entering Hotland. She suffered from severe dehydration, but a pair of Royal Guardsmen were lucky to find her and bring her to safety in the lab where she was given water to slowly recover. By that time Frisk and Chara had already killed a few more monsters in The Core, doing puzzles aimlessly while wielding a burnt frying pan. When they inevitably confronted Mettaton, they bludgeoned his circuits beyond repair, leaving his physical body dead and dismembered. The last target was Asgore, where he was beaten to death. Knowing that Flowey wouldn't absorb the 6 human souls due to that attempt failing, Frisk and Chara simply decided to reset. The room was now empty, with a single monster soul waiting to shatter.

Seconds passed, and the soul started shaking, but before it could shatter something grabbed it, squeezing it firmly within its grasp- a vine. Flowey had emerged from the ground, looking around the room. No one was there- and the six souls had disappeared...somehow. There was just the king's soul and a large pile of dust, the former being firmly held within his grasp. This made the flower wonder- had he ever absorbed a monster soul? No, not to his memory. Perhaps in a timeline that he simply couldn't remember, but to his knowledge he had only absorbed human souls. Flowey internally shrugged and grinned at the idea of experimenting. He can gain more power with this! It won't be like a human soul, but this still would suffice. He thought of the idea: maybe he'll have stronger vines, or be able to easier kill the next human that were to fall down here. Flowey laughed as he absorbed the monster soul. Finally some an intense boost in power! He can kill them all!

Flowey then went silent. Wait. was there a boost in power? It didn't feel like...it...?

Suddenly, footsteps came in from a nearby hall. Flowey's eyes furrowed as he snuck up behind the figure, waiting to see what would transpire.

"Asgore?! Asgore where are you?! We need to find Dr. Alphys! I can't find her!" She yelled frantically, running frantically into the room. Flowey paused as he realized who it was. It was Undyne.

She had searched throughout the entire castle, trying to find any sign of him. Alphys was gone, no where to be found. If anyone were to know about her whereabouts, it would be Asgore.

But nobody came.

She stopped at the barrier, her right eye finding something on the floor. Dust. Flowey watched from the sideline, amused by her reactions. She knelt down, her knees colliding with the dust as her breathing grew frenzied. Memories of the king flooded her mind.

Asgore had first trained her when she was a preteen, eager to see her improve. They'd train often, with her learning many tips, pieces of advice, and pain that he experienced. Eventually appointed her to the Royal guard when she became an adult. She was exceptional despite her age, and was able to become the head of the Royal guard at an age where many would be lucky to be accepted into it, and throughout all of that he cheered her though it, but now he was on the floor.

So many memories, all laid down on the floor with right hand sifting through the dust. Flowey watched eagerly as she cried, they were soft and gentle, almost like the king who she was mourning. He was gone.

Her hand then clutched the dust. "No. No. No...no...no...NO! DAMMIT NO!" She yelled, "NYAHH! THAT HUMAN! I'LL KILL THAT STUPID HUMAN!" She then started pounding the floor violently with her fist, not stopping.

Usually Flowey would chuckle, because it was so stupid seeing this fish cry over a fluffy king, but to his surprise he couldn't laugh. He was confused. He tried to laugh, to chuckle at her pain, but he couldn't. He grew frustrated- this should be funny, why isn't he laughing? He huffed in disgust at himself as he felt sympathy. It disgusted him, making him shake in anger. He's laughed at families burning, being stabbed, and much worse. This should be funny, but instead he felt...melancholic. He grunted in discomfort, but went silent as Undyne lifted her head. She heard him. He quickly ditched the room and headed to his room in the castle, not taking any risks with wanting to be seen when he was so conflicted. He sighed, his room was safe, quiet, and never had people come in randomly.

Flowey looked at a mirror and hissed angrily, "What is happening to me? You're not this much of a coward! You stupid I-AAGGHH!" He yelled, his sentences interrupted by a sharp pain in his mouth. The flower gagged before spitting out his teeth onto the wooden floor.

"Wh-Wha?" He uttered, before yellowing out in pain again. His flower body collapsed onto the floor, with his groans of pain. His mouth bled as new sharp teeth grew in the place of the old ones. His face started to morph, ripping itself new hole to grow nostrils. He tried looking into the mirror, "Whathhhsss...happening?!" He asked himself, fear striking his voice.

He tried look at the mirror but couldn't. The roots that once grounded him had detached from the ground, causing him to lay on the ground like a bug. Five Vines sprouted from his body, two from his upper half, and three from his lower have, with the third one wiggling around. They held onto the ground for dear life, almost as if they were going to explode rather than fall apart.

"Mom! Dad! Somebody!" He cried in pain. The vines thickened, seemingly going to burst, two which they did. The vines that now took the shape of limb split with a gruesome popping noise, forming smaller vines that resembles thumbs and toes. He yelled out in pain at this, and it didn't stop when they thickened and grew. His body grew in mass as he physically grew. He went from the size of a flower to currently the size of a toddler, and he didn't stop there. As he grew, the petals on his head fell out, leaving his head to be a deformed circle. It didn't last as insides were ripping themselves apart and coming back together to form a muzzle. His new formed fingers scraped the wood below it. His body popped and twisted as he created new parts: Shoulders, ears, claws, eyeballs, all parts that each grew on him despite the pain. The last part was hair, and on each part of his body a strand poked to cover his skin. By the end of it, he was sweating and panting on the floor, much taller than what he started. It was done.

"Agh, golly. What just happened?" Flowey whispered weakly to himself. He slowly pushed himself off of the floor, taking effort to sit up. His whole body shook with each movement as he observed himself. He looked at his fingers as they flexed and curled, observing their movements. His eyebrows furrowed uncomfortably at the sight. His gaze shifted over to his torso, and then to his feet, each part of his body amusing him more. A faint blush appeared at his lack of clothing, but it couldn't hold a candle to what shocked him most. When he glanced at the mirror, his eyes widening. He wasn't Flowey, he was Asriel. Asriel Dreamurr.
