Tooth! What next? Clouds reflected in clear water, obscuring the moon. From the depths emerges a shoe, containing a severed foot. The foot and shoe slowly make their way to the shore, breaching a relatively close distance to the tooth. These are all very good signs, treasures for the beachgoers and local forensic team alike. The other body parts from this specific body will never appear. That is part of the fun mystery, the one that will forever leave minds speculating—a grim koan of sorts. However, parts of other bodies will wash up in the future, more teeth, more shoes, and more feet. In fact, there will always be new teeth and shoes and feet forever, produced from more human bodies, always washing up on distant or near shores, and nobody will ever discover where they came from.
