Hello, this is my first time writing on Fanfiction net. I've originally wrote this fic on Wattpad. If you see any errors please let me know! I'm still learning to write so please forgive me. I promise the more chapters you see the better the writing.

I've read different many Pokemon x transformers fics, some really good and some... that felt like a rewrite of TFP but added pokemon. So I want to try something different and a bit of originality. I've already have the plot set out from beginning to end so don't worry about me quiting on it anytime soon.

Note: this is an AU, so it's its own continuity.

Full summary: When the Decepticon's Time-Space machine failed, a handful of Autobots and Decepticons were transported to an alternate universe where creatures they never seen before possessed powers that roam the planet. Two young trainers will come across the Autobots and help them find a way to get them back home. In the mean time both factions will come to understand that there is more to this planet than meets the eye.

Chapter 1 - A New World Part 1

Dust flies threw the air as a group of vehicles cross the desert terrain, they are racing against time they did not have. Poking out of the horizon was a gigantic purple tower that looked as if it could touch the heavens.

"There it is Prime!" A red Nissan Vanette yelled.

Acknowledging what his bodyguard said the blue and red semi-truck accelerated. "Autobots, full throttle!"

The rest of the Autobots began to pick up in speed, time is of the essence.

At the entrance gate of the tower stood a tall sliver robot taller than a two-floor building, they had a wide chest area which sported a purple insignia and a bold black cannon on their right arm.

"Lord Megatron the Autobots are closing in." A navy blue robot reported holding a robotic bird that is perching on the left arm.

"Just in time." The tyrant grins maliciously. He turns around in the bot's direction. "Prepare the spacetime machine, let's see if you can save Earth this time Prime."

The machine began making strange noises similar to what a dryer makes.

"Megatron!" A gentle yet authorized voice yelled across the plain. The semi-truck transformed into a mechanical being along with the rest of the Autobots.

"Optimus, how nice of you to join us and you brought your fellow Autobots with you." The Decepticon leader said trying to play innocently.

"Enough of this, your tyranny ends here! You've already traumatized the humans here on this planet!" The Prime angrily said holding tight to his weapon.

"You're too late Prime! This time this planet is done for!"

"NO!"

Optimus tries blasting the machine but to no avail. "Can't you see Prime this time I've won!" Megatron declared a hysterical laugh.

"Optimus..."

The Prime looks down at his human companion Spike who is holding onto one of his best warriors, Bumblebee a yellow Autobot.

Out of nowhere, the machine begins to violently shake. "Shockwave report! The machine what is wrong with it?!" The leader voiced com link to the scientist.

"Something seems to be overloading it, sir! I suggest you leave this instant!"

Megatron looks back at Optimus before smiling. "It appears I must take my leave."

All of a sudden, the machine shot a beam of purple and red light into the sky, formatting a spiral.

"What in the Allspark?" one of Optimus's warriors spoke.

All the Autobots and Decepticons can do is watch it expand at a rapid pace as consumed the planet, followed by a flash of white light. When Spike manages to reopen his eyes, he looks around him. Only to catch sight of Hot Rod and Kup who were left behind.

"Man those Neo-plasma wannabes are so annoying." A seventeen-year-old girl said annoyed. An olive skin tone girl who wore a Cinderace set( mostly hoodie and backpack), a checkered pleated skirt (pink), long black stockings, and Sylveon-style shoes.

She went through different bottles of medicine which could help with high doses of poison. She picks up a bottle of pills that are specially used to withdraw from poison-type pokemon. 'This should be good,' she thought to herself, only problem was it's only made for low doses of poison. Although she could've gone to the hospital it was way too expensive here in Unova compare to Galar just for a simple check-up.

Sighing to herself she looks down at her Vaporeon signalling to follow her to the cashier. The cashier grabs the items she needs while doing so the girl heard two other trainers talking.

"Did you hear about Mistralton cave? There's this rumour about a legendary pokemon living there."

"Really?"

"Yeah, but nobody has found it yet."

"It's probably a myth, that cave has been forgotten for decades no one really goes there."

"Here you go, miss." The cashier said handing the plastic bag over to her. "Thank you."

"Excuse me." The teen walks over. "I didn't mean to eavedrop but you said something about a legendary pokemon?"

"Oh yes by Mistralton cave."

"How do I get there?"

"You can get there by Cay Tunnel but that's off limits."

"But there's a cave entrance northeast end of Route 6." The other trainer replied.

"Thank you so much!" The girl said before storming out.

"You think she'll find it?"

"Probably not."

They didn't say anything about surfing!" The girl groans. Her Vaporeon looks in defeat just like her. "Swimming won't do any good either... Excuse me, sir!" A Man who looks to be a few years older probably in their late twenties.

"Do you perhaps have a water-type pokemon big enough to surf on?"

The man gave her a smile "Of course. Samurott come on out!" A blue seal-like Pokemon emerged out of their Pokeball. "By the way, what's your name?"

"Daisy and you?

"Hilbert."

Daisy's P.O.V

I waved goodbye to Hilbert as he drop us off by the cave entrance.

'Dang it looks dark in there,' I nervously told myself. I took a torch out of my backpack before wearing it again. "Ready to go Eliza?" I ask my Pokemon nervously laughing. She replied confidently.

Inside the caves was pitch black. "You know for safe measures I'm taken out Rio." A Lucario formed from the white light that came from the Pokeball. He softly braked before walking closer to me and Eliza.

Thanks to my ability I can tell which and where pokemon were at; Although the deeper into the cave the more paranoid I become. I look at my phone, it is still midday yet it feels like its night time.

After what felt like hours of walking, my team and I came across something unexpected. It was... well giant rocket engines. Golly how far in the cave are we to come across...well this!?

I pan my torch down to an entrance. I had droplets of tears forming while my hand was covering my mouth in a fist shape. "This is how horror movie starts, this is how horror movie starts..." I repeated to myself. "What the heck man!" I whispered yelled. After a few seconds, I cling to my Lucario and enter the ship.

"Oh my gosh, what the absolute fudge!" I loudly whisper. Everything looks like giants control this place! I continued looking around the spaceship wondering if there are any signs of life mostly electric-type pokemon feeding off the ship's electricity.

I took a break in what seemed to be the control room for a brief moment.

CLUNK!

My pokemon and I flinch. "Since when?! This place was quite a moment ago!?" I softly whisper to my team.

HMPFT!

Another loud noise

My team and I stand in a defensive position 'What if Neo-Plasma is here?' I asked myself. Swallowing my fear I stealthily went towards the noise was coming from.

Optimus's head was spinning, what on earth did Megatron do?! The Prime look around his surroundings. He notice that he was back inside the Ark along with his fellow Autobots.

"Optimus..."

"Bumblebee are you alright?" The Autobots ask worriedly rushing over in his direction.

"Weren't we in the desert a while ago?"

There were other noises coming from the rest of the crew wandering the same thing.

"There's no power," Prowl reported.

Most of them have got up and are ready to try and repair the ship. Arcee who is a pink Autobot heard small footsteps heading their way. When she walked towards the entrance to the room that was where she saw the small being.

"What do we have here? Arcee said drawing everyone's attention to the human.

"A human!" Ironhide said gleefully.

"A youn' one too, let's asked her what happened to Earth." Jazz expressed

The human turn on her torch to have a better look at the robots. Before that, all she saw was a pair of blue eyes staring down at her. Frighten both her pokemon step in front of her ready to attack any moment.

"It's alright little one I won't hurt you." giving the human a sweet smile.

Just by looking at their aura, she could tell that they were friendly but isn't sure if she could trust them or not. "How- how..." Her true words would be 'How is it possible for you to have an aura' though not wanting to risk it she said something else. " You can speak English!?"

All the Autobots gave each other a questionable look before looking at the human once more.

"Why yes, may I ask you what's your designation?"

"Designation...? Daisy... Are you some advanced A.I. or are you a pokemon possessing a robot?"

Arcee looked at the human baffled, surly she heard should have known what a Cybertronain is right? I mean, since they are all over the news unless she or her family lives under a rock.

Heavy footsteps came closer to the four of them. Arcee turns her head around watching Optimus get closer to the human and her companions. Once he approached her, he kneels down to not intimidate her.

"We are neither, we are autonomous robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron also known as Autobots. But may I ask what is a Pokemon?"

A smile crawls onto the girl's face once she began explaining. "The creatures that you see in front of you." Pointing at Lucario and Vaporeon." Pokemon are everywhere from skies to oceans, living in forests, deserts and cities."

The Cybertronians look back at one another, what have Megatron done?

A series of questioning went back and forth as it took a lot of explaining the concept of pokemon to the Autobots. The Autobots then explained to Daisy how they are from a different planet in a different dimension and that there is a war going on between the two factions.

The rest of the Autobots started preparing the ship with the help of Daisy's Boltund and some wild Magnemite and Magneton that the girl introduce them to. Though they could only do so much, they can only power up for an hour before the power turns off on them again.

Daisy checks her phone weakly. "It's getting late." She says dryly.

"Are your parents worried for you?" Bumblebee asked.

"Yes, but no, they lived in Casteila City which is far away from where am at. I'm more worried about finding a place to rest for the night." Sounding sickly.

"Are you alright? You don't look very well." Trying to feel her forehead- it was hot.

"Heh, earlier today I ran in a group of people. One of them had a Scolipede and it hit me with a poison moved." She said softly.

Ratchet who was eavesdropping on their conversation wastes no time picking her up (much to the girl's protest) and checking her visuals. "By the Allspark."

"Ratchet?" Bumblebee asked looking concerned.

"She has highly concentrated poison in her bloodstream!"

Optimus hearing the sudden news rushes over to the medic "Will she be alright?"

"By my scan, it says she will but everything in this version of Earth is superficial at best I-" Ratchet was cut off by barking from Lucario and Vaporeon.

Ratchet places the human on the med table and watches the pokemon help themselves towards their trainer.

Lucario took out a bottle of pills and showed it to Ratchet.

The medic squints his optics. "This isn't enough, this is only for low doses of poison." Looking over the human once more. "She needs proper medication."

Understanding that Vaporeon released the rest of the team, even though the girl explained the concept of Pokemon to them it still felt quite foreign.

Cinderace and Boltund jump off the table grabbing the bottle of pills from Ratchet as well as some money. Cinderace waves his paws in the air making a motion 'follow me'.

"I think it wants us to follow it." Jazz said.

"I'll come, I have a feeling that they know what they are doing." Bumblebee told Jazz.

Optimus walks up the pair. "The two of you be careful we don't know much of this Earth, stay hidden I don't want to repeat the same mistakes.

The two nod before transforming into their alt mode allowing the pokemon to come inside them.

Ratchet watches Daisy keeping a close eye on her as small purple bubbles are released from her.
