Romeo and Juliet of Dragon City Chapter 7
Forgetting everything else that's going on, Nafisa's only focus was on her two brothers that are still up on the top floor of their family's house.
The house is still shaking a bit as an aftereffect of the explosion which made it difficult for Nafisa to run up the stairs. Once Nafisa gets there she kicks the door opened calling for her brothers.
"Artha! Dad! Lance! Where are you," she yells, cupping her hands around her mouth to amplify the volume of her voice.
There's smoke all over the room with parts of it on fire and beams from the roof partially collapsed in.
Nafisa can hear muffled coughing from somewhere in the room, but can't tell where it's coming from. The only single good implication this brought is that at least one of her family is in there. None of them can stay in there for long. The heat is so intense that sweat is already beginning to pool on her forehead.
From behind an overturned table Lance pokes his head over it tepidly and Artha stood up the moment he heard her voice.
Scrambling over to them, mindful of all the debris scattered everywhere around the room, Nafisa said "Are you guys all right?"
Nodding, a hand on Lance's shoulder, Artha said "Yeah, we're fine. Nothing hit us."
Snapping her head in all directions in search of their father, Nafisa said "Where is Dad?"
"We thought he was with you," said Artha, eyes wide upon this discovery. "You mean he isn't?"
Nafisa shook her head.
Oh no! Where in the world can he be?
None of the trio were given any time to dwell over this. More of the roof caved in the beams dropping onto the floor creating a barricade that blocks and closes off the door.
Terrified, Lance exclaims "We're trapped!"
Nafisa, Artha, and Lance all yell for their father, but received no answer from him. They need to get out of there now. Unfortunately with the door blocked it's going to be almost impossible for all of them to escape the ever growing blaze to safety together.
Finally Artha discovers a way for Lance at the very least to get out on his own. The ventilation system throughout the house. It's small enough for him to go.
Reluctant to leave his elder siblings behind, Lance said "But…it's too small for you. For either of you."
"Go, Lance," said Nafisa, sternly, brokering no room for argument.
Lance crawled through the vents on the way to freedom.
The expressions on the faces of Artha and Nafisa drop as they watched their little brother crawl out of sight. The situation is grave and they now their chances of getting out are bleak.
Nafisa coughed covering her mouth with one hand and the other pressed over her stomach in a subtle manner. She's really getting worried. The longer she stays in this smoke the baby could become seriously affected by it. She and Artha have to find their own way.
Then suddenly…
Boom!
There's a crash as the wall to their left burst open as something heavy and powerful collides with it on the other side.
As the dust clears the twins saw what the cause is.
Beau and Moonbeam.
The Dragons had heard their cry's for help and have come to the rescue. Nafisa has no idea how Beau got away from Moordryd and his Dragon Eye Crew, but she's grateful to have the assistance.
So is Artha. While Nafisa immediately mounts Moonbeam's back Artha went straight for Beau.
"Beau," breathed Artha. "Oh am I glad to see you."
Without any sign of hesitation like before in the tryouts Artha easily climbs up to sit on Beau's back.
Something's happening.
Beau goes rigid, the length of his body extremely tense.
"What's going on," said Artha, alarmed.
The very mark their father foretold appears on Beau's forehead. The light is so blinding as it covers the rest of Beau's body the twins have to shield their eyes to avoid blindness.
When it clears all Nafisa can do is stare as she sits there in amazement, eyes traveling back and forth between Artha and the mark now on Beau's head.
The words of their father rang through her mind. That the one Beau chooses to become his rider and partner will be the Dragon Booster.
There's no doubt about it after that display.
Artha is the one. The Dragon Booster. The hero destined to save and prevent another Dragon and Human War.

What episode do you guys think I'll have Nafisa reveal she's pregnant to their group in? I have already figured it out, but I want o know what you guys are thinking on it. To be honest I was planning to wait until much later in the story. Still I want know a variety of opinions to this perspective.
Also, I need your shared opinions over a new story idea that I came up with recently while watching two of my favorite franchises.
I'm considering doing a Venom story for the 2001-2003 Justice League Series. Do you guys think I should make it a crossover or just put it in the Justice League Universe? Another thing is about an idea of the symbiote completely taking over the host or if the relationship is a lot like Eddie and Venom's in the 2018 movie? Another thing is I'm having trouble with figuring out a title and a name for my character. If anyone has suggestions I'm more than willing to hear them.
As per usual with stuff like this the person/readers that offer the winning suggestions gets a question answered for the story in mind. In this case it's the Justice League 2001-2003 and Venom 2018 story.
I really want to get this idea up and running soon past the prologue I already have up, but I'm kind of all over the place.
