D3: The Mighty Ducks Re-Imagined
Warnings: For this chapter we get a said single scene in training, before the term starts, as they quickly bond to Orion. And then Orion gets said phone call from Casey's twin brother on Peter and Karp. And what they did this time to get put under his supervision at the school. This is going to be a re-imagining of D3: the Mighty Ducks as Charlie meets Orion at the start of the summer, as their lives are fused together.
As they prepare for what their future brings now, and as Charlie learns the truth that their new coach is friend of their current's. And with it, that Orion is his real father and he has a life outside of the team. This is also going to leave out the tv show, so an alternate reality story. But the other clip to this is going to show a few situations of Orion's coming into the picture, just before Charlie chose him as their back up coach.

Chapter 4: Family Truths, Rivalries And Meetings
"After hearing Adam was coming along on the trip to L.A., they declined immediately saying they were retired, but big mistake right now. Their version changed, got better and are ready to learn from you, but based on what Adam told me, the way they say Hawk. Said is like calling us, that's the real Hawks, a Soc, while their calling us Duck, is like calling us a Greaser." he said and he nodded. "They get in trouble, I'm the parole officer." he said to him and he nodded sternly.
"But Jared, you think that Charlie would accept me, meeting me this soon?" he asked and Jared Banks nodded as Casey Conway repositioned and moved closer to them. "Yeah I do, but like you keep saying at times said player grows too attached, Aunt Casey divorced his stepfather. And his biological took off when they were 6, but having you and Bombay there helped and will help." he said and the man nodded. "Paternal abandonment, not again." he said sternly to that reveal.
"No kidding, if you can connect this soon, he has you there for the following 5 years…" she said and he nodded. "Ted, Ted Orion." he said and she smiled. "Perfect, give you a chance and soon the title switches, you're just like Gordon, just in a high school age version of him. I should tell you that they had a case of trust issues in our starter, but after giving it a second chance. They yanked it together and grew attached, spend all summer, no problem." she said and he nodded.
"But you're the role model he needs right now anyway here in truth, Gordon got him this far, you finish it off, but once getting to you, he needs you." she said and he smiled. "Thanks for the warning Casey, I appreciate that right now, he's got the air of leader here. But undergoing training without it, but meet and getting to know each other this soon. The repeated attitude from him is now Peterson Marks, alright here we go." he said as he heard his friend say it.
"Thank you, it's a great honor to be here today to introduce you to a truly great group of kids, yet sure, they can be a little rambunctious. They've run me ragged and played more than their fair share of pranks, I still haven't forgotten about those eggs." Gordon said and as Casey closed her eyes laughing the reminder of the basic training at that remark. "Yeah hunting for goose eggs, I can use that." he said to her smiling and she chuckled at that remark as he went on.
"But I hung in there, and they hung in there for me we became the Quack Attack, the Flying "V" and the Bash Brothers. I've never had a better time, these kids are winners, each and every one of them, but more than that, these are good people. I hope that they enrich and enliven your school and your lives the way they have mine." he said and the man nodded smiling. 'Yeah that's the opening I need, he got them through basic training, I run them through pro training.'
'Eggs huh, yeah okay another word for that is preventing Ducklings from ending up in the frying pan, but you got to block baby from our basket, guys.' he thought, hiding a chuckle at the metaphor. "Now I hand you over to the capable hands of my old biology teacher and the current headmaster. And of Eden Hall, Dean Buckley." he said and he said it gently. "Dean." he said smiling and Buckley nodded smiling as he stepped forward then gently then in response.
"Gordon Bombay has a lot to be proud of! we are happy to welcome the Ducks to our great educational institution. So, today it gives me great pleasure to award you these full athletic scholarships to the Eden Hall Academy..." he said and the team smiling as their fans started cheering. "In where we hope the Ducks will be happy Warriors and lead us on to glory and divisional championships." he said and Charlie smiled and nodded in confirmation then...
Family Truths And Revelations-Charlie/Orion's POV:
A little while later came the a gentle talk between them. "The school looks stuffy, but we'll loosen it up. Huh, Coach?" he said and knowing this wasn't going to go over well, he said it gently. "I'm not gonna be your coach this year, Charlie." he said and Charlie said it gently. "Yeah, very funny." he said with a bemused smile and he explained it. "I just got the official word: The Junior Goodwill Games Committee has named me Director of Player Personnel now."
"I'm gonna be in charge of their junior hockey program worldwide." he said and Charlie said it in shock. "Well, don't go." he said and he said it gently. "Charlie, I can't pass up this opportunity." he said and Charlie said it. "Who's the Coach exactly?" he asked and he smiled. "You just spoke to him actually, I chose Ted." he said and Charlie smiled at that. "Dad, you really chose dad, dad's my new coach?" he asked and Gordon nodded and he smiled in delighted relief then.
"Coach your bigger and better things remark, he was my aim, I wanted to play for him all this time, everything's cool here, if he's my biological father. This I can take now, though you're dropping in to check on us, from time to time here. Or you train my sister, before you leave, everything's cool here, I'll do just fine, nothing's changed, same old us. We're just teenage ducklings now to you guys, but you chose a Coach just like you, but the next stage up now."
"You left me with my adoptive father, or real if he is my father, we been together 3 years, this is fine Coach, and though I'm going to miss you, I'll be fine here." he said and Gordon nodded smiling gently. "Coach, before you leave, one last thing you have to do, we start the next generation of the team, prevent the Hawks. And from making a mockery of our name, but we're Varsity Ducks, time to create the junior Varsity now, but my sister loves hockey here now."
"As much as dad and I do, if she was still walking, she's Connie in every sense of the word, but her friends and Jerry are good candidates for the way of the Duck." he said and Gordon nodded. "Yeah okay, I'll stay in touch, but you lead the team in my absence, nothing's changed, I created you, he furthers you, but still same old you now, in the 11 of you. Nothing's changed, and nothing ever will, if you choose the same college together." he said and Charlie nodded.
"You trained us well in 1-way hockey, we're learning 2-way hockey now, but the kids are 9 years old, ready to earn their capes, if we were real ducks. But they can learn a lot from you, they're opened to the experience. But look at what we become, because we had you there giving us the guiding had now." he said and Orion smiled then. "He's activating your friends and Jerry, baby, your gang are the next generation of the Ducks." he said and Karen smiled at that news then.
"He's fine with this, he was hoping you would be it, and Bombay just confirmed it, he's leaving Charlie with you, as their new coach." she said and the 16 smiled gently. "So same old Charlie, he never changed a bit, just a teenage duckling now, turning white. Feathers growing, he's a duckling in a teenage body now, still same old Charlie." Connie said and Dean Derek Buckley smiled at that. "So no growing pains: still you, just new gear." he said and the 16 nodded.
"Yeah if he's our uncle, we're with our new mentor, but we're a mixture of years one and two, Hans has a few months, a year at most right now. But Jan now, he's just like him, and we can adjust easily." Jesse said and he nodded. "Charlie wasn't kidding, about said bashing to Riley, if he and our Riley are brothers, but welcome to the real world. We never had everything given to us, doing everything for us, we had to work for it, we earned this." Terry said and he nodded.
"Free ride, look at you rich boys, mummy and daddy gave you everything, huh." Russ added sternly and he nodded. "Point taken guys, you made your point, and we're not jumping through hoops for you to stay here, but your brother gets hurt. It's blowing the revocation of your scholarships, and another court case, as they did enough damage. And are being expelled, and you win said symbol on default." Gwen Madigan said sternly and Buckley nodded in agreement.
"We'll be fine, as for the duo, it's going to get nasty later now, if they get in trouble and…., and dad finds out what they did now in truth. But everything in coach is paraphrased as father now, if he is mine, you returned me to my father, I get to play for him. But you're my godfather, so if you're his version of Adam, you know what Adam and I are like together. We're going to miss you, but knowing in advance, I can take that easily, if you told this to Peter the response is."
"And after they nearly destroyed us 4 years ago, but then I need to switch a few things around." he said and Gordon nodded smiling as Charlie hugged him and he tightened his arms, watching from his position, the team's parents and their new coach smiled. In knowing what they were talking about. "He just told him now, I'm your new Coach guys, and he's fine with it right now, connecting to me this fast just saved us 2 months worth of worry here right now in truth now."
"But like you said Guy, this, in meeting me this soon, you can handle and even better getting to know me this summer takes away the first 6 weeks of growing pains in being a new team." he said and they nodded in agreement. "Yeah but Bombay's right, but one of us get accepted at a college that we applied for. Then the others apply there, nothing's changed and nothing ever will, still same old us, we're a flock, we stay together." Lester Averman said to this at that then.
And as they watched him with Gordon gently. "Peter's not going to like this, thinking he got Bombay again, he's Lupin, but you're slightly tougher. But fair, but he hates adult authority, but you're 3 at once, so look out." Adam said and Orion nodded as they heard it. "But to say this as he's thinking, sterner coach, a Coach we don't even know. 'But you can pass us up, right? I mean, you dump us in some stupid school and now..." he said to him then at that desperately.
In faking the desperate tone in his voice. "I'm not dumping you anywhere, Eden Hall is a great chance for you, Peter, I will always..." he started to say and Charlie pretended to be Peter Marks in the next one. "Coach, please..., please don't go." he said and he said it. " Peter, I know it's hard, I understand what you're going thr..." he started to say and he interrupted him in anger. "No, no, no, you don't understand, you obviously don't even have a clue." he said and ended it.
"Coach, before you leave we need a fast meeting: coach to captain of the team, as if they changed it to alternate reality, we never met today and had 6 months bonding. And the truth never comes out with it, the entire faculty thinks I look and act just like him. He very well could be and if he is, then a family meeting is in order, right now, before I tell the others. Being as I'm the first to accept this, with his being my father." Charlie said to him and he nodded gently.
"Got it, fast transition, we get you guys settled in with your father, I'll stay a little longer and train your sister's team and then pass them to your dad. But I can work from home and train a few more teams, so no one is dragging our team name through the mud. But I promised I would stay close if you need me." he said and Charlie nodded, smiling. "Well we all know we never had a whoever that tried to make a mockery of our name." he said and Gordon nodded gently then.
"Love you Coach, you're my mentor, you and dad, I'll be fine, C or no C, I'm captain of the entire team, you trained me well, I'll take care of the team with you training Jerry and Karen." he said and Gordon nodded and he hugged him tightly and Orion smiled. 'My baby, my baby boy, god he's grown, I'll stay for him, and the Ducks, I can train the Ducklings. But my first squad, they hold a special place in my heart here, and they always will.' Gordon thought, hiding a smile.
"Yep and with that in mind, I'm now assistant coach with you, and head with your sister's team, so with that in mind, hey Ted, family meeting man, now!" he shouted and the man walked over to him then and Charlie hugged him and he tightened his arms. "Quite the surprise huh son, what you wanted for 4 years comes to pass finally right now. But though a teenager I still see you as that 10 year old still." he said and Charlie smiled as he pulled a photo out gently.
"Things changed, they can not change back, so back with the schedule, but they don't want the want the schedule, they want the freedom. Adding Ms. Mckay that year actually was part of the schedule dad chose, from 3:30 to 5, we were in practice. And then from 5:30 to 7, after we got them enough to afford chemo bills, we were in study period here. But these guys after realizing we're indoors all day, refused the schedule and dad cut them from the team in the '92-'93."
"In hockey seasons, and your new tagline for Ducksworth was born, the firm that gives back to the community, by charity fundraiser's now. Dad had to arrest these idiots 300 times right now, for the prank on the first movie or just the one I told the faculty about. But 3 authority figures in one, he's exactly what we need, but the older we get and the sterner. That they need to be, but sure they're strict, but they never gave up whatsoever, you never gave up and rode it out."
"With us, we became this us as a result, but these two are on the edge of a life of crime, but they become Mac after killing the dog now." he said and Gordon crossed his arms. "That bad huh, what else besides the prank on the movie have they been doing now exactly. Especially if I heard you screaming at these guys from the diner and nearly gave Karp a black eye." he said and Charlie crossed his arms then, as he and Coach Ted Orion exchanged irritated looks.
"They been turning a chocolate rabbit into making it look like a real chocolate fur rabbit, and filling it with stage blood, but the eggs now. That's why I practically beat the you know out of Karp, it's because they turned it into a real egg in looks and dyed it. That's the fondant center, more red then orange now, simulating a days away from hatching chicken or pekin Duck egg." he said and Gordon nodded in shocked fury as he went further then sternly at that news.
"That's why dad is so disgusted with these idiots now with our mascot being a Jumbo Pekin Duck, we're Jumbo Pekins in human form, that this is cruel and utterly barbaric. The egg looks like baby never got the chance to be hatched yet." he said and Gordon nodded sternly. "My father is 3 authority figures in one, but he parents the rest of the team now in truth. The way he parents me and Karen, firm, but understanding, and the 10 adore him." he said and he nodded.
"Although with his revealing he knows the 9 parents by their nicknames, this means they knew each other all their lives, but he and mom, she could be his first wife." he said and Gordon nodded. "Well your mother and I are the best of friends, but if she really was Ted's first wife, I understand the reaction and why it put you in detention that day." he said and Charlie nodded. "Dad, you recall our conversation after you revealed yourself." he said and Orion nodded then
"I am, and before you locked gazes with me when I saw you dressed in your new jerseys and uniforms as peewee players, son." he said and Charlie nodded and Gordon smiled at the reveal. "Remember how they turned your words around, Coach?" he asked and Gordon nodded. "Said stunt and your words to them took on a whole new meaning here, they're one car accident. And away from ending up in the reformatory and Juvenile Hall." he said and he crossed his arms.
"I don't know which title to use now here, but what's your opinion to Adam being added to the team when we got 2 and now 3 girls on the team?" he asked and he crossed his arms. "Fulton should be protecting the girls while Adam helps you with the shooting, and till we get a back up. Or in this case we got him his code name set up right now, as your parents, or coach, we got to make decisions you don't always agree with, but are forced to accept regardless, so that's it."
"That's what got them kicked off the team, let me guess Lester had no choice, he doesn't, they say you and him had a hand in that sick joke?" he asked and Charlie nodded. "Les'!" he shouted and Averman nodded as he swung his arm to confirm that and Orion crossed his arms. "We got a case of the Good Son here right now, but we would take your word over those two. But I saw everything, and tried to arrest those two, followed by you and Lester getting jumped now."
"By Larson and McGill, before Gordon recruited Adam at the time." he said and Charlie nodded as Gordon crossed his arms sternly. "Yep, but we had a witness, two if you're the red SUV, but we had no idea what he was going to do with that purse. Or the dog, but that's not the first time he ever used that prank, the other is the halloween candy prank. And with the Easter candy, candy cordials, the fondant more red then orange." he said and he nodded sternly to that news.
"And this keeps up, I'm the parole officer, but with me I never let you guys out of my sight." the man said gently and he smiled. "We know we can't get away with anything with you, you're papa bear and we love you, after you trained us for 2 years. Before he came back right now, we never been happier, and now we have both of you, but the first to get the truth, is me. I can handle this, instead of starting the first day of school, we spend all summer doing this."
"As instead of A.C., you're now the full coach of the team, the JGWG staff just reactivated, so school, practice, homework. With the 17 of us you got an easy time, but we did a number on him, that being a father already, you gained 16 more. And that's if you're my biological father, so a teenage son, and 16 more adoptive children. Especially if the sextet are the children of your friends, Dad." he said and the man smiled gently at that as his boss smiled at their talk then.
'Thank god they had a chance to talk, instead of meeting on the first day of school.' he thought smiling as he exchanged smiles with Gordon. "But the single brainiac in the team is Les' in truth here, but the 11 of us are bonded like family, before adding the sextet now. Having a chance to get to know you all summer, you me and even without the C, I can do this. But Peter's been out commission so long here, he can't match my training, not when the team will follow me here."
"And right into the flames, to put this bluntly, I'm Austin, before he retired." he said and Orion smiled gently at that. "So when he returns as the whatever color ranger, Jason is the Red Zeo, and whoever, if they reactivated the green rangers is this brat. Till Russ says your orders and lays into him before the fight, or game's about to start, okay. That helps right now, but you're my cub troops, son, been training you so long, this will work." he said and said with a smile.
"With you in truth, there was a matter of being slightly lenient, but with my being a parent, I parent you like I parent your sister. But knowing who your mother is here, I'm the father and adoptive to a bunch of teenagers, but I'm a Duck. You're my ducklings, so though teenage Ducks in your eyes, you're starting to grow in your feathers. Now in mine, so still ducklings, but rather then regular Pekins, I think we're jumbos here, but the attitude here now in truth."
"It's I hear the attitude you would have given me and Peterson is about to, day in and day out, I can actually get some progress with you. As you learn my version of hockey, with being a pro player, I'm doing areas that they never catch in the peewees, but do in high school." he said and Charlie smiled. "Well you taught us 3/4's of that in the 2 years before he came back, but the Island game became that exactly, blue collar hockey now." he said and Orion nodded, smiling.
"Well this time if we got the games next season, before school starts right now, as school starts in September, we got 5 months to train, and then the school season starts. But playing the best 10 teams all over the planet within a year of to 18 months accepting my training. You could beat anyone and now you're the best team in Minnesota now, knocking the Hawks out of the line up. And then we slam on them hard as Stanton realizes how good you really are here finally."
"And because you let go of the past and looked to the future, the first to accept me as your new coach, but as the captain of the team. You're the team leader right now, and with you fully focused, these guys are going to get slaughtered, in a back to back." he said and Charlie nodded smiling. "Yeah, but inside the system we're your responsibility, but attachment, watch it with that, before your players grow too attached." he said and he chuckled and nodded smiling then.
"In your case that's a given, but you look like me at 14 son, in fact, looks, attitude and your way of dealing with things, right now in controlling things in the team right now. That's me all the way, that Derek, the Dean, sees you as me as a teenager, I was captain of the team. Like you are, so as I am your father, it's Captain Orion again, and with that in mind. It's Casey Jacobs, Casey, it's me, it's me!" he called out to her at that gently then she turned and moved to them.
"Casey remember, you didn't want me to give it up, but I did 5 years ago, my daughter, his younger sister, was injured in a car accident, I retired back then. But knowing who I'm looking at as Charlie looks like me at 14, but 16 years here." he said and she smiled in delight as she hugged him tightly and he smiled as he pressed his forehead to her's. "Yeah I missed you to honey, but our talk over the job and my shot, I quit anyway after the car accident in truth."
"His sister was injured in T-bone, damaging her back, the team left, while I stayed here, and good thing too here right now. I knew the others on sight the second I saw them, knowing Rick, Claire, Joey, Dave and Jason on sight as preteens right now. But Daniel was here as is her entire grouping of friends, who would have been Gordon's next team incoming. But finding the team, I never made an easier choice, I see my son everyday now." he said and she smiled gently.
"Son, I'm your son, I kept hearing advice being called from the bleachers, and we used that without thinking twice, during the 2 years we were separated. And from the coach, before he finished up and passed us to you next, you're that voice. So you been tutoring us as a player all this time, we got this good in record time for the tournament. Before after school practice in the peewees, now we have you full time!" Charlie said smiling and she smiled in relief at that news.
"Ted Orion, I never thought I'd ever see you again, Gordon, you couldn't have made a better choice, just changing father ducks, but in his case. Well that's literal, he's my college age boyfriend, I didn't want him to give it up." She said and he chuckled at that and reveal. "So my best friend is your ex boyfriend or…" he asked and they smiled. "Husband, we got married at 18, had him at 20, but like any once in a lifetime didn't want him to give him it up, 2 families now."
"Charlie, baby, Ted's your biological father, Richard was your adoptive, but he hates hockey, you got your love for it from Ted, like you, been playing since he was 9." she said and he nodded in shock. "Oh boy are you idiots going to get it for that insult, this goes back to said detention!" he said and she crossed her arms. "What they do if the entire team ended up in detention." she asked and he said it. "Thought it was a quid pro quo, mom." he said and they nodded sternly.
"It was about you and the coach, in why you chose me to be the captain, or why, in truth here now, why we were growing closer, teacher's pet, captain's pet. To put this bluntly, it's this, Season 2, and why Wes got sick in the first place." he said and Orion crossed his arms. "We were just friends and starting to grow into relationship, but you saw me as a father. But you're acting like a good team captain to his coach, and they credited that to something inappropriate."
"As in the sexual sense, Captain?" Gordon said sternly and he nodded. "Yeah this goes back to the reprimand you gave for Dean's implication, but Dean is Peter, just a year older." he said to him and he nodded at the insult. "Great then that means Russel is Karp." Orion said sternly to the news. "Yeah the trio are the Duncans and Terry, Dwayne is Adam." he told him and they nodded. "Once is enough, but anyone mutinies, you're deactivated." Orion said to him at that.
"Dad, I can handle this, we spend all summer getting to know each other, but more then my father, you're my mentor." he said and he smiled. "Good point, but this 'all for one and one for all' catch, anyone shares whoever's opinion gets the box. But with me it's the box is like me sending you to your room now, you're agreeing with me, your father. Or godfather in Gordon's case, nothing's wrong with that, or is this because we're Hawks." he said to him gently then.
"You too?" he asked and he nodded. "That's why you never saw me on the team at the game that day, retired the year before, but Minneapolis North Stars. As a result your sister was injured, that's why I retired, but was Marks eavesdropping on the conversation. If there was a mutiny, and they called you a traitor, because you sided with your godfather and me?" he asked and he nodded. "Well he raises his voice at me, it's a time out." he said and Charlie nodded.
"Great, sending me or whoever to the box, I feel like I'm 10 years old again, sent to my room, and with you that's doubly clear now, you're my father." he said and she hid a chuckle at that. "Serving time out in the middle of the game, that's so embarrassing right now, but this was why we got put in detention, not for getting cheeky with the principal. But he insulted your honor and I lost it mom, Coach." he said and she crossed his arms as Gordon answered him at that.
"Like I said, what I do in my off time life is none of your concern, but that just clipped your wings, Karp." he said sternly at the news. "I know, but it was an implication, and seeing red I slammed him into the wall, before Connie tried to break it up." he said and his father nodded. "Not that I blame you for that reaction, but why not tell us what caused that, as they get cut. And you have me holding Gordon's place exactly?" he asked and he sighed as he answered.
"If I met you sooner then today, I would have told you this sooner, but we, that's Averman and me, had no idea what he intended to with that purse. That's if you were the cherry red SUV that pulled in, but first this, then they call me a traitor. And for siding with the coach, if he's my godfather and then said implication…, dad." he said and they nodded. "That brat needs to have his mouth cleaned out with a wire brush, that's beyond crude." he said sternly to that reveal.
"Dad?!" Charlie said in shock and he nodded. "I never saw this coming, so my father is a pro hockey player, retired, but still a pro, yeah we can learn a lot from you. So summer training and we bond to you, before the school starts next season. So five years, but if I knew this 4 years ago, I would have, from 9 to 18, once Coach passed us to you, I'd want to play for you, instead of close call repeated wins, and getting in because of said athletic, do it the way you taught us."
"But we can spend all summer in training, as we get used to your training, but I see it here clearly, you're just like him, just the next stage up." he said and Orion smiled gently at that. "I'm an 8th grade to high school level coach, son, as you advance you hear that tone a lot, till it becomes so normal you become used to it and to you, means papa bear here now." he said and Charlie nodded smiling gently. "So you know the sextet's parents?" he asked and Orion nodded.
"Wait, us as your team, I carried it for years, but…, yeah okay." he said and took the C off his shoulder and gave it to Orion then and he smiled at that response. "Training to go without it now, I can do this, the team will listen, no questions asked here, but new strategy. We're showing off for two periods, let them get a few shots in then finish out strong. Makes the game more fun this way, but no higher than 5." he said and Casey chuckled at the suggestion then.
"Wait a second here, who are the board exactly?" he asked and Orion passed him a list of names. "Jared, Phil, you better get over here!" he called out and they ran over to them. "We could be looking at a repeater, they're still sulking at the fact that instead of their brothers. Their brothers get exchanged for your's, my son and their team." he said and Jared nodded. "The leader of the board is Tim's father, Coach." he said and he nodded sternly to the news.
"Like I said, a bunch of aging pep clubbers." he said and the board jerked at the insult. "But I got my team, now they stay, or I go, but did you forget what the judge said right now. We take this to court, they'll still find in favor of us?" he asked and the Varsity all paled, realizing they forgot that part. "Forgot already, this will become a legal proceeding I promise you, and because you're acting like a coward, realizing I turned them so good, you're going to get slaughtered."
"In the showdown, two chances here, but the second is the deciding factor right now, we defeat you and they got to wait a year to start. But your brothers have Robert, my son and his team stay with me, but we got girls on this team, touch my girls, my daughters and…." he said sternly and the entire team went white at that remark. "Yeah Coach you made your point and just scared the heck out of these guys right now." Scooter Holland said and Orion nodded sternly.
"How stupid do they think we are, the timing is just right and Riley is a bad as Peterson is, in truth, but Adam is you Jared. Charlie is you Scooter, in every sense of the word, gifted athlete here, and with it, if we have to. We're taking this to court, if I catch your team in a brawl with my own, if Charlie's ribs get broken. They knew he wasn't supposed to be playing, but did it anyway, that's enough to throw this out in legalities, because this was attempted murder."
"The legalities in the conversation, we never did anything, you, your team, started the prank war, and nearly killed my son, what if that blow to the chest struck a lung. It's like a knife to the lung now, that could have killed my son." he said and the board and the Varsity all paled at that remark, realizing that was enough to throw out the revocation attempt. And have them arrested for attempted manslaughter, knowing the captain of the J.V. team was on medical stand down.
'Oh god, the judge is going to consider that attempted murder if one of them strikes the still healing section of his rib cage!' the board leader thought in a panic then. "But the attempted hazing isn't working till we go for the forward approach right now here in truth. But you knew our strategy here for 3 years Jared, you and Scott, just hold that back from them. As Gaffney said, Coach Stanton knew everything about us, they were ready for us, but do you know."
"Because our's was created over the summer and you have no idea what I been teaching your brother, because we do it outside the school." he said and Jared nodded gently. "Dad with you coaching, that we update the moves, from 6 to 9, in our signature, and the duo are the guard." Charlie said and Orion nodded smiling. "Well not the peewees anymore, the old moves won't work on this level." he said and Charlie smiled. "Jack it up to 10." he said and he smiled then.
"Alright we do that right now, but zero or no more then 5 now, we're going to destroy these guys, once I complete your training, son." he said and they smiled, as he ran his hand through the hair at the back of his head gently and he smiled. And as he pressed his forehead to his. 'Dad, my dad, I have a father, my new mentor, coach, Coach, father, best friend, my mentor, Coach is gone, but I have dad, I'll be okay now, I have dad.' he thought softly, happily at this.
"But Jason, Rick, Dave, Claire and Joey, yeah I do, but you guys look like me and the quintet, but in your case this is code for, in father, if I catch you guys in a fight. And with those brats, said being Adam's brother's team, 'alright guys, calm down all of you calm down, that's enough.' But son, your brother's big brother was my previous team." he said and Banks covered his eyes. "Jared, your brother has your J.V. coach now." he said and he tried to keep from laughing then.
"Hometown Ducks, we're back, but with a new design now." he called out and they nodded smiling. "Okay school colors cherry red and white, yeah okay, we can do that, we just add gold and our new current symbol, in jerseys to it, so the emblem. Said is stamped on the back of our winter jackets, sweats, baseball caps, and we're the Eden Hall Mighty Ducks. And Our head coach is you now dad." he said and Orion nodded, at his updating their appearance to him.
"There's my boy, with you knowing me already, after 4 years together, you can adjust beyond quickly to this, as I taught you this already, but you're high school in peewees just ended. And I'm taking you through pro hockey now all summer, so training is we train everyday. Just to prepare for the showdown, so first game is going to be close, if the duo come back. Second, possibly and the third, it's going to be a slaughter for Briarcrest." he said and they nodded.
"Connie, Les', Jesse, we were right it's him, it's him, my real surname is Orion, Captain Charlie Theodore Orion, so once I retire and train the kids, Coach Orion Jr.!" Charlie called out and she nodded smiling and the sextet exchanged smiles at the reveal. "Uh oh yeah there we go, I got another Captain Orion entering the school, only my young captain is the leader of the Ducks." Dean Derek Buckley said with a chuckle and their parents nodded smiling gently at that remark.
"Guys we're on, our guess was correct, Uncle Jason, Uncles Joe, Dave, Rick, Aunt Claire, it's the family is coming back together, dad is your captain: Coach Ted Orion, Captain Ted Orion." he said and the quintet and the Duncans, Andrew Reed and Banks nodded smiling. "So there we go, the truth is out, his father is your new coach, alright this I can handle kids. No growing pains, just use this training season, before you start school." Madigan said to them gently.
"Sure thing mam, but the more things change.." he called out and Buckley chuckled. "And the more they stay the same, and now you're our students, we take what Kathy told us. And utilize that starting now, that's fine, I'll let said fight go only once." he said and the 10 nodded. "Well we have nothing to worry about, you been with him 2 years, before the truth comes out. That we found each other, yeah alright, Gordon created you and Ted furthered you now here now."
"Got you a mascot and Donald is 6 years old now, with 3 baby flocks added to the team in 4 years." David Germaine said laughing and Jason Hall nodded in agreement. "Yeah we adore him as much as we do Bombay, we can play for him right now, we did as ducklings. But we're teenage Ducks now, shed the down, replace it with feathers, we can play for Uncle Ted. So back with the schedule guys, back with the schedule." Averman said and his father nodded then.
"Guys, remember what we learned here right now, but if we were a real dojo right now, dad is our sensei, but I'm the uchi-desh of the entire Karateka." he called out and the 16 all nodded smiling in understanding. "Our mascot was well known in Karate form, Dean, in fact our way is the way of Miyago Do Karate. The way of the Duck, if we were true martial arts experts, we're like every other white jersey, taking down blacks left and right." Connie said and he nodded.
"Well this explains, why you're all acting like Jason and Austin, you're skilled martial arts experts in the way of the Duck now as a hockey prodigy." he said and she nodded. "Yeah, but while the guys are stronger, the girls and I are faster, together we make an unbeatable pair. If these were really Gi's, rather than jerseys we went from white, which was when we hatched. At the age of going on 11, to gaining, now, our black belts under his father." she said and he nodded, smiling.
"But though very good right now, the Hawks maybe, but we're better, because we took what his father was teaching and spent 7 months training to perfect the moves. Until we're 1 mind in 18 bodies right now, but Charlie is the uchi-desh, the captain, of our entire karateka, the team. The problem is that the Hawks have strength and the fact that they're bigger than we are. But we make up for that by being faster and more agile." Averman said and he nodded gently to him.
"It's the same thing every season, no matter how hard they try they just can't beat us, and that was under Bombay, but under his father now. We've become unbeatable, first game is going to be close if Karp and Peter return, so we're getting it. And into double digits, but the Cardinals game is going to be a total shut out, or just up to 5 and only that. But black gi's, jerseys, are the best teams on the planet." Guy said, finishing it and he nodded gently in understanding.
"Hence the fact that every final game is against a black jersey and the coloring on the Varsity matches that of the Cobra Kai and that crane kick to the face was not illegal. But put enough force into it, you're going to snap their neck or break their jaw right now." Buckley said and she and Averman nodded. "If the palm was open and and an open palm strike to the face is illegal, as you could break their nose doing that, Ralph's moves basically were not illegal in truth here."
"But the scissor legs moves, is fine, as was the back fist to the back of the head, but lower body blows are illegal, and the man playing the Coach was learning this through Ralph." she said and he nodded. "Well in this case Karate on ice is basically what hockey is, without the spectators ending up in the middle right now. But fighting on campus is not allowed, and you never did anything wrong, if you're going to non lethal means, you're just defending yourselves here."
"But the coming back around, just lead them into an ambush with your coach, Rick, Eric, Carrie and David please, because David is the one about to lay the boom." he said and Russ Tyler and Fulton Reed nodded to the orders gently. "Carrie, Coach Randolph?" She asked and he nodded to her gently then. "We will, but we never go looking for trouble, as that causes more trouble, it's fine to defend yourself and let it come to you." she said and he nodded in approval then.
"But these idiots are like the Cobra Kai, picking on us, it's not till we hit the tournament, which is actually the showdown, we spent 7 months training. And out of school till the school season starts, as only Scooter and Jared know what we learned. And how far we come under his father, but if those guys return, they're white belts in a sea of black belts. In the way of the Duck, but excessive force is not permitted, but faster and more agile." Jesse Hall said and he nodded.
"You're the only hothead in the Dojo Jesse, watch it, before our sensei lays into you." she said and he nodded. "I get that, but while we got 4 members missing from both sides of the team, we got to work this out, as they finally get sick of your praise. On our Uchi-desh and sensei, we force them out, because we're ending the 'all for one, one for all' once and for all. Our feathers and wings grew in, time to take flight." he said and she, Guy and Averman all nodded sternly.
"Great the catch of Karate on ice just went a little too far, you got us up to red belt stage by the time we hit our current age, but the next 6.5 months. Is we just earned our black belts under you, as we're dressed in a school version of our current jerseys." Charlie said and Orion nodded with a slightly amused smile at the direction the conversation took then. "Issues when our mascot has some spiritual reflections here." he said and Charlie nodded smiling in agreement.
"How are going to explain this to the adult cast in the parents, when you trained us so well that we could be seen as karate experts wearing hockey skates?" he asked and he nodded. "With them possibly coming to film on site in this one right now, they can watch us now. And then play it back, as the original cast has been playing you so long they know what to do. But my double is acting like it's been 4 years and covered 6 months in 20 minutes." he said and they nodded.
"Yeah that works, we can cover 6 months in 30 minutes from the time Charlie hears from me that you took over and the realization that you're really his father. And I'm sticking around a little longer to train the next generation, as our clubhouse now. Is the new training site for us, our special spot to train without being rude to others now." Gordon said and he nodded in agreement. "But Peterson gives me attitudes it's laps or the box." he said and Charlie nodded.
"Just tell the team the truth, instead of starting immediately the first day of school, we're in training over the summer, finish the link completely, we were already 3/4's the way there. When the Coach was in the minors, we finish the transition from now till September." he said and Jared nodded and walked back over to the 10 at that. "Only the 10 know the truth, between you and me, and the sextet are just learning that truth." he said and Orion nodded smiling gently.
"Yeah I'm your father and mentor, to the 11 of you, like you see Gordon right now, is we're the only coaches you want to play for, and like you said. The bonding process would go alot easier, if you lowered the shields and let me in now, and you and the 10 did." he said and the team smiled and nodded in agreement. "Well the final stages of our connection with our uncle just snapped into place, as our new head coach." Guy said then and he nodded in agreement.
"Oh great, here it comes, but what these idiots refused to, now goes into full swing with Adam and his friends at the moment. But you idiots really should have listened to him sooner, they take what he tried to teach you. And they're going to wipe the floor with you at the showdown." Jared said and she started laughing at that. "So we got your old coach Jared, well this should be interesting right now, you're going on 18, we're 13 to 14." Tammy Duncan said to that news.
"Well Scooter and I conformed to his training, we're not like these idiots, but the whole 'Not worth winning, if you can win big' catch is the key here, if they say we're the only hockey team. Reason is you see that attitude in the peewees, it's over, guys, but not quite, another showdown." he said and they nodded. "Uh oh, that can't be good if he's saying that right now, but who are these guys exactly." Russ Tyler said and and Charlie looked at his team then firmly.
"Who exactly?" Terry Hall asked and he pointed at the 24 and the 10 looked at them. "Oh my god, that's the Hawks!" Tammy Duncan said in shock. "It can't be, they're the Varsity!" Terry's brother Jesse said and Adam crossed his arms. "That's my brother's team guys, Jared too was a Hawk, but if they never took what our new coach was teaching them and we do. We're wiping the rink floor with these idiots." he said and the 10 crossed their arms and Charlie nodded then.
"Been 4 years, that's Riley, Cole and Brown!" Connie said and her father nodded sternly. "The little monsters that the chief and Peter dragged into the E.R.?" Hall said and she nodded. "They go to school here, this is a Hawk breeding ground, if they try to revoke our scholarships. Then this is a revenge tactic right now for Charlie's bilking them $195,000, for their trying to kill him!" Averman said and his father nodded as Guy got a better look and nodded sternly then to this.
"Dad, I think we found them, the trio that tried to kill Charlie!" Guy said and he raised his gaze to the Varsity and his eyes narrowed in fury then. "You brats come near my son again, I will hunt you down till the day I die!" Hall shouted sternly and they all went white at that in fear then. "Charlie, the Varsity are the Hawks that tried to kill you, it's them!" Connie shouted and he quickly turned as Orion gripped his shoulders protectively at that and Terry nodded angrily.
"Again you ever come near my children again, I will hunt you down till the day I die!" Orion called out sternly and they started shaking in fear then, realizing they got caught then. "Could you excuse me for a minute." Charlie said sternly and the quartet nodded. "So been four years and you look like Jack now at 17, huh." he asked and Richard Riley swallowed hard. "You may get on their case, by picking on them, the Varsity, well I know who you really are, bird beak."
"It makes sense, but you, Larson, Cole, Patterson and McGill all look like your brothers, these revocations are just an attempt to get your brother's back into school. But the quarry, the trip line, and possibly the pipes, you realize you guys could kill who knows. How many other people, in addition to us?" he asked and he and his team paled. "They never thought of that, did they?" Russ said and they nodded. "They didn't, but his father's pissed." Connie said to him then.
"His brother is the leader of our version, the others are Cole, Patterson, Brown, and Adam's ex trio Chris McGill and Jason Larson." Jesse explained and they nodded. "They're our rivals, but Charlie forced them to put their money where their mouth was, we won. But they tried to kill Charlie, by drowning and exposure." He said and Russ nodded as he crossed his arms. "Bad first impression met, so with this our hometown, stay out of our territory." Julie said to that then.
"Ducks, over here!" Orion shouted out and they moved to him and Gordon and they went into a line then. "Guys if you took a guess, you guessed right, I chose him, so you already know each other and the reason he retired from the Stars now, everything's fine." Gordon said and the 10 nodded, smiling. "We're going to miss you Coach, just stay in touch, with you training the Ducklings." Connie said and he nodded, as he hugged her and she tightened her arms then.
"But you never really abandoned us anyway, you're staying, as you work from home." Guy said and he nodded. "Yeah that's what I plan to do, but we're not for sale, we create our own club, and train there, so said peewee games are being played at our clubhouse. So the Spirit Of The Ducks, I taught you this, but in 4 years, you were once don't bothers. And now the college boosters are walking in the door." he said and they nodded smiling at that opinion gently then.
"What's he telling him?" Russ said and Connie crossed her arms. "Whatever it is, it can't be good right now, because with the Coach saying this and to repeat this. Is how lazy can those two be, they're killing us out there." Guy said sternly and she nodded. "He's saying that we earned this, because we worked hard for it right now guys, that he's thinking we should stick. To our peewee plays, and JGWG plays, then, during the showdown, break college." she said and to him then.
"Yeah I agree with that." Orion said sternly to that. "He's also telling him we know who they are, and the fact that with that knowledge comes this now. But they never gave up the whole not worth winning if you can't win big attitude. We got in Reilly's head, to know this, but they're college age Hawks, we're first generation Ducks. Adding a few new members of the flock, so don't give him the satisfaction, in pounding the down out of him." she said and he nodded.
"Fair enough, alright guys, Julie, with this level, it's the speed is essential right now, you need to be faster at this level, so you with them hearing my training tones. And I sound like a drill instructor, which these brats, that's the Hawks Varsity hated severely. You're hearing it till July, then when school starts, the act of being a young teenage duck to papa, just reactivated." he said and the sextet nodded. "Well if the 11 can handle this, as can we." she said to him then.
"Jesse, the boss called, we got a last minute business trip, before you start school, so 6 weeks at most then back home." Hall said and he nodded. "Russ." he said and Russ nodded. "I got it, but if Marks come back, the I becomes we here right now." he said and Orion nodded sternly. "This is going to be a long 6 weeks, but guys, never mind the violence, remember what I said, psyche evals, whoever throws the first punch loses it here." he said and they all nodded gently.
"We earned this, but as Russ said, look at you preppie, mommy and daddy gave you everything, but we'll see who gets J.V. in the end, nothing's changed, I grew up. But Orion, my name is Captain Charlie Orion, Captain and leader of the Mighty Ducks. So here's how it goes, you stick to your side, us our's when school starts Riley, any attempt at trouble, you forfeit the match. We win, is that clear, because I'm not doing this with you, all season." Charlie said and he nodded.
"But welcome to the real world here Tim, in the real world, us high school students have to save up for years to get into college, we have to get jobs, at times here. We earned this, we're very good true, and we got in on scholarship, but if you think we're jumping through hoops to stay. "I'm not being party to that, he's not supposed to be playing and they knew it right now. Tom, that's illegal, your brats know he's in recovery from Peterson's unprovoked assault. And they strike him right there, you're being cleaned out, if it strikes a lung." he snapped and Riley paled then.
" You did whatever, combined with a direct shot right to my rib cage, if broken through completely, that could stab my lung, you nearly killed me yourself, again. You think dad's not going to sue the school for attempted murder?" Charlie asked and he went white then. "So get the memo: stay the heck away from my team, we'll listen to my father, you listen to Wilson. Stay clear of us till the showdown, we'll see who's better." he said and he nodded shaking then.
Seeing a skilled hockey player, one destined for greatness, and one that could easily beat the crap out of him, if he aggravated him then and Orion smiled sternly, as they watched. "But are you blind, my father is watching this entire exchange, and you heard me right. Father, Coach Orion is my biological father, my friends as the new members are still learning our history. But nothing ever changes here right now, you can't defeat us, no matter how much you try."
"But one last time, first your brothers, then you, any attempts at cheating, you forfeit the deal, and they wait another year, deal?" He said and he nodded, as he shook his hand then. "Train hard you'll need it, because we're working all summer." he said and Orion nodded in agreement. "Doesn't matter if I wear it or not, I am captain of my team, but want to show you're captain, then act like it, once the P.O.D. gets started here, and I will, so I may not be wearing it now."
"But doesn't matter, the team will listen to me, no questions asked, but your grudge match is against Peter, if he returns, not me. But listen, you had an unfair advantage last time, you had one of us, Adam, train hard, you're going to need it." he said and Riley swallowed hard then at that. "Whoa, yeah he's right, with an inexperienced captain leading the team, they're going to slaughter us, but Charlie and Adam, they're being destroyed." Gordon said and Orion nodded.
"Hence the unintended match, one that, if it strikes Charlie's still healing rib cage, just gave enough to countermand their trying to revoke the kids's scholarships." Duncan said and Orion nodded sternly in agreement. "Yep, we got a long summer of training, but I know the kids are looking forward to mine right now. And with that in mind, we're training all spring and summer as we bond tightly now and we become you of the high schoolers." he said and Gordon smiled.
"Yep father, and he adores you, so with that in mind, nothing's changed, just got stronger, I belong to his sister's team now, you take over now." he said and Orion nodded smiling. "Derek, been 4 years, but it's them, they tried to kill the kids at the quarry." he said and his brother-in-law nodded in fury. "Never expected this, but we find someone looking like me, and Peter, they're getting the riot act from heck here now." he said and Banks crossed his arms sternly.
"Nothin's changed, we still love each other, she belongs to me, so never mind another deadbeat dad, I can be shared." he said and Sergeant Derek Jacobs nodded sternly. "Then baby there is my real niece, but we both remember this, that Charlie threw the handbag in the garbage can. And he prevented one car accident by destroying the latest version of that disgusting prank, the day these brats tried to kill them and Fulton tied them to the tree." he said and Orion nodded.
"Like I said, you say, you think, you believe, you say stay away from the Varsity, we stay from the Varsity, but we leave them alone, they won't won't us. But we battle, if necessary, we do it in hearing range of you, dad." Charlie called out as he walked back to him, with the grace and wisdom of a captain, on the edge of greatness and he smiled. "Great the Socs just got started, the on the edge Greasers leave them alone, but the Socs won't them." Duncan said to this then.
"Yep, unfortunately they never expected you, Uncle Derek and said cop that arrested my godfather to be the ones doing cub duty at the academy. But someone want to explain here why of all the people they target is the nephew and children of cops. Said is a one way to ticket to being arrested and tried as an adult?" he asked and they heard laughing from several clubs. "It's because we have the authority to arrest them, as they're not getting out of this in truth."
"You look like a college age student, but you're not Charlie, you're a just coming out of 7th grade teenager here, baby." Duncan's wife, Jane Duncan, said sternly to that as she hugged him then and he tightened his arms around her and Duncan. As he moved to stand next to them and his uncle and parents as he pulled his game jersey back on, over his church clothes. "Guys back on, we're the Ducks, and we never say die!" he said and they slipped their's back on gently.
As he looked down and saw his sitting with a gentle smile. "Plucky, here boy." he said and he quacked and waddled over, and he smiled, as he covered his back with a red scarf. "There we go, me in red, you in red." he said and he quacked, as he ran his hand through his neck feathers. "You're mine pal, you're matched to me, your side of the family." he said and he quacked gently as he petted him. "Expect trouble as they all do this." he said to Orion then.
"And now we got a problem, you chose your's and they start following you around now, but look pal, you're not coming in red school, you want attention, wait till mid day meal and after school." he said and he quacked in understanding then, as the girl that called out to him then, walked over then, and with an amused smile at that remark then. "Well I call that a rhetorical question here right now, Charlie, after they barely killed you once, but we're here teenagers now."
"And how did you get that scar across your cheek?" a teenage girl asked and he explained that. "It's the quarry itself, in saving my sister, I got cut on the ice, and my skates gouged my lower calf, this is why my team are so overly protective. So if Peter returns, you're hearing the contradiction remark of check, to rearrange things. If this was football, said coach calls one play, before he changes it and said quarterback blows the shot." he said and she nodded in shock.
"Issues in these games, we been playing for 5 years, two of those run by my father, the other three my coach now, you want to come for practice tomorrow. As you see us in action, before we start here next season, ladies?" he asked and she and her friends nodded, smiling. "Sure so we can get a feel of your secret weapons, before we end up in the middle, of the slapshot. So what was that your friend does, as for this Peter Marks, and his breaking your dad's plays."
"So said numbering in color codes, I'm hearing you and Adam calling orders back and forth, your father calls a switched play, but Marks thinking that your peewees plays may work. Ignores him, and calls a different one, you shout that out, and you guys go repositioning. And before whoever we're playing immediately rearranges themselves to deflect, but they get it 3/4's right. And with a trick play to win the game." she said and he nodded to her smiling as he said it.
"Dad's not one for showing off, you saw how he dealt with the Varsity for 2.5 years, well he's doing the entire 5 in my case, my team and I adore my father. But dad has zero tolerance, for showing off, hotdogging, going by his gut instincts or his trying to act like a hero. That his trying a give up run like that to win the game, is there will be a serious reprimand. Because if Dad wanted that play he'd have called it like that." he said and she nodded as the coaches chuckled.
"Going one man team, you're going to get killed right now for that, but between that and breaking his ribs, Peter's a dead duckling walking here to you right now." Averman said and Orion nodded in agreement. "Yep, we had 5 months working the kinks out, the sextet adjusted to my ways, you been used to it since you were turning 11. But he certainly is right, if I wanted that play, I'd have called it like that, we already won here." he said and Casey nodded to that.
"And we're certainly not the ones in trouble, Charlie finished the shot, as whoever it is realized our defenses are too good now, that they're throwing the game. With Charlie hurt, if he does get hurt, as they explain this, Peter could be compromised here. He is, and you yanked him out, as you shout to finish our real play, and in driving the home stretch. He blacks out and slams into the goal itself, we won sure, but our name took a black mark." Russ called out and he nodded.
"Point taken, just don't lose your tempers, you want to kill Peterson, do it in the locker room guys." he said, looking from Averman to Fulton, the Halls, Dwayne, Julie and Russ. "Oh guys, Julie, we're Red now." Charlie said and the 7 nodded. "Red squad training, the fire power for real, we got offense, Adam has defense, got it." Averman said smiling and he nodded. "Check the plays at the door, Les', if dad wanted a suicide, he'd call it." he said and they nodded.
"Agreed, and Ducks, just who called for a suicide run in the running the clock out exactly, if I wanted that run, I'd have called it like that. But I call that desperate to win the game when we're that high up." Orion said sternly and Charlie nodded. "Don't look at me, Peter always liked it close, but we chose zero to no more then 5, that's our new way now, dad." he said and Orion nodded. "Peterson try it, you're benched till further notice." he said sternly to that opinion.
