D3: The Mighty Ducks Re-Imagined
Warnings: With this chapter the team is skating boarding park and the Game between them and the Jets now, as every win has the Varsity getting worse. And then Orion gets said phone call from Casey's twin brother on Peter and Karp. And what they did this time to get put under his supervision at the school. This is going to be a re-imagining of D3: the Mighty Ducks as Charlie and Orion at the start of the spring, work as their lives are fused together.
As they prepare for what their future brings now, and as Charlie learns the truth that their new coach is friend of their current's. And with it, that Orion is his real father and he has a life outside of the team. This is also going to leave out the tv show, so an alternate reality story. But the other clip to this is going to show a few situations of Orion's coming into the picture, just before Charlie chose him as their back up coach.

Chapter 15: Training Begins And A Fresh Beginning I
"Then we go on that, at first you thought we had a more polite person being the coach, till you see the man playing Tingman. And after a hallway confrontation, tell me and we rework the playbook, as he knows the moves already." he said and she nodded in agreement. "You being the skilled player, I'm a rookie, and you, like Coach knows more, till we got company arriving. In the form of the leader of our predecessors captain, Josh!" she called out and Josh nodded.
"Coach T, what the hell?" Casey said in shock then. "Alex Morrow." he said with a smug smile then. "I see you're still rocking the hair, this is so weird: Why are you coaching Canada?" she asked and he explained that. "It seems after you stole our name in that unsanctioned underground game last year, I reacted in a way that was deemed inappropriate." he said and Charlie nodded. 'Yeah you could say that, sore loser.' he thought, seeing the same look then.
And on the rest of his team then. "Yes, as I remember it you tipped over the towel bins, threw the hockey stick onto the rink. Stormed out of the arena, and ripped a doorbell off the wall, and said, 'This is mine'." she said and Gordon hid a laugh at her way of putting it then, as the cast director wrote that down smiling, as he listened to the words coming gently here. "After that game, my life kind of took a bit of a turn, I got blackballed from youth hockey in Minnesota."
"And couldn't find another job, so out of options, I went to Canada, and everything is just a little bit different in Canada. The bacon is just a little bit thicker, the coins a little bit thinner. And you think, 'Well, I'll get used to it'. But you know what: you don't, I had to leave my entire life in the States behind, both moms I was dating, so I'm just here. To tell you…., When we win today, I'll finally have my sweet revenge." he said and she crossed her arms then as she answered him.
"I feel bad saying this, because it seems like you're in kind of a fragile place, but I don't know if today's game is gonna turn out the way you think: All right, Ducks, move on." she said sternly and he looked at a boy resembling the person playing her son. "And you, I hold you the most accountable: I see your face every time I have to cut my bacon with a knife and fork." he said and the boy crossed his arms, refusing to let the man get to him then as he answered him.
"Look, I don't know what to tell you: Underground or not, we won that game fair and square, the deal was a fair and square bet, we win, we take back the name. You win, we stay the Don't Bothers, well we won the game, and we will beat you today right now." he said, and Charlie smiled at that, knowing he took on his edge with a bully then, as Tingman answered him. "Mmm-hmm, you can act all tough, but I know who you really are, you're just a little kid."
"Who thinks he's good at hockey, who I had to drop from my team." he said, just as he was answering they heard Josh call out. "Mind games already Darryl, well that's nothing new, you can't take the pressure, well come on Evan, we win, we win our state title once again. He's just a sore loser, he's a Hawk wearing a Duck jersey, nothing new." he said and the boy smiled at that and walked away, as they saw the irritated and scared look on the man playing Tingman.
"Charlie Orion, my old nemesis." he said and Josh crossed his arms. "Been a while Darryl, I see nothing's changed, 41 years old and you still act like a 33 year in being a hotshot. Well let me tell you, the captain of the Ducks is back, once I dug up that information. Didn't think I'd see that, the blue and white leg and wrist stripes on the jerseys, or the purple. As I forwarded that to Alex, and she tells Bombay, you're a Hawk, a Hawk in a Duck jersey." he said sternly to him.
"So that's your new motto huh, 'If you can't be great in hockey, then don't bother', or 'It's not worth winning if you can't win big!'. But you spent 30 years trying to destroy us, our image and now we catch you in the act. You might have gotten away with it, if you watched your words, Reilly and Stanton, or Wilson. And Wilson is the only good guy, as he accepted defeat here now, but that reaction with the hockey stick last year, says Hawk in everyway you can say it here."
"Well I'm here to stay now, my retirement was 5 years ago, I'm working at the camp now, but my youngest flock needs a veteran to corral them. But my boss is Gavin Cole, so we'll see how well your peewee training can compete with pro athlete." he said and he swallowed hard at that. "But every move in the Ducks turned Hawks, rightfully belongs to us, so find yourself a new playbook, the Ducks are back in the nest, come on Evan." he said and the boy nodded to him.
"I didn't think you'd be here!" he said and Josh smiled. "Yeah Cam contacted me, saying who the coach of the Canada team is, and I decided now would be a good time to drop in. Like Gavin, I'm the same way, but while he's going parent, I'm holding Bombay's place here. But Bombay was right, don't let this character get to you, you won it back fair and square now." he said and the boy smiled as he rubbed the back of his head, as Alex watching this smiled gently.
"There's the attitude of a good Coach now, being the parent bear, good example." Cole said smiling to that. "Gavin, with him pretending to be a Duck, they memorized the plays, but dad's plays in high school should work, so half that and half pros now. But he never saw this coming, but we beat his team 10 times in 5 years, either under dad or Bombay. But nothing they did could work on us, I got to teach the next batch to your son's team." he said and she nodded.
"So what was that about exactly?" Casey asked and he crossed his arms. "Mind games actually, with the fact Coach is not here, I'm holding that position. Alex after we destroyed them for the first 5 years, leading into college, he lost his credibility, and. That's Darryl now, though 36, my age, claimed he was a Duck, changed the coloring from our previous look, to purple. With Silver, blue and white stripes in there, but everything Connie said and told the board all true now."
"Road not taken, but we fix that, make the team great again, but the guys and their construction team are renovating. But we got a single chance today, Gav', he knows every play, after we adjusted a few things, during peewees, we're going pro with this right now." he said and Cole nodded sternly then. "He turned our team into a power house, but your father read out the odds, and they're not good Charlie, the only reason you made it all the way, was all 3 of us."
"As such, so kids, we're making an adjustment or 2, but your coach, in holding Gordon's position is Coach Orion, assistant is your mother, Evan." he said and the boy nodded gently. "This is going to be a long day, but how stupid does he think we are, we run those plays. And 100 times for the last year, since summer started, but thank god I'm one of the Coaches at Epic. So you got a Veteran Duck at the camp with you now." He said and the entire team nodded, smiling.
"But baby, easy on that leg, before you end up needing surgery, and Logan, when I give you the signal, deliver." he said and the duo nodded smiling. "But there were a few dozen traditions Coach never got around to teaching you, which I will right now. But you 3, after you ate the odds, no more gambling, so you don't count your ducklings, before they hatch." he said and Cole's assistant closed her eyes as Evan's double hid a laugh at that remark then gently.
"You can tell me later, but again guys, that's enough of the gambling, or your parents are going to kill me, for allowing you to be messing with the odds. And I'm not surprised you all nearly passed out, as the sugar high is too much here. There's the reason for the diet I put you on, low sugar/caffeine diet and high carbs, protein and calcium." Cole said and the team nodded gently. "And stay away from the toxic chemicals." she finished and they all nodded to the orders.
"We're not doing that again, but after we graduated from high school, we created the other 6 numbers for the original jerseys, making 17, but Peter and Karp were deactivated permanently." he said and she nodded gently. "And instead of your's we got our own, as you put your numbers on our's and updated it to first year with them turning 13…." she said and he nodded. "Yeah, first year bantam, win every game+straight A's=scholarship." he said and she smiled gently.
"Thanks for the advice, I'll use that then, when we go home, as Bombay and I work that out, as he repairs the clubhouse now." she said and he nodded. "You want to be us, carry the name, always remember winning is not everything, it's about the heart, the love of the game. When on the ice, just spread your wings and take flight." he said and Evan nodded with a gentle smile. "I understand, and thanks Coach." he said and they ended it at that, as Gordon said it to Cole.
"Want for better word, if they're that close to the finals now, and the pressure by whoever it is has Alex change in personality, like I did. That she needs a real kick in the pants, but open for 30 years, that we change with the times in peewee hockey clubs. As such here, every team we played all over both Minneapolis and Saint Paul, for the state championships. These games get brutal, we all know that, so watch and learn." Gordon said and the 11 nodded in agreement.
"Alex just relax, being Coach means taking a calm and relaxed approach, you get uptight, the rest of the team starts getting uptight as well, you lose focus and start making mistakes." Charlie said and she nodded to the advice then gently. "But cub is 12, I'm 41, by this point, the rest of the team with me, while Gav' is 56 now, that at this age. He's entering first year Bantam the games gets a bit more brutal." he said and she nodded in understanding as she relaxed.
"But you remember what you said and after the quartet started running wild, after the goalie tried to lay into Kenny for that goal we scored on them." Connie asked and he nodded, smiling gently. "Yeah I do and to repeat that, is this no hockey game, it's turning into a circus right now, and I said that to your brother. Directly after we exchanged relieved looks Dwayne prevented him from ramming you." Gordon said and she nodded gently to that as Charlie hugged her.
"Well come on we got work to do and set up the arrangements, as the clubhouse opens in 3 weeks, and the first game is against the Huskies." Orion said and the 17 nodded as the Ducklings watched their predecessors play and saw themselves in 5 years smiling. "Alright guys, show me the Quack attack fish-hook." Orion called out and the team nodded smiling, as Gordon smiled at the mix of his own plays into Orion's skilled training of being a pro hockey player.
As they worked carefully. "Jesse, blue 56 fire it pass the blue line, Fulton switch 82 fire in the hole, and heads up here!" Charlie shouted out and they nodded, as they and Averman swung around, fired off, and the shot struck the can lid dead on and Gordon smiled proudly then. "Hey anyone expect the next shot to strike the pole, before hitting a rafter in the ceiling. Big brother, because that could do some damage?" Tommy asked and he chuckled as he answered him.
"If you never been around to know the dangers of his shot right now then yeah baby brother, but if your team has a skilled puck handler. But just go with what you learn from Dwayne and the Coach, Adam you take Red 26, I have green on 17." he called out to him and he nodded smiling and Orion nodded smiling at the way they were discussing tactics. "Charlie, inputted purple on 23 and then ice the puck, because we got gold 67." he called back and he nodded.
"I even want to know what he just said to him?" Tommy's father asked and Gordon started laughing as he answered him. "He's saying get the Duncans into position ice the puck, I'm going with the triple deke, just get ready to duck." he said and his versions parents nodded. "Alex, watch where you're aiming, before we get hit by it!" Karen called out from the box, as they heard a loud thunk, a clatter or cans, followed by a loud explosion and knew it hit something.
"Time, Jerry find out what it struck!" Charlie called out and his cousin Jerome Jacobs went to check and came running in with a bemused smile. "The puck struck the box of soda cans, all of them full, and a 6 pack exploded on contact with the floor, Charlie." he said and Jan nodded with a bemused smile. "Typical, it goes through the open window, strikes the stack of soda cans, and a six pack out of the carrier box gets knocked to the floor." Orion said to that news gently.
"Who left the window open exactly anyway, because that box was in the storage room, and it finds the only open access panel out of the rink." Gordon asked and he shrugged. "Dumb luck I guess, it found the only way out of the rink, by going in out the backdoor. Hey son, is that your cousin, so both family members on the Ducklings?" he asked and Charlie nodded. " Yeah dad, Jerry: Derek Jerome Jacobs, I just call him Jerry." he said and Gordon chuckled at the news.
"Jerry's me in every sense of me, while Karen she's a 9 going on 10 year old version of Connie, but look guys, before you start going at it, you don't have to over do it, okay. Alright guys we're done here, your turn, remember, relax and enjoy yourselves, remember. First game of the season for you is the Hawks, so just hit Reilly hard here." Charlie said and they nodded smiling as they worked with their cub selves and their two original Coaches smiled, watching them.
"Luis remember watch the curve, watch the brakes." Charlie called out and he put the brakes on hard and splashed the rink with shaved ice and Orion nodded in approval. "Good, but if that doesn't work, just use the aggressive in-line skating of jumping over the goal, Luis. Especially if you're going a little too fast." he said and he nodded. "Yeah Coach." he said smiling, as they heard a loud clang, and the puck went flying and hit the wall. "Peep!" they heard to that then.
"Loser." Russ said translating, and they heard an irritated tone. "Shut up!" they heard in response and he looked up. "Make me Marks, you're not my team mate, what's this about, trying to make Charlie choke again, forget that right now. Since you bailed on them, Charlie's, next to Banksie, the star player of the team, but he leads the Reds. While Banksie has the Whites, Dwayne, Julie and I are the Reds, Luis, Kenny and Portman are the Whites now."
"But this is what happens when you let prejudice by former teams cloud your judgement, we're the team now, get used to it, Marks. And say it, you're getting a knuckle sandwich, but at least I'm not trying to distract him till he screws up." he said sternly and they both paled. "Yeah that's right, we know alright, we know everything, but Charlie is our best friend, Marks. Our leader, our Captain, wearing it or not, you can't match his skill, no matter what you do here now."
"But you think that we would ever listen to you, you say do it this way, well Charlie does it that way, say something else, Charlie does it this way. No matter what suggestion you give off, Charlie and Banksie have another approach for it, jealous, well get over it. We never had a better team captain, or Color team captain we love the guys like brothers. When in us boys, and the girls, like a sister to her brothers now." Luis said sternly to him and he swallowed hard then.
"I don't know what your problem is Marks, but nothing is changing back, so get used to it, Charlie meant it now. You thought you could go back to how it used to be, no it doesn't work like that, once you won that game. The game that Championship, life changed, you have a reputation to uphold now. We became part of the reputation, we're winners, we have jobs, we have a life here, one we are not jeopardizing." Julie said sternly and he swallowed hard at that.
"But you ever say that about Linda, I swear you're getting a knuckle sandwich, after calling Aunt Casey that now." Kenny said sternly to him. "Hey Coach, Dean, these guys finally revealed themselves after Charlie gave us the definition to what he meant right now here. But I see it clearly, Marks is my insubordinate attitude with you, but no, I conformed. I conformed and I'm your defensemen." Dean said and he nodded and Orion turned around and crossed his arms.
"Peter, Karp what are you doing here exactly, you been cut from the team, indefinitely." Charlie said and the 10 surrounded him. "Bombay turned us over to his father, nothing's changed, in the after school schedule now, and we're teenage Ducks." Connie said and he paled, realizing that everything he tried to prevent finally happened. "In fact nothing has changed at all here, Peter, we love Coach Orion, we're his team now." Tammy said sternly to him and Orion nodded.
"Hey dad, Adam and I can lead our sides easily, C or no C, so here, you better take this, I'm ready, I don't need this in truth here. Just to lead the team, either the entire team or my side of it in, in color squads here now. And as it shows in every way possible, the team will listen no questions asked here." Charlie said, passing his C to him, and he nodded and put it in his pocket with a smile of approval as Gordon smiled proudly at the way that Charlie demonstrated that.
"Fair enough son, and that's the type of attitude I wanted with my new J.V. team right now, you're not a Duckling anymore, time to show the true maturity." Orion said smiling at him then he looked into his eyes then, as the team saw Peter staring at Charlie in disbelief. "Never expected Charlie to give it up, and act like a spoiled brat here now. Marks, shows how much you know?" Russ said and Orion nodded, though seeing a teenager, all he saw was his baby boy.
To him, from a baby duck Huey's age to a young man, duck, no older then Plucky. 'My baby, my baby boy, my perfect baby boy, he can do no wrong in my eyes.' he thought smiling then gently at that, before he said it firmly to the other boy then at this. "As for you, young man, the team is right, new Coach, you're under new management now, that nothing's changed here. The schedule never changed, the new traditions, nothing's changed inside the team since you left."
"Been 4 years, nothing has changed whatsoever, but these are the reprobates I told you about Dean, after Charlie explained to me what caused the riot." he said sternly and Buckley crossed his arms. "That's the dean and what is Mrs. Rosen doing here exactly?" the boy said in fear and he said it sternly. "That's not Kathy young man, but her sister, Gwen Madigan, or Mrs. Madigan to you in truth, and watch it." he said and he went white, realized what happened at that.
"Yeah that's right Peterson, Charlie told us, in fact he told us everything, about the pranks and your calling him a traitor, about the insult to his mother and Gordon." she said and he started shaking. "I didn't mean it!" he said shaking in fear and she crossed her arms sternly. "How do you expect me to believe that, if Ted never intervened and immediately, Charlie turns into you. Scaring us out of our wits, do you know what paternal abandonment does to a boy here now."
"If not checked at the door, it leads to a life of crime, with finding his father, before he realized he was, that saves us two months of worry!" Parker said and he went white as a ghost in fear then. "That's them huh, well I see your and Charlie's description was bang on, Ted." Buckley said sternly and the rest of the J.V. Coaches, Madigan and Parker nodded. "After that reaction with the stick, you are not getting on this rink, young man." Orion said and the boy paled.
"Young man the truth is out, Charlie walked right into me, I am his father, his real name is Charles Theodore Michael Orion, Casey is my first wife. But that was his godfather you insulted at the time here." he said and they went white in fear, now realizing the older man was still bent out of shape at the exchange after Gordon left and he took over. "He finally told Gordon what caused the detention, neither of them are taking it well." he added and they started shaking.
"Lovely timing, well Casey, Eric and Jeanie were right, instead of better they actually got worse, I knew my remark was correct, that sooner or later one of these guys. Said would right about this connection in prison, but seems to me the ones that will are him and Karp." Gordon said sternly and Peter Marks felt his heart shatter. "That's my supervisor and the diner chef, Charlie told us and Gordon about said prank, guys." Casey said and the sextet nodded in understanding.
"Gordon actually became a regular customer over the last 18 months, since the Goodwill games started here right now, so we were talking things over. And after telling him and keeping him updated, so he knew everything and needless to say here right now. Hearing what Charlie had to tell him, he was not amused after they went to referendum vote. In throwing the duo off the team, after they bailed, because of Adam." she explained and he nodded sternly to the news.
"You're a waitress at the diner huh?" Russ asked and she nodded. "Yeah been working there 10 years, and no trouble, that's why I wasn't in the second movie. And Jason with me, he had a business trip to Chicago and I was working double shifts at the time. Between both of us together, if Ted and I were still married we make 170,000 a year together. More then enough to afford 3 bedroom apartment or house, and put him through college." she said and he nodded.
"And instead at our current age, we got a part time job, making $520,000x14=$7,200,000 after 14 years, plus this one and we get $360,000. But there it is, and I get it, Aunt Casey, but after getting to know you, I love you like an aunt." he said and she nodded smiling then. "Love you too baby, Michelle's not the only one giving the maternal care you 6 need. I'm here if you six need me." she said and they nodded smiling then as the quartet looked at Peter sternly then.
"They got worse, and that prank with the Easter candy is still ongoing, I stopped it 350 times in 2 years right now." Charlie said and the sextet nodded in stern disgust then. "What they do to make it worse exactly anyway?" Dean asked and he said it. "Added the candy shell, after putting in the red dye, to the orange yolk in the fondant." he said and they nodded in shocked disgust. "Red dye, you mean that egg was just fertilized?!" Russ said and he nodded and they nodded.
"How much dye did they put into the egg anyway if a Duck?" Kenny asked trying to control his stomach and he looked down and the faculty nodded in shock. "That baby is just days prior to hatching." Madigan said in shock and he nodded as he looked at Huey and they nodded as he ran his fingers through Huey's down and she nodded. "Yeah if this was our current baby flock, it's like we're Plucky and his and we lost our brother or sister." Dean said in stern fury then.
"I'm not the type, just seeing Huey at this age, looking back on it now, I can't believe we were ever friends with these idiots, they're Mac in every sense of the word. Remember the scene where he watched him kill that dog, and the utter realization. He was even involved in that, is now too much, before, the car accident he triggered?" he asked and they nodded. "Well that's how I really feel, Eli, after the realization he killed an animal and was the accomplice to it."
"On that movie, that the mere thought of it being a real egg and seeing there was more blood than yellow in that yolk. The realization is we just killed a duckling, a baby that never had the chance to be born, was too much and we quit, Les' and me. That's the 3rd reason I kicked them off the team and why I asked for that cup of ginger ale. The mere thought of what I almost did, made me lose control of my stomach." he said and they nodded as Russ's eyes gentled then.
"We're Ducks and that looks like baby was just conceived and never had the chance to hatch!" Julie said in shocked disgust and he nodded as she looked at Huey and felt her stomach turn over, at the mere consideration then. "Little baby, these guys are adorable, and that is not only disgusting, but completely cruel, dang it!" Russ said and they both went white, not realizing how the prank would look to them, with their chosen animal in mascots then and Charlie nodded.
"Huey." he said and he peeped and waddled over to him and climbed into his arms and he cradled him gently and David Karp started shaking. In realizing it finally as Huey pushed his head under Charlie's cheek and he swallowed hard then. Now realizing what kind of thinking had shot through the entire team at their idea of fun and leisure time then. "You get the point now, Peter, Karp, huh, we're Jumbo Pekins in human form, but that stunt with the creme eggs."
"How can you be so cruel, would you want to see this duckling, this baby, in the middle of the road, thinking that baby never had the chance to be hatched?" Connie said and they started shaking. "This little baby is adorable, that how can you even think that's funny, every adult sees this as sick and sadistic right now. You are so sadistic, that's not any wonder why we decided to kick you off the team, we're not you, we never were." Averman said to him in disgust then.
"We each got our own pet Duck, but Charlie had two, and this is baby 2 as a just hatched duckling, only 3 weeks weeks old, he's 2 years old human years, you two. That the mere thought of what we're bred for, as them, is something none of us can stomach anymore. And we stopped eating it ever since we took this name on." Guy said sternly and the faculty nodded. "You idiots need serious help here." Jesse said sternly at that remark and they swallowed hard.
"Going to be okay baby, I'm never letting those weasels anywhere near you, I swear boy." Charlie said to Huey and he peeped and pressed his forehead to his, looking into his eyes then and the faculty nodded gently, knowing, he had enough of the duo then firmly. "My pet Duck, and he's still just a hatchling, a baby, that seeing this with new eyes now here. Is seeing it the way you saw Mac's other character, in Maine now." he said and John heard nodded sternly.
"Point taken, when you see this baby, you immediately think of the incubation process, that finding an egg in the middle of the road and seeing what looks like blood in the Yolk. The next thought is your heart shoots out to the mother Duck that lost their baby here now. That this is cruel, sadistic and inhumane." Michael Mckean said sternly in stern disgust then. "Having baby just show up, like his namesake did, the day dad started us…" Charlie said and they all nodded.
"We understand, and it's okay, we just get rid of them and be done with it." Madigan said gently and he nodded then. "Now do you understand you two, he yanked himself back by the brink by having a constant positive male influence in said coach now. His father, like I did, yanked him away from the brink, that to him, at this age, he sees these pranks. As disgusting, cruel and sadistic, and you deserve to be behind bars here." Gordon said and he swallowed hard shaking.
"Peterson is a Greaser in every sense of the word right now, Gordon, what you never had to deal with I did, only my peers now see him for what he is. And in entering the 8th grade to high school at the moment, but with you being single and a first time coach. The first rule is show you mean business, you're the adult, a teacher, if you have children of your own. Then parent them the way you would yours, you lead, they follow." Orion said and he nodded sternly then.
"Which version are we talking, me or Shepard and his gang?" Emilio asked and he sighed. "It's the second, in fact every time we turn around, he, or rather they, are being arrested by Derek. Peter and the cops." Casey said and he nodded in shock then. "Yeah I see if he breaks Charlie's ribs, then he's on stand down, till we decide what to do with them. Because attacking a peer unprovoked, there is no excuse we would take for it here." Buckley said sternly at that news.
"Well I see the 10 adapted beyond fast to your coaching, they love you, like they love their own fathers here, Ted." Gordon said and the 11 nodded smiling. "Yeah the 2 years since you left, we created a strategy that works for us, we love both of you, being our mentors, Coach." Fulton said and he nodded smiling then. "But you created us and he furthers us now, but as I said, you created us and now you're stuck with us." Charlie finished then and he smiled in affection then.
"That's him huh, well I see the little hellion that Charlie and Lester made him out to be, but you forget in who you're talking to young man?" Parker said sternly and Buckley nodded to that. "You know what that means young man, hmm, what it means is you're a rowdy, disobedient young man, constantly getting into trouble every time we turn around. That if even we can't straighten you out, you're a lost cause now." he said and Peter paled at that remark, shaking.
"Just wait for the insult, school's a living nightmare, especially dad, but the guys, the trio and I been preparing for this for 2 years, more than ready." Charlie said to him and Buckley nodded gently then. "I get that baby, I do, but if even we can't straighten these two out, then there is no other alternative but the city reform school, or just military school." he said and Charlie nodded. "The judge is going to agree with that." he said and they and Hancock nodded then.
"But we're not going to let you cruise on through each class, we expect more, like Kathy does, we know you're a very good student. Luckily here is the fact you got a team tutor now, and she can cover our classes right now, you're straight A students. Alright so one close game, the other said are a total shut out, you're performing and are doing great right now. The team can afford a private tutor here, because you're Team USA." she said and Charlie nodded smiling sternly.
"Saying of which here, Michelle, with the fact, we're doing exactly what the Varsity are not, because we're more famous and with you married. And to my counterpart Coach now, so this keeps us together and we got Jan now." Orion said and Mckay nodded gently. "Yeah I'll stay Ted, I promise, I love my students, I'm staying with the kids, so Gwen, Jim. Just give me your syllabus and I can cover what you go over this coming semester." she said and the team smiled.
"And frankly you been listening to us way too much lately, you completely changed with the fact your father has been here with you, when I'm not around." Gordon said smiling and he grinned. "What's this Peterson, hmm, hoping if you came for practice I would let you back on the team as I have practice 4 times a week and scrimmage on Fridays. The schedule never changed and went to 8th grade and high school mode now?" Orion asked him sternly and he swallowed hard.
"It's off season, that during the off season, the schedule never changed now, once the school year starts, practice still 4 times a week, and in between games is a practice game. On Fridays, but B's or better to play, and strict diet, 80% good food/20% junk in the diet. My rules haven't changed at all here, but the fact you're still getting in trouble and snapped the stick in half. You think I would ever let you on this rink, with you medically compromised?" he said to him sternly.
"I take it your father scares him out of his wits, back then was 10 going on 11, and he was acting like your basic school teacher/father and now here. Is the Coach, turned father of a 14 year old teenager and he knows, he's in big trouble right now. With us, if they leave us to pay for dinner, we dish 3/4's of it and pay the rest off by cleaning the restaurant." Russ said and he nodded to him. "Exactly, we work the last amount off by cleaning." he said and then said it.
"But that practical joke just cemented my punchline, if they got money to go to a school like this, cars and fancy clothes, equipment, or to pay for cruel practical jokes. Then just where is the money to help pay for a team mate's family member's medical bills. A choice between Adam or our homes, we chose Adam, anyway, we have to respond, dad's lesson. For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction, dad's physical science, we just have to tick 'em off."
"And enough to throw the first punch, but do that, they blow the psyche exam, and now we know we own them, after I get us into double digits. That game is not ending in a tie, but I get struck in the still healing side of my rib cage." he said and they nodded. "And your father knows a riot just started, because your lung could collapse a second time, and we're all seeing red." Dwayne said to finish the explanation and and Charlie nodded, looking between them gently.
As Gordon squeezed his shoulders with paternal love. "And strike you there, that's tantamount to attempted murder, I got enough on these brats to have them shot." he said and Casey crossed her arms sternly. "Adam, could you alert us to the fact it could be a trap, you're the leader of our side of the team, man." Guy said and he nodded. "Yeah no problem, just bring your wallets, once the bill goes through, we pay 3/4's of it, and clean." he said to him gently.
"Guys team off, with us dressed in color mode." he said and they split into two teams of 8, with him in the middle between them and Peter went white. "You get the point Peterson, hmm, the fact he can control the team easily, but the duo are team captains. In color training right now, for the next 5 years, but like back then, I took the position and made it my own. Only now instead of Ducklings, you're teenagers and turning white now." Orion said and he swallowed.
"Dad calls Peter by his real name, when he's in trouble, that's the tone he would me if I got cheeky, but he doesn't tolerate attitude." Charlie said and the sextet nodded to the advice and the faculty nodded. "And nor do we, but the older you cubs get, the stricter we need to be with you, at this age, because you're at the age, where a mistake can turn fatal." Parker said sternly and he nodded. "Well after one too many close calls, in my case." he said and they nodded.
"Yes, you touched so many lives, like Ted to you, it's to us, you say this, or you say that, you think, you believe, he's hearing your name in every other sentence. To know we all adore you, and to us, you're our golden child, in the J.V. team as the team Captain. You can do no wrong, you never could now." Buckley said and Peter went pale, realizing the level of bond he had with everyone, and now seeing he had turned into everything Orion wanted finally as a captain.
"So that's Peterson Marks, I must say you're right, this child is set for a life of crime if he doesn't change now, and 4 years left." Buckley said sternly and Charlie nodded as he skated in front of him, Madigan and Parker, and she put her hand on his shoulder and Peter went white then. "It's okay, you know I never changed at all, my life is there at the academy, with you. My favorite teachers and principal now, I'm a teenage Duck, not a duckling." he said to her and she smiled.

But there's the you leading the team, you're Captain of the entire J.V. team, but leader of the Reds. In practice mode, but they get in trouble, they're hearing the warning tone after I lay my scheduling down. But one means the other, still B's or better to play." she said and he nodded as Orion said it sternly.
"Son you get injured, your rib cage now, I'm calling it for one month, you need to rest, and trying to play is going to aggravate those still healing ribs that soon. "This idiot never grew up, but he's irritated at the attention you're all giving me, since I'm your golden boy, in all of your cases." he said and they nodded.

And trapped in an 18 year old body now, you're not those kids, little ducklings anymore, the school system. Said is far more strict in playing, one means the other and your own health plays a part of it. But we have a reputation to uphold the first loss of temper forever destroys it, because you're out of sync." he said to him gently.
"Young man nothing's changed at all on the team, I'm the new Coach of the team, and your peers and I created a set style, ensuring we win the games. A style meant for the future of our last 5 years together, before you leave for college. But you're trying to return to the team, after you said in every way you hate adult authority. As Hans would say I'm not letting you slide by, I expect more from you here, but you bailed on us." Orion said and Charlie nodded to that then.
"Yeah Peter you bailed on us 2 years ago, now if it was me, dad decided I needed a break, as I left to get my head together and then came back. He gives me a second chance, only now, the remark of not performing, we have 12 of us back, we're still waiting the Halls. And Dean, to return, as the remark on not performing just got shoved down their throats. Because Adam is back on the team, I just came back with a personality switch here, back to being 10 to 12."
"In personality traits, and the 9 are beyond relieved by this, to know the me from back is back in place, before we reveal the real truth here. As we call the Coach and rather then said so called technicality, they got caught in their persona. As we just remembered here, that the academy is a Hawk breeding ground, Adam's brother Jared is a Hawk. "The only way you're getting back on this team is by probation, young man, if you get in trouble for those disgusting pranks right now, and Charlie explained everything to the faculty already. As you recall, Charlie explained to me the fact you and David insulted his mother and Gordon, but repeat that conversation at the academy, it's one month laps and detention for 5. That if that means adding Adam, then so be it right now, Fulton needs to protect the girls. So you guys can focus on the shooting, simple rule of co-ed teams, the girls need protecting. Being as these hotshots get too darned rough, forgetting the girls are girls, not boys." he said sternly to him.
"But Gordon never meant you at all, he meant the Hawks, if they can't find it in their hearts to give up one year, one year off 5, they are losers. And we hate losers don't we, they don't even deserve to live here, but the schedule never changed. That instead of right home after school, we're here till 6, then we give them a ride home now here in truth. The Ice Palace is the new team clubhouse now here in truth." he said sternly and Peter swallowed hard at that remark.
"So we can practice without being self conscious or worrying about anyone cheating now while spying on us, but fast snack after practice, study time to get their homework done. And then home after school, same thing everyday now, with the JGWG catch involved here. We also gained their team tutor and Eric came back here, so the Ducks of old now. Are officially a school team as we train the next generation in peewee mode." he said and he swallowed hard then.
"Hey guys done with your gear, and good news, I got us the Pepsi company, Mars, Hershey, Orville Redenbacher and Ball Park hotdog company and they sale buns too as well." Tibbles said and Charlie nodded. "Well we got 4 of those at the academy." Buckley said and Charlie nodded. "I take it you're not selling enough if they're ready to pull out?" he asked and Buckley nodded. "Alright simple fix, the team is taking over the sells, but we got a job as the spokes-team."
"Yes alright, here's what we're going to do, but $0.50 for a regular sized candy bar, $1.00 for a king sized, $1.50 for a baggie of mixed bite size candy bars, either company. And $2.00 for a baggie of funsized of those same candy bars." he said and the company reps nodded gently gently. "That's fair Charlie, Coach Bombay, we can go that price, you sell them here as well too." the rep of the Hershey company said and Gordon nodded smiling at the news then gently.
"For your company, as the Soda company now Sir, as you sale chips along with the soda or bottled water now, is $0.75 a bag of whatever type they want. So $0.50 for a small in paper cups, $0.75 for a medium. $1.00 for a large, XL is $1.50. And for the entire meal of chips, hotdog, chili dog, cheese or hamburger and soda is $3.00." he said and they nodded to the idea. "Nice thinking, we sell more that way, in both companies." the hot dog rep said gently then.
"Popcorn for the same price as well, those cans are being recycled, I need them in good shape for Mendoza's skating practice." Orion said to him then to that. "Fair enough." the popcorn company rep said and Gordon said it gently. "And in addition to this is what we're selling here is in addition to the hotdogs and burgers now, is chili, pizza, fries, grilled cheese sandwiches. So half food stores here, half skating, the money coming in so fast we lost track of the amount."
"The game machines are where the donations are coming from, but this year is the money goes 5 ways, one is to the Banks clan for their sister. Another to the company's, Charity and the 4th to the school, while the 5th is you sponsor the Ducklings, Hendrix has the Ducks. And they supply the gear." he said and they nodded. "Fair enough." The Mars rep said and he nodded. "And guys, for advertising for us, we're offering $10,000 a month for all of you starting now."
"With us having 42 weeks left right now of this year." Tibbles said to them and they nodded. "I get it, okay, half to our parents for college education the rest we keep right now. So half to our parents half to us, and that's 42x17= $7,200,000, this year, between the entire team. But you get back, this year, $45,500,000,000, in exchange now." Charlie said and he nodded. "And that's more then fair, we give in paychecks, you being our poster team and signing on here."
"For 14 years from this age to graduate school, $123,000,000 for all of you in 14 years working with us, but you're not a power house, but your own club now." he said and they nodded. "Yes alright, you're spotting weeks baby, so one week is your paycheck, the next. Said is you give it to me, and I set it aside for your college education now for the next 5 years." Casey said and Orion nodded in agreement. "So $5,000, one week, the next to us." Orion said to him then.
"Issues in the case of both parents now, we had that talk already and we're preparing the next 5 years here for college, but guys, in total, before the end of the 5 years. Is that we got, in total, here $1,140,000, spending money, and the other have of that goes to our parents. But in total after 5 years is $2,280,000." he said and the entire team nodded in shock. "Times 15 years, it becomes $34,400,000 exactly, here." Averman said and Connie sat down in shock at that news.
"Guys, nobody is carrying more then $150 in pocket change here, otherwise you're going to get robbed that way." Charlie said and they nodded. "Agreed, but $870, divided by 10, equals $87 each now, you just cover 3/4's that and complete the payment by working the nightshift. And I'll come get you after work, as we plan out said cross and double cross. As you know, I'm checking the piping, and they don't realize here I'm there at the rink." Orion said and they all nodded.
"The restaurant is that expensive?" Connie asked and he nodded, and Charlie went to a payphone, and looked up the said restaurant, before dialing. "Yeah Minnesota Club, yes this is Charlie Orion, Captain of the Eden Hall Ducks, but is there any tradition. That says that the Varsity takes their J.V. counterparts to dinner at your restaurant…, there's not. Okay, well we been had, but not a big deal, we're being sponsored by Hendrix Hockey apparel here."
"Whatever the total is we can pay off the entire thing, and help you with the clean up, free of charge, you need a few extra clean up crew, we can do that. With it being a slow night for you, and with 45 customers here right now, yeah attempted hazing that backfired. Alright thank you Sir, see you this fall." he said and hung it up. "Said remark by Tim is a lie Adam, that was a sadistic prank, but that underlines my remark, if they can afford to go to a school like this."
"Clothes and fancy cars, let alone to pay for cruel practical jokes, just where is the money to help pay for a team mate's family member's medical bills exactly." he said and they nodded sternly to that opinion. "And there's my Captain of the team, you see the attempted trap and reverse it, son, nice work." Orion said smiling and Gordon chuckled at that. "So that's $90 per person, totaling to $1,260, that's 90x14." Connie said and Charlie nodded in agreement.
"Next question, how the heck are we supposed to carry around that much money without being robbed by these guys, with us dressed in more kept up clothes." Russ asked him and he explained that. "Every summer leading into college, is and I'm buying a safe: one with both the key lock and combination lock on it, you give me the current amount in rolled up rolls. And I got your names on those bags, and you have $300 as your pocket change." Orion said to him then.
"And this is because we're the poster team for the Hendrix Hockey apparel store company here in Minneapolis now. Well now what Jack, huh, you ever consider getting a sponsor, huh, because for the normal born working hard to get into college now. This is how it is, get a part time job, half goes to your college education, half to your living allowance now. But look at you rich boy, mommy and daddy gave you everything." Jesse said and Orion nodded in agreement to that.
"What you want a bet that we got the Hawks coming in here, after seeing the new team logo here at the Ice Palace and then realize why their not getting any business now?" Russ said and he shook his head. "No bet, but I don't doubt we will, because the added garbage was being used for blue collar hockey that they walk into a disaster area. And before your brother reveals it, you become very good in my teaching you blue collar hockey." he said and Gordon finished it.
"That to you is just save it, save the trash talk, they're as bad as the Socs, with picking on what could be considered Greasers, but don't you boneheads have anything better to do. Then be picking on slightly poor kids, just because you're a hotshot?" he said and the team nodded. "And before I reveal we just bought out the contracts for the snack companies they take stock in." Charlie said and he nodded as they got back to work, after finalizing their contracts then.
After a week and they were being close to opening for business, after getting the dining area set up now, the food orders started coming in then. As Charlie looked at what he put down to what was on the food sales price tag, above the cash register and kitchen. The vending machines against one wall, the candy rack by the cash register and then the back up team sticks. In the locker room for practice, as they had their lockers on side, the Ducklings on the other side.
"Looks like they sell Cadbury as well, but we're selling the Eggs during Easter." Connie said and he nodded. "Peep?" Huey asked her and she nodded. "These are the size of your counterpart, not you as duckling, but your counterpart poultry, baby. But this is sweet-smelling, brown board in egg form, with the yolk inside it." she said and he gave a second of understanding. "You guys are some sick, sadistic freaks." Charlie said in disgust then, at the mere thought of that prank.
"Hey guys, when you drop in, just come in the back door okay, so no one wonders why we got your nest inside the skating rink." Orion said and as Huey's big brother, his flock and Donald and Daisy gave an a quack of acknowledgement to the request then. "The cast, that's extended cast now, is going to find this slightly strange the farm ended up inside the skating rink." Casey said with a chuckle and Orion nodded with a smile as Mckay and Gordon exchanged smiles then.
After finalizing the arrangements between them and the companies, the team got to work in helping Jan with his setting up the Ice Palace, as the storage was set. "Hey guys' here's our part time job now, as well now, we're working the ice palace now." Charlie called out and they nodded as Hans smiled gently at that idea then. "We're getting paid by the Hendrix hockey apparel, but we're working here for free Hans, Jan." Connie said and Jan nodded smiling then.
As they set up the dining side of the ice rink, and then set up two sides to the rink arrangements, one in hockey apparel and the other ice skating then. "So which version, Coach?" the ice cleaner asked and Gordon smiled. "We're using both, so one side of it is the Varsity Ducks, the other is Peewee Ducks now. The Ice Palace is the District 5 hang out for ice skating and hockey, and the Ducks Clubhouse, for said." he said and he nodded gently as he created it.
And big enough to hold both their symbols and circled it. "The Ducks home now, this is the Duck nest, so after they practice now, we have our own. As we show them some of the moves we practiced over the years now, so they can learn our way. But our slogan was always stand tall, fly straight, going to fly all the way now, that's the way of the Duck. And we stick to that, that's our way now, but one Duck flock started a new life, and we got the next one coming in now."
"But like he said, and…., there we go, hey Coach, this can be your business, while they worked the store now, the legacy you leave behind now. The Ice Palace, Home of the District 5 and Eden Hall Mighty Ducks now." Charlie said and he smiled and nodded to the idea. "Agreed, we're getting good business as the years go by, this is home, but there it is now. We're not a powerhouse, we're our own team now." he said and both age groups cheered at that remark.
"We're our own club now, that we're not for sale, anyone wants to play us, after beating the Huskies then they come here now, because home games are right here now." Orion said and they nodded in agreement. "Agreed, we play games, then we do that right here now, better get the electrician, to put up the final symbol of the Ducks here. Said is the home of the District 5 and Eden Hall Mighty Ducks now." Gordon said and Jan nodded in agreement to that opinion.
"Anyone leave the radio playing right now, because's that's coming over the building radio." Tammy asked and he froze and Charlie chuckled. "Yeah nice choice, how about we take her for a test skate, huh!" Gordon said smiling and they smiled and they pulled on their skates then started skating practice around the room. "Hey Charlie, tag you're it!" Tommy said, tagging him and he smiled. "Uh oh, alright get over here, you little wise guy." he said, skating after him.
"Whoo yeah, watch the bumper tag, guys." Gordon said as he and Jenkins started laughing at that, as they heard the theme song to Clue. Tammy asked and they smiled and got into it. "Been working so hard, I'm punching my card Eight hours, for what? Oh, tell me what I got I gotten this feeling, that time's just holding me down."
