D3: The Mighty Ducks Re-Imagined
Warnings: For this chapter we get a said single scene in training, before the term starts, as they quickly bond to Orion. The Ice Palace is born, and they teach one of the actors on the Power Rangers how to skate like a pro. While at the same time, start training under their own rink and club house, as the years go by. As the show becomes an alternate reality of what would be if they had sold their team now finally there.
And the future generation becomes the very thing they hate the most, the Hawks now finally, as things keep up that spring. With this next Chapter the team are playing the Jets now, although there won't be a returning game between them and the Hawks. Because that's being fielded by the Varsity and spending all summer training for the showdown, that insures victory over the Varsity, who are beyond desperate now.
To get their brothers in as the J.V. now, as this continues, before the real trouble gets started, in the form of a phone call. As Orion gets said phone call from Casey's twin brother on Peter and Karp. And what they did this time to get put under his supervision at the school. This is going to be a re-imagining of D3: the Mighty Ducks as Charlie and Orion at the start of the spring, work as their lives are fused together.
As they prepare for what their future brings now, and as Charlie learns the truth that their new coach is friend of their current's. And with it, that Orion is his real father and he has a life outside of the team. This is also going to leave out the tv show, so an alternate reality story. But the other clip to this is going to show a few situations of Orion's coming into the picture, just before Charlie chose him as their back up coach.

Chapter 23: The Huskies, In Line Skating And The Jets
"Heads up!" Charlie shouted out and the Huskies quickly got out of the way as Fulton took the shot and he fired and it blew out the back of the net. "Yeah Ted, your training over did it, they're beyond good here." Gordon said and he smiled gently at that remark as he watched his team playing and working carefully and in full tandem with each other then. "My god, the off season games are one thing, but 8th grade to high school, dead duck!" they heard and he chuckled.
As he watched what three weeks did as every time the other team tried to score, they immediately blocked the shot, as the other team only got two shots as they started scoring goal. And from there the team was now showing their skill in only 3 weeks to what Orion trained them in as they were blocking shot after shot on their side. And while making shot after shot on the Huskies. "My god, when did they get this good, exactly?" they saw the coach thinking at that.
"Answer 3 weeks to a month's worth of training by Orion's father, Ted's a pro player." Gordon said and he nodded, as Goldberg was blocking shot after shot, after shot. "Clear the puck guys, DC-switch 82, Charlie, clear the puck, clear the puck!" Goldberg said and he nodded as Charlie iced the puck at that and went to getting the next shot in as every shot at their's got blocked. "Well seems that with the training from their old coach to their new coach now, the Ducks now."
"Having become beyond unstoppable here as in the last periods, they have scored 7 goals and keeping this on a shut out now." the anouncer said as the Huskies exchanged looks as Orion nodded sternly. "Kids, get ready they're close to losing their tempers, stay focused, stay focused and keep the pressure on here now." he said as the shooter facing off against Adam looked at him angrily then as the ref dropped the puck and the Huskies pushed forward then.
"DC switch 82 on red, Russ tee it up." Charlie said and the team nodded. "Ready, break." he said and they smiled, pumped once and broke up their meeting as they got into position. "Come on, come on, try and take me, try and take me, come on." he said, weaving slightly, before lunging and the boy jumped over him in desperation, as Charlie took the puck and passed it to Russ. "Tee it up man!" he shouted and he teed it up. "Knuckle puck time!" he said and fired off at that.
As it hit the goal. "Whoo yeah, where did Charlie learn to do that?" Peter said in shock and Orion looked over his shoulder. "That would be me actually Peterson, I taught him a few things that will become useful when I become their full time coach, but Gordon took a step back. And is letting me do the driving here." he said and Peter nodded. "Les', Gold 67 hand/eye coord!" Charlie shouted and he nodded as they did that one and the scored reached 9 to 2 then.
"With Captain Orion, wearing his C or not, controlling the team, the Ducks have scored 9 points in the 1st period and 5 in the second looks like their coming to dominate this game." the announcer said and Charlie smiled. "Fire in the hole!" he said and the Huskies looked at their goal to see Fulton. "Heads up, Reed's ready to fire!" the captain of the huskies said and they dove out of the way as the next shot came in, as the Huskies now realized that school year.
Said was going to be like this, and smiled, knowing if this was just the beginning the games just got more fun between them. "So not worth winning if you can't win big huh, Reilly, I guess this is what happens when you got a retired pro training your arch rivals now. Because the Ducks are going to slaughter your Varsity, if the entire season is like this!" their coach called out to the Hawks head coach sternly. "Man Charlie, you're going over board!" they heard from the stands.
From Winnie then, knowing their families were enjoying this. "Too late right now, with Charlie controlling his side of the team, they've become beyond good." Orion said smiling as Casey crossed her arms across her knees smiling then. "DC3 85, go get 'em cowboy." Charlie called out and Dwayne smiled as they went to that and Luis moved into position. As Dwayne knocked the puck into the air and he shoved it into the goal under the goalie's legs then as they got it in.
As they scored two shots, before the Ducks slammed hard on the repeated attempts as the game started getting more heated. And before the buzzer sounded then, as they gained a 15 minute break. "Final round, and the current score for the Ducks is 14 to the Huskies score of 2, this maybe the last chance the Huskies have to come back. Then they will need a very good third period here." The announcer said and the Huskies exchanged worried looks to that.
"Is the entire off season going to be like this, as this is getting ridiculous right now, hey Orion, rematch one last time, first us then our brothers!" they heard and he looked at Orion. "Fine first you then and then your brothers, but try to start something you forfeit, you little wise guy. So can it already, Charlie focus, ignore 'em!" he called out and Charlie nodded. "Quack, quack quack!" Charlie said and the team nodded. "Quack quack!" they called back and Orion nodded.
"That's 'Guys, Hawks rematch' 'Alright, got it Cap'!'." Orion said as the Huskies got in only 2 shots to their score of 14. "This is about to get beyond desperate right now, Charlie, you're on right now." Orion said and he nodded as he got into position as he and the captain of the Huskies got into a face off. "Dad pull." Charlie said and he nodded. "Greg bring it in, son!" Orion called out and he nodded as he came in then as Charlie got ready to to face off against him.
Then firmly at that remark as the Huskie shooter swung it around and got ready to shoot as Adam moved around the goal and blocked the shot as he dove in front of it as he blocked it. As Averman iced the puck and their next attempted shooter as Charlie swung it. "Come on, try and take me, try and take me, come on." he said as he jerked sideways and the shooter, in desperation, dove over him, as he snap shotted it at Jesse then who knocked it to Fulton.
Who took it and fired then as everyone dove out of the way and it blew out the other end as the buzzer went as the score ended at 17 to 4 then. "With the score 17 to 4, the Ducks have won the game and are ready for the rest of the upcoming off season!" the announcer shouted out and their fans nodded in delight then, not noticing several boys. Said in black jackets with blue and white trimmed birds on them, watching them as they watched the team celebrate.
"Whoa yeah, the Ducks are back everyone, see you next school year!" Charlie called out and their counterpart teams nodded, smiling. "See you next school year, Charlie!" the captain of the Huskies shouted back, as they prepared for an entire season between each other one last time. Before they all retired from peewee hockey and moved onto their lives as school teams now….
Skating Practice And Aggressive In-line Skating Practice:
"Alright guys, we lose a few games here and there, no big deal, it's not about winning here, we do this for fun, but remember, win or lose, hockey is what we do, not who we are." Charlie said and the team nodded gently. "Guys start slow and build it up, because we're not in-line skaters, so control your speed and watch your momentum here." Charlie said and they nodded, as they decided to head for the pits one day. "Dad, we're at the pits." he said and heard a gentle tone.
"Yeah okay, Rick, Eric and I are on our way to join you there." he said and Charlie nodded. "Got it, see you soon." he said and they nodded in agreement. "Yeah guys we got a few magazine companies here, looks like they wanted to watch us test out the in-line skating safety gear." Connie said and he nodded. "Yeah alright, but again, watch your speed and control the amplitude, we're not the only ones here." he said and they nodded to the orders then gently.
"No kidding the cast of said tv movie just showed up, Walter's here, he brought the rest of the cast and their director and stunt coordinator!" Averman said and he nodded. "Well let's do a demo as they see some of these moves in action, before the stunts over shoot here." Charlie called out and they all nodded as they ran it carefully, as the actor, now seeing what he meant. Nodded in amazement, as Orion and the swim and basketball coaches arrived with their teams.
Testing out their own amplitude, the team was demonstrating the in-line skating demos for the cast of Brink as the quartet watched. "Careful son, focus, remember, watch the speed, before you wipe out!" Orion said and Charlie nodded as he showed them how do to the vert and Erik Van Detten watched carefully and nodded. "This is the street and vert, it's the down hill you got to watch out for." Jesse said to the next in command of the junior cast and he nodded then.
"Like we said, but as a Duck, learn to fly, and this is, either on the ice or out here, how we fly right now, so watch and learn." Connie said and the cast nodded as they watched the team demonstrate some of the moves. "Yeah but though a duck, you're still growing your wings in, so watch your amplitude there baby, son, guys, you as well." Orion said and he nodded. "Why exactly here?" the director asked and he explained that, before he could though, he heard it.
"Whoa!" they heard, as Kenny jumped over a rookie in-line skater and Charlie quickly ended his run and safely back on the podium, as Orion moved to the player, as he took his helmet off then. "Son you okay?" he asked and the teenager nodded. "Yeah thanks Coach, just skidded out on the coping." he said and Orion nodded gently to him. "Like your brother said, in-line skating is a death trap at times." he said and Alex nodded as he got up as they were practicing then gently.
"Brother?" the director said and he nodded. "The Pep club is composed of the J.V. hockey, swim and the basketball teams, so though a swimmer, I like to race in in-line skating." Jackson said smiling and they nodded gently at that. "Again put the brakes on, before you mow one of us adults down here, pal." Hancock said and he nodded. "And guys, we got 50 people here watching this, all doing different routines, so watch yourselves." Anderson said and they nodded.
"Like you said kid, lose control of your momentum, you wipe out, what's the black rubber on the top of these podiums?" Walter asked and he explained it. "The coping, you can use this as a safety grip, or add onto to routine, but since we never added in-line skating. To the sports, they do that in college, it's the faster you go and the more dangerous it gets. But if you're not fully experienced and…, never try that!" he said and he lifted his gaze as he saw a boy do a move.
That would break a player's neck if they landed the wrong way, as he did an inverted 540 as he flipped over in an upside down one then and Orion nodded gently. "Jackson, be careful, I'm simply the coach, not the field medic here, you do it wrong you could break your neck. Now careful there kiddo." he said and the boy nodded as he finished up then. "Well I see why you decided to show us the dangers here, but that move should be illegal in the competitions here."
"If I thought figure skating is dangerous this is worse with moves like that." the director said to that. "Just like the Pamchenko is, you're going to hit your head or worse break your neck doing that one, with this, you over shoot, you're going to wipe out and crash." the stunt operator said and he nodded to that. "That's Jackson Anderson, like my kids now, he likes to skate, but we call this aggressive in-line skating, pulling tricks with the acrobatics, when doing this right now."
"That was the vert ramp being used now, but you do it the wrong way, you're going to lay yourself out or worse here." he said and Charlie nodded. "Yeah dad, incoming." he said and he turned as the down hill landed safely in front of them. "Guys watch it, 43 miles, put the breaks on before you run us down." he said as the third guy was going so fast, he ran right into Goldberg and he caught him and they nodded as he relaxed as he removed his helmet then.
"Thanks kiddo, I needed that, if you never slowed me down I would have collided with my verting peer there." he said and Goldberg nodded. "Hey Coach, been a while now." he added and Orion smiled gently. "Yes and you too Derek, good to see you again, boys, you as well." he said and they smiled. "And this is why their parents and I never allowed that, hockey maybe dangerous, but their less likely to end up with a broken neck." Orion said and they nodded then.
"Graduated last year, the Varsity, all sports, are just behind us right now, but we're like you Ducks, hockey players." he said and the team nodded smiling. "How's training, Cap'?" he added and Charlie smiled. "Going great, I grown a little too used to not wearing it, that I don't need it to prove I'm captain here." he said and they nodded smiling. "You're like me pal, it's not you we have to be worried about, but Marks, but Coach, I jacked another one." he said and he nodded.
And Averman moved to them quickly at that news. "Find any eggs with it?" Charlie asked and he passed a bag of 6 to him, and he nodded. "Jumbo Pekin egg in candy form." he announced and the two added coaches nodded in shock. "I bet they were ticked you just confiscated their next attempt at this prank right now." he asked and they both nodded. "You guys are sick!" they heard in disgusted shock then. "Like I said, Sociopath." Adam said and he nodded sternly then.
"You arrest these guys, or did you throw it in the can?" Orion asked and the second put the bag on the table. "Charlie, Les', you better see this." he said and they and Orion nodded. "Let me have it, guys gather round, this is what has these idiots in such hot water." Charlie said sternly and they nodded, as they set a chocolate rabbit the size of a cat down on the table. "Little guy looks like it's stepped on glass, there's blood oozing out of the paw." Russ said and he nodded.
"That's not real blood, it's movie stage blood." Averman said, in stern disgust and he nodded in shock. "There's a hole the size of a bottle top on it's back, and glued back in place, they molded 45 Godiva bars into a rabbit the size of a cat. Before filling it with stage blood, so that when it got hit, it would look like they killed a real rabbit. Get clear, Charlie over there, crush it." Fulton said and they nodded, as Charlie put it down, slammed his skate on it, and it exploded in brown.
And red and they cringed. "Dear god, you two, this is beyond sick!" Hancock said in shock and Orion nodded. "That's stage blood, but a chocolate rabbit, so Peter Cottentail, hopping to another apartment to drop off some more candy eggs, stops in the middle of the road. And gets run down, so the Halloween candy prank from heck with the Easter candy now." Charlie said and they nodded. "Was it Jack and Daniel?" Orion asked and he nodded and they nodded, disgusted.
"Having dad always around, we turned into this us, as dad was there and took over for Bombay before he got back, we had a constant coach, Averman and I. We, Guy, the Halls and Fulton, prevented this 150 times, in the candy pranks right now, as we. The Duncans, Greg, Adam and Connie were a single team under dad, so ducklings becoming teenage ducks. He's been our coach for 2 years leading into now, and knows we adore him and we belong to him now."
"As we did this now, end of the season championships and hockey all summer, till you recruited us and Bombay's question of whether or not we were training. When in the off season gets answered here now, but when the parent comes along, it's by the book here. No one is is being let out of the said adult's sight right now, he knows where we are at all times. Hence the store owners aggravation at the radio pranks now." he said and the director nodded with a chuckle.
"Yeah I remember that!" Averman said as he started laughing at that. "Was the drive thru order really necessary here though right now?" Charlie said with a bemused smile and he looked at him playfully at that. "Wait, if they and Dwayne were there, where are the 5 of you exactly that day?" the director asked and Gordon answered that question from behind him. "They were with me, and since we had only 2 adults in charge of 13, I can't be everywhere at once right now."
"Charlie, before this catch of the advertising started getting out of hand, was helping me with the playbook, Connie, Guy, Adam and Fulton with him, as we tried to input some new plays." he said and they nodded. "You know what we're like, before the call came in, and I hear words 'radio pranks' and 'drive thru order practical joke' on the second attempt. That I knew what Les did, after the door was locked on the second one, they decided to aggravate the store manager."
"By doing this, and without an assistant coach, and your only back up was Ms. McKay, I had to be the one to handle this." he said and Gordon nodded with a bemused smile at that remark as he said it then. "Issues in my quartet, it leads to the phone or radio pranks getting out of hand here, and since you became our coach, they're still acting like wise guys. But after attempt number 2, they used this joke and the owner told them to stop playing with the intercoms."
"After telling them to get off the side walk in front of the store." He said and the cast started laughing at that. "You kids get out of here and stop playing with that thing!" Hancock quoted with an amused smile and he nodded with a chuckle. "Now dad finds out, he's going to say the same thing, after telling me the store called his office at the rink. Telling him, the cops got 2 calls of playing with the intercoms and the second's a prank phone call." he said and he nodded.
"And again stop playing with the intercoms if we have to return to L.A. boys, that's enough of that already." Orion said with a bemused smile at the reminder and the quartet nodded. "And that's 3/4's of my side of the team and Dwayne just got added to it, but you know this. You practically raised us yourself, that training is getting out of hand so much. The next case now is resulting here in the whatever getting knocked across the room." he said to that gently then.
"You being my son, this was a father/son trip and rather then case trouble here now, we're back at the house that Don gave Gordon, only this time I got everyone under one roof. And this is my responsibility and secondly here, before we have further trouble at the moment. You spent 18 months under my regime and it turned normal, so practice, study, and then home. In that order, only we're all under one roof, and we got Eric and Michelle with us." he said and they nodded.
"Yeah 14 boys and 3 girls, so we got the girls in 1 bedroom and the 7 of us are scattered to the other 7, and the three of you get the last 2, but fighting over the showers now. Don't go there, we got a pool already, but if Huey's younger brother has his flock born there. We're bringing back a few stowaways, if we find them hiding in our luggage next." he said and Hancock chuckled at that remark. "Peep." they heard in response then and he looked at his gear bag.
"Little fluffball." Jesse said smiling to that response and they heard a peep to that in response with a smile in the tone then, as Charlie checked his bag and saw Huey curled up in his sweater. And he stroked his back down gently. "You just love to stowaway don't you, following my flock around, last time you snuck into frozen lake to watch black circle. Now you come to colored walk to watch us practice flying on wheel shoes." Charlie said and he gave a peep and they smiled.
"Wait for your brother to come looking for you, if your father never does, because you're no older then my sister, and your brother is me at my current age." he said and Huey gave a peep to that opinion then. "Uh oh, that's like the big sister coming to get little brother after he was out passed dinner time." Walter said to that gently and he nodded. "And this is that exactly, Huey is 8 years old human years, but 5 weeks old duckling." he said and the cast nodded then.
"So his brother is 14 human years and 3.5 months duck years?" his female counterpart asked and he nodded. "Exactly, but they know when they see something like this, to them bad ducklings are being reckless ducklings with sweet smelling flat logs. And red filling and why is it shaped into a brown rabbit right now." he said and Averman nodded in agreement. "Just wait for it, the accident is when your father has us in practice." he said and Orion nodded in agreement.
"Darn fools, they keep that up it's going to cause a car accident or worse kill someone because of said, Les' we became respectable, we got a job. But my apprentice job at Hans, you at the movie theater and you know how that turned out now. As you realized why we came to get you, right now." he said and Averman nodded. "Yeah I did, Bombay just came home and we had after school practice that day two days after he got back, fresh schedule." he said and Orion smiled.
"And that explains why you never had to explain why they had to round you guys up, he had to explain first to the manager, Gordon just activated summer training, and today you had practice. And said was a meet and greet with the quintet, as they rounded up the quintet, as one quintet got replaced by another and Russ became Duck associated, before becoming a Duck." the director said and Charlie nodded. "Yeah in-line skating all over town." he said and they nodded.
"Now imagine that with me involved, after he left you in my care till he got back, guys." Orion said and the 11 exchanged grins at that. "Yeah 6 weeks, since you started training us, we're enjoying every minute of training here right now. But a constant coach and now we're slowly growing our feathers in, we're white now, and our wings, which, at first, got clipped. Have now grown back in, but those guys need to be plucked." he said and Orion nodded to him sternly.
"And I'm doing the plucking if he loses his temper during our first school game, but to repeat this, you got two choices here Marks: Either you take off the jersey right now. Or you don't play, you guys are still together, but it's time to grow up." he said and the team nodded. "And we did, we're dressed in long sleeve t-shirt style versions of our new jerseys now here. For the trek to the racing pits now, while we train in the jerseys when in practice." Charlie said and he nodded.
"And by plucked, you mean losing their down?" the director said and he nodded. "That's exactly what I mean, but this is us now." he said, pointing at Donald's current oldest, who was 5 inches shorter then he was. "Hey Plucky." he added and the duck gave a quack to the name. "Well you boy are very handsome." Linda said smiling and he gave a gentle quack to the compliment as she stroked his neck feathers and he rubbed his head against her hand with a smile in his eyes.
"Huey has decided he belongs to me before my cat sitting time is over and is following me everywhere by doing it this way." Charlie said and they chuckled and nodded smiling. "First into the rink and now he stowed away to come to the pits and his brother comes looking for him. If that's why he's here right now, this keeps up, we got him in the bag and Plucky. He walks right into the hallway next on the first day of school." Orion said laughing at that remark gently.
"He's the older brother to my version." he said and they heard a peep from his back pack at that in response and the director chuckled at that response and explanation then. "And that's like you and your sister, Plucky's you as a teenager, Huey a boy version of your baby sister. If she could she'd be hiding in your dufflebag, but you can lift her easily." Orion said with a chuckle and the team nodded with a smile then, as the duck gave a quack of agreement then gently then.
As Charlie ran his hand through his feathers and he gave a gentle quack to that in response as he looked around then as he called out to his baby brother. "Huey, where are you?" he quacked and they heard a peep. "Over here in Charlie's carry bag, Plucky." he said and he waddled over to the bench to look as Huey stuck his head out of it and he gave a quack and he peeped. "Bad duckling cause red mess, if there is water on colored rock?" he asked him with a quack then.
"Your brothers humanoid big pekin counterparts are pulling dangerous jokes with brown sweet smelling dirt clods and filling it with red liquid, and big duckling confiscated the latest. And my duckling destroyed it." Orion said and he gave a stern quack. "Nice wording, the pits are covered in drawings, that to him the street pavement is a colored rock surface. But if his brothers are anyone, it's those guys, but got lucky 75 times in 4 years." he said and Orion nodded sternly.
"Like I said, how many times can one get lucky, before the one time it happens here, boys, that I got the quintet in practice and it happens finally, but get caught. By the surrogate big brothers to my team now." he said and as Jacobs arrived. "Charlie just destroyed the next one, but you're wasting perfectly good candy, perfectly good chocolate. And by pulling disgusting pranks like this right now here." he said and Jacobs nodded in disgust and the actors nodded to that.
"Yeah I agree with that, but seeing this through your, Les' and Charlie's eyes now finally, I see these brats as Juvenile delinquents. Then from how Stephen portrayed them, under you now, Charlie and Lester have grown more mature, their feathers grew in. And they're becoming gifted young players under you, after dressing in the school colors, though outside of the school." The director, Robert Lieberman, said and Orion nodded as Nordling crossed his arms sternly to this.
"That makes two of us Rob, looking at these brats now, we see them far differently then how Stephen portrayed them as, compared to Matty and Josh. So this is what they turned into, 10 year olds that never grew up, still pulling sick pranks on unsuspecting bystanders." Sam Weisman said sternly in disgust and Charlie nodded. "Yeah that's it exactly and frankly here, on the inside we're Ducklings, but our feathers are growing and we're turning white now finally."
"But still ducklings with papa duck." he said and they both nodded as the duo looked at Orion gently and he smiled. "To go into that, if we went to check on them, we get off and our current schedule was assembled, we extend it to the 9 and everything is fine. Their parents and my mother know where we are all times, as dad was training us in the off season. As the next year we destroyed the hawks two more times, before Bombay got back." he said and they all nodded.
"Point taken, so from Josh's exchange with Emilio, to the first day of school, we already developed a connection, we're beyond close. After 6 months training, from March to September, we're beyond close now, we adjusted to being one mind in 17 bodies now. Working as one, the schedule is the same everyday and the first day of school, the quintet arrive. And are talking things over, waiting for the trouble to start in whatever happened." he said and Charlie nodded.
"If you're acting beyond irritated, after hearing a near vocal altercation, it's because I just contacted you a week prior telling you what the kids deflected repeatedly finally happened. And Porter and Daniels were the victims, resulting in sum number amount in damage. And these kids probation is the academy, you're the parole officer now." Jacobs said and he nodded. "Alright back on it, so if we have an accidental downhill, Charlie catches." Orion said and they nodded.
"Get a garbage can bag, I'm not touching this." Averman said in disgust at this and he nodded, as they grabbed a garbage can bag and they carefully picked it up. And threw it back in the bin that the bag came out of then. "Excuse me." Julie said as she left the pits and headed for the bathroom then and Charlie nodded gently. "You guys are some real sick little monsters, if that was a real rabbit, no one can take the carnage!" Walter said in disgust and the director nodded.
As Charlie threw some water from a water bottle on the spot to clean it up then. "This is what nearly wrecked our lives, just the other version, after meeting Bombay we changed forever. Before getting dad back now, as a result Les' and I changed and became respectable, but this is like said prank with the earth worms you plan to use on Sam now. But want to press your luck, but this, in hockey mode, is them picking on us, by stealing our lunches right now in truth."
"I spike mine and they cause a riot." Charlie said and Orion nodded sternly to that opinion. "I get it, but there it is, as they're forgetting where they are, and the lunch room supervisor. In confronting him, before he loses his temper entirely, and the battle prevented here. And by you running at me and we head off an assault and battery case, before they trash the locker room. You use the tank in my class room, said dinner and now the battle." he said and they nodded.
As she came back, as he rubbed her shoulder. "You okay kitty." he said and she nodded as she smiled gently as he hugged her. "Remember my side of the team Kitty, I get protective here, so follow my lead, our first game as Red squad, we got 20 more, before we start at the academy." he said and she nodded as she pressed her forehead to his. "I know, but my captain, wearing it or not, you're my captain brother, so my alpha." she said and he smiled as the sextet smiled.
"Hey Flyboy, ready to rock." he said and Adam smiled and nodded as they started getting ready for skating practice then and pulled a few moves that the actors would need. "Alright guys, come on, stop showing off here." Connie said smiling and Orion chuckled at that remark. "Well we're going to need this, in getting from Richfield to the Academy now, in skating. But this is like skating from the bus stop to Venice skating park." Tammy said and she nodded smiling then.
"Yeah Saturdays skating practice, building up our speed, while the rest of the week is hockey and scrimmage games on Fridays now. And we're advertising the skating gear while we're doing it now." Charlie said and the team nodded. "Well two versions of helmets, in line skating for the flight up up here to practice, while we use our hockey helmets for practice. Just keep an eye if we find another one here of this, guys." he said, pointing at the smash site and they nodded.
As they cleaned up the mess, though there a smear of stage blood on the street course. "Guys watch it, that's like water or oil if you're going too fast, you're going to skid out and crash." he said and they nodded, as Charlie started picking up the pace, as he did a round on the street. "Looking good kid, you know you keep that up, you have the makings of gifted in-line skater in addition to hockey player!" they heard from an in-line skating sponsor and he smiled at that.
As he did his own routine and Orion watched his son practicing then, while they had a few more players on the street, and Hendrix nodded gently. "Yeah gifted young athlete, he's going to be the star player and face of the team now, Ted." Buckley said, watching Charlie with his arms crossed as he smiled in pride at the way Charlie skated then. "And Greg that happens don't ever do that to me again, if we have the down hill end up in traffic." Charlie said and he nodded then.
"How many teenagers we got out here, if the competitions were for next month, before school lets out for spring break?" Orion asked and Charlie did a count. "Including us and the cast, we got 7 teams and an ultra sized version of the street right now for this. But at least no one is doing skateboarding right now, but this is pre spring break right now. But the competitions are next month, before school lets out for summer." Fulton said and they nodded gently at that.
"Who's got it this year exactly?" Walter asked and they nodded. "We do actually, and you can watch the tournament in action, before the finals." he said and they nodded. "Well currently I'm in between projects I got time to watch my sport of choice in action, before I do this. But I wind up nailing the railing, but like I said, after he decided not to finish out twice. Man I just don't get you here." he said and Erik and Charlie nodded. "Get in line, man." they said together at that.
"But my sense of honor comes first over personal glory, my friends come first over wining at all cost now, you swapped team leaders twice, only now Amy and Dave are on one team. You, Thuy and Austin are the other now, but the girls join in now." he said and Walter nodded gently then. "Yeah, yeah I know that, but we stick it out, Rangers to the end, Dave's never getting rid of us, as for this, I got some serious training to do." he said and the sextet nodded in agreement.
As they got back to work, and now after weeks of training, the team had reorganized. "Who have we got this time out of the 10 right now?" Connie asked and he smiled as he answered her. "We're playing the Jets this time right now, only now we're 8th grade Ducks, get ready, so with that, this time, we're using our training game that Alex and Gavin saw guys. But just put the brakes on Luis, slow it down." he said to him and they nodded smiling in agreement to that…
The Game And Fresh Starts-Nobody's POV:
"You think Oak Crest is the Jets, Charlie?" Josh asked him gently at this then and they nodded. "They, the following year, were the next to see Fulton's slapshot, so one of them jumps over the shot. If we both go it at the same time here and it gets shot across the rink and we're going to know. But Fulton reduced the shot slightly so he didn't get knocked in there by accident right now." he said and he nodded as they knew the game was that night then as they got ready.
As they came out and headed for their side at that. "Whoa check out the jerseys, they look better then the original ones they had." they heard from a member of the team. "Like us, they're playing for our counterpart academy, well this should be good right now. But looks like they gained 6 new players, I recognize the Halls and the Duncans, Guys if Reed is here, duck or dodge." their coach said and the sextet exchanged looks at that.
"Hey guys problem, you know their coach?" Dean asked and Charlie turned to get a better look as he saw the image of a gold outline of fighter plane on the red baseball cap. "Coach Griffon?!" he called out and the man nodded and they smiled. "Hey guys, Ricky that you?" Connie asked the leader who had a 'C' on shoulder and the teenager nodded. "Hey Rivers, good to see you man been a while?" Charlie said and the team captain nodded with a smile.
"Yeah it's the Jets alright, their coach then is their coach now, Adam's father is coach of their team, so like me and you're our coach. Richard Rivers is the team captain, they're going to be going to Pinehurst right now, dad." he said and Orion nodded smiling then gently. "Fulton, Portman enforcers, but we're going to yank out an adjustment or 2, but in the 3rd period. Then we're toying with them" he said and the 10 nodded to the orders smiling then.
"Anyone expecting trouble?" Adam asked and he chuckled. "After 3 weeks of training, while bringing in business, who wouldn't." Orion said and he nodded gently to his remark. "Bring it in guys." he said and they smiled as they knew what was coming then as the trio exchanged grins. '"Quack, quack, quack." they chanted as they heard it being echoed by their fans then. "Go Ducks!" they shouted together as they got into position as they got ready then finally.
"Evening everyone tonight's game is against the District 7 Jets, turned Oak Crest Cardinals." Josh Anderson, the announcer for the academy radio, said and Linda passed him a message and he nodded. "Once the District 7 Jets and soon to be are the Oak Crest Cardinals JV, the team that started Adam Banks's career the following season, as the Ducks star shooter. The teams are facing off for the first time, since Coach Orion took over for 2 years before the JGW Games."
"Starting in the face off is Adam Banks." Josh said and the ref looked between them and dropped the puck as Adam knocked it to Charlie who passed it to Averman and Adam moved it to position and fired off as he made the first shot then. "Watch the shot here, and hey who did that!" they heard as Linda turned around to see one of the parents drenched in soda. "Sorry dad, Adam startled me." they heard as the shot went flying.
And across the room, before getting knocked back in the other direction and it started going back and forth here. "Now why does this look familiar?" the ref asked bemused as every teenager saw the style and tried to keep from laughing at this. As the shot went flying and one of the players jumped over it to keep from getting hit. And before losing his balance as his right leg went out from under him as he got his legs under him.
And got back up as he moved back to center with a bemused smile as Orion tried to keep from laughing at that response. "Brecker, you better stop doing that, you're not using figure skates here, so jumping over said shots will cause someone to slip!" Charlie called out and they heard laughter start in the stands as Buckley hid a chuckle at his remark. "And the Duncans's are, so point taken." the captain said and everyone started laughing.
"I'm not a figure skater in addition to hockey player I never learned to balance my weight on skates like this, in order to make the jump without falling. But one that fast, you keep it up in said slapshot and the Duncans are going to run us over, Charlie. But listen wise guy we're not doing this all night in us jumping over said slap shots right now. So watch where you're aiming, in whoever fired at me here." the player said quickly at that then in response bemused then.
"Like getting hit by the pitch, so whoever is in the line of fire, get out of the way here!" The captain called out and they nodded. "Alright subject change, Rick it's me man, it's me!" Fulton called out and he looked at him as he tried to see through his face mask. "Rivers, 4 years, year 2, you saw his play in action man here, but the Varsity, nope." Charlie said to him and she quickly shouted it out to them. "Ricky, that's Fulton!" Connie said and the team quickly nodded.
"Oh god, we forgot right now, the other guys realize we aged in appearance and then see the shot after he takes aim, they'll know." his second in command said and their coach nodded. "Haven't played each other in 3 years, you guys and the others forgot the dangers of his shot Rivers, so he gets ready to shoot, get out of the way." Jesse said quickly and he nodded as the Rangers quickly nodded as their captain said it sternly.
"Great alright here we go again, alright guys, it's Reed, our game before the playoffs, so he gets ready to shoot, move!" The captain of the future Cardinal team called out to his team then and they nodded. "And what the heck is this exactly, you guys just messing around right now?!" the ref said and Orion tried to keep from laughing at that. "Any normal teenager knows this if you like hockey, but if there is one thing more dangerous right now in truth."
"It's the puck getting shot across the room, but that's a regular puck, if it was thinner then a normal puck, but a poker chip, it gets knocked off the table..." he started say and the shot got knocked into the wall and everyone behind the teams seating areas quickly leaned back in case it went ricchocheting off the bars. "And it's going to break a window next or worse, we have it hit the fire extinguisher and it's going to explode right now."
"Just exchange the rink for the arcade table and the sticks for the knockers." Orion said and the ex Jets, turned Oak Crest Cardinals, coach started laughing at that. "We hadn't played each other in years, so it's just testing them right now in all truth." Connie called out and the rest of the other players on their counterpart team were shaking in laughter at that. "Oh god, it gets hit from both sides and it's going to go flying across the room and against the wall."
"Come on, stop playing with each other, guys, let's play." The Cardinal's new coach said, and that stopped the messing around. "That was a disk the size of a poker chip, but the puck is thicker here." Orion said with a slight smile. "Not the air hockey knockers, but same difference right now, that watch where you both go it at the same time. And it gets knocked into the wall here kids." Hall said after it got hit from both ends at that remark.
And went flying across the room and hit the bottom of their compartment and both coaches exchanged bemused smiles as he said for both of them. "Nice we got a ice version of air hockey getting started right now." Orion said as the Cardinals new coach nodded with a slight smile at that remark, before the clash between both teams. Now had the shot ricocheting of the wall and smacked the window in response and they nodded.
As he looked over his shoulder at Casey who was trying to keep from laughing at this and he chuckled at that response. "Was that really necessary, guys?" Connie said over her shoulder to Charlie and Russ and they smiled as Jesse nudged her and she nodded. "Show time, pull!" Charlie said and Orion nodded. "Jesse, Terry, change it up." he said and Russ and Ken came back in as the team was finally matched to their beginning now.
As they started keeping the pressure on the Jets then, as they worked as one, making shot after shot, as the Varsity watched in shock at how fast they conformed. 'God why did we never listen to him, they're even better then we thought right now. We never let go of Reilly's training and Wilson is just like Reilly.' Captain Timothy Riley thought shaking, realizing his brother and their team didn't stand a chance against the Ducks now.
"You seeing it now young man, hmm, the Ducks games, under me have gone from plausible to absolute now with Charlie's father. But this is what happens when you allow change into your life, a little conformity now and again works wonders. But yeah, not whether you win or lose it's not about winning, but how you play the game." Gordon said to that look on his face, as he looked over his shoulder, as he watched the next game, that his students were playing then.
"They're in shock at how fast we conformed Uncle Ted." Connie said and he nodded gently. "Who wouldn't be, you adapted so quickly to my style in coaching, we're one mind in 18 bodies. These guys are going to get destroyed, as we practice everyday now, but like your brother said. If they have any chance of getting us, practice everyday." he said to her gently then. "Let's see if they take the bait though here, Uncle Ted." Guy said and he nodded smiling with a stern look then.
"You guys are my pride, but if he ever touches you like that, I'll do it myself baby." he said as he looked over his shoulder at Riley and Cole with a stern warning look. And they swallowed hard, realizing he was going to kill them for even getting near Tammy and Connie then. "Your sister is you at 7 years old, if I found you girls then, well this is me when I get overly protective. With 5 daughters and one is the baby of the family." he said and Tammy looked down, smiling then.
"Dead man walking, Coach?" Dean asked him and he nodded. "Yeah exactly, knowing you and Fulton are a two man wrecking, that helped right now. You and Fulton need to protect the girls while your brothers deal with the shooting here." he told him and he nodded. "And does my possibly throwing you into the stands not make a point, try it twice. You're getting thrown in the pool!" he said, raising his tone and everyone started laughing and Cole swallowed hard at that.
"Well that's one way to handle it without a black eye or broken nose and jaw, you just throw them in the pool next, as you know an altercation and black eye. Or just a broken nose means immediate expulsion right now, but there are other ways to defend yourselves. And without immediate violence, like death by humiliation, after you're looking like you fell. If you have a water bed and the damn thing was broken, you took a dunk in it." Orion said smiling, bemused.
"Just wearing the helmet, that helmet is going to get flooded with water, with the edge of the pool the same height as the water itself, but you are such an idiot right now." Anderson said sternly to that and Orion nodded in agreement. "That's a good way to drown yourself, by wearing a helmet, if you can't swim, young man. And because if the helmet gets flooded with water, where's your oxygen?" Buckley said and Cole paled, never once considering that thought.
"Ace Ventura style, if he charges you in the gym, if we got swim practice that day, and you're either dodging him or doing it again. And throwing him head first in there, after getting your back under his chest and throwing him in there?" Averman said and Connie started laughing at that. "Quick decision here, splash, hey Cole, you wet your pants here." Dean said through his own laughter and everyone started laughing at that and Orion nodded with an amused smile.
"Alright freeze here, what happened?!" Anderson said in response and he smiled. "Tried charging me, I threw him in the pool, Coach." he said and Orion nodded sternly. "Get changed and get to class, Cole, that's your last warning, leave my team alone!" he said sternly and they smiled. "At least that wasn't an altercation right now, but be careful kiddo okay." he said and he nodded as the others in the box with them were shaking in laughter at this conversation and he nodded.
"We know what we can't get away with, with you, but to us, you're our father, we all love you." Ken said smiling and he nodded gently him then. "This is actually what some cadets see about their drill instructor, as soon as the shields come down. They start growing attached to their mentors, and don't want to let go in all truth, but if this us now. Just imagine when I met you 6 two years ago, and I been with the 11 for 9." he said and they smiled at that thought then.
"The look on his cop friend said it all right now in truth, after he did that, 'you never know when to stop going to unconventional methods to arrest our perps, do you?'." Guy added and Orion nodded as Gordon covered his eyes then. "And to repeat this last remark, this is not a hockey game, it's turning into a circus. But you don't have to sink to their levels by pulling stunts like this, after Dwayne roped that guy." he said from behind them in the stands and they nodded.
"And we got a swimming pool on this campus, but whoever started it this time is the one who's seeping pool water all over the place after getting thrown in the deep end." Parker said with a chuckle and Buckley nodded with an amused smile then at that. "Well that's one way to handle the situation without an altercation and because the results here. Are someone got thrown in the pool or better the showers after a water fight breaks out." Hall said and Casey nodded, smiling.
"Check out the look on Riley's face, he just realized after 6 weeks worth of training and the 17 of us together, their brothers don't stand a chance. Now, when we been trained on a border-line professional level here and they wish they listened to you sooner. And conformed, and to quote you now, you're going to wish like heck you conformed sooner to his methods, Riley!" Adam said and Orion looked over his shoulder at that and saw his face had gone white at that remark.
"What 3 to 6 weeks worth of work causes, doesn't it, when you never allow yourself to be open to new training experiences." Orion said sternly with a smile. "From this example everyone, never letting a pro hockey player change your thinking here results in your ex opponents. Now becoming so good that your ex coach has no chance of defeating your opponents now. When they been trained on a borderline professional level, but based on this right now in truth, folks."
"I'd say it was a mixture of getting the entire team back in one piece, our team captain changing back from his tough guy demeanor to deal with the Varsity captain. And his rival now later on and the training itself that has the team become beyond good. That the JV Hawks will never stand a chance of defeating the Eden Hall Ducks, they better. Now put in a serious amount of work, or they're going to get destroyed right now in the JV/Varsity showdown at the end."
"And of this school, but we all agree we're ducks at heart, the Ducks show the true essence of Mr. Miyagi's philosophy in training now. But the Ducks, we're all Duck fans in the con Warrior side, to that preppie attitude, but the Ducks are what we are. For those of us living in Richfield, that's us, our peewee to high school team, and we can't wait now. We can't wait to have our team play on the high school level now." Josh said and the school crowd nodded smiling then.
In agreement, to his opinion. "See what happens when you refuse to change strategies, your opponents become so good now gentlemen. No one can get a shot passed them and vaguely make it on the board, but it's been years, the game changed since you started here. But like Ted said, you were once a Hawk, but now you're a Varsity, it's out of your hands. So try it, you forfeit the match for your brothers." Parker said from behind them then and they swallowed.
"This is from 3 to 6 weeks worth of training, Ted?!" he heard from a fast whispered remark from to him from Madigan and he nodded and she smiled in amazed approval. 'God baby, there's the you we know and we're relieved to know you'll be fine now with him, keep it up right now.' her sister thought smiling, and at how fast he changed from what they were all afraid of into this. As his shots were directly on target, the way he and her version worked together as one then.
As the parents of her version watched in delight and relief their version was staying in place, permanently, being their old selves again, as they worked in unison, after 6 shots. Orion smiled in approval at the way and how fast the team had taken to his methods in 2 months. 'Well Riley what do you think now, pal are we good or do we need to show it. As you're on your on your way out that door.' Adam thought with a stern smirk as he looked at him and his brother then.
And saw horrified looks of how fast they taken to Orion's training, after nearly 2 months work of training as Charlie nudged him and he smiled as they shot it to Jesse, who shot it to Averman. Who fired it back at him and he shot off and got another one and the Jets Coach nodded in amazement. "Charlie, DC switch 98, on the left, passed the red." Jesse called out and he nodded as Adam shot it to him and he shot and scored a second point and Casey chuckled then.
As, smiling, Orion nodded. "I'm glad our plays went into code, they have no idea what we're saying to each other here, as our plays were not in code or numbers. In the other two playbooks we created." Connie said to Orion and he nodded. "Yeah that and the fact you spent weeks on the new plays that these plays were not in the ones. Said that were in the ones stolen, these plays are something new and far more effective, baby, at the moment, as we choose new ones."
"But that's good, that's good, keep it up, remember defense guys." Orion said and the team nodded as they were showing what they learned. As the Varsity was watching in shock then to this scenario as two members of their team arrived. "We got the playbooks right now, including the coach's." Brown said and the Riley nodded, praying that was enough and Luis's eyes narrowed and signaled to Charlie. 'Nice try idiot, wrong ones.' Guy said to that news sternly.
