(Next Year - Wayne Enterprises Inc)
In a TV news channel, Bruce Wayne continues to speak to the judges and the world leaders but on a TV at Wayne Enterprises.
"It's been years since the Regime fell. Superman's behind bars... Damian, my own son, is there with him… But we can't ever forget why we put them there. We must stay vigilant."
Bruce Wayne looks down from his office at his city when his business manager, Lucius Fox enters and pauses the news relay then looks at his boss and friend.
"I thought your goal was to reassure people, Mr. Wayne," Lucius Fox states, "you're not alone in rebuilding Gotham and Metropolis. But if we don't change some minds soon…"
"Thought that's why you hired that overpaid PR firm, Lucius." Bruce replied.
"Convincing folks to move back to these cities is a lot harder when they're afraid someone's gonna knock 'em down again."
"Superman's never getting out," Bruce reminds him, "I made that clear."
"But Wonder Woman, Black Adam, Aquaman-they're still out there, somewhere, and seemingly immune to prosecution," Lucius reminds him about the other escapees before turning around, "I know you built Brother Eye to keep tabs on all those loose ends. But the public doesn't know."
"Brother Eye's secrecy is critical. Our enemies can't fight something they don't know exists."
"Well, then at least follow one bit of advice we paid those PR people so much money for."
"What's that?"
"Be a little less Batman, a little more Billionaire playboy. Get out around town in the daylight. And smile. Focus groups show people feel safer when they see you smile."
"Hmm"
That was when the phone started ringing.
"That would be your other job," Fox replied before giving Bruce one more piece of advice, "Bruce, consider widening your circle of trust. Nobody wins all by themselves. Not even you."
...
In a stairwell stands a man in green with a bow and quiver and a blond woman in black and fishnets. They are waiting for someone….
"As a reception area, this place needs a lot of work." The man jokes. That was when he and the blond woman looked up and saw Bruce walking out from the door.
"Dinah, Oliver, thanks for coming short notice," Bruce said with a smile.
"Heh, you're lucky we found a sitter." Dinah replied.
Green Arrow and Black Canary move towards Bruce, who presses against a wall, which opens it into a secretive elevator. All three of them enter into it. The elevator reaches Gotham Subway, which is now the BatCave.
"My great grandfather built the original Gotham Underground. But these days... it's the Batcave," Bruce said as he, Dinah and Oliver walked in further towards the system of bat-computers equipped with the latest Source Energy scanners, which searches the Multiverse for threats to their world and others, "And this… Is Brother Eye."
"More like the Eye of Sauron. Surveillance hub?" the alternate Oliver asked.
"It's more than that," Bruce explains, "A communications hub linking every satellite and server on the planet. It warns us when trouble's coming, and guides us when trouble's here."
"Must take a real genius to operate…" Canary replied before turning her attention to the person who was seated on the chair that was in front of Brother Eye.
"I dunno about "genius", but I do got a PhD!" The person spun the chair around while blowing bubble gum, revealing to be Harley Quinn herself. She then got up from her chair and hugged her best friend, "Dinah, Dinah's hubby! You sure came a long way…"
"A world away. But the change of scenery is nice." Green Arrow said with a confusing smile.
"I was surprised you called, Bruce. Things seem to be going well. So What's up?" Black Canary asks.
"Dismantling the Regime created gaps in global security. We're covering them where we can, but we're stretched thin. Vulnerable," He states before turning to Harley, "Harleen. Show them what you found."
"Right-o, Bats," Harley said before getting back into her seat and started typing, displaying the map of Africa with a red spot of an impending attack, "Gorilla Grodd. Everyone's favorite talking ape. He's got himself a band of bozos, calls em "The Society.""
"My mole in Gorilla City says Grodd's planning something big. But what, where, when, we don't know."
"One thing, we do know. Scarecrow's gonna ship Grodd a butt-load of fear gas from a hideout at Slaughter Swamp. Very mosquito-y."
"Good thing I packed my bug spray." Green Arrow jokes.
"I need you three to stop that gas before it gets to Grodd." Bruce said.
"Not joining us for the party?" Canary asks.
"Unfortunately, I can't leave Gotham without worrying the public." Bruce answers.
"Don't worry, Bats," Harley replies, getting off her seat and joining shoulders with Black Canary while both women walk away, "With this crew on the job, what could go wrong?"
Green Arrow then looks at Bruce, confused about what's happening, "I know I'm the new guy, but you really trust Harley?"
"She's a different person since Joker died," Bruce replied, walking away before stopping just a bit, "Mostly." He then walks away again.
Green Arrow doesn't seem convinced, especially when Harley grabs a knife and puts it behind her back while walking with Black Canary. However, since she has changed ever since Joker's death, he should give her a chance.
(Slaughter Swamp)
Harley Quinn, Green Arrow and Black Canary arrive at the Slaughter Swamp where a bunch of henchmen are packing crates from a shack. Harley, Black Canary and Green Arrow sneak to the shack unnoticed and look inside. They see Deadshot, talking to the man in charge, Scarecrow.
"Can they move any faster? I don't need Grodd takin' my head off cuz your boys are too slow." Deadshot complained, not wanting to die because of his 'partner''s mistakes.
"Fear not, Deadshot," Scarecrow assured him, "We'll be ready for tomorrow's attack."
"Tomorrow?" Canary asked herself, wondering what Grood was up to next.
"Cheeky monkey…" Harley muttered.
Suddenly, a bunch of vines grab the three and string them upside down. They tried to wiggle out, but it was no use. That was when a woman in a green-leaf-like dress outfit came from the shadows… Poison Ivy!
"Fancy meeting you here" Ivy said with a smile while looking at Harley who blew another bubble-gum.
Scarecrow heard what was happening, "Keep'em moving," He told Deadshot, "I'll see what's that about…"
"Red. I ain't seen you in forever!" Harley said, happy to see her best friend, "You here to take down these punks?"
That was when Scarecrow walked up to them after walking around, "Quite the catch, Ivy…"
"Red… You're with them?" Harley asked in sadness.
"Your man Bruce was supposed to take care of the Green," Poison Ivy explains, "All he's done is remodeled the concrete jungles of Gotham and Metropolis. Where I sit, there's not much difference between him and Superman…"
"You're a few cones short of a pine if you think your new friends care about the Green." Green Arrow argues.
"Grodd will keep his promises, or he'll be my next victim."
Harley had a sad look on her face, "Oh, Red. Why you makin' me do this?" She then picks her knife and cuts the roots tied to her. She then releases Canary and Arrow. Canary leaves to fight Scarecrow while Arrow goes to stop Scarecrow's men. Now, only Harley stands up to Ivy, "Let me get you outta here, girl. We can team up again. Drive all the boys crazy. Ya know? Like the old days…"
"The old days were fun," Ivy admits, "But these days I'm all business!"
HARLEY QUINN VS. POISON IVY
As much as Harley didn't want to fight her former best friend, she didn't had no choice in the matter. She was about to attack Ivy, but the green goddess grabbed Harley's arm and pulled her into a deadly, poisonous kiss. However, since Harley was immune to poison, it didn't affect her (although, she was love-struck from the kiss). Unfortunately, it was so discovered to be a trick as Poison Ivy used a vine to grab Harley by the throat and throw her into the ground on the other side.
Harley then quickly got up and gave Ivy a three-hit combo before shooting her with her guns (which didn't harm her opponent too much due to her powers). She then kicked her in the face two times before hitting her with a bat. She then throw her to the other kicking her in the stomach.
That was when the two of them clashed.
"Kiss me, lover!"
"Don't know if you deserve that kiss!"
Harley Quinn then won the clash and hit her opponent with her hammer.
That was when Poison Ivy quickly got up and attacked her with her vines then gave her a five-hit combo before throwing her again. However, Harley Quinn later got up fast and gave her former best friend a massive headache after giving her a 10-hit combo, thus defeating her and knocking her out.

"No more sleepovers for you!" Harley declares before running to the other part of the swamp to find her allies. That was when she saw Canary and Arrow coughing due to the fear gas released by Scarecrow.
"Face your fears…." Scarecrow said.
Harley only smiles, inhales the green gas and sneezes, "Please. I used to huff this stuff for kicks!"
"Then you'll appreciate my new formula" He replied before releasing a new formulated fear gas, which affects Harley a bit.
"H-Hey…." Harleen muttered, resisting the fear gas, but only for a bit. That was when she looked up again and saw Scarecrow in his true form - he takes an appearance of a tall, nightmarish creature, with features resembling those of a scarecrow and a skeletal corpse, his eyes and mouth glow bright orange, and has a a chained hook-like sickle.
"You have a high tolerance…." Scarecrow admits, "But everyone has something to fear."
HARLEY QUINN VS. SCARECROW
Scarecrow was going to re-open Harley's fear, even if it means stabbing her to do so! He already started attacking her with his chained hook a few times. He then grabbed her by the head and threw her from the other side. He then stabbed her in the arm and kicked her stomach. However, she quickly got up and hit him with her bat before shooting him with her guns.
She then attacked him with her hyenas that starting biting his body before moving out of the way so Harley can hit him in the head with her bat again.

"Ugh, instant hangover" Harley said while holding her forehead in pain and looking at Scarecrow, who returned into his human form.
"We're not…. Done yet" Scarecrow claims before throwing a gas bomb at Harley's feet. The smoke envelops her as she collapses.
She slowly gets hallucinated and believes now to be in front of Joker's cave. She hears someone laughing, a laugh she knows all too well.
"Puh... Puddin'?" Harley asked in daze and in shock, knowing that Joker was dead years ago. That was when the Joker himself appears out of the cave.
"Harley, darling! Look at you! Such a big girl!" Joker said, congratulations to his former assistant/girlfriend, "Cosplaying a hero. Larping in the Batcave. But you hear it, don't you?!"
"H-Hear what?"
"The real you, buried under the floorboards, scratch, scratch, scratching to get out! The one who'd cut her friends' throats…" Joker replies while pointing at Batman who was tied up in a chair, "And laugh about it!"
Harley appears in her original costume back in her days as a villain. She was smiling and walking towards the tied-up Batman while holding a knife close to him.
"Hehehehe... that's my girl!" Joker encourages her to do the deed. However, the look on Batman's face causes Harley to hesitate. Once she placed the knife down, Joker's expressions changed and he pointed his gun at Harley's head, "Oh, Harley. Always such a disappointment…. Why do I bother?!"
That was when Harley pushes Joker's gun aside and stands up to him, "Ain't no slick fella with a cheap suit and cheaper grin telling me who I am ever again. We had mad love, once upon a time. But, now that's over, Mistah J!"
HARLEY QUINN VS. THE JOKER
Harley wasted no time attacking her former boyfriend/boss, hitting with a 10-combo, five gun shots and three bat strikes. She then kicked him in the face and threw him into the other side.
However, Joker quickly got up and stabbed her with a knife (luckily, it didn't went too far in her but it still freaking hurts) and threw her into the other side. He then grabbed his crowbar and started hitting her with her a couple of times before kicking her in the face. He then tried to hit her again but she blocked the attack and the two clashed.
"I'll rip your lungs out, ya lousy creep!"
"That's my girl!"
Hearing that line once more caused Harley to get distracted, with Joker winning the clash and hitting her with a crowbar. He then attacked her again with her crowbar a couple of times. He was about to hit her once more, but Harley kicked in the stomach before shooting him a few times with her two guns, defeating him and ending her fearish nightmare once and for all.

"No one puts Harleen in a corner!" Harley declares before all the green smoke and the old Joker playground disappears.
She was back in the real world and back in her original hero outfit. She then got up and ran towards her teammates, "Let's go before it's anchors aweigh!"
The boats begin to leave. However, Green Arrow shoots a trick arrow, which explodes all of the boats. That was when something, or rather, someone, was coming out of the swamp.
"Solomon Grundy, born on a Monday! Christened on Tuesday! Married on Wednesday!" Solomon Grundy, former Regime member, glared at the three heroes.
"Grundy?" Canary asked in shock, "I thought he was arrested like the rest of them!"
"Grundy made deal with Bat!" Grundy explains, "Grundy stays in swamp, for helping stop Cape Man!"
"Well, that explains why you're in the swamp, huh. Big guy?" Arrow asked jokingly.
"Grundy stay in swamp! Grundy help protect swamp from bad people with Green Man!"
"Bad people?! What do you mean by that?! And what Green Man?!" Harley asked.
That was when the swamp was shaking violently. From behind them, a giant creature appears from the Swamp, who is none other than the Swamp Thing.
"This swamp is protected!" Swamp Thing declares.
"Swampy?!" Harley asked in shock, realizing that the 'Green Man' Grundy was talking about was the giant plant man himself, "I heard you were dead!"
"I guard the Green, plant life on Earth. As long as it lives, I cannot die!" He then sways his arm, attempting to hit all of them, but they dodged the attack.
"Swampy! Wait! It's not us you and Grundy wanna bash – We're the good guys!"
Swamp Things walks towards Harley while shrinking, "Good? Bad? I care little for humanity. But I do care... when my swamp burns!"
HARLEY QUINN VS. SWAMP THING
While Solomon Grundy was fighting Black Canary and Green Arrow, Harley had to deal with the Green Avatar. She was about to attack first, but Swamp Thing blocked and did a counterattack, bashing her into the ground a couple of times before throwing her to the other side.
Harley Quinn then quickly got up and started shooting him with her guns. She then hit him with her bat three times. She then kicked him in the stomach a few times before throwing him to the other side.
Back at the other battle, Grundy was defeated but Canary and Arrow realized that he was holding back. He told him how Billy Batson convinced him to stop the Regime and stop Superman a long time ago. After that, he left to Slaughter Swamp, staying there so he could serve his time after the role he did. Arrow then convinced Grundy to help them fight the real enemy, which he agreed.
Back in this battle, Swamp Thing was close to putting Harley into submission, but the former princess of crime was able take down the Green Avatar.

"Mama always said I had a black thumb," She said to the defeated Swamp Thing who was getting up, "Now, ya ready to be all ears? It's Scarecrow and his goons you and Grundy want. They're mixing toxic gas right in your backyard. We came to stop em!"
"Hmmm… I see!" Swamp Thing understands and uses his powers to tackle those goons firing at Canary, Arrow and Grundy. Scarecrow was able to escape, however, "If they return, we will be ready."
"Hey, Grundy, thanks for the back-up," Arrow said.
"Grundy thanks Arrow Man and Bird Woman!" Grundy replies while hugging Arrow and Canary.
"A-Arrow Man and Bird Woman Need Breathing!" Arrow reminds Grundy, who lets them go after hugging them.
"Grundy sorry."
"It's fine, Grundy" Canary replies, "I still don't like you, but you saved us so I'll give you a free pass. Besides, if you want to join our side, we'd like to have ya on a force of good for a change."
"Grundy thinks of what Bird Woman said."
"Aw, Swamp Thing, you are ah-mazing!" Harley declares while giving him a gentle pat on his left arm, "If ya ever want on the team, we'd love to have ya…"
"I would consider that, should our interests align," Swamp Thing admits, knowing that Batman's team cared for everyone and at least kept the Green safe from harm countless times before, "For now, go. This swamp must heal." He then walks back into the swamp and disappears.
"Grundy back to Swamp!" Solomon Grundy said, running back to the swamp and disappearing as well.
(Outer Space)
Kara Zor-El (a.k.a Supergirl) flies around Earth in Space.

(Kahndaq)
She flies to a place on Earth, named Kahndaq - The land of Black Adam. She walks while looking around, thinking she's safe. That was when Black Adam appears along with Wonder Woman and Blackfire.
"There she is." Blackfire said with a smirk.
"Kara! Where were you?" Wonder Woman asked in understandable anger.
"Just, in the clouds. Listening…" Supergirl lies.
"More like up in space and flying back down" Blackfire replies, knowing that she's lying.
"If someone saw you…." Black Adam was about to say.
"How many times have we told you? It's too dangerous outside Kahndaq!" Wonder Woman reminds her.
Supergirl sighs, "I spent decades lost in space, stuck in hyper-sleep until Adam found my ship. And now I'm cooped up here!"
"How can we make you more comfortable?"
"Let me out. Diana, you've taught me what my powers can do! This world needs help. Earth's people are so divided. They're always fighting….."
"That's how humans are…" Blackfire said, "They have lust, greed, hate, evil, and pride in their hearts."
"Indeed," Wonder Woman agrees with what Blackfire said before walking up to Supergirl and holding her hands, "And that's the world without Kal-El. Batman has eyes everywhere. He can't know about you until we're ready."
"I'm not afraid of some guy in a mask!" Supergirl argues while pulling her hands away and grunting in anger, "Ugh! I can bend steel with my bare hands!"
"So could your cousin" Wonder Woman reminds her.
"Well…. Well, what good are these powers if I can't even help Kal-El?"
"We will, Kara. Just like you and I freed Diana from Themyscira." Black Adam said, while reminding her of their last mission.
"Don't worry, babe, we'll save him" Blackfire replies while gently kissing her forehead which made the female kryptonian blush.
"The time will come. We'll save Kal-El. Free our allies. And Batman will answer to us." Wonder Woman said with determination.
Supergirl smiled after hearing her mentor's words.
