With his choice of getting both Ranko and Asia for his peerage. Diodora Astaroth was left with a choice that he was not really that pleased with having to make all of sudden.

He had to pay a brief visit to fallen angel Kokabiel. Not that it was that hard to do as he was close to the guy but they knew each other to a degree. Throughout his travels in corrupting holy maidens and nuns, he came across Kokabiel at various times.

They even team up a few times in the past as Diodora would go after the girl and he would go after the angel that sometimes accompany or waited over them. Those with excelled greatly as holy maiden or nun would sometimes have one around them.

Since Kokabiel thought Fallen Angels were superior not just to Angel but all races that existed. It would not be his duty to enlighten Angel to what he considered their truest and strongest form, his race was not born naturally(even though they can have kids that would be fallen angels. Are Fallen Angels are merely Angel that have fallen from grace for having 'impure thoughts'. So Kokabiel did for time to time cause other Angel to fall themselves.

In his mind, he was merely unreleased their true selves as being a Fallen Angel was the form they were merely to have. That was a something being kept from them even more so than the other greatest secret kept by the Angels in and around his generation. So with this in mind Diodora had a ploy that he could play to get Kokabiel to see things his way.

"Interesting so you want me to spare Ranko's life as you want her for your peerage along with this human called Asia," Kokabiel asked

"That is what I am asking as you do not have any interest in her merely what she has in her possession," he said

"That is true though what would I be getting from this deal?" he asked

"You get a chance to re-corrupt an angel as Raynare has reverted back to her old self," he told her

"Interesting if she has reverted back to her old self. Then it would be interesting to remind her that version of her is not her true self" the Fallen Angel replied.

Kokabiel was the one that caused Raynare to fall from grace in the past as his views cause him to seek out Angels that stood out as being the purest. Luring them to become Fallen Angels and then teach them how they should have always existed. If he though Fallen Angel were the strongest and purest form of an Angel. Those that stood out amongst them were the ones Kokabiel would target the most. Raynare was a case where exceptional proud of how she turned out. It had been so thorough that she could use her original self as a mere lure in getting others lowering their guard around her. So getting another chance to do that would most certainly be interesting.

"I also take that you want me to set up so that you can save both Asia and Ranko at just the right moment," he asked.

"If possible as that might be enough for Aisa but Ranko might take so more work since she does have what you are interested in acquiring" Diodora explained.

"To know just what her level is then would not be more interesting to have show off her stuff. Would not want to kill her as I will only hold back enough to prevent that from happening" he suggested.

"That would be wise as she might not be a normal human," the devil told him

Diodora than explained that he does not think that she is. What she does possess though is something that he desires to have corrupt her fully while bringing her under his control at the same time. A hand to his chest as there was a constant reminder of it forever imprinted on his chest.

This did interest the Fallen Angel as he wonders just how she would stack against the Wanderer. One of the strongest known human that was not a part of that group. It was also interesting how the two of them had not been scouted by them though he was after Ranko before she could be though.

"I have an idea as to why not use Riser Phenex as a test of her skills. With the way things are going with her, it likely that she gets involved with Rias Gremory very soon" Diodora said.

Kokabiel thought it would be interesting as before he was merely thinking about killing her straight out. No holding back and once that was done dealing with Rias and others before their families could get involved. However, now that he was going to let Ranko live to be taken by Diodora why not have some fun with her.

A human once took down a member of the Phenex clan before even if it was not permanent and they were not from the strongest family within the clan. The Wanderer took out that person. So it would be interesting to see how Ranko would fare against a Phenex.

"Though how will you go about to have that happen that will not lead back to either one of us," he asked.

"Since Ranko is more than likely getting involved with Rias soon. If things work out how I think they might Ranko will end up fighting against Riser in some form" Diodora said.
