Mew and her friends are now traveling through the Johto League to compete in the Johto League. They'll meet new friends and rivals, including meeting new Pokemon. And also meeting some familiar friends and rivals. They will also have new adventures through the Johto League.

79. Chapter 79

Episode 72: Trouble's Brewing

After Mew's successful win at the Ecruteak win, Mew decide to have a some lunch and trying to decide where to go next for their journey

"So where's the closest place with a Johto League gym, Brock?" Mew asks.

"Let's see," Brock says as he gets out a map, "We're about the same distance from two places. Mahogany Town and Olivine City."

Then Misty says, "I have an idea. Let's do a little sight-seeing now and decide about that later."

"Yeah, we could use a little downtime," Brock says.

"I think it sounds like a nice idea," Mew says.

Just then Misty says, "Hey!"

"Hey, what?" Tomo asks.

Everyone turns to where Misty is looking at as she says, "This poster!"

"It looks like one of those old fashioned tea ceremonies. It looks nice," Mew says.

"Really, it looks boring," Tomo says.

"I've always wanted to go to one," Misty says, and turns to her Pokemon, "You'd like to see a tea ceremony too, wouldn't you, Togepi? Sparkle?"

Togepi and Sparkle happily agree as an Eevee wanders by.

The Eevee calls out, "Eevee! Ee!" (?)

Everyone turns to see the Eevee in question.

Misty gets excited, "Oh, look, guys! It's an adorable little Eevee!" She rushes over and picks Eevee up, "Well, how do you do there, you cutie pie? Where did you come from?" and begins to hug Eevee, "Oh, you're so soft and cuddilicious!"

"Well, judging from its looks, it's gotta belong to someone 'cause it's been groomed," Brock says.

"I love all my water Pokemon, but it's nice to hug something fleecy and warm for a change," Misty happily says.

Then says, "I know." She then takes out her Pokeball and calls out her Eevee.

"Eevee," Misty's Eevee reply.

"Good idea," Mew says.

With that, Mew calls out Shiny Eevee and Eevee -Two. And Tomo calls out his Eevee.

All the Eevee gather to meet the new Eevee friend.

Suddenly someone calls out, "Eevee! Eevee!"

The Eevee turns to the sound of the voice and sees its trainer.

The trainer turns to see her Pokemon, "Eevee!" And runs up to Mew and the others, "I've been looking all over for you!"

The trainer who arrives is a young girl with magenta hair in pigtails tied with hair bands with pink balls, blue eyes. She is wearing a pink blouse, blur skirt, and yellow shoes.

Misty hands the Eevee back, "Sorry, it just showed up a minute ago."

"Oh, that's okay," The girl says, taking back her Eevee, "I only hope my friend here didn't cause you any trouble."

"Your cuddly, furry friend was no trouble at all," Misty says.

"All the Eevee agree.

"Well, that's a relief. Sometimes Eevee can be very naughty," The girl says, "Oh, I'm sorry! My name's Sakura!"

"It's very nice to meet you and your Eevee, Sakura," Misty says. Then introduces herself, "My name's Misty and these are my friends."

"Hi, Sakura. I'm Mew," Mew says.

Then Brock says, "And my name's Brock."

"I'm Tomo," Tomo says.

Jen waves, "Hi Sakura. I'm Jen."

"And I'm Molly," Molly says.

Then Misty points to the poster, "Hey! Maybe you can help us. Do you know where we can find the tea ceremony on that poster there?"

Sakura chuckles, "Misty, that's a tea ceremony my sisters perform."

"They do?" Misty asks, in surprise.

Sometime later, Sakura walks out wearing a red kimono.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, guys," Sakura says.

Everyone turns to see Sakura all dressed up.

"Wow, Sakura! You look really great!" Misty says.

"Oh, thanks, Misty," Misty says, "I have to greet the guests, but you guys go ahead and enjoy the tea ceremony."

Sakura then leaves them to look about the place.

"I feel like a time-traveler," Misty says.

Misty stares around the idyllic postcard of a hostel, with its guests and staff all dressed in traditional Japanese outfits. A lady appears before them dressed in her traditional green robes.

She bows and says, "We welcome you. We hope you enjoy the tea ceremony."

And Brock becomes lovestruck, "Ahhhh! It happened again! Cupid got me right in the heart! I declare you the most incredible creature who has ever crawled into a kimono!"

"Oh..." Sumomo replies, confused.

"In plain English, miss, you look rocking in those robes!" Brock says.

Sumomo is baffled, "Thank you."

Sometime later, Mew and the others watch a flower arranging class. The one teaching is another young lady wearing a yellow kimono. She teaches the class by placing a flower into a vase with other flowers.

"And here you can see how important proper placement is," The yellow kimono girl says.

"A flower class," Mew says.

"They sure are pretty," Misty replies.

And Brock has been lovestruck too, "AHHHHH! TWICE IN ONE DAY! CUPID IS WORKING OVERTIME! I've seen some intensely attractive young ladies, but without a doubt, you take the cake!"

"Huh?" The kimono girl says, confused.

Brock continues, and presents flowers to her, "But since I don't have any cake on hand, perhaps you'll accept this flower."

"Ahhhhhhh," The yellow Kimono girl says, confused.

After that, the group continues on Brock groaning suspiciously before they're interrupted by a musical noise.

Hey, listen!" Tomo says.

They look to see another Kimono girl, dressed in blue, is playing a complex looking stringed instrument, plucking on strings.

"What a beautiful sound," Misty says.

"It's really nice," Jen says.

And Brock has been struck again, "PLEASE NO MORE! MY POOR HEART CAN'T TAKE IT!" And approaches the girl, "I've seen some outstandingly beautiful girls, but you're the most beautiful one I've ever heard!"

"Huh?" The Kimono girl says, confused.

"And I sense something in your manner that's rather... Plucky!" Brock adds.

Mew and the others are dumbfounded.

Soon, Mew and the others find where the tea is served.

"Here's where they serve tea. Let's go in," Misty says.

They soon walk inside and meet another Kimono girl in a dark blue kimono.

Another Kimono girl says, "Welcome, honorable guests.

Everyone soon sits on their knees and bow to thank the hostess.

Then she says, "Please feel free to relax and enjoy the tea."

And Brock cries out, "AHHH FORGET THE TEA! I'M GOING TO NEED SMELLING SALTS!" and approaches the Kimono girl again, "I bet you brew awesome oolong, but you know, you really perk me up like a double-mochaccino!"

Misty finally grabs Brock by the ear, "Cool it, coffee boy. You're not her cup of tea."

Brock cries out, "Ow, my nose!"

With everyone settled down again, the tea ceremony begins, though Brock still can't help but dream.

"Hey, guys, with all these beautiful girls around I wouldn't be too surprised if the tea ceremony leads to a wedding ceremony!" Brock says.

Everyone replies confused, "Huh?"

Then the tea hostess says, "It's part of the custom to turn the cup around before you begin to drink from it."

Misty and the others do so while Brock simply sits staring at the pretty lady.

"You heard her, Brock! Turn around and drink!" Misty says.

Alright," Brock says.

Brock proceeds to turn around on the spot before drinking.

Misty sighs, "I should've known that was gonna happen."

Soon, Sakura shows up.

Sakura notices them, "Hi, guys."

"Sakura," Misty happily says.

"So, how'd you like the way my big sister makes tea?" Sakura asks.

Mew and the others look surprised to hear it.

Misty turns to the Kimono girl, "You're Sakura's sister?"

The girl nods her head and says, "Yes, I'm Satsuki."

"And there are more," Sakura says as she sits down

Soon, the other Kimono girls they've met before enter the room.

The green Kimono girl introduces herself, "I'm Sumomo, her other sister."

Then the yellow Kimono girl, "I'm Tamao, her other other sister."

And then the light blue Kimono girl, "I'm Koume, her last other sister."

Brock panics, "Guys! How am I going to pick my favorite sister without disappointing the others!?"

The sisters spot Brock and rush up to him, glaring down at him as he cowers behind Mew.

Sumono notices, "Hey, you're the guy who told me how 'rocking' I look in my kimono!

And Koume says, "He said I was the most beautiful girl he's ever heard."

"He gave me a flower, Tamao adds.

And then, Satsuki says, "I was his "mochaccino"."

Sakura turns to Brock, "Well, Brock, you certainly know how to compliment a girl."

Brock continues to cower behind Mew, "Mew, this is terrible, I want all of them and they all want me. Am I right?"

"You're half right," Mew replies.

The three other sisters sit down.

Then Sumomo asks, "Haven't you ever heard of the four beautiful tea ceremony sisters before?"

"Four beautiful sisters?!" Sakura questions, "What about me?!"

"Oh, you're a sister too, Sakura. You're just not beautiful," Koume says.

Mew giggles, "This sounds kinda familiar, doesn't it, Misty?"

Misty laughs and says, "Sounds like you have to go through exactly what I went through with my sisters."

"Huh?" Sakura says, confused.

And Misty says, "I'm the youngest of four girls and my sisters diss me, too."

"Does everyone focus on them and ignore you?" Sakura asks.

"Yeah!" Misty answer

"Then we have a lot in common!" Sakura says.

Meanwhile, back at the ceremony, Team Rocket is participating.

"I thought this would be a fun tea party, not a dull tea ceremony," Jessie says.

James turns his head, "Mmm, I've had more fun at dental appointments."

"And dere's so many strict rules and traditions," Meowth says.

Then James turns to Jessie, "Jessie, you always seem to know the right thing to say and do in these kinds of situations. So Meowth and I will follow your lead!"

Uh. Well, yes, that's a good idea..." Jessie says, and stares down her cup.

Then she grins and lifts the cup high, "TEA TIME!"

Jessie takes a giant gulp of tea, then roars in fury at the taste. The old lady and the tourists glare at her.

"I've never tasted anything like it!" Jessie says.

Meowth and James sit their tea.

Meowth comments, "It's like someting out of a bilge pump."

But with a slightly sludgy bouquet," James says.

Jessie replies, "It might be nice on ice?"

The old lady and the tourists glare angrily at Team Rocket.

Maybe these tea cakes will taste a little better," Meowth says

All of Team Rocket eat their respective tea cakes.

"They taste fine, but they're not exactly filling," James comments.

The Old lady replies, (ahem) A tea ceremony is about tradition and quality, not quantity.

"When it comes to food or money, we'll take quantity any day," Jessie says as she sneaks behind the lady and grabs a box

And find the motherlode of teacakes inside.

Jessie calls out, "James, Meowth, we've hit the snack-pot!"

She, James and Meowth soon begin to scarf the teacakes down.

The old lady rushes over, "Please! If you eat them all, we won't have any for other guests."

"First come, first served," Jessie says as she and the others continue eating.

Just then, a security guard rushes in and grabs Jessie in a full-nelson and tries to haul her away.

The security guard says, "Let's go!"

"GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME BEFORE I CALL A REAL COP AND SHUT THIS DIVE DOWN FOR GOOD!" Jessie cries out in anger.

Jessie physically hurls the security guard away, sending him crashing into a pot of boiling water. The commotion attracts Mew, her friends, Sakura and her sisters who come running.

"What was that?" Mew asks.

The old woman cries out, "Sakura, help us!
Seeing then, Sakura demands, "Who are you three and what do you think you're doing?

Team Rocket are still busy scarfing down teacakes when they spot the 'twerps' and the others. And begin the motto with cake in their mouths.

Jessie: (through a mouthful of cake)

Mmmmr-rare mor rubble!

James:

Mmman mame it dummel!

Jessie:

To protek ma worl frum defamashin.

James:

To u-nigh more peemels wifim our nachim.

Jessie:

(gulp)... to denounce the evils of truth and love.

James:

(gulp)... to extend our reach to the stars above.

Jessie:

Jessie.

James:

James.

Jessie:

Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light.

James:

Surrender now, or prepare to fight.

Meowth:

Meowth, dat's right!

"It's Team Rocket!" Tomo calls out.

"Not you again!" Misty adds

Then Jessie says, "I don't care who you are, I want you out of here this minute!"

"Ha!" Jessie laughs in remark and throws her Pokeball, "Go, Arbok!"

And Arbok comes out.

Then Sakura throws her Pokeball, "You wanna battle? You got it!"

Koume does the same, "I choose you, Flareon!"

Then Tamao, "I choose you, Umbreon!"

"I choose you, Vaporeon!" Sumomo says.

And lastly Satsuki, "I choose you, Jolteon!"

Soon, all Pokemon come out of their Pokeballs.

"They're Pokémon trainers, too!" Tomo says, surprised.

"They're also Eevee trainers!" Jen adds

Jessie cheers, "Hooray!"

"These girls have almost the complete Eevee evolution ensemble!" James happily says.

And Meowth says, "Now's our chance to capture nearly the whole set!"

Sakura calls out, "Go! Tackle Attack, Eevee!"

Eevee charges in.

Then Jessie calls out, "Stop it with your Headbutt, Arbok!"

Arbok dashes in and nails Eevee.

Sakura calls out, "Eevee, try a Sand Attack!"

Eevee kicks up some sand with its hind legs, but Arbok simply turns around to block it.

"Arbok, use your Wrap attack!" Jessie calls out.

Arbok begins coiling around Eevee, lifting it into the air.

Sakura cries out, "Eevee!"

Arbok begins squeezing the little Pokémon before tossing it away.

"Eevee!" Sakura rushes over and picks up her Eevee, "I can't believe they did this to you. Girls, hurry! Do something!"

"We can handle this!" Mew says.

Misty then throws her Pokeball and calls out, "Go Vaporeon!"

"Alright Glaceon! I choose you!" Mew says and throws her Pokeball.

Tomo also calls out, "Umbreon! Go!"

All Pokemon come out of their Pokeballs.

James throws his Pokeball "I choose you, Weezing, go!"

And Weezing comes out.

James calls out, "Use Smog attack!"

Weezing launches the attack.

Misty calls out, "Use Bubble Beam!"

Vaporeon launches the attack, disperse the Smog.

Mew calls out, "Glaceon, use Icy Wind!"

"Umbreon, use Dark Pulse!" Tomo calls out.

Both of them launch the attack and send Team Rocket flying.

James cries out, "Next time we decide to go to a tea ceremony, let's change our minds!"

"We're blasting off again!" Team Rocket screams as they are blasting off again.

Later, Misty and Sakura are talking, along with Togpei, Sparkle, and Eevee who are playing together. Molly is with them too as she cleans her egg.

"Being the youngest has some advantages," Misty says.

"I guess so, but having three older sisters isn't as bad as having four," Sakura says.

And Misty says, "I've got to admit, I miss them sometimes. Maybe I'll go back some day."

"So you've been traveling with your friends for a long time," Sakura says.

Misty nods her head, "They're like my new family."

"Then you must be a Pokemon trainer, too," Sakura says.

"Yeah," Misty says, "I want to learn everything there is to know about water Pokemon and become a water Pokémon master."

And Sakura says, "You know what? I've always dreamed about competing in the Johto League. It must be exciting visiting new places and meeting new Pokemon."

"It can be tough sometimes, but traveling with Mew and the others is great. We see lots of interesting things, and see lots of interesting Pokemon, too," Misty says.

Sakura picks up Eevee, "Well, I wonder if I could ask you something, Misty."

"Sure, go ahead," Misty says.

Sakura says, "I've always wanted to go on a Pokémon journey, travel around and see the world. But I never wanted to do it by myself. But maybe if I went with you guys…"

"That might not be a bad idea!" Misty replies.

"Yeah. You can come with us," Molly says.

Just then, Molly's egg begins to glow, catching the girls by surprise. Soon, the Egg begins to crack.

"Your egg is hatching!" Misty says, surprised.

And soon enough, the Egg bursts as the Pokemon rushed over. And hatched out of the Egg is a little Eevee.

The Eevee happily says, "Eevee!"

"Yay! My Eevee hatched!" Molly happily says.

"Eevee!" The Little Eevee says.

Molly picks up Eevee and says, "Hello."

"Eevee," (Hello.) The Eevee says.

"Congratulations Molly. You got your own Eevee," Sakura says.

"Yeah. I'm sure the others would love to meet it," Misty says.

Sometime later, at the bridge.

"Hey, Misty!" Mew calls out.

The girls turn to see Mew and the others, and Brock and Tomo are holding grocery bags.

"We've found this great little store that sells all kinds of Pokemon medicine so we stocked up on lots of the stuff we needed," Brock says.

"That's great news, Brock," Misty says, "Especially since we may have another Pokemon to take care of."

Everyone becomes confused.

"Is Sakura's Eevee sick?" Tomo asks.

But Sakura says, "What Misty means is I want to go to the Johto League with you, if that's okay."

"Sure, it's okay with me, Sakura," Mew says.

"Yeah, the more the merrier, I say," Brock says.

"It will be fun," Tomo says.

"Yeah," Jen says, "It'd be fun to have you come."

Sakura is happy to hear it, "Oh, thank you! I have a dance performance for a tour group tomorrow afternoon and I'll break the news to my sisters as soon as it's over. I'm gonna have to ask their permission to go with you. Please be there."

"Okay," Misty says.

Then turns to Molly and her Eevee, "By the way, we got a new Eevee in the group."

"Hey, your Eevee hatched," Tomo says.

"He's really cute," Mew says.

"He is. And I promise to take good care of Eevee," Molly says, and picks up her Eevee.

The next day, everyone is at the dance performance and all goes well until Sakura drops her umbrella.

"She dropped her umbrella," Misty says.

Sakura picks it back up and continues on.

Later, after the show, Sakura is telling her sisters her decision)

"You know how much I love Pokemon, and you don't need me here, please let me go with them!" Sakura begs.

Tamao asks, "Why is it so important?"

"I want to compete in the Johto League and be a Pokemon master!" Sakura says.

"Why now?" Satsuki asks.

And Sumomo says, "You haven't even mastered everything in a tea ceremony yet."

"That's right," Koume says, "If you can't master an umbrella, how can you master Pokemon?"

"Oh, please, let me!" Sakura begs. Then turns to Misty, "Help me, Misty."

"We'll take good care of her, I promise," Misty says.

And Brock says, "I may not look very trustworthy, but I come from a humongous family, so, believe me, I know how to take care of kids."

"It'd be like Sakura having two brothers and four sisters with her all the time," Mew says.

Even the Pokemon are supporting it.

The four sisters are thinking about it.

"Well, you did help us get rid of that terrible Team Rocket," Tamao says.

"Then you're gonna let me go with them?" Sakura asks.

But Tamao says, "Before we say yes, we want to see how good your friends are with their Pokemon. If they can beat us in a Pokemon battle, we'll let you go with Misty and her friends if you want."

"Okay! We're gonna win that battle, aren't we, guys?" Mew says.

"Pika!" (For sure!) Pikachu says.

"Eevee!" (I agree!) Eevee says.

Soon, the competitors are set and ready.

"I know we ignore her, but I'd miss Sakura if she went away," Tamao says.

Satsuki turns to her sisters, "Let's see if our sister still wants to go after we have our battle."

Then turns to Mew, "How about three one on one Pokemon battles? Any three of you against any three of us!"

"Bring it on!" Mew says.

Sakura happily says, "I'm counting on you guys."

"Don't worry," Misty says.

"I'll get things started," Sumomo says and throws her Pokeball, "Vaporeon, go!"

And Vaporeon comes out, "Let me go first, Mew. I can handle a water Pokemon like Vaporeon with my Vaporeon! Go!"

And soon, Misty's Vaporeon comes out.

Misty calls out, "Vaporeon, use your Tackle attack!"

"Tackle attack, Vaporeon!" Sumomo calls out.

Both Pokemon collide, resulting in a stalemate.

Sumomo calls out, "Vaporeon, use your Sand Attack!"

"Vaporeon, dodge using Quick Attack!"

Sumomo's Vaporeon kicks up some sand with its hind legs, but Misty's Vaporeon uses Quick Attack to dodge.

Then Misty calls out, "Now, use Aurora Beam!"

Misty's Vaporeon uses Aurora Beam.

Then Sumomo says, "Vaporeon, Quick Attack!

Vaporeon darts forward like a rocket and nails Misty's Vaporeon, knocking it into a small river.

"I thought all these girls could do was make tea and arrange flowers, but they put up a pretty mean Pokemon battle, too," Brock says.

"We'll beat em," Mew says.

"Okay, Vaporeon, let's get em with your Water Gun!" Misty says.

Misty's Vaporeon leaps out of the river and ready to attack.

Then Sumomo calls out, "Vaporeon, Water Gun attack!

Both Vaporeon fire their Water Guns, resulting in a stalemate)

"It's a stand off," Tomo says.

"Not for long," Brock says.

Then Sumomo calls out, "Vaporeon, Aurora Beam!"

Before Misty can call the next attack, Sumomo fires Aurora Beam and sends Misty's Vaporeon flying and send her back into the water, until it resurfaces knocked out)

Misty calls back Vaporeon, "Vaporeon, return."

And Vaporeon has been called back into the Pokeball.

"Good work, Vaporeon, we win the first round," Sumomo says.

"You tried," Sakura says.

"Sorry," Misty apologizes

Then Satsuki comes forward, "I'm up next. Go, Jolteon!"

And Jolteon comes out, "I can handle this battle." Then throws her Pokeball, "Come on out, Eevee."

And with that, Shiny Eevee comes out.

"Eevee!" Shiny Eevee happily says.

But suddenly, sand rises up before clearing to reveal 5 boxes lined up in a row with different colored curtains over each one, a rope rises from the row of boxes up to a green basket hovering in the air supported by a Meowth balloon.

What's that?" Koume asks.

And soon, Jessie appears, "Didn't expect us back so soon, did you, girls?!"

"It's Team Rocket again!" Tamao and Mew call out.

"That's right, sister!" Meowth says.

And Jessie says, "We came for your Eevee."

"And their evolved little friends," Meowth says.

Then James says, "Get a load of this, girls."

Then Jessie explains the cage, "A shock-proof cage for Jolteon, a bubbly cage for Vaporeon, a heat resistant cage for Flareon, a cute cage for Eevee, and a stark white cage for Umbreon, so it's full colors can stand out."

"We forgot to resoive a room for Pikachu and Eevee," Meowth says.

"We'll just have to have Pikachu check into the Jolteon suite," Jessie says.

"And the twerpette's Eevee can be in the other Eevee suite," James adds.

Mew refuses, "Nobody's checking in, you're checking out!"

"Pikachu and the Two Eevee agree, (And fast!)

Then James throws his Pokeball, "I choose you, Victreebel, go!"

Victreebel comes out and bites James in the rear.

"You won't beat us today!" Sakura says, and throws her Pokeball, "Go, Eevee!"

Eevee soon comes out.

James calls out, "Victreebel, use your Vine Whip attack!"

Victreebel launches the Vine Whip and hits Eevee hard.

Then Sakura calls out the next attack, "Eevee, use your Tackle attack!"

Eevee recovers and charges in.

Then James calls the next attack, "Tackle it head on, Victreebel!"

Victreebel charges in and Tackles Eevee, proven to be stronger.

Sakura cries out, "Eevee!"

"Victreebel, Vine Whip!" James calls out.

Victreebel uses the Vine Whip to snag Eevee.

Then James says, "Now throw it in its cell, Victreebel!"

Victreebel does so and cages Eevee.

"Well, Victreebel, stealing Eevee is easy!" James happily says with confidence.

Sakura soon begins to panic, "Team Rocket's gonna take Eevee away! Misty, what should I do?!"

"Stay calm," Misty says.

Then Mew comes in, "I'll get Eevee back for you, Sakura! Let's get them, Eevees." and Mew also calls out Eevee-Two.

All three come into the scene.

James calls out, "Okay, Victreebel, Vine Whip it!"

Victreebel launches the attack, but both Eevee dodge.

Mew calls out, "Silver Eevee, use Swift!"

Shiny Eevee uses Swift Attack and nails Victreebel.

Then Jessie calls out, "Arbok, go!"

Arbok materializes in front of Arbok.

Misty then calls out, "Eevee, Staryu, I choose you!"

And both Misty's Eevee and Staryu come out.

"Staryu, use your Tackle attack!" Misty calls out.

Staryu performs the attack, sending Arbok flying into James and sending James right into the cage meant for Umbreon.

Then Misty says, "Eevee, use Tackle Attack!

Misty's Eevee performs the attack, sending Arbok right into the cage meant for Jolteon.

"Alright Eevee, Triple Take Down Attack!" Mew calls out.

Then both Eevees perform Take Down. sending Victreebel at Jessie and sending both it and her into the cage meant for Flareon.

"Nice work guys!" Mew happily cheers.

Both Eevee happily say, "Eevee!"

Suddenly, Shiny Eevee begins to glow as some strange ribbon flies from Eevee's neck and wraps around Mew's wrist. Soon, Eevee begins to glow and change, meaning Eevee is evolving. Now a quadrupedal, mammalian Pokémon covered with pale cream-colored fur with light blue feet, ears, and tail. It has light pink eyes, long ears with pink interiors and thicker fur, a tiny nose, two stray tufts of fur on top of its head, and two pointed teeth which can be seen when it opens its mouth. There are two bows on its body: one at the base of its left ear and one at its neck. Each bow is pale cream with a light center and trails a pair of ribbon-like feelers. The feelers are pale cream, and end at the tips with a light stripe, then a dark pink stripe, and then a pink color. It has slender legs with small, three-toed paws and a fluffy, slightly curved tail.

Mew says, "Eevee has evolved into Sylveon."

She takes out her Pokedex, and Dexter says, "Sylveon, the Intertwining Pokemon, and the evolved form of Eevee. A Fairy Type. Sylveon wraps it's ribbonlike feelers around its Trainer's arm because this touch enables it to read its Trainer's feelings."

Soon, Meowth finds himself surrounded.

"I'm gonna go to my room!" Meowth says and backwards into the cage meant for Vaporeon.

Jessie shouts, "Get out of there, Meowth, that's for Vaporeon."

Then Tamao and Tomo call out, "Umbreon, I choose you!"

Then Tomo also calls out, "Eevee, I choose you too!"

Then both Umbreon and Tomo's Eevee come out.

Tomo and Tamao call out, "Use Agility!"

Both Umbreon then smash right through the Eevee cage, and Tamao's Umbreon rescues Eevee in the process.

"Eevee!" Sakura says.

Soon, Misty and Tomo's Eevee turn to their trainers and speak to them.

Tomo turns to Misty, "Sounds like our Eevees want to evolve."

"Really Eevee?" Misty asks.

Misty's Eevee nods, "Eevee Eevee," (Yes. I want to be a Glaceon.)

"Eevee Eevee," (And I want to be a Leafeon.)

"Your Eevee wants to be a Glaceon, and mine wants to be a Leafeon," Tomo says.

"Sure Eevee," Misty says and brings out an Ice Stone.

"Okay," Tomo says and brings out a Leaf Stone,

Both Misty and Tomo tap the stones on the two Eevee's. Misty's Eevee becomes Glaceon and Tomo's Eevee becomes Leafeon, a mammalian, quadrupedal Pokémon. Its body is tan with dark brown paws. It has a multitude of small green sprouts growing all over its legs, chest, and back, with the longest one on its head, in front of four tan tufts of fur. Leafeon's green ears and tail resemble tattered leaves. It has brown eyes and a small, brown nose.

Soon, everyone gathered together, and Team Rocket found themselves surrounded by Eevees and their evolved forms. Mew's Eevee, Eevee-Two, Sylveon, and Glaceon. Misty's two Vaporeon and Glaceon. Tomo's Umbreon and Leafeon. Along with Sakura's sisters' Eevee Evolutions are ready to attack.

Soon, Everyone shouts, "Let them have it!"

Soon, all the Eevee and Eevee Evolution Pokemon fire their attacks, destroying the balloon, and sending Team Rocket flying.

Team Rocket cries out, "Not again!"

"Wow, they're...all much better trainers than I am," Sakura says, astonished.

Sometime later, the battle continues.

"Now that Team Rocket's gone…" Brock says.

"Let's finish the battle!" Mew says.

"Battle hard, okay, Sylveon?" Misty calls out.

"Sylveon!" (I sure will!) Sylveon says.

Satsuki calls out, "Jolteon, use your Thunder Shock attack!"

Jolteon then fires the attack with amazing speed.

"Dodge it, Sylveon!" Mew calls out.

Sylveon dodges the attack skyward.

"Sylveon, use Fairy Wind!" Mew calls out.

Shiny Sylveon launches the attack.

Then Satsuki says, "Jolteon, use your Thunder Wave!"

Jolteon does so to protect itself.

"Sylveon, use your Tackle Attack!" Mew calls out.

Sylveon charges in and strikes at Jolteon.

"Quick, Sylveon, use Dazzling Gleam!"

Sylveon uses Dazzling Gleam and lands at Jolteon as it recovers. Jolteon seems to be unscathed, but soon falls, unable to continue.

"Jolteon lost!" Satsuki says, shocked.

"Alright Sylveon!" Tomo cheers.

Sakura and Eevee are amazed.

"Mew's Sylveon's even tougher than my sister's Jolteon," Sakura says.

Jolteon is recalled.

"We're even. One to one!" Mew says.

Sumomo then asks, "Which one of us should battle last, Satsuki?"

"We have to win this one. Tamao, we'll go with you and Umbreon," satsuki says.

But Sakura says, "Wait! I changed my mind. I don't want to leave anymore."

But why not?" Misty asks.

"Because, I'm not ready," Sakura says, "If it hadn't been for you, I would've lost Eevee to Team Rocket. And I still have a lot to learn about Pokemon."

"But you'll learn a whole lot about Pokemon if you come with us, Sakura," Misty says

Yeah, come," Jen says.

But Sakura explains, "I'm sure I'd learn a lot from you and all the other trainers we'd meet, but if I go with you, you know I'd only get in your way. I'll go on my own journey when Eevee and I get stronger."

"Good decision," Satsuki says, "I think that proves you're getting stronger already. None of us is against you wanting to go out on your own and compete in the Johto League, but even when you decided you wanted to go, you had to rely on Misty, Mew, Brock and the others to persuade us to let you. In a Pokemon battle, you have to be strong enough to have faith in yourself. Isn't that right, Mew?"

"Right," Mew says.

And Brock says, "And the best way to get that is usually with experience."

"No matter what you think, Sakura, we love you and we're your biggest fans and we'll be the first ones to cheer you on as soon as you're strong enough to start a journey on your own," Satsuki says.

"I know," Sakura says with a nod.

Misty asks, "Are you sure about this, Sakura?"

"I'd love to go with you, Misty, but my sister's right. Eevee and I have a lot to learn first," Sakura says.

"Okay," Misty says.

"Maybe sometimes, when you guys aren't too busy, you can help Eevee and me with our training," Sakura says.

"You bet," Satsuki says.

The other sisters nod.

Sakura nods, "This is gonna turn out just fine."

Later on, Mew and her friends leave the city and find a fork in the road.

"Well, guys, here's what the guidebook says. One road goes to Olivine City, and the other goes to Mahogany Town," Brock says.

Then Mew asks, "Which one do you think is better, Brock?"

"They both have Johto League gyms, but Olivine City, is at the beach!" Brock says.

Misty grows excited, "A beach! Sun, sand, sea and lots of great water Pokemon, too!"

"Olivine City, here we come!" Mew says.

"Pika Pika! ("Cowabunga!) Pikachu happily says.

"Well, maybe I'll make it there someday," Sakura says.

"I know you will, Sakura," Brock says.

Then Misty says, "Well, good luck, Sakura.

"Thanks, Misty. And good luck to you," Sakura says.

"See ya," Mew says.

Soon, Mew and her friends take their leave to Olivine City.

Sakura says her goodbyes, "Bye! See ya!"

Mew and the others say goodbye as they leave Ecruteak City and head to Olivine City, and surely lead to more adventures.
