Episode 109: A Corsola Caper!

Continuing their adventure towards Red Rock Isle for the Whirl Cup Competition, Mew and her friends are now at the second of the Whirl Islands, Yellow Rock Isle. Soon, they arrive at the port town of Megi City. The group are now walking down the streets of Megi City.

Looking at the guidebook, Brock says, "Hey, guys. Listen to this: 'Yellow Rock Isle relies on many types of Pokemon to power its fishing and farming industries.'"

Soon, Misty spots something, "Oh, wow! It's true! The rocks really are yellow!"

Everyone turns to see what Misty is talking about.

"Wow," Mew and Jen say, amazed.

"It's easy to see how it got its name," Brock says.

"All the rocks are really yellow," Molly says.

Tomo looks at the streets and says, "Even the street's yellow."

"Skwovet," (Sure is.) Skwovet agrees.

As they walk down the street, they soon walk to a display table and spot some statues on it.

"Hey, guys, look!" Misty says. She picks up one of the statues and says, "So pretty."

"Wow. They all look so nice," Molly says.

"And sparkly," Jen says.

"Hey, I wonder what that stuff's made of," Mew says.

The shopkeeper walks over and says, "Those Corsola horn art pieces sure are beautiful, aren't they?"

That causes the group to become confused.

"Huh? Corsola horns?" Misty questions, looking at the statue.

"Yeah. That's right," The shopkeeper says, "Every year, Corsola shed their horns and we use them to make these pieces."

"All this beauty, from a Corsola," Misty says with sparkles in her eyes.

Sparkle and Togepi are amazed by it too.

Misty is even more excited, "Wow! I've got to get one for my own!" she places the statue down and declares, "End of discussion. I'm GOING to catch a Corsola!"

The shop attendant spots Pikachu and Sparkle.

"Excuse me. I really like both of your Pikachu," The shopkeeper says.

"Oh, thanks," Mew says.

"Thank you," Misty says.

Then the shopkeeper says, "It's just that, Yellow Rock Islanders are partial to yellow Pokémon."

"Pika Pika! (It's my color!) Pikachu says.

Then Misty says, "Well, I suppose I could show you another one of my yellow Pokémon."

And right on cue, Psyduck comes out of his Pokeball on his own.

"How's that?" Misty questions.

The shopkeeper happily says, "What a cute little Psyduck!"

"Psyduck." (Thanks.) Psyduck replies.

"Wasn't that a sweet thing to say?" Misty replies.

Just then, Psyduck waddles off.

And Misty quicky follows, "Where're you going? You can't just go wandering off by yourself."

Psyduck heads into an alley with Misty following it.

"You're going to get lost again, "Misty says.

Soon, Misty follows Psyduck all the way to the beach.

"Now where'd you run off to?" Misty questions.

Psyduck soon reveals himself, but looks panicked.

"Psyduck, what's going on with you?" Misty asks.

Everyone else shows up.

"Misty, what's wrong?" Tomo asks.

"I can't tell," Misty answers.

Psyduck continues panicking and pointing to the sea.

Mew questions, "What's this about a floating house, Psyduck?"

Everyone looks out on the water and sees a house on the water.

"Wow. I don't think I've ever seen a floating house before. Cool!" Misty says, amazed.

However, they notice something is wrong. There is a Pink Corsola shouting along with a pink one.

They also notice another Corsola with it, but it's different from the other one. Its body is a bleached white with half-closed pink eyes and a perpetual frown, and its arms and branches have a distinctly semitransparent appearance to them.

The girl cries out, "HELP US, PLEASE!"

That's when Mew and the others realize that the girl and the two Corosla are actually in trouble.

Brock cries out, "They're being swept out to sea!"

"Guys, we gotta help!" Misty cries out.

"We have to get to her!" Mew says.

Misty turns to see a source of transport, "Look! We can use that boat!"

The gang looks to see a speed boat at the docks.

Soon enough, the gang are on the speed boat for an important rescue with Brock driving the boat.

"You have to go faster, Brock! We don't have much time!" Misty says.

The group continues to speed on the speed boat to the house. The floating house continues to head out to sea as it's heading towards…

Mew cries out, "Guys, looks up ahead!"

"It's a whirlpool!" Misty says.

"I see it!" Brock says.

"We gotta hurry!" Tomo says.

As the little girl screams, the boat tied to the porch of the house breaks and gets sucked into the whirlpool before breaking up. The little girl cries in fear. And soon, the house along with the girl and two Corosolas are next.

"We'll never make it!" Brock says.

"Oh, yes, we will!" Mew says, and brings out her Pokeballs.

She throws her Pokeballs and calls out, "Victreebel, Bulbasaur, Bayleef, I choose you!"

And with that, the three Grass Pokemon come out.

"Alright, all three of you together, use your Vine Whip, now!" Mew calls out.

All three Pokemon use Vine Whip and grab the porch of the house.

"Great aim," Jen says.

"Yeah!" Brock says

"Let's get some help," Tomo says.

"Yeah," Jen says.

"I agree," Misty says.

With that, Tomo, Jen, and Misty call out their Water Pokemon. Misty calls out Tirtouga, Golduck, and Lanturn. Tomo calls out Sealeo, Dew the Totodile, and Aqua, the Squietle. Jen also calls out her Quagsire.

"Everyone, help push the house from behind while Mew's Bulbasaur, Victreebel, and Bayleef pull.

With that, the Water Pokemon swim behind the house and begin to push it while the three Grass Pokemon land on the speed boat as it changes direction. Soon, they managed to get the house away from the whirlpool just in time.

"Yes! It worked!" Brock says.

Soon, the house is ashore and the house is safe. Soon, they meet the little girl they rescue, who has brown pigtails and wears a yellow dress. They met an older girl with long brown hair in a ponytail and wearing a blue sun dress, and a man wearing a blue shirt, teal blue apron, gray pants, and dark brown hair.

The man says, "We're so grateful to you."

"You saved my little sister," the young woman says.

The man turns to the girl, "You're a lucky girl, Mika."

"But how can we ever thank you?" The young woman happily says.

Brock approaches the young woman, "My dear, you already thank us with that wonderful smile of yours. Hi, I'm Brock. And although I aspire to be a great Pokemon Breeder, I really aspire to get to know you better."

Misty then pulls Brock's ear, causing Brock to yelp, "Ow!"

"Okay, now it's time to get your aspirations out of here," Misty says.

"We're glad that you're safe, but what happened?" Mew asks.

"How come your home just floated around like that?" Tomo adds.

Then the young woman says, "Well, you see, we live on top of a whole bunch of Corsola."

Everyone is confused.

"How'd that happen?" Jen asks.

"What do you mean on top of Corsola?" Misty asks.

Then the girl says, "I guess you could say on top of a Corsola nest."

"That's cool," Brock says.

Flashback:

The young girl explains, "It's been a tradition on Yellow Rock Isle to build homes on top of Corosla nests."

"Come to think of it, I did read something about in the guidebook," Brock says.

Then the young woman says, "Daddy is an artist who works with Corsola horns, and since Corsola shed and regrow them all the time, living above a Corsola nest makes them very easy to collect."

Flashback Ends:

"Oh," Misty replies.

Soon, the two Corosola approach. The Pink Corsola happily jumps up and down while the White Corsola shyly nods.

"Your Corsolas are so cute," Misty says.

"Yeah. One day, they just appeared at our doorstep," The girl says.

"They did?" Misty says, confused.

Yeah," The young girl says.

Flashback:

The young girl explains, "They're not like any of the other Corsola from around here, especially the white Corosola. This one has so much more energy, and we can't seem to stop it from Tackling all the others, including the white one. We think the other Corsola finally had enough of it."

Mika's father looks in the nest, "What? I can't believe the Corsola have all gone."

The young girl replies, "Huh?" Looking in the hole.

Just then, the house then breaks away from the Corsola nest and lands in the water, with Mika on it.

The young girl explains, "Without any Corsola left, the foundation of the nest broke apart from the shore, and our house slid out to sea.

Mika's Father cries out, "Mika!

Mika calls out to them, "Daddy! Andrea!""

Mika!" Andrea calls out.

Soon, both Corsola then swims out to Mika to rescue her.

Andrea explains, "These brave little Corsola here struggled to pull our house back to shore, but they just didn't have the strength."

Both Corsola reach the boat and try to pull the house back to shore.

Flashback Ends:

"And that's how the house floated away with Mika and the Corsola on board," Andrea says

"Wow. I'm glad I saw you," Mew says.

Corsola then proceeds to attempt to Tackle Pikachu, but Pikachu dives away in time for Psyduck to take the attack. Then tackles the White Corsola, but the Pink Corsola flies right through the White Corsola.

"So it's probably safe to assume that these two Corsolas are wild Corsolas," Misty says.

"Yes," Andrea says.

"That's great! And now, to move in," Misty says, determined.

But then Brock grabs Misty's ear, "Uh, Misty. Maybe this is where you move out."

"Oh?" Misty replies.

The Pink Corsola tries to tackle the White Corsola, but it keeps going through it like it's nothing. However, the White Corsola feels uncomfortable and hides behind Molly.

"I wonder why this one is different from this one," Misty replies.

"Let's see," Mew says and takes out her Pokedex.

Dexter then says, "Corsola, Galarian Form. The Coral Pokemon. A Ghost Type. Sudden climate change wiped out this ancient kind of Corsola. This Pokémon absorbs others' life-force through its branches."

"Cool. So this Corsola is from a different Region," Tomo says.

"And a different type too," Misty says.

Then the father says, "Somehow, we've gotta find a way to get our Corsola back."

"Because our future depends on them," Andrea says.

"We'll help you. I know we can get em all back," Mew says.

We can't lose if we all work together as a team," Brock says.

Andrea is relieved, "Oh, thank you!"

Meanwhile, in town, a familiar trio, Team Rocket, is breaking into a storage building."

"Dis is our 500th heist," Meowth says.

"The bank... the grocery... my grandmother. This one does make 500!" James says.

But Jessie says, "Celebrate after we're done."

They lower down on ropes, though James's rope breaks and he falls onto his backside before Jessie and Meowth shush him.

"No, I'm fine," James says.

Meowth soon opens a box, which reveals to be full of Corsola horns."

"Hey, guys, look at dis! It's a Corsola treasure trove!" Meowth says.

Jessie takes out some Corsola jewelry, "Who would've thought that after 500 tries, we'd finally strike pink and hit the big time big time?"

"I bet you we can make some serious money selling all of this pink stuff," James says.

Jessie turns and is revealed to be wearing a whole bunch things made of Corsola horns, "

She happily sighs, Such beauty. This outer refinement truly reflects the inner me. (sighs) To live the good life, to dance the ballet of bounty. She then mutters, "You know. What's the point in a life spent tailing twerps when my true calling is to languish in the lap of luxury?"

And soon, Jessie fantasizes herself standing outside a castle in a white princess dress with yellow markings, pink ruffles around the collar and cuffs and the same Corsola Horn crown she is currently wearing in real life.

Jessie fantasizes as she says, "Living large, and commanding my very own... KINGDOM where even my servants have servants! All my thanks to you, my loyal subjects. Say hello to your new queen."

As she bows and pirouettes about happily in her fantasy world as James and Meowth exchange a knowing glance and then begin piling Corsola Horn jewelry into sacks

"Is her crown too tight or what?" Meowth questions.

"Talk about being a legend, in her own mind," James says.

"I'm beginning to mind," Meowth says.

Then turns to Jessie, "Your highness, how's about getting with the program?"

"Alright, I'm helping," Jessie says, stuffing the Corsola made items in a sack

"Step on it, Jessie!" James says.

"I'm almost done," Jessie says.

Suddenly, the shopkeeper comes in, and shocked to see them in the store, "How did you three get in my shop?!"

"Uh, bye-bye!" Meowth says.

James and Meowth quickly split.

James calls out, "Run, Jessie!"

Jessie also runs away, but the crown is still in the air, "Oops. I almost forgot. Jessie goes back for the crown before going back the way she came.

Shopkeeper chases after them, "THIEVES!"

Meanwhile, Mew and her friends are helping Adrea and her family look for the Corsola.

"Those Corsola have to be around here somewhere," Jen says.

Suddenly, they hear the shopkeeper's scream, "Robbers! Stop! Come back!"

Everyone looks and sees Team Rocket running for it

"Oh no!" mew says.

"Pika!" (It's them!) Pikachu says.

"Eevee!" (Team Rocket!) Eevee says.

Soon, Mew and the others block Team Rocket's way.

"Stop right there!" Misty says.

Team Rocket screeches to a halt.

"Team Rocket. What are you three doing here?" Mew demands.

Jessie twirls as she begins the motto, "PREPAAAAAAARE FOR TROUBLE!"

But Meowth says, "Dis ain't da time for spouting off da motto!"

Andrea and Mika's father spots the crown on Jessie's head, "I MADE THAT CROWN! It's invaluable!"

Shopkeeper soon arrives and catches his breath, "They stole, every piece, of Corsola horn artwork!"

"Give them back!" Misty demands.

But Jessie refuses, "A Queen and her beautiful crown are never parted! Never!"

Then the Pink Corsola Tackles Jessie, leaving her lying face down in the dirt

"Why, you insolent, little, puny, pink punk!" Jressie cries out.

"Way to go, Corsola!" Mew says

"Pika!" (Nice shot!) Pikachu says.

"Eevee!" (Great work!) Eevee adds.

It looks like someone's lost her queendom," Misty says.

Sparkle says, "Pika Pika," (And obviously her mind.)

James gets his Pokeball, "Not so fast! Go, Victreebel!"

Victreebel comes out of the Pokeball, but begins munching on James.

James cries out, "Not me, you putrid plant! Them!"

"Staryu, go!" Misty says.

"Totodile, I choose you!" Mew says.

And with that, both Water Pokemon are called out.

Jessie throws her Pokeball, "Arbok, defend the honor of your queen!"

Arbok comes out of the Pokeball while Staryu sends Victreebel flying with a Tackle attack.

Mew calls out, "Totodile, grab its tail!"

Totodile tries to bite Arbok's tail.

Then Mew calls out, "Now, Headbutt, Totodile!"

Totodile Headbutts Arbok and knocks out Arbok.

James calls out, "Victreebell, Razor Leaf, now!"

Victreebel launches the attack.

Misty calls out, "Okay, dodge it, Staryu!"

Staryu dodges the attack.

Then Misty calls out, "Now, Rapid Spin!"

Staryu lands the attack and sends Victreebel flying.

Mew says, "Totodile…"

Then Misty, "Staryu…"

Then both girls call out together, "Water Gun!"

Both Water Pokemon launch the attack and send Team Rocket flying.

Jessie cries out, "NO! All of my royal finery!"

Team Rocket cries out, "Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"

After Team Rocket goes flying, the shopkeeper picks up all the items they left behind.

"I don't know what those troublemakers thought they were doing," The shopkeeper says. He sighs in relief, "I think that's everything. We were lucky."

The girls' father says, "We sure were. Let's get these back inside."

Glad that's over," Andrea says.

Misty sighs in relief, "Phew. What a relief."

Then Mew asks, "You haven't seen a whole bunch of Corsola around here, have you?"

"I haven't, why?" The shopkeeper answers.

Then Andrea says, "Somehow, all of our Corsola from home disappeared."

Shopkeeper is shocked to hear it, "What? You mean all your Corsola are gone? That's awful!"

"But we're gonna find em," Misty says.

Doubtful, the shopkeeper says, "I'm sure you will."

Later, in the forest, everyone is looking for the corsola.

Andrea calls out, "Annie?! Danny?!"

Mika calls out, "Penny?! Denny?!"

Then their father calls out, "Ronnie?! Donnie?!"

"Do they all have names?" Jen asks.

"Yeah, our Corsola are all part of the family," Mika says.

The group continues to search, including the two Wild Coroslas.

Andrea calls out, "Connie?! Bonnie?!"

So does Mika, "Annie?! Danny?!"

Just then, the two Wild Corsola find one. The Pink Corsola happily calls out, but the other Corsola becomes scared and tries to run away.

But then Andrea catches it, "Annie, I'm so glad we finally found you. Where are the others?"

Annie responds.

Mew walks over and says, "Annie said she doesn't know where the others are? And asks to hide her from Tackle Happy over there."

The wild Corsola happily jumps

"I'm really glad that you guys found Annie," Misty happily says, but then says, "And now it's time for me to catch this wild one.

But Brock then intercepts with an ear pull, "Not so quick, Misty. Keep looking. Gotta find the others."

A bit later, everyone keeps looking.

Misty calls out, "Ronnie, where are you?! How can so many Corsola be so hard to find?

The wild White Corsola soon finds one. The Pink Corsola hops out.

Mika catches it, "Look, it's Bonnie! I'm so glad to see you!"

Corsola starts jumping for joy.

Then Misty says, "Hey, look how happy Corsola is. Betcha it's roughhousing wasn't because it wanted to fight."

"Yeah, it's possible that Corsola was just really happy to meet to meet up with some friends after being away from its home," Brock says.

"And that's how it showed affection," Mew says.

"I guess Corsola was just playing around," Jen says.

The Pink Corsola hops for joy again.

Molly then feels something near her leg, and looks to see the white Corsola hiding near Molly.

Molly gently pats the White Corsola. Despite having a sad expression, the white Corsola seems more at ease with Molly.

"It's okay, Corsola. You don't need to be scared," Molly says.

The White Corsola feels comfort for it, and relief.

Later on, the gang is in the woods again.

Let's retrace our steps back to where we left the Corsola food. I have a feeling that they already found it.

Everyone soon reaches the piles of food, but don't see a single Corsola, until…

Misty whispers, "Brock, look."

Two Corsola are soon spotted, then the wild Corsola surprises them just in time for Mew and Andrea to pick them up)

"Oh, look! They're fine!" Andrea says.

"And hungry, too," Mew says.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket watches from a tree.

"Dey're gatherin togetha an awful lot of Corsola for somethin," Meowth says.

That means there might be a lot more Corsola right around here," James says.

There will be, once they're done," Jessie adds.

Then Meowth says, "And da boss is gonna be so happy with real live Corsola, instead of dem Corsola horns, that he's not only gonna give us a giant raise…" and starts fantasizing, "But every morning when he comes out to soivey his estate, da foist ting he'll be seeing is all o'dem Corsola, hanging around in dere wonderful pinkness! And when he sees dem horns sparkling like diamonds in da morning sun, he'll be tinking of da tree of us! And you know what da boss is gonna say? HUH?! I do! He'll say, "Well done, I am most pleased wif your efforts, I invite youse to join me as we celebrate your wonderful accomplishment" We're gonna be heroes!

"Well, then, let's go! Let's collect those Corsola and collect our reward!" Jessie says.

"Down, boy. I'm thinking their just might be a better way," Jessie says and lets out a chuckle.

Up above, Noctowl searches for the rest of the Corsola, until it spots something.

"Hey, it looks like Noctowl might have found more Corsola!" Mew says.

Noctowl lands by two Corsola on the beach as the group approaches.

Andrea calls out, "Ronnie!"

They soon see them.

"Noctowl found Ronnie AND Lonnie!" Andrea says.

Then the two Corsola begins hopping away. Luckily, Tomo and Jen are able to catch them.

"Thank goodness you're both okay!" Andrea says.

"They're doing just fine," Tomo says.

Mew turns to Noctowl, "Hey, Noctowl! Great job!"

Later, the house is back near the Corsola nests as our heroes count the Corsola.

Andrea names each of them off, "Annie, Dannie, Connie, Bonnie, Johnny, Donnie, Ronnie, Lonnie. Well, that's all of them.

"We sure couldn't have done it without you all," The father says.

"It was nothing," Mew says

We're a family again," Andrea happily says

The wild Pink Corsola starts jumping for joy. At the same time, the White Corsola gently leans to Molly.

Seeing her chance with the Pink Corsola, Misty says, "Time to make you family."

But before Misty can even pull out a Pokéball, Team Rocket makes their move.

But Misty saves the Wild Pink Corsola, "No!"

Mew does the same, rescuing Molly and the White Corsola.

Mew looks up and says, "It's Team Rocket!"

Having the Corsola captured, Team Rocket begin their motto.

Jessie:

Prepare for trouble, give us the horns and all!

James:

Make it double, we're in for the haul!

Jessie:

To protect the world from devastation.

James:

To unite all peoples within our nation.

Jessie:

To denounce the evils of truth and love.

James:

To extend our reach to the stars above.

Jessie:

Jessie.

James:

James.

Jessie:

Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light.

James:

Surrender now, or prepare to fight, fight, fight!

Meowth:

Meowth! Dat's right!

Misty shouts, "You guys don't just don't know when to quit, do you?! Now what?!"

"Rather that run ourselves ragged wrangling Corsola and then just stealing the rest from you…" James says.

Then Jessie says, "We decided to use twerp power and let you do the round up for us."

"You really outdid yourself dis time, Jessie," Meowth says.

"And this Multiple Corsola Cable-Snag getup is really, a beaut," James says.

And with that, James quickly reels in all of the Corsola.

The father says, "We can't let them get away with this!"

"Ronnie! Lonnie!" Andrea calls out.

Mika cries out, "Danny! Annie!"

"Thanks! It's been fun!" Team Rocket says.

"Now we gotta run! Ha!" Meowth says.

Mew throws her Pokeball, "Noctowl, I choose you!" and Noctowl comes out of the Pokeball."

Mew calls out, "Go for the balloon, Noctowl!

Noctowl darts in.

James throws his Pokeball, "Go, Weezing!"

Weezing comes out of the Pokeball.

Then James calls out, "Now, Weezing, Smokescreen!"

Weezing quickly uses the attack and blinds Noctowl.

"Noctowl, no!" Mew calls out.

Soon, Team Rocket's balloon is making a break for it.

"King sized catch fit for a queen! And with these Corsola in tow, I'm truly headed for fame and fortune! The decadent trappings of life I've deserved for ever so long!" Jessie says and laughs semi-psychotically as James and Meowth just sigh

Soon, Mew and Misty rush to the rescue.

"Hang in there, Noctowl!" Mew calls out.

Then Misty says, "Without your help, we'll never be able to get Andrea's Corsola back to her!

Noctowl bursts through the smoke and zooms in from behind to rip the balloon.

"Noctowl's burst our beautiful bubble!" James panics.

"You did it, Noctowl!" Mew cheers.

Team Rocket lands, the hard way, and the basket falls to the side.

"Never! You'll never take my Corsola!" Jessie says.

Soon, Mew and the others rush over.

Mist calls out, "Team Rocket!"

"Hand em over right now!" Misty says.

Jessie refuses, "I'm to be their queen and they are my loyal subjects!"

Having enough of them, the white Corsola then tackles Jessie, knocking her face first into the dirt.

"I said that I'm queen and I am!" Jessie cries out.

"Alright, Corsola!" Molly cheers.

"My turn!" Misty says and throws her Pokeball, "Staryu, I choose you!"

Staryu comes out of the Pokeball.

"Now, use Rapid Spin, Staryu, and cut the cables!" Misty says.

Staryu uses Rapid Spin, freeing the Pokemon.

Jessie throws her Pokeball, "Go, Arbok! Attack!"

James does the same, "Victreebel, go!"

Both Pokemon comes out of their Pokeballs, but Victreebel tries to eat James)

James cries out, "You just don't get it, do you?!"

The Pink Corsola starts attacking Arbok.

"Now, Victreebel, Razor Leaf, go!" James calls out.

Victreebel launches the attack.

Andrea cries out, "Watch out, they're sharp!"

The many Corsola dodge the attack.

Jessie calls out, "

"Go, Arbok! Wrap attack, now!" Jessie calls out.

Arbok coils around Staryu, but the Wild Pink and White Corsola attack Arboke and free Staryu.

"Now, Victreebel, Vine Whip!" James calls out.

Victreebel uses the attack and wraps around one of the horns of the wild Pink Corsola before Victreebel slams it down hard, knocking it out.

"Oh no! Corsola!" Misty cries out.

"I think it took a really hard hit," Jen says.

Suddenly, Corsola glows and gets back up.

"It used Recover!" Brock says.

"It used what, Brock?" Molly asks.

"Recover. It's a power that allows Corsola to heal themselves after they've been injured," Brock says.

"Wow. I really gotta get one!" Misty says.

The Pink Corsola leaps back into battle, along with the others, before they all point their horns at Team Rocket and start glowing, causing them to panic.

"I think they want…" Jessie says

Target practice!" Meowth cries out.

All the Corsola proceed to fire Spike Cannon at them, forcing Team Rocket to flee behind their balloon, until one stray spike hits the balloon burner and destroys it, causing an explosion that sends Team Rocket flying

"My dreams, of royalty up in smoke!" Jessie cries out.

Take a guess how many times we blasted off," Meowth says.

"500?" James says.

Then Team Rocket cries out, "Happy Anniversary!"

Later, Misty and the wild Corsola are preparing to do battle.

Misty says, "Corsola, I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. Ready or not, you will be caught."

"That Corsola's looking pretty strong," Andrea says.

"But if my dream is to someday become a water Pokemon master, then I know I just gotta catch this Corsola," Misty says.

"You're right, I know. You can do it," Brock says.

Mew says, "Go for it, Misty."

"You can do it!" Tomo says.

Jen says, "We're rooting for you!"

"Go Misty!" Molly cheers.

"Are you ready, Corsola?" Misty says.

"Corsola." (When you are.) Corsola says.

Mew says, "Corsola says, 'when you are."

Hearing it, Misty prepares to battle and calls out her Pokemon, "Go, Poliwhirl!"

Poliwhirl comes out of the Pokeball.

"This is great for both of us, Poliwhirl. I get a new Pokemon, and you get a new friend," Misty says.

Pink Corsola jumps for joy.

Corsola starts jumping for joy.

Misty calls out the first attack, "Poliwhirl, Bubble attack!"

Poliwhirl fires the attack and it lands before Corsola retaliates with a Tackle.

Misty calls out, "Use your Double Slap, Poliwhirl!"

Poliwhirl skids to a stop and does so, sending it flying until it lands in the sand hard. However, Corsola uses Recover to get back in the fight

"That Recover. It's amazing," Misty says.

And calls out the next attack, "Poliwhirl, Water Gun!"

Poliwhirl fires the attack, but it gets reflected right back to Poliwhirl by Corsola.

"It's Mirror Coat!" Brock says

"That's gonna be tough to beat," Mew says.

"Sure is," Tomo says.

"A Mirror Coat, huh? We're gonna have to wear Corsola out with one powerful attack after another!" Misty says.

Poliwhirl fires another bubble attack that hits Corsola hard.

Then Misty calls out, "Okay! Now, Poliwhirl!"

Poliwhirl charges in as Corsola closes in with a Tackle, but Corsola gets the worst of the exchange)

"Another Double Slap attack!" Misty calls out.

Poliwhirl does so.

Then Misty says, "Now Tackle attack!

Poliwhirl closes in and sends Corsola reeling and knocking it out again

"Misty! Throw a ball before it uses Recover!" Brock calls out.

"Yeah! It's now or never!" Mew says.

Misty then brings out her Lure Ball, "I got this. This Lure Ball should work just fine."

Misty throws the Lure Ball, and pulls Corsola inside, a few wobbles and finally pings before Misty happily rushes in to pick up her new catch.

"It worked! I caught a Corsola!" Misty cheers.

Sparkle cheers, "Pi Pikachu!" (Congratulations!)

"That was awesome," Mew cheers.

Brock says, "It sure was worth the wait."

Later in the evening, Mew and her friends are bidding Mika, Andrea and their father farewell.

"We'll miss you! Thanks, guys!" Andrea says.

"Take care! Have a safe trip!" The father says.

"I will! It's one of the family now!" Misty says.

"See ya! Goodbye!" Mew says.

And Brock says, "Okay! Take care now!"

Mew and her friends begin to walk away.

But they soon hear, "Corsola!" (Wait for me!)

The group turns to see the Galarian Corsola running over.

She then stops and says, "Corso Corsola. Cor Corsola. Cor Corsola." (I… I want… I want to go with Molly. Can I come too?)

Hearing it, Tomo says, "Hey Molly, the Corsola wants to go with you."

"Really?" Molly asks.

The White Corsola nods in reply.

"Okay then," Molly says, and taps her with the Pokeball and pulls the Corsola inside.

With a few shakes, the Galarian Corsola has been caught.

Molly happily says, "Look, I got a Corsola too."

"Great. Now it's part of your family now," Misty says.

"Come on, let's go," Mew says.

And with that, the gang begins to take off to the next part of their adventure through the Whirl Islands.
