Prince Charlie Targaryen sat in the throne room of his father's castle, surrounded by his father, the king, and the elders of the seven kingdoms. They were discussing matters of the kingdom and potential alliances, when suddenly, the king turned to his son and said, 'Son, it is time for you to find a wife.'
Charlie's eyes widened in shock and anger. He couldn't believe his father was bringing up such an important matter in front of everyone, without even discussing it with him first. 'What?!' he exclaimed, standing up from his seat. 'Doesn't a prince have the right to choose his own wife? Why must it be forced upon me?'
His father, Viserys Targaryen, looked at him with a mixture of understanding and disappointment. 'Charlie, my son, of course you have the right to choose your own wife. But as the future king, it is also your duty to consider political alliances and the stability of our kingdom.'
He then handed him a scroll of potential suitors, with names and descriptions of women from powerful families all over the seven kingdoms. But Charlie was too angry to even look at the scroll. 'This is ridiculous!' he exclaimed, throwing the scroll on the ground. 'I've only been prince for two minutes and now I'm expected to find a wife before the world explodes?'
His father sighed, 'I apologize for not communicating this better, my son. But it is important that you understand the weight of your responsibilities. You will have time to make your decision, but we must start considering potential alliances now.'
Charlie took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. He knew his father was right, but he couldn't help feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. He apologized to his father for his outburst and asked for some time to think things through.
Once he was alone in his chambers, Charlie opened the scroll and began reading through the names. But one name caught his eye - Miana Stark, daughter of Lord Eddard Stark of Winterfell. He had heard of her before, a strong and intelligent woman, and something about her intrigued him.
He decided to talk to his father about her when they both felt ready to discuss the matter. The next day, he approached his father and told him about Miana Stark. To his surprise, his father agreed that she would be a good match for him. They arranged a meeting with the orphan princess of winterfell and Charlie was immediately drawn to her. there story was the same orphan and outsiders but hopefully more meetings to come
