Charlie was beyond excited as he packed his bags for the weekend trip to see his best friend Eljeon. They had been friends since they were children and even though Eljeon was an elf and Charlie was a human, their friendship had never wavered. Charlie's parents had always been supportive of their friendship and had even encouraged it, but they had never been able to visit Eljeon's kingdom before.
As Charlie arrived at the elvish kingdom, he was greeted by the magnificent gates guarded by two tall and regal looking elves. As he entered, he was awestruck by the beauty of the place. The trees were taller than any he had ever seen and they were adorned with sparkling lights that seemed to dance in the gentle breeze.
He made his way to the palace, where he was welcomed by Eljeon's parents, King Taranath Crana and Queen Osonia Luhice. They were both kind and warm, just like their son. They had always admired the friendship between their son and Charlie, and they were happy to finally meet the human who had captured their son's heart.
The king and queen showed Charlie around the palace, which was even more magnificent on the inside. The walls were adorned with beautiful paintings and intricate tapestries, and the floors were made of marble that shone in the sunlight. Charlie couldn't believe his luck to be able to explore such a beautiful place.
As they walked through the palace, Charlie couldn't resist asking about Eljeon's childhood. The king and queen happily shared stories of their son's mischievous adventures and how he had always been a curious and kind elf. They also shared stories of how Eljeon and Charlie had met, and how their friendship had blossomed over the years.
After the tour, the king and queen invited Charlie to join them for a feast in the grand dining hall. The table was filled with delicious food and the hall was filled with music and laughter. Charlie couldn't help but feel like he belonged there, surrounded by such warm and welcoming people.
After the feast, Eljeon took Charlie to explore the rest of the kingdom. They walked through the enchanted forests, where they saw magical creatures and plants that Charlie had only read about in books. They also took a ride on the majestic unicorns, which Eljeon's kingdom was known for.
As the sun began to set, Eljeon took Charlie to a secret spot on top of a hill where they could watch the stars. They sat there for hours, talking and laughing, just like they used to do when they were younger.
As the weekend came to an end, Charlie couldn't help but feel sad to leave. He had experienced so many new and wonderful things in the elvish kingdom, and he had grown even closer to his best friend. But he knew that he would come back soon, and that they would always be the best of friends, no matter the distance.
As he said goodbye to Eljeon and his parents, the king and queen gave him a small token of their appreciation for his friendship with their son – a beautiful elvish pendant that glowed in the dark. Charlie promised to wear it always and to return to the kingdom as soon as possible.
As he left the elvish kingdom, Charlie couldn't stop smiling. He had not only explored a magical place, but he had also strengthened his bond with his best friend and his family. He knew that he would always have a second home in the elvish kingdom, and that his friendship with Eljeon would last a lifetime.
