Author's Note: Hey you guys! Just as I promised! A new chapter, I'm keeping my word! The battle for the last three kingdoms will be just a lil different. As we're coming to a close with this story, my brain has an idea for a new story for Descendants, but it's just an idea for now, look out for any update in the near future. Well, time to get to it! Chapter 50: The Battle for Auradon Part 5
Beast and Belle's Castle
"Hmm…" Mordo says looking at the three screens as he watches DunBroch, Camelot and Ariel and Eric's Castle taken back by the Auradon Prep students.
"My heart just can't take it anymore. What if our son fails? What if he'll be killed?" Belle said with tears down her face.
"Don't worry, honey." Beast said holding her close. "Ben's tough. We raised him that way, he'll make it through this. We just have to have hope."
"Hope? Hahahaha, that's a laugh!" Baron Mordo said. "Hope's a child's fantasy, he'll never beat me with that alone."
"You're right!" Belle said, shocking Beast. "That is if he is alone. But right now he has friends, allies and an amazing wonderful girl who's heart is as heart as his. Her mother is the most powerful villain in our land and she beat her. What says you, Mordo?"
Beast smiled a bit, remembering why he married her in the first place.
"Well, if you keep watching, you'll see the secret weapon I mentioned before and then you'll see that if with this so called 'hope' and this girl, they'll never really beat me!"
Beast and Belle looks to the screen to see the kids at their next destination.
Mount Olympus
Jane's group popped out of the portal and was now at the base of the stairs to Mount Olympus. The stairs are as golden as a sunset, it was cloudy everywhere and not a Mindless One in sight, at least not yet.
"Wow, Mount Olympus." Jordan said amazed at the sight.
"Yeah, it just feels so heavenly here." Jane said.
"Yep, this is my hometown, alright." Herkie said.
"Hometown?! Herkie, we're in the sky on top of a mountain that's filled with gods! This is more than that!" Jay said.
"I guess, but since I've been raised among mortals by my parents, I only just visited my grandparents here every chance I get. So it just feels normal to me." Herkie said.
"To you maybe, but to us, this is pretty epic." Aziz said.
"Exactly!" Jordan said.
"It's nothing, really." Herkie sheepishly said.
"Alright, guys! Herkie's place is great, but we gotta save it first." Lonnie said.
"You're right, compliments later." Jay said.
"I mean, I never said to stop." Herkie said grinning.
"Come on." Jay said smiling before taking off to the stairs.
The group walks up the stairs, but tries not to make any noise in case any nearby Mindless one hears. They reached the gate, but still no Mindless One as of yet.
"That's strange. We should've seen those rock heads by now." Jordan stated.
"You're right, but where are they?" Lonnie said.
"Probably inside the temple." Aziz guessed.
"Maybe." Jay said, but he's still being suspicious. "But still, they're should've been some here guarding the gates. I mean, what's the point of taking over a kingdom if you don't have henchmen stopping anyone from going in."
"Says the son of a guy who tried tried to take over my family's palace." Aziz said jokingly.
"At least my dad had a vision." Jay said smiled back.
"Hmm…" Jane said.
She walked closer to the gate and then she opened the gate like it was nothing.
"It's not even locked. It's like they don't even care about who's going in."
"Or maybe they're expecting us to go in." Jay said.
"You think so?" Lonnie said.
"I know so, it's Villain 101!"
"Wow Jay, being from the Isle really taught you something." Herkie said.
"Comes in handy one in a while." Jay's claws came out. "Enough talk, let's go! Be ready for anything."
The kids go in slowly but steady as they prepare for what's to come at them.
Cinderellasberg
Freddie's portal took them to Chad's hometown in Cinderellasberg. They were at the entrance of his castle and the group went to the front door after going up the stairs and get to the door.
"Ok, you know how we go from here right?" Evie said,
"Yep!" Trevor said.
"Is there any other way?" Freddie asked.
"Ready when you all are." Ally said.
"Alright, then." Evie said.
She puts her hands on the knobs and pulls the door wide open. The inside was clear,
Everything looks normal, like it had never been touched in the first place.
"Hmm, that's weird. Shouldn't there be guards here like at the last castles?" Freddie asked.
"Yeah, you think there be at least a couple of those rock creeps." Chad said then proceeds forward.
"Wait, Chad!" Evie said while following him.
The others follow suit also as they try to calm down Chad since he's obviously worried about his family.
"Mom! Dad!" Chad shouted.
"Will you be quiet?" Freddie said covering his mouth and holding his right arm.
"Yeah man, do you want them to hear us?" Trevor said.
"Chad, I know you're worried about your parents, but we can't help them if we're caught. Just calm down." Evie said.
After Chad settles down, Freddie let's go of him.
"Ok, but if anything happens to them, I'll go berserk and don't try to stop me." Chad said.
"We'll try to keep our promise then." Ally said.
As they keep on going down the hallway, they keep a lookout for any Mindless Ones and any signs of Chad's parents.
Arendelle
Mal's portal leads them to the front of Arendelle Castle, birthplace of Elsa and Eliza. Eliza is most worried her mom and aunt. She even called Alana to see if she's alright, but thankful, she and Olaf are safe and hidden in the freezer.
"But aren't you cold in there?" Eliza asked.
"Come on Eliza. You know the cold doesn't bother me anyways." Alana said.
"Please at least tell me you're not locked in there." Eliza said.
"Of course not, who you take me for? My dad?"
"That was a little funny, you gotta admit. Hahaha" Eliza giggled.
"Rent-free in my head." Alana said.
"Eliza!" Ben whispered. "We're close to the throne room."
"Right." Eliza said then talks to Alana. "Gotta go."
"Ok, but Eliza, please be careful and see if our moms are alright." Alana said.
"Will do!" Eliza then hangs up her phone,
"Does anyone else think it's strange that there's no Mindless Ones guarding the front gate at least?" Carlos wondered.
"Yeah, I don't even see any inside so far either." Mal said.
"Maybe they heard we were coming and ran off." Audrey suggested.
"Hardly." Doug said.
"Doug's right, it doesn't seem like something they would do." Ben said.
"Feels like we're advancing to a higher level like in a video game." Carlos said.
"Carlos has point." Doug said.
"Man, I'm never gonna get used to hear you talk like that." Carlos said.
"Me neither." Doug said.
"Why not just turn back then?" Audrey asked.
"Have to be ready. Besides, Doug getting better at speaking this way." Doug said.
"If you say so."
Since the disaster Mordo caused at the Costume Centest, Doug has been Hulked out nonstop since he decided to be prepared for anything.
Mount Olympus
Jane's group is in the throne area but haven't seen any signs of any life, just clouds one the left, the right, top and bottom. Nothing but clouds all around.
"I don't get this. There should be someone here." Jay said.
"I'm not seeing anyone. Not one god." Lonnie said.
This makes Herkie even more worried about his family.
"Grandpa? Grandma?" Herkie called out. "Dad? Mom?"
Being frantic and nerve wrecking, he desperately searches everywhere but no sign of them.
"Where are they?!"
Worry about his friend, Jay goes to comfort him.
"Easy, Herkie! I'm sure they're fine wherever they are. They're probably just being held in cages just like the other royals."
"But if that's true, then why isn't there cage here?!" Herkie asked.
"I don't know."
Suddenly, Jane turns around and sees a figure, one she's too familiar.
"I do." She said.
"What?" Herkie asked.
"There's you're dad and grandpa."
Herkie and the others quickly looked and she was right. Hercules and Zeus are standing next to each other from at least 24 feet away. Herkie gasped at the sight.
Cinderellasberg
Freddie's group made it to the throne room, surprisingly no one is in there, not even Chad's family. Chad speeds around, but couldn't find them anywhere.
"Mom?! Dad?! Grandpa?!" Chad called out, but no response.
"This is weird, why isn't anyone here?" Ally said.
"Beats me, would've figured we'd see at least someone from the Isle, like the Stabbington cousins or maybe Sammy Smee."
"I'm guessing they're related to those thugs from Corona and the first mate of a certain one hand pirate with a hook?" Ally said.
"You know what, Ally? You're smarter than what people think." Freddie said.
"Aw, thanks." But then Ally asks, "Wait, what do you mean by that?"
Just then, they heard something trembling, below their feet. At that, something bursted through the floor up and four giant sharp rock came out with the tips touching each other.
"What in the…." Freddie said.
They suddenly hear muffled voices coming from it.
"Do y'all hear that?" Trevor asked.
"Yeah, it almost sounds like voices." Evie said.
Next thing they know, the rocks started to come down and a cage was being seen by the five teens and not only that, but there's a couple of people inside it.
"Mom? Dad?" Chad said.
Arendelle
As they set foot in the throne room, they noticed they were the only ones in the room.
"Hello?" Eliza shouted. "Anyone here?!"
"Now I'm really getting scared." Carlos said.
"Mom?! Aunt Anna?!" Eliza called out.
"Where is everybody?" Ben said.
"I don't see the Queen, her sister or their captives. Something's not right." Mal stated.
"But if they're not here, then where are they?" Carlos asked.
"Hmm…" Mal wondered.
But then, they heard a a thud from behind them and they turned to see what the ruckus is.
"Mom?"
Mount Olympus
Herkie runs with joy as he sees his dad and grandpa in his sights and goes to hugs them. Jane was for some reason feeling skeptical when she looks at Herkie's family. Herkie got to hug both Hercules and Zeus at the same time as he feels relief and calms down a bit.
"I'm so glad to see you! You have no idea how crazy I was going when I heard Mount Olympus was in trouble. I came as soon as I could!"
Herkie let's go so he can look at them face to face.
"So what happened? How come no one's here? I figured you'd all be in in cages, but then again, you are gods after all, heh."
Hercules' and Zeus' heads are hanging lows, hardly Herkie can see them and he thought it's strange.
"So where's Mom and Grandma?"
Still Hercules and Zeus are in the same position.
"And what about the other gods?"
Even with all the questions Herkie asks, his father and grandfather are still unresponsive. This is when Herkie starts to feel concern.
"Is everything alright? Are you ok? Dad? Gramps?"
In a blink of a flash, Hercules finally moves but he just moved his arm to make a fist and punch Herkie in the face so hard, that it sent him flying backwards to his friends. The group gasps as they ran towards their fallen teammate.
"Herkie!" Lonnie said.
"Are you ok?" Jordan said.
Jay and Aziz help him up but luckily, he hardly felt it with his durability. But now he's even more confused than before.
"Dad, what was that for? Did I say something wrong?" Herkie asks his father.
As Herkie looked at Hercules face, he noticed that his pupils look kinda grey. The same goes for Zeus as he risen his head and Herkie got a good look at him also.
"Guys! Something's up! Look at their eyes!" Herkie tells everyone.
They looked at what he was getting at and sees their diluted pupils.
"I knew something is going on with them. I can feel it." Jane said.
"But what's happening to them?" Jordan asked.
"Why don't I shed some light on that" a voice said.
"Huh?" They all said.
Suddenly, they see someone rising from beneath the clouds. It was a younger boy by only a couple of years and he's sporting electric blue hair and wearing red armor with a black cape that's looks like it been torn from the ends. He also has gray skin and fangs.
"But then again…" Suddenly, the clouds above them went dark, "Maybe I'll find another way." He grins at them mercilessly.
The group gasped at the sight of him.
"He's dressed like Dracula." Herkie said.
"You mean 'The' Dracula? Most Powerful Vampire in the Marvel Universe." Aziz said.
"The same one!" Herkie then noticed how Jay's staring at the blue-haired boy. "Jay, what's wrong?"
"Hadie?" Jay gasped.
Cinderellasberg
Chad and the other looks as he sees his mother, father and grandfather being held in a cage that's being held on by stone underneath it.
"Mom! Dad! Grandpa!" Chad runs to their cage. "Are you ok?"
"Chad!" Cinderella said.
She gets up and touches her son's hand. King Charming does the same as he get up along with his father.
"You alright, Champ?" King Charming asked Chad.
"I'm not the one being held prisoner, I should be the one concerned." Chad said.
"What are you doing here? You need to get out of here, it's not safe." Cinderella said.
"Not without you!" Chad said trying to pry open the bars.
"Chad, listen to your mother and do what she says. Hurry and get your friends out also before he comes back." King Charming warns him.
"He who?" Chad asked.
"This young ruffian who came and made a huge mess of things." His grandfather said. "But he'll sure to tear the place up if he sees you here."
"Who are you talking about?" Chad asked.
"I think they might be referring to me!" A voice from above said.
"What?" Chad said looking around.
The others did the same as they try to located the source of that voice. In that moment, the throne room began to shake all around.
"WOOOOAAAHHH!" They all said.
"TOO LAAAATTTEE!" The old king said. "HE'S HEEEERRE!"
Just then, floating rock appears from above and descends upon the heroes. The rock is carrying a boy around their age wearing silver armor with navy bodysuit complete with a silver helmet. His hand were extended on both sides, which meant that he's the one shaking up the castle. The shaking suddenly stops as he lets his hands down.
"Thank Zeus he stopped. I almost lost my lunch." Trevor said holding his stomach.
"You'll loose more than that if you dare try to face against me." The Silver Armored boy said.
"Wait, I get now! You're Avalanche! It makes sense." Chad said.
"Come again?" Freddie said.
"He's a villain of the X-Men, part of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. His power basically makes earthquakes." Chad explained.
"Wow, how is it you know so much about superheroes, but you don't know Auradon History?" Freddie asked him.
"It's boring, what you expect?" Chad said.
"Not much from you since you're not all there there." Freddie smirked.
"I'll have you know that I am there there when it counts."
"Well, that's a short list."
"Ok, ok! Can we get back on topic?" Evie said.
"I agree, you two almost bicker as much as the real Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch." Trevor said.
"Almost like brother and sister!" Ally said.
Both Freddie and Chad scoffed. "As if!"
"Now if you're done with your sibling squabbling…" Avalanche said.
"Hey!" Chad and Freddie said.
"Then let's get to business!"
For some reason, Evie feels as if he's somehow familiar.
"Pardon me, but have we met before? It's just that I think I recognize your voice but I can place, so if you wouldn't mind taking off the helmet…"
"Guess since you're gonna be doomed anyways, I don't see why not." Avalanche said.
At Evie's request, Avalanche slowly removes his mask reveals on just his face but also his black and white mohawk.
Evie and Freddie gasped, "Diego?!"
Arendelle
In front of Mal's group, a cage that's holding Queen Elsa and Princess Anna is being held up high by a teenage girl in a purple bodysuit in which the thighs part are white and has tiny spikes on the outer side of her arms and the outer side of her legs. The girl is also wearing a purple mask that covers her forehead and leaves the eyes and lower part of her face and chin open. Also, her hair is red and reached to the middle of her back.
"Mom! Aunt Anna!" Eliza called out seeing her family in peril.
"Eliza?" Elsa called out. "Is that you?"
"Yes mom, I'm here! I'm gonna get you and Aunt Anna out of there."
"Don't! She's too dangerous, get out of here." Elsa said but in a weak voice.
"Mom, what's the matter? Are you ok?" Eliza then looks to the girl held their cell. "What did you do to my mom?!"
"Not much, but she did get into quite the pickles when I invaded your home. She put up a fight, but she was no match against me." The purple costumed girl said.
"Wait…." Carlos said. "Titania!"
"What, Carlos?" Ben said.
"Titania, the costume she's wearing, she's strong, like around She-Hulk's level of strength." Carlos said.
"No way! You mean we're going up against someone who's as strong as a Hulk?" Mal said.
"That's just great." Audrey said exhaustingly.
"Been a while, isn't it Mal? Carlos?" The girl said.
Mal and Carlos looked at each other for a second before turning back to her.
"Do we know you?" Mal asked.
"Oh how rude of me. It's not he mask, isn't it? Of course you wouldn't recognize me with it on."
The girl then puts the cage down and used both hands behind her head to snap of the mask from under her hair. As soon as she pulls it off completely, Mal and Carlos instantly know her now.
"Yzla?!" They both said.
Mount Olympus
"Surprised to see me, Jay?" Hadie said.
"Who is he, Jay?" Lonnie asked.
"That's Hadie, Hades' son." Jay said.
The rest of the group stared wide-eyed at Jay and Hadie back and forth.
"You mean the same Hades from the underworld?" Aziz asked.
"The one and only." Jay answered.
"Oh no! We're actually dealing with a devil's spawn!" Jordan said.
"Hold on a second." Jay said.
Jay walks up to Hadie wanting to talk because something wasn't adding up.
"Hadie, what is this? Why are you taking over Mount Olympus?" Jay asked.
"Duh, cause I'm evil and this is what evil guys do!" Hadie answered.
"But that's not what you wanted the last time I saw you." Jay said.
"Times change. What can I say?" Hadie said. "I said one thing and I say another. I'm a little conflicted sometimes, but now I know what I want and that's to be the best villain I can be."
Cinderellasberg
"Sup Evie? Freddie?" Diego said. "You ladies doing alright?"
"No, we're not! We're far from it and now here we are finding you shaking up castles. Diego, how could you?" Evie said.
"Yeah, that's not what the club stands for and you know it!" Freddie said.
"Believe me, I get the idea, but I decided it wasn't for me." Diego said.
"Who's this fellow?" Ally asked.
"This is Diego, Carlos' cousin." Evie answered.
"Well that does explain the hair!"
"So he's not as nice as Carlos then?" Trevor said.
"That's the thing, he wanted to be good, or at least that's what he wanted the last time we spoken with them." Evie said.
"Them?" Chad, Ally and Trevor said.
Arendelle
"Hmm, you two look like you've seen a ghost." Yzla said.
"More like betrayal." Carlos said.
"Yzla, what happened to you? Why are you doing all of this?" Mal asked.
"I figured since my brother was going to Auradon twice in a row, I don't see why I can't go." Yzla said.
"Brother?" Doug asked.
"Zevon!" Mal said.
Ben, Doug and Audrey gasped.
"Yzma has a daughter too?" Audrey said.
"Wow, now I'm also wondering who would have children with her." Eliza said with digust.
"Right? Her face needs about 30 filters!"
"Or 50."
They both giggled a bit until Audrey stopped herself from laughing along with Eliza.
"What's so funny over there?" Yzla said.
"That doesn't matter. Yzla, what about your club? All your friends there? You guys were gonna be the next VKs to officially come to Auradon." Mal said.
"Wait, club? Mal, you mean from that list Evie gave me back on Cotillion that night?" Ben asked.
"Yeah, Yzla's from the Anti-Heroes Club, the ones who were inspired by me and my friends took down my mom. They wanted to change, they were learning how to be good thanks to Yen Sid."
"She's not acting so good right now." Audrey whispered.
"The past is in the past, Mal!" Yzla said.
"It doesn't have to be. Please Yzla, I don't know what Mordo has promised you, but I can tell you that it's not gonna end well. You don't really wanna be the only one from the club that went back to wicked ways, so you?" Mal said.
"Who said I was the only one?" Yzla smirked.
"Huh?" Mal said.
Just then, someone's talking on the communicator buds in the group's ears.
"Hey! Come in! Mal, Carlos, do you read me?" Jay said.
Mal presses in her right ear. "Jay, what's going on?"
"You're not gonna believe this, but Hadie's in Mount Olympus!"
Mal's eyes got wide at the name.
"What?! Hadie's there? Is he ok?"
"It's the opposite Mal, Hadie's is the one taking over!
"What?!" Mal, Evie, Carlos and Freddie shouted.
"There's no way…" Mal said.
"It can't really be Hadie, can it?" Evie said.
Mount Olympus
"Listen for yourself." Jay said.
Jay turns on the speaker of his bud then takes it out of his ear so it be closer to Hadie.
"Alright, speak." Jay said.
"Hey Mal! You doing well?" Hadie speaks into the bud.
Hearing his voice triggered her in a way she never known.
"Hadie? You're taking over a kingdom? But why?" Mal asked.
"I'm giving in to my villainess roots. It's more fun that way." Hadie answered.
Arendelle
"This isn't happening." Mal said softly.
"You think that's bad? Carlos, get a load of this." Evie said which made Carlos confused.
Cinderellasberg
Evie takes out her communicator bud, turns on the speaker and holds it to where everyone can hear.
"Talk." She tells Diego.
"What's happening, fellow VKs?" Diego said,
And just like that, Carlos knows that voice. "Diego?!"
"What?!" Mal and Jay shouted.
"Who's that?" Jane asked.
"My cousin!" Carlos said.
The remaining AKs who haven't heard that Information gasped.
Arendelle
"But I thought you wanted to be good, Diego!" Carlos said.
"That was then, this is now, cuz!" Diego said.
"So that's what you meant! It really isn't just you, Yzla." Mal said.
"Yzla?!" Jay, Evie and Freddie shouted.
Mal turned on her speaker after taking her bud out.
"That's right! Diego, Hadie and I decided when we joined up with Baron Mordo that we'll be causing total chaos to all that's good and innocent." Yzla said.
"That doesn't even sound you! Back on the isle, you said you choose to be good!" Mal said.
The way Yzla's expression looked after Mal said the words almost looks like she was remembering them.
Mount Olympus
"And Hadie, you realized that you don't have to be what your dad wants you to be. You want to be different! Those are the words you said to me!" Mal said on the speaker.
Hadie's expression softened nearly halfway when he heard Mal.
Arendelle
"Diego!" Carlos spoke next. "You told me during your meeting that you'd love to express your true emotions through music in private because back on the Isle, everyone would've laughed at your face and you'll be ridiculed for life. When you saw me on tv, you knew that you want to be someone that you secretly wanted to be. I even told you that I can put in a good word with Ben because that's who he is. He gives chances to ones who really want it…."
Cinderellasberg
"…and you Diego, you really do want it! So that's why I'm having a real hard time taking in the words you are saying right now!"
As Carlos is talking to him, Diego went from evil smirking to doubtful and confused.
"Wait…my music?"
Mount Olympus
"I want to be different?" Hadie said.
Arendelle
"I choose to be good?" Yzla said.
At that moment, the three VKs were holding their heads as if their in mild pain and they act as if they just woke up. They opened their eyes and looks to their surroundings confused like a fog has been lifted.
"Mal?" Yzla said. "Is that you?"
"Huh?" The group said.
"Of course it's me. We were literally just talking about you turning evil." Mal said confused herself.
"Turning evil? Why would I do that?" Yzla said before she looked down on herself and noticed what she's wearing. "Why am I wearing this? And what happened to my hair?"
Yzla took in her appearance as if she doesn't remembers changing clothes.
"What's going on here?" She nervously said. "What is this?"
"Yzla, are you ok?" Mal asked stepping closer.
"I don't know!"
"It's ok, take it easy. Im right here." Mal said as she got even closer.
Cinderellasberg
"Hey, will someone tell me how I got into this getup?" Diego asked. "And why's this place a mess?"
"Is he serious right now?" Freddie said to Evie.
"This has to be a joke." Chad said.
"I think this is a joke! Did Quincy do this? I swear, he loves to pull his pranks on me and I'll never forget what he did to our instruments." Diego said.
"Why would you think this whole thing is a prank?" Trevor said as he's clueless also.
"Because I can't remember anything that happened to me or how I got here, whatever here is."
Mount Olympus
"Same for me!" Hadie said. "I remember anything from a few hours ago."
Jane's group is puzzled as Hadie was having trouble with his memory but from the sounds from their communicator buds, the other two are having the same problem.
Arendelle
"Yzla, what was the last thing you remember?" Mal asked.
"I…think I was back on the Isle at my house then suddenly, I was in this green mist and I wound up in some abandoned building…." Yzla explained.
"Hey, that's what happened to me!" Hadie said.
"Me too!" Diego said.
"And then what?" Mal asked.
"This guy was telling me that I need to do some bad stuff and I refused."
"So did we, right Hadie?" Diego said.
"Facts!" Hadie said.
"But then somehow after that, everything went black." Yzla said.
"Sounds about right. Same thing happened to me." Hadie said.
"No memory after that for sure." Diego said.
Mal then begins to think that they might be telling the truth when suddenly, she sees Yzla's chest started glowing.
"Yzla, you're glowing."
"What?" Yzla looks down and then takes something out. "How'd this necklace get here?"
Then it got Mal! She knows what's happening.
"Jay, Freddie, Evie! Are Diego and Hadie glowing right now? On their chests?"
The three VKs looks at what she meant and sees their chest glowing.
Cinderellasberg
Diego pulls out the necklace and stares at it. "A necklace? Where'd this come from?"
"Yeah and it's from a necklace!" Freddie answered.
Mount Olympus
"Same for Hadie! It's glowing like crazy!" Jay said.
"Oh no! Listen! All of you need to take off those necklaces now!…"
Arendelle
"…They're no ordinary necklaces, take them off! Mordo's controlling your…"
Before Mal can finish, the three confused VKs' eyes glowed for a bit.
"…mind." Mal said.
Just like magic(literally), their facial expressions changed back to evil grinning.
"What's that you said, Mal? Take them off? I don't think so." Yzla said evilly.
"Everyone, listen! Those necklaces they're wearing, me and my group saw that same one controlling Mitch back in Corona. Mordo gave Yzla and the others the same necklaces after they refused to do what he wanted them to do. They're innocent!"
Cinderellasberg
"What a relief!" Evie said.
"You do know even if they are innocent, they're still being mind controlled to end our lives." Freddie stated.
"But at least we know they're being forced to against their will."
Mount Olympus
"That still doesn't help our situation!" Jay said.
Hadie's evil grin is showing teeth as he turns to his left and a cage was rising from beneath the clouds. Megara and Hera are currently inside it looking drained and weak,
"Mom! Grandma!" Herkie said.
"Now the whole family's back together!" Hadie said.
Upon closer inspection, Herkie sees how mopey and fragile the two women look.
"Did…did you…?" Herkie tries to asked.
"Wha…oh, that! I may be Dracula, but that's too mess even for me. I just simply drained their energy. Mordo made sure of that." Hadie told him. "I mean come on, they're family! I wouldn't permanently hurt them."
"I almost forgot I'm your second-cousin." Herkie said.
"That's right, but when push comes to shove, I will do anything for my master, even if it means I have to go through family to get what he wants."
"Now I know that's not you!" Mal said.
Arendelle
"Guys, we have to get those necklaces off! That's how we can beat them!" Mal tells everyone.
"She's right, try not to hurt them." Ben said.
"But what about them hurting us?" Carlos said.
"We'll go on defense just as much as offensive. Keep them from doing too much damage and get them off balance. When you see an opportunity, grab the necklace and destroy them." Ben said.
"Right!" Everyone said.
Arendelle
"Good luck everyone!" Mal said.
"You too!" Everyone on the com buds said.
Mal turns off her speaker and puts her bud back in her ear before getting into position, so did everyone else in all three kingdoms, including the ones who turns their speakers off.
Cinderellasberg
"Let's dance!" Evie said.
Diego raises his hands and uses the rock he was levitating on to lift in the air. Freddie takes to the skies and gets ready to launch her hex bolts but Diego moves up big rocks to hit Freddie. She tries to but gets hit by one, causing her to fall down. Trevor flies up and catches her then hits Diego with an energy beam from his forehead. Diego uses one of those floating rocks to defend himself and uses those rocks to push back against him! Ally uses her force field blasts to hit the rocks and sliced them up. Freddie gets up and flies on her own again and both her and Trevor blasts him. They both made contact and Diego was hit backwards but manages to balance himself on his platform. Chad runs upwards while bouncing off the walls and tries to hit Diego with a punch, but Diego creates a fissure on the ground and some shards came rising up to hit Chad. Ally catches him with her force field. Evie unnoticeably turns into a bee and aims her stringer on his neck.
"Oww!" Diego said.
Diego slaps on his neck but Evie dodges it in time and turns into a monkey. Diego was so busy tries to catch Evie with his hands that was losing concentration on his rock platform and he ends up falling down while Evie jumps to the top of the cage. Trevor, Freddie and Ally prepares their next attack for when he up, but Diego raises his right hand and parts the ceiling was collapsing on the flying heroes who got hit and fell down.
"Oh, no!" Ally said while under her force field.
Evie turns back into herself and runs towards Diego to do a flying kick, but he dodged it. Evie then does more kicks but Diego blocks them with his arms. Diego does a sky uppercut to rise up a rock shard from the ground and Evie gets hit.
"Evie!" Ally said.
She blasts Diego with a force field blast but he jumps out the way and does a tremor on the ground. It quickly turns into tidal waves and Ally loses her balance along with Chad as he tries to speed up to him and then clashes with Ally then they land on the ground which calmed down.
"Hahahahahaha!" Diego laughed.
Mount Olympus
Hercules punches Jay into the throne while Zeus aims and shoots lightning bolts at Herkie, who got down on his knees.
"Grandpa, what are you doing?" Herkie said while getting up. "Why are you and Dad attacking us?"
"They can't hear ya!" Hadie said. "I might've made them useful with a lil hypnosis. I figured why drain them when I can just use them for my purpose?"
"Not cool, man!" Herkie said.
"The only way you can snap them out of it is if you manage to defeat me and get me to release them from my control!" Hadie said.
"Then that's what we'll do!" Aziz said.
He runs to Hadie to leap over Hercules then lands a punch from the air but Hadie flies backwards and comes at Aziz with a punch which did hit Aziz and sent him back flying. Lonnie catches him with her webbing before she shoots her webs at Drucula to reel herself against him to grabs his arm and brings it against his back and goes for his necklace.
"Gotcha!" She said.
"Oh, no you don't!" Hadie said.
The dark clouds over them shoots out lightning to Lonnie's back which shocked her and she tumbled down.
"Lonnie!" Jordan shouted as she was holding Hercules back with Jane.
Jane tries to use her fairy dust to try to hallucinate Hercules, it proves to be useless as he grabs Jane's legs and uses her to hit Jordan and they both go down. Jay gets up and and claws at Zeus but he grabs both his wrists and squeezes them.
"Yahhhh!" Jay hollered.
Herkie kicks Zeus' back which launched him against Hercules and they hit a clouded column. Herkie gets Jay up while Jordan and Jane runs over to the boys.
"You ok, bro?" Herkie asked Jay.
"I will be in a minute. Your gramps hurt my wrist good." Jay said.
"No kidding, we're dealing mind-controlled gods by a mind-controlled VK." Jordan said.
"There's no way we can beat them." Jane said.
"We have to get that necklace off Hadie! It's the only way! He can then release your dad and grandpa from his control." Jay said.
"Ok, but how do we do that?" Herkie asks.
"I have no idea."
Arendelle
Audrey does her sonic scream but Yzla seemed unfazed by it and launches her to Audrey to grab her, spin around and throws her to the floor. Carlos catches her, but they both fell hard. Mal uses her psychic knife to attack but Yzla uses her arms to block it. Mal attacks her in every way while Yzla walks backwards but Ben was waiting until they were close enough then he jumps from his hiding place by a column and grabs Yzla from behind.
"Grab it, Mal!" Ben said.
"No!" Yzla shouted.
Yzla grabs Ben's arms and throws him over her head to Mal who was about to grab her necklace. They both tumbled down. Doug jumps to Yzla and does his punch which she stops with both hands. Punch after punch, Yzla counters with her punches. Doug then slams both fists to the floor, causing a shockwave that threw her off balance and she lands on her back. Doug then holds her down with his hand but then Yzla used her legs to kick Doug off her and she gets on her feet to punch him in the face four times. Eliza comes towards Yzla in her diamond form and punches her face. As Yzla falls, she quickly grabs Eliza's wrist, falls to her back and kicks Eliza behind her and leaps to her feet while Eliza hits the throne.
"Nice try, but there's no way I'm parting from this jewelry." Yzla said touching her gemstone on her necklace.
"Ok, so we need a plan." Carlos said after getting up.
"I'll say, she's as touch as Doug and even he can't beat her." Audrey said.
"We'll have to be clever this time." Ben said as he regroups with the others.
"I wonder how clever." Eliza said.
"Much!" Mal said.
Cinderellasberg
Freddie's group slowly gets up and regroups with each other.
"What are we gonna do now? He's literally rocking the whole castle." Ally said.
"That maybe so, but I think I know a way!" Evie said then whispers to everyone.
Diego was getting angry and impatient. He raised his hands and has a fissure on the ceiling and it points to where the rescue group stands. Chunks of the ceiling began to fall on them and it seemed to hit them.
"Chad, no!" Cinderella shouted.
"Chad!" King Charming shouted.
They watched as they was nothing but rumble on where the kids were standing.
"And they thought they could beat me. Ridiculous, hahahaha!" Diego said.
"You'll pay for what you did to my son!" King Charming said.
"Stop this now! You're doing more harm then necessary! I heard what Lady Mal said! You're not yourself right now! I know you don't want this!" Queen Cinderella said.
"Except I do! Causing mayhem is what I want!" Diego said.
"That's just the necklace talking!" Cinderella said. "You really gonna let someone make you do something he wants you to do? Cause that's not living, believe me, I know what that's like and I changed my life around so I wouldn't let that someone control my life anymore and I can live and be with someone who thinks I'm worth loving."
"I'm tired of hearing you talk now, I think I'll just bury you all once again." Diego said.
As he raises his hands to use his powers, something was rapidly hitting Diego's face. Then an energy beam hits him also along with hex bolts and force field blasts. Diego was knocked down from the attacks. Suddenly, Trevor, Ally, Freddie and Chad just appeared out of nowhere.
"Chad!" Cinderella said with happy tears.
"I knew he'd be fine." The old king said.
"Like that was gonna stop me." Chad said to his family.
"No? But this will!" Diego said while he raises his hand.
But then Trevor phases through to the floor and go to underneath Diego where he risen up and lifts him up when he materializes. He throws him to part of the ceiling and falls to a balcony. Diego raised his hand and a fissure appeared around Trevor on the ceiling and the rubble starts to fall on him but punches each piece of rubble to Diego who takes the hits. Freddie then uses chaos magic to concentrate the rest of the falling debris to Diego, but he manages to stop the rubble and directs to Chad who then uses his tornado hands to counteract his attack. Diego rises up more rock shards high enough that hits Trevor and Freddie and they both fell once again. Diego then create more fissures directly to Ally and Chad and more rock shards hit them and they land towards the others.
"You should've just stayed down when you all have the…" Diego then realizes one thing. "Wait a minute…"
Mount Olympus
Jay and everyone else huddles to form a plan once Aziz and Lonnie runs towards them.
"Everyone knows what to do?" Jay said.
"Says the guy who didn't know what to do at first." Jordan said snidely.
"Just trust me, ok?" Jay said.
"What other choice we got?"
Ignoring what she said, "Alright, go time!"
"Break!" Everyone said.
They face the two gods and Hadie who's ready to attack.
"Ready to give up yet?" Hadie said.
"You wish." Jay said. "Go!"
Everyone runs towards each other with their attacks. Herkie knees his dad in the face with Jay punches him in the stomach. Jordan and Aziz punches Zeus in the face then Jordan grabs Aziz's hands to spin him to kick Zeus then while he lands, he spins Jordan so she can kick him also and vice versa. Jane does her flying kick to Hadie but he dodges with his flight makes his way to hit Jane, but Lonnie shoots her webs to his wrist and pulls him in so she can deck him in the face. Jane does a flying punch to knock him down. Zeus there's another lightning bolt at the kicking duo, but got out of the way just in time and they both pinned him down only for Zeus to knock them off. Jay and Herkie punch and kick Hercules with all the got but Hercules blocks their attempts to land any hits. Herkie grabs his father's fist when he tries to punch him and flips him over. Herkie switches places with Jordan and Aziz with Jane. Jane uses her fairy dust once more but gives it an extra kick. This time, it seems that it's working for a bit. Herkie then manages to grabs his grandfather's lighting bolts and does a powerful kick that gots him down. Jay claws at Hercules chest while Jordan flip kick to his chin. Hadie gets up in the air once again but now grabs on to Aziz who was coming at him.
"And just what can you do, fish breath? There's no water around here!" Hadie said.
"That's where your wrong. What else you think clouds are made of?" Aziz said.
In that Instant moment, Aziz raised his hand at a column made of clouds and it turns into water that came at Hadie like an attack. Aziz used the water to hurt him and it comes at him back to back. Aziz then uses part of the cloud Hadie is standing on to hold him by the ankles when he turns it into water.
"Enough!" Hadie said.
He uses his weather control to use one of the dark clouds to rain on Aziz and thunder was coming to him. Lonnie quickly pulled him away with her webs and uses them again to pull Hadie to the storm. Hadie got hit with it, but then Herkie used one of the lightning bolts he took from Zeus to launch it at Hadie and it had a big effect on him.
"Aaahhhh!" Hadie screamed.
As soon as the storm stops, Hadie faints.
Arendelle
"Ok, ready Eliza?" Mal said after she formed a plan with the others.
"Ready!" Eliza said.
"Let's do this!"
Mal leads the charge and she used her psychic knife at Yzla's legs, but she jumped out of the way. Ben then uses his shield to throw at her, which made contact. Carlos uses his gun to shoot his stun ray, but even though Yzla got hit, she recovered fast and moved out of the ray's way. Audrey flies to Eliza and uses a sonic blast so loud that it hurts her ears. Carlos takes another shot at her with his stun ray, which did hit but wasn't enough. She then leaps to him and tries to punch him, but he manages to stop and flips her over.
"Nice try!" Yzla said.
She does a sweep kick to Carlos and he's knocked down. She gets her feet but Audrey down her next sonic attack in a form of a giant hand and it grabs onto Yzla. Yzla break out of it but Doug slams duck his fist to her but she pushes back against him and tries to land a kick but Doug catches it in time and holds her down by feet. Mal calls up a psychic whip to tie one of Yzla's wrist and Audrey uses her sonic powers in a form of a rope for Yzla's right wrist.
"Now, Eliza!" Mal said.
"Got it!" Eliza said.
She makes her way to Yzla and touches her head. She uses her telepathy and induces some pain in Yzla's mind.
"Aahhh!" Yzla said.
"Ok, that should keep you occupied for a bit." Eliza said.
"So what happened?" Ben said.
"I just paralyzed her mind. Temporary of course, it'll last until I can heal her mind which will take a second after we get this guady jewelry off her." Eliza said.
"Good, let's bring Yzla back then." Mal said.
Cinderellasberg
"Where is she?" Diego asked.
"Who?" Freddie said.
"Don't play with me, she was here just a second ago." Diego said.
"Oh, you mean Evie? She's still around."
"Where?" Diego said.
Just then, his helmet was knocked off, but to his chin, it felt as if it's been kicked. Then his necklace was being taken off halfway.
"Now Freddie!" Evie's voice said.
Freddie raised her hand and her chaos magic was surrounding Diego's body and it was holding still while the necklace was coming off and floating. But then, Evie appears in thin air.
"Nice work!" She said. "Thanks for keeping me invisible, Ally."
"No big, though it was quite challenging." Ally said.
"Trevor, care to do the honors?" Evie holds out the necklace to him.
"With pleasure." Trevor said as he takes it.
Mount Olympus
Hadie is down while the two gods are trying to get up. Jane's group were surrounding him as Herkie was trying to get Hadie's necklace off.
"Come on, Herkie! Hurry up before they get up!" Jay said.
"I'm hurrying!" Herkie said.
He got the necklace off just in time as his dad and grandpa are standing up completely.
Arendelle
Eliza got the necklace off and is now turning into her diamond form.
"Time to finally end this." She said.
At the same time, Trevor, Herkie and Eliza crushed the gemstones of the necklace in their hands and the mind-controlled VKs are coming to as they're moaning and groaning like they just woke up from a really long nap.
Mount Olympus
"Ugh, my head!" Hadie said.
"Hey, cuz! I know you're just waking up, but can you stop my dad and grandpa from kills us?" Herkie said.
Hadie looks as he seeing Hercules and Zeus coming at them.
"Stop!" Hadie said and they did stop in their place. "I release you!"
Just like that, Hercules and Zeus snapped out of the hypnosis and are back to normal.
"Hmm." Hercules looked around. "What happened?"
"I'm just as confused as you are, son." Zeus said.
"Dad! Grandpa!" Herkie said.
He runs up to them and gives them another hugs.
"Hey Herkie!" Hercules said hugging him also.
"My boy! Good to see you!" Zeus said doing the same thing.
Cinderellasberg
"I'm so glad your alright!" Cinderella said hugging Chad.
Trevor got Chad's family out of the cage and Cinderella and King Charming rushed to Chad with open arms as they held one another.
"You kids were amazing! How did you do what you did?" The old king asked.
"Magic comic book." Ally said. "And an old villain from there is taking over Auradon."
"Yeah, he's done a lot, including mind controlling that kid and my best friend." Chad said.
"You have a best friend?" King Charming said.
"Yes, honey, he does. He talks about for months now, you remember, right?" Cinderella said.
"Oh, right, I guess I forgotten about that."
"It's ok, Dad. I'm just glad you're safe." Chad said.
"We all are!" Trevor said.
Just then, someone came flying down from the hole in the ceiling, getting everyone's attention.
Arendelle
"I'm so sorry!" Yzla said with tears in her eyes.
"Yzla, it's not your fault. You had no idea what your doing. This was all Mordo!" Mal said.
Eliza breaks her mom and aunt out and gives them both a hug.
"Oh Eliza, are you ok?" Elsa said.
"I'm the one who should ask you that." Eliza said.
As they let go of each other, they look towards Yzla.
"What's her story? Was she really being mind-controlled?" Elsa asked.
"Yeah, she wants to be good, but this villain Baron Mordo was using this necklace to do the opposite." Eliza said showing her mom the broken necklace.
"I understand what she's going through. Not having control, I had those issues for a long time growing up." Elsa said. "It made me push away my sister."
"But I never gave up on you." Anna said reassuring their relationship.
"I'm glad you didn't." Then Elsa asked her daughter, "Where did you get those powers from? I would've assumed you'd take after me."
"Well, actually, I…"
Suddenly, the doors bursted open by someone like it was nothing, causing everyone to look.
Mount Olympus
"You sure you're alright?" Zeus asked Hera after hugging her.
"Yes! I feel as my energy just returned out of nowhere after Hadie was defeated." Hera said.
"Same with me! I feel like I've gotten over a bad cold." Megara said hugging Hercules.
"That's good! I'm so glad everyone's alright." Herkie said then hugs his mom.
"The other gods who were trapped should be able to get themselves out then since their energy was drained by him." Hercules said.
"Again, I'm really sorry about that." Hadie said.
"No worries, cuz!" Herkie said walking to him. "You weren't yourself, we get it!"
"So, now what?" Hadie asked.
"Now we can go to this battle to…" Jay said.
But then, someone is rising from beneath the clouds in front of them.
"Quincy?!" Jane's group and Hadie said.
Cinderellasberg
"Quincy?!" Freddie's group and Diego said.
Arendelle
"Quincy?!" Mal's group and Yzla said.
